My Location is unavailable on the weather part of this app. The weather part of this app does not recognize my Location-so I do not get a warning that a tornado, severe thunder storm, wind burst, severe snow storm in winter is heading in my direction. This needs to be corrected!

Really good!. The only complaint I have is the weather portion, the video of the meteorologists are fine, then part where it shows the weather needs some improvement, way to often it has been a bit off. I sometimes need to know what the weather in a certain place will be. If it says it’s warm and sunny, I don’t want to see cool and raining.

Love ABC NEWS, APP NEEDS WORK. I like to watch the news full screen, but by the time I change to full screen and rotate my screen the story is over. It’s so annoying. It would be great if when I rotate my phone the commercials and story will automatically rotate full screen.

New ABC7 News app Layout. The new layout is not as customer friendly as the old layout used to be. The snapshot of each video was larger in size and much easier to see. Also, I was able to open the first article and be able to continuously scroll to the end. Now, I have to open and then close each article to get to the next one. Unless, I’m missing some special settings I can use to change this, I’m very disappointed with this new layout.

CRAPPY STREAMING!!!!. It amazes me that a billion dollar broadcasting company can't manage to hire someone that knows how to keep the live stream of the Chicago news up. Constantly cuts out in the middle of a story to show stupid stills of sports scores but yet can manage to stream every stupid commercial my real score of this app is -5/10. Get your crap together ABC!!! P.S. get landscape for videos what a failure you are.

Difficult to navigate and annoying. The latest update has provided and app that is more difficult to navigate to get to the stories and topics that you would want to read first. I liked being able to just open up the navigation menu and select the topic I want to read. Now, even with the customizable news, you have to scroll through each individual story to find something to read. It’s annoying now. Bring back the navigation menu.

Dwight James. Great show for Chicago. it’s great to be able to keep up on the news or catch news as it’s happening in Chicago because it’s such a moving city. Great to be able to tune in without it being the regular news times of the day. keep up the good work. I must add that sometimes it seems that your station is rather biased for Republicans for example when Trump was running for president it seems that your station was constantly talking about Benghazi Benghazi Benghazi which really prejudiced Hillary Clinton quite a bit but when it was Trump in the Whitehouse you did not talk enough about what a traitor he was or do it constantly. Thank you.

I like the previous version better. I detest this app. With the re-design, you pick what I see first. I want to chose what I want to see by clicking on something rather than having to scroll through what you think is most important. The my news tab is based on what you think I want to see first. I prefer the old layout much better. Please go back to the drawing board on this app.

Ads cause the app to crash. It would be better if ads weren’t crammed into every nanosecond of reports. A weather video won’t play until the ad plays and sometimes ad audio plays over the video. Then the video is cut short for another ad or the entire app crashes as soon as the ad starts. Suggestion: get rid of the ads or fix them so you can skip them like in other video apps it’s not necessary to play a 2 minute ad. Most you tube ads are 5-10 seconds long or are a banner that can be closed once seen. ABC Get with the program and dump long ads. Also Tracy Butlers morning forecast is Useless... ads run longer than her nanosecond weather report. I can look out the window and get more info on the weather. This app is a waste of time for weather or any reports unless you like to watch ads.

Horrible update. This is a horrible update! Like other viewers it keeps telling me I need an internet connection, so there is nothing there. I know it’s the app because all my other apps connect. When I can see things, it’s not user friendly, hard to find stories. Also, I stream the news, and can’t always find it, or it won’t work. I finally really figured out the last update and don’t know why such a drastic change had to occur. If a better update doesn’t become available soon I will have to find an app that can actually show me news, which I hate because abc7chicago is my favorite station to watch, especially in the morning.

Too many ads. I have been a loyal viewer of ABC7 Chicago News for over 30 years. This is an exceptional app. The new layout and design is phenomenal. However, I would give five stars if there was an option to bypass viewing advertisements. If not completely, then perhaps after the first five seconds. EVERY TIME you access a video associated with a news article, you have to view a 30-second ad. And it’s usually the SAME advertisement! If I view 10 videos, I am forced to view the SAME advertisement 10 times—that’s five minutes! It’s a bit much. Please fix this.

Hard to see on iPhone. When I select the Weather option, many of the temperature features are cut off on my iPhone. I can see the temps but the days aren’t completely visible…the top of words are cut off by the header of the page. Yes, you can figure it out by just the bottom half of the letters but why? If I had a larger screen it might be fine. Development needs to check “views” on a variety of devices before pushing update. Also, why in the weather section, is it always a day behind. Example, under daily option, it has “Today” and “Sat” but today is Saturday. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The temps are different so…?

Very Poor Readability. Information is good but the gray typeface on the weather windows is something only a young 20 yr old with perfect vision can read. A site with critical information should not be a design platform for cool and popular. Design 101 rule - design follows function. Make it functional with black typeface.

It's a good quick source of news. Although I wish I could get to full articles more easily from the alerts, I love everything else about this app and the news information. The alerts are quick and timely even when I am traveling in and out of the country. The news feed is a good mix of local, national, and worldly news too. Keep up the good work ABC7CHICAGO!

ABC News, channel 7 Chicago. Channel 7 Chicago is the only news channel that I have watched for the last 30 years. I love the crew on there. They are awesome keep up the good work channel 7 you are the best number one in Chicago from Allen Virges. You are my eyes to the world.

Review of app. I understand change is needed but rather go back to the old version of the app. The new app does not allow a full view of all the news and have to click through each story. The old app allowed one to scroll through quickly with features story on top. Sorry but since the change, I don’t see myself using your app much longer. Just being honest.

Inconsistent. In the beginning, this app was great. It had excellent content, was timely and informative. Within the last two years, there have been nothing but problems. At times, the app won’t launch at all. The wrong picture is often shown on the posts. Lively commercials are placed before horrible tragedies which is just awful. Sometimes, when stories are selected, nothing happens or there is no sound or the wrong video is shown. You never know what you will get with the app. I’ve been so frustrated with this app that I’ve avoided it for weeks. It needs some major improvements.

What happened to reading?. At first I loved the “swipe” feature on the articles, but now there is no written content, only video. Often I check the news when I’m out and so cannot use video as it disturbs others, like in a waiting room at the doctor’s office. Is ABC worried we don’t know how to read? Getting rid of this app and signing in to NBC.

Live news broadcast. Too many times I have logged on to see the live news broadcast is not available. I enjoy the early morning news, just disappointed when I have to watch another network.

Loud Ads Ignore Volume Pref, Crashes a Lot. Click a headline to read an article. And one of two things happen. Video auto plays. No issue there. But since April’s update, an ad will play at LOUD volume despite my phone’s volume on/off AND despite my pref in the app to play the news video with volume or not. I prefer to READ the articles, and most often as an activity while others are around which I don’t want to disturb. The sudden blast of an ad is startling to me and anyone nearby. It’s sorta nice to see the news video play as I read albeit muted. If I want volume, I’ll replay it unmuted. But for an ad to ignore volume setting within app and with phone silenced is enough for to stop using the app if not fixed soon. And, the app crashes a lot. As in 2-3 times before I get to end of an article. Not every article but prob half the ones I click into in one sitting. Again, that plus the ad volume is so frustrating I really don’t want to bother. Shame because this is the best app for local news here both in coverage and in user friendly interface (until last update).

American Broadcast Corporation in Chicago. I avidly streamline, as you probably are aware of, I enjoy how broadcast journalism majors and communication majors spread their wings in the metropolis. I am curious about the weather maps, and traffic maps. I look forward to viewing a creative image once in a while. ABC is huge, you must have contracts, that provide the quality and motivation, that keeps us going! Automatic video playback is horrible. I have always been an ABC 7 fan and therefore relied on the app to keep up with the news. I’ve recently become increasingly annoyed with the relatively new feature that causes the video to a story to play automatically when a story is opened. Quite often I am not in a position, nor do I want, to hear the story when the words are right there for me to read. On top of that, it’s nearly impossible to mute the video quickly. I’m now finding myself using other news apps without that feature. Please change it back!

Too many crashes. This used to be the best news app in Chicago, but no more. I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app 3 times thinking that would help. It still crashes every time. I am finished with this app, never to reinstall it again. Bye.

Definitely NOT an upgrade. I stream the morning telecast each weekday morning - at least I was able to until the upgrade to the new lay out/format. Never had a problem with internet connection. Now, I can’t live stream. Says I have to internet connection. Sorry, but I do. Same place as I used to stream this with no changes to my internet service. Also, everything is harder to find. I thought the previous layout worked very well. No problems with change here - change is good as long as we can still get the information we want and need. I would send a picture to prove I have internet connection, but I can’t seem to paste a picture here.

Keeps closing! Too many ads!. I would like this app a whole lot more if you all could fix two things. First the app keeps closing after I’ve read about 3 articles, which is very frustrating. Next there’s way too many ads and on top of that it’s the same ad over and over again! Who wants to watch the sam ad everytime I go to read/watch an article?🤷🏽‍♀️ please fix this soon.

Awful new format. Hate this new format! Liked seeing listing of stories and picking which ones to read. This is a pain to scroll through page by page. Horrible! And now the news that is coming up is four to five days old. Why is it so hard to provide up to date news. Worst news app I have ever used! And now the app freezes at least once a day. What is the point of a news app when it doesn’t work. And it is not my phone because all other apps work just fine.

It freezes and it just kept on crashing 😡. I love and used this app for this very long time I am a Abc7 need fans in Chicago I lived in Indiana but now is getting so frustrating now because when I want to see the article and watch the news everyday to see what going around me I am depending on this app to keep the updates now it get so out of hand it keeps crashing and it freezes when I tried to watch the video too also it so many ignoring ads it got so frustrating I had too ending up watch it on the website on my desktop please please please fix this problems 😩

Overall. I turn to this news site everyday for updates on weather, indictments of presidents and all the local news. Always up to date!

Malware? One-option pop-ups.. Started getting pop-up message boxes (blue background) offering to install something or do something- the messages were very vague. I do not recall what they were, I am sorry to say. There was NO "Cancel" or "No" button option, only "Accept" or "Yes". It was not possible to get rid of them or go back either; I had to quit the app each time. After three of these appeared in one day, I uninstalled the app. Was I looking at a trojan or something? Who knows, especially now that App store integrity has been breached, which is more reason to never, ever click on pop-ups offering no option but "yes" anyway. As for ABC's news, as presented through this app, the writing was often terrible, full of half-sentences with words missing or in a weird order. Contradictory statements were common. All the proofreaders seem to be on a permanent break.

Disappointed. Just not happy with the way this app has soooooo many freaking commercials in it before I can watch the news story that I am trying get updated on. How about cut back on the freaking commercials on the app and I will come back to using it again.

Channel 7...WOWZA! WOWZA! WOWZA!. I have watched Channel 7 news waaaaaay before Roz Varon got there. 😀I know this for sure because I went to (Columbia College) with Roz. Lol. In fact, we had a lot of classes together.😄 over the years, channel 7 has always been my number one choice of news because the reporters have personality, empathy, and knowledge! Keep up the great job you guys continuously do.

I didn’t click that. Imagine trying to scroll through the news and suddenly you pass by (and not even tap) an advertisement when bam your safari opens up an instantly your app store opens up. No I just want the news, have your advertisements but don’t make it open pages/apps that I have no interest in ever. At that point I’m over being informed and don’t return to this app. I will be deleting the app and getting my news elsewhere.

One of the best ABC news apps in the world. Bring back the ABC 7 Alarm clock app for Chicago and New York. I loved those apps. If the alarm clock apps are brought back, bring in more ABC7CHICAGO and ABC7NEWYORK news people for the app. I love how there’s video footage of every news story. There should be a section for UK news and Australia news & other sections for news on other countries. I love how the video is included in every news report.

Bad alerts full of unlabeled ads. If you just want the headline alerts, ok. But so often if you don't click on them within 5 minutes the story is no longer there or you scroll endlessly looking for the story. But you can be sure that the bought stories that CNN huffington post and the others have are all at the top and easy to find. What good is this "local" news Furthermore why are items god enough to send headline alerts about but can’t be found on the site. This is a crummy - to give it a good name- and poorly executed app!!

It has developed into one of the best.... I don’t watch much tv any more. iPad mostly. My fave restaurant always had the afternoon game show/news block from Channel 7 on and I have become a 7 fan. Also having had a career in tv - I am impressed with the many news crews 7 can field on the street. I think that this app does a great job of synopsizing the leading stories down.

Your news does not come up on your app most of the time it’s a shot in the darks hit and miss. I check your application for the latest news and most of times it never comes up on my I phone can you help me solve this problem or it’s it on your side thank you for some help

Kinks. There are recent kinks with the app. I open it and seconds after I try to open a story, the app closes. In the past 24 hours since the iOS 13 update the app opens but there is no story that I can click, it does not respond to touch at all, the article just won’t open. This was my preferred news selection, unfortunately I will have to stop using, delete and find another local app. Very disappointed reader.

Sound glitches. The update is fine, but there is an issue with the sound with the preview clips. After clicking on an article, the ad that appears before the news clip has sound even though I had selected mute. However, the clip continues to play with no sound as desired.

Billiam70. I do not like the app as I have little choices to choose from as far as selecting topics and news. There are no drop-down menus like the old app used to be. There is no main menu. I am very disappointed in the app as I used to use the app on most every day.

The best turned almost into the worst!. I really liked this app at first because this used to be the next best thing when I would miss the live broadcasting. Now I just mainly use it for the weather because the app keeps randomly closing while I’m reading. This used to happen only every blue moon and now it’s almost all the time. This makes me want to uninstall the app and just view the news via Safari. The app is much easier to use but I guess that’s what I will have to do.

My News. I’m a 51 year old man who lives in Kenosha, WI, there is only one cable contractor that allows me to receive both Chicago and Milwaukee news stations. I’ve worked in the Chicago area for thirty years now and I’m soon to retire. I’ve been an avid channel seven guy since I was a teenager. I can remember when some of the ABC personalities came from other stations and I also see some of the old ABC personalities on other stations. ABC7CHICAGO is commuted to having the best, the brightest and the most beautiful people that it can find. There’s nothing like waking up to Tracy, Tanya, Roz and Terrell in the mornings. You also have my all time favorite in Judy Psu in the afternoon and I go to sleep with ABC7CHICAGO at ten. Thank you all for always delivering the news the way we can all receive it from people who seem to really care about Chicago and the surrounding areas.

Can’t open stories. Ever since the new update when I tap on a story to read it it will not open. I never had that issue before. I uninstalled it then reinstalled it and it worked at first now it’s doing the same thing.

Terrible. The layout is terrible! It is very difficult to read news items, when you have ads and pop-ups mixed in together. Having half page items makes it extremely difficult to enjoy reading news with ads mixed in. The old app was much easier to read. Channel 7 Chicago is my go to local news station, however your app is the worse in the city. News items are not updated and tend to stay much to long.

Great app, seamless interface, except.... I've been getting nearly all of my news from this app, the stories are easily accessible and the navigation is seamless. I still give the app a 5 star rating, however, I wanted to point out that the app with suddenly crash, usually after reading a few stories. Further, the top always shows flooding warnings, but even though my location is set in the settings, and I don't reside near flood prone areas, it still shows up. Overall though, I've been very happy with its performance.

Please stop the auto scroll!!. This app automatically scrolls down to a video or ad that uploads to the story (it appears that way anyway) while you begin reading the story...it’s so annoying that if it doesn’t get fixed, I’m deleting the app. I have had the app for years and love the user friendly design but since this began a few months ago, I can’t take it! Nothing but love for my hometown. I’ve always watched ABC news with my mom growing up in the Gresham area. I remember I used to imagine they were like part of the family because our tv stayed on Channel 7 pretty much all the time so much that I knew everybody’s name easily and when I didn’t see them that day I would ask my mom where is that person at today? I hope they will be back tomorrow. Lol, then my mom will say they’re probably working out on an assignment for the news that day; and I will say ok then they’ll be back tomorrow to tell us about it lol. I still watch ABC news and look forward to seeing all the anchors familiar faces because it reminds me of home sweet home! My mom passed away in 2019 and I have since moved to Iowa with my husband to be closer to our 2 grown children. I love Chicago and I miss being there because it’s my hometown. I love you ABC and I will always keep all of you in my prayers. I enjoy you today just like yesterday! Take care ALL. And thanks for being so personable and professional.

Meh. There is a setting for what kind of news you want. Mine has all the important ones — local, traffic, politics, U.S. and world. NOWHERE have I selected sports, human interest or consumer stories. Nevertheless, this app (and, more specifically, the humans behind it) constantly sends me stories from the categories I have not selected and rarely do I get anything I have chosen to receive. I just received one about not getting ripped off on home rentals. Yesterday, it was about bicyclists. I’m NOT INTERESTED.

Stop auto-playing videos. As you scroll down, the photos accompanying the story headlines change instantly into a video that usually begins with nothing but a talking head. Don't do that until I click on the story!! I'd prefer to just see the initial photo while I read the beginning of the story. There's no sound anyway so what's the point of auto-changing to the video? If I wanted to see it, I would simply click on the story. Can you let your readership make up our own minds, please? We're not idiots. This is very distracting and annoying.

Poor App Design. I have never seen a news app with more flaws than this one. I have had a notification badge indicator on my app from the day I installed it saying there is at least one notification, yet I can’t find where the notifications coming from inside the app since it doesn’t tell you nor will it clear. If you go to the feedback form from within settings the feedback form won’t even load. Poor reliability, poor design and poor support.

App gets the job done. I can very easily get my local news, traffic and weather radar. They update throughout the day so I can keep up. The traffic info is live.

News at the ready. Abc7chicago has news at my fingertips, alerts me to breaking news both national and local along with accurate weather information

Don’t like. I liked the old weather app. Loading and navigating this app is complicated and slow. I want news and info especially weather and storm info in my area ASAP. Your app doesn’t allow for enlarging that area either on a weather map. Going to delete this app and have just began using WGN which does exactly what I need. Very disappointed as WLS 7 is what I watch on tv when home.

Slow cuz of all the ads!. Full of ads that slow it down and video ads that now start by themselves. As the ad images load the article resizes and u loose the place you are reading at. Maybe if i only used it on fast WiFi it would be ok. I often have to use it with cell signal which makes it a poor experience. After years of putting up with it getting worse I’m uninstalling and switching to another Chicago news app.

Crappy interface and crappy alerts.. The interface on this app is terrible. When receiving an alert and you click on it, it doesn't bring you to that news story or sometimes it brings you to a "live" video where nothing is playing. I get alerted when the cubs when or lose but not by choice. They choose to only alert you on the cubs and no other teams. This is the main reason why I deleted the app.

Channel 7 top stories are short and impactful. I enjoy reading stories that are short; yet meaningful. Not a waste of my time

ABC7 Chicago. Love watching ABC 7 news. I have returned to Chicago, but I loved watching from Tampa Florida and keeping up with the latest news in Chicago. I enjoyed Terrell, Tonja, Roz, Tracy and Diane. What a great morning team. I must say I have enjoyed watching Cheryl for many many years as well. Thank you for having such an awesome cast.....

Scrolling Is awful. Reading an article is very trying. As I scroll up, it skips to the end of article. Then I must go back to where I was reading. Deleting

Works for me. Provides quick look at regional news. Access to articles and categories is clean. Does lock up sometimes when going back. Use it daily-my go to for area news.

Forced videos with ads - time to watch this. Used to be a decent app. Now, when clicking on a news story, Whether I wasn’t to see the accompanying video or not, its starts...of course with an advertisement. Try another story. Spam thought was news. In your news was an article for stimulus for 2023 so I thought I was filling in my information to see if I was eligible. Turns out it was an advertisement for a insurance agency. Not happy.

News.. When I’m home, I’ll watch you at 4,5 7 and 10pm every day. Your all great and I even have my alert system on when you post something. Thank you!!!

Love WLS-TV!. ABC 7 Chicago is the best news station in Chicago! Great anchors and reporters, and the consumer investigative I-Team tell stories that impacts families and communities. Go ABC7! I also love WABC-TV New York! I can’t wait to become a reporter for WABC Television in New York City, the nation’s top-rated and most-watched television station. WABC is legendary and so is WLS!

The app is not working. The app wouldn’t even open. All it is just a blank screen in which wouldn’t let me go to the home page. Is it iOS17 friendly. I have zero access to the app now! Even when I deleted it and reinstalled it still no access!

Chanel 7. I get all my news on “7” because it is the most available, the most up to date, and the most accurate.

I don’t like new format. This new format is very difficult to look at and scroll through. Not user friendly and where did the traffic go

Sharing bad news. Pls sometimes share dome good news. Must it al ays be bad news that pops up on my phone via the app ( killings, drownings, hate crime). There are some good things and good prople in Chicago. Respectfully and kindly, Dr. Dawn Wynne

Annoying Videos. Automatic start of article videos with latest update in annoying. If you want to read the article in an area where you don’t want to disturb people you have to remember to turn your volume down. Otherwise out of nowhere the video tied with the article starts playing on it own. I use to like getting my news here at ABC7CHICAGO but now have to look elsewhere.

Too many ad pop ups during the videos. The videos overlap so you hear two videos at the same time the weather video comes on multiple times even after you’ve already watched it, it interrupts all the other videos. The ads pop up in the middle of the video so annoying like why not just put the ads at the beginning and be done!

Weather Radar Useless. One of the major reasons I download local tv station apps is to get current Doppler radar. This is obviously invaluable during a severe weather alert but is useful for more mundane questions - e.g., can I safely walk the dogs now? For quite a few years the ABC7 app was great but for the past year or two the maps have been frequently unavailable or 6+ hours old. Useless.

Channel 7. I like reading local news but it is annoying that the news stories are littered with typos, grammatical errors and incomplete sentences. Also, I wish the app would allow me to click on and enlarge photos embedded in the news stories. I do use the app for a quick rundown of local news but I wish they had someone as smart as a 4th grader proofreading the stories before they are published.

River dying for St. Patrick’s Day. I waited to watch the dying of the river. Your site continued to grow excitement for this event- starting at 09:00. Well, you failed! At 09:17 there was a short panning of the event (approx. 30 sec). Then cut to news, then gave a panning of 2/3 street and the rest of river- speed boat. Suggestion: don’t promise to do something you don’t plan to follow up on. By 09:20-25, there is a better picture - but in my opinion- to late. And remember- at least an hour before the event was the promise to show the beginning of the dying- nice😟

Freezes Frequently - Crashes Frequently. This app frequently freezes followed by the app crashing. At other times, the app freezes only to regain functionality some seconds later. The content of the app is not worth the frustration of trying to use the app. I have deleted the app and am now getting my news from one of Channel 7’s competitors.

Worse, Much Worse. Change is better? Certainly NOT here. After years of a successful app with good Chicago news coverage, including weather, sports, traffic - these folks decided to self destruct.

Minimalist news coverage. Weekend reports center mostly on criminal activity. Obvious that article is information gathered off a police scanner. No depth or details. And phrase, “police didn’t immediately respond to requests for information “. Of course not, they’re doing their job. Send a reporter out to do theirs

Stay Informed!. Most of updates are always informative and helpful when I'm lost scrolling! Sometimes you need a little nudge of reality to bring you back to the present!

Hate this app. I love ABC 7 Chicago. It’s my preferred choice for news…on tv. This app is horrible. Not easy to navigate but more annoying is when I get a notification of a breaking story and click on it the app opens and just loads and loads and loads forever. The story usually doesn’t open. Fix this app or im moving to NBC for my news.

U See It. I have deleted the channel 7 news app. I’m tired of the auto-play audio ads. “Do you have a P-Pod” “Do you have a P-Pod” “Do you have a P-Pod” It’s hard to figure out how to silence these auto-play ads since they’re just audio. Good bye. Have a nice life.

ABC news. This is the ONLY program that I watch on this network. Morning and evening news gives on the spot weather, traffic and news.

Too Many Disruptions-Poor Customer Experience. The app (and their website) is obsessed with their advertisers. Their advertisers come before their viewers. Every video has a commercial. I counted no less than 16 ads on their website. There’s an ad every 3rd news story. There are better options out there for the same news content and less disruptions and obstacles for your access to the news.

Needs improvements. The improvements I think this app needs are the following : •Better quality of the videos, most of the time the videos look blurry. Videos are always buffing. •Apps keep popping up • As soon as I click on a story, the video automatically plays. I would like to have the option if I want the video played or not.

Can Someone Fix It. The is the most awkward app on iPad I have used. When rotating the iPad from vertical to landscape position or the other way, most of the times it responded improperly. Can the developers spend a little bit time testing it?

Tell both sides though!. Love the coverage of stories, but how come nobody mentions why he was being arrested? Let’s mention that he was trying to pass forged checks!

Unstable. I try to watch the live broadcast on my iPad, it crashes or it will not come back on after commercials, and sometimes when the live broadcast is on tv, the live button does show on the app page so that I can watch it live. Very unstable

Terrible. This app is much worse than the previous versions. Definitely changed for the worse. Will be using other stations apps for my news going forward.

Great station. A great station, from news to entertainment they have it all. All day long there is always something to watch and learn.

Home page. Do not like the new scrolling layout, harder to find news stories especially top news

Fix your app!!!!. I used to have this news app over a year ago and then deleted it because every single time I opened a news story on it, it would crash. Decided to download it again, it’s beginning to do the same exact thing! I’m starting to get annoyed because I can’t see any of the content unless I click from a push notification.

Channel seven news is the only news I watch. I am 36 years old since I could remember watching tv and the news is always channel seven

Best overall coverage on I phone. Love the all inclusive coverage of all the news. Just like I like it informative , to the point and a pleasure to use as well as easy to find on phone

Very Informative. Keeps me updated on Chicago area news. The weather team stays on top of the weather.

Happy Until Now. I was happy with the app until recently. The app isn’t loading the news. It’s attempting to load and never completely load the page. I appreciated the ability to read the news when the live news isn’t streaming.

Missing news segment / no search link in app. I am seeking a short segment that aired on tv/channel 7 at 10:00 PM September 18, 2021, it was of a small rally earlier that day, at the Federal Plaza for Ruth Bader Ginsberg. I saw it on TV and wanted to find it again but it is not online anywhere and it's not within this app either. You don't even have a search option in this app! None that I can find, anyway. 😔

My Go-To station for News. Our household is ABC 7 News fans, over 30 years loyalty to watching daily to get the latest news on what is happening locally and nationally. Especially pleased to see Val Warner joining the News team! Really miss her and Mark on Windy City Live! Val has become one we look for to get the latest information on what’s happening in Chicago and beyond. She is just a natural in her way of delivering the news. So glad she is back!
