Amazing!!. I can feel the burn!!!!! Its amazing you can choose between 5, 7.5, and 10 minutes to work out my its good to do if u need something to do you can also listen to music while working out so it just makes everything better :) also try tha abb work out and the cardio work out they really work :)

Feel the burn. I must say that I work out 5 times a week at the gym and feel the burn but this...... had me sweating and I felt the burn. Great 10 minute workout. Just started this morning and hoping to see awesome results in a month or two. :) Good luck guys.

40 & Over. Seems like once you hit this milestone & never had to really work out to be satisfied with you body. That's all over your body parts that once looked good, but wasn't great are now heading south of the borer. Your too busy to busy with every day things to realize that now you need to start working out. This app is great for someone new to this life style change. You can make it a short work out & build your self up to where your able to a full workout. So for all of us newbie's hang in there it does get easier!

*****. I hate exercise. Really, I hate getting ready to exercise. Convincing myself to do it is the hardest part. Being able to say, "It's only five minutes. You can take that much time to do this." Pretty hard to argue with that, especially now that I'm just a little older. This is a good tool.

Helpful. I'm the kind of person who would love to go to the gym every day, but I have really bad anxiety, which makes it a struggle to go to the gym by myself. This app has helped me out for years, giving me workouts I can do in the comfort of my own home. And as time has passed, I've been able to modify and add onto them- adding weight and resistance bands for a better effect. Even on days that I do go to the gym to lift, I'll sometimes come home and do these workouts for an added boost! I love this app and I'll continue to use it!

SafetyTip. These moves definitely target the flutes to get results, but the app should include some basic safety reminders. E.g., the woman demonstrating lunges allows her knee to go out past her toes, which can cause injury, especially if you haven't been working out for a while. Also, some of the floor moves could be harmful to someone with lower back issues. Otherwise, a very useful app!

👍. I like this app because it really helps me workout everyday. It does the dreaded part for me of coming up with the different exercises. That, and you can change for how long you can workout on the app. There are also many different types of exercises so you don't get bored. Good job app makers!! :)

Love all these apps. Makes workouts so fast and easy. I hate working out but this app makes it too easy to pass up. I play some music and work out some mornings before I shower. You can pick a 5, 8, or 10 minute workout. I have all the other versions for abs, legs, arms, etc. and usually pick 2 each morning and try to work out for 10+ mins total. I always end up doing more because it's so easy.

Full body workout. I love all these exercises and will often add weights to intensify the routine. Great workouts!

Woah 😱😱. YOU ACTUALLY FEEL THE 🔥🔥🔥🔥! I’m working out for the first time... did the 5 minute workout and I️ say — this is impossible. I️ did as much as I️ cud and the burn is felt,!,,,,

Useful and practical. I love this app. I'm going to install the rest of the series. My only suggestion to the developer is a bit of a pause between exercises. I keep having to hit pause, do a few of the new exercises, stop, the hit pause again so I'm on the same track as the app. A built-in pause showing the next exercise...perhaps 10 seconds...would be great. I move my iPad from table to floor as the exercises go from standing to floor. So again, a bit of a break would be ideal. Otherwise I love it!!

would totally recommend. this app is really nice. it reminds you to do your 5-10 minute daily workout. you don’t have to pay for the advanced one to get all the great features. you can listen to music and use the app at the same time. if you do buy the ‘pro’ app, you can create your own workouts.

All u need. This app and every other in this series lacks nothing. The workouts are thorough and to the point. The instructor is presented in a very easy to see all black outfit (including shoes) against a neutral and pleasing background. This makes the demonstration of the movement easy to follow and easy to replicate = great for all levels of experience! There is no music which is great as this can create a meditative mind state for the routines or you can create your own playlist as it seems iTunes will run in the background. All this app needs is a warm-up video, combine all of the segments into one app for ease of use and I would gladly pay $$ for that!

Great all around booty workout :). I am going to try to do it every day. I did the short workout and feel accomplished :) I work out by lifting and running, but never took the time to work out my booty. I really think this will show results!

Makes me love working out. I hate working out and when I do I want it to be quick and see quick results. I have downloaded other workout apps but this is by far the best. I can choose how much time I work on this part of my body. Within a few seconds you start to feel the burn and if you stick to it everyday you will definitely see results quickly.

Simple and effective. This is a great app, super simple and quick to get a tiny work out in when you wake up or go to sleep. Even the 5 minute version is awesome, definitely worth downloading to check it out but I guarantee that you will add it to your regime for days you want to work out but can't find the time- very pleased!

All the right spots. I was a bit hesitant thinking it was the same old exercises you always see ,but it really works! I'm just starting but you can tell it's hitting all the right spots for a great lift! You can feel an instant burn! I agree great app that will give you a great a**! Lol! Quick and effective

Takes the thinking out of exercise. I love this app and use it at the gym. It makes my life so much easier. It counts for you and there are pictures too to make sure you have the form. You can actually use it anywhere. Thanks..love it

Don’t waste your time. Nothing like what the app looks like on the store Profile. Really disappointed, have to spend the money for the full version to really get the overall best of the app.

Effective and achievable. I'm not great at execution (yet) but with just 10 minutes a day it is getting easier and I can feel and see progress in toning up. 10 minutes is easy to say "yeah, I've got time to workout" even when I'm busy. Often once I've started I have time to stack this with other 10 minute sessions on Arm Workout and Ab Workout, even though a 30-minute commitment at the start would have left me procrastinating on the sofa.

Awesome 😊. Very convenient workout if you are limited on time and would love to still get exercise. This is perfect for someone with a busy schedule and the workouts definitely make you sore. It also has a way for you to set a reminder just in case you forget about working out. Love this app and I use it everyday 😊

Good app. A really good app!

Could be improved - 8 & 10 min workouts. This feedback applies to all apps by Developer. No question I enjoy using the apps and have, for years. One issue: after a while there is no variety in the exercises, even when used in different order on the Custom setting. Please add more exercises. Also, for the 8-10 min workouts, I would like to be able to add a couple more 30 sec exercises than doing the same exercises 45secs or 1 minute.

😄👍. Good selection of target workouts! The video + written explanation is on point, so all of the exercises make sense. There is only one ad, which is at the bottom of the screen and doesn't ever get in the way. Great free app, it would get 5 stars if it was more aesthetically pleasing... but I'm not complaining since it does it's job!

Great Glute exercises!!. I really enjoy this app. This app really helps me to remember to do my Glute exercises!! It’s really helped me to keep my resolutions on track.

Very Good. This is a great little app for me to work this area quickly, efficiently and effectively. I especially love it when I'm traveling because I can complete a complete workout in the hotel when combined, if desired, with the abs, arm and/or cardio ones as well. I also use it during commercial breaks when watching TV. I'm not hard core fitness, but am in fairly good shape and like this a lot.

Amazing app!!. Definitely love this app it gives me lots of different workouts to do and it shows me different levels and times I can do the workouts for. So it makes the workouts so much easier to understand as it gives a video that speaks out to you and some bullet points of instruction if you don't understand the video! It will make my workouts so much easier and more fun!

Worth it!. This app is a great work out for being free. Mostly good for being able to do it in the convenience of your own home! It doesn't provide safety tips or ways to make it harder or easier which is a downfall if you don't know what you are doing.

Love it!. I've been using this app for a week now and I've seen a difference! I love that you can set reminders and especially for which days to do it! I do it mon, wed & Friday! I don't do it on weekends just because I give my body a rest but this is def worth it to get some exercise in! Love this app!!!

Great workout. I’m so glad that I did this it worked out great but the groggy flute kicks got on my nerves a little bit

I never write these things.... Wow. Nothing forced me here to review this, but I can't recommend it more. I've only being using this a month. Started with the 5 minute, then gradually worked my way to the 10 minute exercise. I took some "before" photos to help define progress, and so far it's actually very noticeable. Who knew something so quick could be so effective. Kudos to the developers here for making this app shine. It's not the prettiest app, but dang does it work.

Great App and East to Use. Adjustable workouts and adjustable timed workouts are easy to use and I have been using this app for two weeks and will keep using it. I have other apps that you can't change the length or difficulty but this is my favorite.

Great app. I was looking for quick lower body workout and this app is it. I love how you can chose from five, eight and ten minute work outs. As a mom, it's hard to work out a hour a day so this helped a lot. I'm on my second day and my legs are killing me. I also love how it tells you how much calories you burn. Great app

Home workout. Self-explanatory. This workout Is achievable.

It actually works. I'm an at home mom for 3 children and I get fatter and fatter with all of their junk food lying around and with everything I do for them I am always tired and then there is never any time to go to the gym but with this app I feel as if I have my own personal trainer in my home and it also gives me a reminder of when I need to workout so I never fall behind on being healthy and this would be a good app for women who want to be healthy or if you want there are also some great apps by the same company that focuses on abs, legs, arms, and cardio, and yoga so enjoy your new body ladies

Awesome App! Great for Moms!. I love this app!! And I recommend it to everyone! If I can't get to the gym I turn to my and do a couple work out! I love that fact the it shows you how to do every move and counts it down for you. The audio and picture is amazing!! I'm a mother of a toddler and this has done wonders for me! And made staying fit easier!

Nice exercise app. I like that this app gives you a complete workout for free, I’m sure there are added benefits for upgrading and maybe I will once I know I’m going to stick with this exercise program but it’s still a good app to get started.

Finally!. I tried ballet for my butt,but it seemed too easy and I never really felt challenged. Then I tried boot camp and it was so intense that I quit after the first day. This is what I've been looking for. It's not too hard,but it's not too easy. Thank you so much!!!!!!! I would also recommend the free ab workout these people have. ☺😍👙💗

Quick and effective!. Great supplement to any workout. I'm blessed with curves and I love them but I have to keep them smooth lol. This definitely helps and when Im running short on time this is a great way to keep on your workout plan! Ladies 5 minutes to do something just for you each day!! Can't beat that!

Routine workouts. I dont have much time to workout even 20 mins is to much time for me. This has 5 7.5 or 10 min workouts that is continuous and it burns which i wasnt expecting for just 5 min workout showed me workouts i never knew i plan on getting every body part in this form app. Worth it :)

Goddess approved 💃. I like this app a lot it helps me work out when I really don't want to .five minutes and you really feel like you did something good for your body and I like that you can choose the amount of time you can dedicate at the moment.

Great app. This workout app is very convenient. I can exercise in 5 minutes or set up any of the given times along with varying cycles. Exercises are modeled and after workout calories are displayed. However, there is no notification of at least 3-5 seconds of how much time there is left for each exercise unless you are staring at the screen. A sounding timer would help.

I like it so much. Such a good apps. Helps you workout but not that hard.

Good Exercises but misleading information. These exercises are great to work out these muscles BUT there is no such thing as spot reduction so doing these exercises for five mins a day will not get you the results you may have been led to believe you wld get. You must do cardio to lower your body fat and adjust your eating habits.

Workout. Pretty good but this is mainly for girls because it hurts when you put pressure inbetween your legs for guys.

Great. I love that I have someone to do it with rather than it just being a mere instructional app like the others.

Email spam. I used to use all these apps a lot a couple years ago and wanted to get back into it and unfortunately won’t be using them again. Providing an email so they can constantly spam you is now a requirement to use their apps. No thanks, there are plenty of others out there.

Great workout when pinched for time. This ap is so handy especially when out of town and away from the gym. The exercises can be easily modified to either be a little easier or more challenging. This past weekend I snuck in a workout at our hotel while hubby took a nap.

Great to get a quick workout. I find this great to get in a few minutes of working out while watching tv when I would just be sitting otherwise. I always have my phone with me, so these apps tend to motivate me to do something.

Great App!. I love how well the instructions and videos are. The fact that my copd doesn't prevent me from completing a workout is KEY! I really feel like I had a great workout when I'm done! I highly recommend this app!

Simple and Succinct!. This app is easy to use, gives clears instructions, and suggests actual effective gluteus exercises. The routines I've used require no equipment, which is a bonus when I'm on the road.

Easy to follow and quick. Very easy to follow and works together with the rest of the series for targeted workouts (e.g., arm workout, ab workout). I usually pick 3 body parts and do 5 minutes of each.

Needs time extention!. Great app, but unlike the other daily workout apps, this one doesn't have a variable time interval. The exercises are fine, but make them variable to a minute, or better yet; longer! Please! =)

Felt it !. Felt it more in my thighs than anywhere else but yes , it is working! Will use this when I can from 3 times a day to 1 time cause its on my phone and its so handy to have when you have a spare moment.

Great workout. Love that still plays your music while doing it. I am big into fitness, I am 5'4" 115lb and workout 6 days a week & I mainly weight train, & have for a while, and I was sore! Great quick workout.

Try it. I think it good I hope it helps me loose weight but as far as I know my body is sore so it's doing something all of the daily workouts

It was great!. I was too lazy to make it to the gym, so I decided to do something quick fast n simple. By the end of the session I felt like I did a complete workout! Boy my glutes were burning... But they feel tight! This app is a must hav!!!

Cancel your gym membership. This app is awesome. I've been using it for 3 weeks along with one of your other apps ( arms, legs, shoulders, cardio) and I definitely see the results. It makes you work harder than a machine does... Highly recommended!!!

To the point. Fantastic workout. Easy to follow along to. No excessive out of breathe talking by instructor which gets old 5th time you do the workout. Will buy full version!

New app. Looking forward to using this app, love the easy to follow instructor, I only wish it had a "reminder" like some of the other apps, because when kids/life calls, I often loose track of my time.

Love this app!. Free version is GREAT! I was looking for a way to get toning exercises into my busy day as a teacher and as the mother of a two year old - and this app fills the bill. I already take my phone everywhere - so now I'm taking my booty workout, too. ;)

Love it. This app helps alot.! I usually do either 5 or 10 mins after 30 mins on the treadmill & thats usually my workout for the day.! & ill add a core workout for a lil added extra.!

So far, so GREAT!. I've been using this app less than a week but love it. I feel sore and can tell it's working! You can pick different workouts and challenge yourself.

Baby steps. I love being able to do a little bit at a time and increase slowly. The videos are a great way to learn and I like doing the exercises for a length of time rather than counting.

Fantastic :). This is just what I've been looking for! I did the five minute workout and it had exercise in it I'd never tried before. I plan on doing this one every day. I like the video guidance with it to keep you on track

Great app!. I like to skip workouts so this app constantly sends me reminders which is motivating!! The first level is fun and easy but the 2nd level gets a bit more difficult!

You will see results with this routine!. I am doing this in place of weights right now until I get my gym membership going again. I've tried other apps but this one is the best!

GREAT!!!. I LOVE these workouts!! I also downloaded the daily and keg workouts!! I'm used to working out Monday through Friday with no problems. I do these simple easy workouts and my muscles get sore!! Which means its working!! I will definitely be buying all 3 apps!!!

New Favorite App!!. I love this app so much. It's a quick workout and I really feel like it's working the correct muscles! It's only 5 minutes too, so there is no excuse for me to NOT do it daily. It's a wonderful app!!!

such a great app!!. I love it since most of the time I'm babysitting my sister so I can't go out and work out so this is a great alternative (even though it's still recommended to go run or the gym) but its great and I will continue to use it everyday

Excellent. Succinct, easy to use, solid quick workout. The video helps set the pace. The app doesn't take up loads of memory on the iPhone. I've recommended it to my mom, mother in law, and sisters. My 2yr old nephew loves following along too!

Works!. I hate to exercise, but I LOVE this app! I do the two sets of exercises once a day, and it literally takes 10 minutes and you get results! I can definitely tell a difference, Get it!!

You can feel it. Works, something simple that a traveler can use on the go or just for a quick work out when ever you have time .

Intense. The lady makes it look simple. After 5 minutes my abs were on fire. Definitely recommend this if you want to tone up.

Cool Series!. I love this app and the others in the series. It is a great way to focus on trouble areas or combine the series into a great thirty minute work out. I used to hate exercising and would go months before getting into a routine. Now I look forward to waking and designing my workout to what I feel like accomplishing fir that day. I love this app.
