Most useless app of dating sites.. I live near a vastly populated area and this site has no one ever online. EVER! Looking in cities I’m traveling to in a couple of weeks… NONE of the profiles ever open. It appears that when you delete your account the system keeps your profile on the site to make it look Mike there are more people using it than are really there. Years ago this used to be a fantastic site, but now it’s not worth 10 minutes of your time. Also, after 11 days of waiting no photos ever got approved. What a joke this site has become.

Lousy app overall. The desktop site works well .. the app not so much. You cannot reply effectively to contacts, except basic email, and their policy of “acceptable” app pics is absurd. Even just a shirtless pic, in jeans, they consider “ too hot”. I’m not sure the owners know what year we are in.

Terriable. I once used Manhunt years ago, I decided to download it today and create a new profile after being gone for many years. After setting up a new profile the only thing I saw was old profiles from 10 plus years ago of people who I know, profiles that are not even active. This app is so out of date.

Error message. Poor design and my profile can't be seen for it gets an error message saying Could not decode getprofile Json data! And no one knows what it means. Customer support is useless. Don't waste your time with this app. Now today the mobile app keeps logging me out within 15 seconds of logging in. Such an unstable app. Hasn't been updated in 6 months. Obviously they do not care. Still getting errors and can't reply to people. Customer service is useless. They reply with the same form letter word for word each time.

Doesn’t work. I have downloaded this app so many times my fingers have no more prints. About every two to three times I look at a profile or read a message it won’t pull them up and I have to delete and download again.

I can’t login to my old account. Why can’t I login to my old manhunt account on a new device? Even if I try to reset the password, nothing shows in my mail box for me to click on and reset my password This is sooooo bad!!! Meanwhile they still continue giving me notifications about messages in my mail box!!! How will I be able get to reply if I’m not wow to login???

Unusable. This is one of those apps that is just unusable unless you pay for added features. That might have worked 15 years ago but it doesn’t work now. Manhunt needs to figure out how to subsidize and make a profit without expecting their members to pay up front. I realized when I traveled to other countries that this wasn’t an issue but this can only last so long. Get with the program!

Have problem with manhunt on my iPhone 6s+. I have tried several times to open the app on my phone after downloading but it says my password isn’t correct ... then I deleted the app and downloaded it again and again but it still the same .... what do I do

Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for several months now with issues on changing my password. I’ve called customer service, I have emailed customer service countless times and never get a response. What really makes me mad is I am still paying for it monthly. I can’t cancel until I can get into my account.

Biggest Crap App. I have had iOS devices since the iPhone 3GS and have been downloading apps since then. I can honestly say this app is the biggest piece of garbage I have ever had on any device. It freezes at nearly every screen and that is only if it doesn’t crash on opening. And it seemed that every update makes it worse. The parent company would be better to remove it entirely and just use a web app. Based on the app I wouldn’t trust Manhunt enough to pay for any service. You aren’t fostering a good reputation and image, Manning.

Really? I'm paying for this?. Have been on the site in the past. Support is non-existent. When I toggle "online" tab it reverts;I look on dozens of profiles; no one's online in my city? No response. One month subscription has tiered pricing after you join---limit of 35 chats; with an ever-present countdown. Also, I try to access the profile of guy I'm chatting with--get an error message. This app adds to frustration of meeting other guys today. Thank goodness I paid for only 1 month. Don't forget--immediately cancel in settings on iPhone--default is autorenewal. Yuck.

DISAPPOINTED. I have guys winking at me and sending messages to me and I can not respond! I keep getting an “Ooops ps-408 error! Deleted and reinstalled the app - no difference! Switched to a subscription - now, in addition, I’m paying to use an app that does not allow me to message or respond to guys that I might be interested in.

Minor enhancements? More like additional defects. Recent update made navigation in this app complete junk. Unable to scroll to view profiles, unable to navigate back after selecting a profile to view, unable to set filter controls. Do you even test your app before releasing?!?

Worst Gay hookup app. Of all the gay hookup apps, Grindr, Scruff, etc.,... Manhunt is by far the worst. It just doesn’t work about 50% of the time. Somebody sends you a message, you go to check their profile. You get error message. Somebody unlocks their pics for you. You go to check them out. You get error message again. Error message after error message after error message. Don’t waste your time guys. Stick with the apps that actually work

I would rather wait to be at my laptop. This is the glitchiest app I have ever used. Notifications you can’t find. The number disappears then returns with yet another invisible notification. I constantly have to log off and back in. It shows no pics for guys on the website who has pics. Support? Yeah I’m wondering if they have any too. I’m going to try no stars so if there is one I don’t mean it.

Decent. Pros: On the website you can have nudes as your profile pic. Which in many cases guys want to see that. Also, it lists ppl by location as Grindr does. Cons: The app constantly signs you out when you are not using it. You can not use a nude pic as your profile pic on the app. You are limited with the amount of conversations unless you pay for it. Overall, decent website/app. I think it’s best if the gay community just picks an app to use. That way it would make things easier to find more ppl. My personal choice would be Grindr, but Grindrs ads are highly annoying, unless you’re a paid member. Wish they would just make it a little cheaper. Or have a lifetime membership.

Disappointed at most. I had the free app and kept getting timeout messages when trying to access profiles and perform basic tasks, um login! Support? Tried a number of time to submit a message to the app and NEVER got a response. Your team is worse that any catfish as at least they show up. Then, I thought maybe if I upgrade, things might get better. Worst $$ spent ever. Calling credit card to cancel. Goodbye Manhunt, hello #whatever.

Can not reset password. I’ve tried several times to reset my password through the email I used. It doesn’t send me any information to my email to reset it like it said it will. Very annoying that I can’t even delete my profile.

Positive Website. The best of all websites that I ever came across.. I’m glad to find that special person for me on this website platform…balaomar45

Here’s why not to use this app. Manhunt used to be a decent app, however some recent changes have ruined it. First, they want you to pay $.99 to block another user! Second their “report a member” link doesn’t work. Third, they are now limiting messages. Fourth, existing message histories will only last for two weeks. If you want to know how to ruin an app, just follow Manhunt’s lead. I will be using Scruff, Adam for Adam, and Surge instead. Thanks Manhunt!

Doesn’t care for their customers.. I agree with many of the other reviewers, why should I pay for features all the other apps give for free. As for their customer service... the Report feature has never worked. Their response, delete and reinstall. Don’t bother, it doesn’t do a thing. They’d rather cater to the spam bots than the actual customers who use the app.

USELESS. The app constantly freezes - and yes I have plenty of memory (200+ gb available). Also, your “new” improvements are useless. I’m constantly booted out and asked to sign back in. If I were you, I would throw it all out and start again.

Unsafe to use. Manhunt has no concern for your online safety unless you pay them. If you block someone and their account becomes inactive, their name disappears from the block list, but it still applies towards your 5 allowed blocks. No way to block anymore users unless the inactive members become active again. This is an extremely dangerous app to use, and Manhunt could care less if you don’t pay them.

Almost Completely Useless. On the rare occasion that the app actually works properly, you’ll find it’s still a horrible design. But don’t worry, you won’t have time to notice since it almost never works. You’ll see “The Request Timed Out” WAY more than you’ll ever see a profile. Even worse, I paid for a VIP membership, but I don’t get any of the supposed benefits. I’ve contacted MH support multiple times, but haven’t received a response. Don’t waste your time or money on this pile of crap.

From great to pitiful, uncaring, unprofessional. Manhunt and its parent company were at the forefront of gay social applications. It was a professional, well-run company. In the past 10 years, the company is seriously declining, especially in regards to its smartphone application (poorly designed, rarely updated, frequent flaws and glitches). More emphatic and sad is that the once great customer service is long gone!

Worst Customer Service. This app just makes up rules as they go. The site used to be great but over the years has gotten worse and worse. For instance I have an account and trying to block an account. As a non paying member your allowed to have 5 blocks. So my account shows none. But i am being told my CS that if someone deletes their account it stays in the blocked list in case they come back. How many people actually use the same account names?? When I was a paying member half the special items couldn’t be used, and guess what? I would reach out to CS and never get a response. What a waist of money!

Bad app. I’m a paying customer and my app always freezes. Many times there is no one in my area. I feel it’s not worth the monthly payment and manhunt lost it spot. Is the app just collection money and is dead now. When is the next upgrade coming or you guys are done? Please tell me. Do you have a phone support I can call in?

Can’t even register!. Apparently their “bug fix” didn’t include allowing someone to set up an account when they follow the directions... kept getting the message “wrong format” no matter what or how many times I tried... I’d give it a “0” if I could.

Awful app experience. First, the audacity to have “sent” messages as a premium feature?! Then the fact the notification does not work ever. Not in Daily. Not in Weekly. It never works. Then there is some bug where if let’s say I am typing a paragraph it will automatically send before I’m able to finish the sentence, or my thoughts. At first I thought it was me hitting the Send button since they are close at the of the positioning, but no it literally is sending before I can finish. Not good!

Poor design - limited features. Your (pending) redesign is ridiculous. It takes MORE clicks to perform the same function as the old design. This is a clear first sign of very poor design (web designer here). Any redesign should makes clicks quicker and easier. New placement of functions isn’t logical. How do you expect to generate income from the “pay” version when you ridiculously limit the free functions that are available on other apps/sites? You should more closely examine your competition and at least match those functions, then take it to the next level. That’s how you get new business guys!

Still buggy. Logging in with existing account is still impossible on the app. I also agree with another reviewer in that the rules for access seem to constantly change. I’ve had an account over twenty years.

The Mighty are fallen!. Without exception, the *worst* social app available. Offers the least of any social app-- you can't even read profile info unless you pay. If you do pay for it, you don't get as much as other apps provide free of charge. Stop the automatic renewal why waste more $? Nearly every other app does *more* for free. Even that terrible Bro app is better than this incompetent creation. The few good reviews here? I'd bet even money they're by employees or investors/owners. No way the casual user wrote them. The mighty have fallen. Manhunt was once one of the most popular Gay social sites, but now it's the worst.

Buggy!!!!!. Network errors all of the time even though the network is fine. NOTIFICATIONS DO NOT WORK AT ALL!!!! I’ve reset all of my settings, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and even restarted my phone and the notifications still don’t work! They really need to fire their programmers and testers and get new ones. No app should be released in this condition!!

Don’t waste your time. This is by far the absolute worst app that y’all shouldn’t have ever been made. Even your website is beginning to go way downhill y’all need to update your servers and get rid of any profile that’s been inactive for over 5 years. Get you crap together manhunt y’all use to be so much better than this total garbage app.

Not worth it. App barely works. Multiple profiles show as not configuring. App freezes constantly. Idk. I used manhunt desktop years ago and it was great. The mobile version doesn’t quite live up. I’m paying for a faulty app. Don’t waste your money.

What happened to you manhunt?. You were always greedy and not customer friendly, but now you're shamelessly spammy. Take some pages from your competitors and open up the free feature set - be more like scruff and growlr. You'll end up making more money. Plus, the new notification page causes the app to crash. Delete delete delete.

Much Improved. A lot of the old reviews are right but the app seems way more stable now, works better, and isn’t filled with blank profiles. Good try!

Zero stars if I could. I’d say it was terrible if the app would even let me create an account. Fill in all the information and then it does absolutely nothing. I guess the clue is the last update was a year ago. Remove from App Store.

Ridiculously Buggy. It’s unbelievable how neglected this app is. The email server has been super slow or completely down for months. I left the app 6 months ago out of frustration, but decided to try it again today: same bugs, email verification isn’t working (mail service STILL DOWN???!!!). The world of web/internet m2m hookup is obviously dead.

Miserable App, don’t download!!!. Over run with ads. It takes FIVE emails from the server to verify your account. Almost no functionality if you’re not a premium member. No way to delete your account in the app. So glad I didn’t pay for it. Deleted the app within two hours of downloading it. Waste of time. And those are the good things about the app!

A Mess! Use website instead!. The features on the app are not in sync with those on the website. One cannot “customize” the app at all!

Looks like they made some nice improvements. Been using it for a couple of weeks and it’s a huge help mprovenent from previous versions but most importantly Manhunt still has lots of guys online in my area so while other apps like this might have more features what really matters to me is the actual guys online and manhunt seems to have that more than any other app

Can’t sign in. The app say it’s sending me a password reset link and it never arrives. It was ridiculous enough when I had to do this every time I switched to/from the web version. Now it doesn’t work at all and hasn’t for a year. Please fix!

Phone app is defective. Whenever I try to sign in on my phone app, I have to sign in several times for it to open. This still happens when I delete and reinstall the app. Also, they don’t block accounts when they are reported as spam with documentation.

Junk app. If you want to use the Manhunt app, be prepared to de- and reinstall it every time you log in. Otherwise, it crashes and says “ network error “ even though the connection is fine. MH has been a problem-ridden site ever since its inception and this app is just more of the same.

I’m an idiot. I’m an idiot because this is the only app I actually pay a membership for. Maybe it’s because I’ve had it for a long time. But this is also the only app/website that constantly has technical problems. You have to use certain browsers for it to work (even by their admission) and even on those browsers it frequently malfunctions. Their app is glitchy too. I am very frequently aggravated by their poor performance yet I stay. I’m so dumb.

Used to be the best site.. They “improved” this site so much and each time it got worse. It used to be the best site and they should go back to where it was about 5 years ago. Even when you pay, it is not as easy as other sites are free.

Keeps freezing. App keeps freezing or the main screen goes blank after manually refreshing. Never automatically refreshes. I have deleted app and re downloaded. Settings are set to refresh in background. Nothing seems work.

Don’t activate Touch ID on iPhone X. Activating Touch ID on iPhone X causes the app to crash when opening.

Worse app ever. I can not believe that you actually have to pay to block a user this really gets me. Never shows who’s nearby never works properly. Seedy freaks messaging all the time ba-bye

Ads Displayed for Subscribers. This is absolutely the most stupid thing they have ever done. I login I'm a subscriber and bam ads. Do anything like unlock pics or block someone and bam another ad.

Ads are the only part that works. This app is so unstable - constant time outs, can’t view messages or profiles, pics are tiny... only thing that works consistently are the ads so the other failures must be on purpose. Don’t bother with this 💩 app

Now with ads. New version now has ads when you look at your track list. Bye bye manhunt. You were bad before but now you’re gone forever.

An okay App. This seems to be "the app" in my area. I don't dislike the App. I just think it needs a lot of reworking. It does seem to crash a bit. It doesn't show ANY profile text at all. So you basically have to log on via the PC site to know anything other than Age location etc. and if the photo is rude... You have to again log on to the main site. It raises the question as too why bother? Fictionally when it's stable it's a smooth app I think nicely and easily laid out. No rabbit warrens of pages leading you don't know where.

Gay window shopping. Being able to read someones bio is pretty important - it helps you weed out all those people you don't want to have anything to do with. Its a bit hard to tell if I have anything in common with someone by 1 or 2 photos (usually of faceless torsos) and a short subject line. So in that respect the app is pretty useless compared to the website - unless all you want it for is gay window shopping, then it's great. Also crashes a lot and is a bit buggy to be used regularly.

Update. App needs a complete update. People can't see downloaded photos when sent through on chat. Very unfortunate, especially when you pay the money for membership. Also when you try to delete a message, it either deletes it only to return a minute later or it deletes 3 or more that you don't want deleted. Update the up. If people pay for it, give them a decent app..

too slow. ok this app has some problems, but it does have potential... will keep it loaded to see what the next update will hold, meanwhile, im using the web app... - dont like the speed of the application... i've had a few instances where the application will just hang for no reason (while connected to wifi) - "nearby" list brings up people over 500 miles from me... - censorship process needs to be reviewed as I can see pornographic images and faceshots have been blocked. thats all - thankyou

Buggy and bad privacy. Why is your app reading from the clipboard. I opened it and the first thing I see is a notification from iOS saying manhunt was reading clipboard data. No reason for that at all.

layout is impressive. looks are good, not having the crashes others are talking about, but reckon there should be a search option for choosing locations as in web based version. When selecting nearby etc, the results are randomly selected all over Australia & I live on the Gold Coast.

Terrible update. Please fix it!. The latest update has made the app basically useless. When you open a profile the screen freezes and you have to close it. Please fix it!

Well written, designed and delivered... This app is fast - regardless of your phone's processor speed, wont destroy your battery like other GPS dating apps. Very smart layout and functionality. Well worth 5 stars!

Good Social App to make friends. Good App to Make Friends with other guys with things in Common. Would like to be able to read Profile as you cannot do that. It also crashes when I press the Buddy List

Major bugs in app. Constantly "loading" and "logging in". Once it finally loads you tap the MAIL tab and the app closes and you have to wait until its done loading and logging in again. Easier to use the annoying mobile website compared to using this app.

Possibly the worst ‘dating’ app ever!. There’s very little positive about this app. It’s a cheap nasty attempt by Manhunt to spread from computer to mobile. So many bugs and flaws! Just don’t bother.

Better using iPhone Internet. Almost 90% of the profiles you try and view pics it comes up as "to hot for iphone" This is an adult site and there trying to make it a PG app? I don't get it. Also not viewing the bio is just stupid. So we not only can't see pics on a profile but also no BIO can be viewed so what exactly do we do on this app? Last update was 6 months ago. You can tell how much they actually care about making this app more user friendly. I just view the website on the Internet on iPhone.

Error 404 message. Why are you not fixing your app?? Error 404 after I just used it started displaying error message.

Please fix the bugs for both the App and Web version, cannot send messages with the app, error message pops up and web version the captcha keeps popping up for every message and 99% of the time message is not delivered. If the owners of this app don’t care, please sell the manhunt business to someone who does care about customers feedback!!

Great!. I don't understand all these negative comments, it's fantastic! Zero problems, 100% better then grindr!

Annoying. Manhunt is generally a pretty handy app. However, it's so buggy that I find myself on the manhunt website at the same time just to get the full MH experience. Constant crashes when opening app. Only displays the headline of a profile, which is more often than not useless. No search function (not even for members by name) which again sends me to the online version. Get your act together ManHunt and bring out a solid updated app.

Be Warned about photos. Hadn't read the bad reviews before downloading this but also BE WARNED if you don't want your face pics shown. The App looks for ANY face pic (even if they are in your private photos...duh... hullo!!! ...if I don't want my private pics to be private where else am I going to put them) This is because they can't show risky photos presumably. I prefer to go back to the mobile website. Just log in on Safari and it brings up the mobile site. If you save some searches while you accessing it on the computer, you can log onto them via your phone.

Rubbish. This app is pretty much unusable. You can't look at people's profiles - it just says error request timed out and sometimes it just crashes altogether. It's the worst app I've ever downloaded.

Going backwards. While the latest update is a newer updated look functionality has gone backwards. It no longer holds onto filter information, we now have advertising banners on the top of the screen... been in manhunt for a long time on desktop but the app is shoddy at best

Useless. The App simply does not work. Continually freezes and needs shutting down and you just go around in circles getting nowhere. Stick with the Web version.

What a joke. The latest update has rendered the app completely unusable. You can’t scroll through the profile or view photos. When you type messages you have white text on a white background = you can’t see what you’re typing. This level is stupid is quite impressive. That’s on top of messages randomly disappearing and/or not being delivered. I’ve tried it on iphone and iPad and the same bug is present on both devices. Just when I think the app couldn’t get any worse, you prove me wrong. Goodbye Manhunt.

Don’t waste your time.. Either stick with the browser version or don’t bother. This app is 100% pointless & utterly useless.

Bugs galore. As others have mentioned this app is full of bugs. Can't understand why it was released when 2 minutes of use will reveal the concerns. One that others haven't mentioned is that chats don't show up until that are about 4 hours old. Not sure if it is a Timezone error.

Slow app and stuck with a pop up ad. Unresponsive app, can’t even see face pics, notification for an ad so after letting it load you select the close button only to have it pop up again 3 seconds later. Repeatedly stuck in this loop. Deleted

Abysmal. Every update is a conscious downgrade.

Pathetic. The site vs app functionality is appalling. Member information available on site not available on the app. Search functions limited even with membership. Messages do not display in full. GPS is off and inaccurate and incomplete even if on wifi. You'd think by this stage, considering the length of time the site has been operational and the other competing apps on the market, they'd give you a reason to continue your membership.

Trash!!!!!. Crappiest app of all time!!! It crashes all the time. Would not load profile pictures. Takes long time to load the app. Does not load new profiles. iPhone have to be switched off and back on to restate the app and refresh the profiles.

Useless. Freezes when looking at profiles, doesn’t send notifications, then they expect you to pay for premium, seriously you have lost your minds.

CRASH CRASH CRASH. Good il' M'hunt has been around for ever. You can forgive the lack of message credits n even the non-existent instant messaging facility. It's Manhunt... BUT the constant site crashing! WRONG.... If a trip down memory lane n a reminder of the dial up Internet experience, is what you desire- then this app is sure to please. The technology maintenance of the Manhunt app is shoddy n lazy... That's a disappointment really, because the brand is strong. Get it together!

new layout. I have just deleted and re downloaded the app so i can get the new uncensored version that also has the "nearby" button, however its still the old one. how can i update it?

Latest update is no good!!. Latest update seems like a step backwards.. The already tiny profile pics are now hidden behind a pointless black base border.. Struggles to load everything, even on wi-fi.. Have to log off then back on to update msgs.. Then some msgs say "log into manhunt on your computer to read this msg" Why?? Disappointing, wish I never upgraded!! Something needs to be done about the app safe images too.. Being an 18+ site, I fail to see the issue :(

Worst dating application so buggy. The manhunt application is the absolute worst dating application I have used. It constantly is laggy, you send a message then bam the message isn’t sent, you delete a conversation with someone, it deletes that one and other ones, then they come back again days later. You delete the application still doesn’t work, the website browser is just as bad. I used manhunt previously thought I’d try it again but nope it still does the same issues. Sending pics is difficult. It is literally the most buggy and technically flawed gay dating application I have ever used. It’s like they haven’t been able to build a simple application like Grindr or Scruff it can’t be that hard. Maybe they don’t have enough servers or something. My advice is don’t bother with this application, I contacted support who were nice but these issues still happen. No wonder it has 2 star review average.

Why no descriptions. I've logged in using web on a computer and this app and I'm hoping the app can b updated so that If someone has written a description i can read it in this app...otherwise update it to lose the too hot for iPhone part...thanks

Worst app. Spammers and pop ups non stop … used to be great now awful - I’ll be deleting

Buggy and unintuitive. The distance function is inconsistent and shows guys 40km away as ‘nearby’.

Fix please. After this update, when I exit the app and relaunch it I just get loading, updating over and over again for ages. I have to close the app and open it again (double tap home button, then hold finger on app icon, then press minus button). To make better, try putting the tab bar outside the grey overlay so I can switch between check mail and search for guys if I get sick of waiting for it to load. At the moment you can't press the tab bar while something is loading.

Slow as hell. Waiting >1min to log in!? (and I'm already on an iPhone4) the worst app ever, it's faster to go on manhunt via the mobile safari. Useless.

No use. You would expect something better from manhunt! Errors loading, takes forever to login, send messages, view profiles... What's the use?!

Needs improvements. Nice features, but the App is way too slow. Can't wait for the next update...

AVOID!. This app is terrible. After months away there seem to be even more glitches that need to be fixed. The biggest issue is that messages are continuously cut off. Also, due to error messages you may not get yours sent. A friend who's picture was him in shorts on a beach far back is apparently too hot for the app. Constant error messages including Internet connectivity and supposed unauthorized access. All that for a whopping $18/month!

Not good. The program could be better. It is not in metric for one thing. You also can not see what city the people are in. This program could be a lot better.

Disappointed. Used to be a great App. For some reason now it keeps crashing and has way too many adverts popping up. Sad considering what it used to be

Update broke the app. The new “enhancements” include the following: * when writing messages it’s now white text on a white background, so you can’t see what you’re writing; and * app freezes whenever you click on someone’s profile With programmers like these I’m not sure why they even bother staying in business.

Crap App. Been using it ... all of a sudden today, go to sign in and I get a message “can’t read data”. What the f—- is that?? And how am I supposed to fix that?? I deleted the app. Thank God I never paid anything into this Crap App!

App need Fixing. After downloading the app, I noticed when I do a 100miles scan on website for people who are nearby, there’s tons of people whom I can find, but when I do a 100 miles scan on the app, looks like it only scans until 5 miles. Slow!!!. I like the layout but the app is slow at loading every page.

Don't bother. The mobile site lets you view all the 'too hot for iPhone' pics and functions essentially the same way. The ONLY function this gives you is the ability to upload pics which you USED to be able to do on the mobile site. Makes no sense why they got rid of that feature. Wouldn't bother recommending or using this app.

Slow. Way to slow! App always restart's 3 or 4 times before loading.

Unfortunate choice of font colour used throughout App. Needs re-done.. This App has a font style and Yellow font color that is almost completely illegible. A remarkable oversight for a socially communications App. of significance to the Gay community.

Awful full of ads. This is an awful app that does not even work properly with the iPhone five. Don't waste your time.

Worst retarded app. This site has never improved, they always have technical issues, almost impossible to recover a forgotten password. Manhunt should be more responsible for providing a service to the gay community. Get with the program,,,, especially for people that use tablets.

Better graphics on Duck Hunt™.. The photos don't load, in the grid or profiles, a constant spinning wheel is all you see. A step down from the headless torsos of grindr.

Absolutely awful. The website is so-so. But the iPhone app is absolutely awful. So many bugs it’s impossible to even start mentioning them. And very poor functionality even without the bugs compared to other similar apps. Used to pay for this but stopped because of all the issues. Too bad. There were some hot guys using it.

A step in the right direction.... Notifications do not always work on phone. I get messages and unaware I got them even though they are highlighted to work. Constant network errors. Very slow random load times. Test your software.

Recently updated. Can’t see the text as I’m typing it out. Not getting notifications.

Glitches and freezes. Not the most stable of chat apps. I’m not an upgraded member and can only imagine the frustration of having paid for this. When it locks or fails to load requested screens, I tell myself “well it’s free” one would think the developers would concentrate on stabilizing the features that they currently have, but they just seem to add new ones just as glitchy as the ones that they already have. Sadly it’s been this way year after year. Good concept though.

WORST!!!. Manhunt puts me on hold because of my picture or because of the content of my profile. I didn't say anything bad their, MANHUNT just say that!! Guys dont ever download or sign up this one. They have also limited reply and limited seeing profiles and also limited seeing the replys of the people that sent you a email. Manhunt doesn't provide's you great value. Its just waste of your time.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Used to like this software when it was on PC. Now full of predators. But the iPhone app is horrible, horrible, horrible. So many bugs, I don’t know where to start. Won’t open properly, need to log out and then log in repeatedly just to get it to work, shuts down unexpectedly, font problems so that the chat text doesn’t appear entirely, and on and on and on. Do NOT download this app. Aggravating......and the crappy guys now on the site are not worth it. Go on Scruff which is a flawless and well-running app. Or anything else but not Manhunt.

Bad. Basically actively hostile to free users, which means their service is bad and they don't have many members. Disappointing.

Crappy, even when paid. Pretty crappy App. There's no change from free vs Paid features. Some profiles don't even show the public pix that you can see on the desktop version. Also there's WAY less people on this site vs the free Apps out there. I have major buyers remorse. ☹️ DO NOT RECOMMEND

Like Grindr, but worse. Like Grindr, this app has now dove into paid advertisements as messages. Unlike Grindr, you have to log out and log back in to update geolocation and refresh messages, despite having your password saved. Lol we’re saturated with apps these days and I hate the absolute redundancy of it, so that said, I’m deleting my account soon because the other apps are at least more user friendly. I can’t even delete my account from the app, so I thought I’d give it a fair review.

Can’t send messages!. I keep getting a message saying Oops! Ps-428 everytime I send a message.I’ve reached out to the support team,and I’m not getting any replies.Very frustrating,especially when someone who you want to chat with,keeps sending messages and you can’t reply.

Needs major overhaul. Take a lesson from the other gay apps!!! This one is NOT user friendly, WAY too many clicks to send a simple message, and then is sometimes unable to send the mail! Can't see pics unless you upgrade - its crap!

Issues. The app on phone something’s load a conversation and sometimes not. Even on computer st times they conversation don’t load.

Needs Major Overhaul. Entire app needs to be changed and updated to make it more user-friendly. Constant crashing and every time I open it, it says I'm not connected to the Internet. I only use it for push notifications and then use the mobile site so check anything. Terrible quality.

Billing issues. Alleged glitches with the billing of my credit card have yet to resolved after a few months. The app performs very poorly on my phone.

Manhunt? Toll fees first.. Blurred stats make this app a blind dating app -- you can't tell how old, how tall or what ethnicity they're in to know what language they speak. Unless you pay. Worst text window since Facebook... ...you'd think that competing with Grindr would be easy, give better service and get the customer base to prefer your app. Money first, quality later? Nah. Thank you, but no.

Ad freezes iPhone screen!. Stupid hiv prevention ad at the bottom of the screen FREEZES the whole screen, crashing the app on my iphone.

Once huge now Irrelevant. MANHUNT used to be THE online hookup and Dating sight for men.. This app and website is woefully dated and lacking anything modern or intuitive. On top of all of that it’s still severely crippled behind a paywall that goes back to the nineties.

The most non user friendly site. I have two screen names, moved from SF to Texas and non of these informations can be merge. Causing me a lot of useless help. I want to terminate my contract and my profiles erased.

Not satisfied. Paid to be a VIP member and I’m still on basic. I have contacted customer service several times and they have never gotten back to me.

Worst Supported App. Among the worst developed, buggy and low budgets apps I’ve ever used. It’s virtually unusable. No way I would pay for premium with how bad the app is developed or updated. The desktop version is awful too.

Intrusive at best. Iphone app Basically pg light. Virtually useless as it was, but now, as of two days ago. It spams me with ads at least once a day, this a new low. Pretty stupid move for a useless app, now it gets deleted.

Copies from your clipboard without your intent. The last couple of times I started this app, I noticed a message stating it was copying the from the app I used just before this one. That suggests that the manhunt app is doing unauthorized things.

Crashes or locks constantly. This app is really bad. Touching my screen will lock the app or cause it to crash. Tech support suggested J delete it and reinstall. Which I did with no result.

Shotty app. This app is extremely erratic and freezes constantly despite multiple reinstalls. This has been going on for 3 months at this point and I’m uninstalling for good. It’s too bad the original gay networking site is such a pile of crap now.

Pretty Bad. 99% of active accounts are bots/scammers and this app clearly doesn’t care. You can’t even block people and the option to report a scam account is blocked by a pop-up that you can’t get to go away.

Great brand - LOUSY app. The ManHunt brand is great. I had been out of circulation for over a decade. Within a week on ManHunt, I was having the sex I wanted again. So why 1 Star? It’s because my success was in spite of the app. I’m not going to waste your time with the litany of amateurish slip-ups. Instead, I’ll give you one piece of advice: Logoff the app every time you’re done, and log back on every time you come back in. I know—that’s so 2008. But if you insist on using this app, it’s the best way to avoid most of the pitfalls.

Frauding!. This app pulls profiles from decades ago to make it appear to have a lot of users. In fact it’s been over ten years since I’ve used this site and my old profile is still up and shown as active. What a sham.

What a disappointment. Who is responsible for this disaster of an app. After the update its just frozen when you attemt to open your mail. This app is just filled with issues for the years ive had it. What a joke!
