No way to open a case. Agree with other reviews, good tool but *needs* the ability to open a new support case. With that ability I would give it 4/5 stars

Won't let you respond to discussions. It constantly says "ERROR: There must not be 2 blank spaces before text" Clearly I have no blank space except for what I can't edit! Fix then 5 starts! 👎

Outstanding. I have this app on my home screen. As a technician, reading the discussions, troubleshooting posts, etc are so invaluable to me. I prefer this way more than going to the website. And having this on the go is great! Thanks Cisco!

Ok, but.... The ability to review existing cases is great, but what happened to creating new cases? Very confused why this feature would be missing... Will add 2 more stars when the functionality increases...

Crashes. App crashes upon immediate opening?? Not usable..was working before app was updated...

Login issue. Login into the main app does not log user into internal applications like Cisco support community unlike before.

Awesome app. This can't be any better.

Terrible. App is just glorified shortcuts to web pages. Accidentally typed in wrong email address to login andnnow its cached so every time I try a link it consistently fails with login errors. Delete and install doesn't fix it either.

Great app. The new iPad version is great, now only if they can update the older iPhone version to match the new look it would be awesome!

Disappointed. I installed this thinking I'd have access to my support tickets on the go, but this is not the case.

Excellent app for keeping on top of issues. App allows you to keep on top of reported issues in customer network and is invaluable in support function - the latest alert capability for sounds and notifications are great!

Small and Mighty. This is an excellently designed app. The interface is clear and simple. On top of that, it does what it's supposed to do. I use the app regularly in my iPhone 6 without hiccoughs. Great job developers and thanks for keeping the size to a minimum!

Login continually fails. Constant message indicating the App is undergoing maintenance and will not allow login.

Stuck at update for 3 days.. Can't do anything with it.

Good Utility. I have been using this utility for several months and have found it to be very useful to navigate through the various Cisco support communities. It also makes it very easy to find and view Cisco video tutorials. I have not found anything negative so far.

Feeds no longer work. Not sure what happened but none of the feeds work anymore. :(

Case number search. Can you not search a case by case number? And I know I have open cases with HTTS but somehow they don’t show.

Nice for what it does - Needs a couple new features.. I appreciate having access to the communities, my support cases, and RMA info. Access to TAC is a nice touch. That said, I'd really like to have the ability to open a case, and view/update a co-workers support cases. Any chance we can see this sometime soon?

Request. Please allow us to change the font size. For some, the forced font you chose is too small.

Great Application!. This application is great - it helps me to interact with Cisco's Support Community, and engage with others that have similar technical challenges. Also, I really like how easy it is to use and find information.

Fantastic app. Easy, effective locator of information, following threads, locating valuable videos on You Tube but specific to Cisco and network protocols. I teach networking and can't wait to show my students this utility and use as another tool for troubleshooting.

Update broke forums access. The latest update broke forum access. Seems like it now loads a web view where you would have to log in. Who the heck knows passwords for this stuff when there's literally thousands of sites and services that require logging in. Previously one single sign on which was saved in this app would be enough to keep track of your forum posts. You can easily keep track of support contracts and taking pictures of equipment barcodes to see if they are under active SmartNET is nice. Just if they brought back forum integration it would really help out.

Great to keep up with cases.. Very useful tools and notifications for cases opened by customers.

Can't creat TAC case. ?? If I need a browser to open a case, why not use a browser to mange them? This would have been a great app if it simplified the management AND creation of a TAC case.

Useless. Refuses all login attempts.

Error. I already have a cisco account, but i cannot login in the app.

Cisco tech Support. Love the way this app lets me know when there are support cases opened on key infrastructure. Automatically alerts to security advisories and end of life.

Bug. I like some of the tools In this app but I always get your session have expired message even when I'm in the middle of using the app very annoying.

Ugly. This is one ugly app. Content from forums are very slow to load. And those Cisco staff post DISCLAIMERS will drive anyone insane!
