Blackberry version is better. When I switched to an iPhone from a BlackBerry, the worst part was having to give up UberTwitter, by far my favorite Twitter app on the BB. I was so excited to see that it was finally available for the iPhone but excitement has turned to disappointment. First complaint is not being able to make the tiny font larger. I can read TweetDeck, Simply Tweet, etc. without my glasses but can not read the tiny font on Ubertwitter without wearing them. Also I would like the option of turning the phone sideways and having everyting larger rather than having it the same size. And I use 2 Twitter accounts and Simply Tweet makes it very easy to have both accounts active and it's easy to switch between the 2 accounts. Maybe I just can't find it in the settings but it seems that I have to sign out of one account and sign in with the other rather than just switching between the 2 accounts on the fly. I will keep downloading the updates in the hopes that they get things right and that it will work as well as the BB version in the future but it's definitely not close to the ease of use and functionality of the BB version yet.

Reading Tweets with replies. And they twitch. It moves the TL every 5-10 seconds. Very annoying. No sound from videos.

No built in tweet extension. Where is the built in tweet extension. I no longer have one.

great, but could be awesome with a few more features!!. Great app, solid but with a few added features would be perfect! It needs a choice for a dark background option on the timeline, and also a choice to use different size font's on the timeline (the one it uses now is a little too small)! It would be nice to have the time line bar at top like most other apps when you touch it it scrolls to the top! One last request is to make it a universal app for the ipad please!! When it gets those options It will be 5 stars! I do love how the app is layed out and how it has mobilizer (just downloads article only... like readability) instead of having to download entire webpage which takes time! ALso, love how when you turn it to landscape mode it splits the screen and you have your tweets on one side and you can tap a tweet and it will download the tweet to the other split screen while you continue to scroll through your tweets!! It has a great choice between colors (novel, ebook, inverse, newspaper etc;) to read on when you download a tweet with the ability to change font size on reading tweets! Please update ASAP, because I'm done with original Twitter apps since they have just taken a lot of choice away from us and not to mention the #dickbar!!

Annoying ad pop ups. Love this app, but it seems like something new is an issue every couple weeks. Now I get pop ups that take me out of the app to the App Store. Once would be annoying but not the end of the world, but now it is happening every few times I open the app. Fix it!

Keeping the Faith.. This once was the premier app for Twitter. It’s now just another useless icon on my iPhone. Constantly freezes. Takes an inordinate amount of time to do anything. Hey developers – what the hell did you do??? Fix it or shut it down so I can give up once and for all.

A Love Story. Once upon a time, I thought I had to have the twitter app installed on my iPhone in order to use this app. And why have two twitter apps?!? Coming from a Droid, I wasn't very happy to be losing my best friend, UberSoc. But one day, I decided enough is enough & I deleted the twitter app. I downloaded the UberSoc app. I approved the app through the web instead of the twitter app & we've been living happily ever after ever since. Oh UberSoc, how I've missed you so. You let me tweet longer, you save all my hashtags, I can create a circle of my closest friends and see their tweets always. I will never let you go again.

No replies. I can’t view other users’ replies to any tweets. Only tweets in my feed and my own.

MAJOR Problems Since Update. I originally gave this update 5 stars but after using it for 3 days since, it's been a disaster. The app seems to freeze for moments while tweeting and scrolling then does it on it's own like it's finally catching up. It freezes then crashes completely, videos play for a couple seconds then crashes, I don't know what's going on. I've used this app for 7 years now and this is the worst it's been. This app will be the best if you clean up the freezing and crashing but until then, it's unusable. Back to the other twitter apps until then and that may be forever since updates drop for this app only once a year. PLEASE 🙏🏾 give us another update for only "bug fixes". So disappointing. 😔😔😔

Could Be Better. Although I still feel that Echofon Pro and the official Twitter app are the best iPhone Twitter apps out there, Über Twitter has some potential. First off, the ads have to go. Even if you release a paid version, I would spend the money if it excluded the ads. Also, there are a lot of bugs in this release, but again, this is only a beta version. I don't necessarily need push notifications, but getting rid of the ads is the one thing I request. The UI is nice, so kudos there. Overall, I will keep this app on my phone and see what updates come out for it. But in the meantime, I'll stick to using Echofon Pro.

App works for bout 30 secs. Works for about 30 seconds then switches to the app store and freezes Uber. Pretty much garbage since last update

Won't open. ...

Freezing A lot. It takes a while for the feeding to move. You have to wait awhile because it freezes up. I’m using IPhone 8 Plus 12.0.1 version. When I logon I have to wait before I can post a tweet or read a tweet because of freezing. Try to scroll up or down and it won’t let me. I also notice that when I hit the U icon at the top the tweets don’t move up so if I wait a few minutes eventually the tweets will move up or down. This happens all time. Would like to see the feed be at the top when you logon instead of where you left off.

Hate ads that auto-direct you to other apps. It's an OK Twitter app, but if the ad crawl at the bottom wasn't annoying enough, from time to time it will simply switch to the AppStore on the page for Lyft, CandyCrush, WordsWithFriends or some other thing I would never have used before but now hate with a passion. Guess I'll be switching to a different app soon. Also, I can't figure out if it's a bug or a feature, but sometimes, first thing in the morning, it will reset where I am to about 5 hours ago, as if it knows I didn't want to see what was going on overnight with my night-owl friends or foreign contacts. Most annoying.

Great App. I like the UberSocial for iPhone better than the one for BB. I unfortunately have 2 phones and I use UberSocial as my app for Twitter. It is extremely easier to switch between profiles. I am still having a hard time opening some links in UberSocial but this might be due to operator-error. I also can not see the comments that people have made on a particular tweet - a function I like on regulate Twitter. Overall, great app and highly recommended for an enjoyable tweeting experience.

Goddess. I used this app when I had my BB, then switched to an iPhone and I wanted the same functionality of a twitter app. I was excited to know UberSocial was available for the iPhone but my only problems are I don't get the option to post with Twitlonger, after upgrading i get kicked off and also the fact that you can't open to the last read tweet. You should fix these glitches and make the settings and interface more like they are for the BB. It would make the app great and I would give it five stars! Please Update ASAP and Fix these Bugs!!!

Fix X Supoort. THE Resolution on the X is messed up and words overlap in the Top bar..please fix.

Force closes. Every time I try to look at my own profile, it force closes and won’t let me see it. I like this app because it’s one of the only 2 apps I know that can share to both Twitter and Facebook. Please fix this

Pretty good. I just finally got rid of Twitter's own app for iOS because it lacked multiple account support and lists. Those are the only two features I felt I needed that it didn't have. I was hesitant about UberSocial because it seemed like more functionality than I need, but I'm happy with what's there. It gets 4 stars rather than 5 for now because a) performance isn't perfect - it's a little laggy when scrolling, and once it crashed as soon as I opened it, and b) its list support is just as hidden as the desktop Twitter site's. You have to go through your profile to get to them - really annoying. I would have installed Tweetcaster, which I'm enjoying on my Kindle Fire, except the pop-eyed bird logo is so ugly that I don't want to have to see it on my phone home screen all the time! UberMedia was smart in devising an aesthetically pleasing logo.

Not impressed. I must say after using ubersocial for blackberry for years and suddenly switching to the iPhone version I'm quite upset at how horrible the iPhone version is in comparison to the BB version. Not only are their less themes to choose from( blackberry has about 7) ;which on BB are a lot nicer in my opinion, the app is just slow. The app never alerts me on time of a new mention I find myself seeing it first on my twitter for iPad app which is annoying. Their are not as many options on this app either, I really hope ubersocial sees this review and adds more themes and upgrades their app as well.

IT'S A BETA VERSION, PEOPLE!. These reviews are being a bit too harsh for reviewing a beta version. Yes, the iAds are a tad annoying. But it's on an iPhone. What do you expect from an advertisement-plagued phone to begin with? For those experiencing crashing issues, THIS IS THE BETA VERSION. ÜberTwitter for BB was horrible in it's beta and initial versions, but it has become a great Twitter client. Just wait. I know the developers of ÜberTwitter will create this version into one that's comparable to the BB version. Btw, I love the preview feature for a website and its ability to toggle back and forth!

I would rather kill my self then use this app again. I can’t disconnect it from my my account my life is low key bad enough no need to make it worse

UberSocial. I’ve been experiencing some issues where the app won’t open. It freezes a lot. It doesn’t move when you click on the icons up top. Typing freezes.

annoying freezing. the freezing is way too annoying. even after clearing the cache, restarting my device, and relaunching the app. terrible and ridiculous. someone complained about the freezing in oct. 2018 and it’s still not fixed. on to another app. :)

The Decline of a Once Great App. I have long been a user of this app in my various devices. Unfortunately the quality overall has declined since, oh, 2012 or so. Now when I attempt to upload a photo, it allegedly doesn’t meet some unnamed requirements. I’m really done jumping through hoops for this app. Plus it locks up my entire phone for 15 to 20 seconds at a time while running. I’ve disabled all notifications and I have to force quit it whenever I’m done.

Great option for social media professionals. As someone who works extensively in the social media space, it's really important to me to have great Twitter tools at my disposal. UberTwitter is one of those tools. I love how you can easily view links without leaving the stream, and I love how easy it is to navigate, particularly with my many lists, etc. I'm also a big fan of the speed, something that I find is lacking in a lot of Twitter apps. I know it has its drawbacks (I'd love to see a larger font and I have had it crash on me a couple of times, which I can't stand), but all software has its bugs. And, for me, the pros of UberTwitter outweigh the cons. Especially considering that it's free.

Automatic scroll to bottom?. I can't get this app to stop automatically scrolling to the most recent reply. Why does it do this? How do you turn it off? I want to read through all the comments, not just the most recent one.

Bitly not connecting.. It has been months and continue to get error validating. Support tickets sent o responses received

Little point to this app. I can’t see any unique feature of this app. Certainly none that overcomes its many failings. I couldn’t get it to go out of portrait mode, and personally I never use my iPad in portrait. That was the first annoying feature. It doesn’t let you clearly see who you are following when you open an individual profile. If you have thousands of followers that’s very difficult. When you scroll up and down it jumps back to the previous position repeatedly. Very annoying. Generally I found it to be glitchy and non intuitive, a complete waste of time and app space. Pass.

Almost there.... This version is almost back to its former glory when I used to love this app when it was on my BlackBerry however few complaints no auto correcting or spelling checking is happening there’s no designated #hashtag button which is a need. Lastly the signature feature that used to shorten words for you to make the tweets fit.

Keeps crashing!!. Fix the crashing and give us some new features that's 😉

Awesome sauce. So I'm only writing a review because I've loved this app since I've had a blackberry. so ages ago!! Lol it's awesome you see what apps people use where they tweet from, there's themes, you can create a list of just your friends or fav celebs or whatever and when people share their pics from Instagram it's already loaded it's not just a link like twitter for iPhone so yeah I recommend. there's more features but I doubt anyone's going to read that far so yeah I love it, you will too probably. :)

Won’t open since update. And here I thought the terrible and constant lag was bad. Now the app won’t even open. Just crashes. Time to look for an alternative...

Lonely Planet Earth. if Oceans are not clean Sun light wouldn’t help Phytoplankton make food for marine life and perhaps oxygen. People must control unnecessary driving which is not helping due to growth of population and the use of combustion engines worldwide

Freezes constantly and jumps to new tweets erratically. Would freeze frequently, unresponsive to touch until shut down, possibly while new ads prepared to load. Often almost useless as a result. Also would jump erratically to newest tweets, especially when viewing a conversation. Made that feature of twitter almost unusable.

Poor. If the new download and bug fix was for the app to not even open, congratulations !!! It works perfectly.

Good, but could be better... and I know it will be.. Like many users I loved UberTwitter when I had my Crackberry. It was everything I wanted to interact with Twitter & much more. So I was real pleased to see it available for the iPhone, and then I loaded it. The tilt feature is great, easy to use, but it seems to be missing so much of it's Blackberry cousin. Having gone through many updates with my BB each bringing newer improvements, I am sure that the same will happen with this iPhone version: 1.0.2 I am using this verion right now & deleted the Echofon utility I was using and eagerly await upgrades from Uber!

Updated for version 1.7: Not my favorite anymore. Screw you ubersocial!. My review below is for the previous version which i loved. Not sold on the new version. The ads are SO annoying that i dropped my $4.99 just to get rid of them. Then i spent some time with the new UI. Hate it. Not intuitive for me at all. Someone commented that they like it cuz its more like BlackBerry. I switched to iphone because i hated Blackberry so i am not a fan. I agree with boob_squeezer. Tweetlogix is now my favorite and is $3 cheaper. Much more intuitive and some cool features i havent seen before. I feel i got screwed by ubersocial as a long time user who now has to pay because they added stupid (expletive) adds. Bad update and goodbye ubersocial! Review for versions prior to 6/6/11: Pros: - love the turn the iPhone sideways and read a link feature. Works great for blog posts (not all blog posts. Tweetlogix does a better job now) - doesn't skip to newest tweet on reload like hootsuite (update on 6/6/11 does now... Boooooo!) Cons: - settings too simplified from previous versions of ubertwitter - kinda hard to figure out at first... different interface from ubertwitter (update on 6/6/11 is much different an much less intuitive... Boooooo!)

Downside. I would give it 5 Stars if it didn't keep crashing.

Inner Circle. I LOVE the Inner Circle setting! I think there should be multiple type inner circles for different interest. For example I would love to have all the people I follow regarding the Kardashians in one place and all those for Desperate Housewives in another. That way if I watch an episode of either show I can go to that inner circle to see what they are saying about it. Thanks!!

Needs a bit of work. I love ubertwitter on my blackberry but here it doesnt have the same features. how do you view your favourites? when i want to follow someone i have to log into the original twitter website. plz fix this.

Great App, push notifications would make it perfect. This app is jammed pack with goodies. Twitlonger, list management, great pic & video timeline integration with a very clean interface. The only thing missing is native push notifications. Make this a priority in an update, and you have the best twitter app on the market.

CRASHES . Crashes upon opening, everytime! And what's the huge banner thing down the bottom of the screen saying '502 Bad Gateway' Also very laggy when scrolling through timeline.

Notifications please. Love the pink theme and how easy it was to use. However, the only thing stopping me from using if as my main twitter app is that it lacks notifications. Hence will only use it to shorten links when I need to as the official twitter app does not have the shortening function.

Awesome version for IPhone. I had the Blackberry version and it was great. Having changed to the Iphone this app is still the best for my Tweeting needs.

Great when it works. Keeps on directing me back to the App Store while using the app, bug fixes don't seem to stop it crashing all the time or not even loading in some cases.

There is a bug in my app. It has ads, the screen shots for the app don't so this must be a bug, or you need to update your screen shots to reflect a more honest application. Why would I want your app with ads when the official app has none?

Reavie. I love using it but I would like to have notifications sent through and I would also like to to go to the oldest Tweet first when updating and not going to a random spot halfway though.

The best.. This is better than the official app. It has so many handy functions for the more-than-regular user of social media. The built-in tweet-shortening is by far the most immediately handy feature.

My favorite app for long texts. My go-to app for writing long texts. Though I reckon there is still much room for improvement for the UI for tweet reading.

PUSH NOTIFICATION !. Overall, I like this apps. But, still need some works to do on it. Its still really lagging when u scroll up or down, it doesnt seem like an iphone apps. if its smooth like other iphone apps, will be greatfull, And really need to work hard on PUSH NOTIFICATION! Fail.. Keeps coming up with "Login Failed with error, request timed out" Won't work at all.

No more limited to 140 characters!. Sometimes I just want to say more than what I can fit into 140 characters & UberSocial is the app that lets me tweet what I need to say. Very easy to use. Love it!

Too much work. Has some nice features, but I don't really need every link to be automatically downloaded and each timeline update puts the latest tweet at the top and I have to not only remember the last tweet I read, but scroll for ever to find it so I can read in time order. That last inconvenience is a real show stopper. Deleted this app in favour of the official Twitter App.

Doesn't work in ios8 with my iPhone 6 plus. Since loading the app on my new iPhone the feed shows nothing. Tried deleting and reinstalling and no go! Needs an update to be compatible I guess.

Great app but I'll give a 4 star. It's by far the best Twitter app I've ever used especially on the iPhone. But I'll give a full 5 stars we had unread counter on the app and full notification feature.

Longtime user. I have been using Uber Social for 10 years. Now it just refuses to open. It shuts down randomly. The search function is so-so. Why have I put up with this for so long? Delete and bye.

Latest update is unusable. Latest update causes crashing, constant freezing, duplicate tweets and is overall a giant tire fire. Completely unusable. Fix this now

Ubersocial pro for Twitter. Need an immediate alert for notifications and messages and it does freeze from every time except that it’s a good app.

Meh. I've had UberSocial for blackberry for years and I liked it much better. It would be nice if you could scroll back more than just a few tweets on my timeline to see what I am missing. I don't want to be on twitter 24/7 to avoid missing something. Also, it stalls a lot. FIX THAT!!!

Great app!. Love this twitter app. I use Ubersocial on my older Blackberries and that was my favourite twitter app. My only gripe is every time I open the app it takes a bit more time to get to your timeline compared to Echofon. But other than that keep up the great work!

Crash problem. I love using this app. But hate the fact it keep crashing. And every time they ask u to send an error report but still it's the same problem. Please fix it!!

It's alright could be better. The app is alright....I wish I didn't have those adds, it get pretty annoying...but I love how you can tweet your music. I wish when editing a picture u can flip your picture, becuz when you take a picture with the front camera it flips it backwards

Fave Twitter App. Love everything about UberSoc! Been using it for years across different phones and love it!

Best for BB dismal for iPhone. After using Ubersocial since Beta in my BB I've switched to an iPhone and boy is the app lacking. 5 color themes instead of 8. NO notifications of @ replies or Inner Circle tweets without opening and refreshing first. I feel like I was using a rocket ship and have just been handed a stone axe! What was working for multiple accounts now does not. Extras that have been promised since 2011 like notifications are still not here and funding the settings is so user unfriendly and non intuitive compared to the simple right click on the BB app. Not sure if I'm still going to use Ubersocial from here on out.

Okay but could be better. Nice app but my biggest issue is the fact I cannot choose which browser I prefer. Being forced to use Safri, not cool.

Okay. It’s an ok app. But if you like being able to view threads, well you can’t. You also can’t see replies to other people’s tweets easy. And sometimes the refresh doesn’t work. It’s got a way to go before I’ll ditch the official twitter app for this one.

Needs notifications!. I want to know right away if someone tweeted at me so I can respond but without notifications I can't.

And we're back!. Oh! How I've missed Twitter. Stayed away because the Twitter app is so annoying. Now I have UberSocial and all is right with the world again.

Jumps to adverts on AppStore far too often. This app worked great on my iPhone 5 but jumps to AppStore so often on the iPhone 6 plus that I will be deleting.

best app ever. best twitter ever it's so fast I use a iPhone 3GS and it's still fast on this old iPhone it's a most have for any twitter user

Ads ads ads. So sick of this app sending me to the App Store without my consent. A capper was a pop-up that you could only get rid of by going to the App Store. Good Twitter app, bad ethics.

love the concept. I love the idea of ubersocial.. it has everything that other apps do not. however, there are too many bugs with this app that make it not worth having. most of the time, I can't even get on at all because it force closes 20 times in a row.. the hash tags are also messed up and some tweets are missing. also don't like the fact that it isn't in the same spot you left off the next time you check it. overall, love the idea but I won't be using anymore until they work out all of the bugs.

love it.. I've tried pretty much every twitter app for the iPhone that's out and I can honestly say that this is my favorite. The only downfall is that there currently isn't a notification option - so I just set up the actual iPhone app for that. Also, for some reason it doesn't show when I RT something or someone which is kinda annoying but not a big deal.

Good start, but a long way to go. The text is small and the Ads are no good. There needs to be an option to pay for app removal. Also, there needs to be a pull to refresh, options of services (yfrog twitpic), and some type of "swipe" menu for retweet options like on the official Twitter app. It would be nice if you could edit the bottom bar, so I could replace list with message. Push notification is a must!

This app is amazing!. I had a blackberry before and used ubersocial on it all the time so I knew that once I get an iPhone I need to get that same app. I wasn't disappointed when I found it and now I use it everyday. It's so helpful and the personalized themes are so attractive. Couldn't ask for anything better!

Needs some improvement. This is a good app for being free. I feel there are a few things this app could to to be improved. For starters it could have landscape keyboard and let us post a new tweet in landscape mode. It could give us the option if we want to preview tweets and such. Give is the ability to post longer tweets with twitlonger. Give us the ability to view pictures in the app rather then a long threaded conversation.

Okay. But disappointing. Had this app for the BlackBerry just switched to the iPhone. Sad to say but, the BlackBerry Version of this app is way better. I don't like that you can't see replies or the order of your followers by time among other things in this version of the uber social app. The makers tried to make it a little more complex than it needs to be. Apps like Echophon is a lot better unless they switch this back to more basic settings like in the BlackBerry

I've been waiting for this day!!!. I have been waiting for UberTwitter to come to the iPhone!!! This was the only app I missed from my blackberry! Love it, and I love the horizontal feature(turn your phone sideways and see what happens)! The only thing it needs is push notifications. Once they update that, I'll give this app 5 stores!:) thank you for coming to iPhone, UberSocial!!!!!!

Fun stuff. It's a great way to view/write tweets. I would like to see ( and know it is forthcoming) notifications in real time. I love the color scheme and horizontal view with preview, although some items do not load correctly (soundtracking & 4square). I would also love to see color codes for replies and a "jump to earliest unread" or something along those lines. Otherwise it's great uber, thank you for giving us this useful and beautifully designed tool!

Best twitter app period don't even look anywhere else. Seriously it's flawless never crashes and you get to customize it however you like. It has a handy "shorten tweet" button that takes words that you have typed and makes them into text talk to shorten your tweet. It's AMAZZZIN! I have bought other twitter apps and they pale in comparison. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Good start, but need to be more like its BB. I wouldn't give it the best rating right now simply bc it is not yet comparable to its Blackberry version which I was in love with before switching to iPhone. Limited to one profile right now, there's no twitlonger option, not very customizable, and I would like to see the dm's, mentions integrated into one timeline like on the bb. The mentioning feature could be like it was on the BB too. If these things don't get added, there are other Twitter apps that may outshine UberTwitter. So finger crosses and hope they will add more features.

Über you disappoint me.... I'm a former bb user and the interface here was fantastic. However the downfall for this app is no push notifications and it just all of a sudden starting crashing on me. I honestly like the twitter original app because it has a push notification and no ads. What could go wrong with those two??? If über can fix the crash and add notifications then I can definitely go back. Oh and twitter app has this lovely feature that über doesn't and it has the recent list of hash tags that you previously used. That could definitely be a bonus for uber too.

Push please??. UberSocial is literally my favorite twitter app and has been from my BlackBerry days. I love the interface, the features...literally everything. The ONLY reason I can't give it five stars is because it still doesn't have push notifications. The day that happens, I will be an extremely happy girl!! As a side note, another thing I would add if anything at all is more theme color options. Other than that, this is the best twitter app out right now.

Love it!!. There are a couple things that would make it better. 1. Push notifications 2. I wish when the new tweets load (after not checking for a while) that it would stay where u left off and not all the way at the newest tweet. I have to sit there and try to find where I left off and hit the "load older tweets" thing a lot! Other than that this is the best twitter app I have found!!

Used to love it... Not gonna lie, this app has some good features. UI is good, pretty smooth, but what annoyed me most was that hash tags were always messed up in this app. Like extra letters and words were put at the end of everyone's tweet hash tags including mine when I didn't put them there. Definitely a deal breaker when I can barely read what people are trying to say. Also I didn't like how easily screen swiping was, especially when I didn't intend to switch screens. Sorry ubersocial, you've been replaced by twitterific!

I love UberSocial. It could have 5 stars..but I just wish there were more things to do with this app. Wish I could change the color schemes/font..backgrounds..And being able to receive push notifications especially with the paid version. You all should make the app fun and nice looking. Has been very glitchy..getting stuck and moving severely slow since the last update..Change this please!

Awesome. I downloaded every twitter app and this is the only one I didn't get some kind of error on. It works amazing and I get my timeline up to date and correct.. And it displays pictures people post Right on the main screen.. And you can change themes very easy and there cool! Highly recommended

Issues Arising. For the past few months I've been experiencing some issues with this app. Reloading the timeline has become cumbersome and frustrating. When I reload it will not load to newest tweets, then I'll have to scroll up through hundreds of tweets to get to the top. Or, as some have mentioned, it'll go blank, just plain white. Something is messing with this reload feature. Aside from that, I do like this app. But I'm considering switching because of this recent glitch.

Blackberry version is better.. I just switched over to iPhone and I have to say the uber social app on bb is much better. I was very disappointed with how different the apps are. If they update this app to be more like the bb app then this will be by far the best twitter app. On the bb app you can save your # which makes it more convent when tweeting. You also can up date your Facebook with out using #fb or having every tweet update your status. Please update this app

The new update just dont work. Über is a great app, I also got the bb version, im little surprised how there star rating has dropped. Its still a great app these things happen from time to time the key here is that they do frequent updates. So i know it will be fixed. I just reverted back to the version before this one, everything works again.

Love this!!!. This is a great app for twitter, I like how user friendly and straight forward it is, also the connection with twitlonger is great because sometimes the allotted amount of characters just isn't enough, I use this app on my iPod touch but wish you guys would make an app for the hp veer, I'm so spoiled with this app that I hate all the ones I've found for my phone, please make one for me (no pressure or anything)

OHMYGOSH. I used to have this on my Blackberry and I just remembered it exists for iPhone/iPod. It is SO much better than the Twitter app, plus is takes up much less space. Very customizable and intuitive and design. My only suggestion would be smoother scrolling/transitions but that's really not that big of deal. I don't mind the ads either. They have to get paid one way or another!

Has so much to give!. I like that it has the tweet shortening feature with tmi and twitlonger so u dont have to worry abt exceeding characters when u make ur tweet. It has nice themes. Basically what u can get from a normal twitter app with that twitlonger bonus :) 4 stars because it still has ads. But it's all good coz it's at the bottom of the page. Also i like that it doesnt automatically post stuff on my fb but i have the option on when to post on both on every tweet that i post :)

I Don't Know About This. I decided to give Ubersocial a try because I loved it on my blackberry but the iPhone version is subpar compared to the blackberry version. Far too often I get error messages. As of Monday when I try to send tweets or even browse my timeline, I get a message that tells me it has timed out and I may have to repeat the previous action. I haven't done anything...there were no actions because every time I try it gives me an error. No to mention the error communicating with the server error. I think I will uninstall soon.

Long Time User. I like Uber mainly because some times 140 just isn't enough. LOL. It's also cool because it even shorten your tweets for you. They've made some new interesting updates too. I been using this back when I had a blackberry and never stopped using it once I learned about it. Only reason I didn't give it a five is because the new look has a cluttered look. I like the old look of the app.

Excellent!. I was a loyal UberTwitter user when I used a blackberry. When I saw it come to iPhone I was thrilled, but the version I downloaded lacked a lot of features. This update, though, really reminds me why Uber is in the name. The UberView was always a great feature, but now with mute, twitlonger, link shortening, and a slew of other features, UberTwitter is back to being my #1 twitter app.

Good but not working well. This app is really good and I have been using it for twitter and loved it so much, However it start to be annoying and not working well since the last update. I deleted it two times to make it work after it stop working and issue still coming up. I hope another update will be available soon to get red of the very slow and holding a lot version.

Ease of use. Very good app ease of use on my first try I like it very much yet it crashes and re downloading reverts to generic not pro version and it seems they have a algorithm firmware program designed to punish writers that post longer tweets hence it crashes frustrating the user if it continues I recommend Apple pull this product until they release a patch to clean up things to improve operational program .

Ubersocial is pretty good. Ubersocial is pretty good, but it's got a few flaws. It's great for sending tweets to twitlonger. It doesn't have an automatic hashtag though. You have to type them all in yourself. Also, I still haven't been able to view the trending topics.... Other than that, it's pretty sweet. It's got a button that will shorten your words so you can meet the 140 character criteria, so that's cool. But other than that, it's just a decent app.

Über. Nice to be able to type in more than the 140 characters that twitter allows! To many crashes, no push notifications, and the annoying unable to connect to server at the top of the screen! It is user friendly and if they could just fix these issues it would be close to perfect!!

Great app. Only one that really works. I tried the Twitter app and it just stopped working. I next tried the Tweet Deck app and it didn't do everything I wanted it to do. I noticed many people tweeting using Über So I Gave it a try. I really enjoy it. It is easy to use and does everything I want it to do. The only thing that bothers me is the ads, but I understand they are necessary in order for this to be a free app.

This is a good start. For everyone and the developers, I ask that you read. These developers are interacting - via your phone (not your computer) - with tons of data. I love this app. It is a little slow to load for a small Twitter user such as myself, but I also had several social media apps running too. The interface is about as intuitive as anyone can make it: seriously! Twitter is one of the worse designed sites I have seen or used and this condenses it to the important stuff. The fight star comes to when you guys can consolidate or offer a cache-based mechanism to "prevent latency" and also offer this for the desktop side of life Thank you! I love this app as it makes the world of Twits so much more readily available for my torture!

Just ok for the time being. Waiting for all the bugs to be fixed. Just wish it ran as smoothly and had as many features as the one on blackberry. Would be nice to see which tweets of yours are retweeted, as well as the option of viewing the conversation in the window, sometimes you forget what someone was replying to. It's still very sluggish in my opinion compared to other apps, but the themes are by far the best. If the would just get it altogether like the BB platform it would be killer.

Über social. It's a great app, but I've experienced too many problems with the app ranging from not being able to view my tweets on my TL, to the app kicking me out all together. I've tried clearing my cache multiple times, but that seems to not work as well. I find myself having to just delete and reinstall the app in order to alleviate further issues. Like I said, it's a great app and I love its many features, I just hope the bugs could get worked on. Hopefully someone reads this! Thank you!

Absolutely love it!. I've tried almost every single app there is - even the paid ones that most people don't buy. This is hands down the best. Loved it on the blackberry too. A couple of things need to be added/fixed: • when you click profile picture it can be viewed full size • theme choices • push notifications • trending topics (fix) • ability to choose trending topics by city, state, or country • ability to see if a user you click on is following you or not • ability to see a user's mentions without having to search them I'm sure there are other things but I bet other users already listed them. Overall, GREAT app. Can't wait for the updates and to see this app grow!! 

Since day one. The day I got a twitter was the same day I bought a blackberry and downloaded this app. Through the years it has been the most reliable and easiest way to use twitter for myself. When they were shut down for a couple weeks I didn't use twitter it was too all over the place. They came back and better than ever. I will not use another twitter app other than ubersocial.

Extremely surprised... Pleasantly that is!. I changed from my Blackberry to an iPhone about three years ago. When I had my BB, Über was THE Twitter client par excellence! I downloaded the iOS version when I'm going there was one, only to be extremely disappointed. I ended up deleting it and buying Tweetbot for a few bucks. Today, I was in a good "exploratory" mood in the App Store. Gosh, I'm so glad I bumped back into Über! Great interface... full of features! A total win!

Great, but could be Awesome. I have been a fan of this app since my blackberry days (month ago) and I gotta say that, while it's great and the best conduit for twitter I've ever used, the app feels "less" somehow on an iPhone. Perhaps it's the lack of shortcuts due to the absence of a tactile keyboard, or the expanded/wide feel where I seem to be scrolling a lot more which possibly causes the longer load times. Either way, the features are still robust and expect more to come if past triumphs are any indication.

UberAwesome. Have you also tried just about all the Twitter apps out there? They're all fine apps, but I love this new UberSocial for iPhone. Great UI and navigation, fast and easy to use! Just posted with a pic added, and it was faster and simpler than ever before. If you've been away for awhile, come back to Uber. You'll be pleasantly surprised. Keep up the good work Über!

Not Bad. I like the o.s written for blackberry vs. The one for the iPhone. This version doesn't save your hash tags or allow you to automatically send a photo to twitter from your camera like the blackberry version. That being said I'm loyal to this application I've been using it for a few years. The folks at ubersocial/ ubertwitter are constantly updating their software.

Serious bugs that need attending to!. 1.) The navigation bar disappears every so often and does not reappear for some time. I find myself stuck on a page and unable to navigate anywhere else. 2.) There is no option to add people to a list. Because of this, I must have 2 twitter apps. 3.) The app closes on it's own for no reason. It's especially frustrating when I'm in the middle of a clever tweet. 4.) When the navigation bar actually is present, it is constantly notifying me (by the small dot on, for example, the mentions section) that I have new DM's, mentions, and inner circle tweets when I do not. It's so frustrating, I've almost deleted the app. & the last suggestion I can think of: enable a favoriting tweet option when holding down on the tweet. Thank you.

Terrible update. Fix it now!!. Was a perfect app. Had features that were very unique and cool prior to this buggy release. Now cool features are gone, on top of the many annoying bugs with this release. Main bug, if you open a video, it will play the video. Then as you scroll through your timeline it will continue to play the video through your session. Even minutes later - you will hear the audio. Secondly, all my uberbar icons are gone. Lastly, the cool feature that allowed you to open pictures in safari .. also gone! Fix this stuff up asap Uber Social team! Otherwise still a great app.

Über Social is the best!. I strayed away from übersocial once or twice but now that the updates keep getting better I have become a true fan. I like the integration with Facebook. I do not have to close one app to put the same post some where else. The themes are amazing. Snow white and the huntsman is my fav. Every time I update my post I can hear the queen say her favorite line "mirror mirror on the wall..." great idea. You guys rock! Keep all the amazing updates coming.

No more News Forward!😡👿. Used to be a loyal uber social twitter client but had to delete the app all together when developers took away the feature that set them apart from the competition: their additional feature of having a news forward theme which allowed you to follow and stay up to date with things of your interests in an efficient and easy to find manner. Their excuse for deleting the theme was to make the timeline load faster something that is a non factor to the typical user. For some reason the developers felt it was necessary to perform this idiotic change. 💔 sorry had to delete the app that I once loved... Step your game up developers #shameonyou

Like the landscape feature. I like the landscape feature, its cool to have both display without having to tap every tweet,, but with lack of push feature and annoying ads, this will hard to be compete agains many others *update Great updates! Fix sime issues, keep it up! And maybe this is the one that can beat other apps!

Love this app!. This app is great! I have UberSocial on both my BlackBerry and on my iPod and use them both all of the time. I have recommended UberSocial to all of my friends and will continue to. The app never crashes, freezes, or gets slow. It's much better than Twitters app which crashes about 6 or 7 time a day. Only thing that needs to be worked on in the iPod app is it needs a way to see who has retweeted your tweets.

So Far, So Good. With Tweet Deck becoming more limited after dropping support for Facebook, I found myself in search of an app that would allow simultaneous posting. After searching the App Store, Über Social caught my eye. Overall I like the app. It's fast and simple. About the only thing I dislike is the manner in which it posts to Facebook. It's not as clean as I would like it to be, but it's not the worst thing either. This app gets a minimum four stars.

Like it, but not as much as ÜberTwitter for Blackberry. I absolutely LOVED ÜberTwitter for BlackBerry, and thought this would be the same thing for the iPhone when I switched over to iPhone. It's good, but not as great as ÜberTwitter for BlackBerry was. One thing I loved with ÜT for Blackberry was that I could swipe over the tweet and copy it to memory, then Reply and paste the tweet into my reply or a new Tweet or even into an email or notepad. I haven't been able to find a way to do that on ÜberSocial for iPhone. So I'm back to using plain old Twitter. Fix that, and I'll be glad to use ÜberSocial for iPhone.

Great app!. I love that Uber shows you the full previews of the photos instead of links like other twitter apps do. I do wish there's a quick button on top to direct me to my own profile instead of having to go to Profile, Edit Profile and then Profile Details. But other than that this app is awesome and totally recommend it.

Great to navigate, user friendly. Not too complicated and it gets the job done. Choice of fonts don't hurt either. Never had issues crashing. Tool bar gets in the way and hard to move sometimes and notifications tend to be delayed but that's nothing to go to war over. Simple alternative to Twitterrific which now wants 5 dollars! Ha! Drugs...smh
