Dancing King!!!. After every win, there is a little celebration on the screen, usually a moving image made of playing cards, whether that be a ship in 3D rotation, a heart made of hearts that expands and shrinks back, or something else. But my very favorite is the dancing king; he makes me grin with delight every time he shows up. The game itself plays very well - images are clear, response time exactly right for me, options for one suit or more, if you like the challenge. Speaking of challenges, there’s a daily challenge board with medals you can earn, and as you win enough games to go up certain levels (which are not harder, just achievements), you earn cute titles. I play this game first thing every morning. My iPad knows my habits and offers me quick access!

So good!! An idea maybe?. hi there! I’ve been a subscriber for a couple years now and it’s SO worth it! i love this game, i play on and off but i just love all the daily challenges, goals, timed events, and customization! i don’t think i will ever not have this app and i highly recommend. that being said, i had a question about the animations. i love the updated animation collections, but i’ve always found there’s certain ones that i like more than others. if it was even possible, i think it would be cool if you added an option where you can choose one of your animations to play at the end of all your games, and a new one pops up every now and again that adds to your collection like normal. just a thought! also, i love love LOVE the card and background customization. i think it would be super cool if you commissioned a bunch of artists with different art styles and added a ton more! i’m obsessed, thanks for the game! 🫶🏻

Horrible Adds. I like the game but the adds are horrible. I understand that a free app needs to have adds to make money. The problem is that a lot of the adds are designed poorly. For example, I have an iPad Pro and use the special stylus. Some of the adds can be deleted clicking on the X with my stylus, others required me to use my finger. It’s really irritating because often there are 2 adds in a row and the second one won’t respond to the stylus even though the X dims when you flick on it. The second type of irritating adds changes my screen from landscape to portrait. I then have to turn my iPad to find out where the X is and then after deleting the add I have to turn my iPad up side down in order to get it to go back to the landscape mode. I guess the advertisers think they will get my attention by doing these things and they are right. The problem is that because of their irritating techniques I would never buy there products.

Mostly good. *update June 2019. Now the pop up ads are very frequent and some are still hostage style hijacking the screen for up to 30 seconds. I won’t watch them. I shut it down. Buying the app (again) is not an option. The new format is basically only renting the app, having to make regular payments. Not going to happen. I gave 2 stars because I am still using the app in spite of the inconvenience of non stop adds, and greed of the new rental format. I like the game though I the integrity of the app owners is lacking. * update... new popup ads are now blocking the ap. There's no way to press the X to get rid of it!!!! Way to go Spider Solitaire. Just dropped to 1 star... disgusted... I've had this for quite a while and have dealt with the pop up ads. Now the extremely loud forced music of the dang pop ups have become horridly invasive. Those cause me to use this app less and less. I bought the app once;, then when I got a new device somehow my paid app was lost and this horrid version was left. I haven't wanted to buy it again...

This Used To Be 5-Star Game. I have played this game for YEARS! This has been the BEST version of Spider Solitaire out there in the app-verse… until recently. The ads make you flip through multiple screens or play the sample game before you can exit out of ads. It used to be 3-5 seconds of ads, but now it’s x-ing out of 3 screens OR interactive ads. Not fun! But the WORST thing is one new add that seems to run again and again throughout the game. It is DISGUSTING, and for a game meant for all to play, I am sure that I’m not the only one who thinks this. The add for Happy Hospital: ASMR Doctor is a cartoon that is like a “Dr Pimple Popper,” and I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THAT! That add should not be on a game like this! Please take that add off or I will delete this game and download another Spider Solitaire app. If the add comes down, I will definitely update this review and give 5 stars.

Poor quality. I don’t like the new version. The older one was better. Is there any way to get back the former version. If not I think I’ll delete the game completely. One of the problems is the congratulations videos at the end when you win. They are now very cheap looking without the detail the earlier version had. The previous version had quality and the new one lacks it. Looks like it was done by someone less experienced with game development. Glad to see you changed it, much better now. I don’t care for your daily challenges and not being able to continue without picking new names, etc. I would think you should leave things alone or give the option to bypass these annoying screens and mandatory selections. I was almost ready to delete the game again because of this. Again thank you for the improvement and hope to see the same type of improvement to these other items.

Why does it no load unless I retry multiple times. I play several mobility games and all of them either don't load unless you try several times or you have to wait multiple minutes for it to load. What's the problem mobility? I almost feel like you're taking that time I'm waiting so you can hack my phone? I am no longer going to play these mobility games because I’m tired of ads interrupting a game and like so many others are commenting it takes way too long to finally get back to the game and play. You spend more time waiting for the ads which I don’t look at anyway then you do playing the game. There are other similar games that don’t do this. Updating once more..the developer always wants your email addresss to “see why you are having issues” except that never changes anything. I get you have ads so you make money..but waiting 3 to 5 minutes between each hand is now more than I and I see more people do not want to deal with. Seems all mobility games do this. Other developers have 10 seconds of forced ads then you can continue play. I don’t understand what the problem is but no one is interested in ads..I don’t read them and I don’t buy off them. I do advertising as a profession and know in these kinds of activities these ads are a big waste of time for the user and a huge annoyance turning potential customers away. Ads can be quick but not dragging on like these

Problems with Ads. I love this Spider Solitaire Game but am about to go to a different producer of it. I play probably over 50 games a day but I have about had it with the ads. It locks ads in without an x or close and I have to shut my IPad down to get the ad to go off. This past week I lost all my points, trophies, etc and had to delete it and start all over because the screen went a brownish color, not black, although it’s done that before when the ad was about to come on. I Tried everything to no avail including shutting it down and Playing other games and coming back to it. Finally after every effort gave up and deleted it. And I furious to have to start all over from the beginning a . You need to resolve this issue. If it happens again I will no longer play this game or your game of Mahjong. Well, I did as I threatened after more frustration from too many glitches and problems. Have deleted this Solitaire game and am now playing the”Blue” Spider game. Much less stressful and few ads. Much happier now. Miss some of your features but not worth the frustration. I bet you don’t print this part!!

Game Won’t Open !!!! No SUPPORT AT ALL!!! SENT SEVERAL Emails!!!!. Game will not open. This is the only app I am having trouble with. My Solitaire from same developer works fine. I have had no help on this problem. I have only received automatic responses to my emails. They said they will contract you within 48 hours but it’s almost a week now. I don’t want to delete because I will lose all my progress. I’m almost on level 4000. This is not the way to treat customers. !!!!!!!!! UDPATE THANK YOU BRIAN FOR HELPING ME FIX MY GAME. YOU WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. I WAS HAPPY TO GET BACK MY LEVELS AND MY CROWNS. ALSO THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME KNOW ABOUT THE PICTURES PROBLEM AND THAT IT WILL BE FIXED. I LOVE THIS GAME AND PLAY FOR HOURS AS IT IS RELAXING AND HELPS ME THROUGH THE ROUGH SPOTS IN THE DAY WITH MY BACK. IT TRULY DOES HELP AND I REALLY APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU DID. Buggy but generally fun. I sometimes get stuck on the transition from “Mobility Ware” to the game, and it just sits there for maybe a flat 20 seconds. Then, when you load up a game, you have to wait another 20 seconds before you can start moving cards around. Then, if you go to another app, or really you don’t even have to go to another app. If you double press the home button, then tap back on Spider Solitaire, it will still make you wait about 20 seconds before it lets you do anything DESPITE you maybe only being off the game for less than a single second. It’s annoying when you leave for a split second to reply to someone, then come back to the solitaire app, have to wait before you can do anything and by the time you can, your friend has already texted you back. Sometimes, if you’re gone from the app for more than a couple seconds, then the whole app restarts and you have to wait through the whole loading process again and everything. However, I haven’t found another solitaire format that I like more and this is the only game I found that works in portrait mode. Just get rid of the bugs!!! If other apps can be immediately responsive after returning to the app after a short second, then so can some simple card game.

Alarm clock?. I play the Daily game every day. It was fun to be surprised by the new daily challenges! In the past year, every once in a while, the icon will pop up in my Favorites app bar on my iPad with an alarm clock in the upper right corner. I declined notifications for daily reminders because I do play it every day, so I’m guessing that’s not what it is. Even after I play, and win, the daily game and close the icon, it pops back up with that alarm clock. Please tell me what it’s for! Well it’s been awhile since the above review. Actually forgot about that clock, it went away! I came here to ask if the game had a built-in difficulty level as more games are played? Because it seems the games are getting harder!

Loved this game until….And then I loved it again!!. Update: MobilityWare contacted me and they are trying to fix the situation with the App Store permission page. I’m thankful that they cared enough to reach out to me. Because MobilityWare cared and their app is free, I’m bumping them up to 5 stars. The game helps to quiet my mind, which is needed most days! Thank you, MobilityWare! I absolutely loved this game until the App Store started popping up there own permission page in between my games and it would freeze my screen every time. I tried clicking on the continue button, but nothing and there was no X or close button as an option. I had to shutdown my phone and restart it each and every time. I’ve been with you all for a long time, please fix whatever is broke or stop the App Store from forcing their page to come up so often. Thank you.

Love it or leave it?. Have been a subscriber for years and really enjoyed it, but now I think it’s time to go. This game has been "improved" until it is no longer a solitary card game but a team sport all about competition and record keeping. Going back to an actual deck of cards, with no bells or whistles. Won’t be as convenient as picking up my iPad or phone on a whim, but will certainly be more relaxing and more de stressing. I used to get so angry when someone would walk past and stop to say "there, put the red 3 on the black 4”. Solitaire is meant to allow your brain to turn off, step out of the rat race, contemplate, and do some free thinking. No interruptions and no pressure. That has all been lost here. Too many new employees coming in trying to prove their worth by "keeping things fresh", adding something new to make your game stand out. I don’t understand why that is the way things are being done by this generation. When you have the perfect, tried and true basic game, just keep the bugs out and your hands off. If you want to appeal to a younger or different market, either after an option to upgrade or develop a new game and give it a new name. Just leave the original one alone, working in perfect condition. You would then have captured the whole market and not just be competing with everyone else for the loudest most active crowd of the moment.

Bad update. I have loved this game, I’m a paying customer, but I’m disappointed with the current update. Now the columns no longer shrink up when you tap a very long column; this makes it harder to work with the bottoms of the columns. I got into a situation yesterday where I was trying to move an entire column near the center of the screen. Each time I tried to grab the column, the iPhone pulled down its short “swipe down” screen, interfering with the game. I was never able to move that column, I had to give up on it. I never had that problem with the game prior to this update. Finally, the new design for the menu at the bottom of the screen takes up more space than it used to, which is not a good thing. I want to go back to the older version. I have always rated this game as five stars; now it drops to three stars. I hate “upgrades” that crow about the improvements but actually worsen the game. New themes are uninteresting if they come along with changes that worsen what used to be the best Spider in the App Store. Sarah

Spider solitaire is slower after the last update. I find it irritating that this game has gotten slower once I start a game I choose winning and it goes to an ad and when I x the ad and get back to the game I have to wait for the cards to deal. Before the update I would x the ad and it would go back to the new game already dealt. This wastes my time. I would like to see a bit more of the bottom card in a pile I sometimes can’t make out what that card is. The ads you have are quite manipulative the x does not remove the screen as it it supposed to do! I tap it over and over and over before it returns to my game , the link that seems to be in upper left cover “back to spider solitaire does not work but leads me to many screens I must click on to dismiss and return to my game you advertise a cash solitaire game that is even slower to get out of hoping you’ll trap some poor soul into gambling away his hard earned money! It’s like a scam!

Happily Stuck to Spider for a While. Great Spider ... played it for long time ... adds "intensity" well balanced ... may it last forever. NOT so happy with recent sound "intrusions" to other streaming sound content simultaneous to gaming. Please reconsider or provide sound opt out alternative. Otherwise still very satisfied. ... FINALLY recently dropped sound invasion practice ... thanks ... great ... ... still work to be done around this sound stream disruptions ... adds frequently cause interruption of such ... bad taste to associate with the “disruptor” party ... ... fewer ... thanks ... sound stream disruptions ... very rare other sound streaming total interruptions, requiring you to “restart”, still occur … advertisement that does not show correctly and looses “operativity”, requiring Spider restarting … and the newby: Spider not having enough zoom to take whole screen … still great app … thanks …

pay $2 every month for no ads? dumb af. the game is fine and everything but it really makes me mad that you have to continuously pay a subscription in order to not see an ad every 2 minutes. that’s absolutely ridiculous. i was willing to pay to remove the ads, but i’m not going to pay $2 a month, $24 a year, just to play a game of solitaire on my phone- that’s such a waste and it’s extremely unnecessary. I get that they need to make money, but it’s just too much. the amount of ads they force non-subscribers to watch + the people, like me, who would be willing to pay $2 ONE TIME is sufficient enough revenue for the creators not to require a $2 subscription plan. who gets a subscription plan to play SOLITAIRE. that’s so stupid. deleting the entire game now. they respond to people’s complaints about the ridiculous ads they show by saying they “rely on advertisement revenue to continue” creating good content, as if the game of solitaire is constantly changing and updating and needs hundreds of thousands of dollars to keep up with the times. the developers are losing that revenue because all of us are deleting the game because of the ads 🙄

Hijacked by one particular ad. Mobility ware”s ad policy had improved (time limit on ads, easier to find close button) and the quality of the ads improved. At least for me, shopping ads were better than casino and shot-em-up games. But a recent ad, blacks out the screen, the the adwith an orangish background opens but is mis-scaled so the name of the ad does not fit on the screen. After a while the screen turns to white and thento black. I think it is a picture matching game but can’t complain about it by name because I can’t see the name. It stays black and no amount of tapping does any good. You have to kick Spider out of memory and then reopen. My favorite game is becoming my most disliked game

Update detracts and downgrades. I hate this update!!! The card face backgrounds have fully changed, I want the option of the old Card Face Background back... Much easier to see on the phone with the cards being either all black or all red.. and the positioning of the cards is not great either...I had family and friends on that background and now the layout and positioning of the card layout makes it intrusive and I can't get it the way it was... This is an example of how a Newer update is not always better, I don't care how much you paid your tech designer for something new, the older version was much easier to see and customize... This version on November 2018 is a downgrade... And I have played this everyday for years... I'm now looking at other card games because of this..

What changed??. Been playing over five years, on a few different devices. Just got a new Apple phone and had to start from scratch a couple weeks ago!! Major pain watching ad after ad trying to catch up with six weeks of missed goals!!! Horrible!! And NOW the past couple of weeks, I play Spider, Free Cell and traditional Solitaire, and I’m being interrupted in MIDPLAY while choosing my next play by an AD!!! Very random, but often enough it’s quite unsettling !! Being in the zone and getting T BONED by an obnoxious ad you’ve seen thirty times already in the past couple hours of play time. I’ve already tried to attach a screen shot but I can’t upload photos while the game is playing and it won’t let me copy and paste here. Perplexing to say the least. I understand the need for them, but now, since I can’t back out or Xout off the ad in mid game without losing it, I’ve guesstimated about 15-25 minutes of game play is sitting watching redundant ads I’m not interested in following up with!! I usually just shut off the phone or pick up an old Samsung one to continue play there, where, by the way, it doesn’t happen!!

What Happened?. I’ve been playing this game for more than a year. I used to love playing it even with the ads popping up between each game. Sometimes the ads would pop up during the game. But they were fun to watch and didn’t take forever and a day to complete. Now, however, the ads keep going and going and going and take you to the App Store. What a headache! It’s so irritating!! In order to get back to the game, I have to close the app and re-open it. What happened? Before this change in ad presentation, I would have given it 5 stars. UPDATE: The developers responded to me. It is wonderful to see that they really care and want to help. I can now report that I am no longer getting stuck in the advertisement or in the App Store. Yay! It’s happening again! Specifically, it’s The Candy Crush ad. It takes a long time to time out. There is no way to close it without ending up at the App Store screen. You then have to close your Spider app and then reopen it again. Can you do something about this problem? It’s very aggravating!

Love the Game - Consistently Coming Back to This. I have probably played this game at least once every two weeks for years. Most times, I play a lot more. I’m a big fan of Spider Solitaire. I do miss the old PC game that allowed you to save a deal. This game doesn’t do that. However, it has many other features that I have come to appreciate more. I have a paid subscription to avoid commercials. That also gives me advance access to the daily games, which brings me back to this game most often. I enjoy the challenge of trying to get a month’s worth of crowned days. In other words, I enjoy challenging myself to solve each days deal before that day is over. It’s a fun extra feature that allows me to not only challenge myself with each deal, but to have a slightly higher goal. It also allows you to get ranked on whether you solve it best the first time, to solve it with the least amount of moves, or solve it with the most points compared to other players. And, while it doesn’t let me save the game at a stage while playing, you can redeal as much as you want and make sure you only get solvable deals. Finally, it will show you how to solve a deal, if you get really desperate. When I want to solve a particular day, I will occasionally take screen grabs of the deal’s solve as the “game” progresses, so I know how to set the cards up before each deal. In, sum, lots of great features!

What. What can u say spider is spider, there is a better version out there but I lost it when I reconfigured my phone and could not find it again. So now I have this version. The only dif is that when u drag your cards the old version would compensate if u grab to many or to few , it was easier for those of us with thick fingers. Other than that how could u screw this up or make it better. Spider is a great addictive game. It's not like u guys invented it. Ok it's nice to customize your deck, what do you want a cookie, ok u at least deserve a cookie give me an address I'll send u one. Update they didn’t except my offer for a cookie nor do I care about customizing the deck . What I need is a twelve step program to release my soul from this constant cycle of monotony. Maybe Smith and Wesson has one.

I ❤️ this game, but.... I absolutely love this addictive game and play it very often. It helps me keep my mind alert and awake. The only complaint I have at all, is the fact that when I’m in a doctor’s office or I a waiting room where I want to play, but obviously want to be silent, I will put my phone on silent mode. However, even in silent mode, some of the loud ads somehow bypass my phone’s silent mode setting and are able to blast their ads at full volume, much to my embarrassment. All other games I have will silence ads and all noise when my phone is in silent mode, as it should be. One ad that offends me and always blasts is “Buffalo Inferno” and “Hearts of Vegas slots.” Although I’m still able to turn my volume down quickly, the point of silent mode is to not have to do that so unexpectedly! I wish the makers of the game would better screen their ads to not accept any that bypass the user’s phone settings! That’s manipulation and is extremely frustrating; so frustrating that I will definitely delete this Spider app if these types of ads continue, and will be forced to find another Spider app that does not hijack my phone settings! *If this practice stops, I will consider reloading this app.

Spider solitaire. I started with cards and played solitaire and then discovered it on my phone. Spider solitaire was a natural progression. This is just a nice way to wake myself up in the am. I also read a book for pleasure and a bible and a informational book with my bible. I have around 8 different games on my phone. I don't do them every day except daily challenge solitaire, spider, and some other ones. The games take the place of commercials also. These things take the place of constant tv for me. They go with me to appointments also. The ads don't bother me because the game is free and you can get rid of them soon. You can also turn your wifi off in settings if they do mess with your game. That usually doesn't happen but you do have that option if you happen to get a bad game. No wifi...no ads... Id be miserable without my games or books to keep me company

Challenging, fun. This particular Spider solitaire app is my favorite game to play. It can be challenging or I can use settings if I want to make it easier. I like that I can choose to play a round that has a definite solution so that I can replay it until if I don’t complete it the first time (sometimes a couple of replays are needed, many times I win the first time). However, I can also play a “random deal” that does not guarantee a solution just as if I was playing with a physical deck of cards. There are daily challenges to meet, such as “complete a run within 2 min,” or “complete two runs in a row.” This is the only game app that I have had for five years & with which I have not grown bored. Thank you for a game that never gets old!

Great game, terrible Ads. The ads are terrible, go by their own obnoxious rules. Game’s developers say ads are skipable after 5 seconds, not true. We all know the ways: can’t close out an X, tapping on an X only brings you to their ads site. 1/2 the ads are a 30 seconds time waster as your trying to get to the game. Some ads have a 5 second timer they provide, except it’s slowed down to 10-15 seconds. It says to the customer, hey we don’t care about you. I understand it’s about the $$$ but If I was the developer, watch the ads, to clear the ads that they’re playing by the rules. Otherwise, you get customers like me who are frustrated & leave the app…also, note to businesses who use these obnoxious ploys in their ads-they don’t work, they only work to make customers hate what you’re trying to sell! It’s sad-because it’s a great game.

I’ve always enjoyed playing spider solitaire until today. I would definitely give this fun game 5 stars until today.I’ve always loved playing spider solitaire with all the colorful backgrounds and fun card faces but today I wasn’t happy with the added “burst of color that spews out of the card when you line it up to match the same color in the card sequence” It’s very annoying to see it displayed on the screen each time you move the card or multiple cards to the matching color row of cards. I don’t know if I described it accurately but hopefully the developers will delete it from the game. This is only my opinion and I’m sure there are many players who might like the “burst of color that are red hearts and diamonds and black spades and clubs”. But, to me it’s an unnecessary addition to the game. I’ve recommended this game to my friends and family. It’s a fantastic game that challenges your cognitive thinking process. I apologize for being picky but the new addition really bothered me.

Ads that you can’t get out of. New info: you have a problem with the fiverr pro ad…it freezes and there’s no way out except to quit the game. Also, I couldn’t figure out how to send feedback except thru this review. It seemed like a circle taking me back to the same pages. I really enjoy the game. What’s the deal? Do you not test the ads that you put up to see if they have a way to get out of them? There’s more and more of them. I have to shut down my phone to get rid of them. The last one turned the screen black and there was no way to get to the game. Please change it so we can leave more than one review. I appreciate you fixing the above. So I’ve changed my star number. But I just had an add something about beauty and it’s a horrible thing for a young girl to see. Too much emphasis on what she should look like and even how to walk. I think you have a responsibility to not contribute to girls poor self image with your games n ads. Normally they are fine but this one is over the top.

Habit forming but fun!. Habit forming but fun! I won a 4 suit spider early on and have been hooked ever since. I'm content with the 2 suit now because I can win almost every day on the daily game. It makes me feel good and no frustration! I usually play while I am snacking before I go to bed so I am not playing for speed, just relaxation. My only problem is with the geniuses who solve the puzzle in 100 moves in less than 30 seconds. That's 3 moves per second! Even the auto play doesn't move that fast! What's your secret? If you're using some computer program, what's the challenge other than having you name near the top of the list. Are you one of those people who always got participation trophies for showing up? Get a life and use your brain!

Adds I can’t close. I would give it 4.8 if I could. That point two percent is for the adds that I get audio for but no picture and no way to close them. When I start a new game I get the required add that you close after five seconds or so and then get on with the game. But after that first add I get random audio as if another add is playing but there is no picture and no way of closing out. I have updated the game, I have updated my phone, I have even turned my phone off, waited a few minutes, then turned it back on again and it is still doing it. I don’t know what to do. It is super annoying as I just have to sit there until the sound stops. I still play the game every day, I just usually end up turning my sound off because of the random noise I can’t stop. Developers, if there is something you can suggest to help me out that would be appreciated. I love this game and I hate that I have this glitch.

The ads follow up. I am glad the ads can now be gotten out of in a few seconds but you still have to click at least 3 times on most to truly get out. New issue - the PayPal app turns the screen upside down and even turning my iPad doesn’t correct it. I rebooted and it’s still upside down. Really frustrated. I play this at night when I can’t sleep or while waiting in the doctors office. Lately, when I win and finish a game it will go to a black screen I can not get out of. The only solution is to reboot. I have an iPhone 12 so I know it’s not the phone. The ads are RELENTLESS! It takes multiple clicks to get out of them. Having multiple ads for the same game one after another isn’t going to make me purchase the advertised game. It will however make me stop playing and move on to another game that isn’t quite so obnoxious with the ads. Let’s remember I’m usually playing this in bed at night where my spouse is sleeping and I have all sounds turned off. Ringer and volume yet random previews of games will start up and they are BLARING!!!! WTH???

Already did a review, but okay.... When I last wrote a review my rating was actually better than this. So, I hold no hopes that this review will be posted, either (perhaps explaining why they have such a high rating). Since my last review the ads have gotten worse. My last review explained that I can handle an ad between each an every game, but when it interrupts game play it's enough to make me not want to play this version of Solitaire. Now the ads make noises and if I'm listening to something else it will stop what I'm listening to and it may or may not start it up again after the ad. While I willing to deal with it for the love of this particular version of Spider, today tipped severely in the other direction this evening when I went to go finish a game I started this morning and the game was gone. I assume I took a loss for it. I know in the grand scheme of life it isn't a big deal, but I have a choice and I chose to play another version. Hope you fix it, but it's too late for me.

Mobilityware Events. Since I got my first IPhone, I have preferred Mobilityware games to any other. That is rapidly changing. I am learning to absolutely HATE them. I loved the events when they first started. 10 -15 per week. I could relax and play them at my leisure. 300+ per week?? Stupid and ridiculous. You have to work to try and complete them. It takes all of your time (I am retired and can’t do it). You have no time to play other games. I hate leaving things unfinished and it drives me crazy that I have to leave these unfinished every week. I only play 4 games and I know you have others. I can’t image trying to add another game. Go back to 50 or below. Preferably 25. Them I can relax and enjoy them instead of wanting to delete them. Or even alternative games per week instead of all games every week. Add one more event and all Mobilityware games will be deleted from my iPad. I have always given Mobilityware 5 stars. Now they get 0. 😡😡 okay it seems That in order to tell you how much I dislike your events, I have to give you at least 1 star. I love the events, I just hate the sheer number of them.

Too many ads that lock up and freeze the game.. When you actually get to play the game, it's great! However, there are way too many ads!!! They come up in between games and even pop up in the middle of the game. Several ads have completely locked up the game and it's very difficult to continue. Most recently, one ad locked up the game for several days! Update: I was impressed that the Developer responded very quickly regarding the problem and wanted to fix the problem. Unfortunately, I have not been able to contact them with the additional details they requested. The add that always locks up is the advertisement for the 'Word Stack' game. I have figured out how to get through it, but it continues to lock up. update 2: sorry, I will not click on unknown links. I explained the problem and appreciate your quick response. It's your advertisement and up to you to fix.

Good game. The new version needs a few bug fixes for one it is hard to always see the suit of cards that are in the stacks without moving cards to look number to sometimes you’re in the middle of a game and it’s going to deal another card and the screen just goes blank, so you lose the game although sometimes you can come back in and it’s there. Sometimes the game seems to slow down to a crawl and you can slowly watch the movement of cards I don’t know if this has been corrected but I did press on one card and not get that card to get something else happening it’s seem to have nothing to do with what I was touching. It’s still a good game much faster dealing then summer games easier regards to another games like it.

Good game, intrusive ads. I like the daily challenges. It's relaxing to play a game in the morning while waiting for my train. It's a free app, so I expected some ads, but when I originally downloaded the app, I was pleasantly surprised by how few there were. There was one every other hand (or more often, if it takes you a little longer to finish a game). But now they're everywhere. You can't necessarily exit out of them after a few seconds. Some are multi-part, so if you exit out of one, there's a second page and you have to wait to exit out of that one too. The makers have even added one to a menu option, so if you click for a new game, the first option isn't deal a new hand but download whatever new game. This wouldn't be so annoying if there wasn't also a menu for games they also want you to download. I get that it's a free game, but calm down on the ads.

Great look, bad ads, airplane mode almost unplayable. I understand the need for ads, and a popup between hands showing other games Mobility makes is FINE. I’d even be willing to check one out if it looked neat. Then the animated ads with sound started, and you HAVE to watch for a period of time before an X would appear to close them. This went even further, as ads would randomly put the X in different corners so you never know where to look, and even then sometimes the X would either not work at all, or clicking it would open the app store to the game. This is RIDICULOUS waiting 30+ seconds on ads you cannot close between every single hand. I play games like this to relax, and this BS is far from relaxing. A tip to help was put your phone/tablet in airplane mode actually brought those types of ads to a halt with only single-frame ads you can just close. Yay until a few months back, when this suddenly started causing problems with a hand being dealt. There’s LONG pause before anything at all happens, then a single-frame ad pops up where clicking the X greys it out, and another LONG pause before it closes. I’ve spent upwards of five minutes dealing with this trying to play ONE frickin hand. I’m done. I will never download another Mobility game.

Fun game. Like many of the other MobilityWare card games you can play the Daily Challenge to get a crown and they recently added daily tasks which are fun. Fun card game. But as a SUGGESTION TO THE DEVELOPERS what I would really love to see is being able to get the Daily Crown for all 4 versions of the daily challenge. That is if you select 1, 2, 3, or 4 suits under options it will give you a daily challenge with that many suits. So there are actually 4 different Daily challenges each day depending on how many suits you have chosen as your default, but you can only win the crown once per day, so you have to choose one and play it. But it would be fun to get a double, triple or quadruple crown depending on if you could defeat all the suit choices in one day (that is play the one suit daily challenge game get a crown, now switch under options to two suits, play the daily challenge in two suits and get that crown and so on.) I just think it would be a fun challenge - how many of us could get defeat all 4 for one day?

Stands the test of time. I’ve been playing this game for the last couple of years and really enjoy the challenge. Sometimes I play for speed, sometimes for difficulty and sometimes for the number of moves. This year I’ve challenged myself to complete every Daily Challenge. The only complaint I have is that I wish there was more strategy information I.e. is it better to always clear a column or turn over a new buried card? And is it better to move a long more complete run or again, uncover a card or a column? Years playing the game and I still have no solid answer to those questions. Oh well, an excuse to keep trying to figure it out. I do pay for the subscription bi- annually and feel I get my money’s worth. It’s the only game I pay for.

Closing Ads. First off, let me just say this game is great. It’s fun, nostalgic of the early 2000’s when spider solitaire and minesweeper were auto installed on your PC... really like how you can change the background and card backs without needed to buy something. Although on the other hand, the ads have really small close buttons, making them very hard to close, and often times, when trying to close them, you open them at least 2 times. This is especially true to ‘happy color’ or whatever. It kind ruins the fun cause it takes you out of getting to the next deal. It’s not game breaking, but really dampers the experience. I would really appreciate if the button to close the ad was bigger. Thanks for your time

Why update a perfect game?. Game has been great for years so why mess with it? Those who play classic solitaire want to just play game after game after game of solitaire without changing the game so every time you update it with something “new”, it’s a tad frustrating. After so many of those, it starts to get old. I have paid for the non ad version of this game for many years now so I’m referring to updates that are in the game itself, not the ads. Adding in daily goals and competitions to see how far we can get and earning stars, etc. I can ignore most of that and still just play my good ol’ solitaire but now there is this annoying green checkmark on top of my cards INTERFERING with my ability to see my cards that tells me that I have accomplished my daily goals. I can not get rid of this checkmark! Why? What mess with a good thing? Why not go make another game for those that want goals and competitions and stars? I want my regular, same peaceful solitaire that I have had for years back. Get rid of the obnoxious green checkmark that is making it so I can not play the game and give me my game back. I do not want to lose this game! I love it too much, but I can not play with it as it is now.

Best Spider game I’ve found, but…. I've been playing Spider since before there were computers. It’s THE BEST solitaire game for allowing a player to develop skill as opposed to other solitaires which rely more on the luck of the draw. I win about 45% of the time on this app game, which echoes about the same win rate I have with real cards… therefore I believe the deals in the app truly are random. Love all the graphics and options, including the ability to use my own photo for the background. But these new aggressive ads!!! You can’t get out of some of them without actually closing the app and then reopening it! That’s just plain rude. Don’t these advertisers realize we’re not going to be bullied into taking their products when they launch an advertising assault like that? Please fix!

Problems with ads. I have been playing this games for years, and have always appreciated the 5 second ads. Recently, after watching a 5 second ad, when I hit the X to close it, the same ad comes up, maybe in a little different format. At times, I have to watch 3 of these, for the same product, to get back to the game. Tonight, there is the added problem with a banner ad for Candy Crush Soda that is at the bottom of the screen when I am playing the game. There is no option to remove it, and it covers the toolbar for game play. If I touch it just right, I can activate the needed tool because after playing the games so long, I know where the actions I need are located (undo, hint, etc.) However, many times, I end up being taken to the App Store for The Candy Crush game. Frustrating! I really like this game, and all the Mobility Ware games. I appreciate all the statistics features and options to change graphics and games play features. Please fix these ad issues.

Love it, still the best solitaire!. For the first time I had trouble with the game. It hard crashed my iPad and the end result was that I had to reinstall. I lost two years of gold trophies. 😟 still love the game but I'm having difficulty with the upgraded game and find some changes irritating. For one thing, the highlighted and darkened cards in some of the game styles. I finally got it to more like the old version so I can enjoy it. Still annoyed that I lost all that history, but still playing and it's still the best. Casual, no pressure! I enjoy the game every time I play,even keeping up with the weekly challenges👌. I have had very few games which I enjoyed without getting annoyed and it's a real pleasure to have found this one. I can' spend cash in games but with this one I don' have to spend. The ads are inserted with little intrusion and my sessions leave me satisfied with the interlude. Thank you to the developers for a good looking, challenging yet fun game!

Been loving it for years. I’ve been playing this game for years, ever since I got my first IPhone. It must fit my personality. I like that I can replay the same deal or back up and replay moves. I find this very satisfying, because we don’t get many opportunities for do-overs in life. And it allows me to stubbornly refuse to give up, until I’ve played the deal so many times that I either win, or am satisfied that there is no possible way to win it. It tends to be my go to game when I need to kill a few minutes, like waiting in the doctors office. It absorbs my attention and makes time run fast, but I can look up from it when I need to, without losing the game. I do r know what people are talking about regarding ads. I don’t see any ads. Maybe I paid for an upgrade way back when.

eh. don't get me wrong, the game is a great time killer and can be generally fun if you like games like these. but not only do they have too many ads, but they also advertise every new game they make and that can honestly get annoying at times. i mean, good on you for making plenty of games and stuff but, i don't wanna hear about it every time i open the app. and even then, you don't get much for playing this game, besides for some titles and trophies, they literally contribute to nothing. i mean, it's kind of fun receiving trophies and titles and stuff but, i don't know. at the same time, i feel like maybe we should get a bit more from it, ya know? like, maybe if we complete two months worth of daily games, we could get a month free of ads or something like that. i understand ads are how you make money and stuff, so you could also do something such as an in game currency that if we get enough money from playing games, we could use that to buy a week free of ads or something. like, if i do a daily challenge, that would be worth 10points or whatever, if you get what i'm saying. otherwise that, i think it's a pretty good game :) i've only had a few times where it bugged out, mostly when it was transitioning from an ad to the game or from the game to an ad, but otherwise that, i've had very few issues!

A good game but unethical practices. I had this game on my Samsung phone and then I got an IPhone. Before I got it I read many reviews from iPhone users about how invasive the ads were. I contacted the company and they assured me that the ads were completely dismissible and that I should have no problem but did not offer an explanation about the differences between the two operating systems. I have now been using the app for a couple months and I must say that the ads were much different and much worse on the iPhone to the point that you could spend five minutes trying to dismiss an ad and it would put you into an endless loop. I reported my experience to no avail. They have some advertisers that are truly obnoxious but it is really difficult to figure out the names of the apps that they’re promoting and screen captures don’t do the experience justice because it doesn’t explain how long and how many tries you’ve had to make to dismiss the app. I am a developer myself and I understand the issue about receiving payment and I completely agree that people should be paid for their work, but this app says it’s free and then brow beats people into paying even though they claim that the ads are completely dismissible. I guess they should say “ads are eventually dismissible”.

Was a 5 star game for years until recently :(. I’ve been playing this game for years! It is the only game on my phone. I play it constantly. It is a great stress reliever for me. I have played it for several hours straight during very stressful times or when I can’t sleep. However, the newest software updates are changing my feelings about it. The new video ads drive me crazy. They actually scared the crap out of me for the longest time during those late nights when I’m laying in bed late and can’t sleep. I would jump every time suddenly seeing people moving and up close in my face. And on occasion I’ve had the sound from a video randomly start playing during the middle of the game when my sound is turned off! It just did that twice in the last 5 minutes! That’s sure not helping me relax! I’m also having problems with it quitting on me in the middle of a game. Between the frustration over videos, it quitting on me multiple times per session and the sound playing without the videos while volume is off, it is no longer therapeutic. I am either frustrated or startled, defeating my purpose of playing this game. I don’t want to play anything else! Please help!

Was great, not anymore. I have played this game since 2016 and loved it. The ads used to be short and non-invasive but now they are long, have audio (even though I have sound turned off in the game) and are very repetitive. So tired of seeing the same ad over & over again! It got to the point I was going to pay for no ads however they changed from a one time fee to a monthly fee for no ads and I absolutely won’t pay a monthly fee to play a solitaire game! You are getting ad revenue whether people pay for ad free or not. Anyway, the developers started these challenges and I enjoyed doing them. I got badges for every single one for awhile. However they changed recently from having a reasonable number of levels to complete in 7 days to a ridiculous number of levels that one cannot complete unless you are unemployed and playing the game constantly. I sent a message through the app & just got a canned response (“Thanks for your feedback, will send your feedback to the developer”). So I have decided to delete the app from my phone and try a different spider solitaire app after 7 years of using Mobilty Ware. If you don’t listen to your customers you lose them.

Interruptions and shut down of play. Whatever you changed recently, does not let me play Spider Solitaire uninterrupted on my iPad anymore. I play offline. For some unknown (to me) reason, your opening page is a double page now, somewhat transparent so I can see two pages, more or less on top of one another. Then, there is a lengthy pause before cards are dealt and cards can be moved, and to top it off, all of a sudden, the game shuts down, often right before a win and new game has to be started. I recently installed new operating systems on iPhone, iPad, Macbook Air. My question to you: Will these flaws described above ever be fixed? If you recommend I play online, I will not be able to stay with you because I am on a metered connection.

Causes iPad to freeze and crash. If you put your iPad down mid-game for longer than about 30 seconds, the screen freezes. You can’t even exit out of the game. I have to turn the iPad off and then it won’t restart for 1-2 minutes. Also there is an ad between every game you play, and the ads are 5-10 seconds long before you can skip them. Very ad-intensive for a short game.

Still one of the Best Games. One of the best card game available, very challenging and addictive. I like playing the daily challenge and most times it is a challenge. The pop up adds are a bit annoying but I have found some great games there as well.

Maralyn. I love all the game I have with you i play five different games and find them all very addictive and fun. I like the pictures you create at the end of each game particularly the dancing king although I think it should be a dancing knave or jack the only sad thing for me is the kings dancing is getting shorter and shorter. Thanks for your great games and options and very short adverts I would recommend these games to anyone they don’t cost anything and only a small monthly fee to be advert free but that is your choice

Quick and fun each day. I’ve been playing this game for years everyday. I love that it’s a quick round of solitaire in the mornings with my coffee before the day begins. Never missed a day. Great graphics and no glitches. Keep updating please!!! Don’t remove it. Thank you!

The ads are just getting so bad. This app used to boast that ads would never be more than 5 seconds. Those days are long gone. Even getting ads mid game after sitting through ads almost a minute long. Ads that keep going to try to send you to the App Store, even after you’ve sat through them multiple times. Have been playing for years but I’m deleting the app.

Spider without ads. Spider is a great game on the iPad but it is spoilt by the ads and you cannot purchase the mobility ware version to make it ad free. Other versions do not have the real card look which puts one off. I am sure millions would be prepared to pay for the game ad free with the real card look etc at a reasonable price.

More statistics please. Love the game. Playing for years. Not particularly good ar game but doing ok. Just retired and I am improving slightly. I’m interested in: Average length of time spent on each game ( not the fastest) How long on average have people been playing spider? How many games a week/ day do people play? Basically I’m interested in seeing how I am going compared to average players ( take out the outliers lol) not compared to top players… I doubt I’ll ever make leader board. Spider. What a great game, the only thing I wish could be done is, the constant pop ups of alternative games, nearly always slot machine games. Which I find annoying. With Spider, one has to use their brain, not just keep pressing a button,very boring. Richard Again I ask can something be done about the constant pop ups for those boring slot machine games. I like to use my grey matter, not just press endlessly on a button. To the owner of the app your game is being ruined, do something about it please. Richard Nothing changed ,a great game spoiled by incessant advertising It’s still those annoying ads Slot machines games seem to be fewer than before, but some pop up games are hard to exit . Exit option should be available immediately, rather Han having to wait .

Great game. Love this game, it's kept me entertained for hours while I've been sick in bed. I like that I can choose the "Winning Deal" and know that it should be solvable, if I just put enough thought into it. I've found the "Replay this game" feature only works about half the time though, which is annoying when I'm trying hard to solve a hand and I want to start again and keep working on it. Yes, the ads are extremely annoying, especially when you turn the sound off in the game but it remains on for the ads - very annoying if you're in public but don't want to turn your phone ringer off. The ads are nothing more than I expected for the free version of the game though. Word of warning - I thought that the paid version would be the same game, but without the ads - in fact, it's an older version that hasn't been updated for over 12 months, and it lacks some of the features of the free version, one of which makes in so annoying that I don't use it. Not cheap either, at $7.99 AUD. I'm currently in the process of requesting a refund. Apart from this, a very good game.

Not happy with (lack of) support. I had been happy with this game until a few weeks ago when it started to take ages (for an app), to load, took ages for a menu item selection to be acknowledged, took ages for the first move to happen, and would often crash part of the way through a game without saving the position it was at. I sent a complaint through the app (Settings also took ages to load), and now it tells me it can’t send the message, even though I have >30 Mbps speed. I’m tempted to delete the app and terminate the payments.

Love this game. I've been playing this game for quite a while now and feel as if I've missed something if I don't get to play it on any given day. I would give it 5 stars if I could play it without the adds that pop up before and throughout a game. Most annoying.

Ads won't close. I have been playing Spider for years and love it. Lately however I am getting ads that won't go away no matter how many times I press 'close' or sit and wait. I have to abandon the game and come back 5 or 10 minutes later. Very annoying!

Progressively going downhill. I’ve played for well over a decade. I paid to play without ads. Now however, every time I open there’s an ad to see what’s new in the games centre. Frankly I don’t care. I also don’t care for the messages and ridiculous levels with their ridiculous titles. Why are you messing around with what was a perfect product. Give me an option to choose the original version and I’d jump at it. The new format is rubbish. The ad I’m referring to is ‘What’s New in Game Center’ The is no X or any other symbol to block this ad

New bug. Enjoy this game and been playing for years. Put up with the adds even though I paid for ad free years ago. But today a new bug is annoying me very much. The sound of ads running in the back behind the game. Can’t see them but can’t avoid hearing them. No way to access settings to turn sound off. Really - why? Sure I can mute all volume on my device but should I have to? Please fix.

Love this game. I agree with the other reviews that the pop ups spoil the experience. I cover most of the screen and just wait for the x to appear (hard to see and they keep changing where it is, but I am used to that now). I am sleepless at the moment waiting for the medication for a bad cold to take effect and it has taken my mind off my aches and misery. I love that it is distracting (sure, a bit addictive, but in a harmless way) and it takes strategy to solve the games. I have only a slight idea how best times people solve the games in just one minute, but I guess they replay them constantly to do that? The app doesn’t cause me the problems that others have said. Maybe they have updated it and there are less problems? PLEASE STOP THE ADS.

Great Version but would love to see one feature. Something i’d love to see is the ability to unlock new decks as you do the events - there is a spot in the event path that looks like you unlock such things.. But when you do ‘collect it’ nothing happens, not sure of the point. Would be nice for item to work towards vs just the card animations which don’t really do much for me per-say. Unless i’m missing something entirely? Otherwise it’s a great app, nice features and find it more entertaining with the constant events path over other spider solitaire games.

Brain check. Love this game. Whenever I've been working hard and I feel my brain needs a change, I jump over to spider and if I can't get it out within 103 moves then I know my brain isn't working to top speed and ability. When I can get under 103 ....it's time to go back to work. Just love this game !!!

Bad update. Hate the new updated version. Nothing works better, background changes don’t work well, and it seems to be affecting functioning of my iPad. Hate the new graphic of the spider, and miss the fireworks. Have deleted my app, despite having enjoyed playing the game for ages before it’s current incarnation.

Spider solitaire. Love this game, it gets very addictive when playing. You really want to beat it, no matter how long it takes you. At the moment I'm getting ads that turn my screen upside down. I'm also getting too any ads in between sessions, which is very annoying.

Awesome. The changes you made to the App are fantastic! Love playing and being able to pick up later if I get busy! However the landscape view flips back to portrait too often after an advertisement pops up! To move back to landscape, the app has the be shut down which sometimes causes the app to start a new game! Also there is already a delay set to force a player to watch the advertisement. Why do you also need to keep moving the ‘X’ to close the advert. Sometimes up to 3 times to get back to the game?

Bug. I have been playing solitaire regularly for several years and have enjoyed most of the updates as they occur however I’ve noticed recently that the software absolutely freezes for no apparent reason with the only button able to do anything is the hint button and you have to just sit and wait until such time as it reactivate it self.

Spider Solitaire. It’s a great game. Relaxing, rewarding and helps to keep one’s thoughts in order! Sometimes that’s all a person needs to relax their mind after a difficult day at the office where correct decisions need to be made consistently and relentlessly. Thanks Apple for a life saving game!

What about the Chinese ads?. I love this app but twice now, as I get to the 32nd level or so, Chinese apps start popping up and eventually I can’t close them down and I cannot return to the app and have to delete the app and reload so I lose all my points. So disappointing😳Can you explain why this is please?

Program closes down. Since a couple of months the program just closes itself and looses its memory so no possibility to finish the game after restart. Shocking! And as mentioned in other reviews, several of the latest advertisements do the same or you can't close them. You have to reboot the program.

Spider & Solitaire settings. I would like to see easier access to the daily challenges ‘tick’ top R corner. Once a game is played, one needs to go back via menu, then close, just to visualise the tick and review what the next challenge is. Also love the dancing card figures after a game, pity that they are so close to top of screen that they are partially blocked with a game results message. James iPad Air 3

Spider. I enjoy it very much . Recently had to have my phone re set and lost the game which I had finished all last four months. I was very cross that it had to be done. I would stay up till midnight just to do the next challenge done. That is how much I enjoy it.

Mr. This version is a great distraction and time filler. The trouble with this is however, on average it can take about eight minutes per game and an hour can pass before it is realised. But I really enjoy the daily challenge and forever trying to repeat my P.B. I don't like the penalty point just for dealing the cards! Times this by 8 and a low 90's score is impossible. - The 'penalty' points for serving a round should be removed. - I don't like the fact that the stats always vary, example - one day minimum score will be 90. The next day 97 etcetera. Furthermore, time taken, best scores and overall rankings continuously change. There is no real benchmark to work from or to!

Could have been 5 stars. I have played your game of solitaire for many years now and I always roll with the punches when the upgrades come. However I find the Daily goals and earning of stars a complete nuisance and they hinder me from getting onto the next game. I like playing the card game, I don’t need stars or trophies or whatever, I just like to play the game. Like a number of other comments said “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”

Ads too long. I don’t mind watching ads in order to play a game I love playing but am thinking of switching to another. The ads now are four times longer than before,by the time I have endured it I have forgotten what I need to do in order to win !! The new Caravan ad is a prime example .

App crashing because of adverts. I love this game, but am furious with it right now as the ads keep crashing the app. An ad comes up, freezes, you can't click on the 'x' to close it. All you can do is close the app and then you lose the game you were half way through playing. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG.

Love spider. Enjoy playing this game. Very addictive and lots of fun. However some of the ads freeze the game and I have to close the game and start again. Some of the ads are worse than others and completely lock the screen and I have to reboot my iPad. This regularly happens after just 1 game. Very annoying. Please fix. Further to the above one of the ads that regularly freeze the screen is Homescapes and it does not give any option to get back to the game. Constantly rebooting my iPad to get rid of the ad. PLEASE FIX. Further to the above I have deleted the app and reinstalled it as this problem has started again with just a blank white screen but it has continued. Don’t know what to do now??? Following on from above have started to experience locked screen when Travel Town ad coms on.

I can't help thinking that the choices I make dictate how the next game will go. ALSO please delete the pop-up adverts : I hate them and I'm never likely to be attracted to their product anyway. I've become an octogenarian without becoming a gambling addict, why waste my data time for nothing?

People play other modes using speed suggesting that when turning cards good chances of connecting and progressing. 4 suit more complex but in assessing and mainly aiming to bring more cards into view you can use probability to attack the puzzle making connections and progressing. Candy Crush Saga ad. Most ads are able to be exited. The Candy Crush Saga banner at the bottom of the screen will not go away. It interferes with the symbols at the bottom of the screen needed to play spider properly. Please get rid of it.

Solitaire. After playing thousands of solitaire of Mobility brand, YOU changed it!! Why? You’ve destroyed it. It’s slow to load sometimes Locks and loses a game, and all this when I was using as my main game and to add insult to injury I paid for it so as to avoid adds!, it smacks of a change of management, or at least someone who thinks the game needed an upgrade ! Well let me tell you, it didn’t need any changes. I have had to stop playing it now and looking for someone else’s version. Wake up to yourselves, when a product is successful DON’T CHANGE IT !

Spider like. Enjoy playing this every day I do enjoy the game, the challenge and the graphics. However, the automatic movement of the selected cards is not always in the players best interest this feature is not always helpful. I also feel a successful outcome is more likely to be obtained on the date the game becomes available, when going back to play games issued earlier in the week/ month, one has a much lower success rate.

Great games, too, too many ads.. I’ve really enjoyed playing a number of MobilityWare games but there seems to be more, and longer, ads. Some ads, like on Yukon Russian, don’t close down the first time you press close or cause the game to pause because the ad is taking so long to load. So MobilityWare its been nice knowing you, but it’s goodbye as I’ve found another game that has my favourite solitaire games without the ads.

Volksy48. Have been playing this game for years but don’t like the latest update, sorry. I like to know how long it took me to play the game which used to be always on the screen now it is on an alternative pop up and when the game is finished, if you have the other screen up you cannot tell how long you took. Also don’t like that when doing the daily challenge you now only get “within the first 25” rather than 1st to whatever. Forget all the bells and whistles and stick with what works. Thanks.

Update ruined game, constant issues now. The new update means that ads pop up randomly in the middle of the game so I have to constantly close out of ads. It’s also incredibly slow and frustrating, and since I have no idea when a full page ad is going to appear I inadvertently end up clicking on them which means I’m taken to whatever page is being advertised and then I have to close out and go back. I didn’t have these issues before updating and it’s genuinely unpleasant.

Used to be good. I used to love this app. I did not like the ads so I purchased it and the ads disappeared. There has just been a big update that has changed everything. Background and card design, size of cards and the way they behave. Worst of all the ads are back and my purchase means nothing. Now they want a yearly subscription that I don’t want to pay as I already bought it. I don’t play it enough to use a subscription so I shall delete the app. I’m very sad!

Used to be the best. I used to love playing this game - challenging but not so hard that it would become frustrating. The ads were fair enough for a free game but something changed and now every 3rd or 4th deal is impossible to win. The developer then rubs it in with daily challenges that are distracting and (as far as I can tell) meaningless. It’s a shame because the graphics and design are excellent and they put in a lot of effort to have a bit of fun when you win a game. Time to check the store for alternatives.

Great game, BUT. Have been playing this game for years and love it, gets the grey matter working each morning. However, the pop-ups for word and so called brain games are impossible to get rid of, after hitting the X button continuously refusing to budge. No option but to close down and move on to another game. Please, please do something to fix this annoying problem.

Disappointing upgrade. I wish I could go back to my older version of Spider which I loved. The new one is annoying on lots of fronts - appearance is too clunky with black outlines on icons and a more cluttered feel, the leaderboard requires scrolling and is in a boring font, it doesn’t immediately tell you your position on the leaderboard when you get a low score, you have to have your wits about you to see your actual score, etc etc. It’s a retrograde step in my opinion. The previous version felt more clean and was easier to navigate, and I preferred the trophies.

Great Entertainment. When I have a spare minute or 6 I find it very challenging to beat my own score and I love the new look..I enjoy immensely. I saw another game whereby it was playing soft jazz music in the background which I thought was a nice touch and some games play awful sounds which is off putting. Too many advertisements and too long before Woody lets you get started…sorry it used to be much easier, I don’t use Woody so much now as it is time consuming with all the interruptions of other advertisers… Bring the old Woody back…please 🙏🏽

Great game to play anytime. I have been playing Spider Solitaire for many years now and enjoyed the way it has evolved over that time. It is a great way to relax. I have noticed for a long time that after playing a few games, I check my position on the leader board and it generally displays the same number that was shown the previous time but on the second time I select this, the position number is updated. Subsequent views respond with the same number. After more games, I check it and again I need to select twice before the position stabilises. I have on numerous occasions requested this be looked into but, after each new version, this problem remains. I look forward to this being fixed or an appropriate response.

Unplayable offline. If you use airplane mode or simply are somewhere without internet (where I usually play) the app will only give you unwinable decks. If you turn ads on before loading a deck, it'll be fine, but no ad = consistent full-block draws that lose you the game, or decks that bury every 6 or something at the top of the flipped cards. Ad free is way to expensive considering it's solitaire.

So fun but…. The challenges - if you press “replay” let me replay it! instead it substitutes another deal to solve that is often way easier. If it is solvable let me try until I solve it!! I like the challenge and I am not convinced all of those are solvable (1 deal left stacks of unturned over cards, for example) - I wrote all this in the “chat with us” feature and then the whole app crashed. Frustrating! I am devoted but frustrated.

Terrible Uber Eats commercial. Like the game, but need to lose the add that you can’t get by. Only way to resume playing is to reboot phone. Will never use Uber Eats when they force the add on you like that

Use it daily. Only prob is on my iPad when I turn it to landscape while running it my device freezes. All updates have been done not sure why this is happening. Had to replace an ipad last month when this happened

Problems. I love this game but since you updated it it keeps freezing after playing for about a half hour especially after the ads. I will stop playing if you can’t fix this problem . Brand new tablet.

I really like this game, but ….. Ads in the free version are supposed to allow being terminated in 5 seconds. It seems there is, however, little or no quality control over this feature. Some ads go on and on. I found a way to deal with this issue, however. What really bugs me are ads dealing with medications (for diabetes) from, apparently a non-pharmaceutical business. I feels that this is, or should be, illegal. I like this game, and understand that ads are needed for the free version. I would be much better if the game vendor had some control about their own rules about ads and, perhaps, their legality. Ads about medications that apparently are not approved for sale is a bit too much …

Review of spider solitaire. This has been my favorite game to play and then it started getting stuck on ads and they would not close so I could NOT do anything on this app. It keeps happening every time I play so I close the app , come back later and sometimes it gets straightened out. Right now this app is inoperable. It needs to be totally reset. It is stuck on an ad and hasn’t budged all day. I give up. I keep having to delete the app and reinstall it later. It happens a lot especially late at night and sometimes during the day. It wastes a lot of time being stuck with no way to close the ad or the ad keeps going round. This used to be my favorite game but these stuck ads are really aggravating. It seems like the more games I play, the worse the problem is. This is not my first commentary on this. PLEASE FIX THIS.

Game great but ads kill the enthusiasm. the ads are out of control, beyond annoying & there should be an option to block them- they take an enormous amount of the pleasure from playing the actual games- the modulated analogy could easily be that it is like packing a nice gift for someone but using rotten hard boiled eggs as packing material. They do not encourage me to buy the other games, they just detract from enjoyment of the game i choose- big time. Maybe I should just rip them each apart in a review in every social media resource...& ask others to do the same. Maybe then this ceaseless poor judgement on the part of those who control the ceaseless ads will END! Those making these decisions need an intensive education in what actually motivates the public to buy & what are the absolute "do not use" techniques - clearly they are clueless

Spider solitaire. This is an intriguing version of solitaire. The other methods became boring to me. I started out with a 2 suit deal and now I am up to a three suit deal. I do not feel confident enough to move up to a 4 suit deal, but that is part of the allure to this solitaire. It makes me want to keep trying and achieve the higher level. I like the daily challenge feature too. I got a new phone and decided to go to a 4 suit challenge. It is challenging compared to the 3 suit challenge I was playing, and I am not able to win as many daily challenges, but I am winning some, and the competition is not as steep at this level.

By far my fav card game!!. My husband recommended this game so I tried it and loved it right away. It’s such a wonderful game. I love the daily challenge more than anything. It’s so relaxing. You have to try it to believe the real attraction of a true Spider game. —-the more I play this game the more I love it !!!! This is awesome!! I could play things spider game all day. I had deleted this game because the ads became so obnoxious, refusing to let me play. During the time I could not play I really missed this game. Eventually I decided to try playing again. I found that some ads are a little aggressive and aggravating but overall the game has improved so I’m having a better time now. I still love love this game.

Ads have sound even when sound is off!. Update: still frustrated and finally deleted this game. As per their response, I’ve sent numerous screenshots of the ads that play sound (right over my music apps) when I have the game sound off, but it’s never fixed..just the standard ‘thanks, we’re working on it’ reply. It’s been months! There were six ads in a row tonight that did this. Life’s too short! I downloaded a competitors version and it’s working great. I used to play this game at night to go to bed, but they refuse to fix this error (I’ve contacted them and been ignored). I use a sound machine app at night then turn the sound OFF in this game while my husband and I go to sleep. When certain ads pop up, EVEN WITH SOUND OFF IN THE GAME, the ad starts blaring! The sound machine app goes off and it’s like a TV is suddenly turned on loudly! It frightens my husband awake and it’s infuriating! FIX YOUR STUPID ADS. I’m out.

Adds. Supposedly a person can skip your adds in 10 seconds 😡some adds won’t let you get out at all without closing the program. Fiverr pro, it’s either hit the “hire now” button or close the program. There has been other adds that I’ve had the same thing happen but this is the latest. It’s not a glitch with my phone, cuz it’s only that select add. You would get a 5 star if not for these select stupid adds that get won’t go away. Even if I might be interested in the add. They could rest assured that I would never, ever look into their product when they pull stunts like that.

Good game but.... I have played this for many months. Recently however,I t is not registering my completion of the daily challenge. I have kept up with this game faithfully every day. If this continues, I will only be playing sporadically. Update: I STILL play the daily challenge EVERYDAY (and I mean I double check as I am TRYING TO GET THRU ONE MONTH finishing the daily challenge). I was doing great until I open it yesterday, and it showed the two previous days not accomplished. Now, I open it today and it doesn’t show yesterday’s either! And I have finished these games, at home, on WiFi. What is going on? And there are days I open the app and it goes straight to the menu WITH ADS, 3 of them! You used to brag that your ads only took 5 seconds - nope, not anymore! HELP!

If it isn’t broken -don’t fix it.. I have been playing this spider game for 2 years+ and loved it. We purchased the premium version, but the family sharing didn’t work. It put the games on my pc, but won’t let me open them. My husband hates the premium version, so he un8 stalled the. And went back to the versions he had. I can’t because instead of i stalling the new games the way his did, they went in over the games I had, and now I can’t get back to what I had. I absolutely hate the new version of this game and won’t play it. If I can’t get back to the old version I gad then I will go elsewhere to play. Perhaps when the developers bring out a new version, they should allow the players to try it, and if they don’t like it, give us the options of reverting to what we had. In that way they won’t lose their customers like they are doing now.

Harmful advertising content. I recently had a pandemic related mental breakdown and we had to euthanize our 13 year old dog. I play spider solitaire to unwind. Unfortunately, the ad content has made it impossible. #1. The ads run for what seems 60 seconds, I'm not certain; I did not break out my stopwatch. It's maddening. I click on what I think is the close icon but it either opens the App Store or restarts the ad #2. Today, the Solitaire game ran an ad for some game featuring freezing animated children. The player could save the children by solving a puzzle to release coal into the freezing children's warming stove. The ad never put the coal into the stove. I sat staring at the freezing children and started to tremble. I can't play the game anymore, the ads are giving me anxiety. I almost paid for premium to turn the ads off, but I believe this is called coercion.

Subscription Questions!. I have played Spider Solitaire for over 5 years. About a year and a half ago, I decided to pay for a subscription $2.99 every six months. My recent installment payment was on November 16th. Today, November 26, I received a notification when I opened the app. It said, that my subscription had ended or expired and to renew my subscription the price would be $4.99 for every 3 months. To the app’s makers, it is not the price but the lack of notification. I would like to know if my CURRENT subscription will be applied to the new subscription should I purchase it? If not, will the difference minus the 10 days be refunded to me? Thank you for your assistance with my questions.

Game is great but ads hijack game trying to force you to buy it.. The ads that are on the game have hijacked my game to go to their apps (i.e. Home, The Property Brothers and others). They also don’t care you have the noise turned off on the app (the settings on the game should be respected since the other apps are advertising in the game). Nothing is worse than a blaring advertisement and others are sleeping. I am now not able to play the game because this Home app has hijacked my game...there isn’t any place to go out of the ad...it has continue and takes you to download the app...then won’t let you back into the awesome game of Spider.

Love but what happened with loud ads?!. I love this app. Play it every day. Up until a couple months ago, no issues. Ads played without sound and for only 5 seconds. Now every time I open the app and start a game, a full ad plays at high volume (even when phone volume turned to off). It doesn’t even show the ad, just plays the sound. Clearly something happened in an update that should be fixable. Hope they figure it out soon. Also note to developers...consider a one time ad free payment option. You will make more money. I would never pay a monthly fee but will gladly pay a one time charge instead. Pretty sure I’m not alone in that thought. Since that isn’t an option, I’ll stick with the ads and free app option.

DOS perhaps?. I used to love this game. However not long after installing it, I started noticing that I would lose my WIFI Internet connectivity every time I played it on my iPad, the only device I had installed it. I would re-join and it would immediately drop again. I’d hard reboot the iPad, and I would still have the problem until I left it fixed for a long time. It would be fine until I again played this game...Most of the time when this occurred, my other devices would not drop my WIFI, just the iPad. However the WIFI itself started crashing every time I played the game. I wonder if perhaps the game was giving me a Denial of Service (DOS) or spyware perhaps spyware? Let me say that I did not want to believe it was the game causing the issue. However, since uninstalling it, I have had no issues with any of my devices dropping the WIFI, including my iPad. You be the judge.

Used to love this.. I’ve paid for it several times in fact to get the ad free version. I HATE ADS. But if you think it is worth a subscription price for something I like to play a few hands before bed you’re nuts. I’m not going to do the daily stuff. I don’t care about any of that add on content. All of you do the same thing, you get greedy and ruin a good thing. Sorry, I would have paid another one time fee (that you lose every time you get a new phone anyway) but I’m so over subscriptions for every thing. Sorry Mobility Ware. You lost me. (And regular solitaire goes away for me soon too- Netflix is also overrated for what they are trying to charge.) I don’t mind paying, but I do like to get my money’s worth, or it would be nice if you at least tried. Please offer a basic game without ads for a reasonable price, and I’m in, but this? Nope. Way too much for what you’re getting. (Or rather taking away- ads).

Locks up almost everyday. I love playing this game but when I go on in the morning to do the daily challenge it just spins until I shut it down or it will say that I need an internet connection which I have because I hav3 played other games. Also the moves are so slow like I am moving through mud. I thought it might be my iPad but all other games are fine and even if I shut down the iPad and restart it continues to happen. Then all of a sudden it is fine. This is very annoying and I have thought about deleting the game and finding another solitaire to play.

Most recent update. I have wanted to say for quite a long time that the card graphics after a successful game completion are very impressive. Nicely done. However, there is NOTHING I like about all of the changes in the game since the the most current update. I am especially disappointed by the fact that the "fireworks" display after a successful game completion appears to no longer exist. It's a meaningless game I use to calm the mind and body after a busy day, so it's not as though the world will come to end because there are no more Spider Solitaire fireworks, but I don't understand why software teams so often feel they have to entirely reinvent the wheel with every software push.

Best Spider Solitaire App. Love that I can play in landscape mode on my tablet. Also the ads are short, which has actually worked in having me download some of the other games advertised. Other apps should learn from this: when you force me to watch a 30 second ad before I can continue with my game, not only will I hate your ads, I will delete your app and give you a horrible rating. Edit: Playing in horizontal mode and just today ads started popping up vertically that I cannot get to close. I have to completely shut down the app and reopen it. Hoping this glitch is soon fixed because I love Spider Solitaire.

Annoying. Annoying ads. Break thru voices on silent. Hidden X's. Some ads can't be stopped. More annoying then it is worth. Think I will just stop. A few months later. Seems to have improved. Fewer break through voices on silent. Still some X's hidden in background. Repetitive ads that often can't be dismissed. Later. Gotten better. Fewer long ads. Not as annoying. Seemed to have improved after I joined Facebook. New review. Faster, fewer hidden X's but new adds are questionable and some appear to be downright scams i.e. Rolex Daytona's for less than $200; claims of health violations at shopping malls without naming specific restaurants-one mall has 20 high end establishments! What is going on?

Programmed to lose?. Excellent game and I have been playing the two suit game for 10 years. I would like to think that I am a pretty good player by now. I take my time and think about every move. However, my statistics will show that I have a win rate of 30-35%. This has been consistent for years, and seems improbable to me, given my experience. It is also EXTREMELY rare to win more than two games in a row, and once again this seems statistically improbable. Is the game programmed that way? I truly appreciate a challenging game, but going into it guaranteed to lose 70+% of the time seems a little unrealistic. Yes, I keep playing so I must be a glutton for punishment! 🙂

Help me play better and longer. Some of your commercial ad people are hanging on longer than they should before we can play again. some of them take the route of putting their logo close to the X , so when you hit the X you hitting a logo and it goes into going back to them. And some of them don’t let go at all you have to start the app again, and lose all your information. ( I’ve had to do this twice ) The 1st time I lost over 400 title. This time over 200. please look into this especially the commercial ad with the singer Drake

Developers response. Wow just wow! Your response to my earlier review about the tracking is a bunch of bogus crap! You absolutely have no need to track me or anyone else in any form or fashion! It is a game after all. All you game developers want to do is bait and switch, track everything and spam with ads! Nothing but lies and fake excuses and no my information is not safe with you as you have no need for having it so don’t bother pointing me to your pr propaganda junk again! I also say shame on Apple for allowing such intrusions to take place in the first place which is where the major fault is at for letting this happen to a once secure system! What l think of Spiders solitaire?. I am joyed playing it figure out my message I’m trying to win it gives you the basic fundamentals of the power of the cards and which ones have more power and less power I’m trying to figure out if you can win it or not and challenges your brain and make you feel good if you win makes you work harder if you lose keep trying and trying I think anybody would enjoy the game it’s very simple and very easy I played it off anon. Sucker punch. Don’t get drawn in by this bait and switch game. If you do either don’t play partners or play every game for yourself. Your partner will always actively try to set you if you bid nil and don’t even think about blind nil because you will automatically be dealt the ace king queen of spades. This is all in an attempt to force you to buy points. I know I know you’ll start playing and say oh this guy was just a horrible player, and I may be just average and the first day they will let you win everything you will think you must be the luckiest player in the world as you will amazingly get dealt lots of high spades in every hand. But don’t worry soon they will be bugging you to buy points because you ran out of points. Oh and watch when your partner bids nil because even when you try to cover them the will get set and you will lose points. GOOD LUCK!

Issues since last update. Before the last update I would have rated this game a five. The last update made playing the game very frustrating. There are more pop ups and I was at the end of finishing a tough daily challenge and it flipped to a pop up that did not take me back to the game when I hit the X. The game disappeared and when it came back up it was at the beginning. I don't mind pop ups between games and yours are especially nice because they are only 5 seconds but I will not keep playing with mid game pop ups. *** I really appreciate the quick response and offer of assistance in resolving the issue. I have not had any issues since! Thank you!

Frustrate2. I love the game,,however , I am so frustrated because it constantly freezes up on the adds. Sometimes it is stuck for a very jong time and you just can’t get out of the add. Sometimes the add repeats it self over and over. I understand that you get your support from adds, However this is ridiculous. I am very tired of waiting five mi utes or more because the add is stuck..sometimes I have to shut down completely just to get rid of the add. This has always been my favorite game but; between every game I am forced to listen to too many adds before I am allowed to play another game.. BE MORE CONSIDERATE OF YOUR FOLLOWERS. SOME OF THOSE ADDS ARE SONANNOYING!

Freezing up. Ads I get it but….there is one in particular that’s freezing up the app and my phone so to get out of it I have to power my phone off and turn it back on if I want to play again. Then it freezes again and have to power off again. It happens several times in a row, quite a few, and this is so frustrating. I’m to the point of wanting to delete this app and get another Spider Solitaire!!! This happens on one of my other mobility apps as well but not as often and didn’t start doing it until after this one started doing it. Also while playing there’s a particular ad that flashes up in the middle of playing and have to exit out of the ad 5-6 times due to that being how many pops up, it doesn’t freeze it, but frustrating as well!!!

Annoying adds that reset your game. Love this BUT it has a huge drawback. Most of adds take us to the app store even when clicking on close and, when we get out the app store, it's like you just open the app, no game is there! This is so annoying. Why not offer a paid/premium version instead of making us watching ads? Yes I totally understand you need to make money but why not make money actually selling the app and offering a good development keeping your game in the screen. Also when ads are in landscape mode, the game comes back in landscape and doesnt come back to portrait... You have to leave the app to fix it and the app comes back without anything on... even when portrait mode is locked on both phone and app settings. Love the game. Hate the app. Today was a record of resets and I'm really upset, looking for another solitaire spider, paid, with zero ads, to dive in.

Totally Addicted!. I love playing “ Spider” at night before I go to sleep. I gets my mind of things that would normally keep me awake. I love this game and I can’t say enough, I’m totally addicted! I love trying to challenge myself to solve the games more quickly and smoothly. It’s a games that doesn’t bog you down watching long advertisements and wow, I mean I keep telling myself “just one more hand and I’ll stop ..” ya right! I have lots of other games to play but just keep coming back to this one. Ohh, best of all - I’ve been playing this game for FREE! You can purchase different options I guess and at this point I probably will. I’ve been deleting some of my other games to keep from bogging my phone up too much. Get this APP, you won’t be sorry!!!

Chrislynch1488. I enjoy playing this game. Sometimes I play late into the night and others early in the morning before the kids get up either way it is a relaxing way to pass time. I noticed that where there used to be only 1 ad before each game it has now doubled to 2 ads. Not a big deal to me as it only takes a few seconds to close them. I usually play with the volume off because my wife is asleep next to me while I'm playing so the ad volume isn't an issue as others have mentioned. Lastly, I Have never had a game interrupted by an advertisement. If I had been interrupted by an ad I would be very aggravated just like the other commenters/reviewers. All in all a very fun game.

Mrslgl. I am among those who love this game but get frustrated with all the ads. I very seldom have a game that isn't interrupted by at least two ads. This hasn't stopped me from playing but I sure wish I didn't have to put up with the ads. I usually play on my iPad for the convenience of the larger screen and it's a fairly old model and that may be why I get booted out of a game now and then when trying to get rid of an ad. I have spider solitaire on my phone too but it doesn't have the daily challenge which I really enjoy. It is faster to get out of the ads on my phone however. Love the game but not the ads!!!!

Spider Solitaire rules!. I really have become quite addicted to spider solitaire especially is this version. I travel often for business and it relieves the boredom on a plane, or waiting from in the airports. It's one of my favorite games. This version is especially enjoyable because it allows me to just tap the cards for a move instead of always having to drag and drop. I'm really glad I discovered this version and I highly recommend it. You can set difficulty levels and deals. Glad I picked it up!! I do find the pop up ads annoying and wish there was a way it would allow me to avoid them. Other than that it's great.

THIS GAME KILLED MY NEW IPAD. I LOVED playing this game daily for at least 5 years using the Apple iPad. Never had a problem until I upgraded to the iPad 10. The game freezes my entire device at unpredictable times and at different points; sometimes during an ad, sometimes during active play, sometimes when switching screen orientation, and at other unpredictable times. I can’t close the game nor perform any other function. The game makes my iPad completely inoperable. A force restart of the device is the only option to get the device working. Operating system and game versions are always kept up to date. Contacted support and they did not offer any assistance. This is the only app I have any issues with on this device. Unfortunately, I will need to delete this app because this device is too expensive and too new to experience these problems.

Love the game but. I couldn’t agree more with the last review. The new ads require sooooo much more exiting out and the X rarely works. The time it takes to load from your end is ridiculously long/slow. I keep shutting the app down and restarting to move through games. Happens on both iPad and iPhone. Why do we have to X out 3 times? I know if I want or don’t want the ad on the first page/look. I do look at the ads I’m interested in but don’t want to waste time on the ones I don’t want! The response time is down dramatically and really making me use the app less and less, I don’t have time to waste, so the ads will not be seen at all!

New update ruined it.. This game was awesome when I first got it way back when but over time the game has been giving updates to make it more user-friendly and appealing. Also added was a challenge and leveling system which obviously was implemented to drive more playing time. That sounds great on pen and paper however when they did this, it seems as though the games aren’t as “random” as they used to be. I find myself in the situation thinking, “of course that card got put right there” way more often than I did when the game was just that, the game itself. I used to be able to win games back to back to back all day but now I can barely find myself getting a win when I play. If you’re going to add a leveling system, don’t screw with the honest randomization of cards just to suppress leveling as a game time tactic. I just want honest spider solitaire.

Addicting. I love this game! This is the only game you will ever want to play. Customize the board and cards. Pick how many suits. Choose to look at hints or not. Replay losing games if you want. Undo moves if they don't work out. So many options. And see how you compare to other players (although that sometimes makes me wonder why I don't do as well but I don't really care). Hate the ads and just when you think you've clicked out of it a second one immediately appears. The X doesn't appear quickly enough so you are forced to stare at the screen until it does. Would like more clarification about scoring points, tricks to win, (the Show me how to win feature goes too fast) and more stats for more playing.

Best Spider… but recently buggy. I have been playing on this app for a couple years and like it a lot! Recently it has glitched when it pops up an ad. The screen goes black and it does not respond to touch. When I close and restart I sometimes get the same game back, but sometimes not….or when I restart I get the game screen back but everything is frozen. I have downloaded a couple different Spider games to try. They haven’t glitched but I do not like them as well. I love the visuals, sound, and transitions of THIS Spider best. Very relaxing. Please fix. I play on an IPad

VIOLENT ADS. BEWARE! This is another Mobilityware game that has that depict stores being robbed and guns and masked men. Don't bother reporting the ads to them, they don't do anything about removing them. BUT, they will tell you they are going to look into it so I guess that is something. I've reported a particular ad that keeps popping up from this company called "State of Survival" that shows a masked man going into a store so forth and so on. The final pop-up is a woman sporting what appears to be an AR15 rifle. NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY. UPDate: After receiving message from developer that they do not put up with those type of ads they suggested I submit them via the on-line contact link on the game ... which I did over and over again and the ads keep popping up.

Love this game. I really enjoy this app. I love playing the daily challenges and random shuffles. I’m not competing with anyone but myself. It’s a great distraction, relaxation and stress tool. I usually begin my day by playing the daily challenge on either my phone or tablet. Then I’ll play it at some point on the other device. I rated the game a 4-star, because I have had some issues with it stopping, closing out of the game and restarting after installing Apple’s 12.2 software. Frequently it will be at the beginning of the game after restarting. It makes playing the game frustrating, especially if you don’t want to start over. I’ve found it doesn’t count that against you ref 1st play! Hopefully that will be addressed soon!

Okay so yeah I know the ads are a free to play prerequisite.... ... but the frequency and intrusiveness of the ads on this game make it almost too miserable to play. Some of the ads legit ignore settings on my device (like muting or orientation lock??) or they REQUIRE you to interact to dismiss (um how about no). They also occur super often, especially if I have to briefly background the app and come back. And fun fact: ad removal requires a *subscription* (not a one-time fee like most other ad-supported games I’ve played). Look, I don’t mind an ad here and there on an otherwise free game. I even click on a few just to support the devs when I feel like I’m getting a lot out of the free gameplay. I’ve even done the pay up to remove the ads on games I really like. But I’ve seen other apps handle this experience waaaaay better and it just makes this one disappointing.

Complaint (resolved). May 3rd, 2018. Couldn’t finished the daily puzzle. Next day, tried that puzzle again And failed. Revisited that same puzzle again and couldn’t do it. Like a week ago, I tried again, following EXACTLY what the hints told me to do, and ONLY what the hints told me to do. Tried it again recently. Did what the hints told me to do. STILL couldn’t solve it. What I’m saying is, May 3rd is impossible to beat, so I can’t get a gold trophy for that entire month. And I REALLY wanna get a gold trophy for May, because I don’t have ANY gold trophy’s at all. This is bad, but I really love the game! It’s so fun and addictive! Edit: I tried it again, and I completed it. So... yeah forget what this review said. 5 stars!

Bring back the spider!. I love this solitaire game. One of the things I like best is the graphics at the end of the game. But where did the spider go? This is Spider Solitaire, isn’t it? The spider hasn’t been on in months and I’ve only seen it once in October. Please bring it back - at least for Halloween! Three months later: You told me the spider is back, but I’ve only seen it once in the last three months. Bring it back, please! Once again, did you forget that you named this game SPIDER Solitaire? It shows up now every six weeks or so. I guess that’s an improvement over every three months. And those dumb dancing card people need to leave.

Live the game, can't turn the sound off the ads. I've been playing this for way too long way too often. I love it. I don't mind the ads, it's fine I get it. Make your money. But with the last update I can't turn the sound off! Even with my phone on silent and the game on silent. I play at night. Helps me shut my brain off but the volume is SO loud. I can't play any more. It's stressing me out. I like the sound of the cards flipping. I like that I can make the background a red, easier on the eyes for evening screens. I like the daily challenges. But this sound on the ads thing... I'm downloading another app now. I'll try back after the next update. I hope they remove it.

Great game but ads make it non-functional. I love the game and would rate the game a solid 5 stars but something with the ad programming makes it very frustrating, hence the 2 stars. I elect to play the free version with ads and unconditionally accept the conditions of playing for free. I totally understand the concept and purpose of the ads and have no problem with including them. That said, my problem is one of functionality. For whatever reason, certain ads consistently crash my iPad and lock up the screen with the only recourse is to close it, and restart the app. Wouldn’t be too bad if it was a rare occurrence but occurs regularly every time I play. Very frustrating!! Someone please fix this and the app will earn the 5 stars which it rightfully deserves.

Booooo!. I enjoyed this game until recently when you apparently decided to crank up the difficulty. I don’t expect to win every time but I do expect to be able to learn and gain skills that help me get better. If you have a difficulty rating scale that I could select, then I could improve and graduate to more difficult levels. As it is now I have won only 3 or 4 times in the last 3 weeks playing every day. I would also be willing to be able to buy an ad free version, which I cannot do now. I also have decided to not play any of your other games... BTW my wife noticed the same and has stopped completely.…

I am not exaggerating when I say this. There are times that when you play this game an advertisement will pop up onto your screen taking over your entire screen EVERY 10 seconds. I am not exaggerating when I say this, the ads will play a video every 10 seconds, if you try to close it it will just pop up again a few seconds later, making playing the actual game literally impossible. Download a different solitaire ad if you want to actually be able to play a game without watching 50 advertisements. Edit: I’ve been reached out to about my review by the makers of the game but still have seen no action taken to fix the invasive ads that pop up on my screen. I’m not talking about a small add in the corner you can dismiss, I’m talking about a full on video that covers the whole screen. I’ll be deleting the game.

Have this, love it, really can be a challenge!. I play this daily, sometimes to work out the previous days challenge I could not solve at that time. Lately it seem to have bugs, out intended. I left 2 unsolved hands from May, which I intended to work on this month so as to complete the whole Daily Challenges for .May, but it tells me I am a new player, thus have no last month, strange because I have been playing for months and take pride in solving the challenges. So, you I'll enjoy thus game if you are the type who hangs in there, but be prepared for problems with the game. Still love the game, but never regained the last month. Beware, this game can become a passion to Solve!

Ol’ reliable. I’ve had this app for years and years, it’s always been there for me. Never crashes, doesn’t need internet or service, no bugs/glitches, customizable, it’s the perfect app. My only complaint is that over time the pop up ads are becoming an “old person hazard”- tiny hard to find X’s to close, repetitive opening of the App Store, it'd be difficult and overwhelming for an older person. Since it’s a pretty old fashion game I felt like it’s something to consider. But seriously this app has been there for me more than my own parents 10/10 I hope I die playing this app I’ll die happy

Fun game, nice choices. This is a fun game with tolerable adds. The choices for background, card faces and card decks is nice. Like most games, there is no place that goes over the rules or differences between levels. It is also frustrating that it will not tell you at the end of a game that the deal is un-winnable. I’ve played the same game a few times trying to win, but cannot so I just move on. It would be nice to know if the deal is winnable or not. They also need to vet the adds better as there are adds that will freeze the game or are not suitable for children. Again, they need to vet the ads better. When an ad is landscape orientated it screws up the game. It freezes everything- cannot close the game but have to shut off the device.

Spider solitaire. Great game like the two suit challenging.l have been playing this game for a long time. I’m now playing on a IPhone 13. Like one of the previous reviewer said you have to X out of the ads numerous times to get back to the game but what is so frustrating is when a ad comes on and there is no x and it just sets there. I have to shut my phone off at least 3 or 4 times when I play the game or the ad comes up and is off to the side. Have to shut the phone off and reboot. Now I’m just getting a white screen. Again shut the phone off and reboot need to correct these problems. Now there’s a milk dog ad that’s on a continuous loop and you can’t play the game
