Worst internet service ever. Don’t ever use this true SIM because not only the connection is so bad, the internet line suddenly went down like it even show the internet service is not available.

Salin. This is truly an amazing app. Very user friendly, and convenient. Bill payment has never been so easy!

KYC only works for locals. Unfortunately the tool true uses for KYC only supports Thai ID and you cannot scan a passport so the only way to move an esim from one phone to another is to visit a store or do a video call.

Slow but works. I tried using this about a year ago and it never worked. Seems there was an update and I can finally pay!! It is still pretty slow but at least there is progress. Hope they keep improving it

Does Not Work. This app is an embarrassment to True Corporation. Can’t even login anymore (and yes I reset password and can login with it online, just not this sorry excuse for an app). F- grade

Sometimes works sometimes doesn't. It is a great app. But the English version is quite erratic. Quite difficult to login. Poor service from so called True Service.

Outstanding app. Works just like it should. Thailand is a land where many online apps do not function properly. True is on top of their game. Kudos to them for the good work. The only way they could improve this would be a chat app for customer service.

Needs Improvement and Bugs Fix Needed!. It's great to finally have this app downloaded on my phone, the thing is, it displays your current bill but I still don't have any breakdown of my usage for that specific bill on a previous month. I have tried checking the "WiFi Coverage", when I search for my location, it's showing that WiFi is in my area but what's going on? I have never been able to connect for over 5 months now! It didn't even show as an option when I search it on my phone! When I tried to chat from the app itself, it says "You will be served, you are in the 1th place" Seriously?????! Who the hell is your designer of this app? Shame on them! They can't even speak English! It's not 1th but it's 1st! You guys are ridiculous! Consult someone or hire a Copy Editor so that someone can review whatever text will be used on the app, you're funny as hell! So, I'm on the 1st queue, but did someone chat with me? No, never! I was just waiting for several hours and nothing happened. Watta waste of time!!! 😡😡😡

Crash on iPhone X. It was working fine until I updated to this version. Crash on iOS11.2 Got black screen and the only remedy is to delete and reinstall the app. Have to do that every time I use it. Please fix.

New look. It’s a new look but deleted all my settings and data from previous version. I will like reinstall the previous version. That’s True for you doesn’t consider the customer I’m still upset with True for discontinued H-Pack

Can't log in. The app asks to log in but after putting the credentials it just stays on the same page. Doesn't work

Terrible App. This app is one of the worst mobile service apps I’ve ever used. The app is slow, the chat feature is just a bot and you can’t access your data in English. When in the chat, it specifically asks you to press the button for English and it just responds to you in Thai.

Nothing works in this app.. I try to transfer eSIM to new phone and the app doesn’t work. I am true move H customer and already using eSIM on my phone. The app says I’m not member (even though I already logged in using my true move H number) and that my sim is not currently eSIM (which it is). And the chat doesn’t work. It ask me to logged in when I already logged in. 0 star if possible.

Can not check call history. What’s happen that on your application which can not check the call history detail on case billed ?

When is my bill due? 🙄. The billing screen is missing the most essential info - when is my payment actually due??? Amount due shows up super early. This couldn’t be more basic UX design. Still broken. Any UX designers work there? Hello?

Finally, New User Interface! Very cool!. This new iservice totally changes its interface. I like the way the app show all bills in one page so that I can look at the summary of all packages or click into detail at the same time. Buying additional net package is easier and there are even cheaper packages sold on the app. (Not sure how long it will last.) The chat function is nice. Wish it will provide more functions relating to True Online soon. Nice work!

Doesn't support older iOS.. It doesn't support older version iOS. It makes my life more difficult when making a payment (can't use app for payment any more).

Useless for servicing. First off the home internet service of True is very unreliable and flaky. Should go with other providers whenever possible but given the monopoly friendly policies it may not be possible. This app is slow and takes a long time to load. Also when using it to report the frequent problems with the internet it’s always completely useless. Lots of loading times and errors, with useless information. When it comes down to trying to schedule an appointment it just fails and I end up having to call customer service anyway after waiting a long time for things to load. When I do call they almost always offer additional data for phones without checking I’m already on unlimited. Given the amount of money paid the service level and dependability is a complete joke.

Review. Good UI, but slow to load sometimes

Useless for non-Thais. You want to login and pay your bill fast right? WRONG! There is no quick pay and true doesn’t store any of your info. Step 1: tell true your phone number. 2: Tell true your passport 3: Tell true your account number … Yes. They can’t even link your account number to your account. True feels it necessary for the customer to provide this EVERY TIME YOU LOGIN! And you have to either memorize all of these numbers or write them down because if you leave the app to look up a number, it resets to step 1 within 3 seconds of leaving the app. I wish I could give this rating a negative number for all the time I wasted trying to login.

Не могу войти в приложение. Приложение спустя год использования выкинуло меня и не дает войти в свой аккаунт, в поддержке порекомендовали обновить iOS , затем удалить и переустановить приложение, что мной и было сделано, увы, результатов не дало. Сим карта привязана к банку, что вдвойне обиднее

Doesn't Even Deserve 1 Star. Basically a useless app. Just goes around in circles but never accomplishes anything. Now they even close their call center at night. Problem with your True Move H. Wait until tomorrow. 555

Worked briefly but not any more. For a while like a week this was awesome. Now every time I launch it it says the version has expired and to delete and replace with a newer version. Basically it's just broken

Failed To Open. App didn't speed up data and the transaction didnt register on system and now is only black screen when you open app 😂 major failure fix please it worked fine before you updated app... Update App said "unable to update for 24 Hrs" that was 48 Hrs ago and the App doesn't recognise my details and is asking me to ring their number to register.. I have been with True for nearly 3 years and this is very annoying as I'm running on slow data and at the moment ...

Payments not accepted by APP. Udel to be able to pay by APP but now crashes every time! Chat Centre hopeless! Never respond! Can log in to app but does not show bills and usage to enable payment!

Only good for balance. You'd think the app would have help info about topping up or the ability to top up from a 7/11 receipt but no, my credit card didn't work, its only good for checking balance.

Absolutely the worst horrible service - 0 stars. For over 6 months my home internet hasn’t been working they send the same technician who gave no clue what they are doing!!! Thank gawd for my dtac phone plan that has saved my life as I tether my laptop majority of the time to get any work done!!! Horrible horrible service too!!!
