Birthday. Really happy with Moonpig will definitely be using them for more celebration cards

Fidgety. Now the app won’t let me sign in. On top of being difficult during the order process. It doesn’t allow you to use valid coupons. Additionally, after signing up and purchasing cards it then tells you you didn’t earn rewards point but you could have if only you click on something. That’s just bad customer service.

Great service, poor delivery. The last 5 cards sent either didn’t arrive of arrived late. While I was an avid user, I have tempered my usage because of the late or non-delivery. Very frustrating. I keep coming back though and have just sent another card (to my daughter) using the service. Keeping my fingers crossed. My only recommendation is to send your card as early as possible!

Best value cards. I have used moon pig for years now. They are high-quality and by far the best value cards you can get. I always use my own photos to personalize the cards and they come out absolutely amazing looking. And having to only pay local postage for international cards is the best thing ever! I cannot praise moon pig enough.

A great service if your time pressed. I am a Brit living in US, so I love moonpig as it enables me to send cards to family and friends in UK more quickly and cheaply than doing it via mail. The photo cards are cute. The only issue is that the none photo cards selection is limited and not updated, so after a few years of using this, I’m bored. The new app is way better (the old one crashed all the time) and they improved things like address book. Overall I love moonpig but wish they added new designs more often.

Declining service. Have been using Moonpig for years but unfortunately in the past year service has significantly declined. Cards are taking MUCH longer to reach recipients and often after their birthdays which is frustrating.

Received wrong card. Received a card meant for someone else

Do not trust this company to deliver. Having scheduled a card and present from overseas for an important birthday I was contacted on the day of the birthday, two days after dispatch should have occurred to tell me that as the present was unavailable. To make things worse they had also cancelled the card without telling me. The resolution - a statement credit so I could use this company again - no chance! Please don't trust this company to deliver for a loved ones special occasion.

App needs improving!. You can’t “go back” to double check your card. I clicked on “continue,” thinking I could SURELY preview my card before final purchase, but that’s not an option. You don’t even get to see the entire order even after placing the order. Browser (desktop) version doesn’t give you the great photo effects options. Moonpig, you REALLY need to do some SERIOUS app tweaking!

Always there when you need it. Moonpig is the best! I set my cards up in advance so I never have to worry if a card got out in time or if I forgot to send one!

Last card to France from US still hasn’t arrived. The physical card I sent in good time for 21 March still hasn’t arrived. Also the photo upload facility is a bit primitive, surely one should able to upload direct from iPhone or Mac rather than convert to a file format.

Personal cards. OMG Moonpig has got me out of trouble for almost missing anniversary’s, birthday and sending so sincere cards that the happiness for the recipient has made up and brought so much happiness. Thank you Moonpig

Very poor delivery service. When I first ordered from MoonPig the entire process was good. I am impressed with their products and prices. My last 2 orders were delayed so much I decided to write to them to ask they take some steps to improve their delivery service. When you place an order they prepare and send the card within 2-4 days. Then it’s “shipped”. My last order was a sympathy card. It took almost 3 weeks to get it. I had to apologize to my niece twice for not sending her the card in a timely manner. I contacted MoonPig twice only to be told we’re sorry but we have no control of the mail service. So, they lost me as a customer and I’m really dis because I like their products. They’re east to order. But what good is all that when cards are not delivered in a timely manner.

Birthday card. My friend in UK ordered a birthday card as they promised to be delivered to me on my birthday. Not only two weeks late from New Jersey but a photo was chopped off in half from the top down. I called but guy answered said he was not the company but I verified phone number on web. On time delivery and quality was disappointing to my friend in UK

Rida. Best app for sending cards and gift I’m using this app from years and alway has an amazing experience 100% recommended only fault is that somethings customised cards automatically deleted from the cart they should work on their app features otherwise overall best experience also deliveries are never late.

Why moon pig?. Between the app and website I’ve never had such issues, from payment box errors for no reason, to the screen refreshing and me losing everything on a custom card, I can’t add more than 1 thing to a basket so when I order something I have to pay if I can check out then go back and place and new order. Company cards are awesome just honestly the whole using the site and app is the worst.

Lost some functionality. The app used to allow editing from the basket and also a message on the back of the envelope - I didn’t see these options today, which is a shame as they were great. Otherwise, seems fine, 3 stars as not being able to preview the whole card from the basket is very limiting.

Keeps crashing. When ever I go to change the date of Dilevary the app crashes.

Four Stars Because.... I have used Moonpig several times. I eventually get something okay to send but their web site is not easily used because it is not immediately apparent how to use it. I believe there are better ways to use it than I’ve discovered, but it’s beyond me.

Card. Trying to write the card out didn’t give me the option to right on the right hand side of the inside or to edit the back page which was frustrating as I have had that option before.

Easy to use and fast. I live in the US and my parents live in the UK so I frequently use Moonpig to send out cards speedily for occasions that are both personalised or even hand written! I don’t have to deal with international snail mail, it’s all done from the Moonpig app in minutes with easy to choose postal options. I love that you can search for a specific theme, and even add your photos. The fact that delivery dates show really help and the cards are never late.

Best App I have!. I love Moonpig! It has made sending cards to my family 5000 miles away so easy and so reliable. I also love how personal and unique I am able to make each card. Yay for Moonlig!!!

Don’t count on a delivery. Poor product quality.. Their website claims same day dispatch if ordered by 2pm. It has now been 5 days and the card has not even been produced let alone shipped. Customer support keeps promising, and nothing ever happens. It’s clear no one cares. Even once dispatched, I am informed delivery in the USA can take “2-8 days plus an additional 2 days for heavy demand.” What? So, if you want to use this service, plan ahead, way ahead. Right now, remember it has been 5 days without the card even being produced, I am looking at a 9-15 day delivery window from the time of order. Update: The card finally arrived too late to be of use. Just as well. The quality would have been an embarrassment to present. In one photo in particular, vertical streaks are plainly visible as a product of the printing process! So, the product arrived late, and when it finally did show up, it went straight into the rubbish bin. It is a pity to see how this company’s standards have plummeted.

Love it!!. I rather spend money on creating a card and personalize it then going to the grocery store and buy one that some people will likely buy. I love it!! Will keep purchasing from here.

Creating cards is amazing and fun. This is a great app. It can be a little frustrating on a phone choosing photos, but it is still very cool.

Love!. We love this app/website! You can personalize in your own way. AND, you can even hand write your own message (via pic)! You can doodle a message but, honestly it didn't come through as well. But, I still love this!!!

Moonpig love. I love this app so much. I have family oversees and it’s always next day delivery or gets there in 1 business day. They are always saving the day when I realize I have forgotten to send a card. Quality of card is amazing, they do an outstanding job. Would highly suggest!

Site breakdown. The site breaks down constantly so you can create a card and upload photos and then start from scratch - over and over Standard usps means at least a weeks waiting for your card to arrive??? Why? And the payment system takes only apple or Visa

Love Moonpig Cards. I have been using this company for many, many years. It is always such fun and so easy when their website is working well. Through the years there have been many glitches but they have always been great to deal with. One word of advice, make sure you save what you have written because if there is a glitch you will lose everything and have to start all over again. Having said this it is still a great company and I hope to use them for many more years to come. Arlene S.

Duped on shipping.. I paid over $11 on the 2day shipping thinking it was for all four cards that I was sending to my parents house, but instead it was per card. Kinda disappointed that only one card will get there for my Dad’s birthday.

Good selection. Very easy to order, however I was hoping to add flowers or others gifts with my card , but I could not find that for USA delivery, when I sent card to friend in london England , there were many options for gifts…

Coyote Vest. Hello, Many thanks for coming up with a wonderful idea like the “Coyote Vest” When my little Chihuahua got attacked by two black dogs on a (long loose leash) I had to drop yo my knees to keep the big dogs away from little Pepe, there is more to the story but all I want to say is that a lot of people got the “Coyote Vest” Since seeing mine and I am going to Make sure a lot more people know too, because this is life saver, thank you for such a wonderful idea, I will add that where I live there are also Coyotes and some times they run together with others so this is why I am Thrilled with This little Coyote Vest, it could well be a life saver. Please keep Me posted if you come up with More ideas, I will make sure as many people as possible know hear and see about your wonderful ideas. Deleting. I’ve been using this company extensively for three years. I haven’t had any issues until a year ago. To date, there have been eight different negative issues that I have experienced — both directly and indirectly. My brother in Scotland sent me (in USA) a card. I received a late card for someone else with their personal photo on it. Seven other instances of other cards being dispatched very late despite ordering on time and selecting a delivery date. Once is an error, seven times is completely unacceptable. I have only ever contacted customer service twice. They responded the first time and the issue was taken care of quickly. They haven’t responded to my most recent query. I understand they are in the UK, and responses take more time. That’s completely fine, I’m originally from the UK. I know the UK holds itself to a high standard of customer care. This company shows no reflection of that. I’ve used Moonpig as an easy and fun way to connect with friends and family that I love around the globe, but with no response and no responsibility taken, I’m bowing out.

Reminder discount. I love using Moonpig but I never get the discount you promise me for setting up a reminder. Why is this?

Where is my friend’s e-card?. I entered all of my friends’ birthdays in the app with the correct date. Yet all of the dates show as the day before the date I entered. 🤔 I also ordered an e-card to be dispatched on my friend’s birthday today. It’s 7:30pm and still has not been sent. It makes it seem like the e-card is an afterthought but I ordered it days ago. Nice idea, not great execution.

Confirmation email takes a very long time. I placed an order and received no email confirmation. Which I thought may have meant my order didn’t go through. So I then redid my order and tried again. Still no email confirmation. I was charged twice and both orders went through, the confirmation email was sent hours later. I emailed customer service and they were able to cancel and refund one of my orders. They also added $5 to my account, which was great to keep me as a customer. As long as my card arrives, I am happy to use Moonpig again. Just be aware that it can take hours to receive a confirmation email and just assume your order went through before placing another one.

Trying to order. I’m finding this site harder and harder to order from, trying to order a card and flowers for Mother’s Day was impossible, so frustrating and disappointed with this site. I did manage to order a card in the end but no flowers for my poor Mum so I will have to explain why the flowers I promised will not be coming... so disappointed!

It’s as easy as 1,2,3. Using the app is so easy and quick. It’s my new way to send friends and relatives greeting cards.

Disappointed and frustrated. I love this app, but since early December it won’t let me add whatever I have created to my basket. I have had phone calls trying to sort the issue and was told basically they don’t know how to help me. I send LOTS of cards and haven’t found another app like Moonpig that would work for me😞

Not logging in. Can’t log in to the app. Same credentials and I get to log into the webpage on safari- but no app access. Deleted and re-downloaded with no success

Great concept but nightmare to use. I have been a customer of Moonpig for many years as I live in the US and my family and in-laws all live in the UK. I have lost count of how many times I have ended up frustrated, had trouble connecting, got to the end of my order and had to start all over again as well as other issues. Tonight is one of those times. I am frustrated beyond belief and am not going to use this merchant again once I have used up my pre pay. The only time I ever seem to get service is when I use a Mac book. Even responding to a short survey after I placed my order I was not able to type my response se as to why I don’t buy all my cards from this site. Get you act together Moonpig. I can’t be the only one having a consistently bad experience. I have spent a lot of money on your site over the last 10+ years. Enough is enough. A very fed up customer

Ordering. It is very annoying when you have to cash out after each card instead of when you’re finished ordering.

Ok, but with limits. Works well enough on an iPad. Cannot make mugs from the app though. It was also difficult to find the “plain photo” card too. Still, easy enough to use and prices are reasonable.

Awesome for personalised cards. I love Moonpig for being able to send personalised cards with photos to family and friends. The app links into my photos so it makes it easy to upload & create a card. Plus there are a variety of payment methods available to make that simpler as well, and you can add reminders for people’s birthdays/ occasions so it reminds you to send a card!

Moonpig at Christmas. This is the first year I have used the Moonpig app on my smart phone and the service was great as usual. The only pitfall was that I could not add prepaid credit to my account and had to input my credit card details for ALL my sent cards. Hope they can look at this small improvement.

Ease and speed. Love the app. !!! At the touch of a button I can create and send an amazing card letting people know I am thinking of them and it cost me less than it does to send a card from Australia !!!

Why buy an ordinary card?. to these are the best cards you can get for your money. High quality, great looks… delivery is super quick and for the price you can just buy any card, but why would you?! Great customer service through!

Multiple orders!. The option to put multiple items into a basket and pay all at once would be a much better option - especially when ordering multiple cards to be sent back to sender.

Update. I actually am finding the app a little hard to navigate since the recent update. I wanted to add a gift to my card but there was no option to do this, I’ve had to log out and back in again.

Great Concept but Unstable App. I love Moonpig. Have been using the App for years. However, the new version of the App has problems. I tried five (5) times to order a card + gift and it froze on the final screen each time!! Extremely frustrating since there's no facility to save your work so you have to type it all in again!!! Moonpig, you lost 60 GBP of revenue because of this. I will re-rate when the App improves. Until then, I can only give 2 stars.

Great app except for one thing. Brilliant straight forward app makes sending personalised cards quick and easy. Love the new feature of being able to write your own personalised message for the inside of the card but such a shame this has to be taken as a direct photo rather than an upload of an existing photo - this should be changed.

So easy and convenient. Love that we can post worldwide and not have to wait weeks for international postage. The personalised cards are always a hit and with so many different designs, it’s never difficult to find something for everyone. Have been using Moonpig for years, but the app makes it even easier! Great Service. Incredible quality cards and a huge selection. An express shipping option would be good for those times you order a little to late.

Hard to use. I found this site reasonable hard to use, even though I am a seasoned purchaser on the net. I signed up to use Pay Pal and there was no option at the end to use it and I had to pay with my debit card. I used this site two days ago and it had a completely different set up and it was far easier to use. I think it was the uk site not sure, or maybe the Australian site.

Great company but. Great cards, lots of options, easy to use But still unable to add cash to account unless I am ordering s card and if they send me an offer with 25% off I can’t take advantage unless I’m ordering s card. This has been going on for some time and still no progress. Make it happen Moonpig

awesome customer service but need a reorder button. I like to send my card to different addresses/people but can never seem to reorder without asking customer service to re add to my basket. Years ago you could do this but not now? Please add back reorder to cards created

Can’t give this zero.... It amazes me that this app is rated so highly. Every time I use it, it takes three or four attempts to successfully order a card, if I get it to work at all. Every time I use it I waste 30-45 mins trying to buy a card. All I want to do is use the handwritten scan feature to add to a card, yet it doesn’t work. I’ve troubleshooted my phone with various resets to see if there is some conflict, but alas nothing changes. The reason I use this app is for the convenience of being able to send a card whilst living in Australia to family and friends in the UK. But at my current success rate it’s less stress and time wasted to go to the post office and post a real card there. It may be a slower service but it’s more reliable and less hassle. Having worked in tech for several years it astounds me that apps and services this unreliable continue. I’ll be deleting this and going back to the old carrier pigeon method!

So difficult to personalise cards. I’ve spent several hours trying to make five cards to send overseas. Started off on my pc but each time I tried to replace a photo with another I kept getting error messages. Tried sending message to help line but didn’t get a response so started all over again. So frustrating!!

Oops, I cannot purchase a card due to a glitch!. Frustrating to constantly see Oops, something went wrong pop up over and over. Please address this glitch as this happens frequently using various devices and different accounts. I need quick and easy ordering as a customer, not headaches going round and round jumping onto the website when this should be an easy fix via your App.

App updated. I like to prepay but it’s very difficult to do!! It’s says to go as you check out but it doesn’t give you the option!!! I couldn’t change the font size today or the colour of the text. And you have taken away the option to write a message on envelope!! Not that happy with moon pig today!!

Love the app. I’ve been a Moonpig fan for years. Super handy to send someone a card when you are travelling or have forgotten someone’s birthday! The app is easy to use and convenient. I wish there was a button to super-size your card. That was fun. Keep up the great work guys!

Date dispatch. Not user friendly on phone. Would not allow me to pick a separate date for 2nd card going to same house . Very annoying both have to be sent on same date. It kept automatically putting both cards on same send date.

Great time saver for busy people. I love and use this service because I can never access a post office or newsagent during normal working hours and I love being able to add photos to cards so family feel like they are getting photo updates of your life. It is unfortunate how over time the prices have increased and the Aus Post delivery services causes delays outside of the time frames provided by moonpig. The biggest issue I have is that the app and the website don’t speak to each other. You can’t develop cards and add to cart to finish or send them from the app and visa versa. They work independently from each other. Linking the two would be ideal and render our PC’s a little more redundant.

Apple pay faulty. The app itself is great. Paid with apple pay and it paused for a while then said 'unable to pay with apple pay' but then it took me to the final 'your orders through' page and I couldn't go back to change my payment method, so now I don't know if it's gone through or not.

First class customer service. I’ve been using Moonpig for personalised cards for years, the first time I’ve made an error and had to get in touch with customer service and they were into it straight away!! I’m so grateful. A well deserved 5 star review! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not as good as website. I love Moonpig and use exclusively for years however this was first time ordering from the app. Very disappointed it didn't have any way to add filters to find a suitable card and had to search through hundreds to find Something. This is a great feature on the website and should be on the app as well. Also could see how to change font or style or format of text.

Uploading photos. Great service but would have loved to have been able to fit my phone photo into the “upload your own photo” card more fully without having to crop or reduce size so much. All good anyway :)

Personal touch. I’ve been doing the personal moonpig cards for years now, everyone loves them & they never get thrown out like the others

Re love using Moonpig. I have made lots of cards using Moonpig, especially the photo upload cards. They are easy to make, well priced and friends love receiving them. Highly recommended.

A great app that needs some tweaking. Started using the app with a very positive view until I added my card to the basket and came across two issues. The first was with the broken preview option, only allowing to preview the front of the card. The second with no edit option once the card was added to the basket.

Good site, app is buggy and annoying though. Preview often fails and has actually led to printing error. Move to the payment page is sometimes buggy. Editing photos on the app and on your phone is a nightmare. Maybe Canva can branch out?

Good app with nice interface. One big issue. Overall great app, simple to use and good features on ipad pro. Great that it allows me to use the apple pen too. 1 issue, hence the 4*. Once youve personalised your card and added to basket, you cannot edit it again. I wanted to add some extra text and ended up having to redo the whole thing from scratch. You can preview only the front of the cards from the basket and the options button which i imagine is for editing the content is always greyed out.

Birthday card “so many happy memories ...”. Could not edit anything on my iPad. Cannot see what I am typing now as keyboard is masking. Probably this card only as I have never ever had this problem before.

All occasions covered. I use Moonpig for all my occasions…living in Australia and my family the other side of the world its hard to send cards and have them arrive on time but Moonpig does it for me 😊 The cost of cards and postage is reasonable and there is plenty of choice of cards

Love the variety. Great selection of cards with the ability to place several photos. These are easy to personalise. Wish we could save a card when halfway through designing and pick up the next day. Maybe room for more pictures on the back would be great. Our Moonpig cards become family mementos and kept.

New moonpig app. A bit glitchy at times. Would be great if you could hand write the cards with an apple pen/stylus instead of writing it down and taking a photo of it.

Great App. Hi Moonpig. Been using your site for a few years since I moved to Australia to send birthday cards etc. Love the selection, love the reminders. Would like to see the ‘extras’ added to the app so I can send a present as well, the beer, wine & flowers bits are a great feature that the app should have. Just a thought. Thanks for helping me remind my family I love them. 😊

Good cards, app needs work. I use Moonpig A LOT to send cards home in a timely manner from Australia. However I have to re-enter my addresses EVERY time I send a card, it won’t allow me to save and select again. Also having to enter credit card details is very time consuming when you are sending multiple cards.

Convenient but terrible. The choices are just rubbish. I just want to send simple birthday cards from overseas but the selections are poorly designed and do not cater for people who want to just send a quick plain card

App doesn’t allow edits. The app is not as good as the website. It is not easy to edit photo uploads and you can’t see the photo in full screen as the photo selection doesn’t disappear. There is no preview of text only photo. You can not preview text and edit it. So if you want to change something you have to start again. Unable to send the same card to multiple addresses- you have to start afresh each time. App offered 50% discount- but this was not given. Overall - hard to use and disappointing

Needs work to make great!. The site is difficult to use on application on phone, especially when ordering personalised card requiring lots of text (e.g. magazine style). Difficult to view and edit. Also would prefer Paypal as payment option instead of entering card numbers each time. I have used Moonpig for years and always find quality and timing of printing to be efficient. I just feel that the application is not as easy as it should be! It would also be helpful if cards saved and you could go back to complete later. I lost work several times and ended taking over an hour to make one card! Has lots of potential but needs some more technical tweaking to make it easier for users on a smartphone.

Fantastic!. I tried Moonpig for the very first time and loved it. It’s easy and very inexpensive. I know for a fact, if I waited to buy a card from the shops and post it, that’d never happen. I hope the quality would be great too. I cannot wait to use it again soon☺️

Quick and easy. Just used my phone app for the first time to order a card because I was running out of time. Too easy!! No going shop to shop for the perfect card. Just create it yourself.

Fabulous selection. Fabulous selection of cards for all occasions and so handy when you can’t make it to the post office. I now buy all my cards through Moonpig.

Fantastic service. Excellent website to use, extremely helpful online staff when I needed help. A huge range of cards and gifts, and very reliable in postage and delivery. I would highly recommend Moonpig.

Account issues. Have used Moonpig for years and years! But for some reason my account has disappeared which is annoying as all contact details and addresses for cards stored on there 🤷🏻‍♀️

Great way to send a card overseas. I like the options Moonpig has for sending a card overseas such as being able to write a hand written message in the card, but using the website is a little difficult when it starts spooling and hangs there so you have to restart creating your card again because nothing is happening. Otherwise it’s good.

Time wasted. I am unable to personalise the photos (I need to reposition and zoom). Having similar problems in a browser. I’ve spent about an hour trying and not succeeding. Both are not phone friendly so I will have to go on a PC to complete it (painful, and I’ll first have to email myself the photos) or choose a different card. I hope they sort this out as I love Moonpig and have used it for years! Hoping they now have PayPal as a payment option as well, but I don’t know yet because I didn’t get that far!

App needs work. I am a long time user and supporter of Moonpig but struggling with the new version of the app. I cannot load any address data; I can select it from my address book, but it fails to load. Also would be great to have a “save” function; can’t tell you the amount of times I’ve had to re do a card each order (for a mixture of reasons - human error or app failure). Very annoying as this process is supposed to be provide a quick and convenient solution, AND the card prices have just increased... not sure I can justify this spend when it’s unreliable.

Brilliant!. This app is easy to use and intuitive too. Wish they would reinstate the credit facility though.

App is atrocious. It won’t let me chose appropriate shopping. It won’t let me change delivery date, it won’t accept my card details. Awful waste of time. Deleted it!!

Disappointed. My card took two weeks to be delivered!! I ordered it four days before the birthday date, and with the covid 19, I did expect it to be a day late, but not ten days late. I live in Canada and this would have been the perfect surprise for a loved one celebrating a special birthday, unfortunately it lost its “special” appeal.

No good. Love the store, but the app is a waste of time. Can’t sign into my account, so obviously, cannot use it 0/5 but won’t let me leave zero stars

Your new update doesn’t work. It’s Coming up with an update is available, even when it’s been installed. Deleting the app and redownloading it makes no difference either

Password recovery useless. Tried to recover password, got the reset email, clicked it to reset and it goes back to app but still on the screen you left it with no way to reset your password.

Easy card order and delivery from Canada. Thank you for making it easy for me to send my Family in the UK cards and presents with Fast delivery If I were to send it from Canada it would be very expensive and take up to a week I ordered a gift today on Moonpig and it will arrive tomorrow

Great for Ex-Pats. I’ve been amazingly happy with Moonpig, as an affordable way to send customized greetings and gifts to family in the UK. I just wish Moonpig offered delivery in Canada, too!

Arrived too late. This site boasts next day delivery which is great but I still wanted to be on the safe side and order two days in advance. I set the estimated delivery date for two days later in checkout. The order stayed in processing status until the MORNING of the estimated delivery date two days later. It changed to “sent” status and I got an email saying that the delivery date is now for the day after??? The tracking number I received only became updated the night of the delivery date and said it would arrive tomorrow… How does that make any sense? How is my order processing for two days only for the item to be delivered on the 3rd day AKA one day late? This is a gifting site so timing should be accurate as people are sending out time sensitive gifts. I was wrong to trust the 100s of amazing reviews saying their packages were received the next day. Because of all this my loved one ended up not receiving my gifts on their special day. Very disappointed.

What has happened?. I’ve used this app a lot, but now it wont put cards into the basket and let me complete the purchase. Does it need an update? I’ve deleted and re-installed and it still won’t work.

Big red personalise button stopped working after a while. Does nothing.. No response, cannot continue, can’t personalise, nothing. Guess the developers must have been drunk that day.

Moonpig is Awesome!. Moonpig has an amazing choice of cards and gifts. The options to create beautiful, personalised cards for any occasion, with or without photos, is awesome! Great quality and delivery. I have sent literally hundreds of Moonpig cards and many gifts as well and rarely had any problem. The online Customer Service ‘Chat’ is very helpful too. Family and friends love receiving the personalised cards and say “they are keepers”. Thanks so much Moonpig - you have been invaluable during the Pandemic, especially as we are currently living in Canada. :)

Won’t apply discount codes. I have a 20% off code for setting reminders. A free card code and there is currently a 40% promo code for using the app. None of the codes worked, just kept getting invalid code errors. Never had problems with their website, but you can’t place orders on there at the moment. If I have a choice I’ll stick to their website

A favourite button would be lovely. I love this app and would love it even more if we could “favourite” cards and preschedule delivery. I just browsed through the selection for one person and spotted others that would be perfect for different friends and wished I could mark them or, better, schedule them to be sent closer to their occasion.

Birthday cards. I have used Moonpig to send birthday cards to my relatives in Australia. So far, I have not been disappointed with their efficient service of getting the cards to their destinations on time. It means a lot to me that I can depend on Moonpig for this. Living in Canada, it allows me to stay connected to my relatives. It also makes them happy to receive the cards in their special days.

User friendly. I really like this app the only reason i gave it 4 and not 5 stars, is I would love it if it had a “save for later” list. Other than that its pretty good! I live in Canada and use this to send cards and gifts to family & friends in the UK.

Love it... but... Love the app, love being able to create and send cards and gifts to friends and family via app... my only problem is that when selecting photos you can really edit it, crop or scale it thru the phone... that’s a lie, I was able to scale it a bit. But it was such a challenge to pinch the tiny photo box, with out the app shutting down, or without it selecting another photo... I gave up in the end and sent the card with peoples heads chopped off or with a super zoomed in photo of their face.. trust me it’s not as funny as that sounds and it’s totally gonna look a bit odd. If you can fix this... and allow the user to add more photo boxes on blank page, then five stars all the way!

Downloaded app and didn’t get 50% off. It said offer had expired. I’m doing cards in individual orders too as last year my recipients got the wrong cards caused by people shoving the cards in the wrong envelopes. It was very frustrating

Password issues. The app won't let me sign in with the same username and password as that of the web browser version. Rubbish app.

Zachary Agran. You have just delivered the gift and card I ordered for my mum for Mother’s Day….not on Mothers Day. The last time I ordered from Moonpig was for my mums 60th birthday which you also failed to deliver. I spoke to Rebecca on live chat who told me that I should call my mum and tell her to reject the Mother’s Day gift and card……seriously?

Leave me alone!. I bought a card, nice card, and now I get 3-4 “offers” per day. Unwelcome offers, very, very unwelcome offers. Moonpig f-off!

Finish what you start. This app is very cute but you cannot save your progress. Don’t get started unless you are sure you can finish.

Small gift items, candy, flowers, etc. I wish the USA offered more than cards to send. This would be so convenient for your customers.

Doesn’t work. After logging in and designing a card, the app failed to process the order repeatedly.

Work on your delivery schedule. I’m so disappointed with your delivery service. I ordered for a card to be delivered on a said date and the card was delivered after the said date. I’m so disappointed in your service.

Easy and convenient. It's easier, faster and cheaper for me to send cards from the US to Ireland using this ap than it is for me to go to the store, buy an over-priced generic card, write it, mail it with an international stamp and wait the week it takes to deliver to Ireland. Great ap! Glad I found it!

Worst app ever. I have used Moonpig for a year now and the cards are great! But when you order the cards, they take forever to get here! I ordered my moms Christmas card on December 15th and Christmas is tomorrow and it still didn’t come to my house. Very disappointed.

Meh. Love their service. They do great work at a reasonable rate and get it to the recipient fairly quickly. However, they send out "promo codes" which never work. And they never fix the issue.

Not delivered. It was suppose to have been delivered on Monday & it’s now Wednesday & not delivery

Not letting you log in. This app will not let me log into my account even though I have put all my details in correctly. I even tried resetting my password and still no luck. So will be deleting this app!

No save functionality. So frustrating. I even added the card to my basket and it didn't save. How many times do I have to make a card??

Difficult. App not easy to set delivery date. Moonpig does not allow for gifts and flowers to be sent with card.

Card delay. I ordered a card to be delivered 1 1/2 weeks early from my sister’s birthday and was guaranteed it would arrive on time. It arrived 2 weeks after her birthday! This was my first time using this service. Truly disappointed.

UK Bias. If you want to offer your products in the USA please allow the word mom, not mum, as that is really not used here.

Order not delivered. Paid for birthday card and gifts for my mum. She received call d, flowers and Prosecco, but no Thornton’s

Can’t access photo album now. Have used this app a lot, so quick and easy, but following the latest update I can’t now access my photo albums on my iPad - so much for bug fixes!

Reminder Date. Not a very useful app at all but mind you this is my first card I’ve done.I set a reminder for my mom’s birthday and it keeps changing the date
