Great App. I think this app is really awesome. I like the layout and how simple it is. It also really helps me practice my Korean. To all the English speakers complaining about it being in Korean: don’t get a Korean app if you just want everything to be in English. If not having an English option is the reason you rated this app so low then delete it and use google. Naver was made for Korean speakers so obviously it’s gonna be in Korean.

QR check in widget. NAVER QR check-in widget is so handy! Thank you for prioritizing safety and making this great (and cute) widget for users.

Needed 3D touch supporting. I've used this app for several years and it's one awesome app. But it doesn't support 3D touch at all. It will be much better to used if it includes 3D touch

One awesome app. This is one multi-talented app. It could replace a few apps. I especially find Music search very useful. Music search apps typically cost money, and this is free. Plus, it can search Korean songs, which other music search apps cannot do. I love the overall UI and the responsiveness of the app. It would be great if other Naver services, e.g. map, wingbus, ... were integrated into this app. But it's great as is, already. Thanks, and keep up the great work guys!

Awesome. I love it a lot, although I wish i was able to put in in all English, I get a little practice with reading Korean so that’s alright I love all the different features that are available

Corrupted Platform. This application is very corrupt and biased in the fact that a majority of things are tied towards politics & toxicity. The user base has sadly become terrible.

Great!. This app is amazing as it is like a searcg engine in korean which to me is very helpful. But I reccommend to only get it if you are close to fluent in Korean as it will be hard to use/understand since it is only in Korean

For the love of god. PLEASE make a fully English compatible version. The app is so necessary for basic living/tasks in Korea but is so unaccessible. And don’t make the typical “lite” version of the app like every other Korean app. Even auto generated text translations would be better. I’ve studied basic Korean but still have to take screenshots and translate things every time.

I cannot create an account. Whenever I try to make an account I fill out all the in the information then when it comes to verifying the account I never get a message of verification. I’ve also tried twice to login.

An awkward feature in the latest update. So far, whatever pages you go to and whatever you do on Naver, mostly it used to be just 1 or 2 pages open at any time. No need to pay attention to the number of open pages. Now you can easily build up stacks of pages. You have to remove them repeatedly. And I cannot figure out the rules about when new pages are added and when they are not. This is very annoying. Otherwise, it is a very useful app.

Surveillance app and no one answers!. If you wanna change your password out side of S. Korea, they ask your PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION LIKE PASSPORT AND DRIVERS LICENSE. And required information will be kept 3 yrs. What if your info got leaked in those yrs? I wouldn't risk that. Especially, NEVER Connect your FB account! Now, can you open some IT department to answer my questions?

Not large enough for iPhone 5!. I absolutely love this app & I enjoy using it. But I have iPhone 5 & it doesn't fill up the whole screen. It's a bit small & hard to use at times! Hopefully, when you guys update it, please make it fit to 4 inch retina display. (:

Sign up name issue. I see many comics that are connected to this app. My issue is how hard it is to sign up when you put your name. My first name,Keira, is an issue. Whenever I put my first name, the notification says that the box is blank or “use Korean or English character”. I don’t understand how to change my name so I can sign up.

Nice app!. This is a nice app that I was interested in because I read WEBTOONs. Another reason is that my ethnicity is Korean (I’m half Korean and half white in case you were wondering) but I live in America and I was curious to see what kinds of apps Koreans use! It’s a great app with a great interface & I can see it being popular. I would like an English version since my Korean reading ability is almost nonexistent & I think Americans like me might want a similar app. I know there’s Facebook, but that’s not my favorite, & I think the aim of this app is more my style. Plus they have news, weather, etc to help you practice reading your Korean and a blog post option that allows you to practice writing. They also have a built in email service. So if you can read Korean I would highly recommend this.

Although I can’t read Korean you can’t be mad I mean it is a Korean app so, I’m not complaining about that because I chose to download this app on my behalf so it is not in my place or anyone else’s to complain about a Korean app being in Korean. Crashing. I have no problem with it being in all Korean. The people who write reviews based on that need to get it through this skull that naver is a Korean search engine so it will be in Korean. My problem is that the app keeps crashing for me which is a problem because I use this app among many others to help me learn Korean better. I usually read webtoons on there but I haven’t been able to since it started crashing. I even tried deleting and reinstalling th app and that didn’t help either. It is very frustrating because I cant do anything about it.

No English. Impossible to use as a non Korean speaker. Unable to navigate and can’t find the language setting. Gave up and delete

So broken. Sign In with Apple is broken and won’t let you log in. If you sign up for an account, the verification via text message doesn’t work. If you manage to make an account and login, it marks your account as suspicious and tells you to contact customer service. Despite trying to cater to non-Korean speakers, the whole support website is in Korean. 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

It’s all in Korean (despite its claim)!. I spent a few minutes looking for a clue as how to enable English to no avail. For map and road directions, I heard Kakao being recommended.

No email support. I am having trouble setting up an account from Australia. We visit Korea often and want a Naver account to use Naver apps in Korea over next few years. The system seems to be blocking this account creation despite following support articles. I would follow document and account verification but can’t get past a rejection . It would be good to get to a person to help set up my account. Their faq support does not help

세로 가로 슬라이드 기능 너무 불편. 인식률이 너무 높아서인지 툭하면 다음 페이지로 이동, 이게 스트레스가 장난이 아니네요. 뒤로가기 하면 로딩 다시 하고 앉아있고. 적어도 on/off 기능 정도라도 넣어주세요. 펼쳐서 내려보는 사람한테는 넘겨보기 기능 쓸모 정말 없어요. 이 기능을 끌 수도 없고, 사파리로 가도 네이버 웹 기본 탑재 기능인 듯 하네요? 정말 불편해요. 네이버 쓰는 빈도가 점점 줄어드네요.

프린터. 업데이트 이후로 파일을 이메일로 받으면 이메일에서 프린트해야되는데 프린트 기능이 사라졌네요. 그래서 지금 스크린샷찍어서 따로 사진첩가서 크롭후 프린트해야되는 상황이에요.

Bad Localization UX. Travellers and foreigners aren’t the main users of this app. But localization and search language options should be significantly easier to find without needing a guide. Use visual indicators (icons) better and lower the amount of steps required to get from the main app screen to the screen you can change the language.

가로보기는 지원해주세요... 솔직히 네이버 앱에 있을껀 다 있는데 가로보기가 안되서 사파리에서 대부분 하네요..

조금 더 가벼웠으면좋겠습니다. 그리고 네이버 사전 텍스트 인풋 필드의 x 버튼(모두 지우기)을 눌렀을 때 시스템 키보드가 활성화 되도록 해주시면 안될까요? 보통 그 버튼을 누르는 경우는 새로운 단어를 입력하기 위함이니까요. 네이버 검색창에서는 X버튼을 누르면 바로 키보드가 올라오는데 사전에서는 안그러네요.

Translate to English please!. I'm in the US military living in Korea and I was told to use Naver to help me find movie times and thing like Yelp! for the US but I can't read or write Korean and it's be helpful if you guys could make this app translate.

Stupid and uncomfortable after updating. When i open any page and go back, the tap keeps remaining, so the app remember only 8 pages and delete old pages. I much prefer old one
