We love hearing from you!
Purchased this to use with iPad Pro to connect to an older Brother, non Air Print printer. Long story short, although we tried a few things, couldn’t get it to work. Nadia was very responsive in trying to help to no avail. The important thing was they did refund the $6.99 I paid. Highly recommend this company to deal with. Just sorry app didn’t work thru no fault of theirs.
Works pretty well and allows you to print a range of pages. I’ve heard others had a hard time printing emails but I’ve successfully printed emails from Yahoo email. I haven’t tested it on the iPhone email app, though. Printed reasonably fast on my HP AirPrint printer. Printed slowly on my Brother Bonjour (non-AirPrint) printer probably due to the need to convert to PS printer language.
Finally, a printer app that does what it says it’s going to do, print! Easy to use interface, basic settings but enough to get the job done and it connects every time! Definitely worth $
why is there no two sided printing this is an expensive app this fiture shuld be here please make this posible
I need to print 4 photos but didnt have to select when select A4 page with 4 rectangle not effect
I take screenshots of otherwise unprintable items, then print direct from my photos through Printer Pro onto letter sized paper. Don’t know what I’d do without this app!
I like it because it just works without any complicated steps. I am not sure how it works but I don’t want to Have Too learn how it works. I just want it to work and it does 👨🏻🚀
I have an older model Canon that linked up well with my Samsung phone and tablet. Under pressure from family, I upgraded my phone to an iPhone 10. It can’t link up. This Printer Pro app alleges to enable a connection. It fails in this regard. Still no connection. Maybe I should also have stayed with Samsung!
I love this program. It gives me all the features I need for remote printing.
The 'update' did not include TWO SIDE PRINTING, it still have no option for two-side printing, which my printer supports. Also the ability to reduce ink intensity is not available either. I paid for this app, but it isn't really "Pro" yet.
The only ap on my iPad that’s works properly
Works well over many years. Highly recommended.
Really great for printing from my IPad to any printers I’m networked to, super easy and no troubles whatsoever.
Does not work at all , bought app because it said connect to any printer with USB, surprise, you only find out after you paid for it that it only works on a computer “apparently “
Still rocking a wifi enabled printer from 2011 and Printer Pro has enabled a very user friendly way of printing from iOS devices without having to use AirPrint
I have found this app to be consistently reliable and easy to use whether on worksites or at home. Makes the whole process of getting printed versions of online research, images to typed docs and invoice in hardcopy from a very wide range of printers at work whether via wifi or airprint. Its integration with my cloud accounts is really helpful for how i work also. Keep up the great work. 👍
Works well with the Computer, wired of course. With the Apple Air 2, I always need to copy the entire contents to the clipboard before anything prints.
I have an older Canon Printer and mainly use an iPad. Other printer apps could not detect the printer, but Printer Pro did. Works well for me, the pages print really clearly (as good as using my Mac), with only a little delay. I have used this app (paid version) for sometime now and have had no problems.
Great that you can print multi pages on the one but that’s about all it does.. no way to print double sided .. or change to black and white mono etc.. very disappointing can’t believe I paid for this app when it doesn’t do what free printing apps do?..
I’m very happy with it. It gives me all the options I need and picks up the printer nicely, very handy. Thanks:)
My printer: HP Office Jet Pro 8710. Purchased 2018 App does not support double sided printing or print preview.
A lot of steps and initially iPad couldn’t find but eventually did. looks like you’ve got to patient and mess around with it.
Per the description, wanted to print from my iPhone to a printer. Not a printer hooked up to another computer. Attempting to do this via the IP address results in the phone saying connected, and instructing me to print a test page to ensure it works. When I push the button, that’s the end. Nothing prints, and the dialog close and back buttons on the app are unresponsive. So it’s close the app out and then have to relaunch, at which point it takes you back to step 1, “add a printer”. Wish I could get my $6.99 back.
This is the only app I've ever written a review for and it is EXCELLENT!! I'm a 67 year old Baptist pastor who uses an iPad for my sermon notes. Until this app, I had to transfer the notes from my iPad to my laptop & then print them. But now I can print right from the iPad, eliminating a step. It's great! And it still works flawlessly for printing from my wife's & my laptop, two different brands.
I have been searching for a wireless printer to use with my iPhone 8 Plus and my first generation iPad Pro and the Printer Pro is the solution. It prints perfect!
I’ve been using the app to support printing from my iPad. When I tried using it at another location on my home network it stopped working. It was due to my desktop computer was at home and I was in our vacation condo. After trying everything I could think of I contacted support via email. They responded immediately and had me install the app on my iMac desktop. It’s now back working and I’m very pleased. Olga is great! Thanks for the help. This level of support is fantastic.
I’ve been using Printer Pro with my iPhone for several months, and it well lives up to its promises of functionality: With a few minor exceptions, I can print basic documents from my phone to my non-AirPrint Brother MFC printer. (PDFs work perfectly; Microsoft Office documents without complex formatting are also fine.) If you require professionally formatted, sophisticated publications, you should be working on the appropriate hardware/software platform. If you need a quick hardcopy without transferring a document from your phone to your computer, Printer Pro will do the job.
When you print from notes, it skips printing a line at every page break.
Only thing that works well and easily with my iPad. Great app for sure.
