Don’t like it at all. Do not like the latest update. I can’t get the challenge to work. When I go to part of the app, I have no way to return to the home page. Can’t use it on my iPad or iPhone. The pages have way to much “stuff”. Seems very cluttered. Love my Steelers but hate the app.

Newest update does not work. The newest update no longer works on an ipad4 OS 10.3.4 I have notified the company and have not received any replies back so I am now writing this review. It will not even let me use the older version. It just says go to the App Store and update. I click on it and it opens to the same message go to the App Store.

Rudolph. Tomlin needs to get Rudolph outta there and put Hodges back in, Delvin took charge and ran the offense better than this Rudolph kid, put Hodges back in and start winning some games, Rudolph looks like a second string high school quarterback......

Needs work. App consistently closes on initial launch then usually works after relaunch. Unfortunately, it’s been shutting down on me on relaunches lately as well. So annoying! Better off just using my web browser to go to the Steelers website. Please fix...it’s been like this for quite some time.

Email not recognized?. I clicked on my app today that I have had for years and it would not let me log in. It says my email or password is incorrect. I click on forgot password and put my email in and it says my email is no good. Nothing has changed on my end so how can this be fixed without losing my years worth of points and time on the app?

Site doesn’t open. App does not open since yesterday. I uninstalled and reinstalled but it brings you to the home screen and then shuts down. Is there a new update coming soon?

No more live game video?. Please get live game video back. As a Steelers fan that lives in a different region, I can’t watch the games. Last season we were able to see the full game live on the app. Need this back ASAP!!!!

Needs work. I do not know what happen with this app. This app use to be accessible but it is not now. For those who are using voiceover or talk back you cannot click on anything to open articles, audio, videos or anything of that nature. It will allow you to share media and nothing else. I am a Pittsburgh Steelers fan but this is ridiculous with the app and its development.

Love this app BUT!. Recent 7/19 update prevents app from opening on IPad. App states must update but App Store shows it has already been updated. When reopen app again states must update app. The makes the app worthless. My older IPad has IOS 10.3.3 and I suspect the new update will only run IOS 11. Please fix it so we can use this app!

Yinzer chat. Many times it is very slow to respond to your answers. Then when it does you have to log out and back in to see the results. Takes the fun out if it.

From ok to very bad. In the past few season the Steelers app was ok. Fairly easy to navigate and the links worked. This season whatever changes were made only succeeded in making it a very user unfriendly app. As you navigate, there is no easy way to get back to home page to access other links. A number of the contests such as the GameDay challenge freeze when you attempt to play them. Several messages to the apps feedback resulted in no response. Extremely disappointed.

Please fix the Gameday Challenge. Love the Steelers, this app not so much. I am unable to access the Gameday Challenge on my iPad. I can access it on my phone but even on that you can’t change your answers once you select them and it didn’t even record my week 1 answers. Which in a cumulative season long challenge is important. The videos and some of the other content on the app are good though but PLEASE fix the Gameday Challenge so that I get credit for all my correct responses!

App won’t open. Enjoyed the app for a year or so, but now, when it starts to open, it just disappears suddenly. Deleted app, reinstalled, no luck. I then restarted the iPad, no luck. Finally, did a complete reset of the iPad, removing all data. This worked, but when I opened the app the next day, it’s now doing the same thing. I see that a few others have reported the same. Please, push update to fix!

Terrible App. Can't find any significant information with this new app. It's awful. Live in CA, but am from the Pittsburgh area. Newspapers don't cover the Steelers well enough and this app doesn't do any justice either. Who cares what others Tweet or say on Facebook. Give me the facts and an easy way to navigate the site! Please redo this app.

App is broken - Game day challenge does Not allow me to answer all 16 questions!!. The app is broken an will not let me answer all 16 questions….This has been an issue all season….The needs fixed ASAP!! The 1st 8/questions are already answered and I can NOT change them….I can on,y answer questions 8 tgeob16 so I am only given the chance to answer half of the questions so I am not getting all of the possible points….One week, it would Not let me answer any questions…..I tried logging out and shutting down and logging in again but it still does NOT work…..

App crashing. The Gameday Challenge is booting me out. When I am answering the questions. There is a pop up stating there is an error.

Something is missing. I love the Steelers and like the app. But it only notifies you when the Steelers score. We are missing half the game if we don’t know when the other team scores.

Now Pointless App. I opened the app to watch the game, as I had done the last 2 years, only to find the game no longer streams via the app. The app is now absolutely pointless and I guess I will not be watching any games for the foreseeable future.

App won’t work either!!. Mine started doing the same as the other's just the other day! I click on it & it comes on but changes back to the main screen! Had this app for a long time & this is the first issue I’ve had with it! It’s always been a 5 star but I have to put 1 star today!

What happened..?. Since the update, everything is very confusing. I’m a hall of fame member, but it’s not showing anything for my account! Keeps wanting me to login or create profile. Bad time for such an update with the season quickly approaching. Used to love this app.. now not so much.

Crashes nonstop. The app crashes every time you open it. I get notifications to submit my predictions for game day and I’ll get halfway through before the app quits letting me select an answer and then crashes completely. So annoying - can we fix the bugs please?

Has Potential. I love the Steelers, but the app, not so much. It’s not as interactive and fan involving as other apps such as the Titans app. I’m also a Titan’s fan. The Titans App does interesting activities with fans such as drafting an all time team and thing like that. I think it has potential if it gets more involved with the fans

Problem with ABB. This abb stop opening. It was working for years and then stop working two days ago. Is this going to be fixed.

SNU Access!!!!. Where is Steeler Nation Unite. Have not be able to access through this app at all this season. It allows me log in my email & use a password I developed BUT nothing else!! I can log in SNU thru website.

Deleting app. I unfortunately will be deleting the app of my favorite team due to the NFL forcing the players to stand during the anthem and silencing their freedom of speech through peaceful protest. I will protest for you. I will also not be watching any football or wearing my gear all season unless this decision gets reversed. Go Steelers and I hope you have a great season.

Does not open!!. I love this app since I am a truly Steelers fan, I have had this app for years on my iPhone and my iPad but now the app crashes on the iPad immediately after I open it ! I do not know why because like I said it had been working very well. Please help me with this issue, I have checked and there is not updates for this app yet. I will be waiting for your answer. I am still waiting to hear from you, please. Thank you

Some Issues.... Truly do enjoy the App for news, etc. The notifications for new Steelers news throughout week are incredible, I love that! My issue is with the weekly Gameday Challenge. It never signs me in with my user name that I used the week before, and constantly freezes when I get to that point. If, in fact, I am able to do the “questions” then it didn’t save my answers. Mild inconvenience I wish I could have a shot at winning any giveaway...but otherwise I have enjoyed the other areas of the app.

Too many notifications!!. 7 notifications in less than 4 hours on Game Day BEFORE the game even starts?? C’mon, is that really necessary? I love the app, but just can’t have notifications on. Until the developers find a way to contain themselves, I can’t have them on anymore.

New update. I love the app right now I can’t use because my iPhone doesn’t support the new version. Even when I download an older version it wants to update to the latest version and I can’t get in.

Cannot be used on older iPads. My iPad is an older model and cannot run the latest version of this App. When AppStore let me download the latest compatible version, it was installed. But when I open this app, it just wants me to install the latest version. So this App is basically not usable.

Love. I love this app but it got some problems like I think you should be able to watch the video more than once because if you miss it then you can’t watch it again so please do something about that THANKS

Video issues. I love the app but I wish video would work. Steelers app doesn't play video well. It stops after a few seconds. Playback is then spotty and very low quality. It is unusable. I always tuned in for press conferences and Steelers Live episodes. The Steelers website has the same issues.

Here We Go. Great app but the words Here We Go no longer highlight when getting ready to launch. Working as intended? If so please put it back the way it was. I loved that!!!!

Steelers app. The latest update for Steelers app stinks. My device is not compatible, and trying to download last app version doesn’t work either. Real bummer

Can’t manage my tickets!. So frustrating. All I want to be able to do is manage my tickets in the app. Nope. Get an error every time whether I’m trying to list of transfer them. 👎🏻

Fantastic. This new Steelers app has everything a Steelers fan can ask for from news updates, rosters, ticket sales, Heinz Field info, schedules and so much more. This app is great!

Going down hill. When I first got the app 3 years ago it had everything I needed. Now I can’t even find the roster... plus I used to see who was playing today in the nfl along with the time of the games and what network it was on. I deleted the app in hopes of finding a new one... but I guess it’s limited. Ill just stick to the nfl network.

Audio pops. When you listen to the live audio it makes popping noises which makes it unlistenable. It’s been this way since the summer of 2023. As for the rest of the app it is pretty good. We order all of our merch from it and love the trivia.

Why did the app layout change. Just got the updated version and it blows. Can’t access the schedule? The stats? Standing? It was better the old way

App is crashing. Love the app but tried to open it to day to look at the rookie numbers and it just crashes every time

Opponent scoring. It’d be super helpful to get notifications for all scores, not just ours. That’s what every other sports team app does. It’s harder to keep up when you only know when we score. Otherwise, a useful app.

This app is excellent!. I love this app! It is literally a one stop shop! I’m a huge Steelers fan and I never have to worry about getting updated bc the notifications are the best! I don’t know who programs this app but that person is an expert! I think all of the other teams could only hope they had an app so great! Go Steelers!!!!

Score updates. So this should be something that is easy to fix. The app itself is fantastic in my mind...it’s a one-stop shop for all things Steelers! I don’t have any issues with stability, content, etc. My issue is with score updates. Sometimes I’m not able to watch the game, and I love getting score updates. But WHY OH WHY do you only push notifications when the Steelers score?? I get that we should be happier when that happens, but let’s be real! So here’s what I see : Steelers: 7, Bills: 9 HALFTIME. “Okay, I say, that’s okay we got this. Next update: TOUCHDOWN!! “Yes! I say! Here we go! We’re in the lead now!!” Steelers: 15, Bills: 23. “Wait, whaaaaat???” Does anyone else see a problem with this?

Ongoing video issues. I have really enjoyed the app in terms of keeping up to date on all things Steelers. However, it’s been weeks now that videos won’t play and there’s NO COMMUNICATION from the developers on workaround, timeframe to fix or if they’re aware of issue. I’m going less and less to the app and relying on other sources.

Obnoxious logo placement in center of screen. Good app - if you don’t have a logo placed in the center of screen ALL the time. You have to read around it. How blithering stupid can they be? I don’t recommend this app anymore for this reason.

Opponents scores not just Steelers. Agree we want it all! seems like last year we got both teams scores. Please return to providing all scores throughout the game.

Great when/if it works. Nicely laid out, but videos only work about 75% of the time. As a huge STEELERS fan I find it very frustrating when they advertise a update or highlight video that doesn’t seem to run☹️.

App won’t open. I had this app for about a year and now the app just stopped working. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but results are the same. Do you have a fix for this app? If so could you please let me know how I can get it.

Good but..... I love having the app and especially cause we no longer have a tv provider (Comcast, dish, etc), so it’s nice to be able to watch the games since we are in Colorado. My only issue with this app is I cannot cast from my phone to my smart tv. The audio comes through just fine but no picture. The app only streams a few game a year and it would be really nice to be able to actually watch the game on my tv instead of my phone. Please fix this!

Not what I expected. Last week the audio sucked. I could hear the 1st and 2nd qtr of the Bills game. This week cannot see or hear the post game conference. Guess they didn’t have one. Disappointed in this app.

App update. Great app! But unable to use it any longer because my Iphone is too old and it’s not loading an older compatible version. Tried contacting Yinzcam by email abd it never sends the message to the support team Very disappointing!

Awesome App For Fans!!. Ive tried other apps and this one is the best!! Most of the football games are not televised in my area and this app keeps me in the know!! Its fast loading, accurate and current to live TV. When I do get games on TV I post scores and chat with those who do not get it. Thank you for letting us all know the score and follow along! Not good yet. Yup, I bought it as soon as I saw it. However this app is not good yet, my articles end with an … and no way to access the rest. My jumbotron does whatever it wants with my pic, including flipping it upside down. I can't access any video successfully and can't see any stats. I'm sure it will get better, but I can't see how this was released so early. I am happy to finally see a real steelers app though.

Steeler app. Having the exact same problem.....tried the exact same fixes. Suspect the problem has to do with the App Store not allowing for a “start all over” option. Instead it appears to download imbedded problem from the cloud.

Cute App but doesn't stay up-to-date. last season had issues and now 1st game and stalled countless times. In OT it read ":36" for minutes.....a tied game in OT and it's still says :36 seconds left! My buddy says it's 21-21 Final score🙄. App is shhhhhht!!

I can read. Way too much video. If you want entertainment then this is fine. If you want news then you can get it faster elsewhere.

Horrible app. Usually never works right. Crashes a lot. Watching the game live is hit or miss and usually a miss.

Depth chart. Very slow to keep depth chart current. Can Heyward is off injured reserve and played a game but is not listed on depth chart

Fix me. The app won’t even let me open it up keeps saying to check my connection but I have no issues with that I have not tried it on WiFi but it will not do anything with cellular data Please fix this before the season begins........

Steelers nation radio function is problematic. The functions outside of the main feed are always glitching. The Steelers Nation Radio function is particularly intermittent.

Ruined. The newest version of the app has removed all things important to Steeler fans—schedule, roster, injury list.... New is definitely not improved, in this case.

Out of area. Won’t let me listen to the game it says I’m out of area use this all the time in my area and all of the sudden it won’t let me listen to the game and more

Decent...... But it only alerts you when the Steelers score and doesn't show the quarter or time left in the quarter.

No live audio in VA 😕. I downloaded the app so I could listen to the game. Unfortunately I got a message that I was outside of the authorized area for the broadcast. Why is it so hard for Steelers Nation to follow our team now matter where we are?!?

App stopped working on iPad. I’ve used he app for a few years with no problem. With pastiest update on my iPad the app stopped working. Will not open up. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded twice to no avail. Please fix this!!

no game broadcast. i live 70 miles away from pittsburgh & can’t listen to the game? this makes it less useful than it could be and i tend to not even open the app even though i can’t stand the tv announcers. if i’m not near a radio then i don’t get to hear any of the game.

Really!?! Update on the last week of the season!!! Stupid!. Fix the play by play, for us, not allowed to see the game live.

Audio cuts out. The app cuts audio continuously and I have to delete and re install while trying to listen to the game at work

Why is so hard to watch a game?. I was forced to download this app if I wanted to watch the game. After I download it, it shows me the game on a 2”x1” square. What a waste of time.

Injury report. Was working well, but now I can’t see any part of the injury report without the app completely buzzing out.

New App. I can’t use the new app because I don’t have the new iPhone 15. This is useless to me. Go back to the old app. I can’t do anything

Terrible...and not like towel. If you are just looking for Steelers generated team news, this app is fine. But don’t expect anything from their ‘gamecast’ function. Five minutes into the second quarter the gamecast hadn’t updated beyond the 10 minute mark of the first. Worthless!

Needs play by play, no casting support. Need to have play by play updates to keep up with the action No support for Chromecast or similar streaming devices to my TV

Could be great. If only your video will playback. Lately get an ad and then nothing not running your app for the ads. If you can’t make the video work at least write an article instead.

Great App. The Steelers are always top tier with social media and networking, and this app is great. Add in the extras with Steelers Nation Unite, and there are no better apps for a sports team.

Can’t log in. I love the app but I can’t ever log in. So I have to used the website, even though it’s more convenient to use the app but it NEVER lets me log in. Please fix this!!!

SNR. Please fix the bug that kills SNR 30 seconds into listening. Also the bug that plays SNR audio overtop of the videos. I’ve pretty much given up on this app as this has been going on for awhile

Boring. This app is so boring. Updates are late. Already know what’s going on before this app posts anything. It just all around isn’t any good.

Crashes. It always crashes the first time I open it (iPhone). The second time it works fine. Have tried uninstalling etc but nothing works.

Poor Live Game Audio. Live game audio stream sounds like AM radio and had popping sounds. It sounds terrible.

Closing down. App shuts down. Won’t let me update my scores on game day challenge or see my scores.
