Terrible. I search for where I can listen to the game live and it says chiefs app. Download the app and can’t listen or watch there. It directs me to another site. I deleted the app. What a waste of time!

Can’t access everything.. After this update, the app isn’t even measured on my screen correctly. In the rewards section, I can’t even select any of the options on the bottom (account, earn, rewards) it just stays on the home screen. You updated for iPhone X users and shafted all the others.

iPhone X can’t click on lower tabs. We can’t click on the bottom tabs with the latest update. Please fix!

iPhone X update glitch. I was having the same issues as Kevin. Today I deleted the app and reloaded it and it’s is now working correctly again.

Calendar. Need to correct calendar as game is August 27, 2021 but when added to personal calendar it lists as August 28, 2021.

Terrible. The reason I am leaving this review as terrible is because I wanted a quick app download so that I could go to a concert at arrowhead. IDGAF about the chiefs no offense, but even if I did. The chiefs don’t allow printable tickets so the only way I can get into the concert is to download their (pathetic) mobile app which is a big app for no reason. I just want my tickets.

Why isn’t every Chiefs game being streamed on the app. Why am I missing Chiefs games because you’re not streaming on every game on the app I don’t care where they’re gone where they’re playing in there every game should be streamed on the app I missing the game right now because for whatever reason you’re not streaming it on the app in there at home I want to know why every game is not being streamed on the app and that’s why you only got one star for the app because I miss and Chiefs game because for whatever reason you’re not streaming him on the app every game I don’t care if they’re away game home game don’t care no Catherine the Eastern Central Pacific

Poor Quality Glitchy App. This is the most temperamental app out there. They added commercials before and after every two items and all they do is make the app hang so you have to close it and then re-open only to have to watch the commercials (which advertise products not available to the general public) all over again before you can load the content. I wish there was another way to get current information on my favorite team. I open the app only when I can’t find the information elsewhere AND have hours to get the app to work. A real disappointment- definitely does not meet my expectations.

Worthless. Unable to even login or create a new account. Always receive an “operation timed out” error message. What a joke. You have billions of dollars - fix your app!

Not very good accessibility wise. So I noticed that when you are trying to access something and you’re using voiceover, it’s not possible. I feel that this app needs some accessibility features tied into this. When you try to send feedback through the app, it’s not possible. That might turn a lot of people away from getting this app from the App Store. I’m hoping that soon this app will have updates to accessibility features for those who are visually impaired and or disabled. It would also be nice to hear Chiefs games on the radio feed through this app so that way you do not have to download separate radio applications.

Good app. The franchise was the best, keep it going please. App is good just wish it could categorize the articles by the beat writer

Chiefs’ App Auto Closing. Every time I receive a push notification about a Chiefs’ event, (today it was about signing up for a free Kelce jersey) I tap it to open the App. I am taken to the App, it opens and I see the home page for the day. Then before it takes me to the page that was being pushed the App closes. I cannot find the page that was being pushed. Why does the App auto close? I’m using an Apple iPhone 13 mini and the auto closing of the Chiefs App has happened under many different iOSs. Currently I am on iOS 16.6. Please let me know what I can do to prevent the App from Auto closing so I can participate in some of the Kansas City Chiefs’ App activities. I can’t even use the App for any of the promotions.

A small suggestion. Overall nice app. Would be nice to look up players by number instead of just by name.

Not Good. No matter how many times I try, this app will not go past the first page on my iPhone 6s+ no reviews since April and I can tell you why. It took me 38 try’s at a nickname before I got one that wasn’t already taken. “really “. Downloaded-Deleted-Downloaded-Deleted etc. Does not work!!!!!!!

App won’t let me watch videos. Videos won’t work. They used to buy now I click a video, the ad loads and I’m able to watch that but when it’s time for the video it won’t run

Update. My app was working perfectly before the update but now it’s acting up and not letting me do anything. Besides that I absolutely love the app!

Game alerts. I no longer get game alerts. Game is at half and I get an alert telling me game is about to start. May get final score 2 or 3 days later. Worked amazingly well when I first downloaded it. Last year it quit working properly and so far it isn’t working properly this year either. Looking for something different to keep me updated when I can’t watch the game.

Why all the podcast push notifications?. Please update/honor my push notification settings. I am only opted in to gameday stadium alerts and scoring plays, but keep getting push notifications when new podcasts come out. How do I opt out of podcast alerts without opting out of the other alerts I want? If you’re going to have a user settings preference center, please adhere to it.

Amazing app. Seriously don’t know why there are so many bad ratings for this app. Legit can watch the game for free amazing quality!! CHIEFS KINGDOM!!!

Chiefs bingo. I love this app and I love the bingo during the game and now I can’t even find it what happened

IPhone X app glitch. App was working perfectly but iPhone X update makes clicking tabs from bottom of app screen in clickable. Please fix problem ASAP as I use this app daily!!! GO CHIEFS!

😕. Tabs on bottom of screen don’t work! I use this app everyday, and now I can’t get to redeemable prizes! I would really appreciate it if this was fixed quickly.

Can’t even download. This trash app they force you to download to use your tickets is over 150mb and you can’t download it unless you’re connected to WiFi. Stick to paper if you can.

Not working. I try to watch the videos but keep exiting out of the app it hasn’t done that before until now I tried to delete and re-download it, tried to shut off my phone but didn’t work

iPhone X update. I am unable to use the buttons at the bottom of my screen since the new update. Everything else works great please fix as I use the app daily.

Update not working. I keep getting the message to update the app and when I go to the App Store--there isn't any update but I can't get past it so I can't use the app--Would someone please fix this fiasco?? I would have given a high rating a year ago but not the way it's working now.

Putting tickets in wallet. This used to be so easy. Now it is not available anymore, why is this so difficult to put your CHIEFS Tickets into your wallet? Someone needs to rethink this.

Issue. Since the update, I can no longer click on tabs at the bottom of the screen, for example the account tab in ckr section

Keeps crashing. I had no problem with the app until the last update. It fixed the X phone but crashed mine. I even requested support assistance last month and still no fix!

Support and accessing my season ticket account. Probably the most frustrating and difficult app I have used. I am a season ticket holder and was trying to access my account on a desktop thru My Account on the Chiefs website. Then I get a message saying my account is suspended. So then I tried to access my account on my mobile phone. When I view my account it indicates no past or upcoming events etc. Then I tried to reach customer service. To no avail. So frustrating!!!

Restricted items not up to date. Multiple items no longer allowed in Arrowhead are not listed in the application list.

Great app!!!. Being in North Carolina it’s difficult at best trying to keep up with what’s going on in the AFC west. Having been born a Chiefs fan this app is amazing at helping me keep up with all that is going on with the Chiefs. Best thing is being able to watch the live stream no matter where I am if they are playing. Keep up the great work and look forward to another amazing year of Chiefs football!!!

Needs improvement!!!. I really liked this app last year, but this year after the update, I have had nothing but problems! On the homepage, there is a button to listen to game on the radio. You hit this and you have the option of 2 stations, 106.5 or a Spanish station. When you press the 106.5 you get instead 99.7 which is a pop music station! I uninstalled and then reinstalled which is what the tech suggested and now I go to the radio button hit it and I don’t get any choices and get the Spanish station. Definitely needs an update again to fix!!

Did not work for me. I attended an event at Arrowhead stadium. The tickets had to be on this app. In order to redeem the tickets if connected me to Ticketmaster which did not work. I tried over 20 times to reset my password with Ticket Master but it never sent a reset link to my email. It left me very frustrated. Inside the stadium I saw people in line to get food. They tried to use app to pay but it did not work. Cash was not accepted by the stadium even though it is supposed to be used for all debts public or private in America. This App sounds like a good idea until the tech does not work for someone.

App not working. It’s been months since I’ve been able to use the app on my iphone6plus. Is this gonna get fixed or am I just outta luck?

Accessing video crashes the app. Overall I’ve enjoyed the experience but I reported an issue to developers with the app crashing when you try to play video. No sense posting videos there if you can’t watch them!!

Update messed up. Since the update, this app is jacked up. The fact that I have to log in often when going to KC rewards is one problem. The other is that when I answer the trivia question correctly, sometimes it still says I’m wrong. It needs some work to fix this. Also, the points don’t update instantly when you answer correctly or bid on something. This app is just not the same and I don’t enjoy using it as much.

Let’s get app fixed soon please before playoff tickets go on sale. Please fix app app crashes when you open it

Crashes. The app crashes a lot. I’ve removed the app and redone load it maybe 10 times eventually the issue always comes back. I love the content of the app but the performance is poor

Absolutely Horrendous App. This app is terrible. Whoever developed it should be ashamed. The UI stinks, it reloads like a streamed movie on terrible wifi, and creates an overall frustrating experience for the user. For such a good team on the field and lots of money, you think they could get something this simple correct.

Disappointed. Did the update so we could watch the game and it would not play no matter how many times we refreshed and made sure location was on as it suggested.

Purchasing tickets brings you to dead end screens. I’m trying to buy playoff tickets but instead of being able to complete a purchase I’m stuck at screens where I can not see a “next”, “complete”, “back”, or anything button. Tried multiple times and get the same frustrating end where the app just doesn’t work.

Terrible!. The app freezes as soon as I open it! Also, the game won’t show on the tv screen when connect to Airplay. Huge disappointment!

Calendar. Is there a way to automatically add all of the Chiefs games to my Google calendar? I couldn’t figure it out. All of the other NFL teams I follow have a button that says “add to calendar.” I would really love a feature like this here. So far, it’s a good app. Gives the latest updates. Hasn’t frozen yet.

Video crashes app. When I click on a video to watch (player and coach interviews) the app crashes. Happens every time, every video. I deleted the app and reinstalled but have the same issue.

Doesn’t load. Just tried to open the app for our tickets and it tries to load and kicks you out... last update 6 months ago??? You guys need some tech people over there!

chiefs app. i gave it a 5 because you can look at when they play the scores and watch the live game just not your phone, they have giveaways and jerseys you can by so it a great app

Where’s the love for Canadians?. Love the Chiefs official app, has amazing features to help elevate the love for the team and give you a more personal experience with the team and all the news on the players, team and more, only negative thing I have to say about it is the love for Canadian fans still ain’t at the level I’d like, such as the chiefs rewards system, if you have a Canadian address you aren’t able to apply for rewards and chiefs memorabilia, would love to see them open it up to the Canadian fans more cuz we love them Chiefs here too, big fan on the kingdom

Never up to date. It's ok for articles but the media is never up to date and the app isn't particularly user friendly. It has photos that are decent. For an example of how unkempt the app is, it still says josh looney is the chiefs insider. Sadly, he isn't a chiefs employee anymore. I hate to say it, but even the bengals app is better.

New chiefs app. Will not even load on iPad

App does not work on Apple 4k. I use to watch Chiefs Kingdom videos on my Apple TV but once I upgraded to Apple TV 4K it would not download the recent 2023 videos.

Who is managing this app?. Who is managing this app and why do they still have a job? The app won't open and tells me to update, BUT THERE IS NO UPDATE. Please fix the issues. Oh and thanks for taking my 5000+ rewards points, that was great.

Tickets. How come I can only add the parking pass to my wallet and not the seat tickets? What have you all screwed up after the update?

Bad change. After an update now the app requires you to join some club just to see the roster. Uninstalling.

Good start, but lacking basics. Nice start but how about a schedule? How about a standings page? How about a live score? The 'live feed' is never going... I don't even know what kind of content is available there... A Find you seat and concession stand locations? You've got to be kidding me...! I used the app a few times last season but then deleted it once the season was over... Just installed it again yesterday and it hasn't improved any in an entire year...

Commercials?. First I'd pay .99 heck I'd pay 4.99 for no adds. Next who is in charge of content? Why would you release videos a couple at a time. It's really annoying, just put all the highlights and post game on rewind. Overall the design of the app is good but the way the content is managed is poor. Get it together. Write an Apple TV App!!!!!!!!

Videos No Longer Play. The videos no longer play within the application which is a huge disappointment; especially since they used to play perfectly before.

Fantastic app!. I have been waiting for this day for a long time. Finally, a KC Chiefs mobile app! It's a great start, but a couple of quirks to fix before I give a higher rating. First, the articles are links to the KC Chiefs website, which is not optimized for mobile reading (I might as well be in Safari) and take forever to load. Second, all of the videos are lacking audio. Revised to 5 stars: I'm a dope. Audio for the videos is muted when phone's ringer is set to mute, but plays only when phone's ringer is on.

Love The App, but stop updating so often. I've used this app for going on 5 years, at least. It is very useful keeping me up to date with my favourite team. But please, don't keep updating for the sake of updating. I liked it best about six updates ago. Now the video doesn't work. It acts as if there is no link to the web page or the video player.

New “update”. The update makes the app unusable on my iPhone 6s.

Radio. I used to be able to lesion to the game but I can’t now. Not sure what is going on. I uninstalled and loaded again and still no radio.

What does "Live" good for?. What is the "Live" for? Everytime I've tried to access it it gives me "no live streams available." I spend a lot of time away from KC in Jacksonville & thought I'd be able to watch the game. What am I missing? Other than that I like the App.

Where did it go. The update looks nice, but you guys must have accidentally got rid of the Chiefs Kingdom Rewards from the app. Please bring this back so I don't have to do it from the website. This was one of the best features of the app.

Don’t update!. After the update yesterday, I can no longer access the CKR portion of this app. Unfortunate, the rest of the app is great.
