VERY PLEASED with Telegraph App. Reads like the actual broadsheet so it feels like I have the paper in hand on my Ipad, quick downloads, smooth page turning and the app forwards the eye catching articles easily. Best of both worlds...a truly authentic e-paper experience...

Works well.. I get this for the puzzles, but read the news every night. No technical issues at all and it’s great to get a British point of view of the US news. Would not change anything, but would like to see the price come down a bit.

Stick with the old app!. Difficult to navigate. Possibly the worst newspaper interface I’ve tried so far. I hope they keep the old app around. I think the content is great but this app doesn’t allow you to easily access it.

Massive step Backwards. The new app is really poor from a user perspective. Added nothing to the last version but look and feel is much worse. Lots of white space which makes it visually unpleasant. Also they took the opportunity to remove a bunch of content - I don’t know why.

Respectful Yank Grateful for Balanced News. I had the honor of being in East Anglia for three years serving in the USAF as a medic at RAF Lakenheath. I loved my time in England and respect the British people immensely. Keeping informed about the news of the world allows me to obtain a more balanced perspective. Thank you for your unbiased international news and all of the great articles about life in general.

Long time reader. I had been a long time reader when I lived in the UK and always enjoyed the contents of the Telegraph. Now resident in the US I really appreciate the access to the online version of the Daily Telegraph and await my review of the news each day. Thank you David

Impossible to cancel. There are no instructions on how to cancel a subscription. I suppose I will just deny the next transaction that is submitted to my credit card. Evidently they do not want to let me cancel. I have had about enough of this rag for the time being.

American View. Living in the US I appreciate the view of world affairs I get from The Telegraph. Far superior to most of the US media.

Searching for things not to like. As a reluctant and homesick ex-Pat I look forward to reading my online Telegraph every night. There are perhaps 2 things I would change. 1) I would have you publish many more of the extremely erudite and well informed letters to the Editor that I send your way. 2) more news and less opinion. How about choosing a different region of the British Isles to focus on each week and bring stories that aren’t so London -centric.? I would feel better informed if articles from Wales, the SW. the N.East and so on we’re featured not as commentary or opinion but just the facts. Thank you

The best news app I have used. The Telegraph app just gets it right. Gives you the most provocative news, upfront, and in a format, which is logical and almost transparent.

Why change the whole structure now??. Why did you change the whole look feel of the paper right in the middle of a national crisis? Folk like me who live abroad who rely on papers like the Telegraph for updates from the UK, and liked the familiarity of the old format. And you change it right when we really need you to be on point. And you can’t get the day right? I download Saturday’s paper and it says - Today’s edition Friday 20th March. Just downloaded Sunday’s and it says - Saturday 21st March. Not good enough. Please fix.

Working pretty well for me. I have not experienced the iPad issues reported by other users, and do enjoy reading the next day’s news before bed like other expats have mentioned. I like keeping in touch with what is happening back at home, culturally as well as news. Only thing that stopped working a few updates ago was the ability when doing the crossword puzzle to type out a whole word. Now I have to touch each square before entering the letter, which then will repeat the last letter typed before accepting a new one. Mildly annoying as it slows one down, but not the worst thing as it does still function albeit painstakingly.

More difficult to use. This new version of the app does not allow you to Swipe to the left to move to the next story. After reading an article you must now go to the top of the page and tap “back” to return to the main page and then select another article. This change makes the app much less readable.

Great designed interface. Great designed interface, simple, clear, high quality pictures and comfortable to read.

Great way to stay informed. As a former resident of the UK, I want to stay informed about what is happening in my former home. The Telegraph app meets my needs wonderfully. This Telegraph also helps me gain access to a perspective that I don’t get frequently enough from US sources.

Balanced news, with very informed (and informative) feature articles. For the foregoing benefits, along with many others, I have come to look forward to my mornings spent immersed in this fine periodical.

Best balanced view of world events. Quickest way to get an honest view of what’s happening around the globe on a daily basis.

Fresh voice. As an American I appreciate the perspective on world news presented by the Telegraph. It is straightforward and edgy without seeming overly tendentious. It is a refreshing foil to our own cable news networks.

New Codeword App is TERRIBLE. Main probLem - lack of way to see which letters are available other to search through the table that is arranged numerical, not alphabetical (the old version had a separate tablet at the bottom arranged alphabetically ) The numbers on the puzzle are too large and the letters are too small Return to the previous puzzle!!

Best Periodical Platform I’ve experienced!. I truly love the experience of reading the Telegraph on my iPad now so much so that I look forward to in the morning as it is so easy with the thumbnails at the bottom you can click on each issue.

Easy reading. The new app is much easier to maneuver and scan for interesting articles. The layout allows for easier reading. I like the new layout. The content is obviously the same.

Telegraph. UNUSUALLY USER FRIENDLY AND A PLEASURE TO USE RELATIVE TO OThER APPS- very well organised, access to information that is difficult to access otherwise, advertising is appropriate

The new app doesn’t download current issue. It can be days before an issue will download. The Belgian company that made the app has responded “delete it and reload it.” That is their only solution. It still doesn’t work. I’ve tried to get help since the new app came out...but haven’t received any assistance. With the incredible amount of money you pay for a subscription, you’d expect to actually be able to read the paper.

I can’t search for an article. There is no Royal section, which is the whole reason I have this app. I can’t search to find the articles I’m looking for either. It’s very take it or leave it app. So I am leaving it.

Please offer us a dark mode!. I love the Telegraph however reading it with its white background at night is very painful for the eyes!! It is by no means the only app with thus issue however i just wish news app developpers would naturally offer dark mode by default!

Great news source. Telegraph is my first choice in obtaining news, even though I live in USA. A wide variety of country specific “local” news, plus excellent international news coverage and editorials. Add the excellent recipes and other coverage makes the Telegraph excellent value. Only reason, not rated five stars; a print copy image duplication is not offered. Seeing it in print edition would make it much easier to navigate.

‘Read’ should mean ‘Read’. A great app in general, but why do you have to wait for individual pages to download even once the ‘Read’ icon has appeared? Very irritating and, yes, it still happens on the iPad Pro.

Functions well. Telegraph black icon app for Subscribers is doing a good job of presenting the front page and extracting the articles in digital format. The simple navigation is fairly fool proof and enables the reader to browse through every article. I find I can speed read through several articles in quick succession. so that means the response on a basic Internet service is good. The only thing that takes time is to load the daily edition, which is fine and part of the routine.

Great app. It’s very easy to find articles that you are looking for. Very efficient

Good news. I really enjoy reading the Telegraph every day on my phone — even though I live in the US. They recently improved the look of the app, and it is even more enjoyable. And, considering the fine content, the price is certainly reasonable.

Current favourite source of news!. After becoming very disillusioned with the media and news in general we gave The Telegraph a fair free trial. We are now very satisfied monthly subscribers and we will continue to do so as long as they continue with their current high and intelligent standard of journalism.

What did you do to the puzzles?!. Please put the user interface for the puzzles back as it was! The menu button doesn’t work in any of them. The “pen” and “pencil” in the sudoku both seem to behave exactly the same, so,what good are they?

Kinda hard to read - Small Letters - I’m Old. Works well. Kinda Hard to read, because the Letters are so small. I’m old

Excellent reporting. This is a valuable news source. The articles are well written and appear authoritative.

Daily Telegraph. The daily telegraph is an excellent resource for those in the United States seeking an unbiased outside view of world events. Thank you so much for being here today it provides up to the minute detail news that you don’t get inside the United States.

Fantastic source of news. Thank you for providing regular updates

Best news source and best app. Love this paper, and this app functions so much better than most news sources!! Highly recommend.

most authentic news. I pay $30 a month to read the most reliable news left. The Telegraph tells the truth straight up without opinion. I check the news on here throughout my day.

Daily edition not available anymore. I’ve always been pleased with my subscription until recent changes made the current daily edition available. Sometimes it’s 2 days later. This only happened after they made changes to the digital editions. If this is an app issue I don’t know - but probably will be cancelling.

When things go wrong you can not get any one to help. The telegraph continues to take my monthly apple pay. I can not cancel it, the app refuses me access, and when i try to do the forgotten email or password nothing happens except a message saying try the website. Which dose not help! Leaving me paying but getting no access. No number to speak to anyone and no reply to email . 😢😡

Fair & Balanced. Yes, we hear that all the time. However I see articles with all types of views. That is getting hard to find with the mergers of the news media.

OK but lack of search is incredibly irritating. The app is ok as far as it goes but it’s a bit maddening not to be able to locate a particular article by searching for it in the app; I have to use a search engine to do that? Add a search and I’d give it 5* :-)

This app is dark ages. I love the paper, but the app is impossible. There is no search feature, which is nonsense, & is no way to easily segue to the full website (& plenty of content is only available on the full site) & my device defaults to the app, & then with no way to access the full site, I’m stuck. Please change all of this!

Review. Enjoying The Daily Telegraph abroad here in America while making plans to spend more time in England with visits and also with a new flat purchase bringing my lovely English wife closer to ‘home’ with me happy to follow! I love everything about The Daily Telegraph and am amazed at how much information and quality journalism can be published on a daily basis! Bravo to all involved! Neal Finelli

Correct the Edition Date. For weeks now I have been expecting the Edition Date and day to be corrected from being that of the day before. I complained about this when you dumped the original App. There was nothing wrong, in my opinion, with the original and in many ways it was better than what replaced it. I can only speak as a consumer of course. So feel free to ignore this commentary as relevant but typical of IT attitudes to non IT plebs. I have no wish to pursue matter this further. J D Ferguson

Back button where are you?. They layout of this app is great. It reads like the newspaper. Congrats! The problem is that when you are done reading an article and want to go back to the front page there usually isn’t a “Back” button anywhere to be seen! Very annoying!

News from the other side of the pond. As someone once equipped, “Go abroad to hear news of home.” I always enjoy hearing the Telegraph’s take on world events but particularly ones in my own country. Excellent journalism, wide variety of views, interesting pieces.

Great but where is the general knowledge crossword?. Overall the app is fantastic. Wherever I travel, the paper is with me and displayed in very readable and navigable format. We love the puzzle section but it never has the Saturday general knowledge. What’s up with that? How can app users paying a significant monthly fee get it? Help please?

Very much enjoy reading The Telegraph. The app works quite well. No issues.

Balanced and Fair. I appreciate having the Telegraph app at my fingertips. Along with the Telegraph morning and evening podcast briefs, this app gives me a comprehensive and balanced view of current affairs and culture. Well worth the subscription. I wouldn’t be without it.

Great app. Living away from the UK The Telegraph keeps me informed about the mother country.

Good app but needs to continue to improve. I love the night reading mode and the app is good, but given the competition not as brilliant as others. The Financial Times app is more interactive for example. It is well worth subscribing but the app designers need to innovate and make the editions update quicker during the news cycle and have specialist features and sections that are more alive. More like the Flipboard feeds! Still I wouldn't be without it but the competition is catching up!

Telegraph. Brilliant App. Straight to the headlines every day. In depth stories are spot on

Good app. I use this app every day.

UK Telegraph is valued. As a daily reader from NSW, I think highly of The Telegraph. Quality journalist without woke viewpoints. Keep up the splendid work, chaps!

Relieved and happy. I mourned the ending of the weekly telegraph but the iPad app makes up for it. I like the fact you can scroll through pages like an actual paper, and that now I can read the entire Sunday telegraph. Jan, Australia

Overseas News. Living in Western Australia, I rely on the Daily Telegraph to find out what has happened elsewhere in the world.!!!

App Update. Not happy with new update. Previous edition was easy to use, and flowed well, this new style is not so user friendly from my perspective. It takes longer to download and then spends time downloading again the selection I want.

Best paper in the world!. I live away from Britain so The telegraph is my “go to” for all news from home and for the excellent reporting of world events. Diana Henry helps me with dinner too!

Buggiest App on my iPad. This has to be the worst attempt to create a newspaper app that I have seen. It is certainly the least stable app on my iPad. It just presented me with the "please rate me" pop-up and promptly froze and died, prompting me to write this review. Even in its rare periods of stability is poorly designed, and is not even able to remember where you were after it has been in the background for a few minutes. Terrible work, please improve it.

Please add search function to app. Could you please include a search function on the app? Would be useful to help me find articles. Thanks!!

Subscription Confusion. I am on a trial sub that will soon move to charging at what, on reflection, seems an astronomical rate especially when compared to other UK newspapers. I would like to review the options open to me WITH A HUMAN please. Regards and thanks for an excellent newspaper.

Needs swipe-to-go-back gesture. Generally a good app, with elegant typography. However, the one thing missing is that when looking at an article, you can’t swipe from the left edge of the phone screen to go back to the article list view. This is a standard iOS gesture, so it’s really frustrating when it simply doesn’t work here!

Daily Telegraph app has THE outstanding interface. The article lists grouped by sections are terrific and the subscription price is reasonable. Unfortunately, it bombs far too often, and book reviews are not included. Why not? Also, they should, as should all other newspaper or magazine subscriptions, state the price right at the head of the App Store info.

Up there with the best!. Went overseas for a week & was still able to download the latest editions. Well done SMH I enjoy reading it on my iPad more than I did on paper!

the telegraph. Has excellent presentation ,easy to read and fabulous crossword function with presentation of yesterday's result. The only thing that irritates me is that I am unable to forward good articles to friends. Why am I a second class subscriber when I pay to have the app?

The app is very good.. Yes it is.

Great way to keep in touch with the daily news - while on the run.. Great way to keep in touch with the daily news - while on the run.

Hi hon. Hi hi home hope uhnnn on No

DT BIG PAPER OBSESSED WITH SMALL ISSUES. DT weeks of front page Boris out Boris parties Conservatives out …now DT is Cummins back to being publicist and promoter. Boring headlines all the while Russia is preparing for WW3 Time for a change of something. I used to enjoy reading DT but it’s becoming a broken record. Keith Brit in Australia

New format. I do not like the new format at all. It is far more difficult to navigate than the predecessor format. The sudoku puzzles are very difficult to complete on an iPad. Sufficiently unhappy that I will be looking to end my subscription.

Telegraph Newspaper. Excellent format. The only one of the newspaper apps that I actually enjoy using. Intuitive and helpful, easy to use and easy to archive or send interesting articles to others. A pleasure to read.

Conversion from the Times. I was with The Times for several years, they changed their App, which simply crashed and refused to work, The Telegraph works 100% so deserves to pick up all ex Times customers. I just hope the Telegraph does not decide to change !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Articles I read are appealing. The Telegraph does an amazing job to cater for a wide readership.

Telegraph. Improving from a fairly low base. Still slow to download although better than was. Irritating that the reader cannot forward selected articles which might be of interest to associates. Does not compare well in this regard to either the Financial Times or The Economist. The content is good and the indexing of subject matter also convenient.

Telegraph. Repeatedly fails to download the latest edition. You have to delete the App and reload. As well when it does rarely deign to favour you with today’s paper , The Times has beaten it by hours.

Let me in. I’m a Telegraph subscriber and I like the content but it has one very annoying fault - trying to access back dated stories. You see online there’s a story by the Telegraph and think ‘id like to read that, and I’m a subscriber, perfect’. But no… When u you on click on said story it asks if youd like to subscribe, and even though it acknowledges I’m logged in, it doesn’t allow access? Ok so I can go to the app and search by subject? Ha! Thwarted again bc there is no search line 🔎. You literally cannot read the story.

Rating 3/20. New app is awful Get rid of it!

Mr. I live in Australia and find that Telegraph on line, provides me with a European perspective that is not available through local papers. I’ve read the Telegraph every time I visit the UK. Many times. I enjoy the in depths reporting and think, only think, as I don’t really know, that I get an objective point of view. The British internal politics are something I’m not fully informed upon but, from a European perspective I feel informed. The current Ukraine crisis is an example. Keep up the good work. Bob May

Great to catch up. However news is a tad old and the quality of writing not as it once was. The writing is still better than most. However I could do better myself so contact me as content, spelling, grammar is not UK TELEGRAPH standard.

Perillup. Great Paper

Impossible to cancel subscription. I joined a subscription online from Australia. There is no way on line, in the app, in the App Store, in my iCloud subscriptions to cancel it. The phone number you provide will not connect from Australia. You do not reply to Facebook messages, there are no other contact details.

Mrs. Maxine de Rozario. I greatly appreciate being able to read Chris Evan’s editorials on various topics. He is insightful and succinct. Well done. Maxine de Rozario

Avoid. Obstructive ads that aren't proportional to regular ad space, hijacks interface and behave like click bait with no ready means to clear them. Pathetic effort really that seems to indicate they spend very little effort in vetting ads to ensure they are user experience friendly instead of frustrating. Your advertising dollars are important but not worth anything if you have no users.

Why 1 star. Nothing to do with the quality of reporting - just the performance of the web page and site

Telegraph. Living a long way away from the UK this app keeps me up to date and is a really good read, clear and easy to use. However it crashes constantly and there are days when i simply cannot access it at all. The Telegraph banner comes up and then it simply drops out. Given that I pay for this by the month it is pretty annoying, as once you miss the newspaper for that day you are hardly going to go back days later when access is restored. When it was free it was actually more reliable. If it weren't such a good read I would have cancelled the subscription.

Managing Director of a business in Australia. Born in Epsom but living for a long time in Australia with my wonderful Australian wife, daughter & grandchildren the Telegraph fills a practical and intellectual link with what really made me. Hard to express really, but the quality of journalism…across many facets of life, especially culture and the obituaries , which puts where we all are into perspective, just makes me more complete and happier.

Works fine. A lot of reviews here mention it crashing but I’ve had no problems since subscribing a week ago - seems to work just fine.

Brilliant app, but it crashes constantly. Please oh please submit an update to fix the issues soon. Deleting and reinstalling fixes the constant freezes, but not for good.

From the antipodes. Keeps me up-to-date with what’s going on in the real world Our publications here are hopelessly Biased so it’s refreshing to get a broad spectrum of views

Dreadful App. Trying to organise subscription and logging on to this app has to be the worst I have ever come across!! Originally my free trial was based on incorrect currency and when tried to change it was informed that I had to use a different login. So duly corrected that and still would not allow me to logon although happy to take my money! Not impressed

It just gets better. I work for about fifty percent in rural Australia and South East Asia. I rely on the UK Telegraph as a primary source of reliable news from outside Australia . Whilst the site was ever so problematic in earlier times , unlike a number of UK based sites I use ; It has continued to problem solve and improve in at a much faster rate. I read the Australian reported news as a way of auditing the reliability of its news and is is always unbiased and accurate. Moreover it is packaged in an easily accessible format .

Review. Since the brexit I lost a bit of interest, European affairs are colourful compared with the constant harping about how Great Britain will become, the paper is more becoming a local than an international one. E.M.Heard.

A ok. Great app Great newspaper

Regular user and pretty content. Been using this app in all it's versions for 18 months now, yes there have been a few glitches and crashes on the way but nothing that a delete and reinstall or even a quick email to support that hasn't fixed. Would like the ability to email articles straight from the app rather than a 'link' and would like to pass onto others some of the great gallery photographs ( yes I know copyright etc etc but just asking!)

Telegraph UK. The newspaper style lay out is brilliant and allows us to read all our favorite sections. The app could benefit from a favorite article button so we could keep certain articles for later perusal.

Rating. You have the best app and your Ukraine pods ast is world class. From sydney

Advertising. I’m not happy about the high level of advertising, especially for Telegraph offers, after I’ve paid the digital subscribers’ subscription.

Heather Herbert. The Telegraph -This is a wonderful way to keep up to date with the real world from the Antipodes. Beautifully written articles, interesting columnists and GREAT interactive puzzles. Thank you very much for the innovation.

Not loading. Latest iPad OS and telegraph for iPad latest version. It will not load on a regular basis. Touch the icon get "the telegraph" page for two min then reverts to regular iPad. This has been happening for about two weeks now. Reinstalled telegraph to no avail. About 1/6 times it might Load correctly. Don't want to keep on paying for this! Cheers. Chris

Needs improvement. Irritating app. Takes too long to download new editions and forgets login details No mechanism to delete individual downloads or restrict downloads to current edition. Design and content is good but because of its deficiencies find myself using the web version of the newspaper.

Good stuff. Mostly the app works well. Shame that much of the content on Sundays is never included but otherwise a reliably good read. The right wing content and "angry of Tonbridge Wells" articles are certainly entertaining

Pros and Cons. I like the Telegraph app but I dont like the fact that I have to go through a couple of steps to change the font size, and then the same again when I want to change it back to how it was. It used to be much quicker and easier to do that.

Truly painful - requires unusual commitment!. 6 months ago the site had eventually become quite stable. Then the problems started again. It still loads much more slowly than other major newspapers and it requires a stronger wifi connection. Maybe once in five it won't load at all. Maybe once every two weeks I have to unload and reload the app. Recently (for a whole month while I was traveling) it required that I subscribe. When I tried to re-subscribe it told me that I had already subscribed. Etc.. Otherwise, the content is OK but somehow seems a bit 'dumbed down'. I have persevered with this Telegraph ipad version, and suffered its consistent abuse, for over a year but I fear that my patience is almost exhausted.

Telegraph app. I like your old format style it was easier to access and I could some articles without a subscription now I can’t take a view of any article written by your editors I will probably will delete this app from device

Subscription. Have a valid Apple Pay subscription but new app keeps saying invalid subscription.

Very expensive. The Journalism is good and well written. A sense of humour prevails. I trust the reports that emanate from the “Torygraph”. Good coverage of events in the UK and around the world. Very little Canadian coverage but that’s perhaps becos nothing much happens here. But it’s costly, and they give nothing away to “regulars” like me, who have been loyal customers for years.

Saves me from the incompetence of Canadian media. Great app. Easy to use, doesn’t crash. Incorporates video and audio well and smoothly. But most important of all its content saves me from the lazy and incompetent reporting we have to otherwise suffer here in Canada.

Sign in?. I’ve paid for a one year subscription. Why do I have to sign in anew every other day?

Where is the March 31st edition?. I don’t like the new format, it’s harder to navigate.

Big Picture Overview. There is power in the written word. There is eloquence in the written word, For words need to be thought about , in the pursuit of their craft , to inform ,to enlighten , and at times simply to provide an opinion of a particular perspective, it is an artistic beauty they do achieve, which I feel in my heart and my soul. The Telegraph provides this written artistic beauty in its craft, and whilst we can all agree that not all the news, and all the words that are written are not about beautiful things, in the world, the way they are presented, the language that is utilized, sends a message into our minds that mere images cannot achieve on a singular basis. The Telegraph stories combined with photographs combines to deliver a truly stellar global news source. I live in Canada and in order to better perceive and understand the peoples of our world and the global events that impact all of us on a daily basis, I choose to include the Telegraph in my select publications for information. Coupled with a New York Times the Telegraph, and a variety of Canadian local news sources , my belief is that I have achieved a more balanced and complete perspective of the world we all live in. I recommend it to one and all.

Crazy price. The price is crazy. There's nothing magic about an "app." Folks, there's a universal app on the iPad, it's called "Safari." Fire it up, and go to the Telegraph's website, where you can get the full version of the Telegraph, 100 times more info, for free.

Going to the source by reading Daily Telegraph. I noticed so many other news publications citing the daily telegraph. I decided to go to the source, and being in North America I get the news from the daily telegraph before the local publications here can cite it. This publication is comprehensive and incisive.

Not the print edition - tortoise startup. Good app but only provides what looks like an abbreviated edition of the Telegraph. Good to read when short on time. App itself is sluggish at start up, freezing (stalling) often. Has failed twice in 3 days to find and list the latest edition. Had to remove and reinstall app to get the current edition. Extras like the Jubilee magazine on Sunday are not available.

Not bad. Love reading conservative papers but really wish the "manage subscription" function worked.

Don't get suckered. The previous version was fine. This new version only works if you buy a subscription. I really regret updating, this is now awful, and I have had to delete it. How do I get the previous version back?

Quality journalism. Balanced with context and perspective, the Telegraph presents a daily depth of both facts and commentary. I also appreciate the Royal coverage.

Day & date out of sync. Monday’s paper is showing the date as Sunday, 5 April. Has been doing this since the update....

Print version. Why don’t you have a version that is a replica of the print version like some other newspapers do ?

BREAKING BAD. After latest "update" paying subscribers are unable to download TODAY'S paper. For nearly a week what is available is "YESTERDAY'S paper. It's as if Basil Fawlty were making an newspaper app! Just checked iTunes & Apple is still billing me $16.09. Every month…for yesterday's paper. This is more than "sharp practice" it borders on fraud! I have uninstalled & re-installed a half dozen times (the telegraph's solution) to no avail. I am not alone apparently thousands are experiencing the same faults being told un-install/install etc. HEADLINE for Telegraph app: "BREAKING BAD" Want YESTERDAY's News and want to pay-for-it --- This is the app for you.

It was a great app.... Now it is in fail mode. Move to trash.

Telegraph review. When your feeling grateful there is no reason to complain. The service of this app is excellent.

Worth having. Live in Canada so the paper keeps us well up to date with what is is happening in Britain. Our other subscription is the Times. The similarities in reporting the news in both papers, leads me to think that your reporters are moonlighting.

Very good but room for improvement. Very good travel section and easy navigation. But, unlike The Guardian, no option to edit homepage and no search function within the app.

Telegraph Interface update. Slick interface that works intuitively. Well designed, simple to navigate and with easily accessible extra content. A joy to use and read.

Greatly improved performance. The content has alway been excellent, however for several months there were frequent problems downloading and the archived editions used excessive storage capacity. The problems appear to now have been resolved and I would now highly recommend this app.

Impartial news and balanced views. It is the most balanced newspaper and the only one I trust.

Always crashing. PLEASE fix this app. I love the telegraph but will cancel my subscription if it keeps crashing.

Nice app. Nice app

Repeatedly crashes. The splash page opens and then crashes. This has only been the case over the past week or so. Prior to that this was a good app. The web site states that this fault was recognized and has been rectified but such is certainly not the case for me. At the moment I would prefer to give zero stars but have given two based on the earlier experience. I would love to be able to give five stars once the crashes have stopped!

Excellent. Anyone who calls this a deception simply failed to read the product description. It tells you up front what the costs will be so there is absolutely no deception here. It is an excellent source of up to the minute news and the price is fair. Anyone who says it should be free simply fails to recognize the fact that, in order to survive, quality media must charge something to cover the work it takes to put an issue together. It does not create itself.

Change in format.. I think it was Friday when our version of the Daily telegraph suddenly changed without warning to something that I find hard to navigate. The most annoying change for me other than the format is the fact that I seem to have lost the ability to check my crossword . If it isn’t broken why fix it?

Daily Telegraph. App will not open, just launches splash page and then crashes. So am unable to comment on it's functionality, as it is it is not very useful.

Great App. Love this newspaper.....Balanced coverage, and covers every aspect and of news, from sports to obituaries. Yes, it's pricey, but we learn that everything British is pricey.

Where do my answers go?. There I am, at the end of my crossword. Do I submit my answers or wait until morning so I can run through them again first? I leave the app snoozing quietly but when I return my crossword is bare. This is hardly a festive update. Please learn how to keep my answers safe while I sleep.

Annoying deception. Be careful: the app is free to download but to actually read an edition you have to make a purchase or buy a subscription. The Telegraph may well be worth paying for, but calling the app free is a bit sneaky.

Dishonest. Pretty much the most expensive daily around. Save that cash. Until paper owner finds reality on price avoid.

Excellent. Quite a god app, combines the benefit of reading one of the best newspapers in the world with a reasonable amount of dynamic content. Unlike some other newspaper apps this one is not over the top trying to be more of a video game than a newspaper. The only thing missing is some way to tap in to their more updated coverage (post printing of the paper) as one can on their website or using their iPhone app. That would make this even better but even as it is it's exceptionally enjoyable and useful. Highly recommended!

Trial Subscription Impossible to Unsubscribe To. If one navigates to one’s account one expects to see the option to unsubscribe. There isn’t one. It merely says to go to their website or the App Store. But neither shows any information for cancelling one’s subscription. And the cheekily, redirects back to their app, where this all began. One can deduce, that the Telegraph makes it difficult because in doing so they want to squeeze a full years subscription out of one, who had not committed to doing so ! There, I’ve just said it. No stars Telegraph !!!!

Easy to read. We got the Telegraph for my 92 year old mother. First tablet, first app. It took a few days but then she loved it. Reads ALL the paper. I like the design and the layout. Navigating is easy. And we have the puzzles.

Good news app. Doesn't indicate if a story is updated or corrected. Doesn't permit you to email stories to friends.

Update helped with subscription but .... ...there are still many bugs that make using this app a bit annoying. - even with Internet connection on, the app constantly alerts the user that the connection is off, even while visually downloading a new issue. So, these alerts are wrong and misleading. - Opening the app will land you on the first issue of the day on which you installed the app, which means that you have to swipe to the right on and on and on and on ... until you reach the current issue. Each time you have to wait until the front page of an issue has downloaded before you can swipe on to the next and so on and so forth. This means, if you installed the app, say, 4 weeks ago, you will have to spend several minutes just swiping before you get to the current issue of the day.

Telegraph weekly. Although I pay for the Telegraph Weekly, I have never been able to actually see it. Now if I could just find a way to stop paying for it.

Frustrated subscriber. Great newspaper; terrible app. Please hire some geeks and FIX this app. asap.

Dr J. Collis. I am constantly amazed at the standard of journalism found in your newspaper. I am particularly impressed by the writing in the sports section. There see m to be less glitches in downloading lately All best Vancouver Canada

Telegraph Review. The app is great. I can sign in using Face ID. It’s instant and hassle free. Shout out to Camilla Tominey and Hannah Furness. My favourite journalists.

a day late. I subscribe from Canada and will not see today’s Daily Telegraph paper until tomorrow. Each day I compare content between your website and iPhone, iPad apps confirming this. How can you accept subscriptions then consistently deliver a day late.? This isn’t rocket science, it wasn’t broke before! Publish your paper once to all outlets, for the entire planet, this is ridiculous. Have emailed for over a month now, zero progress. Great contest sadly unprofessional management.

Not impressed. My last issue ended on the12th of September. It's now the 17th and I'm still waiting for the new issue. Very disappointing.

Was an excellent app, but now demands an unreasonable subscription ree. Newspapers used to have their paper and printing costs payed by subscribers, and earn their profit from advertisements. Now that the paper and printing costs are zero, all news should be entirely paid by ads. Demanding a fee is ridiculous. There are plenty of free news sources on the net. The dinosaurs at the Telegraph are going to go extinct.

Yank1776. There does not appear to be a search function to locate articles by subject, a name, or location.

Quality Reporting. I read a number of newspapers and the Telegraph is the best. The editing is superb and the entire journalist staff is great( Michael Deacon being my favorite).

Search button missing on main page of app. Please add the Search button. It is missing on the main page of the app.

Can’t access new subscription. Signed up for 3 months free, but cannot login or access articles. My bank account was already pinged, but still nothing.

Change is NOT a good thing.. Who on earth thought updating the app to the new version is delusional. Bring back the previous version!

Real news!. Great writing and spot on journalism

Telegraph App. The app is terrific. It makes it so much easier to access The Telegraph.

The Best New source. The Telegraph is the best and honest newspaper in Britain!

Massive step Backwards. The new app is really poor from a user perspective. Added nothing to the last version but look and feel is much worse. Lots of white space which makes it visually unpleasant. Also they took the opportunity to remove a bunch of content - I don’t know why.

Try it, you’ll like it. Great way to monitor developments in the UK - not sensational, but level headed and sweeping in its coverage of news and sports, with commentary, arts etc.

It should be Yesterday’s Telegraph. The site gives yesterday’s newspaper. This is nonsense when I’m 5 hours behind London. Wake up and I see yesterday’s newspaper! Not what I’d expect; not what I need.

Can’t unsubscribe.. As far as I can see my “ trial” subscription cannot be unsubscribed without calling London so now I am paying over $16 a month. What a cheat to make it so difficult. If you believed in the value of your publication you would make unsubscribing easier.

Great app. It’s very easy to find articles that you are looking for. Very efficient

Retrograde Step. The new version is awful has cliches! Why change it when the older version worked perfectly!

Aweful App. This app is horrible. Been a telegraph subscriber for years and when they did an upgrade in March they destroyed the app. Still doesn’t work. Help desk was very responsive with suggested fixes...they get an A for effort. But they get an F for effectiveness. None of the suggestions worked. FRUSTRATED !!!!!!

Impossible to cancel. There are no instructions on how to cancel a subscription. I suppose I will just deny the next transaction that is submitted to my credit card. Evidently they do not want to let me cancel. I have had about enough of this rag for the time being.

Review. I live in Florida USA and read your newspaper every day as my contact not just with the UK but with the world.

Telegraph. UNUSUALLY USER FRIENDLY AND A PLEASURE TO USE RELATIVE TO OThER APPS- very well organised, access to information that is difficult to access otherwise, advertising is appropriate

The Telegraph: UK & World News. Excellent presentation of the news, wide range of topics, easily navigated.

This horrible!! I can’t get today’s newspaper on this app!. This app only provides yesterday paper everyday!

New version. This updated version is dreadful. The old one was just fine. Now the paper doesn’t download properly and I can only get the previous days paper. Particularly when you are paying a lot for a newspaper this bad. Even worse, there help desk is no good at all. Please get this sorted

Gone downhill since last App upgrade. Use this app with a digital subscription but since the last update release it hasn't worked very well when used via an iPhone. If things don’t improve, I will consider cancelling my subscription.

Stick with the old app!. Difficult to navigate. Possibly the worst newspaper interface I’ve tried so far. I hope they keep the old app around. I think the content is great but this app doesn’t allow you to easily access it.

Great App, Quality Journalism, Hit and Miss Angles. Title says it all. Just me, personally, that can’t quite identify with the angle of the paper sometimes.

Excellent source of unbiased news. Zzzz

I can’t search for an article. There is no Royal section, which is the whole reason I have this app. I can’t search to find the articles I’m looking for either. It’s very take it or leave it app. So I am leaving it.

The telegraph. It’s a great newspaper with great Journalism and Great Writers I love The Telegraph

‘Read’ should mean ‘Read’. A great app in general, but why do you have to wait for individual pages to download even once the ‘Read’ icon has appeared? Very irritating and, yes, it still happens on the iPad Pro.

Top notch app. Clearly laid out, great coverage, and no tech problems with app on iPhone phone or iPad.

Search?. Where’s the search function?

Great app. Loving having the Telegraph app

Please fix.

Do NOT Get this Ap. They'll pull a Hotel California and never let you cancel it. Their website is broken at the “cancel” link and they refuse to fix it.

Fails to recognize account. Can’t even get in to the app, despite an existing subscription.

New App mar 20. Old app worked great. New one this month is awful. Doesn’t update editions well and hard to navigate. Likely to cancel subscription as I cannot get it to load easily. Restore the old one please!

Daily Telegraph. Cancelling my subscription because am so fed up with the denigration, day after day after day, of European countries. Xenophobia at its worst. No other British paper does this. (They do it to justify their absolutist defence of Brexit.)

Please fix the iPad app. Every time I open the app and download an edition, the format is wrong. I have to delete the app and reinstall it. Than I can download an edition and it’s properly formatted.

Great ap. Don't change anything...one of the few that have got it right!

Telegraph is interesting. Covers a wide variety of interesting topics with obvious research behind it so that the details and evidence are presented in depth as articles progress without sensationalism.

great newspaper, not so great app. please add the ability to bookmark an article. i would have sent you this comment myself, but your ‘send feedback’ link doesn’t work. huge points deducted for this!! so lazy.

Lousy. We are having a lot of problems, why did you do this when we are all under house arrest? The Hensons

Awful.. Access difficult

Barclays Ads Crashing App. The new Barclays ads cause the app to block. The only way to scroll past them is to kill the app, reopen and go directly to a section past the ad. In todays’s edition (April 23) I’ve already had to kill the app 4 times. Not going to bother reading the rest of today’s edition.

Rip off. You get nothing for your Nine Dollars. Just a come on more expensive apps!

Terrible. As clunky as the Telegraph’s website. In both cases, although I was logged in it was impossible to access my account.

New Format. Sirs: While Still enjoying the content, I find the app’s new format extremely tedious to the point I’ve yet to advance past page 100. Respectfully, John Gialanella Birmingham, Michigan USA

Best balanced view of world events. Quickest way to get an honest view of what’s happening around the globe on a daily basis.

Audio. Audio files for articles would enhance user usability and interface.

Please Fix. App has regressed significantly with this update. Takes 10x time to download vs prior version and is far less easy to navigate. Very poor update and will lead to subscription cancelation unless fixed.

Excellent Journalism. By far the best paper to view via the app
