Flippin ripped ma dude. So i started using this app about a week and a half ago. I DONT work out, last time i really exercised was about 6 years ago when i did middleschool volleyball. In this short time doing both workouts every day, i can already begin to see the sides of my core sticking out and my muffin top is fading. So worth it. I think i skipped one day, but seriously it only takes 10 minutes out of your day minimum.
Ab workouts amazing. How awesome found an app to help me work out and still have time to complete my school work and office work .
Cool Beans. Been using this app for 2 days and got out of bed this morning and I felt great. I just wish you didn’t have to pay for the good workouts.
Great for fast work outs. I was very satisfied with this app and the additional apps that are from this branch. They are great for toning and losing that extra few percentage of body fat. The only thing I did not like was that you had to pay for the really good workouts. I didn’t look at the price but I’m not interested in buying something that I can find for free on the Internet. I also like how you can let them send you notifications so you won’t forget to do your workouts. Overall is a great app and his helped me lose an extra pound and hone my stomach.

Review. First time working out my abs since high school. I’m 46 by the way. I like how it starts you off at a nice and intermediate ab workout. I like the challenges that are brought to the table. Their st the perfect execution level for me. I can keep on doing this.
Best. Simple.. I used to have this app back when it first came out and remember how perfectly it let me sculpt out my abdominals. Been a long time since then, looking to build those back I remembered this app, and was hoping that they hadn’t changed it to be all ridiculous & over complicated with necessary plans etc.. To my delight it was very similar to how I remember it being. Just timed out exercise, with example of ‘good form’ for each exercise. Perfect. Simple always works best, and will always be easiest to stick to. 5 stars then. Still 5 stars.
Best app out there. so i downloaded this app 3 years ago, when i decided that i wanted to start working out. multiple series of exercises with your choice of 5,8 or 10 minutes. these exercises are perfect and i guarantee you, that you’ll see big changes after a month or so

An app that ACTUALLY works!. I downloaded this app after seeing all the good reviews people had wrote about it thinking it was just a regular fitness app that would require a subscription once you downloaded it, but I was happy to see they provide you with MULTIPLE videos for either 5, 8, or 10 minutes and all for free! Sure, you may not walk out of the room with a six pack after one workout but I guarantee you that after a month you’ll be seeing more muscle in your stomach than you would’ve made just sitting on your bed watching Netflix. Great job on this extremely helpful app!
Best ab workout. I’ve always done ab work on my own and at the gym on machines but never have I felt the burn and intensity like this! Just doing the 5 minute workout is a challenge. I can’t wait to see the results because I just started.
Can you feel the burn. Even on the lowest workout, if you do the exercises correctly you will feel the burn. Having been using this for several months and it burns every time.

Amazing!. I love this app. I lost 3 pounds in 6 days! I’m not kidding! All the other exercise apps only made me gain weight but on this one I lost 3 pounds in 6 days and I’ve done it for 2 more days and I haven’t checked my weight yet but I’m sure I lost at least 0.5 pounds! Get it now!!!. If you want great abs this is the only app you need. I have downloaded so many fitness abs but this is the standout and the only one I use on a regular basis because it is just so easy to follow. I went from having cellulite on my stomach to abs that people are jealous of - in a really short space of time. It really does work. Some people complained about no pause button but once you have done it a couple of times you will not need a pause, your body will respond really quickly and become so much stronger. Just get it now - you will be so happy with the results.

The Best Fitness App. Simple but amazing. Before downloading this app I already had a six pack but after doing this routine at least once a day my abs have become more fierce. Hurts every time you complete this workout but well worth it. Very easy to follow and learn how to do the exercises.

Hidden cost. Great app but be very careful. It links to gaming sites and if your phone company is set to allow you to purchase 3rd party games you can very easily accidentally click something and end up with a weekly charge of round $6 on your phone account. Cost me round $50 before I could stop it

Worth downloading!!. The timer is really good motivation, and I like that you can listen to music while watching it. The music softens a bit when the girl talks. Crashing. I really like this app for a quick workout before work but I think there may be memory issue loading the animations. Sometimes it will crash will trying to load them.

Not bad.... Very simple to use, but the exercises get a little repetitive and boring. Good for the person who needs a quick ab-lift.

Too much advertising. Make it stop or put a check box on our gear page , if we can shut of the bell we should be able to shut down the crappie advertising. I'm thinking of changing apps . Issue with Ads. The pop up ads sometime interfere with the iPad. I have to turn it off to clear them as the cancel button takes you to another ad. I enjoy the app but the ads are a problem.

Great Ab Workout app. I watched and thought E-A-S-Y. So, I started with the 10 minute routine. NOT as easy as it looks and I'm not in as good of shape as I thought. The app gives you three timed periods to choose from - 5, 7.5 and 10 minutes and automatically adjusts each routine so your entire Ab workout will it in that time space. Each exercise is easy to follow and is specific to the abs. Even if this was a paid app (it's free) it would be worth the money. I can only hope his other workout apps are as good as this.

fABulous!. Great app for those looking to improve their abs/ get a six pack. I had minor definition in my abs before. Now, you won't believe this but I'll say I do have an abnormally quick metabolism and low body fat, but it got me a cut up six pack and at one point I was working my abs so hard I had an eight pack. My results can't be expected by most, but if you use this app a lot and progress to do a lot of reps (like 30 reps of each exercise in a workout), I guarantee you'll see results
I HATE THIS APP!! (It's AWESOME!!). The woman is obviously a sadist who has tapped into my phone's camera and is laughing maniacally at my feeble attempt at doing crunches. Seriously, though, it's a great app, the video shows you proper technique and the voice lets you know when to change over. Great variety of exercises, even in the free version. I'm ready to upgrade now, after using it for a month I can see results and it's leading to some great positive changes in my life. Keep doing it, set the reminders, start with 5 minutes, focus on technique, do what she's doing even if you can only do 1 or 2 of each exercise at a time, just keep it up every day.
Love it!. Really wonderful app for all skill levels, and free! I was impressed that videos of how the exercises are meant to be performed play during the workout. I don't really need to customize the order/length of exercises at this point because I get a really good full abs workout just with the basics. Once I get to the point where the free levels don't challenge me, then I will have no doubts whatsoever about upgrading! I would recommend this app to anyone who wants a solid yet quick full abs workout.

Amazing to a point.. This workout was absolutely amazing. Im 14 and i had a six pack in 2-3 weeks. But not a "rockhard" or "washboard" six pack. A lot of ppl i know are impressed and think im "ripped" when it was really so easy. The only reason its not 5 stars is after about 2 months of doing it when u already have a lot of muscel and are used to it the workout becomes Monotonous, and ineffective. Sure it maintains what i already have but i cant get any better. In my honest opinion if u added a difficulty setting that didnt just change the time like how to do weighted crunches it would be great
Pretty Good. I've been exercising and doing ab workouts for years but, if something is free I'll give it a try. This is a good beginners routine and, if one does it consistently, it should provide some results. Once you get used to this routine, you should then try some of the more challenging ab exercises out there, or increase your reps. I do 25 reps of each of the exercises to the video's 15. Also, try holding the plank longer, until you just can't stand it! ;-) IFitness also has a good ab routine. However, you do pay for it so, it's only worth it if you want to get more serious about your workouts.
There went my excuses.... This app is terrific! The planning is done for me, so my over-planning excuse is gone. Various workout times, starting with 5 minutes, so no more "I don't have time excuse." The iPad means that I can do it anywhere, any time of the day--no more "can't get to the gym today." the counting is done by the app, so no "fudging" the stopwatch time. Guess I'm finally going to have to get serious about the abs.
Burnin'. This app is so great for a wicked quick ab workout. I feel the burn each time I complete the 10 minute session. I will always turn to this app on my off workout days. It makes you feel like you still accomplished something, with your body, during the day. Love it and it's FREE. I don't really care about the other workouts. If you do then this might not be for you.
Results right away!. This app got great reviews so I thought I should try it and I am so glad I did! I do this at the gym after I do an hour on the machines. I needed something to work out certain areas. I saw results right away with my abs. I couldn't believe it because the workouts are so simple! Recommend this for people starting out or just want a good quick workout.
It works!!. I've downloaded so many workout apps and this is the only app I kept and I absolutely love it! I choose the 10 minute workout and believe me they make you sweat and your abs feeling good! The workout isn't hard at all and I like how at the end of each session they give you a big cheer haha! So does this app help get you abs? The answer is YES! I've been using this app for a month and I already see results!!!! Give this app a try you won't regret it!!
ABB workout. I like this workout. It works for me, keeps my gut in shape. I also like the fact that the instructor isn't shouting at you and there is not a lot of unnecessary noise in the background sometimes referred to as music. At 70+ years of age I just want a quite workout that really does what it is supposed to do. This one does that for me. When I want a good workout I do this then other exercise and repeat another 10 minutes of this. I highly recommend this routine.

Lower or Upper Abs - Section. Hello! I would like to thank the creators as this little app is great! :-) I just wanted to make 2 suggestions: First, if an option/section could be added to choose either lower or upper ab exercises. Currently, my main focus is my lower abs, and it would be great to only do a variety of lower ab exercises. Second, if a forward and back button could also be added that would be great as well. Luv this app. This ab workout is just right for me. The variety of exercises and ability to pause or restart are great. I also like the update that now gives you a little extra time to get ready before the next exercise begins. The plank at the end is really challenging, but well worth it. I don't hear the music that a few other reviewers mentioned so maybe I need to see if I've somehow turned it off.
Great Start for the Day. starting my day with this app has helped improve several things in my life. this app has made my ab workout simple and fun, which means I do it everyday. before, I HATED doing abs to the point I DIDN'T do them and had weak core muscles - I had no idea how much our bodies and activities depend on our core muscles (maybe that's why they are called "core"?) I'm 47, have a sedentary desk job but stay physically active with sports, cardio, and light weights. prior to this app I (literally) NEVER did abs. since I've started with this app 4 months ago, I've been doing abs an average of 5 days a week and the following are where I've seen dramatic improvement: softball: hit farther, fewer errors (ss) golf: (I'm high avg) hit more consistently with less effort lower back pain: GONE sex: let's just say she encourages me to do abs now. posture: I "grew" 1.5" and show more confidence. weight: lost 5 lbs and 2% body fat. (with the only change of adding abs and stretching) the list goes on, but all I can say is, this is app is complete, simple, fun, yet still challenging enough to make a difference. if you don't try the free version, then just go grab a box of Oreos, sit on the couch and watch sitcoms for the rest of your life. then watch the rest of us enjoy life as it passes you by. thank you developers and trainers for making a difference in this growingly obese world.
Very happy. I've been using a series of the daily workouts every day for almost a month and I am noticing a change in my body. I haven't lost any weight (I haven't made any changes to my diet...still eating whatever whenever) but I do look a lot leaner...I'm even starting to see abs! Most days I only workout 5 minutes but I hope to build up to at least 10 ,minutes every day. Along with dieting. Longest period of time I've worked out and I'm loving it!
Very good. I can already tell that this ab workout app is good! I checked it out yesterday, I didn't even do the full 30 secs of each workout cause I was still getting a feel for it and watching the demonstrator but I can feel a slight ache in my stomach which tells me that if I actually do this often, the correct way, and for the right amount of time- I am going to definitely see results!! I will stick with it!! Thank you!! (I have the free version BTW)
Perfect for me..... Great for someone looking for a quick exercise to do every day! I'm not overweight but I want to feel fit and loose my belly after 2 kids. This app was great for me, it has great work out routines for the specific part of ur body you want to work on, the videos make it much easier to follow. You can also pick different timers, 5, 8, 10 min. Quick & easy, I feel more willing to do it and fit it into my day! Thank you so much! I love it!
Awsome App!!!!. I love this app!!! Does it really matter what the graphics are? It shows you what to do and works great! After every workout I can really feel my abs tighten. I also agree with some others here that there should be a little longer transition time between workouts to make sure you are in the proper position before it starts, also I feel that there should be more work outs on here so it can continue to progress the abs. Over all I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APP!

Who knew???. Either I'm really out of shape or this app gives you an amazing (easy to follow) ab workout in just a few minutes! Its perfect for travel, days around the house, and sneaking in a quick workout at the office during your break. And who couldn't talk themselves into 5-10 minutes a day? I used to be a gymnast, and this app reminds me of those days. Who needs a gym when you can use just your body as effectively?
Right spots. Right before I met my husband I made a decision to lose twenty lbs because I was single even though everyone said my weight was proportionate. I went from almost 160 to 135 in a few months. Recently I showed an old picture to my husband and it turns out he likes the meat on a woman, but my concern was i wouldn't be proportionate again and if I put some weight back on it would all go to my belly, however this routine works great! My stomach stays flat while the fat distributes to key places. I was hurting the first few days but it works great AND it's only five minutes a day, who doesn't have at least five minutes to keep up with this?
What I need FINALLY. Being out of shape has been a big problem for me in the past 3-4 years. Most of my body fat is in my stomach, and burning it has always been a goal of mine, yet I didn't know exactly how to do it. This app is simple-to-use, shows what to do, and is a great way to burn some fat. I love it, and I hope you will get it and enjoy it also!
AMAZING app. I've been so fortunate to have this app!!! Very productive and worth getting app! I believe everyone should have this! My abs have gotten back in shape very quick! A few things that ill say I love about this app is, the videos and description while you workout to make sure you are doing the exercise the correct way. Also the reminder to help you workout everyday! And last the fact that it is short but VERY efficient workout!! Doing this once or twice a day is great!
Great little app!. Does exactly what it says, a quick workout that really works your abs good. The inclusion of vidoes demonstrating each exercise in the newest version of this app makes it even better. A simple informative no nonsense app. One thing I would like to see is perhaps the option to have the countdown spoken out loud, or at least for the last 10 seconds of it or so, that way we know how much longer we have left.

BEST WORKOUT APP FOR HOME. When I first downloaded this app I thought two things: 1) this looks too simple and easy and 2) she's already skinny so it probably doesn't work... I tried the 5mins workout my first day during the morning and night, honestly, I only felt the burn during the workout... When I woke up the next morning I could literally feel the burn just from leaning up or bending over... Not to mention picking my 2yrs daughter up... I actually had to skip a day... This is my 2nd day and I felt the burn before, during and after...
My Favorite. I've tried a few ab workout apps but they've never helped much, I've always been looking for a quick workout that will make my core feel like it actually worked out, this app does that, afterwards I feel great. I love the burning soreness this app gives me after a workout. I ab-solutely (see what I did there?) love this app, will definitely be investing in the full version soon.
Simple + straightforward. You hit play and you begin. The gentle music and quick flow from one exercise to the next makes it easy and fluid, and you aren't left doing the same exercise for too long. You can pause or "rewind" each exercise if necessary. The only cons are the quick exchange from one pose to the next but once you do it a couple times you learn the routine and this is part of what helps with the flow. And as I said before you can always pause or rewind to get into position. Lovely app.
Great ab workout. These are good, not too difficult exercises that will leave you feeling the burn. My recommendations to the app developers are that they give you verbal notice that you have 5 seconds left, about 5-10 more seconds between exercises, and then a verbal ready, set, go. That would give users an opportunity to transition to new exercises without having to fumble with their phones (the device I'm using) without missing any reps.

I'm trying them all.... I am trying all five of these apps to decide if I will stick with them and buy the main versions. After two ab workouts so far, I'm reeeeally feeling it!! I wish I had just a wee bit more prep time between exercises, and perhaps a little verbal cue now and then on what to look for when working out (for example, "Pull in that belly" or "Exhale on the way up" or "Keep that back flat" etc. -- things a personal trainer might comment on during a session). I plan on keeping with this program so far. Most workouts, especially this ab one, don't require extra equipment like hand weights or chairs, which is a huge plus for me in my tiny apartment. Looking forward to more workouts!
high school xc runner. I started this past season off with a really big jump in speed, but over the summer my coach saw a lot of potential, however he realized that I had poor running form and notified me. I started doing stuff myself but nothing really was working. I eventually searched for a good app and this one looked promising. And sure enough after about 2 weeks of doing this(no more than once a day) my coach saw a lot of improvement in my running form saying I had good posture to get good breathing and I looked a lot stronger while cranking up the miles. I recommend this and all other apps by Daniel Miller.
Love it!. This is such a great app! The fact that can do as little as 5 minutes is perfect for me! I take breaks throughout my day and do these little workouts ( I have all 5 free apps ) I can feel my muscles working, and it makes the whole process of getting a workout so much easier and so much more appealing, by breaking it into small pieces. Fantastic app! I will buy the paid apps once I build up my strength! Great job!

What I love about is app is That on my Apple Watch & my iphone I get notifications. I can even set the time that I want my notifications & reminders! Amazing!! A must have!!. Im 13 and I was just looking for a way to easily get a flat stomach, and trust me, this works. I've only used it for 2 days and I can already see results with my stomach thinning down and muscle building up. you can really feel the burn, which means its working! I love how they show an example and have written instructions to show how exactly to do the exercise. you can play music in the background, and there are different timed workouts. I can't wait to see results after a week! this app is changing my life! 5 stars!
Ab workout. I love it! I have been doing it for a while and now I have good, solid abs! I think this workout is worth it if you put the time and effort into it. I do it every night before I go to bed, sometimes I don't want to but I pick myself up and pull through! All you need is five to ten minutes a day and you will love the results. Awesome. You can play your own background music. Muscles DO NOT need 48 hours of rest, as a previous comment said. Muscle builds during the resting phase, which is when you're not working out. You just need to vary the exercises you do, i.e. muscle confusion... Perfect quick burn workout. Obviously not meant to produce a six pack. This is for toning and shaping... And does an excellent job. Could use a pause feature. Your background music quiets slightly so you can hear the next exercise announced. Really like this app. Thanks Daniel for the great freebee! Also, works perfectly on iPod Touch4, for those concerned.
So great!!. I've tried so many different apps but this one is by far the best. I have such bad belly fat and it makes me sick to my stomach (no pun intended) just looking at myself in the mirror. After a couple of weeks I no longer felt like I needed to cry at night or dread looking in the mirror. I am proud to look at my abs now! So if you're self conscious about your stomach like I was download this app. It's not an exaggeration that it totally changed my life for the better !!!!
No Exaggeration Needed. I'm not a person to just give out a five star rating so easily. This deserves it. I've used it three times and I feel the burn and see little results already. If you keep on to three times you'll realize the burn is a good thing and should get used to it. I'm going to try it twice a day and will post another review with results of that. Can't wait to see them! I feel great! P.S. it makes you want to never eat junk food again. It's a good feeling. Your abs, no matter how hidden, feel the burn and feel sooo tight afterwards. ;)

Amazing workout!. This workout is brutal. I do it 3 times a week. I'm not sure why daily is necessary. The only improvement I'd make is for a button to go back to the home screen once the workout has started. It's a small hassle to have to exit the app if I want to restart the workout. Thanks for making this free app! Although I do curse the developer half way through this routine :D
Abs. This ab workout is perfect for those of us who want a quick 10 minute fix. I did this quickly before dinner, and I plan on doing it at my lunch break. The exercise were basic and 1 minute long each which I found to be great. I really think if I continue with this app my abs will start to have a turn around. I am a happy customer!
Kinda ridiculous.... I downloaded this app just to comment on why it's name alone is bad. First off all muscles need 42 hours of rest before you can work them out again. So this means this isn't a daily ab workout because it won't give you great results. I would also like to say that it isn't terrible. It has some great beginner Workouts. If you need a place to learn different ab workouts well this is a good start. Of they change the name then I would give them a 4 but I doubt that they would do that so it stays at a 2.
