Reading is fundamental!!!. All in all... this here is a very cool app to have, if your like others and get tired of seeing the same background all the time, then is for you. It's very clear to read that it says "3rd generation" iPods people. Only higher devices work with this app.

Where is my update?. I’m waiting!

It works, people!. It still surprises me how many people don't READ. All this app does is create an image in the camera roll, and it does that PERFECTLY. You then have to set it as the background yourself. This works on the 3gs, and 4g iPhone and 32GB and 64GB iTouch ONLY. The other devices can only set them as the lockscreen image.

Does what it says.. I didn't have any problems with this app. It does what it says it will do. Makes my iPT look great. Only wish would be that the app would automatically set the wallpaper as soon as you save it. Is it the most fantastic thing since the invention of the iPT? Not really. Does it do what it says it will? Yes. If you're into these kinds of creativity apps this one's for you. Price is reasonable for 99 cents though I probably wouldn't pay more for it.

Pretty useful. This app is mostly useful for turning landscapes into portraits so they can fit on a smart device without re-sizing. The only critique I would say is that it would be better if the images could be panned before edited so you could centralize the photo for home screen. Other than that, pretty useful app.

No update. No update on the app after I paid for it

A bunch of whiners. This app does exactly what it says it does. You CAN upload your own pictures too. It tells how to this in plain English.

It seems fine. It's a great app, unfortunately I have the latest ipod and I can't change the home screen background. Not their fault though.

GREAT APP A+++++. This is the coolest background app I have ever found, I love how you can take you own pics and add neon effects to them. I've read a lot of bad reviews saying it doesn't work for them but it works fine for me. I have an iPhone 4 and can set background pics on it, if you have an iPhone 4 this is a MUST HAVE APP!!!!!

Glow backgrounds. I absolutely LOVE this app!! There's so many combinations to do and so many ways to customize it. The 2nd I got this app, I was scrolling through the choices 4 the backgrounds and it would take a life time 2 do all the possible combos. Plzz get the app!!!

Great App!!!. This is a great app that does exactly what it says. anyone complaining about how it doesn't actually make your apps glow is ignorant. I'd love to see additional patterns. A+

Great Concept, MISLEADING.. Very disappointed. This app isn't optimized for iPhone 4. The icon looks like crap, the app doesn't support the iPhone 4's beautiful retina screen, and on top that when you finally create a background, it's 480x320. NOT 960x640. #FAIL Please update this app, don't make claims that it's designed to support the iPhone 4, and don't have the retina screen in mind...

Nice Backgrounds. I've changed my cell phone cover multiple times and this program always has a nice background to match my new cover. It's easy to use. I'm happy with it.

It does what it says. I can't fault an app that does what it says. Would not buy it had I seen it first, BUT that is my opinion and in no way reflects on the app itself. It does what it says.

Very nice for a customized home screen. This app lets you easily produce customized background images for your home screen. It gives you a wide assortment of colors, background patterns and glow features to choose from. It's very simple to use and creates cool-looking background pics.

Love it. If u read the thing at the top it tells u that it only work on certain iPod/iPhones! Read ppl before u buy! I personally love it, it's awesome

You guys are stupid!. You have to have at an ipod touch 4, iphone, iphone 4, or ipod to use this app for your home screen wallpaper. The people that make this app gave you fair warning!

All y'all r wrong. For all you ppl that keep telling everyone to read that it works on stats. The stats r wrong u ignorant ppl. It DOES NOT. Work on 3G or 3Gs with the 4.1 update. ONLY the iPhone 4. U can set lock screen background on 3G but not the homescreen background. THAT IS ONLY ON THE 4G iPhones. Get ur facts straight befor u try to tell other ppl there stupid. iPhone 3G with any of the apple updates will NOT LET U Set the app background and color. If u know anything about iPhones that's only on 4g phones

Pretty neat and simple to use. I really like this app, it gives you the ability to make your icons look more custom. This app also helps you orgranize your icons without having to put them into groups. I like having pretty icons out in the open instead of having them hidden in groups but it gets pretty unorgranized so this app really makes it easier to group icons freely without having them hidden into a tiny group icon. App is very easy to use too.

Awesome (:. This app is pretty neat. It does what it says it does. And you people with complaints, you should probably read ALL of the description... Not to mention it's not the app's fault if you can't set it to your home screen. You should know before you buy it... It's pretty obvious...

Rip Off. This app is a rip off!!! Beware!!!!

A very efficient app. I think it is awesome, but I think that you should make it to where you can choose from any possible color in the spectrum. With the crosshairs and you can adjust brightness and darkness of your colors, making it more customizable. Also, it would be cool to be able to make different shelves on each pattern a different color if desired.

App. Is very cool and u can customize every thing like background, icon squares that go around it, and u can change those shapes too! :) Worth it! just download wallpaper to import pics cause the ones it come with are whack

Bad. This app is....ok. I mean it's cool an stuff but it doesn't have many options. It's has great potenial to be an awesome app tho. The glowing idea is pretty cool. But the pics they give you as a base aren't that good. I wish I didn't pay for it; I wish it was free... I want to delete it!! If ur thinking of buying this app.... It's just plain and simple.. DON'T!!!

It doesnt work after i save the photo. My Ipod Touch is 32gb and it has the 4.0.2 version. After I save my photo from this application, it tells me to go to my wallpapers in the settings and then it says click the photo and it will say set as homescreen,it doesnt say that.

Awesome. Awesome app helps u customize your itouch or iPhone but read the requirements and make sure u have a 32gb or a 64gb if your going to get this I'd say get it it's definitely worth the dollarwesome app

Glow backgrounds. The backgrounds that are available are ok but could use a seriously larger selection. I give this 4 stars until there is a larger selection of backgrounds. Keep adding more backgrounds please.

iPod touch 3G. I just got this app and it work on my iPod, don't see why (if you have the required system) so many of you seem to have issues. Would be better with a few more options but it is and does what it claims.

Really cool!!. This app is awesome, looks really cool. This app only works on the new iPod touch which actually has a home screen background. I don't know why you guys are complaining it says that in the description.

I cant get it to work. I save it then i go to Settings, Wallpaper, Camera Roll, then hit set. When i go back to where it shows the icons nothing has changed. the only thing it did was set it as the first thing that pops up when i go to unlock my iTouch. HELP PLEASE

Amazing. Does just what it says. Do not listen to anyone that says it does not work as they did not read the requirements. I have a third generation 32 gig ipod touch fully updated and i love my new background that looks like shelves.

It's fine. It gives you the initial options advertised. It seems like a photo manager with images optimized for iPhone 4 screen and size, lets you save them or buy more, and tells you how to manage your wallpaper.

Has 5 star potential..... This is a great app for the price. But I would love to see more backgrounds added. Especially backgrounds that are meant to be homescreen backgrounds. Simple textured backgrounds, different themes and such. Also the ability to import your own photos would be great!!

RIP OFF!!. DON'T DO IT - paid is same as free. PLUS the icons don't match up with the home wallpaper grid.

Ehhh. Great idea and it looks pretty unique but there desperately needs to be more customization options. Way more backgrounds and definitely some more creative "line patterns." Some ideas: ability to edit thickness of "lines," more backgrounds to work with (some are useless) The app definitely has potential though.

Actually Very Good. This App Is actually good despite the many bad reviews. And Most of them are because people didnt read the requirements. READ THE REQUIREMENTS CAREFULLY PEOPLE!!! And no it does not need to be jailbroken in order for it to work. Works on my I Touch no problem. Itouch 32 Gb 3rd Gen Newest version 4.02

Great stuff.... Works fine on the 3GS even though some reviews claim it doesn't. All it does is overlay glowing patterns onto any wallpaper you have. Simple, but cool. The 'app' glow squares are excellent...adds a dimension to folders...when you open a folder the contents of the other apps and folders are a little more visible in the neon glow outline. Cheap and worth it.

Needs update. This needs to be updated for generation 6. Custom wall papers get stretched and it's the wrong resolution

Glow background. It is worth the money and it is awesome and it is amazing and you can even make your on if you want too. If you do not get the amazing glow background you are MADD to not get it. It is worth the money it rocks !!

Glow BackGrounds. Chloe is nine years old, and she just bought an iPad. For her birthday but she has been using it a lot, So there's so much apps that she has now. She'll set down with me playing around like crazy, She showed me this app called "Glow Background" when I found Out that they have a lot of cool stuff. I buy it that fast so it's awesome I'm loving it "I love Glow BackGrounds" You Rock!! :)

Pretty Good. It's a pretty good app and does what it says. The only thing I can think of that it needs is more glow patterns that fit the lockscreen and background. Maybe a color maker for glow too. ***

Yes, it works as advertised. Meet the requirement needed for ur device & then only install this application. It works as advertised with no problems at all. I gave three stars because I couldn't get the concept of glowing the icons, I didn't like the looks of my device's background after I set this as my homescreen. I am running this app. on my iPod touch 3rd gen. 64 gb with ios 4.0.2. (for those who r complaining of not having camera roll options, just click on saved photos instead of camera roll).

Very cool. This app is pretty cool. I like creating my own backgrounds. It can be a little time consuming to line it up just right on the app screen but it's a really good app.

Could be better. Some of the backgrounds it comes with are neat. Too bad you have to pick a background pattern from a scroll list, then a color as well. And you cannot use 2 different colors either.

I like it but..... ....I rarely use it and why couldn't u kept the old AND the new backrounds? I don't think it'd be that hard... Mr C. Not bad- clever design, saves images as photos once your done. Icons fit into the patterns you make. Lots of options, doesn't change the stock icon itself though.

Read required technology. This is so stupid yea I'm a kid and I didn't really feel like buying a 32gb that's 300$ (something like that maybe more) so I have a 180$ iPod and of course I just skimmed through the info and the types of technalogy you need is way down at the bottom so plz read all the requirements before you buy this app please!!!!!!!!

Cool!. I have a 8gb ipod touch 4th generation and it works perfectly fine. i love how the square boxes "glow" in the background! sooo cool! now my home screen looks cool and personalized to my style

Ehhhh. It's fun for a little bit then gets a bit boring... They should add a color wheel to chose from and have a way to chose how many app blocks there are on some patterns...

Needs more options. It's alright. Works greats on iPhone 4. Needs more patterns. Limited options really. Look elsewhere because this won't make your icons glow but instead it creates a background image

Great until. This app was great clear up until the removed the option to not have a pattern over the picture. The wallpapers are great. But the patterns just don't always look good in a certain situation.

Cool App. Fun to do different backgrounds but needs better backgrounds. More full screen backgrounds has too many edge backgrounds. The backgrounds don't glow just the patterns, so a little misleading. But still fun.
