Its useful and the strobe is FUN. I downloaded years ago before the flashlight was added to the iOS pack, but still use. The strobe is perfect for my kids when they dance party.

Review. This is a great app!!! I have used this it on every Apple device I have ever owned. I use it in the mornings when I get up. Once I had a flat tire at night and used this app as my light to change the tire. My other light app to me has to much going on. This one is simple and to the point nothing fancy but it's wonderful for me and what I use it for.

The only flashlight app I use. This app is one of my most used apps on my phone. The strobe is why I downloaded this app in the first place, but I've since used this app for getting around my house in the dark, and to add some effects while listening to music. White bright screen. It would be perfect if only the screen Wasn’t white and glaring into your eyes because in the dark you can only see the brightest thing close to you so when you’re shining the flashlight to see something in front of you, you also have the screen glaring back at you not a good design

Nanner. This is the best light ever I use it all the time my grandiose are always getting stickers and this light is great for things like that awesome .

iPhone flashlight. This is SO convenient! I use it all the time. I live in the beautiful high desert in AZ in a rural area. Our county is a “dark sky” county. We have no street lights and it’s mandatory that all outside lighting be facing down. On moonless nights the stars are marvelous, but if it’s cloudy, it’s just deeply dark and a tad scary outside. So many local predators are night hunters: mountain lions, javalina, scorpions, countless snakes, reptiles and the occasional rude misogynist human male, not to mention the countless cacti and hostile spiked greenery which seem to jump out and brush against a night-blinded human resulting in countless thistles, thorns and prickles embedded into tender flesh. I have made this app convenient; I don’t even have to unlock my phone to get access to my light. So, thank you, dear computer folks, for creating this app.

Last light you'll need. I am pretty particular with my flashlights and this one is the brightest I have found for an iphone. Very quick and bright!

Best strobe light in the App Store!. I've been downloading several apps, specifically for a very good strobe light and this is the best one I could find. It is very ascetically pleasing and it also is crazy super fast if you want it. It also does burst of flashes instead of going on for a second and then off for a second. It waits a second and then flashes quickly. It also has a SOS flasher, control the power of the light, and other themes. This app also opens up the fastest.

The best. This torch light has come in handy for all sorts of things. Like looking under the bed, under the refrigerator, trying to get something out of my eye. Finding my way in the dark in unfamiliar places. Easy to use. I love it. Thank you!!

Torchlight. Love it . I have used it often whether during a thunderstorm or snow and ice it always comes in handy

Stopped working correctly. Worked like a champ on iPhone 10 but since getting an iPhone 11, the app only works for a few seconds and then shuts off until the app is closed and restarted, after which it again shuts off after a few seconds.

POS!. I thought this was a cool app until I needed it. That made it an obstruction to me and greater pain. I deleted it and use the built in (iPhone 6+) flashlight instead, which loads faster anyway. I hurt my back and could barely move but had to get something while getting shooting pain for every movement. It was dark so I was depending on flashlight to find and retrieve what I needed. The flashlight turned off and showed me commercials every 3 seconds. Every second I was on the floor was excruciating and prolonged as I had to clear the stupid googoo ad over and over. My phone and I both were thrilled to BE RID OF iTORCH!!

Wanted a strobe, found one. Even though a flashlight is now standard with the new iOS, I was looking for a good strobe light. This one is awesome. It uses the LED light and not only is it a standard flashlight, you can dial up the speed of the strobe. And it's hella fast.

You only got an annoying app or App that isn’t working then check ITorch out. Not happy with other apps find ITorch awesome books need light reading stuff too etc was useful for my Vehicles also. I used it should use more to get in and out the house at night. Lots of light. Should use in an aspect like a tiny amount of life from your battery.

The Torch App. Extremely good to have in many dimly lit restaurants when we are trying to read the menu. Good wherever you need a portable light source, in the car at night.

Dimmest level too bright. I was looking for an app that would let me use the iPhone led flashlight at a dimmer level. This definitely does that, but not as well as I hoped. The dimmest level is still too bright! Why not modify the dimmer range from off to full on? Then you could dial in the exact brightness desired. In any case, the strobe function is cool and saves this review from a one star as opposed to the two star that I gave it.

Must have....... This app is used constantly! I have little ones so I use it as a night light. I use it as a flashlight when trying to find lost items in dark spaces. Just upload it already!

Saved our lives.. My girlfriend, her family and I were all stuck out on a boat in the middle of Pyramid lake in Nevada. The steering went out first and then the engine. Pyramid is known for the big waves when the wind picks up. Luckily we had phone service and were able to contact the search and rescue. By the time the search and rescue came out on the highway, it was dark and we could see their lights. I used the Itorch and the search and rescue were able to locate us from the highway and then find their way over to us. When they arrived to our boat the officers said that the strobe light helped them out a ton.

Cool app, but it has some issues. My #1 pet peeve with this app is when i open it, and im trying to direct the light beam in a certain way, and my hand or finger accidentally touches the screen and causes the light to shut off or do something that i did not want it to do, how annoying!! When the app is active, i should be able to press the power button to close the screen and NOT close the app. Just sayin...

The Torch. This app is easy to use and produces a very bright light to use while searching for anything in the dark. I use it just about every day and would highly recommend this app download to anyone!

love this App. How often can you not swipe up the tool box on your Iphone to access the inbuilt IOS Torch. Now you have a great adjustable torch on your home screen.

Literally brilliant. I can't imagine how this could be improved. It's reliable, bright and a fundamental app to have at your fingertips. I keep finding new reasons to use it, from finding the keyhole or the right key to checking out the fencer's labours, when returning home after dark, and wonder how I ever did without it.

Please fix/update this app!. After I wrote a very critical review of the iTorch Pro yesterday I thought I may have been a bit harsh but now that I'm having the same difficulties with the free app I'm beginning to think it was justified. I do not play with this app like it's a toy - I NEED it to help me see in the dark. Other than powering off completely (time consuming) I have to use the flash on the camera to get it to work. Please fix this app.

re : Light Torch Application. I have found this smart app to be one of the better torch software applications. For iPhone. Brightness levels could be increased also. A brightness increase would also be good when using this IPhone 12Pro Max in very dark rural areas guys ..

Torch. It is very easy to use. We don't need to carry a torch light. These days everyone carry iPhone. Whenever you need can easily use. After work night time come from work, open the front door in the dark is very hard, but now easily touch and get bright light. Get your life easy.

Update update update. Does the job but Updating apps on iPhone seems to be never ending , no doubt partly to keep us using up GBs. I’m seriously curious why apps like this and even the calculator app need constant updating. I understand there are minor bug fixes and some add features or compatibility for newer phones etc but I’ve updated this torch three times I can recall What exactly is there to keep improving on a light?

Turns on too easily. I spend half my life trying to turn the torch off from accidentally being turned on. It is pointless having it so accessible as tapping your phone gives you enough light to allow you to find the app properly.

Torch ok but..... The torch is ok but the screen which is facing toward you is lit up more brightly than the torch light. It’s blindingly bright in your eyes while you’re trying to see past it.

Handy app - like swiss army knife. Never know when you're gonna need it. Walking into an unfamiliar motel room with misplaced lights. Thankfully I had this useful app on the phone after not being able to find the main switch if the motel but the bathroom and hallway lights. Never be without it. Download - its free!

Needs improvement. Used to work fine. Then one day, after an attempt to adjust the brightness, it decided it’d like to emit only dull light. No, this is not because I’ve left the brightness turned down. I thought it might have been that too, but after deleting and reinstalling, I think it might be a bug yas would wanna deal with. Also displaying only the best reviews from years in the past?? That’s yucky.

Well...... I pressed the on button and the flash came on as a camera; right up until the point I was ready to press the button again and Guess what happened next???...... It turned off, you know right I thought it was VOODOO!!!

My I Phone Torch. Could do without it, so handy especially when out driving when I need to see addresses etc and it’s also a security tool for safety and gives peace of mind with this app.

Deleting it tonight. I’ve had this app for yrs and never had an issue until recently. The torch would be working; then suddenly switch off. It wouldn’t turn back on no matter how many times I pushed the switch, restarted app etc. originally I decided to reinstall app to fix the problem. This temporarily fixed the issue. Now it’s started again. So, tonight I’m trying another app. Goodbye for now, iTorch!

A must have. It’s an easy app to use. I sometimes accidentally put the light on on my phone. It can be tricky to get off again, so I use this app to turn the light off. Of course you can also use it to put light on. It’s handy.

Lots of light, has crapware links. Good app & I use it all the time. If I hit the ads field at the bottom, I sometimes get a bogus virus warning that claims to be from Apple Security. This is not the fault of the app, it's the fault of Google Ads not carefully enough choosing their advertisers.

Nice. It’s a great app and it has many features but you can just use the flashlight in your control center. If you don’t have one in your control center, just look for it in settings to add to your control center. If it’s not there either, it’s time to get a new phone.

Why a Flashlight app need 17mb to turn on a light?. Beware of all flashlight apps that are larger than 700kb that need access to gps or other features of your phone not associated with turning on a light. Most of the top ten flashlight apps contain malware and spyware! User Beware!

Too Dim. iTorch is useless! The light has such a low beam that it's not worth trying to use so I end up using the lit up screen instead.

Yikes!. While using this app I got a pop-up 'informing' me that there is a Trojan Virus on my phone & redirected me to download Hotspot VPN to clean off the virus. I contacted Apple. It's a scam. Do Not Download Hotspot VPN. TO THE DEVELOPERS... Do yourselves a favor & rid yourselves of this scam
