With this app you’ll be deceived and pay more to park. *****UPDATE*****A few weeks after leaving this review I received an email from the app customer service dept letting me know they investigated my complaint and saw that I overpaid because the garage did not qualify my vehicle as an oversize. They issued a refund in the amount I was overcharged. I must say that it’s nice to know they care about their customers and their experiences. It has made me reconsider using the service again***** I generally in the past have used this app to find a parking garage in various cities while traveling. Until recently I never reserved and paid for a garage through the app. I had a business trip in NYC for 3 days so I decided to park near the venue and prepay, The app quoted me $79 for an 8 hour day or $71 for 24hrs, so of course I kept the car in the garage the full 3 days to save some money. My total was billed at $213 However when I went to pick up my car, the cashier took my parking ticket and rang me up at $168. While my scanned parking pass showed I prepaid, I also was able to learn I overpaid by $45. Not cool and won’t be using this app again

Quality continues to decline year over year - truly a shame. Rude garage attendants that sometimes turn you away because they are overbooked has happened more times than I can count. Why take our reservation and pre-pay if they don’t have room? Worse, why is it so hard to get refunds or customer service from this app. NYC deserves better than this. Between the garages and this app I don’t know who is most at fault. Unreliability will be the downfall of this app. I may have to delete this app even though I have been a customer for years! Truly a shame how far this app has fallen.

I like this app. I like this app if there’s ever a problem they make good. One thing that upset me once was they charged me a higher price to reserve than people that randomly showed up. I guess it happens sometimes but when you’re not sure you’ll get a spot… another time I booked a spot and the place didn’t en open. That was tragic. I was late to work because although I was early nothing close by that was open had space. They made good and refunded all my $$$. I’m a great worker so thankfully my boss was ok about it.

Surprise surcharges. Will not use this app again! Beware when prepaying in the app if your car is large, even if it’s not in the NYC standard list of oversize vehicles. We drive an older Odyssey, which is just under the height limit for regular size, and if you park a minivan in NYC you know that not all garages will charge the oversized fee for it. We prepaid because the garage page in the app did not charge the oversize fee, like some other garages do, and the posted list at the garage did not include the Odyssey. When we returned, we got hit with the $15 upcharge! BestParking refused to even try to get us a refund, first by misreading the oversized regs, and then saying it’s within the discretion of the garage attendant! Why prepay in the app when no one is going to stand behind the original posted price?

Update changes business, ruins app. Best parking used to be an indispensable app, providing full transparency for parking prices in major cities. With this update, it’s just changed into an app to book parking online, similar to spot hero. Obviously the developers now want you to book parking through them and not directly with the garage, there must be more money that was. So now you’re forced to make a prepaid reservation, and have no idea about the rate if you book at the garage directly. I don’t want to make reservations, the whole point of driving into a city is to maintain flexibility. Funny, at least for now, if you use the web version you can still access the old garage into, but I assume that will be gone soon. This is an awful update to what was a unique and useful app. I hope someone else copies what best parking did so successfully in the past.

When a reservation is not a reservation. I use this app for the first time to visit NYC as a tourist—I lived there for 12 years. Booked a week in advance, paid for the spot, show up at the garage at the correct time and the attendant says they are full. I explain I already paid, have a reservation and he said not his problem, I used a third party app. Ended up getting a ticked for $115 parking on the st (not their fault mine but the sequence of events started). I valeted at the hotel, paid—should have just planned on that from the start. Got my money back after several emails and time. Use the app find garages but just negotiate with the parking attendant do t pay on the app.

Charged twice. I was contacted by the Best Parking App company regarding my bad review ( partial below). Upon calling their customer service the representative was very courteous and helpful. Within minutes of proving where I was charged twice I received notice of a cancelled parking and refund on the road. Completely changed my mind the problem was not with the app but the parking lot attendant. 5 Stars for the app. Avoid at all cost as they charged me twice for parking.

Best App for NY Parking. Because of COVID I was apprehensive about taking the subway. Driving wasn’t the issue but finding affordable parking was. This app saved the day!!! There are so many options and even street parking options that are free. Someone checks in to make sure you found the lot and everything went smoothly. This is the mandatory app for me now working in NYC! Advice- read the reviews about the actual parking lots! The app itself is amazing but read the reviews and few the lot before booking. I like surface lots and the app actually lets you know what kind you are booking for.

Left out in the cold... So I scheduled parking and forgot to set the times. I scheduled another spot with the correct time and then sent customer support an email with the confirmation number and asked them to cancel the reservation. Got an email saying it was done. Good. I go to redeem my pass and find that my second pass was cancelled as well. Not good. They have no way of back tracking their system so I had to pay the full amount for the lot. I called and asked could I be reimbursed for the difference since this wasn't my fault and they said probably not but I could try. Really really disappointing BestParking. Please fix that issue because this will happen again and it's not good business.

Terrific App. Terrific Service!. Have used for several years. The app and service both keep getting better! Including being able to cancel at any time prior to the reservation. No complaints! One warning to users. If you book for a period of, say, three hours, it starts at your scheduled time of arrival not before and not after, and ends three hours later regardless. If you arrive an hour late you only have two hours left.

Don’t use this app...especially in NYC. I’ve been using this app for years. Once I went to the wrong garage bc they were next to each other, and refused to refund me for the pass I didn’t use so I had to pay for both. More recently, the address was clearly wrong and I circled the block 4 times looking for it (in Manhattan that took almost 30 minutes) ended up parking at the closest garage, and paid for that. Since I didn’t use the pass at all, I called and request a refund, pointing out the address was wrong. I received a rude reply telling me to “google the address” as it was correct. Apparently, the entrance was one block over. Ridiculous they wouldn’t issue a refund over an unused pass (TWICE), in which the parking time hadn’t even started, When it was their fault. I will dispute this charge and figure it for the rest of my life if I have to. I’d rather pay hundreds of dollars to park in garages last minute than use then again.

Once the best, now the worst!. This new version is totally useless. You should not force the user into making the reservation through the app just to be able to export the directions into google or apple maps. That is extortion and a money grab. This app is an exact copy of Parkwhiz. If I wanted that horrible user experience, I would have downloaded that app. I had been using the old BestParking app for over 4 years now in NYC and never had any problems with functionality. It’s like these developers have never even tried to use their app for its actual purpose. Listen to your users! Bring back the functions of the old app. You should be able to get directions to a garage without having make a reservation in the app. Things happen - construction, accidents, the president being in town, all these things can totally screw up your commute and prevent you from getting to the reserved garage. Reservations should be optional, not mandatory! Add direction functionality to all garages with or without making a reservation. Thank you.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SCAM! Absolute WORST experience EVER! When I pulled up to the garage (City Parking 175 E. 60th St), the advertised rate was much less than the app. When I returned to get my vehicle, I was 9 minutes late and they charged an extra $20. Their advertised rate per 30 minutes was $8.45, but because I used the app they charged me AN ADDITIONAL $10 SUV overcharge plus the $8.45, plus tax. When I tried to dispute it they laughed at me. I walked to get my car and they then blocked me in with someone else’s vehicle almost causing an accident (using another customers car), I ended up flagging down a police officer for help. To summarize, I’d never go back to that lot again, nor will I use the app. It ended up costing so much more, money and aggravation!

Amazing service. First off...parking in NYC is a nightmare. I WILL NOT park my car without using this app. I pay usually $25 for 24 hours because they extend your time to 24 hours for free. ALSO...the customer service is unreal. One time I pulled up to the garage I paid for and it was closed. I snapped a pic & sent an email to the customer service team requesting a full refund and in LESS THAN AN HOUR I had received a confirmation email for my refund. No questions asked. Never in my life has a refund been that easy. This app saves me so much money and gives me peace of mind that my car is safe in a garage and if anything goes wrong THEY GOTCHU. 6/5 stars.

WARNING: NO REFUND IF LOT FULL. I had a reservation, but parking attendant couldn’t accept it because he said the lot was overbooked and there wasn’t any room. Incidentally, a friend in my car said it once happened to him as well. As I pulled out, someone else was coming in with the same reservation and she too was rejected. Best Park (also goes by Park Whiz) doesn’t even have a phone# to call to get instruction on next steps for resolution. The next day I emailed the company, and they responded a week later rejecting my request for a refund because I didn’t have a picture of my car parked at an alternate location…like that would even prove anything. Neither Camille, nor any of the other customer reps that I emailed with were helpful in the least bit. This was the first time it’s happened to me, and they didn’t have any desire to get this resolved in a reasonable manner. Will never use again - BUYER BEWARE!

Scam app. I used this to try to get a space in Boston and whenever I got to the payment portion and paid with Apple Pay it would give me a payment processing error and kick me back to the main screen. I decided to instead park on the street. Later that night I checked my credit card statement and saw that I was charged the $28 anyways! I got a receipt in my email as well, even though I couldn’t use the pass it described. I asked customer service for a refund and they refused, instead offering a $28 “credit” to try to use their service again. This business practice is unacceptable and I’ll be fighting to get my money back. There’s no situation where I’ll want to use their awful app again and I’m no longer in Boston so parking isn’t hell enough to need an app to park.

Don’t believe the hype - you will get ripped off eventually. I was charged extra upon leaving a parking facility because I arrived just a few minutes before my prepaid resevation arrival time. Nowhere on the app reservation page or the facility’s page is this “penalty” disclosed. This particular facilty charges a day rate on the day I parked so any stay duration whether it’s 30 minutes or 12 hours is the same rate. In fact I can reserve for the discount prepaid rate for several hours before the time I reserved and pray the same rate. The facility bait and switched me on a b.s. technicality. When I complained to Best Parking, they defended this facility’s shady practice by saying they won’t refund the amount I was overcharged and directed me to an FAQ that justified this fraudulent practice, so they’re apparently in on the scam. This FAQ cannot be found via the app, BTW. Do not use Best Parking. There are other better parking apps.

So Disappointed. What have you done to my favorite app?? For years I have relied on Best Parking and have recommended it to so many people. But your latest version has changed everything. Before, I was able to find out my parking options with a single click — number of spaces, indoor or outdoor, valet or self-park— as well as the price. But now I have to apply the filters you tout, and it is so much more difficult to compare facilities. I don’t want to have to reserve a parking spot through the app. I just want to know all the details about several garages or lots so I have options once I get into the city with traffic and detours. I am so disappointed to see what has happened to Best Parking!

Do not trust this App-false pretenses. Every time I have used this app it turns into a nightmare! I pay in advance, go to the garage, there is no way to validate the pre-paid ticket when there isn’t an attendant on site or an automated process to validate the ticket. So I have to pay the going rate at the time - i double paid in the end. After three days of trying to get my refund, I got it but not for the amount (20% more) i paid directly to the garage. So what is the value of this app if in the end one pays the going rate anyway? Geez nobody needs this kind of hassle when supposedly it is all by saving time and money! Also, telephone and text support teams with ParkWhiz ( Best Parking) are a waste of time and require redundant steps. They say they’ll call you back when you’re time is up in the queue but that was not at all the case, they just put me on hold for another 20 minutes, I had to go their this twice and still never got anyone on the phone. Perhaps email is best who knows, or just find a better more reliable app. Life should be more simple than this…

Never prepay! You have been warned!!. I have prepaid numerous times. If everything goes smoothly then all is well. However, in two recent occasions the garages didn’t honor the prepaid since they were full. I ended up going elsewhere and paying out of pocket. When it comes to parkwiz (best parking) they will not refund or will only partially refund and the proof is on you. You need to save your receipts etc. They have already cost me $87 on prepaid. On the first occasion I pid $52 and they only agreed to refund me half. On the second occasion I am still in talks but assuming it will not be any better than the first case. So frustrating. Will never use them again!

Be aware!. This app/company is unreliable and the customer service is indifferent and hard to reach. I booked/paid for a parking at a garage and when I got there the lot was closed for no reason. The attendant said all booking is cancelled. I ended up finding a street parking. When I asked customer service for a refund, they said there were no such cancellations at the lot. They asked me proof that I parked somewhere else which I didn’t have since I was parked on the street. They refused to give me a refund, but said out of courtesy they will give me credit… as if they were doing me a favor! Just be aware and don’t pay for your parking in advance.

Very poor customer service. Given the multitude of issues with NYC parking garages including street closures, overbooking, attendants who block off entrances etc, BestParking needs to find a way to accommodate their customers. If any of these issues occur, Best Parking will not issue refunds or assist in rebooking. If you chose to use this app, connect it to an American Express card because they’re the only ones who will be able to clear up billing with Best Parking. Best parking in all cases has requested their customers take photos of street or garage closures, a task that is difficult in NYC traffic, and illegal if you’re using a camera phone while operating your vehicle.

Garages Can’t Be Counted On To Honor Reservations. The app is great, but NYC garages will sporadically deny entry even with a reservation confirmation from Best Parking. It happened to me at a garage at 330 E. 75th St after driving in from East Hampton. The garage was no more than 30% full, but the attendant was likely expecting an influx of monthly parkers. He was uninterested in the Best Parking reservation. I observed similar treatment a month prior to a couple who entered the garage just after me. The support team at Best Parking is great: they issued an immediate credit. But if you need a committed spot you can count on, you might want to book directly with the garage managers on their own apps (sadly at much greater cost).

Good customer service. This evening I parked in NYC. I secured a space for $23. At the end of the evening, I handed the attendant my ticket (without him knowing I used the app to buy it beforehand) and the total cost was $16 - yes, $7 cheaper. Thus, I threw away $7 by using the app. I would have been better off just going to the parking facility and not using the app. I emailed best parking app’s customer support on Sunday morning. They responded instantaneously and credited my account with $7 difference. They indicated that sometimes the parking garages change their prices without their knowledge. I am extremely pleased at how responsive they were to correct the issue. Thank you

Turned away from prepaid parking w/o refund, no one from BestParking cares. I used this app several times to great effect and then I purchased parking in Midtown Manhattan. When I arrived, I was told that the computer system was down and they could not park my car. They also told me because the computer system was down that I could not get a refund from them and would have to go to BestParking. I wrote to BestParking and immediately heard back from staff who asked for a receipt of where I ended up parking, which I provided. Then I was completely ghosted. I have now written back no less than six times and no one has ever responded, this is after I paid nearly $30 for a parking spot that was not available to me when I arrived. Seems like the model is busted if that’s the kind of thing you have to worry about when you pay for parking.

Don’t park in NYC without it!. I’ve been using this app for a few years now and it has saved me quite a bit of $$$. Also, the incremental usability improvements have not gone unnoticed The most memorable experience is the time I forgot that I had pre-paid for parking, so I mistakenly paid TWICE. A quick call to customer service and I was refunded the full amount I paid at the garage(sent a picture of my receipt). No fuss, no hassle and a great customer experience. One of the few apps I use regularly enough to give a strong recommendation.

Wasn’t happy. Today was my first time using the app. I purchased a parking pass through this app and when I get there I parked and realized there was no one there to show proof of parking. I called the help people on this app and she told me to write out my parking pass number on a piece of paper and stick it in the dash. So after I did that I was still concerned about being towed so I walked all around the garage there was no one. Finally I found a security button I could speak to someone on and they told me I couldn’t park there that my pass was not valid and I’d be towed because the garage was for people that lived in the apartments... I was so upset because the woman from this app told me my car would have been fine. I called the help people back and they were able to refund me my money with out any questions. That is the only reason why I’m giving two stars because they made it easy to get the refund. But I had no where to park and was late for the baseball game I bought tickets to because of this parking mess.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!. What a CROCK!!! Supposedly bought VIP parking for a Counting Crows venue in Charlotte cause I wanted a faster getaway after the concert. However, when I showed up no one knew anything about the parking pass I presented and I was told this company just sells parking and doesn’t verify if the lot will accommodate the request. There were no spots in the lot and the attendant told me I had to go park in the garage, which I did and then had to pay again!! Contacted support and they said I had to provide proof I paid for parking before they could give me a refund?!?! What?!?! You mean to tell me there is no way this company can see if the supposed parking passes they sell have been redeemed??? So I had to park in the garage and then after the concert had to wait an hour to get out, which I was trying to avoid. Just another app trying to cash grab and screw over the consumer, and their customer service only wants to inconvenience me more…no thanks!! You got me and stole my money this time, but I’ll just go on a social media onslaught to ensure no other people fall victim to your scam!!!

Almost all prices are wrong. I have used BestParking for years in NYC and LA and it has always been reliable to find the best parking options and price. During the last year however things have nosedived. I am in LA and almost all spots are places that you can’t book and pay via the app and the pricing is informational only. This last weekend I was parking in DTLA and turned around at a place that was supposedly $10 but was actually $35. So I went to the next $8 one which closes on weekends and was $16 anyway. Then ended up at a garage that was supposed to be $15 but charged me $28. Since none of the places are possible to book via the app, BestParking take no responsibility for the bad pricing data in their app. Time has come to abandon my old parking companion BestParking and look for something that is not wrong 100% of the time.

My go-to parking app. The one thing I used to hate about driving downtown was finding and paying for parking. It's been over a year now since it's been any concern to me. This app takes parking from being an in-the-moment chore into a task that can be planned and paid for ahead of time. I love being able to see parking options in the vicinity of my destination on a map, by price, know what kind of parking situation they offer, and book the parking for exactly how long I need it for. Thank you to whomever realized this app into realty. This is what technology is for.

Disappointed long time user. I LOVED the OLD version of this app - it provided detailed info about every garage: number of spaces, hours, detailed rates for every day of the week, not just the time period being searched. This saved me time as well as money, which is important to my free lance work in NYC. Unfortunately they changed the app. Boo!!! The little bubbles showing prices are too small, contrast between grey background and white text is very hard to read. Of course, they want you to book through them so they can make money. I can still find better priced garages, but I’m really missing having the detailed info about each garage. It makes it harder to make the best choice. There are even some garages I still use which are no longer listed on Best Parking.

Awesome and again Awesome!. I’m coming back here to take the time to edit this again. I said three years ago how great this app was, came back a year or so ago to say how great this app is and I'm going to say now after the past weekend i won’t use another app, because i had an issue with a garage telling me it was $22 when the app clearly showed $15. Rather then argue i paid and left. That next evening contacted BestParking and within the same evening got back to me, got the information and the next day sent a check out for the overcharge to me. Im lucky if my company ever gets back to the customer let alone the same night and the next day the charge is settled. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, BEST PARKING APP, and of course the great discounts. The fact that I saved hundreds and they still reimburse me the $7. AMAZING!

Used to be great. Absolute crap update. I rarely leave reviews on apps, but this warrants one as what was the ultimate in fabulous is now irritating and annoying. I hate being forced to prepay. I hate that I have to lock in a specific garage beforehand. I hate that one has to enter a license plate to reserve...I went to find a space for a friend who was driving into NYC, and needed her plate number! Plus I had to pay for her parking (which I would do anyway, I just don't like being forced)! The old coupon codes were perfect for such situations; now not so much. Best Parking seems like they hired Microsoft engineers...once they get the functionality right...change it and make it less functional. Oy! Not to mention that the information on the garages is far less complete, the interface is harder to read, and did I mention that one has to prepay? I'm looking for a different app. Let's hope there is one like the former, what truly used to be, Best Parking.

Terrible update. I have used this app weekly for over 2 years and it was one of the best apps ever. The information was almost 100% accurate and it had options for daily, monthly and street parking. It also had complete info about extra charges for oversized vehicles. Most of this information has now disappeared and the replies I receive from their customer support make me suspect that completely different developers have taken over this app. They keep referring to ‘this is our first version’ when the app has been on my phone and used regularly for over 2 years. I also tried to store my Amex card for pre-payment and kept getting the message that ‘CVV can only have 3 digits’. Don’t they know that Amex cards have 4 digits?

Just abandoned ship. App won’t show my active parking pass.. I’ve use this app for years, but just deleted my account. For the past week the app won’t show active parking passes, only past parking passes. The only way I can access the pass is by going to the confirmation email & clicking on the link. This has happened three times. I tried to contact help, but they asked me for a screenshot. All they would see was the absence of an active parking pass, so I don’t see what use this would’ve been. I deleted my account and am going to try spot hero and see what happens.

I paid more for parking than not using the app. I used the app yesterday for parking in New York City. The price listed on the map said $25 and I PAID $25. I assumed that I would be saving money by using the app. When I picked up the car after my event, the teller at the parking garage said that the cost was $19, BEFORE I even mentioned that I used the app. I just want to get this straight… When I use the app I pay MORE for parking than if I hadn’t used the app? Please advise. Thank you. For the record, I have been using this app for a while and typically it does save me money while parking. The fact that it overcharged me happened twice, and at the same garage. I’m not sure if that means anything but I’d still like to receive a resolution to this. Thank you.

Very easy to use and so helpful!. We like to go to Chicago quite often and taking a train from were we live can take upwards of 1 1/2hours with all the stops. We like the convenience of driving. This app makes it easy to pick a spot in advance, instead of driving around hoping to find a garage with empty spaces and high fees. While we tend to plan in advance it is nice to know that we can also get parking on the fly if the mood ever strikes us.

Scam. This is scam!!!!! On the same day two parking lots were full. I was told that the refund will be on the way automatically since QR was not scanned. NOPE NOPE NOPE. You have to request refund yourself within 14 days window. This was what I told now. They probably updates their FAQ now. SCAM!! Stay away. Get parking with Icon ParkNYC MPG! A lot more reasonable and automatic. ———- If your system does not allow you to check QR then you really need to make sure if that parking lot reserves my spot. Two places on the same day at the same time had problems!! Your system has problems and customers are suffering. If you are not sure if the spot is guaranteed, you should not take money. It was hard to find contact info to begin with. Also when I first contacted the customer service, no one told me about 14 days rule. They told me to provide other info and wait. After 1 month I got an email about 14 day rule.

Parking is not guaranteed. This app is great when spots are available. However, if spots are sold out, the app will still let buyers pay for spots. Parking is not guaranteed. The point is that there might not be spots despite paying in advance or reserving for a spot. Also, despite reserving in advance, the company Parkwhiz can cancel reservations especially if they want to raise the parking price. They won’t give the buyer a chance to pay the difference or pay the higher price prior to cancellation so you just end up losing the reservation.

Sent me to the wrong Garage Cost me an extra $40. In the past this app was good but the other night I used it to pre-pay for a parking spot in downtown Boston, it told me the spot was located at the parking garage located at 294 Atlantic Ave. When I left the garage I had to pay $40 because the app actually booked a garage located at 30 Rowe’s wharf. Best Parking refused to give me my money back or reimburse me for having to pay at the other garage because they said it was my fault for parking at the wrong garage even after I sent them a screenshot of the parking reservation they sent me showing the address of 294 Atlantic Ave. Mistakes happen but they should have given me my money back for their error and not blame me! I’m very disappointed with this company and with Brandi from customer support who blamed me for their error.

Not trustworthy!. I used to really like using BestParking but now that it has been taken over by Parkwhiz all I can say is watch your wallet. Two weeks ago I booked a spot in New York City from 10:30 AM Saturday morning until a pick up the next day Sunday at 10:30 PM. I paid the upfront fee with my credit card as per usual and when I went to get my car (which was at 1:30 PM the next day, 9 hours early) I was overcharged by $15 in addition to the fee that I had already paid. The attendant claimed it was because I was late! When I got back home I opened up a dispute with BestParking. Basically the people in customer service said i had to pay an extra fee because I dropped off my car 10 minutes early! That has never happened to me before ever in the years I have used this app. And if the attendant had told me that it was early and I would be charged for it, then I just would’ve waited on the street. My advice to anyone considering a parking app is to use SpotHero instead. BestParking can no longer be trusted. They look to price gouge.

Don’t know what happened. I purchase parking in the app. Went to go pick up my car and present the pass to the parking attendant. I look in the “my parking” section of the app and the man looks at my phone and “says you went to the wrong garage.” Lo and behold I look down and see the parking pass isn’t in the app. So I say to myself I thought I paid in advance but I guess I didn’t. So I paid 19 bucks. I get in the car and say to my wife “I know I pre paid for parking”. I look in my email and there it was, the parking pass for today. I tell the attendant I found my most recent pass and can I have a refund? He says no and tells me I have to call the app. So I call parkwhiz and they are working on getting me a refund. My question is where was my most recent parking pass? Why was it not in the app? I’ve been an extremely loyal user of this app for im guessing at least 10 yrs and nothing has ever happened to me like this

Wow!! The Best is right.. I made a rookie NYC error and booked a full week thinking I could go in and out each night. (I hear you shaking your head). But I got in touch with some wonderful person via text and told them. Explaining all and sending receipts (which they kindly led me through so they could review my case) I got a very decent refund that erased the biggest parking mistake ever. Using them again, got the deal I hoped for, and now an embarrassing cocktail story and recommendation for this app.

LOVE this app!!!. I’ve been using Best Parking for years! It saves me more money than any other app I’ve ever used. Sometimes the lot you book is full, which is extremely frustrating, but I think that’s the lots fault, not best parking. My only complaint is with the new update. Why is the street parking indicators so light in color now? Hard to see, especially when driving!!! Very upset by this. I hope it was a mistake & it is restored to how it used to be.

Disappointed in updates. When I first downloaded and began using this app I could click on a parking lot/garage and get details-hours they’re open/close, address, clearance height, rate, contact info, who owns it, how many spaces, and much more. NOW it just gives shows photo, Rate and address. Searching by time doesn’t work as I know at least 2 garages near work are open when the app says they’re closed cause you can access them after hours. As it is now I’ll have to drive from garage to garage to find out IF my car fits, IF they’re really open that early, and IF they have room!!!! Poor design on the part of the app designer. Sad. I used to recommend this. I won’t be any longer. I’m beyond angry.

No Space...AGAIN. Last night was my second time using the app that resulted in me frantically having to find other parking availabilities in NYC. When I got to the garage listed on the pass I pre-purchased for 5 hours of parking, I was told the app does not keep track of parking that is available and there was no space for me. I then emailed the help center listed on the company website about this issue, and instead of truly being apologetic I was asked if I knew if I was at the right address? As if I don’t know how to read signs and that me showing up at the wrong address was the issue. There was no responsibility taken and I’m still waiting for my refund. Worst experiences in NYC with this app. DO NOT USE IN NYC. App is not accurate.

Horrible! Don’t use.. Concept is good. Execution is horrible. A big group of us went into NY for a broadway show and had to take two cars. I found a coupon on the app that would save me $22. I wondered if I could get two coupons for each car and searched through all the FAQ’s and nowhere did it address this so I figured it would be fine. I entered my email address and received a coupon. I then entered my sister in laws email address and she confirmed that she received a coupon as well. Little did I know that BestParking sent us the exact same coupon. How’s that for terrible execution? When I went to use my coupon I was told it had already been used (sister in law paid first). I had to pay full price! I then tried to resolve the issue with BestParking and they told me they couldn’t do anything and provided me with a 20% off coupon. Yeah, ok.. Like I would use them again.

New update is terrible. I’ve been using this app for years. I’m not sure what happened with the recent update, it’s almost as if the app was taken over by different developer, as it is now missing functionality that it used to have. It used to be easy to get a discount coupon once you selected the garage you wanted. Now I don’t see any functionality for that, only to prepay for the space, which I don’t want to do. It used to give useful information like the capacity of the lot (so you can know if it’s a tiny lot and likely to fill up) and details of their rates and what times the special rates are. All of that is gone. At least the website is still good, I hope they don’t screw that up too...

A HUGE Money Saver!. We absolutely love this app. We go into Downtown Chicago a couple of times a month and not usually to the same area. We have no idea where parking is relative to where we are going and this app tells us. We can choose either the cheapest or the closest, but it's our choice. We know ahead of time where we are going and how much it costs. I usually pre plan far enough in advance that I can print out the parking confirmation, but sometimes I just do it in the car on the way into the city. Either way, we've never had a problem and love knowing where we are headed and how far away it is from our destination.

Really great!. I have had really good luck with this app! Helps to find the best parking before I go to an area I am not familiar with. The only thing to keep in mind is if you are staying at a hotel and are finding parking close to your hotel that is less expensive, I found parking that was like $12 for five days but that was if you did not drive your car. I did not think about that! I left and came back and it was another $12. Makes sense but I did not think about it at the time.

New app update keeps crashing. App keeps crashing when I’m searching by map view....terrible

No information!. It was a very good app, but unfortunately with new update there is no parking information for Toronto which sucks!

Link to maps with navigation missing. The new app is nice and where parking can be precooked this is for sure a benefit. But where is the link to the maps? Once I have selected a parking location I have to memorize the address and type it in my favourite navigation app? That part was well implemented in the old version. Please bring it back and the ranking will be back to 5*

worked well. i needed to park for a week while i was at a conference in a different town. and i wanted in and out privileges, as well as the lowest price. it found me a lot in the area that charged less for the whole week than my hotel was asking for a single day. and no hassles.

Worthless. Paid their fee to reserve a spot but the garage was full. The help number did not work, the help email would not send, and the app override the system's settings to show up (at night) on full brightness.

Fast. Easy. Safe.. Simple to search, book and pay. I use PayPal instead of a credit card.

Cant see specific rates. We can’t see the details like before; like the rates, we can’t suggest edits, no more gift cards for contributing to the app, and we can’t use google maps to navigate to the parking. It’s a huge downgrade from the previous version :(

Hoping old features will be returned. This used to be my favourite go to app for parking. The rate schedule was so helpful. Lot size and rates have been removed. Everybody is asking for the features to be brought back. Please bring them back.

Great app. Have used it numerous times in Toronto with great success at finding parking cheaper and close by venue.

I like the old app. Great app but only works in downtown/city core area. Edit: I used to be able to see the pictures of the rate and the entrance of the lot now they are gone and you can only see how much your parking would cost by putting in different lengths of time to try. Bad move on the developer side.

Bring back the posted rates!. Why remove existing data? I found it useful to look at the rate schedule to see other times I may be using the lots. It’s much faster and showed the rates if I were to arrive a bit earlier or later, etc.

Unable to find parking in Toronto downtown. Doesn’t even recognize Canadian addresses. And I paid for this app! It used work fine until this app was updated. Fix it!!

Great App, Quick Fixes. Crash issue was fixed. Canadian results fixed. It would be nice to be able to see a parking lots daily rates like the old app. Sometimes I plan trips according to cheaper rates.

Reservation not everywhere, rate info is hit or miss. Most parkings don’t take reservations though the app. It wouldn’t be an issue if and the rate info wasn’t often outdated or incorrect. For example if there is an event nearby, like a sports game, parkings tend to jack up the prices and it doesn’t show in the app. It sometimes works well, but after a few problems I lost faith in the info provided.

Toronto not supported. It was great until the update which made it useless for me. Booooo.

reserve not working!. I reserved a parking lot and there is no lot left there. I have to leave my keys to the admin there so he can park my car blocking another car. this is a ridiculous functionality as the app said no need to talk to the admin and lot is reserved

Just forget about Canada eh?. After the most recent update, cities outside of the states was taken off the map. Guess I won’t need this app anymore.

Inaccurate. I don’t know how many times I’ve found the cheapest parking spot, gone to the meter and found out the price is alot more than the app displayed. Ive found it’s only accurate 4 out of 10 times, and don’t think I want to waste my time with those odds anymore. Terrible customer service if you try to contact them as well.

No local data. What happened to the data for Toronto? I used to use this all the time and now it seems in this confusing new update there is no support for Canada.

What happened to Parking. Great app. All fixed up and functioning for Toronto again. Finds me parking close to my destination and gives me the option to choose how much I want to pay. Very accurate. Very useful

Buyer Beware!!. I have tried to reach out to best parking about eight times to get a refund. It has been an absolute nightmare. We got in at 1 AM and went to use the parking voucher, the people at YEG Park2Go refused the voucher and told us that we were scammed. I couldn’t believe it after carefully researching and seeing all the five star reviews. Don’t believe them! Perhaps it works sometimes in some places, but when it doesn’t work, they will not help you, they will not give you a refund, they will not answer repeated messages. Please do yourself a favour and book directly with the parking companies. It’s not worth losing your money to this scamming company. I usually try to only leave good reviews, but I just don’t want other people to fall prey to this company.

Great. Since the latest update this app just got a whole lot better

Reservation was not honoured. After reserving and paying for my parking the day before, I went to the lot. The scanner would not accept the provided code. When the attendant came over (many impatient drivers behind me), he said they had no record of the reservation andI had to take the matter up with the company who I made the reservation with. I had to pay again. I have tried calling, texting and emailing with no response. I will never use this service again!

Rates, submit photo: gone. As others have mentioned, latest update has removed the best features. I can still scan the map for best prices after typing in Enter/exit times, but removing the rate schedule is unacceptable!

Did its job amazingly!!. I downloaded this app to find parking close to a specific address. I was able to do just that in less than 5 minutes. Works great! Would recommend!

Now broken in Canada. Used to love it, now it’s broken and has no data in Canada. No word from support when it will be fixed.

Old features gone?. This app was really good and accurate. However, not a fan of the current update where users are forced to enter time and location details up front. I used to navigate on the map to a general area. Also, i cannot view the rates of the parking lot. There parking lot details are missing. Finally, filtering out underground lots, etc., is gone? Why remove the pictures?. Why on earth would you removed the pictures of every parking lot? The infrastructure on this app is amazing, especially when going downtown to a crowded area and you can see exactly where you need to go rather than drive around blind? On the website there are pictures of every lot entrance and they used to be on the app as well until recently. This app is useless now when parking downtown...

No Parking, No Refund. I made a reservation several months out from my trip, but when I showed up to park I was turned away because the lot was full. The establishment did not care that I had a reservation. I had to pay a lot more due to having to find a spot at the last minute. When I requested a refund my BestParking they replied immediately and it sounded like they were going to make it right by refunding me for the parking that I did not get to use, however the refund never went through and they have now stopped responded to all my inquiries.

Garages Us Bookings For Extortion. Several times I have used the app to pre-book a spot. When I arrive at the garage, I am told there is no spot and my reservation doesn’t guarantee a spot even though I’ve already paid for it. Then the attendant will say that he will find me a spot anyway for $10-20 in cash. This is extortion. You often don’t have time to find another place if you’ve counted on arriving at a certain time, say for the theater or a dinner reservation. I say use the app to find garages but never pre-pay with it.

You can cancel!. Great app. I was always apprehensive about booking because plans always change, and NYC parking garages aren’t exactly known for their customer service. After I booked for the first time I realized that the app allows you to cancel up until your reservation time! They should highlight this more I think. I will now use it much more frequently.

Great app, one suggestion. I LOVE this app! I’m not from NY but temporarily here for a few months. This app saves us a ton every time we go into the city! The only complaint I have is that they don’t show reviews on the app, at least not that I can find. What you have to do is go to their website to get reviews and while the app is seamless, the website it not! It is slow and clunky. That is the only reason I have it 4 stars, otherwise great app!

Always Easy, Fast, and Accurate. Especially now that you can book your parking through the app, it’s so convenient for me to find a parking spot whenever traveling to major cities. I love that you can choose your time and location, and the prices show up for you so you can easily identify your best option.

Wrong parking price & fake customer care. I sent the following email to the customer service email provided in the ios app: “ I used your app to park here today, it said it was $8, but one of the garages that doesn’t take reservations. Fine, I couldn’t pay in advance. The charge was $35. I am very upset. I could have paid less using a reservation somewhere else. What’s the point of your app?” accompanied a photo of the receipt to indicate the location and the price. When you click help and hit ‘email us’ and hit Gmail, it automatically opens to Gmail and populates the recipient to their helpdesk. I promptly received an error message from Gmail stating no such address exists. So I couldn’t even complain properly. What frustration. if you can’t give correct information for parking places that don’t have a reservation/pre-pay option, THEN DON’T INCLUDE THEM.

SCAM ALERT!. I purchased a parking pass in advance for a parking lot In NYC. Anyone who had driven in NYC knows that finding parking can be difficult and costly so using a prepaid pass is a great option. Unfortunately when we arrived at the parking lot at the appointed time, the lot was full and the attendant refused to accept the pass and yelled at us to leave! I demanded a refund and he told me to call the company. So far the only replies I have gotten have been boilerplate email responses - no refund. American Express Will now be handling my dispute. This app is a middle man. If you want to be safe. Go directly to the parking lot websites - do not use this app as they do not guarantee anything.

Awesome app. I have been using the app for a while, and have always found it extremely helpful. And then yesterday happened: I accidentally booked two garages at the same time (don’t ask how!). I texted customer service (easy to find on the app) and they took immediate and wonderful care of me. No stress at all. I am officially a huge fan!!!

5 stars, just needs navigation. App may link to or have navigation built in but I couldn’t find it. Still, it’s been years since I used this app and my old parking spot in nashville went from $5 to $18. So I whipped out Best Parking and found a $3 lot basically the same distance away! Thanks so much and keep it up!

Problems. There are problems with this: 1. Road closures 2. Garages that claim they close earlier than the time you reserved. 3. The reservation disappears from the Best Parking site once the car is parked in the garage. Then we have to go searching through email to find it or take a screen shot of the reservation and barcode before parking the car in the garage. And now you have no phone number listed to contact you in these cases.

I consider this app a “must have” for city parking!. Super easy to use, many options available with a wide option of cost options. Can book days ahead or minutes. Hasn’t let me down yet! Easy enough to have your 10-year old book your spot while you navigate Chicago traffic!

Convenient Parking App. Does what you think a-parking-app would do. For the most part it has been very reliable since I first installed it. I use it whenever I need an economic parking spot each time I visit the beautiful downtown of Chicago, because it can pricey if you don't know where to park and if you're not from Chicago, like me. I recommend you to download it and see for yourself!

Cheaper had I not used Best Parking. I had trouble with the app at exit and the guy at the St James Ave garage was no help until he eventually let us out. He told us the time had expired…because he held us in the circular conversation for 15 minutes. Also, the rate is $15 if you drive up on weekends vs $18 after few on Beat Parking. My 1 star review is because I tried repeatedly to send and email to Best Parking’s email us link (which opens your email and populates the address) and it keeps bouncing back. Therefore there is nobody to help. The old email used to work as customer service used to be responsive. Now I have no idea whom to email.

Fantastic app!. use this app anytime I am planning to park especially in nyc. It’s fantastic. Bc On the rare occasion I’ve had to contact customer service for an issue at a garage ( not a fault of best parking) their customer service was easy to reach prompt to resolve and incredibly delightful and professional to interact with. Parking in nyc can stink. This service helps tremendously

Beware of additional chargeo or no spots. Whatever you do, don’t show up early, you will get hammered with additional charges!! I arrived 20 minutes early to a reservation and got charged extra, even though I didn’t stay as long as I reserved. I guess because traffic wasn’t as bad as usual, I should have just waited on the side of the road before entering the garage at my reserved time? Why a joke. Also, don’t be surprised if you show up at a garage where you paid for a spot, and there are none available for you. I recommend steering clear of this app.

Bait and Switch. I pre-paid for parking at a rate of $20 only to be told on retrieving my car that there was a problem and I would have to pay an additional $63 to get my car back. Customer service reimbursed the original $20 I paid through the app but left me on the hook for the $63 I paid to the garage. How can you advertise a $20 rate, take the $20 before hand, and then tell the customer they will have to pay over three times more at the end of the agreed upon time period!! There are many garages in the area I could have used for between $20-$25. Be wary of this app, the pre-payment feature, and an organization that doesn’t honor its advertised rates.

The name says it all.. This truly is the best parking app. In fact, it might one of the best apps of all. It has saved me time and money over and over again! I use it for NYC all the time but just used it in Boston last night and once again Best Parking saved me time and money. Use it!!

Fantastic experience and customer support. There are a few garages for which using the app may add a little work because you have to talk to a person instead of using a machine, but for many garages the process is the same if not a little easier. The one or two times that an issue has come up, I found the customer service to be better than any other company I’ve ever worked with.

Fabulous! Don’t go to NYC without it!. I totally rely upon the BestParking app when I go to New York City. It never fails to help me find on street parking areas garage parking if I’m staying overnight. The interfaces very friendly. Just love how it shows which streets are available for parking so you don’t have to try and read those crazy, confusing street signs in Manhattan as you’re driving around. I’ve recommended it to so many friends.

A lifesaver in Manhattan. You can look up a garage on your way downtown and book right on the app. Never had a problem and have been able to cancel at the last minute if necessary. Went down for a concert and found out ten minutes before we parked that it was cancelled. Was able to cancel the spot and head home.

Terrible customer support. If you ever have an issue when trying to use a parking pass, watch out! There is no phone number to call and the customer support team will only deal with you via email. And ultimately, they won’t bother to help. I found this out after being unable to use my pass at a garage, forcing me to pay again at the garage. Seven emails later, I was finally forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Thankfully, the cc company gave me a credit with no problem. I will not use BestParking nor it’s sister company PatkWhiz ever again. Stick to SpotHero. They actually have a phone number.

Oh My! What A Wonderful Secret Unveiled!. Last year, two hours at a parking deck cost me over $50. With this app, I parked in the exact same place for four hours at a cost of $15! Easy to use, easy to identify all available parking areas in one place. What could be better than that you ask? How about having the gate open automatically once it read your license plate number allowing entry, and exit? This is a phenomenal app!

Bring back the previous version!. I used to use and recommend this app a lot, but no more. The new version just seems like a money grab and no longer has lots of useful information. The previous app was a lot better: it had the hours and rates for each parking place which made it very useful. It also had info on when the early bird or flat rates were. BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION! I hardly ever write reviews, but this time I had too because the update ruined the extreme usefulness of this app.

Great App for Drivers. I love the savings the Best parking app provides. Just be mindful of the rate rules and give yourself extra time before and after you plan on parking. Delayed arrivals or departures can change the cost significantly. Recommend getting a few rate quotes for the area you want to park as a full lot or street closures can be unpredictable.

Don’t get scammed!. I arrived 13 minutes early, wasn’t told I would be charged extra for being early, didn’t even realize I was early until I picked up the car and the attendant said I went over and he wouldn’t give me my car and wanted more money. He couldn’t speak English and finally printed out the receipt that showed I arrived 13 minutes early. I tipped him $5 when I left the car and still no mention that if I wait 13 minutes I’ll not get charged. I left hours before the 7 hour time slot I paid for was up so it wasn’t that I went “over” as he said.

Garage was not honest with Best Parking. We paid our fee to Best Parking for parking in NYC. When we arrived at the garage they waved us away saying that they were full. fortunately BestParking appears to have refunded our money. We’ve had success with Best Parking in the past but if the garages don’t communicate their occupancy better, this could be a continued problem. Kudos to Best Parking but very unimpressed with garage communication from the garage on east 74th.

Used to work. This used to be one of my favorite apps. Ever since they changed the application and upgraded it doesn’t work as well, every time I park on the street because it tells me I can I get a ticket. Parking rates around the area are way too high so when you go to the application of the parking lot they actually have coupons and it’s much cheaper that way, you used to this application and would tell you there were coupon available and get savings but now because the seam to be marking up parking spaces and make the difference they don’t show any discounts or coupons

Last update ruined app. Since last update, you can no longer obtain parking coupon without making a reservation and paying in advance. For me, that completely takes away functionality of the app. I was give this reason by company: “Hi there. We’ve taken the best of coupons and reservations and combined them into a single product. Coupons will no longer be supported on the Best Parking app. However, you can now book without a $5 reservation fee.” Nothing like fixing something that ain’t broke. I’ll be deleting app now. Oh well.

Great app and customer service. I like to plan ahead and know I have a guaranteed parking space for a discounted rate when parking in NYC. Pre-paid parking has worked every time. When I emailed about a problem parking at a location where a road closure prevented access, I got a personalized response within hours and a full refund.

Great, speedy customer service. I booked two parking spots through BestParking for a work trip in NYC. Was thrilled by how quick and easy it was with the first garage, second garage had a snafu—the lot was oversold so I couldn’t get in. I reported the issue to Customer Service and got an immediate response from Maricris— who got on it and offered a quick full refund and credit. Will definitely use the service again!

BestParking/Park Whiz Parking. I’ve used this app a few times and always happy with the parking and discounted price. I especially like that you get directions and don’t have to look all over the neighborhood. I will keep using this company from now on, no matter where I have to go. I highly recommend them.

Unreliable, false info on rate and reserving. This is app is no longer reliable and they steal your $$. Remember they are connected with ParkWhiz so use a different app. I prepaid for a lot only to find out after that I was charged $10 extra than the lot was charging. I also chose this lot even though it was farther from my destination bc of app rate. The company won’t reimburse me, all they have to do is contact the lot to confirm. So not even sure how they put rates and info on their app if they can’t even confirm rates they charge are the same the lot charges.

Surprised not more 5 star reviews. I have been using this app for years and just got on the apps store to share with a friend. It is always accurate and has very good description. Have used it all over the country and never had an issue. If u need info about parking locations and prices, this is all you will ever need

BestParking. This app is terrific. There is a discount from regular prices, and an especially nice feature is that you can cancel any time before the reservation (in case you find street parking five minutes before). One caveat: The garage can charge you extra if you arrive early.

You Can’t Go Wrong. I use the app whenever I travel for work. Having a parking spot before I arrive always makes it easier. The few times that the garages have caused problems by not being courteous or not wishing to honor my purchase, I have received excellent support in the way of credits and refunds.

Paid for a parking spot that was not there. We got to the parking lot that we paid for a spot to and there was no spot there and no attendant. We had to look for a spot on the street. I am still waiting to get my money back for the spot that wasn’t there. They should have refunded my money already. I will never use this app again. Was contacted to refund my money. Changed my one star to three.

My Go-to Parking App. Been using this app a couple of years now. It saves me time and money and takes some the anxiety out of figuring out where to park in congested areas, for special events, and short notice. Now they also include photo of garage and previous users tips which is also helpful.

Do not use mapping feature!. Finding good parking rates and being able to book through the app is great. However on 3 occasions the search address feature didn't work correctly. It said my destination was over a mile from the actual destination so I parked in the wrong spot! now I don't map in the app anymore, but it's ridiculous that the maps don't always work!

Very helpful. I had been parking at the same NYC parking garage for over 15 years. They kept raising their rates but I was too scared to drive around New York City looking for a better deal. This app help me find cheaper parking closer to my work - at the end of the day I saved $15 and had a shorter commute. Very exciting! I only go into the city 3 times a year but when I do it’s great to be able to save a few dollars!

A scam. I reserved a parking spot at a quality inn, was promised there would be an attendant on site. The place was going under renovation, was not open at all, and had no attendant nor any car in the lot. I was worried I would get towed so had to pay an extra $30 somewhere else. I called and was on hold for many minutes and finally hung up when I was not given any help. Avoid this app or get an Uber to your destination. Not worth the scam! Very dissatisfied. Would like a refund for promised reserved parking that was not given.

Destroyed a once good app.. I have used this app for many years and used to love it. But now it does not show you the parking lots policy on oversized vehicles which is what made this app so useful in the past. It’s bad enough that the lots in nyc try and trick patrons into paying oversized parking fees when the fees are purposely hidden so that you can’t see them till you pick up the vehicle and get a surprise overcharge fee. This app used to be very helpful in finding that info ahead of time. Not anymore , please update because this app is almost worthless without that info.

Works great, most of the time. Only issue I've had, and I use BestParking A LOT in NYC, is that a couple times I've had the garage not honor the reservation I made online. Only seems to happen during big events (one I recall was during San Genaro at a garage in Little Italy). But mostly this is a great app that saves a lot of time and money.

Waste of time and money. I have used this app twice to bad results in NYC. Once I went to a garage and the price would have been far less had I just paid normally. This moray recent time I paid for a spot days in advance, and when I arrived, the guy rudely said there’s no more room so I am on my own to cancel the reservation and fend for myself. The whole point of using the app is so that you don’t have frustration and DONT have to pay TRIPLE in order to park in time for a reservation. Disgusting.

DO NOT USE! Cancelled at last minute!!!. Do not use this parking app!! I made a reservation the day before I needed a parking spot in Charlotte North Carolina and receive the confirmation and parking pass on my phone. Five hours before I was supposed to be able to park in a particular lot, I received an email and message saying that my parking was canceled because they couldn’t accommodate me. This also happened to two other people who purchased spots. I called to complain and they hung up on me! How do you take someone’s money and give them a confirmation 24 hours ahead of time only to cancel five hours before?!?!?! 😡😡

Outstanding App. I have used this app for a number of years and it has saved me so much money. Anytime there’s been any kind of issue, and usually it’s been my fault the customer support here has been fantastic, quick and resolved it.

Always A Crap-Shoot in NYC!. Fact is ParkWhiz is getting worse rather than better as the years pass. Are its relations with vendors deteriorating? Whatever explains it, in New York City (where I have used it most regularly…), ParkWhiz is seeming more likely than not today, and far more likely than it was in its starting days, of delivering an NYC frustration. It seems to believe paying you as credit for your NEXT reservation is the way to address a screw-up for your current one. It’s not. Delivering certainty and what you (pre-)paid for is.

Lot closed. Booked and advanced paid a lot through this app in Newark NJ for Devil’s hockey game. When we reached lot it was closed . There were couple phone numbers posted on gate house which I called. Both parties I spoke with said I would be getting a refund , which I haven’t yet received . We were lucky to find another lot to accommodate us . Lot which I booked was 994 Broad St Lot . I’ve used this app a few times before with no problems, I hope this is an isolated incident. Thanks

Awesome App. It was so easy!! The parking was streamlined with Valets and they directed us to an outstanding coffee shop just across the street from where we were have our meeting; I was truly grateful for the caffeine suggestion. Will absolutely use your services again!! Thank you for checking in, that was unexpected customer service!!

Regret upgrading. Been using previous version for past 3+ years and it was great, not a single issue. Upgraded thinking it needed updated iOS support and now it’s way less than ideal. App is several times slower, user interface is terrible (many more steps required), and often it doesn’t display the street parking info you really need. I so regret the upgrade. Will likely remove app and try something else. Sorry developer and customers, upgrade doesn’t cut it.

No more space. I had bought the voucher and when I showed up there was no more spaces and we were turned away. While I was able to get money back it didn’t help with getting a parking space. Had to go and find another garage.
