Easy to use. Well designed tool.

Exactly what I want in a calc!. I’ve tried a bunch of calculators on my iPad. They were all cumbersome to use, had a poor GUI, or focused too much on features I don’t use while making those I do use a pain (thus cumbersome to use). Some of them didn’t even have an easy way to store a number in memory! I mostly use a calculator for quick dilution and cell counting calculations in the lab. So, Hingis like a handy exponential function are key (if I want graphing, regression analysis, or model making, I’ll use my friggin computer). For what I want in an iPad calculator, this one is perfect! It has a simple, elegant looking interface (closest one to the iPhone calculator I’ve seen), and is quick and easy to use, but also has plenty of powerful/diverse functionality for my purposes. I agree with others that it’d be worth paying for, but there’s something I find very appealing about an honor system-based option to leave “tips” (something from my strident open source free-/share-ware days, I guess). So, if you get this app, and you like it, then hit the ℹ️, leave a tip, and support good dev’s 😁.

Great Calculator. I have used this calculator for a couple of years now and it’s a great product that does what it needs to do.

So close.... I’ve spent quite a bit of time trying to find a good calculator for my Apple Watch. This app is so close to being perfect, except for 2 things I wished it had... The first would be that you could still see the input area as you scroll down the calculator options (i.e., if you scroll down, you can’t see what’s being typed any longer, so if the input area were frozen along the top of the screen, it would be much better). And second, I wish it showed the operation in the input line (i.e., showed the written out equation so you felt more certain that you had typed correctly on the tiny buttons). If the developer updated these 2 things, this would easily be a 5 star app.

This app is awesome it’s one of the best apps you can get for your I phone I Mac Apple Watch or I pad you can do all sorts of things with it like calculate tips and use it like if it were a pro calculator I’m very exited to have this amazing app I really like it a lot and I recommend anyone that needs a calculator app to download it !!!

Great calculator for my Apple Watch. This app works great on my Apple Watch and on my iPhone for doing simple calculations. It’s very useful for quick figuring right on my wrist. And best of all: it’s free.

Works very well so far!. I was using another calculator app that worked great for quite some time, then out of the blue it started being unreliable with its figures being inaccurate for some reason? So that lead me to looking for another calculator app and I’m now using this one for my basic arithmetic needs! It does as it should and I’m hoping it will continue to work flawlessly? If anything arises I’ll update my review at that point. For now it deserves its 5 stars easily! UPDATE: unfortunately after using this calculator app for a while I’ve learned it’s very unreliable! You can add Or multiply, etc. the same numbers 4 or 5 times and get a different answer for the total every time! Certainly can’t count on this app for adding your household bills!

App on the Apple Watch. This app is absolutely everything I am in culinary and when we started converting lbs to oz I had trouble and would have to go on this website and it took a while but now I have this app and if I need the once I have it right here and it is very accurate great app I approve

#1 calculator. This is honestly the best calculator I have ever used in my entire life. I wouldn’t trade it for anything else in the world. It’s even better then my first grade teachers calculator.

Supports iPad, iPhone & Apple Watch, Tips payment!. I have seen too many competitors that don’t offer an Apple Watch companion app and those that did wanted a monthly subscription for “technical support” issues...for a calculator app? Why do I need multiple themes and technical support for simple calculations on my devices? It is a shame that we have gotten to iOS 11 and there is still no native Calculator from Apple on even the iPad Pro! I doubt a native app for the Apple Watch will ever see the light. I use this device for work and must quickly add simple and moderately complex math on the fly. Until that day comes, this app will definitely do the trick! I am a huge fan that the Split View and new Dock, Drag & Drop features with with this app! A simple swipe up to change between light mode and dark mode was clever! My favorite feature, no ads or monthly subscription required! For this I tipped the maximum because I really, really believe this app was done right! I agree with another reviewer that I would have paid for this app, but maybe the tip feature is a better go. I imagine if the developer keeps adding new and useful features that I really enjoy, I would keep tipping! 😊

Frustrating. It works fine but as soon as I try to add and multiply a few entries, my balance disappears and I end up with only the last calculation.

Hard to read. Inexplicable line appears under all numbers and calculations making it hard to read

Great, but does not work with Bluetooth Keyboard. Please add bluetooth keyboard support to type numbers and math symbols! And enter to show the result.

Excellent. All I had wanted was a simple calculator to use on my Apple Watch, and found this gem of an app that can not only do that, but also can calculate tips, convert metrics, and act as a tally counter, all free! Never replaced a current app so quickly after downloading a new one. Wonderful app, thank you.

Frustrating. As you add, it loses the previous amounts and you have to start all over. It’s frustrating if you have many additions!

Nice app but please add a tape!. The ability to view the numbers you've entered and results of recent calculations is very handy, especially when working with spreadsheets. I rely on this function on my Mac calculator and would like to be able to do so on my iPad. Left you a tip!

Calculator. In the iPhone version I find the dashes under the symbols very confusing. Wish you would take that off or give the user to choose. It is great on the Apple Watch.

Memory function flawed. The calculator is not working properly. It's results are different from the same calculations made on my iPhone. For example: Press "AC" (all clear) followed by "mc" (memory clear) Entering "65" followed by X2 (X squared) returns "4,225". Pressing "m+" should place 4,225 in memory. Pressing "C" to clear the calculation sets the display to "0". Pressing "mr" (memory recall) should display 4,225. It doesn't, it displays "65". On my iPhone the same sequence of commands displays 4,225. Since the memory isn't working properly calculations using remembered numbers do not work properly.

Excellent graphics. This is an effective and great looking app that especially OLED screens get the most out of. It works smoothly and is as fast as you want to go! Glad to replace all the others I had for this one.

Near Perfect. I’ve tried several different calculator apps, but was primarily looking for one that would work well on my Apple Watch and offer haptic feedback. This one is FINALLY exactly what I was looking for! Just a perfect blend of simplicity and customization options, along with an easy to use tip calculator. And all for free! I will be putting a little something in the developer’s “tip jar,” because hey, this app is so worth it! Only possible improvement would be if I could make the “click” when pushing buttons a bit louder. Other than that, this one is perfection!

Very helpful. I love this app. Works great on my watch. It has many useful functions. I’ve used them all. The counter works great. Tip calculator also divides the tab for the number of people. The converter is handy too. Get it. It looks great also.

Return of the calculator watch!. Does everything I need it to do, it's perfect

Woulda paid for it!. For Apple watch this blows all the other ones out of the water. You can tell this one was made for the Apple watch not quickly put together like others available. The amount of themes/colors, the quick tip calculator, converter, tally counting. No other calculator has this 🙏

Perfect but really hoping for one more thing.... This app is amazing!! I wanted a calculator AND a unit converter on my Apple Watch and this is exactly what I wanted. I’m giving this app four stars for the quality and UI of the app, but there is one thing missing (hence the 4 instead of 5 stars). My whole interest in the unit conversion is that I am an avid water logger; it’s the only way I can remind myself to stay hydrated. Unfortunately some of my water bottles are in ounces while others are in millilitres. This app would be perfect if you added a liter/milliliter to ounce conversion to the Watch app. Please please please consider it! I will definitely leave a tip and change my rating if you do!

Almost perfect. Elegant design. Haptic feedback is great. If memory buttons added to standard view would be PERFECT!!

Not quite simoplified. I do not see the backspace feature in order to enable the numeric deletion before calculation is made. Also I would prefer smaller screen instead of full screen when apps is opened and the “x” to close or minimize the apps. Besides these features I like this apps and no ADS!!!!

Great calculator for Apple Watch. I was trying many calculators for Apple Watch and by far this one is the best. One thing I don’t like when using this calculator in Apple Watch is that I have no idea which “operational” button I previously pressed. If you can highlight the recently pressed button with a different color, it will be better. Then I will know if I had pressed a wrong button.

Finally perfect!. Practical and great both on the watch and iPhone. Especially now since Apples own calculator does work bad with delays with inconsistent results. Love the conversion part for the watch. Give them a tip, they are worth it!!

Useless for more than immediate calcs. You can't do a calculation then go to another app and come back to continue. So no good for grocery shopping to keep tabs on how much you are spending. I thought I had this same app on my ipod and it works there. Maybe I have another. Will be dropping this useless one.

Constantly pestering for reviewing app.. This appl was constantly pestering me for reviewing.

Turn off swipe in update. is was a useful tool. The update has made it frustrating to use. I keep activating swipe menu/functions when entering numbers. Please allow swipe to be turned off or not so sensitive

Solid app. I just wanted a basic calculator that had percentages, I don't do scientific calls. Yes, the numbers jump a little, but I wouldn't have known that without the review. And I always have my sounds turned off anyhow so no click lag. I can't see that it's blurry either. Thanks for supplying this solid little app.

Good basic calculator. A good calculator similar in look and feel to iPhone included calculator. Only criticism is apparent lag and key press feedback sound after key is released rather then when pressed is a bit off-putting when trying to do fast calcs.

Excellent. This app does a terrific job and has some really useful and very easy to use features. I had to look up how to reset the counter which requires holding firmly until a menu pops up but everything else is very intuitive. Great job developers!!

Good.....but room fr improvement. Few issues, but in general does the job. The reason for two stars only is because this is the simplest possible app that can be written and still with bugs. Will wait for the update. If still not ok will remove it.

Calculator for iPad. The basic app works fine. The memory function does not work as expected, does not record the result of a calculation. The link for support on this page does not work.

Amazing. Like the apple calculator, but it has custom buttons and haptic feedback when you click a button.

Matches. Nice to have a calculator that matches the iOS. I was surprised that the iPad didn't have one like the iPod touch. This one works well, looks the same and is free, completely free! It does have a bit of lagg when rotating but it's not too bad. Otherwise it would be perfect.

I prefer the old one. I don't like the new look. I miss the simple calculator in portrait orientation. Most of the time the scientific calculator is not required.

Background changes colour. I wish there was a control mechanism so you can keep it either black or white. But it changes randomly. Going to have to uninstall this app

In-App purchases don't work. The only thing that works is the calculator and the In-App purchases never finish loading

Good calculator.. It is very handy, when I need to figure out to know the cost of the goods in Canadian dollar.

Excellent for watch. Counter too.. A scientific calculator for the watch with buttons large enough to use. Also has separate screens for converting dimensional units, for calculating percentages, and for counting.

What the heck?. This thing showed up as an update. An update should make things better, right? This does not.

Nicely done.. Mostly got this for the watch feature myself. It has great watch response where as the last one I had was super delayed (another company). Nice and handy, love the tap feedback as well. The app uses all of the newest iPhone features like feedback and iMessages and Watch which I love when dev take advantage of the tech provided. Just a small change would be the volume on the iPhone one uses the ringer volume rather then the media volume. So the taps are loud.

Memory?. Scrapped. One star because it's free. I Didn't notice the memory flaw until after I improperly calculated the ratios for a product mixture, got a batch of garbage and almost lost a client. Support site does not work.

Seems decent to me!. Well I don't do big serious calculations, just rough estimating for work. This app did the job nicely. I didn't see any slowness or crashing. Just a normal calculator and it seems to work just fine.

Finnesed me of $2!. App works kinda but i bought the upgrade and i cant get it to work after retarting both devices and hitting the restore button 100 times thanks for nothing!

Keypad sounds. An option to turn off the keypad sounds would be nice. On my iPad they don't even stop with the volume turned all the way down. Otherwise a great calculator.

Fine for watch, but fails on phone. Works fine on the Apple Watch, but the $1.99 pro version works ONLY on the watch, NOT the phone. The BASIC adding machine type calculator is all that's available on the phone. Don't waste your money. It's not a duo watch/phone app. Huge disappointment.

Needs work on the mobile app.. I have this app for both iPhone and Apple Watch. The Apple Watch app allows me to calculate tips and do conversions and there is also a counter however, the iPhone app only has the basic calculator. It would be nice to have the conventions and tip calculator on both the Apple Watch and the iPhone.

Upgrade won't take. I like the look of this calculator but when I paid for the upgrade, nothing happens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing works. Can't find info to contact the developer.

Bad on the iwatch. I don't know what people are talking about. This app is awful on the watch. It lags the number input, it won't read your touch 3/4 of the time which messes up the whole calculation. I don't even have big fingers and this app is trash in terms of sensing touch.

Worked until I paid for upgrade. This loaded and worked until I paid the 99 cents to upgrade. DOES NOT LOAD NOW- just goes back to the icons. I restarted my Apple Watch like they said to do. Keeping it a one star until I can get it to load.

What happened?!. Been using this forever and loved its big easy to see and use keys. Now it has a million function keys and tiny little numbers. Landscape and portrait mode. Don't see a menu to change it back to a simple calculator. It used to be a simple calculator in portrait mode and a complex one in landscape. I think for most uses (like bill paying and household computations) a simple one is all that is needed.

Not Ready for WatchOS 3.0. This app crashes when trying to restore Pro versions , has not been updated in over a year and there is no way to contact the developer about issues.

In App upgrade does NOT WORK. I liked the features of the InApp purchase so I purchased the so called "Upgrade". However, after many attempts, iPhone and watch restarts I believe I could have used my valuable time better than trying repeatedly to load the Upgrade. Looking forward to using the "Upgrade" as soon as it loads or get my money back.

Very Good!. This blows The Calculator and Calcbot out of the water. For a free app, this is the best bar none. Keeping it in the Dock also makes this load very quickly. I also like the built-in tip and conversion calculators. Thanks for making this! It really takes convenience to the next level.

Can't Get Upgrade To Work. In theory this app has it going on but I can't load the upgrade and there is NO support for this app. Come on Spencer Brown where are you when I need help (along with everyone else). Sorry for the poor review but if help was available it would have been a much better review.

Scam. Nothing except the basic calculator works on the watch. Will charge for upgrade. But, you'll won't receive it. App needs to be remove from the App Store and developer needs to be banned. Plus, seems the only people giving more than one star are the developers. Don't waste your time.

M+ on scientific mode inop. I just downloaded this app but ended up as non Pro. On IPhone, I noticed that the m+ is taking the last number entered not the answer on the screen. Pro upgrade will have to wait.

POS. Crashes on startup.. Not sure what's the deal guys. Downloaded on iOS 10, yet trying to open it crashes. Fix it guys!!!
