360 Panorama supports all recent iPhone and iPad models since the iPhone 4. Includes native iPad support.
The applications 360 Panorama was published
in the category Photo & Video on 2010-07-30 and
was developed by Occipital, Inc..
The file size is 11.39 MB.
The current version is 4.4.6 and works well on
9.0 and high ios versions.
This update fixes a crash on startup for iPhone 6s Plus users as well as iPad mini 3 users. For iPhone 6s users who tried the last update, please try again, as a code merge issue led to the fix not being deployed.
This includes the fixes and improvements from the major refresh (4.4.4):
- Fix for Twitter authentication issues which caused problems during login and sharing to Twitter.
- Update to the latest Facebook and Twitter SDKs
- Fixes for a few UI layout issues and small bugs throughout the app
Don’t buy this app unless they make some major updates. I pay $3.99 I believe or $1.99 I don’t remember. The point is that the app is horrible coordinated, I try to get in touch with the developers but wasn’t able to.
Great captures, easy to use, and was able to upload to social media. But then, after a while, what happens when you want to upload these same pics to Facebook using the same Facebook account you just used to upload on the 360 site? You get stuck in an endless loop of authentication glitches where the app doesn’t recognize your account. This renders the 360 app utterly & frustratingly useless because now you can never show the 360 feature to anyone unless you have your phone handy. If you save it to your camera roll it will look like a frozen nightmare, so again, what’s the sense of having this app if you’re the only audience exclusively on only your phone?
The very first image low like it was stitched by a 10 year old with one eye. Not worth it even if it was free. Feel ripped off. The Google plus camera I used was so much better.
What a waste of money. The objects are doubled and tripled, literally the worst camera I’ve ever used.
Lame. No mobile website!? Seriously. What is wrong with this company?
I rarely take the time to leave reviews but this needs to be posted. This app is not worth the money. It wouldn’t even be worth downloading if it was free. I used a tripod to try getting a good 360 photo. This app works terribly. You are better off using the panoramic setting on your phone.
I've used this app for... wow, 10 or so years now? I originally grabbed it for capturing better 'environmental' photos. We used the 360 photos to show folks who couldn't be with us during a visit to a work site. I still use the app, but it's missing a key feature in my opinion. ...a way to export a single image that's compatible with today's 360 implementations. Such as: - Google Street view (this app is better than Google's single lens 360 capture, but the end result is stuck in the custom software) - single image upload to Facebook (they can currently be shared to FB, but not as a flat image) ... and now, most important to me, - they cannot be uploaded into 3rd party, 360 virtual tour software. As a web developer, I need an easy way to export images out of the app and custom software/website. I really need maximum compatibility if I'm going to continue using the app.
It won’t let me upload to Facebook despite being logged in and reauthorizing multiple times. I’ve contacted support and will update this once I’ve heard back. Holding there is something I’m doing wrong on my end
Everything worked great. But now it won’t share to my FB account. It says to fix it. I fix it and log into my account again. And try and upload. Says to fix. I log into my account again. Says fix it. I log into my account again. Says to fix it. You get the idea. Using an iPhone 6S. Argh.
I love this app for creating 360° bubbles. I also use it for creating "fisheye" lens photos by saving to the camera roll and cropping. The only downsides are the very low resolution (please create an HD version) and the inability to fix the exposure to prevent lines between the stitches.
Have just installed the app and when opened it will prompt to allow camera access, then app disappears from screen. App appears to be loaded but will not display interface on screen. Works fine on my iphone. Any ideas on getting this to work?
EVERYTHING is great, but the alignment of the pictures is always off. If this wasnt the case then five stars.
Amazing app, I'm so happy about my purchase!!!
Just started using it! Loving it! Just prob need more practise to get the right angle for better result!
Only thing that I can not publish it to whatsapp
Great app keep up the great work.Love it 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Love this App as I am heavily into making my own sphere photos for use in VR projects. It's the best you can get for iOS at the moment. All it really needs now is the ability to AE lock so it doesn't hunt exposure when moving around. That would save a great deal editing the photos in post. And also a cardboard/headset mode like streetview. The app is already solid, just needs that extra bit to make it perfect :). 4.5 stars
The app works however it dynamically changes exposure while you are panning and the results are patchy (different blue patches for the sky for instance). It needs either an ability to lock the exposure and white balance or take more photos to help the transitions in between.
Great app, however, I have two devices that is like to be able to share in app rather than going to the website, or at least be able to send a like to the website so that other parties could see Panorama mode (not having to flatten to send).
The app runs slightly sluggish and feels rough around the edges. However, that's not what's important here. The actual activity of capturing a panoramic shot easy if you're interested in sub par images with oblivious stitching issues or tearing. If you're a perfectionist stay far away or invest in something else. Or simply stick with the panoramic mode on the iPhone which executes panoramic shots flawlessly and with minimal effort. No repeated redos required. However if you're willing to expend a serious block of time perfect using this app then by all means it's perfect. For the others who don't I suggest looking elsewhere.
I have use this app for years and with patients the results have been very good, especially if there is a lot of light. But they are very fun to share with friends and family right after you take them.
I give this app a very happy 5 Heart and AND 5 Star Rating. Easy to operate (even tells you to slow down if your filming to quick) Easy to upload, Easy to post⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Regret paying for it i wanted to share my 360 pics in WhatsApp and didn't work.
You app is very good
I'm really liking how this captures all our nature and hiking scenes. Now I want to turn it into VR for viewing through a cardboard viewer. What can I do?
this app badly needs a virtual reality option that lets you view pictures in VR.
Very impressive highly recommended
Best app ever can not believe its not 99c so good really recommend downloading this
More people should know about this. Amazing app.
