Parcel - Delivery Tracking App Description & Overview

What is parcel - delivery tracking app? If you are looking for an app to track deliveries on iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch - Parcel is the best choice for you.

With this application you can promptly access tracking information for 300 delivery services, including UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, LaserShip, Aramex, OnTrac, China Post, Amazon Logistics and many other carriers. Full list of supported carriers is available at: https://parcel.app

With our unique carrier recognition function, adding a new delivery is just a matter of seconds. Sometimes you won't even need to enter a tracking number, you can use a barcode scanner which is available right in the app.

Amazon integration in Parcel allows you to get your packages added automatically from your Amazon account. Once an order is shipped, it will appear in Parcel. This is done in a secure and privacy-friendly way with your credentials never leaving the device.

You can also locate your delivery on the map or manage your deliveries using Web Access (web.parcelapp.net) - easy and simple. Parcel has a native macOS app available for free in the Mac App Store.

Parcel utilizes the power of iOS to provide you the best possible user experience. You can use its widgets to see your upcoming deliveries and the share extension to add a new delivery directly from any other app.

Push notifications provided by Parcel are more convenient than from any other app. They are being sent only from 8am to 10 pm according to your timezone, so you will not be bothered at night (however, you can disable this option in the settings).

Some features, such as push notifications and tracking more than 3 deliveries are limited to premium subscribers. Current price for the premium subscription is $4.99 per year, and may vary from country to country. Parcel's privacy policy, as well as subscription terms are available at https://parcel.app/privacy-with-terms.html.

Parcel - Delivery Tracking Comments & Reviews 2024

💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Great - setup your email!. Parcel is a great way to track shipments coming from different vendors without having to have a bunch of different vendor apps installed. Setup a filter/forwarding for your order emails (ex. from major retailers, or orders containing keywords like “order”, “shipped” etc), and you’ll be set. I’ve also used Shopify’s Shop app for a long time and it works in a similar way, but they’ve moved to trying to get you to buy stuff and get in your way so this is a much more ideal option (and Parcel handles tracking info better frequently than Shop). The subscription is also super affordable, and the fact that there’s a web app alone makes it far better than Shop.

Enormously helpful app. We’re rural so we do a lot of ordering online. My inbox can get pretty cluttered with all the tracking emails. This app has already paid for itself many times over in the short time I’ve had it. I’m able to put meaningful labels on my shipments and can see them all at a glance. I can also easily switch a shipment from one service to another when needed (ex. FedEx over to USPS). I really like that the app includes many other delivery services other than big purple and brown because I order from some international vendors semi-regularly that don’t use them. The mapping feature is also pretty neat.

Use it for all of my shipments. I work from home as an artist and sculptor. I’m constantly ordering new supplies and shipping out sold pieces, so I have a lot of packages to track, both incoming and out-going. This app makes it easy, because it doesn’t matter who the carrier is. I can track China Post, USPS, FedEx, and so much more in one spot. There are carriers on the list that I didn’t even know existed. No need to have multiple apps just to track my packages, all of it is managed here. I liked that it was free, but I went ahead and paid for the extra features, and I don’t regret it one bit. I recommend this to anyone, and have recommended it to my friends already. I especially love that I can see where on the map my package is with each new update. 10/10 would recommend!

Simply THE solution to your package tracking problems. This app is so easy to use and such a time saver I can’t suggest anything else, you can use your subscription on multiple devices and platforms and it’s only a few bucks a year! Such a bargain for a solid app that is actually useful. As far as ease of use it can’t be simpler, it’s streamlined and simple to use. I love this app! The only thing I want is some way to optically recognize the tracking from a usps receipt. It won’t do that, have to manually enter the data. But a module to use OCR is what this needs. Would pay the premium for that plus push notification.

My favorite so far!. I’ve utilized and tried many different postal/package/shipping tracking apps. Most are still growing and finding their footing with feature differentiation and most optimal UX. I fee the same way with this app, but feel like their focus is spot on and they seem to be developing the right things to get where they need to be. They seems to quickly remedy any bugs found with new feature releases but also add some smart parts too. I’m sticking with them for now and just glad I’ve found one that hasn’t turned me off yet. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Keep up the smart work, team. I’m positively anxious to continue use of your product. 👍🏼

🏆📦🚚✈️📮 Necessary for any heavy eBay/Amazon user. I've been using this for 3+ years now and couldn't live without it!🏆🏅🎯 It didn't take me long to buy the $2 premium upgrade. In fact I just bought my 3rd year extension (now $3) a little early because it's such a value, I'm afraid they might raise the price further! I can't even imagine going back to not having this app.😳😱 I always am on top of all my shipments thanks to Parcel, and it couldn't be easier.👍🏼😊 Even the camera label 📷Scanner function is very high quality - yesterday I scanned a USPS shipping label that had been cut in half across the box seam 📦🗡 as I opened it, and I tried closing the box to make the label line up again, and Parcel instantly scanned the correct number! AND I repeated this with a 2nd box with a cut label and it succeeded instantly on that one too! Amazing! 👏🏼👏🏼🎯 Extremely reliable and keeps getting better. The developer either has a legitimate cash flow positive business here, or he's just very dedicated to a hobby app, regardless whichever it is, I've gotten great and intelligent support any time I've contacted with any issues or questions & suggestions. 🙏🏼✌🏼️ If you know a better tracking app than this, please contact me Syclone0044 on G Mail because I haven't been able to find one. This one is so good now, I can't imagine what would be better.

A gamble. I’m unhappy with my current package tracking app (ParcelTrack), so I thought I’d give this one a try both on its own merits and in a direct comparison with ParcelTrack. Except I can’t actually do that. The free version doesn’t allow for notifications. Not even on a single package as a test. And there is no trial period, money back period or refunds. Period. It’s a very poor decision to deliberately bar people from testing & comparing your app. The experience of the one notification-less package I did track was extremely unimpressive. It’s definitely not worth switching, even from an app I have multiple issues with. As unhappy as I am with the deliberate prevention of testing, the speed of e-mail support is astonishing. I emailed the refund question just after 1am & had a response from the developer in under 5 minutes! (Though the response itself was a dealbreaker & prompted this negative review.)

really great app. been using Parcel for over a year now and I really appreciate the ease and interface - I used to be constantly trying to track packages through multiple services and Parcel has simplified and streamlined my deliveries. It was especially a lifesaver when I was moving to a new place with tons of shipments coming in, I never worried about missing one. The only improvements I’d love to see are more elegant widgets (the larger widget fonts are too big and clunky, would be great to have a compact mode with more deliveries shown) but overall it’s hard to beat this affordable subscription with excellent value.

👍🏾 dev is on top of it ☺️. Developer obviously cares about his product – he responds to everyone, and the app itself seems fine-tuned and elegant. I know that it’s gotta be tough to run a delivery app—there are obviously a lot of variables out of the developer’s control -- so we should all take that into account. The price is really good for the service. 👉🏼 One thing: I don't know if it's technically possible, but I would like to fine-tune the notifications to receive them *only* when a package is delivered (I'm not interested if it's "on its way"). Is this user option possible to implement? I'm being buried in Parcel notifications! Thank you, dev! 🙏 Update: in over a year of using this app, it has not failed me. It's one of the few apps that I can say is 1000% paying for! I still have that quibble about notifications: I don't want ones which say a package is "on its way" – that's just clutter for me. I hope the dev can somehow give users an option to choose which notifications they get, if that's even possible (a response to this suggestion would be fantastic).

Invaluable!. We live in a rural area, so I order most everything online, and Parcel has been such an incredible help for tracking packages! I recommend it every chance I get because it’s helped me keep track of so many packages. I started using Parcel during Christmas of 2020 when shipping was nuts and things weren’t being delivered or were just disappearing. It helped me keep track of what gifts had been delivered, what was delayed, and even made me realize that a gift I ordered was never delivered so I called the company to get a replacement. That one shipment alone has more than payed for the small yearly fee of Parcel! I can’t recommend it more. It’s incredibly helpful if you do any online shopping at all and is a must have in my book!

Great app, missing an essential feature. I have recent switched to Parcel to track deliveries. It’s a great app and I highly recommend it. It does a great job of tracking packages, providing timely notifications, doing everything one would want in a tracking app except one significant thing: it does not allow you to archive your deliveries. You have 2 and only 2 choices; keep deliveries on your screen or delete them. Over the years, using a different tracking app, I have had to rely on archived data several times to address delivery issues. I track important things that I have sent to others (like trade in iPhones) that are often accompanied by deadlines. When recipients claim to not have received my item on time, I’ve had to go back and pull up the archived data to address the claim. If Parcel would add this feature, it would be a 5 star app without question. Without it, it’s still good but that is, for me, a major shortcoming.

Simple and easy to use. I never write reviews but for this app I wanted to write one that might help someone who was looking for what I was. The app allows you to simply type in your order number and a description and provides all your tracking information in one place. Additionally the app provides an in app browser that allows you to see the tracking info on the couriers site without having to do anything other than choose “Open tracking info on courier’s site”. Also has a built in map that will show you your packages location. This app is great for people who are tracking multiple packages at once especially when they’re from different courier. Takes a lot of the tediousness out of tracking your stuff.

All-in-one tracking solution that actually works. As you might guess from my review’s title, I have tried to use other systems, and have found them to be flaky. This app does everything correctly: synchronization across my portable devices, the web app, and my Mac; consistent notifications; and correct synchronization with the underlying courier services. The individual courier app are sometimes more timely by a few minutes, but are not as well done as this app, and certainly can’t provide a consistent user experience from one to another. The price for the premium service is quite reasonable, I think, and the degree to which this app simplifies my life makes me feel thankful that a minor expenditure has made such a useful difference.

Indispensable AND Could Make You RICH!. Imagine if you had a dollar for every time you wanted to check on a package had to search out the tracking number. Search that ol email archive for the shipping confirmation. IF you find it, you are now following links, etc just to see when your package is going to show up. Now repeat that process in a couple days when you want to check again. Think of it like “The Weather App”, but for shipments. Just like that weather app you casually glance at, Parcel just becomes part of your life so you can keep an eye on your shipments regardless of device. Syncing is seamless to all my devices. You can set alerts which is nice to know if you live/work where someone else accepts your packages. Easy to send things to Parcel from inside many apps by using the share or services functionality. Take all those dollars you have now saved from not looking around for tracking information and invest wisely. BOOM! Parcel App just made you rich!

Almost perfect. This app is almost perfect but does not update on the main screen. That is very frustrating. Especially if I’m getting a food delivery. I will have a delivery that says it’s still in another state on the main screen and then I click on it and go to the actual tracking link and it shows as our for delivery. I have had this issue with this app for over a year now. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, I have gotten new phones since then, tried on different phone brands. I have my app set to use Wi-Fi and cellular, as well as background refresh. And it’s always up-to-date. As well as my iOS is always up-to-date.

This is one of my favorite apps. I’ve been a subscriber for years. Parcel is one of those apps that is always there and I take it for granted. What did I use to track my stuff before I discovered Parcel? I don’t remember. Last week the app stopped working. I’m not entirely sure of the root cause, but the developer responded to my emails promptly, assured me he was working on it and that there’d be an update soon. There was a day later. I got an email recommending I update the app. I did, it worked, and all my data was there! Things happen. What’s important is how responsive the developers are and how quickly they fix the problems. I see there have been a bunch of one star reviews posted when the app went down. I suspect they are from people who haven’t been using the app very long, so I think that’s unfair. Ignore the crybabies and just get the app. I’m pretty sure you will start taking it for granted as I did. It just becomes part of your daily routine. Email, social media, messages, parcel. Maybe not even in that order sometimes.

Best multi-service tracker I’ve tried.. I’ve been a long-time user of Parcel, but when a seller suggested using Arrive, I chose to give it a shot. Arrive does do a better job than Parcel at identifying deliveries, but at the cost of rummaging through all of your email. It did find and identify some deliveries I hadn’t seen, but I think I prefer setting up filters to forward only the delivery messages. Where Arrive really comes up short is keeping up with delivery status. Arrive shows that a package is arriving today, but is still 160 miles away near Dallas. Parcel shows that the package was put on a truck 10 miles away for delivery. For some packages this is a difference between staying in the office or working from home to accept delivery. The $3/year charge for unlimited deliveries in Parcel is well worth it, especially with the responsiveness of the developer when I’ve encountered issues with forwarded messages.

Great Details, Multi-Device, Family Can Keep Synced!. This drills down much better than tedious package by package clicking -- and no matter what the shipper -- you have it all in one place. You can "name" your record so it makes sense to you (like "John's headphones"). Since you can pay the low fee -once- to upgrade but share with those in your family plan -- both you and your spouse or partner can participate in tracking. We have some deliveries that come in at work, some at the post office -- others at relatives -- with this it's a snap to see the status of all the packages all in one place -- for us all to consult when we need to. One if those apps you never thought would be so very handy but turns out it truly is!

I’ve tried the rest, just buy this one.. I have been using package tracking apps since the first smart phone. I tried every app for iOS, the iPhone. This is the best, and I really like the feature where I can easily view or edit, on the phone, or on the PC. Don’t waste your time looking around, just buy this app. The developer hasRegularly made updates and improvements to the app. I have been using this app for 2 1/2 years. And always been very happy with it. I track about 6 to 12 packages per week. You can customize the settings to notify you just about any way that you could dream of. I buy a lot of stuff from foreign countries, and this app already has those shippers as built-in choices when you enter your package to track.

Almost Perfect. It does what it’s supposed to. I especially like that if I have the tracking# copied on the clipboard and I add a new package it pastes the # for me and fills in the shipping company (99% of the time it’s correct🙂). It’s helpful that I can customize notifications. The only gripe I have is that it’s a little slow. Deliveries where the shipper’s text alert has already dinged my📞 (and if I happen to be home) usually at the same time I hear a thud at the front door and I’ve already brought in the house.. Parcel reports to me usually 20-30 mins later. It has been as long as 45 mins. I realize that may be the best logistically they can do but it would be nice if the alerts could be as quick as UPS, USPS, FedEx. Then I wouldn’t fool with text alerts from shippers, I’d just rely on my Parcel. Still very nice app🙂

Great App! Only One Small Miss. I absolutely love this app. It helps me keep all of my outgoing and incoming shipments organized, so my customers appreciate my knowledge of their package as well. The only request that I have that would keep this from being a *flawless* app is this: I’d love to be able to create folders or filters to have different views. For instance, either a folder or a tag that would allow me to separate outgoing from incoming, or group similar shipments together without being a part of one giant list. As a premium subscriber (which is practically a STEAL), I’d be happy to pay even a bit more to have this feature unlocked!

Tracking packages made easy!. I LOVE this app! It makes tracking my incoming and outgoing packages so easy! I buy and sell a lot online and having this app to track everything has been absolutely invaluable. I really like how easy it is to enter a tracking number & that I can even scan my outgoing mail's tracking # directly into the app. It's a streamlined way to keep up to date with all of my important packages. It's also worth noting that the app hardly uses much storage (only 5.6MB!!) I bought the premium package ($2.99/year - which is 100% worth it!) and I couldn't be happier! I'd be lost without this app ~ great job, developers!! I wish I could give it 10 stars!

The BEST package tracker. You literally won’t find anything better than this, the customization for the app, the map view, the filter, the carrier colors, etc. everything about this app is wonderful. I don’t just spend money on apps but for ONLY $5 A YEAR you can track as many packages as you want and the developer ACTUALLY responds to you if you have feature ideas. You don’t find that often! With the holidays especially this app lets me keep all my packages in one place. You can integrate deliveries into your calendar, it’s just gets better and better! Gotta try it yourself don’t just take my word🙏🏼

Track almost anything shipped via almost anyone. This parcel tracker does not miss a beat when it comes to tracking packages. I order several items a week on average from various shipping services around the world and this tracker is able to keep me up to date on wherever my packages are regardless of whose shipping it. I rarely order anything with tracking that this app can’t track. I do wish the max packages on the list would be expanded as I have on occasion maxed out the amount of tracked packages at once since I do not delete old ones very often.

Incredibly simple yet feature rich, this app is best in class!. From the ground up, you can tell that this is the developers baby. You can see the enormous amount of effort and painstaking attention to detail it’s built upon and maintained with. I first tried a couple similar highly-rated trackers, but they all had a weak-link or bottleneck that made them tedious or a chore to use. This app actually makes monitoring shipments fun! Factor in a user friendly interface, much-appreciated clever little bells & whistles, all painterly rendered... this app makes your purchase decision for you. Really fast and friendly assistance as well if the need arises. This is the tracker you’re looking for!

Reliable and feature rich (edit Nov 2023). I have been a user for over 4 years. Parcel has evolved throughout the years constantly adding support to more shipping companies, refining the interface to a modern and pleasant experience and adding valuable new features to track your parcels. The subscription model is not overpriced and gives access through any device in the chosen digital ecosystem. I haven’t used any other apps in this segment, but I assure you cannot go wrong with this one. Update 2023. I think I’ve used Parcel for over ten years now. I never looked back and I cannot recollect any frustrations or annoyances in my experience using it. For me it’s like it is part of iOS and Mac OS. I assure you I rely on parcel more than I rely on my doorbell to know when my parcels arrived or to help me troubleshoot if they’re strayed. I simply cannot recommend it enough.

Tried and Tested, Best Tracking So Far. I've tried similar parcel tracking apps, but there was always something missing.. limitation of carriers they could track, or the number of parcels. As a welcome change, this App provides tracking on virtually every carrier I entered. I was even pleased to find an integrated map showing progress of each parcel over time. Leaving nothing to chance, I tested update frequency and accuracy by comparing this app's information head-to-head with each carrier's tracking page. How did this App perform? At least equal in location and up-to-the-minute accuracy as the carrier sites. So why visit multiple sites, when everything you need is in this one, efficient accurate App. Would I recommend it? A resounding... YES!!

Download this now. Have peace of mind instantly.. Recently, I’ve become more discerning as to which apps I let clutter up my phone. Parcel is a thoughtfully designed organizational tool that is invaluable to me as someone who is constantly sending and receiving packages. It gives me accurate, up to date information on the status of my orders and allows me to put all of the tracking numbers into one tool. I have peace of mind for my small business and the benefit of knowing when to check my parcel locker at the house for personal packages. I would recommend this over and over again to friends and colleagues.

Invaluable App. Parcel keeps you up to date on all your orders through every step of the delivery process. It provides more information than the delivery services’ own websites - for example, regarding the reasons a delivery might be delayed. If you place a lot of orders online, then you definitely need Parcel. It would be nice to be able to add colors or labels to particular deliveries to help sort them visually, but the icons are very helpful. Plus, a huge deal for me, when Parcel asks you to rate it, it does so in an unobtrusive way that does not get in the way of using the app! Why can’t other devs do this? For that alone, Parcel deserves 5 stars!

Can’t live without it now. Was in the market for a delivery app that could track all my deliveries and settled on Parcel due to all the positive reviews. I couldn’t be more happier. The App is simple and straight forward yet elegant and functional. Has all the tools necessary to add and track packages without unnecessary or confusing add ons. Once packages are added I just have to take a quick glance to see the status of a delivery without having to interact with the app unless I want more details. The notifications are the best as most times I’m notified by Parcel when something is delivered before the actual carrier or company! Completely worth however much I paid for to get the full features. The developer is doing an excellent job.

Get the premium and it’s so worth it!. A colleague suggested this app to me because a big unofficial part of my job is ordering stuff for the company. The automatic forwarding of my shipment notifications has made it possible to, without any manual entry, easily pull up every order on demand when asked about status. The Apple Watch notifications are a nice bonus. For the fifth star: I would like to see the option to open a pdf of the forwarded email for each entry so that I can accurately rename the entry, see order numbers, or see the intended recipient. And I appreciate the auto-cleanup of entries, but I would also like to still be able to see in an archive my past deliveries by month.

Terrible. If I have to input the tracking number, carrier & date myself, why do I need this thing? It ought to be able to pull that from an email address, the shipping company or the address it’s shipped to. This is just adding another PITA step to looking it up on my own. (II) I also suggested using the address or the account info on the shipping co. websites, not just email. Anything other than having to flip back & forth between two apps (& mysteriously lose the tracking no. every other time, so you have to start all over). So far, nobody’s been impressed enough by the 1800-a-week junk emails I get headed “hello my friend” & “how do u like my picter” to steal anything. Which is a real shame, because that Nigerian dude is still waiting for his bank transfer & the naked email ladies are beginning to feel the sting of rejection.

Great but. . .. This is a great app! The annual subscription is extremely inexpensive. I forgot what the maximum number of packages I could track without the subscription, but now with the subscription, the number is unlimited. The only thing I dislike about the app is that there are times when the package’s status via the app is not in sync with the status per the shipping service’s website. The shipping service’s website would show the most up to date information, but the app would be behind a few time stamps. Even after refreshing the app or closing the app altogether, it doesn’t update to reflect the real time information. Hence, the 4-star rating.

:/. I used to love this app, but for the past month or so, have been having problems with not being notified until an hour+ after my packages have been delivered. Unfortunately, this was not listed in the subscription terms when I bought the app (it has been updated now). I feel like the developer should be upfront about this information, instead of expecting you to dissect the website to figure it out. I requested that he add it to the information on the App Store so it's up front and honest. If that's the only way to run the app, fine, but don't try to hide it from your customers. I would have never downloaded the app had I known it didn't alert you until an hour later. I didn't have problems with delivery notifications 7 out of the 8 months I had the app anyways, so don't know what's going on. My 1 star is solely based on the fact that the developer refuses to be up front and put the info on the App Store page.

Works consistently. First off, low price for a 1 year subscription! This app has the capability to track nearly any package that has a tracking number and that goes for shipments from Asia. It even will update to USPS tracking once the shipment arrives in the US. It has very good accuracy if you check against ups and usps apps though sometimes slow to update after delivery, but you’d already received your package by then. I like that you can copy a tracking number to the clipboard and the app will automatically find it and create a new shipment which you can name. I have no complaints that are anything worth mentioning. As long as the subscription price doesn’t skyrocket, this will be my go to tracking app.

I've been using it for a long time. I keep all of my shipments listed here for easy tracking, and have been a paid user for a couple years. Sure, I could track it all for free at the individual sites. But the convenience of having it in one place is worth it to me. And I like being able to scan tracking numbers to enter them quickly and accurately. You can copy and paste numbers easily from emails (or wherever) and it automatically figures out what company the tracking number is from. Syncs well with Mac. The one improvement I'd ask for is more frequent updating instead of once a day, but usually that's good enough.

Everything seems fine. I used a tracking app before this one and one day it stopped working so I saw this one and tried it out. This one has a nice polished look, it keeps track of my packages in a nice easy to read list, lists every movement the package makes, I like how you can view it on a map, and you can instantly load up the package on the regular website in case you don't trust the app. Seems like it should totally be a free app. But in order to give something as simple as notifications for you on your package, you have to pay $2.99 a year. I know that's not a big amount but it all adds up with all the stuff I'm paying a month or paying a year. I'd rather not pay for such a simple thing. What's more, I wish it were a one time purchase.

Just Excellent. I had used JuneCloud’s Deliveries for a long time but their features vanished and left me without a tracking program that had the features I needed. I checked deliveries to see if they were back on track. They weren’t not but I read a review and Parcel was mentioned as an excellent replacement. Talk about an understatement. Parcel has all the features of delivery and then some cool extras. It was easy to setup and worked perfectly. We live out in the country and ISPS doors not deliver. Logging shipping numbers for the post office make it real easy to follow the progress and get one of our kids or grandkids to pick out pick it up for us. Highly recommended.

This app delivers. I order quite a bit each month (more than usual sadly with the whole COVID thing). I’ve tried a lot of shipment trackers (often free ones). They have all ranged form “delete after tracking one delivery because the app is SOOOOOO awful” to “meh, it’s app is average”. Parcel is the real deal. No flashy bells or whistles. It’s UI is easy to use and pleasing to they eye. It’s tracking updates is about as instantaneous as it gets (presuming of course that your carrier bothers to scan your package at each point along the way, or at all…cough cough, yeh I’m glaring at you usps). It’s a solid app. If you send and/or receive a lot of packages it’s the best app out there

Gets the job done. I send/receive a lot of packages as a buyer and a seller and when you’ve got bidirectional routing through several different carriers across national borders (some of which hand off packages for last-mile delivery) it really helps to be able to track of that movement in one cohesive experience. Parcel does it and does it well, syncs across all my iOS devices and features a nice watchOS for tracking status rather than just relying on notifications which is always appreciated. I use this app pretty much everyday because there’s almost always something going out or coming in and it’s a very welcome a pleasant-to-use tool.

Really great with the subscription!. This app is really simple and straightforward: you go open the app, you tap “Add”, and if you’ve copied the tracking number it automatically writes it down and detects the carrier, then you can add a name/description (e.g.: flux capacitor) and you’re good to go! Now, without the subscription, you have to manually open the app to track your deliveries. It’s a bit annoying, but it’s still handy to track everything in one place (instead of going through multiple apps/websites or fishing through electronic m’s). If you opt for the subscription (~$3 American USD per year) then it will give you all the notifications you could ever dream of! Including -but not limited to- each time your packages exchange hands!! It’s pretty great. My favorite feature, however, is the map view. I’ve learned so much about geography just by watching my packages zoom across the country. Which actually probably means I should stop doing so much online shopping. Regardless, it’s a fantastic app. I approve.

Converted. I faithfully used Deliveries: A Package Tracker for as long as I can remember. Slowly, the app was starting to age. FedEx and UPS could no longer be tracked natively in the app, but this one has zero issues and retains most of the features that I liked about Deliveries. I will miss my Deliveries notification sound. Parcel has custom sounds but I think they’re all too loud or just not simple enough for my taste. Parcel will be on silent for now. I also miss the Apple Family Sharing of the subscription fee… both my wife and I had to subscribe separately, but the app is good enough that we both did so.

These are one of those few apps that don’t get the credit they deserve. First off the extremely low subscription price!, Should sell you on this App. Secondly the developer is amazing with how he respects his Patrons and doesn’t try to jack up his subscription price, I’ve been using this app for a few months now without a single hitch. And if you’re like me a person who constantly needs to track multiple packages this app is amazing with how I’m able to track loads of deliveries at a single time with how I'm able to check my deliveries online with my email login to being able to have a widget on my iPhone screen of my deliveries!, for this type of price now of days is unheard of. I haven’t eveb started to begin to tell you how amazing I truly believe this app and this developer is truly a great app from a great developer I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for an app to track deliveries your sending or even if you’re just an avid online shopper, this app gets two thumbs up from me and All the Stars 🌟

Hugely Useful. Love it! Integrates many carriers that other package tracking apps neglect to support. My only gripe is that while if any application deserves to have a subscription based payment scheme surely this app is one of them, I would much rather just deal with ads if I cannot simply pay for the app outright. Put simply I hate the trend of apps using subscription billing with a passion, especially as more and more developers have began to abuse billing in this way for apps that clearly do not provide any ongoing services (aside from not locking features you have realistically already paid for); at least this app relies on data from other parties that must be updated on a near constant basis and so can deservedly bill with a subscription, in my opinion.

My perfect tracking app. There’s so many great little features that get added, like parsing a url copied from an email for the tracking number, or force touching the app icon as a shortcut to adding a new shipment...and if you’ve copied the tracking number (or url) it’ll auto fill the tracking number and carrier, and all you have to do is enter a name to track the shipment by. I love this app and the low annual fee is the perfect price. I’ve told so many people about this. We track a number of packages constantly for work and this makes life so, much, easier. It even works great with DHL internationally, along with all of the customs stops and statuses. Love it!

A simple easy to use app.. I’ve been using this app for a couple of years now, actually before this app had subscriptions and the time when I was still using an iPad 2. 😉 I’ve read the comments regarding the app updating late, and I’m here to tell that’s a server issue with the carrier itself. For me personally there’s about a 15 min delay from the time a package is delivered to the time I receive notification. From my experience in using this app, Parcel is pretty fast compared to other apps in same category. Also you have to understand the units used to input delivery information are ran on cellular modems so depending on the cell phone coverage in that area will determine how fast that information will be uploaded. In my city we have a fiber optic infrastructure (gig city) and pretty good cellular service in my area, so data moves pretty fast.

Scratching the Itch to Track. I know it’s bad for me, put package tracking is one of my favorite pastimes. And sure, I also use it for work — but that’s just a bonus. Everything functions well, is well designed, looks native, and is intuitive to use. I have feature suggestions here and there, but overall it anticipates my needs quite well. As a recent convert from Deliveries, it took some getting used to — but it was worthwhile. Thanks for continuing to support the application, even though it’s getting harder and harder to make a service like this function.

Parcel Ap Amazes The World. I now have roughly five (5) years under my belt using this Parcel Ap and I have had zero complaints so far. I have tested just about every shipping service known to mankind and all while using just this one Ap to track my incoming and outgoing packages... The tracking information, which is updated and posted in the Ap daily, is always the most current, the most accurate and the most up to date information available. It provides a very thorough accounting of exactly where your package is and when it will arrive at its final shipping destination. I can honestly say that I always have the latest tracking information when using this Ap. This Ap appears to work very well with, and it accurately reports tracking for ALL of the major shipping companies across the USA and abroad... I’ve had countless packages shipped to and from my office in San Diego, CA. Packages shipped to and received from locations all over the world and this Parcel Ap has never once let me down...I always know where my stuff is... If you’re looking for a single Ap to handle ALL of your tracking needs, then this is the Ap for you. I no longer have to deal with ten (10) different Aps to track my packages because now I have all of my tracking needs covered with just this single Ap... ‘The Parcel Ap’, folks...it truly amazes the entire world 🌎 and that’s the truth, because I say so...

Missing key feature. This could be an incredible app, but it falls short in a huge way, USPS informed delivery, UPS My Choice, FedEx Delivery manager, where is the support for these services? If all of those accounts could be linked to the app you would have real time updates of every single package that will be coming to your house in one place, and there would be no need to input any tracking information or scan a barcode, you don’t even need to tracking info, if it is coming to your house and is attached to one of the fore mentioned services it will be there, automatically, zero hassle. I cant begin to believe why this isn’t already apart of the app, there shouldn’t be an issue if you give them access to view the same information as you can, there is a multitude of examples where linking different accounts has created incredible features. If one of the developers sees this could you inform me of what is in the way of this becoming a reality?

Great App For Tracking Your Deliveries. I’ve been using Parcel for a couple of years now. This a been a must have for tracking any deliveries you have. All the tracking information at your fingerprints. You have several ways to enter tracking information. Copy and paste the tracking number into the app. It does the rest. If you have the iMac version you simply right click on the tracking number you get from the email or vendor website that provides your shipping information. Go down to Services and click Parcel. Done. It updates your delivery as the shipping service updates their information.

Excellent Parcel Tracking App. Excellent app for tracking parcels. Provides up to date and accurate information identical to what a company tracking website would provide, with the ease of having that information in a single app on your device.

Inaccurate Tracker System. I have the Premium Subscription but I am not very satisfied with it. Yes it allows me to add more parcels to track, however, they provide information tracker not that accurate as even when my parcels came, the tracker still shows that it's on the way. I don't know if the fault is on the carrier of the items that i bought from because it was showing an accurate tracker description when I haven't subscribed to the premium yet, or the app itself. If so, i'm disappointed and thinking of unsubscribing as the purpose of me subscribing is to be able see where the destination of my parcels would be so i could be notified if the parcels are already at my door or ready to be picked up on time. Hope you reach out to me to sort this problem out.

App junkie. Seriously easy to use. I'm able to track parcels from around the world right on my device from home in Australia. Other tracking apps were harder to use and didn't seem to understand my command when selecting the courier. Got confused when adding the tracking number too. I place the tracking number in and it knows the courier before I can select it. This tracking app is the best I've tested. 100% worth it. AND ITS FREE! 🏆🙌🏼

Small busy owner. I have used the free version of the app for few months and lately upgraded to the full version. It is such a great app and helps me a loro with tracking incoming packages as well the one I have to send to my customers. I love the mini map that shows you the detailed trip of each item.

The ONLY tracking app I will ever use. I bought this in the early days when it wasn’t quite so efficient and still had some bugs. I tried ALL the other tracking apps and NOTHING comes close to this one. If the app can not find the right postage service - simply send the developer an email and that gets fixed almost immediately. It’s rare to find such a responsive developer and these days - the app is BOMBPROOF. It’s worth twice as much as they charge, and maybe it’s not as pretty as it could be — but it’s so simple to use and is always right. Buy this app and ditch the ones costing you so much more. You won’t regret it. Ps. I almost NEVER write reviews so the fact I actually wrote this and it’s more than 3 words should tell you how great I think it is.

Best All in One Delivery tracker. This app makes it so easy to keep track of your deliveries, it's never let me down, when I wanted to track a parcel and the delivery company wasn't listed, only one email and the next week it was added. Very user friendly. Excellent app, I highly recommend it.

Best Parcel Tracker. This is a fantastic application, it is mostly reliable (see below), has a clean interface, easy to use, and very smart. There is not much that can be improved with this app other than wishing that parcel updates occurred more often. Sometimes my carrier will update their website but it won’t show on Parcel for an hour or more. That is a small gripe though, very much worth supporting this developer. I’ve contacted them about a few issues and they’ve responded and resolved every one in a day or two. Fantastic!

Good app!. This app is simple but it works extremely well. The guess of delivery company is almost always correct and when it isn’t, the list of other possible carriers gives you what you are looking for. In the instance where the carrier wasn’t available all it took was an email to the developer and in a couple of days a reply indicated that this had been corrected. This is one of the cases where I pay the price of the “pro” app happily as I do think the developer needs to be rewarded for this work and what was asked was very reasonable (cheap to be honest).

Perfect App! Does It’s Job Well!. Have been using this app for years now and find the premium features vs cost excellent and well worth it, it makes every online purchase that bit more exciting when you get live updates and push notifications. Every tracking number has worked flawlessly and the app doesn’t miss a beat. Thank you to the developer(s) it’s been great and I look forward to continuing to use this great and reliable app!

10/10 Amazingly simple and functional parcel tracker. I highly recommend this app. Not only does it work perfectly, but it looks great, it’s simple, and it’s only $5 to unlock the premium for a year. That’s a very fair price for the developer and for the consumer.

Wonderful application. Parcel is great. I used to use the Australia Post app to track local packages... once I got past all of their advertising screens (yes I know about parcel lockers already!) it worked well, however I usually had other tracking sites open to track different international shipments. Now, it’s all in Parcel. I don’t need to check it as when important stuff happens, I get notified. And all of my stuff is in one app both on mobile and desktop. The maps a nice touch too. Very much love this app. You should get it.

Great App that makes tracking parcels easy. Is it essential? No. But Parcel makes it easy to keep track of expected deliveries and orders from multiple sources in one place. It’s easy to use and makes planning and tracking simple.

Awesome. I don’t normally do reviews. This is my go to app for tracking deliveries. It works. It has a web app. It notifies. It shows me a map. It’s accurate and quick to update. It auto detects carrier when adding. My only regret is I can only give 5 stars.

This is the parcel tracking app you need!. I have used quite a few different parcel tracking apps but none compare to this one! You can use it for free for three items at a time or for a small annual fee you can track many items which is worth it when you need to track several online orders. The app is so easy to use and you can keep even further up to date by checking directly on the delivery company’s website with just a click! The only other field I would like is an "Expected by Date" so I can enter an approx delivery date and if it doesn't come by then I can contact the seller / shop etc to follow up on.

Awesomeness One & Only App EVA!!. This Awesome little App, I just Stumbled across it not even reading any feedback and used it to track 4 different parcels 1 from Australia, 1 from Hong Kong, 1 from USA, and the other from the U.K. And this is worth it's weigh in Gold!! It Brilliant and so easy to use, just enter your tracking number and that's it!! Don't bother with multiple sights to track your parcels!! This is the one and only App you will ever need!!

Great For tracking deliveries. This is a great app I’ve used for a few years now on iPhone, iPad & Mac. It consolidates all deliveries in one app and provides clear notifications of delivery updates. It works well for Australian and international deliveries. The developer is responsive with fixes when there is a problem.

Works with everything I've tried. I buy plenty of stuff online, from all over the world. Every time I bang the tracker number in - no matter what random carter it is - it works, no hassles. Even used a carrier that you had to log in for + captua and it even handled that no problem.

Easy to see parcel progress on all devices. Really happy with Parcel. The app makes it super easy to quickly check on a list of packages on route to me, on all devices on the go. Definitely a time saver, instead of having to dig through emails.

Amazing. Thanks a lot this is I was looking for ! Simple and it’s works !!! I got the premium price and happy with the price of it I wish you can just improve something Like: . Choosing the background color behind the tracking parcel ( so it will be easier to organise with different orders )

Still the best!. I’ve been using Parcel for many years now, often tracking 5-6 items at a time and it just keeps getting better. The dev is always quick to respond and act if there’s any issues tracking certain items. Highly recommend it!!

The best parcel app.. Have been using for a few years now. Has just gone from strength to strength. I love the new look and feel and the notifications. The Watch app is handy to keep an eye on deliveries, especially the urgent ones for work.

Not happy with this app.. I paid for the premium version and installed this app today and now I realise it has a major flaw. I have ordered and paid for a number of things today but I can’t enter any of them until the seller actually mails them and sends me a tracking number. It won’t let me manually enter anything when I buy and pay for it. I have to wait until I have a tracking number or data to link it to a mailing company. So if the vendor never sends the item I can’t use the app and I’ll never know it never got sent. This app is useless unless you are happy to maintain another list of everything you’ve ordered and only revert to the app once it actually gets into the mailing system.

Fantastic app an absolute must for EBay,ers works excellently. I have never bothered to write a review for any app before but this is simply excellent. No more searching for various country,s post services this app automatically finds them and reports the parcel status with no mucking about I just copied the number and when I opened this app the number was already there ready to track, Just so easy Thank you to the developers, great job people 10/10 !!!

🌟BEST PARCEL TRACKING APP I’VE FOUND🌟. I absolutely love it!!!! With the current pandemic & so many buying online the updates of other apps including Aus Post just don’t cut it. This app updates so much faster weather it’s a new tracking # to be added, location/status or delivered. I got sick of checking all the time but with this app I get real-time notifications. Because I get so many parcels I decided to go subscription, it is soooo cheap & well worth the money. I love that I can track my parcels worldwide I Highly recommend this app it’s my new best friend 🤩

Good easy app. Good easy app, enters your copied tracking number for you upon pressing the add button. Makes life easy to track multiple parcels across many carriers. Developer quick to fix issues if you let them know of it.

Great App. Ive been using Parcel app for most of my aliexpress & etsy purchases and really find it quite spot on. Most services are picked up by the carrier on first go but sometimes you have to choose them from the list. I like the fact that when it lands in Aus it lets you know its been picked up by aus post and the number has changed. I really also like the map feature. Good job

Almost Perfect. I loved this app when I first got it. Now its a little tarnished. It is great for tracking no doubt. However, something has changed and now it only seems to stay actively updated (refreshed)when the app is open… push notifications don’t seem to be working. Add to that, email alerts stopped working. March 23rd 2023, I stopped receiving email updates from the App. I contacted support about this and they claimed that emails are actively being sent. I deleted the app from all devices and reinstalled, I changed my email address from my private host to my ISP email for a while and changed back…. but my private host email logs everything incoming even if it gets rejected. So I could see that no emails had been received from ParcelApp since the 23rd March up until the change and since changing back. Email alerts are important to those who have email access but not personal mobile device access during work hours etc The app is still great for tracking across multiple companies… I haven’t found anything better at doing that job alone. Loses one star due to email updates not working.

A subscription actually worth paying for!. This app will change your life. I have used it for a few years now with a premium subscription and I will continue to do so. I have added 100s of tracking numbers over the years and only once (more than 2 years ago) have I ever entered one it didn’t recognise and when that happened it gave me the opportunity to send the details to the developer to have the carrier added. I have recently discovered the barcode/number scanner which is great for tracking outgoing parcels for my business as its easy to see when the customer receives the order regardless of which freight method i sent it. I have the widget on my main screen and the Apple watch app installed for instant notifications while im working or driving. Its great. The developer deserves your money.

Great app. Absolutely the best tracker ever. Highly highly reccomend. Others don’t come close to this one. If you can’t get an item to track shoot a message to the developer and it’s fixed very quickly. Hands down the best app for tracking overseas parcels.

My go to parcel app. I have used Parcel for years and find it is great. It allows me to track deliveries around the world and tells me when my parcels have arrived in my country so I can switch to the local carrier to get more in depth tracking info. It also detects the carrier from the tracking number which is a great time saver. I also get notifications on the status of my delivery when I need them. Excellent application. Keep up the good work.

Great little app. I tried this app as the Aust Post app has been a bit buggy for me lately. I wasn’t expecting much to be honest. But this a a brilliant little gem. It’s simple but does what it’s designed to do extremely well. Also the developer hasn’t gone down the road of almost every other app developer of charging an unreasonable monthly subscription fee. I don’t like subscription models at all. But in this case the yearly fee is less than most apps charge for a month, coupled with the app doing what it’s designed to do so well I was more than happy to sign on and support the developer.

Great but needs a bit more work. Loving this app to help me keep track of my deliveries. There is just one problem - sometimes my tnt shipments use tracking numbers that are shared by other parcels to other people. There is no way that I can select the one that is intended for me so it might pick up a parcel that was already delivered in Germany instead of mine and then I will have to track it manually on the tnt website anyway to see my parcel. It also means I can’t just leave it on active deliveries because some parcels show as delivered when obviously I’m still waiting on mine with the same number. There needs to be an option where you can select the delivery that is your own with that tracking number instead of hoping it picks up the right one. Otherwise it is a bit pointless and a waste of time. I have paid for the subscription/premium version also so I feel this feature is a must for paying customers

Needs to improve tracking updates. This is the second year I’m using the App and I can say I’m not happy 100% they should look to improve the tracking updates lately they coming very slow ,even ten hours later then the actual delivery , not renewing next year !!

The best tracking app by far. I’ve been using this tracking app since 2013 and I couldn’t imagine using anything else. Ivan has only made the app better over the years whilst keeping its simple, easy-to-use design. One of my “must have” apps!

Convenient and useful. When several items are on order at the same time, with different postage services or couriers, this is a really convenient way of tracking. On timing inaccuracies - when it’s happened I’ve usually found Parcel giving the same info as the courier’s own web tracking pages, so Parcel can’t be blamed.

Needs a tracking number tba feature. Someone else wrote this as well and I completely agree. This would be the perfect app if it had a way to enter your online orders without a tracking number. Given the global pandemic everyone has gone online ordering crazy and it’s hard to keep track.

Seriously love it. This is the first app I install when I set up a new phone. Have had this app for years and it is most definitely worth the money. The design is also simple and beautiful! This is one of the rare apps that has a very clear use case and it absolutely nails it. Thank you for making this!

The Best Parcel Delivery Tracker. Seriously this is the only one you need. There may be other courier companies that want you to track on their sites but I always use this app instead. If for some reason the courier isn’t set up, the team at Parcel are quick to set it up for you and respond. I have used this app for a few years now with no problem. 5 stars for service, 5 stars for ease of use, 5 stars for reliability. Well done!

Working well. Update:- So after reinstalling a number of times the app seems to be working well. We’ll see how it goes now. If you find it seems to be just a list with no info, re-install (I had to a few times) and it then seems to pickup on the tracking numbers and does provide good detail.

Absolutely Brilliant. Possibly one of the best apps I have purchased. Well worth the $5 a year. Even though it’s a little delayed (only by about 20 minutes if you’re lucky), it is extremely accurate, and so much easier to keep track of all the deliveries in one spot. Haven’t had any issues with it so far, and I don’t expect to. Definitely recommend the use of this.

Fantastic. I’ve used heaps of parcel tracking apps and none of them can seem to get it right except this one. Really easy to use, updates frequently and has every feature you need. I really like how the ads are unobtrusive and don’t detract too much from the experience. If you need a parcel trickling app look no further!

Partial. I like the fact is automatically registered which carrier it comes from and does a little better than shop with the tracking and all that. Picture of items etc would make this the preferred choice. But still good. Just as a secondary app compared to shop

Simply the best. Having tried many, including the carriers own apps, have found this to be the best. I can see all my consignments regardless of carrier. Customer service is responsive. Have been using this for years and paying the annual subscription happily because this app works really well and they’re always making it better. Thanks Parcel people, keep up the good work!

Track all your deliveries in one app. I love that it automatically puts down whatever is on your clipboard and fills in the tracking number automatically when you’re adding a delivery. That’s very thoughtful.

Best app for delivery tracking. Works with the vast majority of courier companies out there. In the rare event that it doesn’t (such a a new carrier cropping up) the developer is very responsive and support gets added very quickly. Report a rare bug gets a reply - every time. Have been using for nearly a decade now and never looked back. Well worth the subscription.

Super helpful.. This has streamlined my parcel tracking! When I used to have three or four parcel trackings in he go, it was hard to keep it all straight in my head & my inbox. It also made it kinda confusing when collecting them at the post office (opening each email to give the ladies my tracking numbers was painstakingly slow). This app keeps everything in one place & easy to find! It’s so great - I cannot recommend enough!

Absolute control.. Prior to installing this app I spent a great deal of time visiting various courier’s websites to ascertain my delivery details. Now I just enter the courier details in this app and save a great deal of time & effort. Absolute control of my delivery schedules is a valuable asset. I wish I had discovered this app a long time ago. Highly recommended.

this amazing app!!. This app has saved me so much hassle of having to go onto each individual site i order from to see where they are, i also bought premium which allows me 3+ packages to be kept in the tracking + it notifies me when there’s more information on one of the packages in tracking + so many features that make online shopping and tracking so much easier!!!

Track Parcels From Anywhere. This app is so easy to use to track your items, especially the international ones. I would highly recommend you trying it. You won’t be disappointed.

Amazing. I’ve been using this app for 2 years, and just recently bought the subscription. For the price of it, it sure does make it worth it. The day count doesn’t always display, as a result of insufficient information, and maybe a suggestion is to have it displayed under the name when you click on it.

Love the tracking!. I really love Parcel and it’s tracking ability, I upgraded to Premium and it’s so nice being able to track multiple packages at once. The only downside I see is having to manually enter everything, although not difficult by sharing the info with the app, automatic entry from my email would make it perfect! Other than that, I’m super happy with it and super pleased with the Premium option!

Don’t waste your money. Honestly the developers just kinda rude even if you look at their replies to people on the reviews on here they are quite sarcastic and rude in my opinion. Honestly go with the shop app it connects with your email and Amazon and automatically has your packages added.

Amazing app. This app is amazing. The integrations with Amazon and parsing of links makes tracking your packages a breeze!

PJ. Everything is nice with this app but the only thing I have issues with it’s not in sync. When Amazon says it’s delivered this app says it’s still out for delivery

Needs to be modernized. Like many others I had to look for an alternative for Delivery app. This app barely bad the cut. The app is slow, very slow to update. I’ve noticed that it takes 5-10 minutes to detect a new delivery. It’s missing the ability to archive old deliveries, you either keep them or delete them - no storage. If the Delivery app ever figures out how to reintegrate the couriers it lost I’ll be switching back.

Great app!. Plus if you subscribed(only 5$ a year)you get access to a sweet web version of the app.

Good app, reasonable price, but subscriptions should be shared.. This app is well designed, and works as well as it looks. On the whole, this is well worth a full 5-stars and the $5/year subscription fee is well deserved. But the subscription fee should be shareable with family members via Family Sharing. $5 is perfectly reasonable, but to have to pay double just so a husband/wife can track the same few parcels at the same time seems a bit stingey.

App review. Keeps orders consolidated. Really like the ability to know order status at a glance. Works better than expected. Recommend this app.

Hit and misd. Although it will accept many shipping companies, it does not always show details. Out of ten packages i received, only one entry actually showed any information at all. As if the package never left the original location. The Amazon integration is nice, if only there was any tracking to show for any packages. Selecting the “more information “ available by courrier” is a nice though, but there is still nothing to show and you can’t revert back once you clicked it. Now just to be clear, other apps do show tracking informations for the same packages, so the information does exist and is available to grab. It seemed like a nice app, and it was nice to be able to enlarge the map on the one package where it was available. The ability to select your own app icon is a nice touch, but if the app does not track packages, it’s no use. Maybe you’ll be lucky and the packages you’ll add to the app will show tracking info, but the bottom line is that you don’t know, and it’s not because the app recognizes the tracking number that it will. It has potential… but no… it does not work. Maybe try the app next year and see if they got it to work.

The best just got better!. Thank you for listening to feedback requests for being able to track Amazon packages. This is great!

Privacy beware. Good app but keep in mind that if you use the Parcel Email service to add your tracking numbers to the app automatically, your forwarded emails are kept indefinitely by the developper. It says so in their privacy policy.

Been using parcel for years. I'm a paid subscriber and generally very happy with parcel. Occasionally when into is lacking it is more due to the carrier than the app. Highly recommend. Support is excellent.

Handles carriers in app seamlessly. I switched from another app I had subscribed to that wasn’t able to handle some carriers in the app itself. So far, this is able to track and update everything from international couriers to the post office to Amazon by itself without having to click through to any external websites. I just wish there was the ability to archive instead of delete packages that have arrived. Finally, you have a choice of several icons which is always a nice touch!

Beautiful UI, reasonable price.. Love the app!

A useless app. I downloaded this app to track my Amazon purchases. It seldom works and gives me a disclaimer about Amazon. Just one more app destined for the trash file.

Long time user of Deliveries App and just switched to Parcel. I’ve been using the Deliveries app since 2010 or so. It was one of the first of its kind. I’m a paid subscriber. Recently it has deteriorated and no longer tracks UPS or FedEx (and apparently DHL and Canada Post for some). So off the App Store to look for a replacement. I’d heard good things about Parcel so I installed it. I can confirm it works for FedEx and UPS. However, there are three things I think it’s lacking: (1). Parcel is lacking integration with your calendar. The Deliveries app would add an entry for the expected delivery date, which helped you arrange your schedule as was therefore integrated with all of your other appointments, meetings, etc. (2). I’ve also become used to the colour coded entries that distinguished the deliveries from each other in the Deliveries app (e.g., UPS had a brown background with yellow text, FedEx was purple with white text, Purolator was light yellow with white text, etc.). It may not seem very useful but if you get a lot of deliveries this helps you find something quickly. (3). Ability to manually sort the list of your deliveries in the app. Before I purchased the Parcel app I added some of my recent deliveries using the tracking number. No matter what sort option I chose the list stays in one position - the order I entered the tracking number in even though the packages have a different delivery date. I find it useful to change the order manually for a variety of reasons. Add these three functions and the app is worthy of a 5 star rating.

Excellent app, frequent updates. I’ve been using this app for years and I’ve always enjoyed the speed this developer adopts new iOS features. To those complaining about having to pay for push notifications, it’s a small fee that helps support the developer. It costs developers money to host servers for push notification, the developer has no obligation to provide this service to you for free indefinitely

Wish I had started using it earlier. I used the Deliveries app for years and never switched to Parcel. One could call it resistance to change or laziness. Finally decided to give Parcel a try the other day. Was blown away by how much more refined the app is. The game changer for me is definitely the app’s ability to switch carrier as the item is making its way to me. Paid the subscription without any hesitation. Developers need their income in order to continue providing such fine products!

Notifications is premium feature. Italian pretty outrageous they ask me a fee for the ability to get notifications on your phone. Otherwise you just have to keep check the app

Parcel app is the best!. I have used the Parcel app for years, and especially now that it has Amazon integration, I find it even more useful and easy to track my shipments. The app will even send you email updates when the parcel tracking status has changed. I highly recommend Parcel!

AMAZING. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Best tracking app. I bought the premium and I believe it was a one time deal when i paid for it which was like $3 or something like that and I can now track unlimited amounts without having to delete anything. I love the notifications it sends me when my package moves and I really appreciate how it doesn’t eat your data up. Best app ever.

Useless. Can only track 3 shipments before it wants money. Buh-bye ** Update to developers response: Quality companies respond respectfully. Double Buh-bye ***Here’s hoping you crash and burn. What an AWFUL business outlook you have. Looking at your reviews, the 3 track max is an issue. Instead of attacking reviewers WHO HAVE AN ABSOLUTE RIGHT TO THEIR OPINION, take the criticism and DO SOMETHING. So my comment about you crashing and burning STANDS.

Good update!. This app works very nicely! The new features added are always relevant and useful, and they are very quick on correcting any small glitch.

Subscription. Why have just one year subscription service? Why can we not pay a one time fee and then use the app. Crazy money grab from your customers.

25% increase. Price gouging.

Don’t download. If you want notifications you have to pay, no trial no nothing, just give them money

Excellent. Great tool for tracking globally. Strongly recommended

Good app but not worth $5 per year. Decent app, works well. Just canceled my subscription of several years though once they raised it to $5/yr there are others that are free I will use instead

Impressive. So simple to use and provides all the info I want in one place. Just went to add another shipment and the app recognised a tracking number on the clipboard without me doing anything. So much faster and significantly easier than trying to track shipments through multiple carriers websites.

Best tracking app I’ve found so far. I’ve had a lot of bad luck with other tracking apps not refreshing information quickly enough or being bloated with too many extra features, but this one is different! It’s simple, full of lots of useful features, and most importantly is reasonably priced for a year of premium features. It also seems to be more effective at getting updating info and notifying me about status changes for my deliveries compared to other apps which is exactly what I wanted.

Garbage. J’ai installé l’application mais incapable de suivre la livraison de colis d’Amazon. J’ai pourtant suivi les instructions données mais rien ne fonctionne.

Only tracking app I use and it’s great!. Been using parcel for years and it always delivers!

Great app for relieving anxiety. After having a package or two stolen, and I order things frequently, this was a nice find in the App Store. The ability to see my parcel shipping updates on my watch whenever I think of checking them is great for me.

Excellent app. Works great. Premium option is well priced too.

App needs to send Notifications. This is a good app, but could benefit by having real time notifications.

An excellent app with a very low annual fee :). 23.09.17 I've used this app (and the website) for several years. Both the app and site are easy to use and the app has had very few bugs.

Simple and Effective. Love this App for monitoring my shipments. They have an Amazon integration as well, so it automatically loads shipments without you having to enter Amazon tracking details. Interface is clean easy to navigate. Also, you can have access to the shipping companies customer service contact details through the app. Very intuitive.

The standard for ALL apps to follow.. I never write reviews...but given how the developers of this app continually go above-and-beyond, it seemed only fair I finally do likewise. An app which never fails, never crashes, and with each update takes great advantage of new iOS capabilities to excel even more at its job. A bar all other developers should aspire to meet...

Very convenient. Very convenient to see all my deliveries in 1 app

Awesome, simple, effective app with great support. I am gonna be honest here. I don’t review things unless it’s worth it. This app I have used since it first came onto the App Store. The developer has been very quick to respond to any issues and has added features over the years. If you wanted something with more of a busy/flashy UI. Sure, you can find it. It’s just parcel tracking at the end of the day

Great!. Very good parcel tracker. Keep in mind that you need the subscription to get its full potential. But it is at a good price.

Penny pinching app. To get notifications you have to pay 4$ a year subscription fee What’s next 2.99 to allow me to open then for a year

Fantastic!. As a very frequent online shopper this application is SO handy!! I can see all my orders in one place! Totally worth the subscription price to track unlimited orders!

Reliable and simple to use. Reliable and super easy to use , I have been using this for over 2 years. Really helps if you want to track multiple shipments. It’s slightly delayed in getting updates from the shipper

not good. awful all around. just track manually yourself yourself through the website notifications are hours delayed i saw it said for today specifically item has been processed. then item out for delivery. it took nearly 3 hours for me to receive those notifications

Simple, clean, push notifications.. I’m obsessive about checking tracking numbers and push notifications really help with that. I used Deliveries for a long time but ended up switching to parcel due to a nicer interface, widget support and more attractive pricing.

Practically Perfect!. This app does it all. Tracking information and notifications better than the actual shipping companies. $4.99 for the annual premium subscription is an absolute bargain. Communication with the developer is great!

Best tracking app!. I love this app, and have been using it for years. The support is amazing and quick at responding. 5 stars!

Used to be good. I have been a subscriber for several years. This app it was working well a few years ago. However since last year, many tracking numbers are now generating the error “Sorry, this is not a valid number” (while the same tracking numbers work well on competitors apps). I have reported several issues to the customers service however no corrective action it was taken. Also the number of carriers covered by this app hasn’t noticeably increased despite providing the info of many unsupported carriers. Customer support is not even replying to constructive feedback from subscribers. Time to cease my subscription and to move on with other more efficient tracking apps now available.

Very dissatisfied... When I swipe to my widgets, it gives me old outdated information. When I open the app it will tell me the package is delivered when the widget says it is still out for delivery. I got this just for the convenience of the widget. So for me this app is completely useless. Update: the developers have listened to my comment, addressed the issue, and will even send me a beta with the issue already fixed. I very much appreciate them with a quick response, and look forward to reinstalling and using the app. Thank you.

Great App. I really like this app. Works a lot better than the stand alone apps. I use it weekly and it lets me keep up with my shipments. Just wish I had known about it before downloading all the other ones!!! This is an update to my original post. Parcel is really an awesome app. I love how it keeps up with everything I’ve got coming! And its smart enough to not let me add the same package more than once. This app is one of my most used. I don’t know how I survived before I downloaded it!!

Highly recommended. I've sampled other delivery apps, and this one is leagues beyond the rest. I've been using Parcel for years, and it has yet to let me down. It is updated frequently, and its delivery notifications arrive before any others – USPS & UPS app notifications for the same deliveries arrive *at least* 10 minutes after Parcel's, sometimes nearly an hour later. If you're looking for a delivery app, start here; you won't need to look further. Top marks!

Excellent app. Shows days left to delivery, allows descriptions to be written for packages. If you have a tracking number copied to your clipboard, it will automatically load the number when you go to add a new delivery; plus, it will automatically detect the shipping courier. Premium subscription for $2.99/yr allows unlimited deliveries to be added; otherwise limited to 3. Excellent app Edit: new app now shows a map with current package location as well as previous locations

Used deliveries and others, this is the best!. I’ve used the the Deliveries App via June Cloud for almost 10 years. Once they stopped supporting FedEx this year, I figured, what’s the point, that’s half of my deliveries? Gave this app a spin and was immediately impressed. Local calendar push helps eliminate duplicates which app competitors struggle with and they still link with FedEx on here. I have yet to run into a courier that isn’t supported by Parcel. Additionally, this app appears to be updated more often than others which I greatly appreciate. Worth the premium subscription!

BETTER than USPS App. I’ve always been a USPS app user until one day they started removing key features. Before, we can label each item to identify the package .. That’s gone now. Before, we can see the movement and current location of the package within the app… That’s gone now and it redirects you to a browser to see the information. These very useful features have been removed and LUCKILY I found the Parcel app and it HAS made my tracking a whole lot easier. A HUGE praise to the developer and I THANK YOU.

Very clean. This app will not automatically track orders/tracking numbers from your email. There are some decent apps like the Shop app that will do that. But if you’re okay with giving up that feature, this app is the cleanest, most streamlined shipping tracker out there. Totally worth the annual subscription to support the dev. Every aspect of this app is functional, smooth, and pleasant to use. The push notifications are delayed about 40 mins as it states in the app, but that will unlikely ever cause a problem, especially is you use the super clean widgets to keep tabs on your orders.

Best Package Tracker I’ve Found!. When I order items online, I usually order multiple things from several different merchants. This app is clean, organized, and just what I was looking for! Just for interest’s sake, I downloaded UPS’ app along with this one. Within seconds of UPS updating tracking status, Parcel was updated too; with the notification coming in on the heels of UPS. I had an issue early on and emailed my question. Within an hour, the developer got back to me and solved the issue. Great app, amazing customer service. Highly recommend!

Very useful. As a refugee from another package-tracking app, that has seemingly been abandoned by its developers, even for its paid version, at first I was reluctant to adopt this app, and even more reluctant to pay for the full version, even though it's actually quite reasonable for his much I use it. At first, I was slightly put off by minor graphical details, but those don't matter anymore, and now I freaking love this thing, it just works as expected. Who could ask for anything else? I'm very pleased.

Great app, clunky to add shipments though. I still very badly miss how easy it was to add shipments back when i used the now-abandoned junecloud tracker. You can use the “share” functionality when highlighting a tracking #, but easily 90% of the time the number is actually a url link this app can’t parse. You have to then go back, open the tracking link (which might be expired, or blocked by an ad blocker, or whatever else), load the page, and then highlight+share again, and hope it works. I think there’s email functionality but I couldn’t sign up for it because I subscribed the wrong way (?) or something. Also, you can add a package by scanning a barcode or a # but the extra step is clunky- why not default to barcode? I’ve been using this app for months now and it’s a great app at a great price, It’s just a bummer that every single way of adding a tracking # is at least one step more clunky than what I came from.

Best of the free tracking apps. I’ve tried about four free apps... this is the best. For example, put in a China post number, and many apps couldn’t handle it. You only get to track 3 items simultaneously without paying, but that’s good enough for most, except maybe around Christmas. Copy the tracking number from wherever, click “add” in parcel... and you don’t have to paste or select a carrier, it has it already setup for you. Slick. The mapping of the packages whereabouts is fun... not necessary, but fun. I had a letter from Canada, which Canada Post just said “delivered to carrier in a foreign country”... and this app, after about a day, suggested the switch to USPS! The only issue is when you have a tracking number, but the carrier isn’t acknowledging yet: parcel won’t let you add it until the carrier does. There should be a “force add” feature so you don’t have to keep adding it until the carrier acknowledges it.

Excellent Tracking App. It's really good. I've had this app for several years now and the developer has made steady improvements over that time. I like the map feature that shows your order/shipment's progress across the country or globe. Rarely, a valid tracking number seems to fail to register with the system, for whatever, but I've never found that a big hassle and you can send a report immediately to the developer. I haven't really seen any similar app with better features that would cause me to switch.

All Carrier's In One App. By far the best shipment tracking app available for iOS. Handled all domestic carriers and tons of international carriers. Also has automatic carrier detection when adding new tracking numbers which makes things a breeze when adding packages shipping from outside of North America. If you buy a lot of items online and need one place to keep up with tracking and where items are at this is the app for you and I highly recommend upgrading to the premium service for $3 a year so you can track unlimited packages as well as customize notifications etc.

Love the new option to add Parcel to any Calendar. While I miss the functionality of Deliveries - A Package Tracker, I really like that I can now add Parcel to my preferred calendar, BusyCal. With the option to copy the calendar URL into any calendar’s subscribed calendar list, I can now use it with Apple’s native calendar or BusyCal (or any calendar that allows adding a calendar subscription.) This is a welcome addition. I only removed one star as Parcel still deletes completed events, which are nice when you need to look up or reference a past delivery. If the developer can add that function, this would be a 5 Star app for me.

This app is a must have for me. This app is invaluable to me because I do most of my shopping online and ship many packages online as well. It is so handy to be able to keep everything in one place, the settings are very customizable, it always works well and is completely accessible to a blind person using screen reading software. It is by far my favorite tracking app and now the only one I use.

This is the package tracker I’ve always wanted. This app is so simple yet comprehensive. It may seem like a lot to charge $3 a year just to track packages, but that’s just because App Store economics has taught us to devalue software and the developers who work so hard to make it. And if you look at the release notes and see all the iOS 13 features that have been incorporated for this release, you must know that this guy is working hard to keep this app in top form. $3 isn’t so much if you can appreciate the work going into this. Sign in with Apple is here. I was thinking “yeah, but I already have an account.” He’s made it so you can convert it! Can’t wait to upgrade to iOS 13 to try it. And the app works on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, so you’ve got one solution for this simple but common task. If you don’t get many packages then maybe it’s not worth it. But I get enough that it is. You’ll have to decide for yourself on value, but there’s no argument to make about one thing: this app is best in class.

Good app.. Does what it’s meant to do? However I have noticed that it will sometimes load my deliveries without me having to open up app but it also needs you to actually open app up sometimes to load all your deliveries and let you know what is where and from who. If I had a gripe I would ask they support more email service providers. I have an iCloud email address I use an iCloud email address and they do not support this 4 Stars

Easy to use. It’s a great app that helps track all your deliveries in one spot. If you order a lot online, wether for a business, online shopping addict, or you’re in the middle of a project with parts you can’t get at the store down the street, this app is great. Rebuilding my the engine in my truck I’m constantly ordering parts and tools and many of them have long and varying delivery windows, unlike the Prime delivery everyone’s used to. Parcel helps me keep everything in order and schedule myself around arriving parts, and know when to check my mailroom when I order things at school.

Great App!!!. I really like this App!! I love being able to keep all my tracking info from all shipping companies in one place!! All I do is copy a tracking number from an email or website and open the app and the tracking number is already there, I just add a description and I’m all done. I could also use the parcel email when buy online and the tracking will be added automatically I haven’t used this feature yet but looking forward to. Just a great app with a lot of cool and useful features a must have if you ship or receive packages.

Great app!. Great app! My fave things are that 1) it does one simple thing and does it great. It’s fast and easy and just works, without complications. 2) it syncs via cloud and has a Mac desktop app too so everything is right there whether at my desk or on the go. I’m a wholesaler so we get Supply shipments in all the time from all over the world. It’s nice to be able to track packages in real time, see when they’re being delivered and get real-time notices of deliveries when I’m on the go.

I'm All In. I was impressed with what the free version does so I upgraded to paid for the push notifications and multi device sync. Then I also purchased the Web Access, can't say enough about this app, it's everything I could ask for in a tracking app. Proactive Tracking, unlike the USPS & UPS Apps Imdon't have to keep checking the app. When there is a tracking update the App notifies me! The developer is extremely responsive...

Simple yet powerful. I've been using Parcel app for years and gladly pay for it. It's so simple but I love it. The design is great and I don't think I've ever experienced a bug with this app. I love how if I copy a tracking number (like from an email), I can open Parcel and when I click on the + sign to add a package to track, the tracking number is already pasted in and has correctly selected the carrier. A feature I would love is to have the ability to add a package from the widget. Thank you to the developers for making a great app!

Simply great. One app does it all!. Tracks packages from any company easily. Very very convenient to be able to have everything in one place and updates whenever I track it. Nice to have this at your fingertips. Particularly great not to have to jump between apps. It even recognizes (most of the time) which carrier a particular tracking number belongs to. I like this free app so much I got the yearly subscription. Very worthwhile for my money.

Best Pkg Tracking App. I have used this app for a long time and it is GREAT! I know they had a few technical issues with iPads this past weekend, but its fixed and I’m back to using it as much as ever. It’s easy to set up tracking my packages, and it keeps me informed across my devices so I don’t have to go to each different website/app to track. Thanks to the quick action of the developer, and the personal response to my issue which they were already working on.

Good App But Needs Two Changes. I love the app but I hate having to give permission EVERY time I want to paste a tracking number to add a new shipment. This is a complete waste of time and should be a default setting in the app so I can approve it once. The other issue is the color and icon override. I need the ability to choose what colors and icons I want per shipping company. Some are problematic for me (like USPS) that I have to drive to pickup packages. Either make everything the same or let users control the view.

Great App. I signed up on this app and Arrive at the same time. This app has a way better layout and it has a iPad and Apple Watch app which is huge for me. Plus the subscription service is pretty cheap. My only issue is that Arrive can pull emails and find more obscure packages. For example i purchased some stuff on Wish, i didnt get a tracking number and to be honest because Wish ships from China which takes a while i actually forgot i ordered the stuff. Parcel cant find things like that, but for most deliveries Parcel is much better. If Parcel can find a way to track more obscure things like Arrive does then this will easily be a 5 star app.

Failure to identify carrier. As an app, it’s pretty good. Puts all your packages in one spot. Would be willing to pay for subscription but would like to see a particular issue fixed. I have a delivery coming via FedEx. As I enter numbers I notice various carriers show up as the number gets longer until it’s completely entered and the appropriate carrier is displayed. I’ve put in only USPS and UPS so far, with no problems. Entered my first FedEx yesterday and when the last number was in, it said it was UPS and that there was no shipping info yet and that the info supplied was incorrect. Of course it’s incorrect, it’s for FedEx not UPS. Went to FedEx site and yep, the number from the store site was correct. So what to do now?

Must Have App. I’ve been subscribed to this app for a few years now. I’m somebody who regularly expects packages & this app is a great tool for sorting out shipments & tracking where all my parcels are, in one platform. The yearly price is very VERY cheap for what this app offers & overall, it’s probably one of my most used apps on my iPhone. I love the app icon feature allowing the user some customization to the app-look. 5/5 stars. Highly recommend this app over any other tracking app or website.

Outstanding App & Support. This app is a game changer. The information Parcel provides allows me to keep up with orders as well as helps me avoid order something twice. Parcel’s ability to connect with my account is my favorite attribute. Plus, if you should require help with the app, your going to be pleased with their quick response and knowledge. I rarely write reviews but I believe the Parcel app is outstanding & highly recommend it.

Exactly what I was looking for!. This app is great since it can track my USPS, UPS and FedEx packages all in one place so I’m not switching from one app to another, it’s great! I love that it even showed the entire travel via map, cool to see. I look forward to seeing how it evolves. One suggestion so far would be to have access to the delivery destination while it’s en route. I know how many days it will take but I don’t always remember if I shipped something to my office or home. That would be extremely helpful!

So far, so good!. This app has become one of my favorite things on all of my devices. I went maybe two days on the "free" version where I could only track three items, and then decided I would go ahead and "splurge" on the paid version. My best decision of that week! So worth it. I love not having to go to every shipping website 3 times a day to check on deliveries. If everything continues to work this well with the app, they will have me as a customer for quite a while. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Shockingly slow to update package tracking info. I really wanted to love this app, but wow—I have no idea why the developers have chosen to let the app update its package tracking information so infrequently and so slowly. I’m running it side by side with Deliveries, and while Deliveries is correct up to the minute, Parcel is WAY behind with no way to manually refresh. May I ask why this app chooses this much slower method of updating? And why manual refresh does absolutely nothing? I had to cancel my subscription a mere two days into using the app because the information it displays is painfully delayed—something a package tracking app shouldn’t have an issue with. I mean really, it’s the app’s only real job and it can’t do it reliably.

Yes. Just, yes.. As someone who does ALL of their shopping online, this app and great widget is a MUST. It hasn't failed me yet. It makes life so much easier than hitting up all the delivery service websites after obtaining all of your tracking numbers from all your different emails. A neat little bonus is that if you copy your tracking number, then open the app...you don't even have to paste. When it opens, it has your tracking number filled in and what service is delivering. Score!

Perfect!. The nice thing about paying for a service like this is that you aren’t giving up access to your entire inbox to a company whose mission is to monetize your data for marketing purposes. This app works beautifully and doesn’t raise that concern. I get notifications on my Apple Watch (if I want them) that tell me the state of every package I’m expecting. And I can add packages and track everything from my computer on the web, or on any of my iDevices. Worth every penny, thank you!

Best noninvasive package tracking app. This app is amazing, especially if you have an Apple Watch, and a lot of package to track. It’s also good cause he doesn’t sell your information you just pay an annual fee and that’s it. It’s super simple and easy to put the tracking numbers, as soon as you copy wanted to your clipboard and go into the app it adds it. Also in you if you are in the parcel company’s webpage and you pull out the share button it’s smart enough to know where is the tracking number and add it to your app.

There’s no going back. This app has changed package tracking to something fun that you don’t even have to think about most of the time. eBay items get added automatically for me and I’m sure these more that i don’t know how to setup just yet. The interface is elegant so you can get just basic information or very detailed if you feel like it. I would hope that one day they have an extension that picks up tracking numbers from Safari or other apps so you can quickly add packages without having to go from app to app. Keep up the awesome work guys.

So Convenient!. I love being able to track multiple shipments with multiple carriers at the same time. So much more convenient than opening each carrier’s app. I ship a lot of packages for my boss (an author), and scanning the barcode on the labels is great. I type in a brief description, usually the recipient, and off they go. Tracking updates along the way and delivery is seamless. I’ve only had one problem and it isn’t major since I rarely use FedEx. But a company sent me a package via FedEx Surepost, which is where they hand off delivery to the local post office. The tracking number was identified by the app as belonging to USPS, and shows no information available. But if I enter the number in the FedEx app I can see the tracking details. I assume the Parcel app will pick up the details once the package is presented to the local post office for delivery. The annual subscription rate is very reasonable at $2.99.

Should be top package tracking app. I’ve been using this app for years and decided I’d check out other package tracking apps to see how they compare. Every one I tried was more clunky, didn’t work as well, and was less user friendly. I learned what I needed to know and I’m a loyalist to parcel for life now I don’t know if this app lets you sign into email/Amazon/etc and automatically track things, but a package tracking app doesn’t need that kind of access into my business so I don’t use any of that stuff anyway

Simple, functional, awesome. App provided exactly what I was looking for in collectively tracking shipments/orders from different sites. One plus is the ability to have it auto read select emails that you setup on a forwarding routine and grab the tracking info and auto populate the app. Competitors, such as the Shop, app offer email connection but they want your whole login and ability to see every email! That is a huge invasion of privacy no matter what they claim they aren’t doing with that data. Parcel all the way! Also, has great iOS widgets that are very customizable!

Tracking made SIMPLE !!!. I’ve been using Parcel for years, and if you have to track a lot of packages that are being shipped via different carriers like I do, this app is a lifesaver! While you have to pay five dollars (only ONCE a year) to track more than three packages, I think that’s very reasonable compared to a lot of other apps that charge you some kind of subscription fee, especially given how easy and efficient Parcel’s interface is. I cannot say enough good things, keep up the great work!!!

Good but no longer using. I’ve used this app for years and it’s always been useful. I downloaded it years ago because at the time tracking apps were limited and parcel did what I needed. However, I will not continue to use this. The $2.99 subscription is not worth it anymore. There are apps out there that function the same way and often with better features for a one time price. It also left a bad taste in my mouth when my subscription expired and all but three of my shipment tracking numbers were just deleted. Yes, it works, but spend a one time amount on something else.

Loyal Customer. I have used this app for at least 6 years and I love it! It used to be free but $2.99 a year is negligible. Being able to track all my packages in one place is an invaluable resource. I’ve never really run into issues except it takes maybe a half hour to update from the carrier page (but since I can just click “track on website” from the app, it’s never been an issue). I really like the update a few months ago that color codes by carrier!

I hate everything but Parcel is fantastic. I work in IT so I hate every piece of software I’ve ever touched. Parcel is the exception. Everything works perfectly and it doesn’t try too hard. Designed well, very functional, simply does the job I need it to do and stays out of the way. Very easy to add tracking numbers and descriptions. Runs quickly, doesn’t drain battery, dev does not sell your data to any 3rd parties. Can’t say enough good things about Parcel. I’m thrilled to spend $3/year to support this. Stop looking for other tracking apps and just buy this.

Simple and super effective!. I’ve been using it for a couple of years now after trying a bunch of other tracking apps but Parcel has been the best experience so far. This is just what I needed! The other apps (like the Shop app) seem too tied to your email and was difficult to directly add a tracking number. I love that I don’t have to give this app the access to all my emails for it to work well.

Best most clean tracking app. This app is my go to now as it removes all of the hassle from keeping track of my online orders. I paid $3 for the premium account just to track unlimited orders (I order a lot of parts for things internationally so this is really helpful for that). The free version is still the same quality app with the exception that you can only track up to 3 packages at a time. I've had this app for about 2 months and never had a single problem with it 5/5 stars all the way! :D

Good Tracker, But Premium Necessary. Revised: It does the basic job: I can enter a tracking number (it usually recognizes the delivery service automatically), add my own title, and edit or delete an entry. When I copy a tracking number, this app will automatically enter it and the delivery service when I click the “add” button. The draw back is that the free version only accepts three entries at a time. Three is another free App that does all the above without this limit. One nice feature is it has two widgets for the home screen. Again, these only refresh once a day without paid version. So basically this is a preview of what you get if you buy the real deal.

Really really good app. This app is a great way to keep up with your packages and when they’re expected to arrive. It can get overwhelming trying to search through old emails to find tracking numbers for multiple shipments. This puts everything in one location. The only thing that would make my better in my opinion is if the app could automatically add the shipments by monitoring detecting tracking numbers coming in your email or something. My gmail app does that. Either way, it’s definitely worth the download.

Better than the shippers’ websites. The Parcel app provides notifications BEFORE they show up on the shippers’ own websites! It also supports international shippers and automatically transfers them to the US equivalent when they are handed off here. This app is incredible, and the premium upgrade is well worth it if you purchase a lot of items. The only thing I could hope for is email support, where the app connects to your email and automatically picks up tracking numbers. Otherwise, it’s perfect.

Gets the info on package fast. Great app! Used it to track a package and got information on the location of the package fast and mapped the location. You can click on the upper left hand button to link to website to get more detailed info. No lag. Accurate. Effective. To the point. It gave an accurate estimation as to when I would be receiving my package. I finished registration on the website and got updates in a timely fashion. My first time using it and I’m so happy, so satisfied. Hope to continue to have this experience with this app. Absolutely no complaints!
