I have used this app since the iphone 4 age, I am so used to it and I hate change to a new app. Don’t make me do it.

Extremely slow in US. Highly doubt if they have sever in US, the whole app running extremely slow and always fail to sync between users. Asking for refund now

Easy to use. I have been using the app for four years. I am happy to see it remaining active and adding more features. Even though I am not a fan of the forum, I think it's the new features make the app profitable. Hope it could always keep it simple while adding new stuffs. I believe its convenience keeps people in this app.

Loved it, but .... I’ve been using it to track my spending for 4 years. I loved it so I purchased the pro version and shared it with my husband. Somehow the company decided to change to subscription model, and now my husband can no longer use it unless he pays for subscription. There is no communication before the change, and no customer service responded my questions after the change. No respect to loyal customers!

Overall good. I have been using this app for nearly half a year and so far it meets all my needs especially when I am now saving money for a new vehicle. I think peopel who tracks his money is three times as likely to save some as people who don't. This app is certainly good enough for this porpose. However, compared with some apps that come with a widget it takes more time mark every spending. Hopefully they will add one in the future.

Time to quit. Being used it for >5 years to track daily expenses. There were some issues not able to sync. Generally it would be ok after a couple hours or a day. That issue became permanent 3 months ago. I had updated it to all recent releases but got no luck so far. No idea how to contact them. Time to say bye

Lose all data!!!. I linked with my email,Wechat to avoid data lost. But when I re-login after 2 weeks, I lose all data!! There is nothing in the app, unbelievable, never trust online app again.

Fantastic App. This is the most productive financial app I've ever been able to try on. The others' functions are not even on the same order of magnitude compared with it. Though it's loaded with tons of different functions, it was designed in a smart way to guide you through every step to mastery intuitively. Its charts are also very clear and informative. Anyway, excellent app.

Incomplete syncing 同步后显示不全. Free version started to have syncing problems several months ago. Entries get lost after syncing, even from the same app on the same device. I used both versions for iPhone and iPad. And it’s not limited to the new entries I recorded after this problem started to appear. All my historical entries over the years are not showing up completely. Tried to update, reinstall, contact customer service via the app and from the website, all to no avail. Downloaded this paid version, same problem. A search on the social media turns out many users have the same problem, yet nobody cares to fix it. Access Clipboard at Starting Time. I just noticed that, as of 18th December 2020, 随手记专业版 v12.81.0 accesses the clipboard each time it starts. iOS 14 notifies me that “随手记专业版 pasted from ”. This suspicious behaviour didn’t exist before. Please justify this before I can change my rating. Thanks.

存在一个bug. 在记一笔时，信用卡栏目下只能显示最前面的两张信用卡。必须要先转到其他付款方式，例如现金或虚拟账户再转回信用卡才会显示后面的信用卡。
