Thanks. Y’all need to add more languages, it really makes it hard for us to order especially if there are no sit down restaurants and this is the only way to get food delivered.

Terrible app, non existent customer service. This is the embodiment of what it is to have zero care about clients! I have placed hundreds of orders on this app, Resturants and grocery stores alike will choose to send you an alternative if they don’t have what you ordered and you’re supposed to accept it. When you open a “help ticket” they will just ignore you for days and not even respond to your complaints. Do not think this is anything like DoorDash or Uber eats, while they may want you to think they’re professionals, they would hang up on you and ignore you’re complaints and wou would be paying money for things that you didn’t order occasionally just because they don’t feel like taking the responsibility to resolve issues.

Enjoy. The best application in istanbul, they some missing English languages but im sure they can be better... and they have some missing photos but over all i likes very friendly and it is the best application i have used many application but this one is best one

Good but…. As a non Turkish speaker I assumed when changing the language to English would actually make the menus English. It does not. So I am stuck using google translate to order…from other reviews, it sounds like this level of incompetence has been prevalent for many years with zero improvement. Sounds like there needs to be a few executives fired, since leadership comes from the top down, these failures started and have stayed at the top.

You need to hire an engineer!. The app is written generally as a high school hobby project. It often fails! When you login it recommends restaurants that are 3 hour away. You select an order (that is close to you) and it says order is unable to be processed. You would be better off looking up your meal of choice on yemeksepeti and then googling the real phone number of the restaurant and placing your order directly from them. Miserable experience.

Could be better. Im from the states so I understand that my issue with using yemeksepeti is a software issue. The app will MAKE you order food from certain neighborhoods, or rather the neighborhood your in. If you are craving good food from a great restaurant thats 15 minutes away, FORGET ABOUT IT! This app WILL NOT allow you to order from said restaurant if its not in your designated area, thus FORCING you to order food from local restaurants. Im a vegetarian and I know of maybe 2 restaurants that serve vegetarian burgers and dishes. There is a place I love that is 0.7 miles away from my home and yet since that restaurant is in another neighborhood the app will not deliver to my house, it’s ridiculous!! I could tale the 15-20 minute walk or drive there but on a lazy night this terrible app FORCES me to settle for something less! That said thereare many alternatives to ordering food but sadly they are all simple copies of one another with different names. 2.5 our of 5. Step your game up Yemeksepeti 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

It has been hacked twice in year of 2021. The website has been hacked twice, specially the second time I have reached to person who trying to sell the info on darkweb and he told me my exact address, my phone number and last 4 digits of my credit card on file, this is insanely not acceptable, closing my account, period!

Translation. Most of the resturant menus are in Turkish language, however if they can't translate to english you should allow ios users to take the text copy/paste to make it easy for us. Thanks

Not Foreigner Friendly. Haven’t been able to use the app since my first 2 orders. Each time I place an order it gets cancelled. No notification, no instructions for how to resolve this problem. If you don’t have a Turkish cell phone number, your orders won’t go through. I was told by chat support to list my hotels # (they have a business cell) and still, no luck. Useless and frustrating.

Nearly perfect app. A really good app but the down side is that you can only order food from the restaurants in your neighborhood Also cuz I’m new in the city I don’t speak a word of Turkish so I find it difficult to order when most of restaurants don’t add photos and the description is also in Turkish even though I’ve already changed the app language Over all I like but I could be better a lot better

Great app, two suggestions. This application is great but please add these two features, first push notification to inform when the food is ready to deliver, and second, add English description for all items and foods.

Helps a lot. If you’ve just come to Turkey and don’t know the language yet, you’re gonna need to download this app immediately or you’ll be eating terrible food for as long as you stay in Turkey or will have to pay too much for too little.

YOU CAN’T ADD MULTIPLE ADDRESSES. you can’t add multiple addresses without changing the city or removing the previous addresses from the list of the saved ones. That has caused me a huge problem since I was intending to use the app to send someone a birthday cake as a surprise. Since the app accepts one address and phone number as a part of the address, the recipient also received a notification about the gift. The situation was a complete mess! How can be such a bug??!!!

Needs revision. As a user it was frustrating that I needed to translate all the options to actually understand the order details. I selected English but all the menu was still in Turkish. I spent literally an hour to order 1 pizza and soda from Dominos. Imagine the friction in endured to process my order solely from having to manually translate the options. The process of adding my address and home details were also not user friendly nor promoted at the right time.

Horrible. The most useless app that I’ve I seen in my entire life. Tried to order three times. 1. You can’t order without Turkish phone number because they cancel on you right away. 2. The app says that you can use English version but in fact everything is in Turkish except main menu. 3. When I finally placed the order with Turkish phone number they called me and started to talk Turkish. When I said that I don’t understand them, they hung up and canceled. 4. In main menu you can see “Live Support” which is not live. Just FAQ. It’s not designed for foreigners at all. And if you want improve, add chat and live locations feature for both: client and the delivery.

Promptly deleted within a day. I downloaded this app after feeling sick and not wanting to go out to eat. After my first order being cancelled by the restaurant, my second order (at a different place) was accepted, then the place called and said they were closed. I couldn’t cancel the order myself, I had to message support. I am so thankful I opted for cash and didn’t give my card information, I have a feeling it would have been such a hassle to get my money back. I tried ordering one more time, even though according to the app the previous order was out for delivery. This last order actually went fairly ok, except the fact my order couldn’t be delivered because of “traffic”. There were police blockades on one street due to a protest (I think) and the delivery person asked for me to meet him at a location to pick up my order instead. The entire point was to not have to go outside because I felt sick. After that I gave up, went outside and got food, promptly deleting the app after I got back. It ended up wasting hours of my day while I waited for food to be cancelled. If they had all cancelled right away it’d have been different, but this whole thing took about 2+ hours while I waited for deliveries that didn’t pan out. I’m sure others have had a good experience, but I hated it.

Utter idiocy. There was a problem with my order so apparently Yemeksepeti called me. I didn’t know it was them. Some random 850 number. I get a ton of spam so I don’t pick up random calls. Yemeksepeti has now cancelled all my orders and customer service tells me unless I change my number I can’t order again. Why? Because I didn’t pick up their one call I’m not gonna go out get a new phone number because of this. Because I didn’t pick up my phone once.

Search options are awful. This app makes me crazy. The list of restaurants is so long it could take hours to scroll through, and there is no reasonable order that they are presented. Even worse, the options for limiting the search are embarrassingly limited themselves, as if the cost of delivery and whether a restaurant I currently open or not are the only factors effecting our choices for ordering. If I type in a word to search, that exact word has to be in the title of the restaurant or else it will not come up, and just like this review, if the keyboard, there is no way to choose it (like now I am typing but the text doesn’t scroll, so I can’t see if I’m making mistakes or change them if I am. The worst experience with delivery application. Worst costumer service. When food is late they do not try to compensate for you. When a pepsi I ordered was missing they said they would give me a refund and they never got back to me. I had to contact them multiple times for the missing item and they still did not help me. My last two orders after the situation was never accepted and canceled with no reason and I feel that I have been banned from using their services. I am very disappointed since this is an application that gets used all around turkey and north cyprus and should have very high standards. But in reality the costumer service is managed by a group of people who just respond to claims and complaints with “I told you your food is on the way” and other responses that offer no sympathy for the costumer. And also when my food was late one hour and it finally arrived. The package was broken and all the soup was out because the driver was very ignorant, and I had my drink missing. I wish I could leave a good review after my stay in North Cyprus for 5 months but I can’t. This has been the worst experience. Finally deleting this app and not returning to it once again. Thanks for reading, I hope you don’t face the same issues as myself.

Really!!!. Few years ago I tried to use it in English and even when I selected English every thing was in Turkish I said it’s ok maybe it’s an a new app and I ordered with the help of our hotel reception and today I downloaded it to order and it’s the same problem every thing in Turkish!!!, i was speechless for years you didn’t even tried to Solve this problem,When you say you have English please translate every thing so every body can use the app

Not feeling all these changes. The new interface is terrible, all the points I was collecting were deleted as if they never were. restaurants now take up half a page each so scrolling is a nightmare. there are too many distractions. the pictures do not reflect reality, like not even remotely. not liking these never ending changes. The illusion of progress surely can be sold in a more efficient manner.

I feel bad for the restaurants. God forbid you try to cancel an order on this app. You’ll get pre scripted responses from live chat that are at times nonsensical and at best incoherent. Id used the app without issue several times until I actually needed to use their lame customer service. App deleted. There are too many places to eat close by to mess with the possible shenanigans involved in ordering via this app.

Language. I am an English speaking living in Antakya although application is in English yet menus are in Turkish which makes it very difficult to understand and many times I end up not ordering. Please look into this concern for non Turkish speakers. Thanks

Fast and efficient!. a must for foreigners like me who doesn’t speak turkish. Not all the restaurants are in their data base, but is a survival app when ordering over the phone becomes almost impossible.

Menu translation. Everything is good and fast, but the restaurants' menus aren't translated. You have to write everything in google to know what you really want.

Order. I don’t understand your language I want to register my information and make order in Nicosia

I tried to order several times every time they told me update when I update the hotel number they cancel my order when I chat with help service they told me your info not update it when I say that this only for Turkish people someone called to my hotel they told we will send your order to the restaurant , however after two hours waiting and I’m so hungry I gave up I order from the hotel because there is no option unfortunately 😵

Not great. The app is put together poorly there aren’t pictures you can’t tell what’s going on and they cancel 90% of your orders without reason. They come late the food is cold. Maybe I’m used to American delivery but this is horrible

A great app. I highly recommend this app for everyone, I'm a foreigner student in Turkey and I don't speak Turkish, but this app is so easy to use, you can check all types of food and hundreds of restaurants, easy for registration, and you can check all prices and lists of food etc. and you can't get any problem with it, in addition, the live support can deal with you in English language.

A tourist. I’m not from Turkey and I do not speak their language. Not only they have no English translation in their app, even when we call, they answer us in Turkish and hang up😐 I do not undrestand how the most famous food ordering app in one of the most tourist attracting countries can not understand one word in english😐 FYI you’re representing your whole people with your manners and you’re better to stop this🤦🏻‍♀️

Garbage update. No idea why the decided to completely update the entire UI which already happened less that a year ago. This update is trash. All the photos are stock photos and have nothing to do with the actual food at then place. Harder to search and filter. Removed filtering some options Who would decide to do this? Dumb. It looks like getir now except red so I’ll just use getir I guess.

Excellent Service. Very nice workers, extremely friendly delivery drivers and quick for sure, it also takes cash, unlike other competitors. Keep the good work up!

A Foreigner. To be honest, this app is great for the ones who don’t know turkish. For the pros I’d say -Simple process of registration, having specific details, ((((respectful and English-speaking support)))), simple ordering process, accurate timing for handing you your order. For the cons; Menus of some restaurants are not in turkish and for the ones which are, there are some options that aren’t in English. Some restaurants don’t upload pictures of food and that’s bothering, imagine buying a food without seeing what it seems like. All in all that’s a great app and I personally enjoy it because for the person like me who don’t know how to talk in turkish it’s really important to have least number of conversations.

It’s a simple app and don’t underestimate “simple”. Simple is hard. You may not achieve it even if you have loads of money. Turkish Airlines for example, spent probably thousands on their new fancy website but it’s crap. These guys definitely succeeded. It’s a simple, easy-to-use app. Proud as a Turk living in the Silicon Valley.

Foreigner. Yemeksepeti stole my money. I have emailed them multiple times and contacted their customer service but no one has reached out to me. The restaurant I ordered food from even contacted yemeksepeti and told them to give me a refund but they have not refunded my money. If has been 3 weeks since I first contacted. They’re nothing but THIEVES. Yemeksepeti doesn’t care about customers. I will use Getir from now out because Getir has integrity and they treat customers with respect.

More pictures. They dont protect their customers right such as punish restaurants when they bring food late , or if something is wrong the customers should get some credit, but no they just making money being a simple carelese middle man

Great all except for the spam notifications. You have a great app here and your delivery couriers are fast and friendly. But you’re ruining my attachment and loyalty to your brand with all of these marketing notifications. Uber Eats and DoorDash both have settings that allow users to choose whether they would like to receive marketing notifications in addition to the delivery notifications that are clearly more important to the success of your service experience. Please consider following their example. Thank you.

New version is awful. Long-time user of Yemeksepeti but this new version is awful and not at all user-friendly. The photos are just stock photos, don’t tell you anything about the product it’s impossible to find what you’re looking for. I really hope they go back to the old version.

App is disaster for people dont speak Turkish. Very disappointed with the user experience. You should take in count for non-turkish speaker. You have an English language version which is good, but the whole menu section and description is turkish. Also, 99% of the menu is without pictures, like Seriously? So im buying things which i dont know what they are and i dont even able to see how they look like?

NEW VERSION IS USELESS. The new version is very difficult, disappointing, time consuming and waste of resources by your company. You should reverse it back before you loss a tremendous amount of users just for this single unfriendly user interface.

Foreigner!. This app is actually the best when it comes to food, i’ve been using for a year now and as a foreigner all you have to do is a simple registration and then you can order whatever you want and you don’t need to speak Turkish! I’d give it 10 out of 5. I highly recommend it

Not secure to register personal data, credit card, address.. Its been hacked. All personal data has bern stolen and company did not really care for this breach.

Q. How can I change from the normal restaurants page to banabi page in your application ? I can't find a choose allow me to do that ?

Push notification needed!. Is it possible to receive push notifications when my order is out for delivery? I can see that info inside the app but push notification would be great. I’ll give one more star for that. Thanks!

The worst application I’ve have ever used. I’m using Yemeksepeti for more than 4 years but they became worst year by year and I deleted this application due to their lack of support and never answer the messages and always replying the same messages for 4 years and I never suggest this application to anyone anymore, now you can find a better applications can help and deliver your order on time better than Yemeksepeti by levels, I wish if I can write a report about them and their support center the worst support center ever.

Something went wrong!. Application didn’t work suddenly, and says something went wrong!!!!!!!!! Also the app is already updated!

My review. The English language is not very good as a foreign customer I couldn’t use it. The menus were still in Turkey and I couldn’t understand the food names I had to use google translate which took a lot of my time. Although I would say overall it’s a good app for those who speak Turkish lol

Far from UBER but the best in turkey. That app really is the best if you don’t speak Turkish but I wish there was an option to communicate with the restaurant within the app like UBER.

Stupid service. Don’t use it. We make order from Burger King and don’t receive in our order ice cream. Customer support 5 days promise me about we request in restaurant your missing items - and don’t help me) I’m still don’t receive my ice cream. 4 or 5 customer operators said me same: we try to send your missing items immediately. And nobody send)) Don’t use this app. In turkey have many another good services…

Good.. I was on Vacation at Turkey and ordered food almost everyday, I’ve ordered about.. probably 20 times and the only time I’ve been disappointed was cause of 1 cancelled order. This was due to the restaurant so I don’t have anything to blame. Food was often delivered fast & easy + I never had a problem with missing ingredients, great service, great app!

Bad customer service. Wasted two hours one this app, two orders got cancelled on me after this wait!

Worst update. This version is completely different and has a much poorer UX than previous ones. While waiting for my order I’m not able to contact anyone, no live help, there used to be restaurant reviews, now those are gone as well.

Location detection failed. This app doesn't detect location, not smart enough to search near by eatery.

Visually too crowded. So much going on in the app, ads, pop ups, not very user friendly in my opinion

English language. The English language of the customer service is out of this world ( they speak better then an English speaker) It deserves more than 5 star’s❤️❤️❤️❤️🔥
