An ad with a little news. App is unusable now as it’s constantly interrupting with pop up ads. What a joke.

Money money money. It really has become a tabloid with more about celebrities and their sex lives than politics anymore. I used to come here to get my opinions and perspectives from journalists but I’m starting to think you either fired them all or chased them away. Also what the heck is up with all these ads!! I cannot read a single story any more without some weird pop up video crashing my phone. The app is almost unusable now because it keeps crashing trying to load your ads. Stop focusing on money and start focusing on the truth again.

Ads are annoying. I used to enjoy this app but the adds have become too annoying in that they are at times very intentionally hard to close. The “x” is hidden or obscured. Makes viewing experience unpleasant. Going to delete,

Horrible. The latest update is junk. Adds just pop up whenever and Fox News is now just as radical right as CNN is radical left.

What’s with the ads??. I used to enjoy reading news here, not anymore. The full page random ads are beyond annoying. I’ll be finding another source for news.

Ads have become problematic. I have noticed a change in the Fox News app on my iPhone. Both my wife and i have to weekly delete the app completely and reinstall as we get caught up jamed up with ad choices. Please stop the trickery.

News Hound. UPDATE: Finally completely deleted the Fox News App from my phone rather than just the home screen. I confess I would try the App every few days (until a pop-up ad appeared) to see if Fox had heard their audience’s complaints and gotten rid of the FULL SCREEN pop-ups. They hadn’t! I can only surmise the additional revenue from their pop-up ads exceeds the revenue reduction from the decreased article views by an audience who can no longer endure the destruction of the App’s usability. It is Getting increasingly difficult to read an article. Fox keeps moving pictures in place of the text and when one scrolls to the text, they just move it again and replace it with a picture. Repeat, repeat, …. It would be nice to be able to actually read the jumping text before it is hidden. Perhaps a more descriptive name for “Fox News” would be “Fox Advertising” given the current mix of online content, and Foxbusiness is even worse. It is getting increasingly difficult to ferret out the news content amongst the rapidly multiplying advertising. Time to start looking for an alternative. And now Fox keeps demanding I sign up for breaking advertising ... whoops, I mean news per Fox. If you leave the app open you’ll get greeted with loud blaring audio. No need to select it, they just assume you are going to want to be startled by it. Or, hmm, maybe it’s their way of getting a hit that allows them to bill their advertisers more?

Pop up ads. Too many pop up ads

Stop with the Ads. The app (and the website for that matter) are almost unusable. If your finger slips one bit you’ll open up a pop up ad. They are everywhere. I’ve had the same problem with the website ever since they started making me sign in with an email to view an article. I’m willing to pay for Fox News content with no ads, but that isn’t on offer. As far as I’m concerned, the app is currently useless and exists for its older clientele to accidentally click and purchase a bunch of crap.

Good info, frequently cuts off. I like Fox generally , but ofttimes it closes itself after a few second when selectIng a story to read.

Junk App. Endless loop of logging in and signing up to try to comment but never happens!

Full page pop up ads. I’m leaving Fox News over the new full page pop up ads. They are impossible to close. No self respecting news site would allow these ads to happen. Fox News has become nothing more than a bad tabloid.

Terrible app. It’s a shame I go to read news then am hit with pop up advertisements which I have no clue how to close and exit. Ads signal when it’s time to close the app. I consider this a feature to help me limit how much time I spend on this app. When an ad pops up, I immediately close the app and go on to something else. Thanks Fox News!

Just relevant news please. I haven’t had too much of an issue with the ads, but the content needs some serious attention. While there are relevant news stories PLEASE stop with Taylor Swift, Brad Pitt and all the other irrelevant nonsense that Fox insists on publishing. Leave that to the teen magazines and stick with news please.

Ads. The full screen ads need to go. I can’t even click on a story and an ad pops up demanding I spend time looking at it before I’m allowed to close it. Stop this madness.

Ads have made it unbearable. Seriously…number one in news has turned into a ridiculous click bait app that redirects you to other sites or Apple game apps just by scrolling past it.

Controlled Opposition. CNN tells you what to believe, FOX tells you what you’re allowed to believe. It’s all left wing media. Fox is just controlled opposition. Also, the app uses full page popup ads now, and the website is subscription based. Time to call it quits with Fox News.

Fu@* your pop up ads. 5 bloody ads in 3 minutes that take over my screen and force me to exit the app. I am deleting the app as it’s no longer usable

Too many forced ads. Used to love this app but I just now shut it down after being forced to watch 2 ads before I could scroll past two paragraphs of the same story. Deleting this app and getting my news somewhere else! Shame on you FOX.

Pop Ads make it useless. You cannot scroll through this app without ads continually popping up. Waste of my time.

Too Add Friendly. The app used to be good, now it is terrible because if you scroll to read the news, it will open up a stupid add. I even gave the app a dirty look and it opened up Royal Match. Please fix this mess.

Garbage App. These morons now require you to provide your email address to access articles. Whoever makes those decisions for conservative audiences is a complete moron. Why do you need my personal information to read an article with advertising in it. Will be switching my news source permanently.

Done with ads. Random ads pop up while scrolling now that you can’t skip. I was already debating deleting the app because the content was so bad and you could never see the pictures or videos that they talk about in the articles. Now I’m required to watch video ads. The ads have gotten so bad. Sometimes you can’t even finish the article because it keeps forcing the ad every time you scroll.

Forced full page adds killed this app. I couldn’t take the full page ads anymore and had to delete the app. They pop up while reading and it’s faster to kill the app and restart then it is to wait for the ad to complete and find the exit button. There’s already ads in every story and about 10% of the stories are actually ads pretending to be stories so I don’t see the need for the stop reading and watch this pop ups.

Relevant content. Fox News most people could care less about Taylor Swift and jeopardy contestants. With all the issues our country face how about reporting real issues that affect people. After years of following you , Fox News is about as bad as CNN and others. Getting real close to getting boot from this one user.

Liberal rag. There is no honest reporting all the best guys are gone now it's all about Taylor Swift! What happened to the old Fox??

Take over add. Used to be great. As you scroll a few ads here and there that I could choose to interact with or ignore. Now they have a full screen takeover ads that are forced. The second those come up I close the app and stop engaging all together. I’m guessing these won’t last long after they see the results of people dropping off. Remove those takeover ads and you’ll get 5 stars.

Out of Control Ads. It started with the ads embedded in between the app news content. Then, full page pop-up ads started. Now, I get a Google ad banner on the bottom that takes up about 15% of the screen. All of this is making the app too irritating to deal with. I have been a fan of Fox News, but I am starting to question a brand that subjects it’s followers to this ridiculous amount of advertising. May be time to move on.

Freezes and is useless. Worthless app

Adds took over the site. I have used this app for years. About three months ago I started getting full page adds that took over my phone and IPad when on the app. Sometimes I even have to reboot my phone to clear it. Took it to Apple Store and they said it is Fox problem. Please get this FIXED.

Unusable. This was my go to news app for many years. It’s now unusable due to CONSTANT full page ads. When the adds aren’t commandeering the entire screen the app freezes and stutters along until I close it out of frustration.

The Fox Ad Network. I used to enjoy this app; but not enough to sit through the endless advertisements. I will have to seek news elsewhere.

Fox News App in General. I have enjoyed your mobile app since it started. Now you constantly interrupt the articles with more ads that completely block the news. I accept your ads already spaced within the stories, but you go too far with constantly blocking out stories for unwanted ads. I was in newspaper industry for over 40 years. They did same thing over their front pages to gain revenue. It was one of many factors that helped make them irrelevant now. You will lose me and others very soon if you keep throwing unwanted total interruptions to app

Bad links and too many adds.. Some of the adds are “not in English”, and some are impossible to close out! News items links take to long to load, “browser results” “bad Link” too many bad links!

Deleted the Fox News App. Just deleted the Fox News App! Tired of the all the ads and pop ups. Not worth it any longer. Very sad about this but it went from ads you can scroll by to pop ups and spam.

Ads Causing Crashes. After mild use the ads trying to rescroll the pages or popup make scrolling almost impossible and the App has just really started to suk and be unusable. Very very close to being just not worth the trouble anymore. Tired of uninstalling and reinstalling about every one to two uses.

Fix your ads so I don’t have to close the app. Why does Fox let advertisers tak over when I’m reading news as a pop up without providing the ability to close out of the ad (or at least no obvious way to do it). So…I need to close down the app which makes me open my CNN app just so CNN gets credit for a user when Fox screws us

Broken Glitched and full of ads. Apparently Fox strives to provide more ads than news! The whole app is full of automated ads, pop up every few seconds stopping you from using the app until you respond to the ad. Also it is glitched because when creating an account it won’t log in on iPhone, because it never sends an activation email no matter how many times you try! Sad that a name as big as fox has to deliver such garbage and ad riddle trash!

To top it off, Trump’s previous director of communications and deputy chief of staff, Bill Shine, is the former co-president of Fox News. Shine’s presence at the White House [Shine has recently departed the White House], along with Trump’s ties to on-air personalities like Hannity, Lou Dobbs, and Jeanine Pirro, all but cemented the unofficial relationship between Trump and the right-wing news network.

Pretty ordinary. Generally poor functionality compared to other news apps.

Slow unstable kills battery. Constantly loading ads click to read a story takes 2 minutes to get full story with ads placed every 3 lines of text. No way to select topics of interest. So need to go fish to find what you want to read. Horrible app.

Mostly good, but.... During the Arizona elections Fox erroneously called the victory for Joe Biden even though it was still undecided. There are times where fox is decidedly un-conservative and comes out with BS. But still they are more trustworthy than CNN!

Very glitchy and lots of bugs. Every time I open the app, it glitches and won’t let me touch anything. I’ve tried re-downloading it multiple times, but just won’t work. Very disappointing!

Rasist. When I downloaded the app the first story to pop up was about Black Lives Matter and I clicked on it and it seemed like the report was towards black people ‘not being normal’ and also saying that blacks people should not exist.

Doesn’t work. Not sure if it’s just my phone but this app doesn’t open nor work for me. I can’t see any of the news and it crashes all the time. Some kind of bug caused by false or misleading coding? Either way this bug is preventing me from seeing free news and I would highly recommend not downloading it.

This is complete trash. As an Australian, I feel extremely sorry for any American at the moment. With this kind of news app, it’s no wonder people turn to protests to have their voices heard. Fox News is run on lies and capitalism, is completely bias, unethical, and unjust. They don’t even try to display all sides of the story, only what best fits their marginalised audience. Glitches. There’s clearly A LOT of technical issues with this app. I keep getting weird bugs. Glitchy, very slow and weird pop ups come up. The headlines keep going out of order.

cancel this app. one of the worst apps i’ve used it was slow and didn’t provide the correct information. it’s extremely biased and didn’t give me the information i needed or information for anyone at that. i do not wish to continue getting my news from here and no one should. please don’t get informed about topics on here as they are all false and will put really negative things out to be positive eg. donald trump, this app needs to go i’m not learning anything. it’s brain washing people into believing this guy is some brilliant person.

Gorillas!!. I got this app and I woke up the next day to a gorilla playing my guitar in the shower and then he roasted me and called me a poo and it really hurt my feelings so I got my pet turtle and it spat at the gorilla then I went out to the backyard and saw another gorilla in my swimming pool and he was on my water slide then I ran to my best friends house and he said he also had gorillas in his house so now we have moved to mars.

Biased on all fronts. This app really shouldn’t be advertised as a news app since it’s more of an advertisement for Trump. The bias is unmatched and the news isn’t always news. Not only this but the reporters themselves are biased, this app has the ability to power someone’s IQ just by looking at it. Now an important message for people: wear a mask and black lives matter.

All For Trump!! Not News!!!!. This is not a news forum it’s an opinion forum. The Fox News plan isn’t, no plan just catering to whatever the right wing base wants. Too many disgusting racist rants full of misleading info no actual fact in any story. I use to read Fox for the right and CNN for the left but apparently CNN has more people investigating their stories than Fox. Fox exists hoping Trump can get it so they can fill time with hours of a president giving rambling rants!!!! Good luck, you’ll need it!!!

More freeze ups than the movie “Frozen”. The absolute worst functioning news app. The content is thorough but the constant freeze ups makes it frustrating to the point of just closing it down.

Auto Ads is very annoying. Since the last update I am getting Ads popped up with timers and the close X is often in different spots. Very annoying. Also I keep getting prompted to watch TV when I am trying to read the news.

Buggy up full of propaganda. Avoid this app at all costs. Very buggy. Collects tons of information from you. News articles are full of propaganda. Too many adds. Do yourself the favour, download a proper news app such as Aljazeera news.

Intrusive ads. Ads autoplay interrupting currently playing audio. Frustrating and reduces my Fox News App usage. I understand the need for ads, but it would be preferable if they didn’t force quit presently playing audio app.

Fox News tracking makes no sense. They say every news app tracks you but right after reading the article, they ask if they can track me. How dumb do you think we are ? As much as Trump and his cronies ?

Unreadable. With ads forever loading within the article, the text is always bouncing around... fix it... it’s unREADABLE

Misleading images. It is extremely annoying and misleading to open a story and then have photos from other stories that are not connected with the actual story one is reading. For example today I opened a story that was about the White House press secretary talking about an issue and then the actual video that you had at the link header was about something else. Very confusing very annoying and please stop it.

Not worth your time. Just like the TV, this is a fascist bunch of lies. After all, FOX is not a news organization. It’s classified as entertainment.

Region restriction. Fox News overall is such a great channel, love Tucker. However This app does not work in Canada!!! I do not know why this app even exist in the Canadian App Store, so please figure it out Apple and Fox News, whether you give Canadian customer the right to watch, or remove yourself from the App Store.

Shaw Direct in Canada gone. I tried to watch my favourite show on Fox News tonight and it wouldn’t let me and when I tried to re-sign with my Shaw Direct account from Canada it was not available. What happened? I could access it yesterday.

Fox News tracking. What a double standard, Fox news has always talked about other platforms tracking their clients, and today I try and use the app and it requires my consent to track my access. Hippocrates. How pitiful.

Not what it should be. It’s got pop up ads, it rarely shows you videos in the articles that pertain to anything, you can’t change anything in the app and if you hit contact us it doesn’t allow you to contact them 😅 so you just have to accept the app for what it is intended for. It’s just a headliner app. Gives you headlines in the news that you can just hear in the radio, I’ve had the app for years now and it’s just… eh 🤷🏼‍♂️

Not As Good…. I’ve enjoyed Fox News for many years but things have changed not for the good. Way too many pop up ads and more salacious articles that are thrown in there gratuitously. Give us America’s news, state’s news, world news, sports etc. Do not want daily about what the same has been stars are barely wearing or fluff articles that response by everyone is a yawn moment.

Ad Magnet!!!. The ads are ridiculous! Many many ads that seem to pop up randomly, and often while trying to check the news. End of closing the app, rather than wait for ad to close. Fox News, you’re better than this ad magnet app.

Unbelievable Ads Takeover. Fox News used to be my top choice for news. Now, I’m forced to go to alternative news apps because Fox is so compelled by advertisers money that they authorize pop-up adds to take over customers screens. No other news outlets subject their customers to this. Sadly, I had to delete the Fox app. Let us know when the ads are gone.

Too many adds.. I am a very busy person and don’t like to waste time with adds. Too many to deal with. Also a lot of reading. Prefer more video information as I am usually doing other stuff while I am listening and watching.

Ruined. This app is almost unbearable now. It used to be a daily read, nos the constant pop up harassment advertising has me feeling nothing but ill will toward the app and Fox News. It has the feel of some sketchy website. Well done Fox. The videos require a ridiculous add watch before playing, and then do t work half the time. Could not be worse. Just sad trash.

Buggy & Too Many Ads. Recent “updates” to the Fox News app have ruined it. Impossible to read an article without seeing multiple pop up ads that are difficult to close. You cannot read some of the articles unless you sign up for a Fox News account. It does this repeatedly even after you have signed up for an account.

Ninja whole page ads ruining this once great app.. Used to be my go to news app, but the whole-page ad $ talk—so I will walk. Don’t forget, we’re the people that also watch your programming. Pushing us somewhere else will affect those $$ too as we find other sources for our news.

Shame. Chase the dollar i see. When the button comes up to skip the video or close the ad. Then it really should do that. If the programming is that bad how can i trust they care about the content

App causes device to crash. Since the introduction of pop-up ads, the app causes my device to become unstable and then it freezes and ultimately crashes. It’s amazing that the app developers relentlessly blow off user complaints. The money generated from the ads must be clouding their judgement.

Fox news app. new changes to the app gives UNCONTROLLABLE pop ups that block what you are trying to read. This app is almost useless at times. Fox News will just lose more viewers if they do not fix this issue.

Unusable. You cannot read any article without getting buried in popup ads. This is annoying and is a very disjointed experience. I have used this since it came out and now it is time to move on!

Interruption by ads is overwhelming. The ability of advertisers to constantly interrupt reading articles or doing crosswords is simply terrible. Most recently, the crossword was constantly interrupted to the point that it was impossible to do the crossword. If this continues, I will definitely drop the app. It’s becoming useless.

Non stop ad’s!!. Can’t even read the news with all the new ad’s that pop up for stupid games nobody wants. Never had that before. It’s relatively new, it’s annoying, and I’m looking for a new source 🤷🏼‍♂️

What happened to your quality. I recommend you terminate the entire IT team and many of your writers …this App is of 3rd world quality. Nearly 50% of the time it does not open; littered with unbelievable commercials; and the news stories have forgotten the age old rule of Bottom Line Upfront.

App run boggy. App is overloaded, starts freezing after reading 2 or 3 articles.

Very Annoying Interface. To start with, I'm a fan of Fox Nrws. However, I use the app several times a day from my iPhone 10, and it's driving me nuts ! I have two major complaints. Most annoying is Fox's excessive use of hyperlinks within their articles. They seem to have a large active touch zone for these links (my opinion), which results in a near constant redirection to the linked pages while I'm trying to scroll through articles. To be clear, I probably get an unwanted page 5 times in each article I read. My second issue is that the app completely freezes too often. I don't have either of these problems with other apps, so I have to believe that this one is poorly execited. I keep the app updated, but these problems have persisted for months. UPDATE: many months later, and this app is still a mess. Nothing else that I've ever installed on my iPhone has hung and slowed to a crawl like this Fox app does. Another major annoyance occurs as I'm trying to scroll down the home page and the app repeatedly returns to the top of the page. I was a software development manager for many yrars, and I wouldn't put my name on this junk. Please fix it so I can enjoy your reporting.

Now what?. Your phone and IPad will get hot, freeze and disappoint…just like ALL of ours does! Journalism is now dying at FOX news app! It was nice while it lasted! 😞

Not what it once was. This app frequently fails to open and frequently causes my phone to freeze up. The content has changed from meaningful news to supermarket tabloid rubbish. A real disappointment.

Fair & Balanced -Yes, as many commercials as there’s news. Had to listen to one minute of commercials to hear one minute with two brief news articles. How come Fox has to prioritize commercials over news? Sounds like a ripoff to me. Get back to reporting the news and stop being a front man for Slick Willy ads. Shame on you.

Pop up Ads. The pop up ads have become so distracting as to make the Fox News app intolerable to consume!

Too many pop up ads!. I have 6 news apps on my phone, Fox News app is the only one that now has constant pop up ads, it makes reading the news very unenjoyable. The other news apps only make me watch an ad when I watch a news video clip. They need to give us an option to pay b/c I can’t do all these ads. Probably going to delete this app.

Advertising cycle is intense and drives me AWAY. I am tired of seeing the advertiser I am bombarded at every commercial break with this insane propaganda to lose money gambling. “bingo cash” or “betrivers”. On the Fox News app or on Fox News living streaming. How can Fox News think this is acceptable to try and convince people to gamble money. What if I had a gambling problem?? I don’t even gamble. There’s nothing in my profile in life that would ever suggest that I ever enter a casino or gamble online ever. Then there are the banner ads that pop up randomly on the app and block you from reading any news. Whenever that happens, I close the app and go read someone else’s newsfeed. It’s insane. It successfully drives me to other platforms, like Epoch Times, and others.

Too Many Bugs?. My last iPad was 5 years old and died on this app. I purchased a new one and I’m still having issues. I read a few sentences from a story then it freezes up. While the page is stuck the iPad battery starts to get hot. This is the only app this happens on. I get better, real time news on X anyways.

Ads. Unfortunately this app has random pop up ads now and makes the experience less then desirable. Even their main website doesn’t allow to read without signing up. Uninstalling after years of use.

Littered with Ads that take over phone. I always enjoyed this app until fairly recently. I’m not sure what changed in the decision making on their end but the amount of advertising and click-baits are completely overwhelming. I can’t get through 1 article anymore without some ad taking over my screen, forcing me to close the app. I will also add that most of these popups don’t have an close (X) option. This is beyond annoying and I’m very disappointed that they think this is okay.

Obnoxious ads. Used to enjoy this app. The money grubbers have gotten so obnoxious with the ads it’s become an unenjoyable experience trying to read the stories. Not recommended, unfortunately. I will no longer be using this app.

App increasingly Slow. Too many pop up ads & as I read, the app responds increasingly slower, so much so that I have to close the app and relaunch. Also, not enough real news and too much celebrity pandering. Not worth my time.

Ad experience is awful. They’ve made the app impossible to use. Irrelevant ads constantly popup. There are better ways to do this than just allowing the ad networks to run roughshod all over your audience. I’m an adult. I don’t want to play children’s games. Already destroyed the webpage. Can only read 1 in 5 articles on the website because you have to login and that experience is awful. Better figure this out quick, Fox.

Too many ads!. Why does Fox News need to sell so many ads to support the app? I’ll be deleting it soon. It is too hard to actually read news with ads continually popping up. That, combined with the click bait, make it almost impossible to use.

Being forced to watch an ad or see promo. I’ve decided to delete the app due to being forced to watch video ads to the extreme.

Nothing Changes. The Fox News app on iPad is terrible. Its look and feel is close to viewing a tabloid. Exercise caution as you scroll otherwise you will trigger an ad. So unfortunate.
