Worse costumer service. DO NOT BOOK flights here. I acknowledge I made a mistake on booking a departure and return flight for the same day. It didn’t take more than a few minutes for me to realize. I called booking right away and told the representative about it. She said she was going to look into canceling. It took more than 15 minutes but she told me she had cancel everything and I was getting a FULL refund. I notice partial payment had been refunded. It took me 6 different calls , different days for a very rude supervisor/ manager name Jitendra, to tell me they had not made a mistake and it was my fault basically for not canceling one of the flights. When a few of the representatives I had talked to had admitted it was their mistake and they were waiting for the representatives manager to sign off for the refund. Jitendra was so rude talking over me most of the time until I told him I wanted to speak to someone else because his customer service skills were terrible. He said he was the assistant manager and manager and no higher up. I basically have to dispute with my credit card company. Save yourself a headache do not use BOOKING!!

Loved my stay here. OK, seriously the owner, Maclir goes above and beyond. You can tell he really wants his guests to have a good experience and is passionate about his place. First off, he reached out to me before I arrived and offered to come pick me up from the ferry for a small fee. I have NEVER had anyone from a hostel do this. This was way better than getting a taxi and he popped out of no where at the pier it was so welcoming and honestly set the tone for how amazing my experience was in this island. As soon as we arrived to the home stay he gave me a run down about the island. Which beaches to go, where to eat and what there is to do. Again, goes above and beyond. I ended up having to move to a new location since he was fully booked and I wanted to stay longer which I was a little sad about but he even helped me move my stuff to my new place. Like I said he’s a really good guy and willing to always help out his guests. The rooms were cute, he definitely keeps up with them and even makes your bed for you which I appreciated. I was amazing at how on point he is!

Diamond in the ruff. Our first impression almost turned us away. But don’t stop reading there… when we pulled up the outside and surrounding areas are somewhat run down looking, but don’t let that fool you! We went ahead and checked out our room and wow! All we needed was a clean bed and a bathroom and it did not disappoint. While the outside is less than attractive the room was perfect for what we needed. Spacious king bed with plenty of room to move around. The room was clean and there were even mints on the bed. There are also a few snacks in the desk. Bedding and bathroom were cleaned and freshened room didn’t stink. Overall for a one night stay this was the perfect place and it didn’t cost and arm and a leg. Highly recommended for travelers just needing a place to sleep for the night. If you are staying multiple days in N. Platte area and going to be spending vacation time in your room, this is where I may recommend spending a little more for a hotel/motel with more amenities. But seriously we enjoyed our stay and if we ever travel back out this way we would stay here again.

Arona Prestige Apartments. Beautiful view of lago Maggiore as the building sits centrally in the main piazza on the water. Parking is a BIG issue on the weekends. Apartment comes with a parking pass for all spaces in Arona but unfortunately, almost impossible to find and if and when you do find one, you can never move your car. Entrance to the building was dark but we were met by Angelo who was very helpful with bags, building thankfully has an elevator. Upon entry the apartment is bright and airy with large French doors that open to the Piazza and many windows that provide a nice cross ventilation. it is advertised to have a pull out couch in the living room, but the pull out couch is for a child not an adult. The bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable as the mattress probably needs to be replaced. The worst part was that we never were able to sleep until 2 o’clock in the morning because of the fact that the piazza fills up with people at restaurants, music, lots of cars, lots of motorcycles, It’s great if you’re part of it, young crowd. Garbage and glass pick is at 6:00 am right outside the apartment windows. We really feel as if that should have been mentioned in the description. All in all lovely apartment beautiful area, beautiful views, and very hospitable hosts

Mirabilis Apartments in Lisbon. We liked this place and would definitely stay there on our future visits to Lisbon. The apartments are in a perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the Parque metro station by the Parque Eduardo VII. Praca Marquis de Pombal is close by, and another two metro stations are at a walkable distance We stayed on the 4th floor and our apartment was very quiet. The plains from/to the airport are not flying directly over this neighborhood, so their noise will not bother you in these apartments. There was enough space for everything in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom didn’t have the tight shower stall’s layout which we read about in some other reviews. The stall had two shower heads, the rain and the handheld, which was very convenient. Surprisingly, there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom though the apartment had many of them in all rooms, including two outlets next to a full-length wall mirror. There are multiple cafes around the apartments, as well as two supermarkets nearby. A huge department store El Cortes Ingles is just five minutes away. It has a fine supermarket downstairs with an extensive selection of food, wine, produce and delicious fruits, including the pineapples from Azores and bananas from Madeira. It also has a nice cafe on its 7th floor. We were not impressed with the food there but the espumante sangria was delicious. :)

Great location but not what I expected.. Not what I expected for the price we paid. The hotel is in a great location but could use some upgrades and better housekeeping skills. The room was spacious but not as clean as it should be. The bathroom curtain was white with some gray stains which showed it had not been properly watched in a long time. The bathroom sink had some yellow stains in the corner and the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. This one had a whole right next to it that was never patched up and the footboard needed some real good cleaning as they were gray instead of white. I spoke with the front desk about it and they sent the housekeeper to clean the room but everything I mentioned was still the same when we got back to the room. You could tell they switched the bedroom sheets, replaced the towels and vacuumed the floors but nothing else was done. This is the first time I experience anything like this in a hotel and it was a shamed. The food is also over priced. I was only there for two nights and didn’t want to make a big deal about the cleanliness of the room but unfortunately, I would not be staying here again.

Reservations not accurate on arrival. Apparently according to the hotels they never received all the information for my rooms. First one had been confirmed on the way 3 times. Worked out in the end. The second had nothing correct & blamed this booking site. I’ve allergies ruined the evening & we didn’t stay an extra day because nobody cared. They made it seem like they jumped through hoops to make me comfortable They did not I’m allergic to down removing it doesn’t remove all the presence of down Zyrtec & epipens later I was still not well the next am. At first they had 2 King rooms on different floors I booked 2double bed rooms next to or near each other Traveling with elderly parents. Then said we’re going to get you 2 new rooms I was waiting in the courtyard we put our stuff back in the car It took way too long. Went to dinner & found out on our return they just removed the down bedding. No manager. Nobody cared. And I reserved with breakfast & had it printed out. They wouldn’t look & said they didn’t have it down. What a nightmare. Double Tree in Gainesville. We would have stayed another night there. Next time we’ll choose a different hotel directly.

Fantastic resort, second to none management and customer service. Simply put, look no more for a resort in Sahl Hashish. Stay here and you will be treated like you are the only guest. This resort boasts five restaurants serving delicious food. International, oriental and Italian cousins are all available. Hats off to Mr. Mostafa, the assistant Reception Manager. You will find him in the reception. Actually he will find you and greet you with a great smile and will make your stay pleasant. He gave us a quick orientation and made sure that we get the rooms we liked. He is the right man to take the “ice” out of “service”. You will find Yoga and Zomba classes by trained professionals. Nightly entertainment is by highly qualified teams. Fire work shows fly boards, DJ. Alas too much to mention. Golden Buddha is a night club in the same resort with great atmosphere. I can’t say enough about our satisfaction with this Resort especially with Mr. Mostafa. Congratulations for a job well done!

The Good the Bad and the Ugly …stayed here 4 nites july 2023. The good… location is great. Right next to underground Glouchester Road tube station. Close to many restaurants and markets. Room had safe and mini-frig. Nice big towels .The Bad…. Very small TV. Small room. Unable to open two suitcases at the same time. Bathroom very small especially the corner shower. Very difficult to even turn around in. Breakfast not included but if your willing to pay 16 pounds u can get cold food in a buffet in the basement….nothing even came close being warm or hot…..dinner was not an option since they discontinued it totally before our arrival….the bar, this is a great one…the bar is only open thuraday, friday, and saturday from 5 to 9…thats it but i can understand why….its the worst looking small unfriendly uninviting bar i have ever seen. Went by it all three days and never saw anyone in it…..seriously why waste your time. NOW THE UGLY Our room did not look like any of the pictures on their web site. We had 4 steep stairs to climb into the bathroom. Not very much fun in the middle of the night when you have to use the facilities. Then come back down the same very steep stairs…. Not cool when you have walking issues and stability issues and your 77 years old. Would we ever stay here again …that would be a big fat NEVER AGAIN

Great stay for a great price. The check/check out process we so easy. Rooms weren’t anything spectacular but they were spacious and got the job done for our home away from home for 10 days. The beds were SO comfortable. 2 pools on site. Hotel is in a great location with in walking distant of some restaurants/activities/shopping areas. Super convenient that it had a “convenience shop” in the lobby, as well as an arcade, breakfast restaurant, and lounge/restaurant. About 25 minutes from Disney and 10 minutes from Universal Studios. It has a free shuttle to Universal which we definitely took advantage of. Staff were all nice. Will definitely book again if ever in the area! Literally the ONLY negative of the stay was the 2 story part of the hotel we stayed in didn’t have an elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. Slight inconvenience but nothing worth rating the hotel any less than 5 stars!

Spacious room. The room was very spacious and came with all the essentials. It had a small kitchen with two eyelet stove top, sink, dish washer and refrigerator. It had a coat closet by the door and a wardrobe closet in the bedroom with shelves beside it for clothing. It had a large sofa that you could lay all the way out on it and a sofa table. The bathroom shower was very nice as well as the rest of the bathroom. This room even had a washer and dryer for our disposal. The bed was semi comfortable but very low. My husband and I are very tall. The room was only equipped with two tiny rolls of toilet paper for a one week stay. We had to go buy our own toilet paper to complete our stay here. They also have a small TV in the little hall between the kitchen and living room where you could only see from the far left side of the sofa or the kitchen table. There’s a huge wall behind the sofa that leads into the bedroom. I recommend the TV is placed on the wall between the bed and sofa so it can be seen from the bed and sofa and kitchen table. All in all a good space.

STUNNING. This place was so beautiful. Every turn was magical. The people were super nice and helpful. We stayed in the Timbertown Cabin. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was way more comfortable then any hotel bed we’ve stayed in so far. The golf cart was an awesome experience and allowed us to ride around the farm freely. The farm is stunning. I honestly wish I could give it more then a 5 star review. Our son did not want to leave and was already asking when we were coming back. Our family loved every minute of our stay and we will for sure be back and planning a family reunion here. I highly recommend this place and guarantee you won’t regret it. Next time we plane to stay in the hobbit house. Oh wait and how can I forget… we loved the farm dog Bear. He was the sweetest super friendliest dog anyone could ever play with. Thank you June Farms for an amazing and unforgettable experience. We all left with huge smiles and our hearts filled.

Up and Coming. Our purpose of staying at the Ramada was because we lost. Our electricity is relation to a fire in our apartment complex. Ramada was very convenient for us to stay as it was across the street from where we live. The staff… Amazing! The room…very comfortable and clean! The building is going through renovations and it was noted everywhere so you could not be upset because you were aware. But I will talk about their so-called “breakfast included”. Don’t say you were offering breakfast included in the price when all you have is a covered up table with a toaster, a microwave, a couple packets of oatmeal and some granola bars that is not breakfast not even considered breakfast. I hope it has gotten better since our stay but that is the reason why I gave it three stars because they literally tried it but otherwise I definitely recommend staying there if you’re not, there’s a bunch of restaurants in the area that you can go and grab a bite to eat and those who travel out of town I would recommend people staying there because it’s close to 95. There is a mall around the corner. There are a lot of eateries, grocery stores. I believe they are going to be doing entertainment at that hotel but it’s not too far from downtown Jacksonville so it’s a really good place to stay overall.

Days Inn by Wyndham Hershey PA. Our experience at this hotel started off poorly! I walked into the lobby to find a customer literally screaming at the on duty management including who appeared to be the big boss! He was being double charged for his stay and was told no refund! I asked my husband to come in because frankly it was scary! The lobby was not appealing at all and my husband didn’t want to even check in! Also we questioned if we were even at the right hotel! Zero curb appeal and signage well we didn’t see any! However, the women who was checking us in along with the management team there, Checked us in immediately (even though we were there way early and didn’t expect to be checked into our room right away), they even changed our room to accommodate us being early! Our room was somewhat old but very clean! After the experience and appearance of the outside and lobby our room was acceptable! So we were relieved. Another stay there for us…sorry I have to say no.

App changes dates. In general I find booking great for finding great deals but one thing I absolutely hate is that they keep changing the dates that you are searching for. For example I was looking to book a hotel in Montreal for December 30 to January 1. I never looked for any other dates but those exact dates. I put a hotel I liked in my cart as you do and go all the way to just before confirming it just to find out what the total cost would be and leave it, to think about it a bit more before making a final decision. I got an email that night saying want to book it, and by that point I had decided to go ahead. So I clicked on the link and completely my purchase only to realize that they had charged the dates of when I was traveling. So I know it was my fault for not checking but always double check. This has happened before when I was putting in my credit card information and and it refreshed only to again change the dates of my booking. So before you click that final button check dates are the actual ones that you want!!!!

Fireplace does not work. We arrived about 2 hours before check in and we were able to get in our room early. Room was very clean and well maintained. Walls were thin and we we could hear the people next to us. It also sounded like a heard of elephants above us. Some of this you kinda expect in an old accommodation. My main complaint is that my husband and I picked this room due to it having a fireplace. They fire place was on a timer for no more than an hour which I can deal with. Problem is it didn’t work . It would pop on for a second and then pop off ..did this the entire time. We even turn off the main heat and opened the door thinking maybe it’s a temperature issue and it was to warm the room. Need I say it was about 30 degrees out side and even with the door open it never came on and stayed. Just popped on for a second and then off, and when I say seconds I am not exaggerating. This kinda upset us because we could have gotten a cheaper room with no fireplace.

This app almost caused us to lose our vacation!. I have used this app twice now! The first time in 2021 and had no issues with it. They took out the money right then and there, everything was done and paid for. Good to go. We just came back from a trip 2022. But the day before we left, the owner of the resort calls me to let me know my card didn’t go thru. I explained to him I had already paid for the trip months ago when I booked it. I’m not sure if they just preauthorized the money at that time or what. Because after I booked it, it showed to be deducted from my bank account. Then I went back to my previous months statement when the owner called me, and sure enough. It was never taken out! (Which is kinda on me, I should have paid more attention.) but it did show it was taken out the day I booked, so I never thought anymore about it! We were able to go, no thanks to booking! I should have just stayed using the AirBNB app like I normally do, and that’s what I will do from here on out! I do not recommend this site at all! I have already deleted my booking account! So deuces booking! ✌🏻 you’ll never see me using you again!

Roadway Inn- North Miami on NW 167th St. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I’m 62 and travel frequently. I was there 5 days... the police were there multiple times, vagrants were always around begging money, the elevator was broke down for 2 days, the halls reeked of pot, the room was filthy, we were moved 3 times because the toilet was not working, the carpet was filthy, there was black mold on the ceiling, the air conditioner rattled , the shower barely worked. I paid for my stay in advance so I was stuck. My daughter and her family stayed 2 days and left and found another hotel. Today when thankfully I checked out, the elevator was finally working, there were 6 guests with luggage on the elevator when the rear door opened and a housekeeper with a cart and vacuum forced her way on the elevator pinning my 11 year old grandson against the wall. We all tried to tell her it was too crowded, she pretended she didn’t understand English... I later heard her speaking fluent English. Ironically, I had to wait to get my cash deposit back while someone inspected the room. What a joke. The only reason I gave that dump 1 star was because it had a bed ( with stained linens ) and a roof.

Layover as an Art Form. I spent 2 separate layovers in one month at the Nairobi airport hotel the Crowne Plaza..it was truly a most pleasant experience on both occasions.. Firstly, I am a restaurant professional in NYC and i was more than satisfied with my experience.. Secondly, the staff and service were generous, genuinely kind, and gracious.. The hotel itself is modern and posh..with a beautiful penthouse house pool .. on my layover i arrived tired and ill tempered..after a lovely lunch and some sunbathing, a dip in the pool and a nap in a most comfortable room.. I departed refreshed and rejuvenated ready for my 15 hour flight back to NYC.. I spent both layovers here coming and going en route to and from Zanzibar and this was definitely a highlight of my travels.. I m still thinking about my stay there 2 days after my stay whilst home in NYC.. I urge anyone that is traveling to Nairobi to stay there( the free shuttle to the airport is a bonus) you will create a memorable experience and meet some truly wonderful hospitality professionals.. I know ill be back..

Beware. I booked my reservation to a condo in July. Money was taken out of my account. Put back in a day later. And then I get a message saying my card is invalid and to update my payment information. Fine. Update my card number with a new card-communicate this to customer service. Money gets taken out of my account And the next day I receive a message saying my booking was cancelled!! For non payment!! Except I look at my account and they took the money out! I call and reserve it again. My money gets taken out of my account again. Now I have to wait and hope that one of the payments fall off my account. And now I’m terrified that July will come and they will cancel my reservation again and leave me and my kids stranded with no where to go and no money back! Sad thing is I had a wonderful experience with them last year when booking a place in Colorado. What is the deal?! Customer service is horrible. Communication horrible. I was using the app to text back and forth about my reservation and what the issue was and how to fix it and they were taking hours to get back to me!

Painfully slow to respond, unhelpful when they do. My flight was weather delayed, which made my car pickup time unrealistic. I called and chatted with booking *and* the car rental company. Both claimed to be unable to communicate a change to the other, even when my wife and I had them live on our cell phones at the same time. Utter nonsense. Repeat: utter nonsense. Had trouble picking up the key for my rental and couldn’t reach the host. Sent message to booking via their app, messaged the host and also called booking on the phone. The app based message to booking had a guaranteed 24 hour response window (effectively useless). So, I prepared for an advertised 20 minute hold on their phone line. The host intervened before I got someone live at booking and I got my key. The next morning, the host and I got messages from booking that I had not checked in to my rental. I assured booking that I had, and relayed that to my host. 13 hours later, the only thing I’ve heard from booking is that I will hear back within 24 hours (11 hours from now). This was a great lesson for me. Back to straight from the owner car and housing rentals from now on.

Lovely stay in heart of Florence. The location of this building is wonderful. It is right in the middle of the city and we were able to walk easily to area attractions and to explore the city. There is a great cafe in the square to the left and we also walked to and from to train station ( about 20 minutes with luggage on cobblestone, not fun but very doable. FYI, Cabs are hard to come by in Florence) the building itself is beautiful, it’s a historical residence, not a hotel or airbnb. It’s probably not what you are used to staying in but it certainly provided a new experience to our trip. It’s like being brought back through time. There are modern upgrades to rooms and bathrooms. The AC worked great. The bed was very comfy. The staff is wonderful and I was able to communicate with Chiara on WhatsApp my entire stay when I needed assistance. There are two flights of stone steps to get to the rooms on first floor. But Fabrizio helped us with our luggage when we checked in. We had a lovely patio off our room where we enjoyed wine and the view our the building itself. We plan on returning to Florence again and we absolutely consider another stay here.

Incredibly not satisfied. Horrible 1st to days in Denver Co. Paid for room with two queen beds. Get to hotel and had one king bed. Me and my brother aren’t going to share the same bed ( I’m 56 and he’s 59 ) so I had to sleep in a cot for two nights. Sooooo uncomfortable and unacceptable. But yet I’ve heard no reply since 5/26. Today 7/14 pathetic. I booked a mountain room to be near one of my late wife’s favorite places to go so I wouldn’t have to travel far. I get a call and email from property management saying there is a major water leak and this place isn’t available. Here’s the downside. When I booked it I checked to be pet friendly. Well !!!! Guess what !!!!! The other properties they had to offer weren’t pet friendly. And neither was the one I booked even though I checked the box to be pet friendly. So now instead of have a 2 bedroom house I’m in a one room old make shift apt. It’s ok but not what I wanted and it’s $100 more. WTH ???So now instead of being 5 minutes away from where I wanted to spend my time, I’m about 30. This was to be a special weekend trying to celebrate what would be her 57th (7/14) and her passing (7/16). I’ve cancelled dinner reservations because it’s so far to drive now. Urrrrggggjhhhh !! I’m livid but going to try and make the best. Sorry for the long rant.

Loved the stay . I wish I could have extended. "We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this charming hilltop view hotel. The exterior was beautifully decorated, and the presence of friendly llama animals on the farm added a unique and delightful touch to the experience. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel right at home. One of the things I loved most about this place was its unbeatable convenience. The hotel's proximity to the train station and the village which you can find all you need for groceries , and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to reach all the nearby attractions from the hotel. It's rare to find a location that offers both natural beauty and accessibility in one package. All in all, I can confidently say that I couldn't have asked for a better stay. If you're looking for a picturesque retreat with a welcoming atmosphere and unbeatable convenience, again this view hotel is the best and breathtaking. My kids love it .

Don’t use them! They do not guarantee accommodations. I booked a stay at an apartment 3 months prior to my trip. I arrived at the apartment complex and could not reach the host. I reached out to customer service (I use that term loosely) who also could not reach host and I was told I had to pay nearly double to stay at a hotel because of availability. They stated if I booked a new room through another company, I would be charged for canceling less than 24 hours before my reservation and would not be able to refund the stay even though they could not reach host to give me access to the accommodations I had paid for. Booking a new hotel through them at almost twice my original rate was the only way they would refund the $420 for my 2 night stay. They didn’t even transfer the payment to the new reservation. I have to wait 5-7 business days to see if my refund will be processed. So I have basically paid them $1100 to stay at a Hampton Inn double room for 2 nights in Phoenix. The supervisor stated they are just a middle man and not responsible for me not being able to get into the apartment I was standing in front of. I asked him what the benefit of using their services was if they didn’t back their services and he said he could give me a $75 voucher off my next stay but not the one I needed for that night. I have not received any confirmation for my voucher or my refund.

Booking is a fraud. My parents made a reservation at a hotel in Winchester, England, then cancelled on time to not get charged, per the terms of the reservation. They received an email confirming it was cancelled and that no charge will be made. To their surprise, one week after the cancellation they got charged the full amount of €240 a night. Then the nightmare began. Calling booking customer was a horrendous experience. Every person picking up the call would tell us a different story. They would say they did not charged it, or that it corresponded to another reservation (which it didn’t), or they would acknowledge it was a mistake and that they had to wait. We also called the hotel which confirmed that on their end they never charged us and therefore it had been Booking making the charge. After one month of about 17 calls with Booking customer service and sending bank documents to proof that the reservation had been charged to their bank account, finally my parents bank was able to present a complaint to Visa, providing all the documents, and they received the refund that Booking would deny them over and over again. This was an absolute fraud on the part of Booking and my family members and myself will never use this app again, period. There are lot of people in travel forums sharing similar experiences. Bye bye Booking.

Amazing Books!. From the beginning, this app, even within context of changing infrastructures, within networks, and all of us with individual security challenges test our patience I knew something was different immediately in the software design of this app. That is, I have often felt I was falling between the cracks in apps in the last 2 years, so was this skeptical of one that would hold so much info ( safety, financial) and transport hotel details of a reservation. But, it does, and so seamlessly set up my personal and business accounts (and led me thru process of organizing my 'books') in just making a travel plan that I was unaware of all the gains until now. The ease of use, for those of us with little or waning patience for glitches, 'fear of losing things' syndrome is great...hang in there thru a 3-4 bookings. it will all start appearing, syncing, all history intact, etc. My hope is (once again...) restored!!! Beautiful.

Good App. Booking has a great app with really helpful features, especially with keeping track of bookings made and messaging properties directly. I do prefer the user experience of the website proper when researching and booking hotels though. I don’t like that mobile searches (in the app and mobile site) show a lower price until you get to the checkout page and then all the taxes and fees are added. Also would really REALLY like to see an update that includes being able to filter reviews based on room type and for reviews with photos rather than having to scroll through endlessly to find these. If anyone from Booking is reading this, please make this happen. Either on the app or on the website cause its the main reason I’ve written this review! Many travelers rely on other peoples reviews to make decisions on what to book and these 2 filters would greatly improve and simplify the experience.

Unbelievable. Checked into a reserved room that had the wrong bed size so I called to exchange. The employee from the front desks comes to check it out because he so heartedly believed that their hotel keeps no twin sized bed, but there it was, a twin sized bed and a full sized bed when I reserved for two queen beds. He then proceeds to discriminate the second party I bought with me, who had no responsibility for the room. The room was in my name but because of supervisor instructions, he proceeds to talk to my husband like he is a threat or is disturbing anyone. We’ve checked in here multiple times and the staff is as fake as a two dollar whistle. The night before, we checked out 20 minutes late and apparently he(my husband) was placed on a no rent list. Usually that happens when you become a disturbance. But where has any hotel checked for guest names or identity? Their policy doesn’t state anything about checking out late other than the times being between 11AM-12AM. And they never looked to resolve my issue, but because the supervisor has a vendetta against my spouse, my time and money was wasted with this flamboyant business that can’t even maintain services they claim to offer.

Great location and friendly staff. My husband and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the local train and 17-20 minute walk to a JR station. Also, very easy access to Dotonburi shopping areas and restaurants(8-10 minute walk). Great location hands down. Away from all the noise but still really close to everything. The shower head was amazing and the bathroom is fully equipped with essentials that we need during the entirety of our stay. It was clean and a decent size for the area. We didn’t get to use the tub but I can imagine it would be great for a private onsen. The front desk was also available 24/7 and I like that you can help yourself with coffee and any essentials you may need for your stay. We had issues with clogged/water leakage on the toilet. They said it was because we maybe flushed too much? I didn’t know that that was a thing. We used it like any other restrooms. It happened twice and the 2 front desk people were helpful and even came in with towels to dry the floor. Very nice and polite. They said they were going to call a plumber but that person never came. You also have to make a request before 11 a.m. to get your room cleaned and give them your room key. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Osaka/Dotonbouri area.

DO NOT BOOK WITH BOOKING (ONE YEAR NO REFUND). Update Developer response: the website you gave is for booking FLIGHTS!! Didn’t even give a proper communication channel. THEY SCAM CUSTOMERS. THEY FORCED A CANCLE? GOOD LUCK GETTING A REFUND. Look at the developer response. They provide NO EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER. If they did it would be from INDIA and they will say “SORRY” that’s it. They will laugh as they took 800 dollars from you booking a flight that they canceled. I received emails about booking canceled flights to my last destination, so this forced my hand to cancel my remaining flights since they couldn’t find me connecting flights anymore. Booking inc has gave me wrong confirmation numbers, gave wrong phone numbers, and Hang up the phone each time I have called. Singapore airlines tried hard to process my refund. They needed phone number from booking (which booking was unable to provide), they needed email address which they gave me incorrect one. Ultimately booking stopped giving me updates on the refund status. The money is gone, since it first has to reach Booking inc hands before, so if Booking inc doesn’t report it to me it’s their money. Highly unethical. I tried to escalate the case and they didn’t give me a supervisor. You will get a guy from India, so their wage vs your time it’s profitable to keep your ticket money.

Please post warnings!. We do not live in a state that is running in fear from Covid. We have not had to deal with masks for over a year and a half. So we were a little taken back when we got to the hotel and had to mask up. No big deal, I carry my Shaun the sheep mask with me. We are also greatly disappointed that nowhere on the app does it disclose the yuge number of amenities that were not going to be available. That’s a yuge selling point for some people. Not whether or not I am forced to wear a mask, could care less. However nowhere did they check our temperatures, ask us any questions in regards to our health. They did not make us wash our hands or use sanitizer, but we had to have the mask on! Let’s get back to the truth in advertising part for things that you pay for. Greatly disappointed about the pool being closed. Have you done any research in the area of chlorine and Covid? Because your paper masks are far less effective then hand washing. The three stars is for the staff they were great. The two missing stars belong to ownership.

Horrible! Awful front desk staff Moe. We as a family of 4 stayed here and had a clogged toilet. We called requesting a plunger thinking we could fix it ourselves. We were told by the front desk person, Moe, that she was looking for a plunger Later she responded that she assumed the previous guest she loaned it to never returned it and she could not find a plunger at all within the entire hotel. She proceeded to be belligerent and hostile attempting to argue that we had to change rooms since she couldn’t locate a plunger. She immediately requested we turn off the water which we did. At the end of the discussion, which was recorded, she said we would have to change rooms, and we had no choice, even though we had cut off the water as requested. We explained we had children sleeping and were not going to disrupt everyone since it was after midnight to which she hung up on us. We proceeded to lie down and go to sleep. Then at 12:40 AM we had two police officers knock on our door waking us all, stating that the hotel, Moe, said we were refusing to move. At almost one in the morning, we re-packed all of our bags and moved ourselves and our two children to a different floor in a different room with a “working toilet”. Horrible customer service! For our children to wake up to police knocking at the door and have to move to a different floor at almost 1 am because of a clogged toilet is ridiculous and traumatizing!

Great apartment in Roma. Roomy, clean, historic apartment very close to Pantheon and about a 20+ minute walk from common visitor sites. Having two large bathrooms was very helpful; great water pressure and plenty of hot water-we went at the beginning of summer and it was already hot…nice showers were a great finish to our days there. Spacious bedrooms with lots of storage. Washer/dryer combo was great to have. One set of stairs to get to apartment from the street door. Careful with loose floorboards outside of bedroom-but again, non issue when considering the age of the building. Below window air conditioning was nice to have but the high humidity while we were there won. Great little restaurant downstairs; il Buco. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was large and well equipped with plenty of refrigerator space. Must visit the tiny store front downstairs; lovely art by Jose Grave de Peralta. Small market around the corner for basics. Bank ATM on vía del Corso. We would love to stay here again! Thank you Paola & Alessandro!

Exceptional Service Every Time. I usually don’t do reviews, who has the time? I am moved to provide a review for Booking,com as it may well be one of a very few experiences I’ve had in which the services provided far exceeded the expectations. Every encounter I’ve had has been quickly and appropriately handled with professional courtesy and superior results. Whether the property didn’t show my reservation, or was not at all as was described such that it appeared unsafe to remain, or the hotel clerk was unacceptably rude, the folks at Booking were quick to ensure we were properly accommodated at the property or provided an alternative accommodation elsewhere that exceeded the original booking in value but refunded the difference in price. I am impressed by the genuine concern shown when a customer needs help. This was all before I had reached genius status, in which I am now entitled to a prioritized customer service experience, which I cannot believe is possible as I have never been on a call for more than 5-10 minutes having all issues resolved. I am genuinely grateful and impressed by this company.

My first option for rooming. I have used booking for about a year now and I must say if your aren't using it you should be. I like to get out of town sometimes at a last minute notice and booking always comes through clutch with better rates than I can even find on the actual hotel websites. On the trips I do plan its great because I can use the pay at hotel option and save money how I want until I arrive for check in. Once you start reserving you almost immediately get genius discounts on your rates, like we know how airbnb and hotel prices are, who does that like discounts. I recently did have an issue where I was looking over rooms at a hotel I booked in case I wanted to upgrade and accidentally spent $600 on a room.. Booking customer service helped me square it away so I can get a full refund and to me that sets them apart from any other travel site. Have a upcoming trip for an all inclusive out the country im looking forward to and of course booking had the best rates so no lie this is your wallets friend.

Excellent hospitality at peaceful riad. Our stay with Guido and Mickael made our trip to Marrakech the perfect experience. They ensured that every part of our stay was wonderful. They provided excellent guidance on what to do and how to do it. They taught us how to negotiate with the horse and carriage drivers, and the deal went down exactly as they predicted. They arranged restaurant reservations where we had delicious meals on rooftops overlooking the night sky on the square. They arranged a spa visit that was truly a highlight. The breakfasts were delicious and a relaxing way to begin our day. We arranged for a family dinner one evening, and it was delicious. Everyone at the riad was hospitable, including Abdullah and Aziz. The riad itself is like an oasis. It is beautifully decorated with so much artistic detail. My whole family gives this riad and our hosts the highest compliment and would highly recommend it. Thank you so much!

Hotel scams/ horrible customer service. I booked my hotel 2 months in advance until a month later of my trip I get an email that my hotel was cancelled because of multiple people reporting that it was a scam. I called customer service they said they would have provided me an alternative but because it’s almost a month until my trip they couldn’t provide me with anything. After multiple attempts to try to reason with them or to find an alternative, their alternative was to either sleep in a hostel or a sleeping pod for a family. Customer service hanged up on me, have put me on hold for almost an hour, and on top of that blatantly lie to you saying they’ll promise they’ll give you a 25 euro reimbursement if you give them an invoice of another hotel you booked. It has been an awful experience and on top of that their email support doesn’t work they want you to go through their app where it has only a set of questions and the basic answers are there and I tried using their customer service through the app it’s horrible the whole time I couldn’t send one message or even contact customer service through their messaging system.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!. My husband and I got transferred here and while we were waiting for our new home to be ready to move in we stayed a week here at Sequoia Inn. The stay was Amazing. Best hotel we’ve been to! The rooms are huge and spotless clean! The beds are super comfy. A big flat screen to watch t.v. Mini fridge kept our food and drinks nice and cold. The complimentary breakfast was Great! Every day it was available at 6am til around 9am. There was always hot breakfast of eggs, sausage and either biscuits and gravy or seasoned diced potatoes. As well as hot and cold cereal, fruit, bagels& cream cheese and an assortment of pastries. Assorted juices, milk and coffee! Yummmy! The dining area was very clean and organized. To top it all off Our front desk hostess MiMi was the Best! Mimi was so kind, polite and very pleasant. She always smiled and greeted us good morning. We even had to extend a couple days and Mimi was very helpful and understanding. Mimi definitely made our stay comfortable and welcoming. The housekeepers were great as well. Very nice and respectful of our belongings, and happily provided any room necessities we ran out of. Overall I give The Sequoia Inn a 10/10! We would definitely book a room here again!

Econo Lodge. The first 2days I stayed was a awesome experience then the guy that works weekends made us leave because we was in room 106 which the man and even the housekeeper told us it was a smoking room that’s why the non smoking sticker wasn’t on the door anymore so we had to switch rooms from 106 to 116 after we moved the housekeeper told the man that our room smelled of smoke and was dirty well he gave us 5 mins to get our belongings cause he kept calling saying we needed to get out so we had no time to clean up a lil bit so the housekeeper went to the man saying our room smelled like cigarettes and it was dirty he calls our room about a hour being in it saying I need to come to front desk and bring my card because I owe $50 I told hi I don’t owe anything so he made me leave the next day very very unprofessional and rude I will not be back at this place because all they’re doing is trying to get money as best as they know how. Oh not to mention the same housekeeper that went to the man cleaned my room for me the 3rd day we was here had left cash on our bedside table and it was gone I know it was her because she was the only one in there so don’t trust your belongings being in your own room. I thank him for making me get out of this rotten situation.

BE AWARE. Be aware!! This hotels pictures are not what the hotel looks like. The owner was screaming at me ! This is a longer review . Stick with me! I called before we booked to make sure the pool was working ( 15 minutes before checking in), because this trip was for my sons birthday. We check in, unload the car, and go straight to the pool. The pool was FILTHY. We tried to make the best of it and let the kids swim , but ended up getting out due to green allege absolutely everywhere. We got out and went to the manager. He said” it’s been raining”. He then told me to go call booking. I called booking and they said that cancellation has nothing to do with them, but that they would email him and try to get my money back. I went back up to him and he said no he needed them to call him. I got them on the phone right in front of him. He started yelling and told us to get our things and get out. My partner told him she did not appreciate him treating me in that way. He then gets in his car and speeds away. After telling us to come back when our things are out. The receptionist told me we would get charged $49. When I checked my bank Monday. There were 4 separate charges. I called the choice hotels. They told me he put multiple holds on my account. One in which there was no reason for it being there. I’m my eyes that is fraudulent. Please please be careful of this hotel and manager. Very shady.

Second trip we have book with them. We like to book trips for our wedding anniversaries. Each time is better than the first. Last year’s trip, We booked a king size bed room Monterey Tides. It was an amazing oceanfront stay. A little small in the room, but the view made up for it. The beach was right next to our room. We saw seals and other marine life from our window. We were soothe by the sounds of the ocean. The bar had a different house drink every day which was very tasty and not a watered down freebie. It was nice to sit in the lobby and watch the ocean while having a drink. There was some construction on the elevator, causing some longer wait and odors. But over all it was a great trip Elegant beach bungalow is awesome. Quiet neighborhood. Great amenities. Map on the phone sent us to the wrong place at first, but we found it. Close to restaurants and stores. Used the bbq grill and backyard for a home like relaxation. If I ever retire, this would be a great place to do so.

Best hotel and unparallel hospitality. My partner and I stayed at Caldera premium villas for 6 days/5 nights. We checked-in almost midnight on the first day. It has been a long day for us due to our flight being delayed from Athens for 4hrs. We were met by a staff in the drop off location and carried our large luggages all the way down to the hotel. We weren't really happy with the room given to us simply because it's all the way down and there's alot of stairs to maneuver and my partner's knees were acting up and bothering her. We talked to Karla in the reception the following morning to see if she can transfer us in a higher room. We are even ready to downgrade to a room without a hot tub which we booked. Karla was so understanding and helped us transfer to a room with the same category. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The location is perfect with the magnificent view of the caldera and just a walk away from all the restaurants and shops in Oia. All the hotel staff are very accomodating and friendly. Overall rating on this vacation: EXTRAORDINARY!

Terrible customer service!. Last year we had a trip planned in March, flying out 3 days after the pandemic started. All of our travel plans got canceled so naturally we had to cancel the hotel room we booked through your app. We were told we could not cancel and get a refund, but instead could inform them of when we planned to travel again so we can change the date/get a credit. Now that Iceland has opened back up (this is where we had our hotel at), we rebooked our trip and called Booking to get the credit for the room. We were told today that because we did not call them to change the dates prior to our original hotel booking (March 15, 2020), that our credit was no longer active and there is nothing they can do. They told us to call the hotel but when we did, they said Booking never gave them our money and that we have to resolve it with Booking. Basically you all expected us to magically know when we would travel again 3 days after the pandemic started so now we are out 3 days worth of a hotel. I’m extremely unhappy and cannot express to you enough that I will not be using Booking in the future!!! You have stolen our money and that’s all there is to it.

Stay away from Booking. They just want your money. I arrived at the La Brea In hotel in Los Angeles and decided to make a reservation for two days, which would be the period we would be there to see the park. I checked in and went to the room with my family and when I got there I realized that the room was not clean after being used by the last guest, I went back to the reception with the photos of the situation in which the room was and asked them to change me for a clean room, the very rude Chinese gentleman who checked me in said he couldn't move me and the previous guest had only used the room to take a shower (this was unbelievable), and I asked him to cancel my stay that I was going to look for another hotel, he said he couldn't because I had booked through Booking, when I contacted Booking she wanted to deduct from me the value of one night since I had just arrived, I explained the whole situation to the Booking attendant and I realized that Booking transfers the responsibility to the hotel and the hotel transfers it to Booking and nobody solves anything. I sent several messages to Booking and I also have photos of the dirty bathtub with the soap open in the bathtub, the litter bins full of dirty toilet paper, in short, a very unpleasant situation that I had never experienced before!

Usually my go to app. Overall the app is pretty good, there are just a couple of things I wish would be changed. First, a lot of accommodations (especially in the US) charge a security deposit. It’s almost never easy to find out how much it is and it can even cause a cancelation if it goes over your card limit. I really feel security deposits are a form of age discrimination. What I would like is a way for the app to filter OUT properties that charge a security deposit. This would show age discriminating businesses that we won’t tolerate it. Secondly, again in the US, it doesn’t show the taxes until you’re on the last page to book. It makes properties seem cheaper than they really are. Booking even in expensive countries like the UK can still be cheaper because it’s difficult to find something affordable and safe in the US. Some of these things may be difficult to change given how unfriendly the US is towards its own consumers, but I overall love using this app and hope they can do something to punish age discriminating businesses and help save us money when booking domestic.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT STAY HERE!. Run fast the other way!!! This hotel needs to close down and have a total rehab. I don’t mind older properties if they are kept up. This hotel has lots of deferred maintenance. We asked for a quite room. We were given a king room that faces Canal Street. First mistake! The road noise, vehicles honking, people screaming, sirens all day and night, and some dude on a megaphone for hours at a time preaching. This is definitely not a relaxing hotel. Once you wade past all the homeless people you finally get to the front doors. There was a security guard on call at night but he isn’t checking anyones id or proof you are staying here. Once we get to our room it was awful. The drapes are stained with brown spots all over them. The carpet is stained. There are ants crawling on the bed. The bed frame has iron pieces hanging out and my wife cut her shin. The bed cover is ripped to shreds. No blankets. The front desk does not answer the phone. The commode was broke. Mold in the shower. Air conditioning return vent is filthy. The positive are location within city and air conditioner works great. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RUN DOWN HOTEL. For $900 for 3 nights, we were definitely ripped off.

Flora Barsha hotel. I stayed at the flora Barsha hotel in Dubai from June 30th till July 6th, 2022. It was a very pleasant stay starting from Checking in, I had request an earlier check in as I was coming in the morning. They let me check in at 10:30 am although the regular check in time was 2pm. The receptionists lakshmi and Manas very helpful and professional. The room was nice and spacious, the breakfast had nice variety and the house keeping guy, Saurabh always had a smile on his face. He always clean the room and make sure we had enough water, and our coffee and other things were always filled. Very kind. I had a car so basement had lots of parking available. No matter what time of the day I would come. One day I left my car light on and the front desk called me to let me know that my car light is left on, that was so nice of them. Otherwise my car battery could have died, in this hot humid July month. When it was time to check out, my flight was really really late at night, and they kept my luggage for good 10 hours with them :) it was so easy. There was a small hair Salon on ground level where I went for blow dryer twice, it was so convenient to have a salon at the hotel site. One day I used the serenity spa and had a massage done, it was really relaxing. Overall I would say, it was 5/5 experience for me.

Horrible people and website. me and my husband went to gatlinburg TN for a getaway and wanted to stay an extra couple of nights but wanted to get a cabin and I found one and booked it over the phone from their website, so we drove all the way to it.. payment declines, called them and they said the reason it declined was because my information wasn’t matching up (meaning my last name on my debit card was different than my new last name) I knew this and advised them that I was recently married and was in the process of changing everything to match my new last name!!! and I answered all their questions correctly even asked me to send a picture of me and my DL (which I did) had me on hold for a long time and then had the audacity to tell me that I cannot rent the cabin or any other place from them as I have been banned from ever booking with them in the future.. I even told them I could send my marriage license to prove I am who I say I am!! They went to the next extreme!! They refused to listen to me!! they straight up blacklisted me over the fact that my last name on my debit card was different than my new last name!!! Are you kidding me!??! Shame on you for ruining my families getaway! that was the first time I used you and apparently the last time!!! It was supposed to be a simple process. Worse booking place ever.

Bowerbird cottage. I have been coming to these cottages for over 6 years now and have noticed the womanly touches have almost disappeared, with so many beautiful blooming camellias all around you would think just one real flower in there wouldn’t be to much to ask for. I found it a little depressing with all the dark furniture. Black cough dark blue rug black throw rug and the one brown cushion on the cough . The bath room now has visible mould as the vent doesn’t work. As I know the location is a national park the entrance to the cabins has turned into a play ground for children on the left as you come in and a storage area , with large un sightly shipping containers visible not to mention the stock pile next to the reception area. I guess what really topped it off for me is the best before dates on the cereal left for us . One was out by 7 days and the other 25 days out... so sad :(

Very friendly and super clean!. I highly recommend this property. I let them know that I would be arriving very late; and they texted me how to obtain the room key and gain access to the building’s secure car park, in which there is an allocated parking spot. The studio room (no spa bath) is HUGE so much so, it far more than comfortably fits two queen size beds; a built in wardrobe (with blankets, iron, ironing board, and a clothing / towel airer-dryer stand). There’s a huge L-shape modular lounge, a TV, a dining table setting for 4, and an equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge, cutlery, cups, plates, knifes, and some cooking utensils (note: no dishwasher or oven). They provide two toilet roles (expectation is you will bring your own if staying for a while); they provide tea-towels, dishcloths, detergent; as well as bath towels, and small toiletries. The location is ideal and very much within walking distance to Merimbula shops. A very comfortable stay. While I was a single traveller on business; this room would be suitable to fit a couple of young kids, their toys and belongings, with enough room to move.

Just STAY HERE. Firstly, I just have to say how much of a wonderful host Bella is. She is a warm and an all encompassing soul who truly made my stay more enjoyable. We talked mostly through google translate (I only speak English and travelling solo) but we were having the best conversations - I honestly thank you Bella, I’d had a rough couple of travel days and just needed your “no problem” attitude ❤️❤️❤️ location is great and a huge terrace to enjoy the views, so close to markets, across the road from the botanical garden with a church in a tree - spotlessly clean and I mean spotless! I said I’d be back and I will - in Summer 😂

A beautiful place - highly recommend. We (family of 4) loved our stay in Chania. The accommodation is in a great location, right in the heart of the old town ( on the port with the view of the old town harbour - just beautiful), very well laid out had everything we needed (beach towels, washing machine, coffee machine, and also some nice added amenities (fresh fruit, wine, chocolates, bottle water etc). Konstantinos was a wonderful host and responded very promptly to any questions we had and also recommended some great restaurants that we dined at. Thank you, we will definitely be back 😊

Gorgeous spot and perfect set up. We stayed 4 nights and loved everything. We spent few hot days in Albany but temperatures at night dropped to very comfortable level and we slept well with windows open listening to the sound of waves from Middleton beach. Full moon was rising right in front of our balcony and was absolutely stunning too. Room had everything and more than we needed. Clean room, comfortable bed, coffee, clean fresh towels and bath mat every day, coffee maker. Beautiful garden on the side of stairs with gorgeous lizards sunbathing in the morning. A fish and chop shop, a tavern and a coffee shop in walking distance.

App is failing to deliver. I am trying to book accommodation for an upcoming holiday. I search on the correct dates but when I click through to book the dates change. The only way to contact support is through a booking so I booked one. It has correct dates on some pages and incorrect dates on others in the app both on my phone and iPad. Customer service does not seem to understand the issue or care. They have told me what the dates of the booking are, but I am still getting the same issues with no assurance it has been looked at. I am also concerned about the flights I booked through the app. They gave me an email address for this that bounced back. I am a long term customer who will not be using this company again unless this issue can be fixed without me continuing to message them multiple times a day. Customer service staff need to be trained to look at the whole issue and not the easiest answer. When the app is failing on its purpose I should be able to message for assistance without a booking.

Cute Little Cottage. This little cottage was styled and decorated very beautifully, which gave a very cosy vibe. Very close walk to the Main Street. The washing machine on premise was a plus, however it would have been helpful to have this listed on the add as we spent time searching for Laundry Mats in the area. The only disturbance was that the sound of the fridge was very loud. The opening wall cutout from the bedroom to the lounge room made the noise louder and did disrupt our sleep. It would have been nice if the wardrobe was completely empty for guests own personal use with more hangers. The outside area was very cute and spacious with beautiful flowers and plants, however as there is a lot of garden area and pot plants around, most if not all of the furniture and outside deck area has webs and bugs on or around it. Overall it was a very nice place to stay.

David Australia. Excellent hotel, excellent service, polite, clean hotel, very large room, highly recommended, location close to everything, speaks English, an very good gym for those who like it, and most importantly, there is the manager Jonathan who personally takes care of every guest, very caring, answers every question in a very professional manner, there is no doubt that Jonathan, the manager, is an asset to the hotel and made my stay to perfect, he also upgraded me in a lot of things, including a bar room and a lot more. A personal thanks to the manager Jonathan for the service and care. I highly recommend. I'm sure I'll come back again.

Wonderful staying experience. Love this little cozy cute ryokan style hotel. Surrounded by beautiful temples, right in the centre of the Gion’s amazing sites. It has a little Japanese style garden, has everything that you would love for an unique garden. Location is the key for this hotel to be considered, then you will be amazed by its cleanness and unique features. Absolutely love it. My son actually asked me to return to this place whenever we visit Kyoto again. Highly recommended! And to Hero (a staff member in the hotel, sorry if we spelled your name wrong), you are actually a real hero to our family, thanks for your lovely service.

Picturesque Italian dreamland. Welcome to Casa Di Mipi! Located in a small town on top of a mountain. This apartment will make you feel cosy and comfortable, and to top it off, it will delight you with it’s tasteful decor. The place is BEAUTIFUL, the combination of colours, the attention to detail on every corner of the house, they really make you feel the love that has been put into making this place feel special for their guests. The apartment is located on a beautiful street that has everything you can possibly need… a coffee shop, a pizza restaurant (Antonio’s pizza is THE PIZZA to try), atm near by, a bbq that will delight your senses from the moment you wake up and a beautiful antique shop as you step out of the building. The best part… CALM AND SERENITY. Just an hour away from Florence. The views from the mountains and the drive up and down IS what you want to see when you visit this part of beautiful Italy. Roberta and their family were really nice to us and we are very grateful to them and to Gianluca the master of the keys, he is the legend who received us with a warm welcome.

Best Stay in Europe!. Amazing experience! Our host was lovely! When we arrived at the house the host was waiting upon our arrival even though we arrived at midnight. The house was beautiful and she provided some snacks and drinks that lasted us a few nights. All cleaning products and toilet paper were included and helped us young travelers saving lots of money on stuff that is necessary to have for a long stay. The house is located in a perfect area, all the locals are lovely and the tavern, a minute walk away was delicious and so much fun! If we ever come back to rhodes we would definatley stay here again! We also got given a gift on our departure. Thanks so much :)

Used to Trust it. Of late the app and website provide different prices depending what device you are on even if you are logged into your account on both. Often price is cheaper if you’re not logged in. And I’m supposedly Genius 3! When I asked customer support to escalate my concern I never heard back after that despite normally hearing back within a couple hrs on the chat support. Used this site for years but I’ll be using others and trying to book direct where I can from now unless I get a satisfactory response. Be weary and careful! Don’t trust the first price you see. Developers have replied to this post so I’m updating. You can only contact customer support about an existing booking. Even when you do tGT through chat they only allow you 1 msg then the chat ends until Booking replies then the ability to reply reappears. In my case they just stopped replying when I provided screenshots of the pricing issues. If you have a general enquiry you cannot contact. They have options to ask you what you are contacting about that just take you in a circle to generic FAQs. So they do NOT have real 24/7 support as their solution below suggests.

Magical stay. We stayed for 2 nights. The Director Rana was very welcoming and introduced himself during our stay, to ensure we had everything we needed and to let us know we could call for him anytime during our visit. It was a lovely person touch to our stay. Diane was our host and made our stay so memorable. She made sure we had 5 star service the whole time. These villas are a bit out of town but the staff were always ready and happy to drip you into town which is only 5-10 minutes drive. Villas were traditionally styled and the natural jungle surrounds, was so incredible and made for a very relaxing and tranquil environment.

Amazing place!. This apartment has the absolute Wow factor: it is stylish, luxurious, comfortable and the view is out of this world! We spend 3 nights here and would have liked to stay longer! The beds are so comfortable you never want to get up, but then there is the large balcony overlooking the sea as far as the eye can reach and the infinity pool. All the amenities are there, it is truly home away from home. It is close to the ferry, centrally located near to shops and restaurants, but facing the other way so nice and quiet. I can highly recommend apartment 5203 with lift on the second floor in the last building of the Bright Point apartments. Only minus that there is no free wifi.

Booking Assistant is absolutely infuriating. Everything is great except for the Booking Assistant, which is honestly the most useless function imaginable. Stupid lines like "What would you like to say? I'll pass it on to the property" and "I'll let you know as soon as they respond..." add absolutely nothing to the query except for annoyance and the fact that you in have to go through 2-5 prompts every single time you want to contact the property is utterly ridiculous. Not to mention that everything resets constantly and you have to go through all the prompts again just to reply to a message if you're on a slow connection, which you often are whilst travelling, is just infuriating. Why not just make a simple message thread for each booking and be done with it? The whole assistant thing is just unnecessary, annoying and tedious, ruining what is otherwise a great user experience.

Brilliant Private Lodge. From the moment you arrive to leaving you are treated with Five Star Service. Hot Towels after all game drives including cherry and hot chocolate in the evenings. Our ranger Peter was exceptional with so much knowledge and always looked to take us to find all the animals. We spent our afternoon between drives around the rock pool which was super and the team brought us drinks. The food was fabulous and more than you need. The desserts and dinners were exceptional. Everything was fresh and made from scratch. Our rooms were incredible, clean, huge, comfortable and view to the water hole was so cool and we could often see animals on the horizon. Loved the turn down services, often with roses and candles and the room was serviced in the morning while on the morning game drive which i really liked. There was always snacks and it is a lodge you can have a-lot of privacy and quiet if you want it. I loved the fire place and the dinner setting inside and outside. Assistance with luggage on arrival and departure and always someone on call if you need anything. I would recommend this Accommodation to anyone wanting first class attention to detail. We had a few game drives on our own which was very cool and we were very happy with all our animal sightings, getting to see everything except the elusive leopard. Thank you Elephant Rock for a fabulous 2 night stay and experience in Nambiti.

Wonderful sakaye villas Bali. Excellent in every way . Just loved the large private swimming pool , delicious morning breakfast delivered to our front door , and the daily massages at the spa centre , This small boutique Bali villa style hotel boasts everything you want on your holidays . We stayed 11 nights in a single room (106) and can’t praise the staff , service , very large bedroom , restaurant, massage centre , private pool (7x2.4 m) ,choice of daily breakfast , and the most helpful of front office staff you’ll ever come across. We plan return visits and that’s got to say something about our enjoyment here at sakaye villas. All considered our greatest value for dollar holiday.

Seaview Studio Fannie Bay. My wife and I are 70yo pensioners who have just returned from a truly wonderful 10 days in Darwin!! Our hosts were gems and the seafront unit clean, comfortable, pool and well priced for the high season. The location was super for us in that bus stops were 100 metres away (and free for pensioners); several first class eating experiences within walking distance and wonderful walking trips in abundance (including the incredible Botanical Gardens and Mindil Beach Markets). Most of all the sunsets were spectacular. We noticed a comment regarding noise in a review of your property, even US and RAAF jet manoeuvres didn’t lessen the enjoyment of our stay. Hilal. I had an awful experience with them. It was my first time booking with them, and although everything seemed fine initially, they took the money right away. I tried to add an extra day to the booking, which they accommodated, but then they sent a link to pay the additional amount, which didn't work. I spent hours on hold trying to resolve the issue, but the payment never went through. Eventually, they canceled my booking, and it took me two weeks of constant follow-ups to get my money refunded. Every day, they gave me a different excuse. Fortunately, I had paid with Amex, so I was able to get my money back. I won't be using their services again. Agoda, on the other hand, has much better customer service in my experience.

Home away from home. I really don’t know where to start. If I could give a rating of 11 out of 10 I would! Daniela and Alfredo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. We had a horrendous day of cancelled flights and arrived late. Fresh bread, fresh fruit and cold cuts were waiting for us in the kitchen, which was truly appreciated. Also, Alfredo was on hand with assistance on where to park and very kindly, helped us with luggage. Loved our stay and were very sad to leave. It really felt like a home away from home. Thank you Daniela and Alfredo for your amazing hospitality, it will be remembered as a beautiful highlight of our trip to Italy.

Location. The location was perfect for us. We arrived at Geneva Central, and it was just a short walk to the hotel, just across the road from the station. We checked in at 2 pm and immediately went down to the water front, 10 min walk, and did a 50 min cruise on Lake Geneva. Coming back we had drinks and a meal at the British pub right under the hotel. This was a great Hotel and the location was very good, we had to leave early after 2 days there, and because we were just across the road, we had coffee and croissant at the station. Service and breakfast was up to our expectations. 👍

We will stay here again. 10/10.. We had an amazing time at this private villa. Much bigger then we expected. Yana was so friendly and helpful. He will also drive you to other areas. Please only ask him. He is more then happy to help. The breakfast are cooked at the villa at a time you suggest. Banana pancakes ❤️ Eggs, tropical fruits, juices, coffees. Very delicious. Thank you Yana and your team of lovely young men, who helped carry our luggage to the villa, (which can only be accessed on bikes or on foot). It is only a short 300m walk from the roadway though. Cafes and shops along the cobbled pathway as you walk to your villa which was convenient.

Underwhelming provisions. I was travelling with my friends and booked 2 rooms. The hotel looked great on Bookings offering a day spa massage gym and pool hence why we booked! We had massages which were very good and naturally expected to pay however if you want to use a poorly equipped gym with second rate equipment you had to pay $5 euros and that also goes for the pool with another $5! The rooms were good and clean with great views of the rocks of Meteora but no water was provided at all as we had to ask for them as they don’t provide and water is so cheap in Greece. It would have cost them .50c for 2 bottles! Everywhere you go in Greece at a cafe or restaurant water is the first thing they provide so where is the Greek hospitality we are used to. Maybe cut back on the hotel slippers in the room 😂 if budget is a problem! Breakfast was Also very poor and this place really is geared up to cater for bus loads of tourist groups. A 4.5 star rating hotel your kidding me!

Best way to book. I have been using this app now for a few months and I have found it easy and fast to use, I like that I have all the booked information at a click of a button. I love that I have also received discounts a few times on my room because of using the app. Best part is having all different hotels/Motels listed so I can check them out and read reviews left by others and the ability to place a heart on the ones I have used and loved that the ones I do love are placed at the top of any searches in the areas that they are in.

Chamonix Captured. Very conveniently located hotel across the road from Chamonix Sud Bus Station, for easy access to the Ski Bus and all other towns, cities and areas. Easy walk into town via various routes and close by to a ‘Spa’ super market. Short 3 minute walk to the cable car Aiguille du midi. A 1km Walk to the Chamonix train station and the tourist Mer de Glacé red train. Great outdoor heated pool and spa bath, as well as outside cabins for sauna and hammas. Very clean, quiet and well sized room, comfortable bed and pillows and room temperature, with outdoor balcony and seat. Heated towel rail in bathroom. Small bar fridge filled with 2 bottles of water. Electric jug for tea and coffee making with very nice brand ‘kusmi’ tea bags. Good wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. Great to be able to leave my suitcase and ski bag in baggage room while I went on a ski tour. Lighting levels in room could be improved and couldn’t access Netflix on TV. (minor negatives). Thanks to all the staff.

Funeral plans ruined. I used this site to book a flight for my sisters funeral. She passed away a week ago and I was trying to rush to England to help my mum sort arrangements out. I booked a flight and car rental. Upon paying I instantly realised I had booked the ticket in the wrong month. I rang the helpline straight away to cancel the flights and hopefully book another one. Half way through I was hung up on. I rang back to be told if I rang half hour earlier I would get full refund. I said the lady hung up on me. He didn’t care. Said I was too late. Lost $500 on the cancellation. Absolutely disgusting. The actual airline only charge $290 to cancel so where did this higher amount come from. Never again will I use this site. Highway robbery. I’m already emotional with these family issues and they take my money in a second for a mistake. You’d be better off going straight to the airline for booking. This company is heartless. At least the car company gave me a full refund. The flights dept should be ashamed of themselves.

Can’t navigate between a tourist & a property manager. I have recently uploaded a property for short term rent after having been a member as a renter. I cannot for the life of me navigate this app/site. It only seems to allow me to be a renter, not a property manager. It also forces you to adopt discounts, whether you want them or not and even though I stated a 2 night minimum, the only clients I’ve had booking so far have been at a discounted one night. It’s a BIG 4 bed house, cleaning after messy people with only a 1 night stay will take a minimum 2.5 hours & assumes my cleaning staff are free to work mid weekend. I wish it was easier to navigate as AirBnB is & that I could charge what I want for MT property, rather what they want. I’m very close to taking it all down again.

Station Apartment - Ballarat. Well it all started with me needing to get some rest and hopefully do some sightseeing!! Time available 28 days! 😉 Season - End of Winter, August I didn’t have a clue as to what to expect, so it was wing it or go home to mayhem, I chose to stay! Omg 😳 it was sooo cold 🥶 my fingers were frozen, 2 pairs socks, scarf, Jumper and Jacket, that was the clothing of the day- and every day (28 days) I did get rest, a lovely apartment, cosy, clean and warm!! Troy, Jess and Helen were friendly. If you want good food & professional service I would recommend “Capri” in the BridgeMall - shout out to Michael,Adriana, Margaret, and the other Staff whom I am not able to remember their names!! Well done guy’s 😉 If you want a place to stay for a few days then I would recommend‘Station Apartment Ballarat, it’s close to the Town, Bus ride to Sovereign Hill, Animal Sanctuary and Winderea Lake , so all in all ,a safe place to stay and things to do 🤗 Thanks folks for opportunity to spend time to relax, rest and enjoy Ballarat 🙃 Sue Mc N. - Room 2 🐸🍀🤗🐾 Ps/ My dog thanks you, ‘cos she missed me.

Great hotel, central location, wonderful staff. We booked this hotel about 6 weeks out from our holiday and chose it because breakfast was included. The breakfast was better than any other hotels we’ve had in Italy (comparable hotels in other cities), and the catering lady Valeria was a darling. The reception staff were courteous, gave us recommendations and were helpful in all matters. Even though there are no lifts in this hotel, the reception staff were able to carry my luggage up for me 3 flights, even though I didn’t expect it (I take full responsibility for how much I pack) ;). Location wise, it’s a short (maybe 7 minute) stroll to Saint Marks square. We also purchased the actv (VeneciaUnica) pass ahead of did time which gave us use of the ferries and we made the most of the ferry stop ‘Arsenale’ which was only a 3 minute walk from the hotel. It meant getting to the hotel from the train station, getting around the islands and leaving Venice was super easy and no fuss. All in all a great stay at a great hotel!

Ok but if you have multiple accounts they will charge any of them.. I have mostly had a great experience with the site. Been using them for years. Recently I had money taken from a second bank account I had with them on file. With that said I didn’t put that card as a primary for a hotel. Instead of the bank account I had reserved the room with, the accommodation decided they can just take money from my other bank account I had never given them authority to take money from. So be aware. If you have another card on file they just decide to take money from that even if you give no authority for them to use that account. It’s really worrying that they just charge you.

1 night stay. The good: The room was clean, the bed was comfy and was good for one night stay. Room has a mini bar fridge, coffee/tea making facilities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Not so good: if you are a light sleeper like myself then this is not a place to have a restful night, rooms are above the main bar and on a busy highway. I checked in at 11pm so only had 1 hour of the bar noise but I woke up a few times with the car noises and people walking on the corridors. But I kind of expected that when I booked myself into a “Pub/Hotel”. It reminded of a backpackers type of accomodation so perhaps there could be a cheaper rate for solo travellers when you share the bathroom ? Eg $60 instead of $90

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff!. My partner and I stayed 4 nights at maya rue and everyday we were greeted with happy faces. Free breakfast everyday was great as well. Our room was cleaned everyday, we were given fresh towels, linen and bottled water everyday. Great location in the centre of town with easy access to all things to do around Palenque . The Owner José Maria was amazing in helping us with all things tours and food locations. He was always down for a chat and interested in what activities we had done in the day. The rest of the staff went above and beyond too. Highly recommended Maya Rue to anyone coming to Palenque.

Fabulous. My husband and I don't have enough words to say how much we loved Velassaru resort. Everything was so amazing, it made our dream honeymoon even more special than we could ever imagine. From the moment we where received at the airpot, throughout our stay, till the very las minute, everything was perfect. The Spa was excellent. Staff - every single person on that island made our days even special. Every good morning, good afternoon, good evening, how are you doing today, how can I help you, what do you need, always with a smile, a gentle approach, kind, thoughtful, helpful. We felt spoiled and welcomed all the time. The sunset from the Chill bar was very romantic with an amazing food and cocktails. Again the staff was the best. Perfect watervilla location, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, great shower and bath, best view. If you want to experience Maldives in the best way, Velassaru is the best option you won't regret it.

Happy Days. We booked a night to finish off our Gt Ocean Road trip. The motel is quite dated but nice and clean and comfortable. The front of the premises is a little cafe and when we arrived they were shutting up shop for the night. However when we told them we were hungry they rushed through an order for fish and chips and hamburgers and oh my goodness - they were beautiful! They even delivered the food to our rooms. The location was also good. After demolishing dinner we walked down to the water and photographed a stunning sunset. The following day we took a run down to the town and over to the island. A beautiful part of the country! Not a 5 star furnished room but certainly 5 star service!

Wonderful view and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maison Fabrizia. Check in went smoothly and everything was clean and comfortable. The property is just around the corner from the main square but is very quiet of a night and the view from the terrace is exceptional. We enjoyed a quite wine of an evening taking in the bay of Naples. Some reviewers have mentioned the shower. It is on the small size but perfectly adequate. The only problem is it drains slowly but this is a common occurrence in Italy. We loved our stay and would recommend Fabrizia and her Maison to anyone thinking of visiting Sorrento.

Lovely staff and lovely motel. I stayed recently at the Moffat Beach Motel and was very impressed. The staff were excellent, going above and beyond for anything I requested. The motel is within walking distance to some wonderful amenities including shops, cafes and restaurants. We got a room with a brand new mattress and it was excellent! We requested an accessible room and the motel delivered exactly that, a ground floor room with accessible entry to the room along with the bathroom, and a shower chair was provided upon request. I highly recommend Moffat Beach Motel for a lovely coastal and affordable stay. Lovely staff and stay all around.

Peace and tranquility. The Grand Vue exceeded our expectations. The manor was exceptional in all respects including decor, facilities, cleanliness and amenities. The staff was extremely warm and friendly. Helen and I felt at home as we had unimpeded access to all facilities, including a fully equipped kitchen and wonderful dinning and lounge facilities. The complimentary port and cognac wasn’t missed. We wanted a relaxing and luxurious stay, and the Grand Vue didn’t let us down. we would highly recommend a stay or perhaps two, at the Grand Vue. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming . Thank you We will definitely be back .

We’re friends again.... Ok so last year we were checking out of a resort in Thailand where it ended up taking 2 hours as there was a discrepancy with the final cost. Long story short, after speaking with you guys 3 times on the phone and being hung up on.....we finally found out that it was the resort at fault. We did end up paying the amount that we originally booked for and I am now booking our trip for next year through you guys again (it will be a total of 7 different hotels!) this app has been fantastic and I just want to say thanks for making my job easier in booking all of it! Keep looking after us please, we really do appreciate it!

Love my hotels and love this app. Very very easy to use, keeps everything on record for you. Answers questions quickly. I will never use the hotels combined website again or any other as this app finds you terrific deals just for using it, it gives you the cheapest prices as you get discounts just for booking through the app. I got 3 different discounts on the one hotel once. I love how they have the genius levels as you get even more discounts on level 2, which u get after 5 bookings. And they are working on more levels so that’s more discounts. It never glitches, I love it.

Don’t book flights with them. They booked me with Jetstar business class, charged me for it, then the return leg was economy (only discovered after checking in) and they are shirking all responsibility. Wasted hours on this making a claim on what was obviously the fault of Booking in selling me a ticket for an entire flight class that didn’t exist! Their association with Gotogate has ruined an otherwise-reputable brand. Update: Consumer Affairs Victoria confirmed to me what I told these cowards in the first place: they sold me the false ticket so they have to refund it. Instead they sent me on a wild goose chase with Jetstar and ultimately told me won’t refund. I’m still pursuing this with authorities, but after using Booking for years with hotels, friendship ended with their obstructive tactics that are clearly designed to tire customers into giving up on getting their money back. Avoid.

Mr Harry Goldberg ( past CPA / registered Tax agent of Victoria , Australia. The booking process was efficient , thd exchange rate is horrible !! So costly in AUS $$’s - but hated the fact that most hotels I checked ha refundable option if u cancel , or change etc no later than 24 hrs before arrival ! But what happens if Qantas airline ( notorious for cancelling flights ) changed the flight time / day etc ?? Not my fault - can I alter my check in day because of that ? And no penalty ! That would make an Australian visitor to USA less anxious , and not stressed for such a costly trip . Mt Fuji Stay. If you are a photographer and looking to catch the beautiful sunrise over Mt Fuji and capture the reflections of the majestic mountain on the lake, then don’t hesitate to book a stay at Voyan Resort. It was super comfortable. I had amazing sleeps there. The food they provided was unreal and it’s right in the lakes edge. For all your needs, there is a 24 hour 7-11 a few minutes walk away that sells everything you could want. There are other restaurants along the lakeside a few minutes drive if you are so inclined. I would stay there again in a heart beat! 🤍🙂

Gorgeous place to stay. I honestly don’t know where to start! Meeting someone like the host is almost impossible nowadays. He is such a nice & loving person with heart of gold. I lost my baggage upon arrival at Athen so as result the my stress was on up the roof. When I told him what happened, he treated me like his brother , even offered me a lift from airport which I felt so bad to except it , however he picked me up from train station. His beautiful apartment is situated in a very lovely neighbourhood & very central. Clean & full of facilities. The moment I entered his apartment I felt home & my feeling wasn’t wrong. I’ve got my own bathroom & shower & also very fast WIFI connection pulse cool aircon inside the room. He is very knowledgeable about surrounding & also knows where to eat / shopping etc. It’s so good to see still people like Yanis existing & money doesn’t come first for them. I must say , only God knows what would happened to me if wasn’t because of Yanis. Good one you mate & keep doing what you doing. Great job 👍

When will you fix the bugs in the app for iPad?. I’ve been using this app on my iPad for years, and have sent feedback about the annoying bugs before, to no avail. The two most annoying are (1) the ‘wheel of death’, i.e., getting that never-ending spinning wheel especially when you change or cancel a booking. Often I have to quit the app to get rid of it. (2) if you want to change the dates for a booking, the app shows the WRONG dates, with the checkout date being consistently one day earlier than the actual booking. So I usually have to cancel the booking and start again. These bugs have been bugging me for YEARS now. Are you ever going to fix them?

Good but not perfect. A couple of points: I have travel a lot and I mainly use booking .com. main reason,ease of use but on saying that they can do better. Example: you make a booking , which I did today, booked a room with two friends, there is nowhere, once booked , where I can double check the room details. how many beds etc...quite lacking. Eg: as we are a group of 3 women , I remember it being 1 single bed but can’t remember if the other was a double or queen, and nowhere can I see the room details once booked. The other thing, personally, I think there should be 1 payment method throughout. As an example,two years ago we walked the el Camino in Spain, I booked a little isolated place via b.c The establishment asked for cash, a couple of days later I noticed they had also ,in tandem charged my credit card. On holiday I didn’t chase it up as we were on the move every day, that is a flaw in the system. In this day and age and with worry about online cheating and outright fraud I think a uniform payment arrangement should be in place, if not, some kind of safeguard.

Room with a view. Booked accommodation based on information, and photos of the view...cost was not an issue. Upon arrival we were handed our key. Our room was on the first floor. First issue upon exiting was housekeeping having linen etc lined up in the walkway and the linen trolley in front of our designated room door. Once we entered the room, my husband and I were so disappointed..the room/view we paid for based on the above was looking directly into a tree across the road...we could scarcely see the ocean. I contacted reception who immediately changed our room to the 7th floor with the most spectacular view...thank you Nicki for looking after us.

Great Location. Overall our stay here was O.K. The location was amazing with about a two minute walk and you were at the Ganges. It was near a great evening ceremony as well. The restaurant was good and the rooms service prices were very reasonable, as were their laundry rates. The thing that let them down the most was the shower and the bed. After a long day out all you really want is a comfortable bed and a nice warm shower, unfortunately we could have neither. The shower constantly ran out of hot water even though we left the geyser on for over an hour and I mean ran out after you had just washed your hair so you had to do the rest in the cold water. The bed we stayed in was extremely hard which had you constantly rolling over all night and the pillow gave no comfort. Overall it was an ok hotel but just could not get a good nights sleep.

Warmly welcomed at Lantana Boutique Hoi An. Excellent service from all the team at Lantana Boutique in Hoi An (not to be confused with Lantana Riverside). Sally helped organize transfers and day trips. The rooms are comfortable, clean and a good pool to cool down in after the heat and humidity. We were able to book a private driver to take us to MySon. We are not a group tour family and Sally arranged for us a small group to visit Hue for the day which was a fantastic day loaded with history. Hotel is really well located -close enough to walk to the market activity yet enough distance to get away from the music at night. Thank you Sally and the team.

OK but not helpful in fixing incorrect information. Bookings wrote to me and said that I had not showed up for one of the bookings I had made. I sent information confirming that I had used the hotel as planned and was informed that this had been confirmed by the hotel by the Bookings staff. I asked bookings to update my information and not to put “no show” on my booking records but they would not and could explain why. I asked several times but to no avail. I also noted that I gave a mixed review to a Hotel. It was fair, true and accurate and not disputed by the hotel. The response from the hotel was just rude and unpleasant rhetoric with no feedback about whether or how they would address the improvement areas. I noted that this was the way they dealt with less than glowing reviews from other posts. Bookings continues to recommend this hotel and permits the posting of rude comments on the website. It seems that Bookings perceives that hotel guests booking through the site are less important than hoteliers.

The best customer service in Egypt. It was an incredible experience based on the price that I paid. I paid just five dollars for a private room per night, and in addition, the owner picked me up from the train station and took me to the HOUSE the first day I arrived and also, they did my laundry for free which is incredible, but the reason I am doing these review is because I put in the fridge a Pizza I bought for my lunch because during the Ramadan there is not enough food around or restaurants don’t opened. however, someone ate my pizza. Basically I just found the leftovers I talked to the owner just to let him know but I was not complaining, nevertheless, 20 minutes later, he arrived with a new Pizza for me which is so cool here. Lovely place to stay, even though it’s not in the city centre get there takes just like 10 minutes in a minivan that cost just 3 pounds, my only feedback is the mattress. It’s now the best or it’s not comfortable.

Extremely poor customer service. I have been receiving other people confirmation sent to my email. All there personal information. I would simply trash it right away. On my last trip I booked a stay with this company and the booking service booked it under another man’s name who also had the same last name and charge my stay to his credit card. I was contacted by the hotel and we put the bill on my credit card. During this conversation they told me I was now scheduled to stay a week latter which I didn’t book. I attempted to call multiple times to booking.com. I was either refused to speak to their fraud department or on one call I finally was connected to a manager however she hung up on me and when I call back immediately, she left a note on my account and signed out so she could not be contacted. The next call once again the agent hung up on me as soon as he heard I had a complaint. If you look up on FB you will see several groups, one with 14k people who all have had bad experiences. They are not a Canadian group, they are out of Asia, possibly India. It’s extremely hard to get any customer service. I am concerned that if I have received at least 6 other customers information, then the chance that my personal info will also be passed out. I do not recommend this company. Look them up before you book.

Terrible app. The worst app in the world, correspondence with hotels does not work, there is no support, the support team just has fake contacts who do not respond. The app works terribly. I hope there will be new services soon, because this is impossible to use

Brutal customer service. Booked an accommodation through booking.com and ‘check in’ day came around the place didn’t even exist and we had paid for an accommodation that was a total scam. When I approached booking.com about it, they said there was nothing they could do for me! When I asked if they would at least take the listing down they said that it was a lengthy process… I see that listing is still on here 2 months later. The whole point of using a booking service is that they verify their listing and make sure things like this don’t happen. Will never use this engine again and will be telling everyone about our experience. Definitely better booking services available for people rather then this one.

The most frustrating site ever. Called to change my reservation, all I could get was please enter your booking number ... please enter your booking number ..... over and over. I decided to phone them. Thanks your wait time is 2 minutes. I am still on hold after 33 minutes. I will never get this time back. And I still haven’t spoken to anyone. Help!!!!! Does anyone actually work there? Don’t risk it booking through this site, call the hotel direct. I wish I had.

Frustrating Bug. Every time I try to book at the final step once I have entered my dates, selected a hotel and chosen a room the app is rolling my booking date back by one day. If I opt to book from the 13th-14th at the final reserve step it’s showing 12th-13th (even if that date has already passed!) I’ve tried contacting customer support but they won’t help without a confirmation number which I can’t get because I’m not going to book the wrong date on purpose. It has happened over multiple days now. It’s disappointing. It was a good app to use before.

App is okay, customer service is utter trash. I had a bad experience at one of the properties they partner with and want a refund. I’ve had to call up four times and they just seem completely unwilling to resolve my issue. Placing all the blame on the property and not ready to help out their customer. I’ve had four customer service reps promise me they would call back after 24 hours once they’d spoken to the property owner and not once have they followed through with their promise. So I’m going to have to call back a fifth time and speak to yet another person. UTTERLY USELESS customer service team. Don’t bother using booking. com, use a different website and save yourself the hassle.

Closed motel booked .. I have used booking.com for many years with no issues. However I booked a motel in early July. When I arrived at my destination we were shocked to find a motel that was closed. The neighbouring community informed us it had been closed since 2019 . Should we not been informed of this? We were very fortunate to have friends staying in PEI for this very busy weekend who had room for us. No other motels available . I will not be using booking. com in the future.

Worst Application. I cancelled my booking that I did from booking.com! I talked to the customer service! They were so rude and didn’t have any courtesy to speak properly! When I cancelled it, they were telling me whole refund! And now they never give me my money back! Another caller is Instead giving me the credit of another stay. Contradicting own statements! SCAM. called the customer support and told me that they can’t change my flight, according to the airline policy, I called the airline in conference with booking scammer agent, and the airline said you can change it and the agent agree also, the next day the agent called me again and it say they can’t change the flight due to airline policy, what a scam you paid them for there services but can’t help you and asking you to pay more , may I advise to go directly to airline to book and don’t use this Booking scam service

Property was a scam. The unit I had booked was not as advertised and 100% an unsafe place to stay. Upon arrival I could see the building was old and decrepit and the stairs felt like they would give way. The door to my unit was completely open and when I tried to close the door it wouldn’t shut. The door hinge was falling off and the door was skewed. I tried calling the property and no answer. I tried contacting customer service through the app and it kept redirecting me to the property manager. The calls themselves were to outside of Canada, creating long distance charges for me on my cell phone. I had arrived late at night, travelling alone, and couldn’t close the unit door. I tried to leave a review on the app including pictures of the unit and Booking.com said my review violated their terms of service.

Misrepresents Prices. Bad experiences with inaccurate prices, unexpected fees and charges, and other unpleasant surprises. Customer service is terrible. Prices cheaper through other apps/services with much better accuracy and support.

App is not secure. I’ve always used booking.com to book my hotels, to the extent that I’m at Genius level 3. However, 2 of the 4 last hotels I’ve booked have had their booking.com accounts compromised and hackers are messaging through official booking.com emails to say payment hasn’t been processed and they’re requesting to verify payment info or the reservation will be cancelled. Without thinking I clicked the link to a very convincing booking.com dummy page. My card was compromised and had to be cancelled. Tried reporting to Booking.com but they make it extremely difficult. Even when I got through on the phone I was hung up on before anything was resolved. Deleting my account and moving on elsewhere as booking.com doesn’t seem to take the security of my information seriously

Booking.com. Booking.com has consistently been an invaluable tool for planning my trips. I've found their services to be excellent, and I genuinely enjoy using their platform to book accommodations. Their efficiency and reliability make them my go-to choice for travel arrangements.

Terrible App and customer service. Booked a hotel through booking.com for last weekend. Found a lower price on the hotels website for the same dates and reached out to booking.com for a price match as advertised. Had to go back and forth with them, providing multiple screenshots to first be told “no, sorry it’s not the same” provided MORE screenshots of the deal on the hotel site, then they approve the price match, fine. They then tell me if the hotel doesn’t charge me correctly to let them know and they’ll refund the difference. Well, hotel charged me the original price and I reached out to them, providing screen shots of the invoice (they don’t accept PDF files though the app even though it’s 2023) to be told they’re too blurry, and I need to send again. I check the screen shots in my camera roll and they’re clear as day, check what was uploaded and it’s completely out of focus. Resubmit the screen shots and now have to wait again for customer service because any time you send a reply in the chat it’s the same “please allow for 24 hours to respond”. You can’t have continuous dialogue so you’re just waiting for whenever they get back to you. Such a pain to deal with and would not recommend booking through them.

Les dates dans les listes de favoris ne sont pas fiables Hotel.com l’est.. Dans la préparation d’un voyage, il y a plusieurs endroits à visiter et la plupart du temps plusieurs hôtels sont choisis temporairement dans des listes de favoris propres à chaque endroit avec des plages de date qui leurs sont propres. Malheureusement, l’application ne semble pas mémoriser des dates différentes pour chacune des listes créées. L’application reprend les dates de la dernière recherche globale faite, ce qui cause des maux de tête surtout pour des voyages de longue durée avec plusieurs endroits différents. L’application nous oblige à saisir à nouveau les dates à chaque fois. Bien sincèrement, je crois qu’une correction devrait être faite afin de nous faciliter la préparation d’un voyage avec votre application. Votre compétiteur Hotel.com n’a pas ce mauvais fonctionnement

Horrible customer service. I had to wait and am still waiting for support from customer service. I booked a trip and it said no prepayment needed. The property south gap hotel in Barbados charged my credit card the full amount $650 for a stay that is not until April 2022 it’s June 2021. They advertised no prepayment required then charged me for the full stay.

Difficult to get assistance when needed. It is very difficult to reach out to customer services when you need help. Also, if hotels or rental car agencies charge you extra or don’t give you what they promised, Booking doesn’t care about the clients and simply say it is the obligation of the client to contact and follow up the case. Moreover, they don’t follow up to solve the issues they promised to solve until you follow up the case and again you won’t hear back until you follow up again. After 14 years using this application, that’s frustrating receiving such a worst services.

Reasonable for a last minute booking. The B&B is located in a nice historic area. It is a bit too far from the station, especially because we could not find any taxi service in the city. There is no reception at the building and we didn’t receive the email by the time we got there, which was a bit confusing. But we managed to speak to the person in charge. The building looks nice and historic. The bedroom was a bit expensive for the type of furniture they have there. The bedroom furniture looks cheap and old. The bathroom was nice, but the shower box was poorly installed and didn’t work properly. They offered a breakfast, which was included in the price. But the breakfast was too basic and we had to order some sides to complement our meal. However, we were charged twice for the basic breakfast and the service was pretty disappointing. We did book our stay without researching at the very last minute. The B&B was a recommendation by a friend. But we expected a little more for the price we paid for the suite.

Friendly staff, great accommodations. From the beginning at checkout, to questions, to the restaurant staff... everyone was helpful, cheerful and happy! The rooms are a bit small, but we only rested and got ready in them so no worries. The beds and pillows are so comfortable and rooms were clean. The restaurant is currently only serving breakfast, the staff was attentive and pleasant. Could use a lot of upgrades, but was roomy and food was decent. (Not free). The Splashatorium was a good way for the kiddos to wind down. Not really big or much to do. It was just the one slide, pool, and hot tub.... like I said good way to wind down and chill. Make reservations for the splashatorium!!! We made reservations a week in advance do to my research and looking at reviews, otherwise I would not have known. We had no where to sit or put or things, I would recommend that the resort supply enough sitting for the amount of people reserved. All and all a pleasant stay.

Checkout doesn’t work - 500 exceptions. The app hasn’t worked for anyone in our group for weeks now, ever since we landed in the UK. Every time we try to checkout the app returns a 500 exception at the last stage. Not sure if your revenue dropped to 0, as it doesn’t work on any of our accounts. But this is plain embarrassing. You should have really noticed your bugs by now. Ended up using alternative services and booking directly with the hotels all month. ******************************** In response to the developer - of course I tried to uninstall, and checkout doesn’t work on any of our phones - not just for me. Did some QA to make it work - and it seems that checkout doesn’t work for US clients in the UK without turning on VPN. Maybe you have some bug with payments details. You should look into it as no one in our group is able to use the app anymore since we came to the UK - so you’re losing thousands of $. And most people aren’t technical so they won’t figure out they need to turn on vpn or even know what that means!

Amazing 2 nights. First of all I booked air bnb that I didn’t know i had to stay with host (shared house) which is ridiculous. I couldn’t get refund because the date i can cancel was past. It was last minute that i had to find another hotel to stay paying extra and It was night mare and cried whole time. I found this hotel and went to check in a lady at front was very attentive and sweet. She asked me If i was ok because she saw my eyes were red because i cried i guess she felt bad so she gave a parking fee for complementary. Parking fee supposedly $10 per night. She gave me $20 discounts which is it really she made me feel better and I felt safe at this place. I wanted to thank to this hotel even though i had to spend couple hundreds dollars extra for my new stay but money didn’t really mattered.

Gorgeous but out of the way. It was not near or convenient to anything. When you look at the map you think “oh its in Jimbaran so it near...” as there are many great things worth seeing & experiencing here in Jimbaran or Uluwatu area but its quite far from anything due to the windy roads. You have to hire a car —no taxis available from here —and you are at the mercy of whatever they want to charge you, even to go 5 minutes down the road to the closest restaurant. I’d recommend stYing here for a night and enjoying a full day relaxing by the pool and taking in the views. The dinner at the restaurant is quite good and reasonably priced for the portions and quality. Then, after enjoying your time here, find another location for site-seeing the rest of Bali as this is not a convenient base for going on excursions, shopping, dining, etc. its gorgeous and inexpensive for what they offer—this makes it a great value, but its too far away to enjoy anything beyond this property itself.

Sick Joke of a Company!. Used the all to book a reservation today. They charged my card but gave me an error message saying I needed to contact customer service. Without explaining the nature of the problem, they sent me an email asking me if I wanted to rebook. I replied yes hoping it’s fixed. But no! Received another message saying “my reservation couldn’t be confirmed” and would be canceled. Meanwhile, the reservation the reservation still shows as active on the app and no refund has been made. I submitted a detailed inquiry with screenshots containing all pertinent details to customer service requesting clarification on whether the reservation is canceled or active. They replied with a message that made ZERO sense saying I needed to send them an email describing my concern when that’s exactly what I I already did! Zero explanation. Zero help. Zero rationality. And zero refund - even though I don’t seem to have a reservation for reasons I don’t understand. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with these jokers! A simple transaction turned into a big, unnecessary headache. Wish I never tried to use their service! 🤮

Chic Royalton. I checked in here on Friday and I hate every minute of it.I paid for a luxury room what I got was far from that my first room was room 5111. You can tell the room was hit hard during the flood it has mold everywhere. I requested to get moved because of the awful smell in the room and breathing was impossible. When I called to complain they just hung up the phone. The first room we had had fresh cut fruits and a bottle of wine nice presentation but we could not eat anything out of the moldy room we finally got moved to another room that was not luxury with two beds instead of a king bed. Spoke to a supervisor who gave us reservation to a Mediterranean restaurant which already came with our booking lol.. I have requested to be moved to the diamond room and offered to pay more the hotels has refused to grant this claiming they are all full as I sit by the pool and see empty rooms. I have never felt the need to write a review but this is the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in can’t wait to get home absolutely HATE IT unfortunately am here until Wednesday hopefully someone will make this right but I highly doubt it

SCAM!. Update: Customer service is useless. They don’t want or even try to help you because it’s not in their best interest. Their Deals are no better than Priceline etc. The travel credits you earn can never be used because there is no way to apply the reward on the app. I called a rep about an issue with the hotel I booked. They handled it worse than a 5 year old. I guess British/ European people are a bit odd. Why this woman said what she said is inexcusable and definitely not proper customer service. They will not help you if you need it. Try another hotel app. The app gives you errors when you try to claim you $50 rewards. I wonder if people ever get them and use them successfully. I find it really hard the people in Europe do not understand the English language. I think they purposely try to act confused to avoid taking any responsibility. These people are a complete waste of time I think even a five year old in the United States could offer more customer service and these people can. They are truly a waste of space in the customer service industry.

Was okay. We left at 9 am on Saturday got back at 7 pm for our cards to not work on our door, both. ODD. So we went and got them fixed thinking maybe our phones disconnected the key cards, we walk into our room to find a housekeepers cleaning stuff on our sink. NOW, they do NOT offer housekeeping unless you ask for it, they also didn’t clean anything!! Just set there stuff on the sink... when we asked why someone went in our room we got a shoulder lift like they can’t do anything about it, then picks up her cell phone to bluntly and repeatedly telling me I don’t know and seems very uninterested on clearing up why someone went in there… So far, nothing was taken from us, but we just wanted to know why they went in our room and couldn’t even get a answer. So if you leave don’t leave your $$$ stuff. I had a lot of nice things I didn’t want to leave in my car in there. Thankful nothing was taken but still, invading privacy much?

Great Showers!. The hotel was near a new mall. The room was small but clean. We stayed for 13 days. On the 3rd day, a bottle of perfume was taken out of the room when they cleaned it. The front desk was notified and they said the cleaning crew knew nothing about it. Nothing else done about it. Use the room safe as the cleaning staff may not be trusted. The bottle of perfume was not high in value but still bothered my wife because something was taken out of the room. No manager came to talk to us in the next 10 days of our stay. Another thing, we received 2 card keys in the beginning of our stay. One cracked and did not work when trying to open the door. I alerted the front desk and they said they will replace it for 200 pesos as “all room cards are inventoried”. Such a valuable piece of plastic... We continued to stay there as we were already charged for the entire stay. Flip a coin when deciding on this hotel as they seem to be customer friendly until a problem arises. The only real plus were the showers.

Trying to play in VEGAs - not working for them. Ya. Umm. Find a new in house management and marketing team.... Front desk manager should not look like a peep show girl with a small silver bow in her side part unless at an adult only restort 🤔 Coming from Park City Utah and knowing what the resort is like there—— No COMPARISOn - never staying at this Las Vegas property again! I’m sure this is not the atmosphere you would like to use for carrying on such a reputable establishment As a guest——Know resort fees are better covered in properties in Las Vegas that have fresh drinking water service at the pool..... Serve room service with water included.... (not upon request) ..... When going GREEN - don’t place the offer on the desk and hard to see —— use a tent marketing strategy in the BATHRoOM——Oh and coffee in room makes most excited!! Not included??? —- !!! AND when the pool is closed in April, don’t use internet, fitness center (not used) or TOLL free calls be obliged to waive the resort fee when addressed in this situation.

Extended stay in Tampa Fl. My check in time was supposed to be 3 pm and I got there at 4:30, I still had to wait sitting in the lobby for another 10-20 min waiting for her to give me a room number but a man walked in behind me to check in and she gave him his room and he did not have to wait. I booked well over a month in advance requesting a bottom floor and got a 3rd floor room. The breakfast was nothing like it said had coffee and granola bars really disappointing! They say they are only 2.6 miles from the stadium and they are over 6.6 miles away!! The person checking us in seemed very rude and not very friendly at all!! At check out the lady was leaving the lobby briefly asked me what room and said fine and walked away not sure if I was supposed to do anything else instead, I really hope it was fine because there was no one else around to ask!! Was very disappointed and the facilities was a big let down!!

This hotel is a nightmare.. We have had nothing but issues in this hotel. It started with mold all around the bathroom the girl at the front desk assured us the issue would be taken care of. We came back later in the day and it was still there . We spoke to the front desk and our room was changed, the second room had roaches and mold the coffee pot had mold all on the inside Once again our room was changed. The third room had multiple broken outlets , the room divider is not secure to the ceiling , the bathroom had roaches , the towel holder is hanging off the wall. The furniture is broken. We asked to speak to a manager and was told they do not know when the manager will be in. I insisted they call this person to make them aware . From what the receptionist said they will be in at some point. We called corporate thinking they could help with the issue they took a report and will send the issues to the manager by email. We were able to get the managers name. Neil Patel. The representative we spoke to even acknowledged this is not exceptable.

Just don’t.. Rented Captains quarters by the bay. $5000 for 8 days. Don’t do it. I can’t even list everything that’s wrong with this house ,but I will try. I mean didn’t even cut the grass. Floors are uneven and weak. Wall under bedroom window is cracked and stained from the water coming in. One corner of top bedroom(third floor attic with styrofoam stuck between the beams) has a 6 inch opening to the outside, and you have to navigate a narrow metal spiral staircase to get there. The king size bed is two mattresses shoved together on the floor. That’s right no bed frame, but that pairs well with the no nightstand/dresser/closet thing they have going. You have to navigate through two bedrooms to get to the only bathroom on the second floor. The other bathroom is conveniently located off the kitchen on the first floor. The entire house is slanted. None of the bedrooms have dressers. The ice maker in the fridge is busted. The air conditioner is not cooling the house properly. To top it all off you are right in the middle of the interstate construction. I’m sure I can list more, but my thumbs are tired. Just avoid this all together.

Zero STARS - worst customer service. Update: I called your customer service multiple times. When you stole my money and the hotel I booked in wouldn’t give me the room your “customer service” would not help at all. They kept putting me on hold, telling me they would call me back and some of them couldnt speak intelligible English, most of all never followed thru. After 2 hours of waiting in front of the hotel I booked with no response or help from your customer service I booked another room. When I called back a few days later to get a refund your customer service team was so rude I don’t think they have the soundness of character to speak like that to my face. They were all very proud they SCAMMED me of my money. I booked through your site. They took my money and didn’t pay the hotel so I was left without a room. Calling customer service multiple times getting put on terminal hold with no resolution. Customer care would say they would call me back with resolution. 2 hours lost on the phone with no service just lies.

Perfect for what we wanted!. There’s two rooms with a pull out couch and a full kitchen. Pots, and pans. Silverware etc. nice big king bed. Comfortable newer mattress. Nice bedding. I personally watched as the maid brought fresh comforters to the downstairs unit, so it’s all fresh. Everything works. A couple minutes walk to the beach. If you want beachfront you may want to contact to be sure. Everything is nice and quiet, and clean. Since Covid-19 you need to have a mash on in stores, and some restaurants you have to wear one to the table. Don’t let this scare you off! Avon cottages offers a nice place at an affordable price. The beach is amazing down here!! Definitely two thumbs up!! If I had an extra arm the thumb would be up! Definitely coming back here!! Next time I want beachfront though I have a bad back, and can’t walk far.

A little piece of heaven tucked away w/min walk to square. Immaculate and a hidden gem just steps from the main square. Management went over and beyond to make sure our stay was superb even checking in with us during stay. Only wished could spend more time in apartment as we were out on a he beautiful island Capri day and night. We had a scare which we thought we lost our key and she was reachable and responded to us even though it was middle of the night / early morning. I highly recommend this location. The extra bedroom with own shower we decided to reserve came in handy as my older daughter was able to have a good night’s sleep and time to recoup after a full day on the island. This unit can also be reserved without the extra bedroom and extra bathroom if not needed. Would definitely return.

Love this beautiful place!. Don’t listen to the negative comments people have made! This place is AMAZING! The staff are wonderful people and treated us like any other person staying there! (We are younger and I always feel like the treat us like children in other places!) They where kind when we asked questions and really made it feel like a second home! It’s pretty private even tho the beach bar is open to anyone! You can have your breakfast right on the beach! It was amazing to take a short walk ( not even a minute) to see the sunrise! Honestly you are paying for a beautiful hotel (yes the room is a little small but I mean you arnt there to stay in your room all day) and paying for one of the most beautiful views! We even saw Dolphins while eating breakfast on the patio!

Very Disappointed Considering Price. Very disappointed considering the $300 per night price tag. (1) Arrived the first afternoon and given an expansive menu down by the pool but told “only pizza and hamburger” available. (2) I told the front desk that evening we were looking to drive to a place that had shisha and they said, we have it here but you have to smoke outside (and it was chilly). I said okay…so we drive and bought sweaters and came back to the hotel. Told hookahs were available until midnight. We went and showered and returned at 9pm only to be told “no hookahs” maybe tomorrow. (3) started moving around about 10am today. At 12:00 for hungry and told once again only pizza and burgers at the pool area and no food until 1:00pm. No food anywhere on the property. The room was extremely small. We had much better accommodations and service in Sharm El-Sheikh. Never returning here in the off season and never coming to this specific resort again. Rooms in Sharm were also half the price. If you are going to close the resort for off season…just close the resort.

Casa Macfarland Boutique. I’m that person who’s always looking for the best deal in town from Cancun to Canada. Well guess what? I found it in Casa Macfarland. The place is gorgeous , it’s like living in your own private little mansion w the best location, quiet area and close to all eateries from locals to tourists. Hidden gem just off the main shopping area of Ensenada. I had an electrical issue which wasn’t a big deal but within minutes they sent staff to repair. Well lucky f me, they upgraded my stay f same rate to a newer bigger and fancier apartment within minutes. I felt bad because it wasn’t a big problem f me especially the rate I was paying. Well, didn’t matter, the property owner personally came to visit and insisted I move to bigger place . WOW, I found that hidden gem in Casa Macfarland Boutique and even planning to stay another day more. Muchas Gracias Casa Macfarland

Not for hotel payments on behalf of someone. I’ve had the same problem three times during the last month. I’ve tried to make a reservation on behalf of my parents three different times in three different properties and countries. The problem is that Booking does not clearly specify that you’re not paying but just reserving, and it is a "pay at the property" kind of deal, but they keep your credit card on file just in case. My parents don’t have the resources to pay at the property which is why I was using this service. At the moment of their check in they’re informed that they have to pay there, so I decide to go through Expedia instead and cancel with Booking which of course says, there’s a cancellation fee that I have to pay. My dad asked the manager of the hotel and they said their hotel does not have a "cancellation fee" even though that’s what Booking said and probably will charge. What a waste of time. If you’re the one traveling and paying for yourself at the property, it should work.

Le voyage splendide!. My fiancée and I flew away and was booked in Montréal for a one week get away. There were many amazing places to dine coming from the gem of hospitality in the South - Charleston, SC. There were so many great and diverse ethnicities to dine. We stayed above a grocery store on Sainte-Catherine Street that had all of the amenities one could ask. We ate at ‘Cacou 70’ Rue Sainte-Catherine where we stayed for breakfast, Mediterranean Tabouli at a grocery store for lunch and Israeli, Latin, Greek, Asian and of course, French food for dinner. We were two foodies in a nirvana metropolis. We found ourselves eating at Cacao 70 several times due to their many options. We never ate the same options twice, as we sampled bites from each other’s order. We also went on a hot air balloon and hit the spa ‘Sibéria’, and bought many postcards and trinkets to seal our memory. I proposed to my fiancée while in Québec and look forward to future travels with her. Viva Montréal!

Absolutely Frustrating Customer Service. I’ve used the app for years now without issues but when it comes to the customer service, it is absolutely frustrating and infuriating. I had missed my flight due to an American Airlines employee directing me to the wrong terminal and needed a rebooking ASAP. I ended up stuck in JFK New York for 2 days waiting on a response and rebooking. They initially agreed and told me to wait on the confirmation so I waited the first day, calling back multiple times to check. Each time a different operator telling me to wait a few hours, 24 hours and then 24-48 hours. I finally get a call back the next day saying I needed to call the airline to rebook (which I tried but couldn’t reach them because the line was always busy). I call up customer service again asking if they could rebook anything at all and their initial response was to wait another day basically while they figure something out. I had already waited a day and couldn’t wait another so I ended up having to buy a one way ticket out of New York for the next day. I lost two days waiting on customer service and going through multiple different operators telling me different things. Now I DID buy travel insurance with my ticket and it baffles me that they couldn’t just rebook the next day flight, because while talking to the customer service operators I found next day flights that were available! (Travel insurance is a scam)

Beautiful bright and spacious apartment. We stayed in this bright, colorful and spacious apartment for two nights during a layover. Excellent communication w host. They were very accommodating to our needs and such a large space could have included others! Great kitchen full of cute cups finishing etc. Only concerns for us, but maybe not for others is that the wi fi only worked in the dining room. If people needed it for full apartment may be an issue but was okay for us for a few days. Another issues for some could be the stairs. We needed to walk up four flights but some who have medical issues could have a problem with that. People need to remember too that it’s in the city so they will hear the metro. Not an issue for us but could be for some. Overall a beautiful place and allowed us to store our luggage while we wandered the city and gave great recommendations for local food and attractions.

Very Happy with Service. From the time I came in to check in we were accommodated. The rooms were beautiful but they were not connected rooms. I noticed that my room was a connecting room to another room. I asked the front desk if that room was available and it was and they switched it immediately. When I checked on that room I noticed that it did not have a fridge (neither rooms did). Well when I went back to the desk they accommodated this request immediately too (he called in front of me for them to bring one up). Then I had a problem with signing into Wi-Fi. The front desk immediately stopped everything she was doing and called whom ever she needed to to fix the problem. Not to mention what she was doing was more important then what I needed her to fix. Memorable Stay. I spent 4 nights at the Rocabella Santorini Resort. Simply stated, it was an excellent experience. Upon arriving at the hotel, I was presented with a welcome drink and informed that I was upgraded to a nicer suite. The room was perfect, large, and had all the amenities that I could ask for. My room faced the Caldera, which made for beautiful views. The highlight of my trip was twofold. First, the restaurant served very tasty food and the service was beyond excellent. Second, the waiter at the restaurant, Vlad, made my stay most memorable. In the 5 days that I stayed at the Rocabella, I developed a friendship with Vlad. During his time off, he showed me around the island and knowing my love for hiking, hiked with me to the town of Oia introducing me to some of his friends. As I was traveling alone, having Vlad there made my trip most enjoyable. Thank you Vlad and thank you Rocabella! I will be back with my wife.

Horrible misrepresentation. Deleted this Ap and will never do business with them or their partners. But if I may digress, I’ve used booking for the majority of my travels and with great success. Had a family member pass recently and set a booking for San Francisco for Sept 3. I made the reservation on 8/24. Booking stated in the reservation that my card would not be charged and only a hold would be placed as I could pay upon arrival. Low and behold I was charged on 8/28 for the full amount. No worries as we anticipated making the trip. Then we are stricken with covid on the 30th. Go into the booking ap to cancel and they say you’ve already been charged and the cancellation charge is the full amount. But wait I’m sure it said I had 24 hours to cancel with no fees? Nope. I sent and email to ask to reverse the charge and all of a sudden they have no control I have to call the property. Guess what…. I put it on a credit card, cancel the charge, erase the ap, put booking on blast for their deceitful misrepresentation and move on with my life. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS AP.

Very comfortable and clean!. Our first day was absolutely amazing the employees that were working that they were very accommodating! The next day and the people above us were so loud they kept my baby up all night crying. The next day they had to guests up to 25 people drinking and partying till two in the morning right outside of her window!! we were not compensated for our night. We were compensated for the night before but it was a horrible!! the employee that was working that night did not give a care at all….He was kind of acting like he was part of the party! However there are Many other good employee that made the stay better…I did feel that with our overall experience we should’ve got a room compensated! The guests are the reason why our stay was so bad which is unfortunate because it it has been a great vacation!

Boutique Hotel Villa Sara. An excellent position between airport and Venice. Beautiful location with the swimming pool surrounded by country site and near bus stop just 15 min from Venice. All the staff was absolutely amazing and attentive to our needs and we will be happy to come back again. Daily breakfast selection and dinners in the hotel was a great addition to our long day visits in Venice and made it so much manageable and enjoyable. The rooms are a good size in proportion to an American standard, but keep in mind that showers are smaller in Europe and bathtubs are rare. Villa Sara entire staff made us feel very welcome and have the family home feeling which we much appreciated. They are an excellent team working together and providing even transfer to airport for a reasonable fee. Thank you so very much for making our trip to Venice during the Holidays and New Year’s unforgettable!

My stay at the Drury Inn in Greenville. First off,I love the location specially if you don’t feel like driving long distances for the most convenient thing’s! It’s great restaurants near by, you have Walmart down the street. I had a king suite room! I love love the amount of space of the room! The room had a hallway from the front door to the bedroom it self. The bathroom,I kid you not you could have a party in the bathroom if you wanted too! You didn’t feel so closed in, in the bathroom you had more then enough room! The shower was bomb,It was a walk-in shower which I love! I love the location of my room, I loved being in the corner. Everyone was friendly, and very homey. Even with this pandemic going on, they was well organized. You didn’t hear no loud noise while trying to relax and sleep. The tv was very decent, had good channels. I was dere for four nights,I can’t wait to go back!

I wish i could give it no stars. The rooms were dirty. Yes the floors were sticky in the hallway. The room was without light bulbs. One chair was so dirty. The housekeeping staff turned it over on the other side. However that side was dirty as . Not one time did the manager come to talk with me. We looked at 4 rooms and still had to stay in the first dirty room. The pool was cold. The housekeeping didn’t give us fresh sheets. They just made the bed. They didn’t bring fresh towels. We had to ask for them. Then when we asked they didn’t bring them and we had to call again. The walks in the room was peeling. The bathroom walls were cracked. One of the rooms I looked at the door to the room looked like it had been broken into. When the person came up to look at it they didn’t even say anything other then that’s not a hole. Then on the 2nd night there was a room with 20 kids in it. They kept running up and down the hallways being loud. Then they took over the pool. The breakfast was not fresh. I ended up drinking spoiled milk. I complained and all i was offered was $44 for my trouble. That’s not even enough. This hotel is not worth the money.

Cancel experience very happy. I am very appreciate the hotel for their understanding and supportive staff that make things easy. We booked our family trip in March, unfortunately my daughter’s visa got some problem and stuck at Iceland. My husband needed to fly there to help solve the problems. But it’s too late for us to cancel the reservation just three days before we check in. We called the hotel staff, they are very friendly and thoughtful, they waived our cancellation fee. It’s very pity this unexpected situation happened which ruined our family trip after such a long time we looking forward. But we are very lucky to have a very good experience here to figure things out. We definitely will back soon when we have holidays later. Thanks so much for all the staffs who put their efforts on to help us out. Thank you very much!

Kind of pricy for what you get. This accommodation was more like a bed and breakfast (except without the breakfast) Beds were not comfortable. One, the hide-a-bed was a thin mattress and my son woke up with neck and shoulder pain. Queen bed was a mattress with memory foam on top. Wi-Fi worked only sometimes. Hot and stuffy in room but Xavier brought a fan which was helpful. Only one faucet worked on sink with lukewarm water and shower was not so great, but had nice hot water. Also, no fridge, microwave or anything. Parking was about 1/4 mile away and an extra $10-$15 a night. Xavier was very trustworthy and helpful and gave us good suggestions where to eat, etc.. (The reason for the 3stars otherwise I would give it Just 2 stars for comfort). He was also a good communicator and responded to texts and requests promptly. This place was close to the center and seemed to be safe enough with double locked doors. All in all I felt like we paid a lot for what we got compared to other places we stayed in MX though. Be prepared to pay for your stay in cash (pesos) too.

Scam site, irresponsible customer service. BE CAREFUL when using the booking service from this website. When I arrived at the hotel reserved by booking, it was overbooked. I was NOT given the alternative by the booking support staff. They urged me to book other hotels on my own after numerous calls, and they said they would reimburse the difference. They also affirm that there are no price restrictions on the hotels I can book. However, after I turned in the invoices, they indicated they would only reimburse $25 because I had made my own reservations for the alternative and would have to pay the remaining amount. I reminded them that, the booking support team asked me to find alternative because they couldn't do it, that’s why I must find other alternative by myself, but they ignore their liability. I requested to speak with the customer compliance agency, and they provided me with the EU commission, which does not assist US clients. They said that Booking is a Dutch base company so there are no agencies support US customers. For the protection of its customers, the FTC must conduct an investigation into this website.

Nightmare. I NEVER write reviews, but I really just had to take the time out of my day to vent on here about this situation. My boyfriend booked a trip to Florida for my birthday that we are supposed to be leaving for on Thursday to check in Friday. We wake up to an email saying that our reservation has been cancelled and his account deactivated due to a “background check” on him and “sorry for the inconvenience”?? I am beyond in shock. I might could understand someone who has felonies or violent crimes, but my boyfriends past misdemeanors** when he was younger should not play a factor in him booking a vacation like anyone else. If that isn’t bad enough, he spent over 1,000 dollars that was “immediately released by Airbnb” but that he now will not get back for up to 15 days. We are literally supposed to be checking in FRIDAY and have no where to stay now and the money will not be back before or during the duration of our trip. I’m sorry this had to be the first review I’ve ever left anyone in my life, but I’m sad and I guess I just needed to put that on here.

Outstanding location and service. The room was large and appeared even more spacious with the tall ceilings. The view from our first floor room was amazing. Very large windows and remote control blinds made it all the better. The bathroom was up to date and clean. The bed slept well and I would rate it above above average. The addition of the included mini bar was a nice touch. They restock the wine, water, coke, diet Coke (Coke Light), Sprite, beer, and peanuts every evening. I never heard noise from the nieghboring rooms. The location was central enough to get around easily. It is only an eight minute walk with luggage to the central train station. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. I had but two complaints. First, the water in our shower and one of the double sinks in the room had a drainage problem. They backed up very quickly. The tub and other sink did not have the same issue. Overall, I would say the hotel was the best I've stayed at in Amsterdam.

Apartment Pavle. The apartment was nice and clean, and the hosts are wonderful and extremely helpful. It has almost everything you need for an extended stay. It is located right by the #4 bus that will take you to Old Town, if you don’t want to walk. I prefer walking. It’s within easy walking distance of two beaches, grocery stores, bakery, and some great restaurants (Taj Mahal was my favorite). The only reason I rated it less was for the value. I stayed 5 nights in Kotor Bay for $45 euros less than I stayed 2 nights at Pavle, and in Kotor I had a full living room, and a washer to wash my clothes. The apartment I had in Virpazar, Lake Skadar also had a washer, 2 BRs and a living room for less money. And when I stayed in Old Town Dubrovnik, I had a wonderful flat for far less money, so Pavle is overpriced comparatively. But again, the hosts are great, the apartment is very clean and the kitchen is equipped, and the location was good.

Best Unique Beach House Ever. This was by far one of the most unique stays we have ever experienced! The absolute best experience and beautiful backdrop for anyone wanting to experience the beauty of this island. This boathouse is within walking distance of Sarakiniko beach and there is a little beach literally steps off of the patio. We enjoyed massages on the upper deck arranged by the host and she was so helpful with the home and the entire trip. She also came and freshened up the room a couple of days into our stay and brought fresh towels. We also had use of kayaks, snorkeling gear and water noodles. The boat house was above our expectations and we will remember this trip and this place forever. Thank you so much Katrina for the hospitality and sharing such a beautiful place for this girlfriend trip of a lifetime. We all hope to return one day. Much love

Abosolutely fabulous!!!!!. We loved it. It was more than what we expected. The 2nd floor jumper/ trampoline was a extra for the kids. They wanted to sleep on it. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious and great!!! Bathrooms were nice. Plenty of towels. Plenty!!! Everything was roomy for two of us families. Access was easy and they were ready for us. The top pool was amazing!! It was so beautiful up there. It had a bathroom and even a grill!!! The architecture and design of the building and every detail was so impressive. It was close to circle k, gas, food and a police station. We felt safe and at home. I really would love to own one of these units. This will be our spot going forward whenever we visit Tulum. We have always loved Tulum and all it’s restaurants, shops and activities. It’s the place to be!!! Thank you so much to All the staff!!! We’ll miss you!!!

Great space for a large group!. We had a great time! The only criticisms we had were that the AC took all day to drop to a comfortable temperature for our 11 people party. We came from golfing in the heat at the end of July, so it took all day for the AC to get as low as allowed. We would have preferred to go a little lower because it didn’t feel near as cool as it said, but it wouldn’t stop us from booking again. The other minimal issue was that there was cobwebs and spiders everywhere! Out by the spa (for those that didn’t get in), on the patio by the fire pit, and front porch was covered. Didn’t stop us from having a good time, we just weren’t as comfortable as we could have been. The inside of the house was very clean though! Very spacious, and we loved our trip! Would definitely book again!

Amazing location. Our experience in Ravello In was beyond what we expected. Ravello In location is perfect. Just one minute walk from the town entrance to the room. Our room was facing the piazza, with a beautiful view from our private balcony. The room was modern and cozy. The bus stop was two minutes walk from the In to catch transport to the Amalfi coast where you can take the ferry to multiple places like Capri, Sorrento and others which is a great option if you looking to save money €1.50 per trip. Our hostess Emilia was super accommodating and detail oriented. She went above and beyond to assist us. Emilia helped us to get transportation from Napoli to Ravello and back to Naples after our stay with a private driver. Good affordable option. Stayed in new rooms area. It is 1/2 block from checkin desk and I stayed in lower unit. Room nice size for one. Small Shower is not in bathroom but next to bed. Comfortable bed. Very secure and safe area . Nice area overall with a 15” walk to center of town and the arena. Only complaint: The room is noisy. Can hear other guests talking and very loud creaking of floor when guests above walk around. Bring earplugs! Stay in upper unit to minimize. Daily breakfast, boiled egg/ rolls/ ham/ cheese or sweet pastry/fruit delivered to room at 7:30 Room stocked w coffee pod, tea, milk, OJ, water, packaged cookies. Beer cans, wine in fridge extra for a few euros. Bathroom small but adequate for one. Small soap/ body wash/ shampoo provided. Daily maid service. Very quiet outside area. 10 minute cab ride from train for 12 euros. Note the check in desk is closed from 1300 to 1500. Excellent communication via what’s app. Rating a 4 star for the price point. Very affordable lodging.

Booking process. The process was completely easy and took no time to complete. Very satisfied with the online registration process. Looking forward to my stay. This booking turned out to be a nightmare. As stated in the reservation for some hotels, you can cancel within a certain time limit of your reservation and not be charged for the booking. Not true, I booked at Quality Inn in Sandersville, Ga, cancelled the reservation approximately a week ahead of the reservation and quality inn still charged me for the room, they said it was a no show, but they didn’t even check to see if it was canceled or anything before charging me. And it’s been a few days short of a month and both places are still giving me the run around about the refund, even though I have all the information needed to prove it was canceled in time to avoid being charged. This will be my last booking with both of them.

Just no!. Paid for hotel 2 weeks in advance with this app. I showed up at the hotel and the first thing the clerk asked was “credit card, please!” I said “no, I already booked”, and I showed him the booking reservation. Then he began haggling over incidentals. Give me $100.” No. “Give me $60.” No. “Give me $40.” He wanted cash preferably. I said, “I want to cancel this reservation. I didn’t book a hotel to be scammed.” I called customer service for the app. The CSR was quite polite and listened. He talked to the hotel directly. The hotel manager came out and said he was waiving the hotel fee since the reservation was being canceled and I did not want to stay there. The app still says I’m confirmed to the room. There’s no information about the refund process showing. I received an email that said because I did not cancel by 6pm I could not get a full refund. It was 6:45pm when I got to the hotel. So far, this app has left me wanting more information on the process of cancellation and receiving my refund. They seem very slow.

So beyond upset with this company. I have booked multiple hotel stays with this app. I was fraudulently charged for a day I did not stay due to the hotel being a literal health hazard which I had to contact the health department about. Even though I have hand written proof and video evidence that I did not stay at the hotel the booking company now after 2 months (was even assured the app would refund me if hits didn’t) I am told they will give me a $29 credit towards another hotel stay. The booking company has led me along for 2 months only to them tell me that because the hotel won’t agree to it (even though I have written and video evidence that they assured me I wasn’t being charged for not staying) they will not protect me,a loyal customer. The hotel is still able to book through them . I guess why protect your loyal customer when you the rich thief . I have now had to report the fraud to my bank which I could have done 2 months ago if this company didn’t lie and lead me along so long . Absolutely awful.

Outstanding. This hotel checked all the boxes. Very good reviews, location close to the train station, and the price was in line with my budget. If I could give it 10 stars I would. The customer service was over and above and outstanding in every way. I cannot believe how wonderful the staff was. My room was ready early, everything was explained as to their services, what I received with the room, etc. They were very attentive with me as to what I might need, what could they do for me, what tips I might want about the city, etc. The room was lovely and modern. Wonderful large window with a view. And I utilized the rooftop terrace a few times and enjoyed it very much. They reserved a taxi for me to get to the airport no problem. The Sophie Terrace Hotel provided me with some of the best Customer Service I’ve ever received along with outstanding accommodations. Highly recommend.

Awful customer service And bad customer relations.. I’ve used boooking several times in the past without problems, until recently. It was my birthday and wanted to celebrate with my girlfriend. I went on the Booking app to find a Jacuzzi Suite and located one in their site at a Holiday in express and Suites. Drove over a hundred miles to this hotel that I reserved And got to hotel. Checked in and went up to room only to find their was no jacuzzi in room. Called front desk and was told that they didn’t have any rooms with jacuzzis, and that I would need to talk to manager in the morning. Talked to manager at checkout and was told that They are not going to refund me at all because it’s not their fault, it’s Bookings fault and I had to call them. Called booking and they said it’s not their fault either. So I guess it’s my fault that I was lied to and lured into a hotel for something I was promised and paid for but didn’t receive. Beware of Booking. Com as they will not stand behind anything, and don’t care a lot guest relations. Again I used them to book many times in the past and will not again and suggest for your sake you do not either.

Incredibly courteous and helpful staff and team along with great location. The Oakwood has really gone beyond my expectations. I was originally going to check in at the Marriot since my brother was getting a room there; but instead I decided to next door to the Oakwood and I was not disappointed. It was 15% savings with a studio room upgraded to a suite by the fantastic fellows at the front desk. The rooms are very clean and modern along with large fridge and full kitchen. Beds were very plush. The gym on the top floor was well rounded and fantastic along with the steam room. I did laps in there rooftop pool which was very clean. The hotel is connected to the mall and the shopping was also very good and convenient. There are about 6 restaurants you can choose from here and so far each one has been good. You will feel very welcomed and have everything you need and then some at the Oakwood.

Great location and wonder amenities. This apartment was one of the best apartments we stayed in during our 2 week tour of Italy. Two separate bedrooms for a family of four with a nice size kitchen and living room area to relax in after a long day of walking. They had a washing machine ij the bathroom and a drying rack which was great to have clean close for our next city. The air conditioning units were wonderful and kept our rooms nice and cool after the heat wave we experienced. The host was also very friendly and attentive. Would definitely return. The location was amazing too. Across the street from the stone paved road down to the Ferry station (less than 5 min walk) and a 7 min walk to the right of the apartment building was the train station. Really could not be in a better location. All of the restaurants were just 5-15 minute walk away.
