Fix phone use while driving feature. Before the phone use while driving feature came out for Drivewise, I would have given the app 5 stars. However, when I stop my car at my destination and use my phone, it is tracking that as using my phone while driving. For example, I have been giving a coworker rides to work everyday for the last 2 weeks. When I would pull up and park in her carport, I would send her a text saying I was there. When checking the Drivewise section in the app later, it showed I used my phone while driving (although the phone use was tracked at my parking location). Because of this, I have had to remove many trips due to “trip data not being accurate,” which is losing me safe driving points. I do not use my phone while driving, so it is frustrating that this new feature is saying that I use my phone during my trips. Now I’m not even sure how long I have to wait before stopping before I can touch my phone without having to remove the whole trip data due to this error. Please fix. The rest of the app is great.

Love Allstate, but Drivewise is hopeless.. I was super happy with my switch to Allstate from Farmers Insurance, but then I made the mistake of activating Drivewise. WARNING… Drivewise makes stuff up! I’m a slow driving senior that people hate because I drive the speed limit. Most of the time I’m on cruise control set at 65 or 70. But not according to Drivewise, it says I go over 80! It has lost it’s mind! Same with hard braking. I drive in-between rush hour traffic, and mostly on the side roads with no one else on them. My speed is about 30 on these roads, and I only have calm breaking as I approach stop signs. But once again, that’s not what Drivewise says. It just makes stuff up! So incredibly frustrating, and there is no way to dispute the absolute made up nonsense that it claims. Drivewise was a great idea, but they should have tested it and fixed it because it’s useless if all it does is make up lies about how people drive.

Latest update. Just a quick review to say the latest update is really slow and laggy on my iPhone XS Max. Everything takes so long to load I lost patience with waiting and tried to go back. However the Hold Tight dialog boxes don't allow you to touch the page behind to dismiss it so you're sitting there for an eternity waiting for it to finish loading in the page. And then it crashes, every time. On loading the app takes an eternity to load. Also what seems to be taking its time to load are two big ticket items - Claims, and My Bill. My bill is paid for six months, why would I want to see that every time I load the screen - twice a year at most when it is due is enough. And my claims. I have no outstanding claims, again why do I want to see that page? The page I do want to see - Drivewise, doesn't load. The app just crashes. No doubt there are options to turn off the Claims and Billing items but I just don't have all day to wait. The screen is unresponsive and doesn't react when I try to scroll; when it does react it stutters and jumps around. I will leave the app installed for the Drivewise discount but I won't be opening it again.

Going from bad to worse. This app used to be good and useful. Some major changes were made to make it look like an improvement, don’t be fooled by said changes. It’s just a visual. The app is set up in my phone to recognize my face. It does. It greets me by my name but it gives me no access until I manually type my password. What’s the purpose of face recognition then? It’s annoyingly pushing me to add “Drive Wise” to my policy. I don’t want that as it is based on movement and not on who’s driving. The app can’t tell if I’m a passenger or the driver. And it’s supposed to report my driving habits even when I’m not behind the wheel. Major flaw. I wish there was an easier way to use Allstate which, to me, is THE BEST insurance company there is. This app does NOT reflect their level of excellence. Sad... UPDATE: 8/7/21. It has not gotten better. Only worse. It takes time to update info. Recently moved and app would NOT update the proper info. Plus, the whole need to log-in with a password instead of face recognition continues. Ughhh… ALLSTATE is too good of a company for such a lousy app.

DriveWise has Serious Problems. Beginning some time in December I suspected something had changed in the app, especially concerning the “hard braking” feature. Previously, the app was logging 3 or 4 braking event per month; however, in January alone the app logged about 40 events. The number of miles driving didn’t change and my driving habits hasn’t changed, so what is different? Yesterday I got proof that the app definitely has issues. I had to make a round-trip drive from Dallas to Houston and back. As soon as I was clear of the Dallas traffic, I set the cruise control and didn’t touch the brake or accelerator for nearly 200 miles until I reached the outer suburbs of Houston. When I checked the DriveWise app, it had registered 11 hard-braking events while I was driving under cruise control. The results on the return trip were similar. DriveWise logged an additional 7 braking events while I was driving under cruise control. From some of the recent comments in these reviews, it seems like QA isn’t a very high priority for the developers.

Absolutely terrible. Unreliable, unable to use 98% of the time. I joined Allstate a few months ago and switched all my insurance over to them. I got the pay as you use car insurance option as due to the pandemic I don’t drive so it made sense. From the day I joined it had been drama trying to use this app. The first week or so of having it I was successful at simply opening the thing on maybe 2 occasions and once open it seems to work fine. However 99% of the time it simply fails to open. No error message. Nothing. Just fails to open. I click on it, it looks like it’s going to open as it tries to load then it just disappears. It. Never. Opens. I have no idea what’s going on with my account. As I found the device that monitors my mileage and driving activity on the floor of my car recently I am concerned that it had not been working for a while (I rarely use my car these days) so am worried about how that will affect my premium so have been trying to check to see how many days it’s been out and what that means for my payments but as mentioned THIS STUPID APP NEVER WORKS.

Was Fine…Now is Pretty Poor. Up until one of the more recent updates in the past few weeks, this app had been working fine for me for years. Now it’s pretty awful. Another user reviewed the app on 9/2 and said the same thing I’m about to say, which confirms that the issues aren’t just isolated to me. I have most up to date app AND iOS version, so don’t bother asking that question. DriveWise is pretty much unmanageable now. I just got finished trying 5 different times to either note I was a passenger or to remove a trip, and the trips just keep coming back or saying I was the driver. This is particularly bad because I may use my phone as passenger, or the driver I’m with may suddenly brake. That’s not my fault and I shouldn’t be hit for it. But with this atrocious new app version, Allstate is trying to stick me with the bill for actions I didn’t take. Very unhappy since last update…and if you’re gonna try to defraud me and say I did something I didn’t do, then I’ll gladly look for another insurer.

Lots of potential, could use some improvement. I downloaded this app so that I could participate in the Allstate drive wise program. And the app enables you to view your insurance ID cards, request roadside assistance and several other things. But the main reason I have this app is for trying to reduce my insurance premium based on my safe driving. I’ve been participating in this app for just 3 days now and I’ve already had to dispute/remove 2 different “extreme braking events”. When I view the GPS route of the trip to review the “extreme braking event” I’ve noticed that the route has me zigzagging off the road randomly. So of course that’s going to trigger an extreme braking event! I don’t know if the GPS data tracking is an issue with the app or with the iPhone XS GPS. But either way, the app should have a feature that recognizes anomalies in the GPS data and push a notification or pop up that asks you “is this trip summary accurate?” Instead of just accusing you of being an erratic driver and reducing your chance for a discount. So for now, you have to review all of your trip summaries and dispute/remove the trips with inaccurate GPS data. Sort of annoying.

Back with Don Rose at Allstate. It’s good to be back, Don had always helped me when I was with him a few years ago but I left for cheaper insurance and I got not so good customer service especially with claims! Both companies all they cared about was saving money at my expense but with Don Rose I got excellent claims service and he involved himself every time,he would walk me through the claims service to make sure it was handled properly! And always what was best for me! And this App is great I can do everything from it and not bother my agent and the office staff unless I have a question I need answered! Now that I’m back I’m not going anywhere! Allstate set me up with the best coverage I needed for a great price! Switch to Allstate and choose the gold package you will love it! By the way I even got a letter when my coverage started stating my policy decreased by 55 dollars how about that!!!! Get smart Get Gold!!!

App does not seem to reflect bill accurately. I logged in to view my balance for June because my payment was not deducted from my bank account as I was on auto pay. It showed on the app that I was still on auto pay and I owed $0 for June. We had made several changes to the account for the prior month and removed a car and they were issuing credits so I assumed that is what was reflected. So my bill for July was double!!!! Suddenly I owed for June and July and the reps blamed me stating that I didn’t make my payment for June so I owed for both months. I have all the proof, thankfully I took pictures and I have all the text messages between me and my agent ( who no longer works for the company)during the month of June. I am on disability for a work injury and I can’t have mistakes like this happen because I am very strict on what I pay with each check. They still have not figured out what happened and I still have an outstanding balance. So in the mean time I am paying what my premium should be until they figure this out. This is not my fault.

App needs work. I don’t usually review apps, I just delete them if I don’t like them. But for this app, I need it to be on my phone for easy access to my car insurance. I don’t like having to go to the website to pull up my info. There’s very little you can actually do on the app vs the website. The app seems like it’s a beta if I’m being honest. Seconds ago, I was double checking my app to ensure everything is paid and I’m good to go. I accidentally clicked on the “coverage” tab and it said I didn’t have a policy, to call this number.. I had a mini heart attack and checked the actual website, everything is in order on the website but not the app. It’s completely up to date, I double checked that. The app could use some work in my opinion. Half the time the app looks like everything’s smashed together, specially the tabs at the bottom. I don’t haves small device either, my iPhone 11 Pro Max has a decently large screen. Maybe I’m just use to my geico app (I recently switched over to Allstate from geico ) I never had to check the website but the Allstate app shouldn’t look like a beta tester app. Geicos app was smooth, and it looked nice. Everything was easy to use. Never had any issues with that app. All in all, I don’t like the look or “feel” of this Allstate app.

Excellent Customer Service. Hi,Mrs. Wilson. I’m so excited to have insurance with Allstate. Thanks to you’re excellent customer service, I locked in my quote immediately. You were patience, professional, and very knowledgeable of the company and different insurance details. It’s very evident you love your job. This is my first time having, Allstate Insurance. I have been inquiring about different coverages insurance companies offer previously. However do to my health, I stopped looking and asking different representatives. If your car was three years old, and older you didn’t qualify for gap insurance with most companies. I found everything I needed with Allstate Insurance. Mrs. Wilson thanks for caring about the customers needs, and going beyond the extra mile to make the customers satisfied. I have told family and friends about your excellent customer service and Allstate Insurance.

App stops working frequently. I’ve had Allstate since July 2021 and I’ve been using the app to keep track of my renter‘s insurance for the whole time since then. But there are times when the app just refuses to boot past the blue “you’re in good hands” screen and just crashes. I can’t use the app for months on end, meaning I can’t check my policies. There have been many times where something happens with billing and I need to make sure my policy hasn’t had any weird updates, but I just can’t check it bc of the app. Every time I check if I can update it, and then I’ll if I can I will but I’ll only get like 3 successful opens until it’s unusable again. Not to mention the navigation is absolute crap. If I want to view the actual policy in full detail, I have to go to my email from when I first signed up for it to see the document in its entirety. The one in the app is just bare bones and not all that helpful about what I actually have covered. It’s basically just “yep you have renter’s insurance”. The best thing about Allstate is that it’s affordable, but that’s about it right now.

You wait and wait and wait. Every time I open the app or, God forbid, try to access my Drivewise data, it takes forever. This morning I waited for over 15 minutes just for access to the app before giving up. I might as well request paper. If I’m pulled over and use the app for my proof of insurance, I won’t be able to provide it unless the officer wants to take a coffee break. I’ve also had issues where it says I was n the phone when I wasn’t. My phone is paired with my car and I’m not sure that an incoming call would trigger the app. I’ve also questioned several times the hard breaking report. I took an easy trip to the grocery store. Almost no traffic. To get there there is a left turn, then an immediate hard right which has a bump and then goes uphill. It seems to think that since I accelerate to make the left turn, then break before the bump, that I’m making a hard brake. That is not the case. I’d go report an incorrect trip, except that I can’t get into the app. Garbage. I’ll look for another provider.

A way to raise your insurance. I have been with Allstate for 4 years now. When they had the module that plugged into your car under the steering I would get a discount every month for my driving. Then they went to the App. My insurance went up because of my driving. My driving habits never changed But they failed to tell me that if you’re not driving you have to change it to passenger. So I figured out that my insurance raised because of my passenger trips!! I called my agents office and they said “ oh yeah, you need to change it if you’re not driving “. Well, thanks for not letting me know. Okay, now my app is not recording my driving. They said delete the app then reinstall it. I did that and it worked for 2 trips now it’s not working again!!!! This app is JUNK and they’re using it to raise your rates! I called again to report that it’s not working and they said that I have to call the technical help line. I call and no one answers my call!!! Not only that but I can’t even log into the app!!! I’m really thinking about changing insurance companies! I’m not happy at all with having no support!!

App is worse with every update. This app is getting worse with every update. First off I want to look at my insurance policies. Not a bunch of bloatware such as Drivewise, footprint, etc. I am interested in my information and policies that I pay for. Also, I want to check out my policies for my auto and it shows how much is due monthly and you can only get into it if you’re going to make a payment with the previous credit card on file. Things change so do the credit cards and the amount of the payment you want to make. Before a payment is made I want to view it and if I don’t want to make a monthly payment it should be my choice to pay it off for the six months. This app is so awful that I’m starting to think about looking at another insurance company. It should be easy to get into, view, make changes and payments. Please let me sign in to my policies and then if someone wants to choose something else let them. I also don’t like having to say no regarding Drivewise every time I sign into it. I will never use it.

Drivewise Provides Inaccurate Data. I have been using this APP for almost a year. Drivewise continuously show me speeding on the Florida Turnpike over 80 miles per hour when I am always in cruise control at 65 mph - the posted speed limit. It also show me hard braking on a traffic free Turnpike. These issues have been reported continuously to their tech dept with no resolution in sight. I communicate my dissatisfaction to tech support and they agree that I was not hard braking or speeding, but they do not know the cause. I don’t trust Drivewise at all! In fact I hate it because of all the errors! Update - I. continue to have major problems with Drivewise showing I was speeding on a certain portion of the Florida Turnpike along with hard braking in both north and south lanes. Additionally, it erroneously record hard braking on artery streets that have no traffic. The updated APP (V15.9.2) did not correct this continuing erroneous reporting of braking and speeding. I am 76 years old and honestly cannot remember the last time I drove over 70 mph, let alone 80 mph. This APP is awful, especially when I depend upon it providing accurate information about my driving habits in order to receive discounts and cash rewards!

The app consistently reports false information. I consider myself a very safe driver and at my age, I never speed. I’m not in a hurry to get anywhere. But after I signed up with Allstate and said I would use Drivewise app, in the first two weeks, it reported that I was speeding twice. I called to find out what they considered speeding and was shocked to know it was 15 miles over the speed limit. In neither case was I speeding, however, both incidences happened on the same highway that I have to use when leaving my subdivision when going north or south. One trip was only 1/4 mile before I exited and the same quarter-mile on return. That tells me there’s a glitch in the app. I called, but they didn’t seem terribly concerned and I emailed and no one got back to me. when I signed up, I was told I could simply delete trips, but that is incorrect. I just decided to delete the app from my phone. It’s not worth the anxiety and frustration of having false information that I was speeding being reported on a regular basis.

Doesn’t save my finger print, and Logs me out everytime. I find this app very frustrating and find myself in a bad mood everytime I use it. I had a keep me logged in option, that didn’t work and constantly would log me out. I’d forget my password because it’s one of these that requires and upper case, lower case, number, and special character...they also lock your account after 6 tries, so I get to call all state to reset it for me every time I use it, and by that point I’m already unhappy. I switched to the finger print login which works great with several of my other apps, but this stupid app doesn’t save my finger print and still asks me to enter a password each time...which puts me back in the try 6 times, lock my account, Call all state cycle of frustration, Once I’m in the experience isn’t much better...I spent 20 minutes trying to figure how to setup autopay with a different credit card before finally having to call customer service to do it....and that’s 20 minutes AFTER spending 15 minutes trying to login because the app logs me out and doesn’t take my finger print...overall I dislike this app, and the stupid rules for passwords and account locks.

Cannot Correct Trips!. The section that lists your trips cannot be changed. Even though it gives an option to update your trip with additional information, such as being a passenger or using another mode of transportation other than your vehicle, it doesn’t save the corrected information. It even gives an option to remove a trip if it’s not applicable but this function too does not work. I haven’t driven my vehicle for over a week. I just recently came back from a long weekend vacation. All of the trips in which I was a passenger in someone else’s car are labeled as me being the driver of my vehicle. I have gone in over 10 times in the past two days, updating my trip info and it never saves. So I will be penalized for being a passenger in someone else’s car. Now that I know that this cannot be changed, I will have to try to remember to turn my location off in order for it not to count against me when I am the passenger in another vehicle.

App/ Allstate in general. This app is terrible. I bought a policy from Allstate on feb 1st I have to call them multiple times to give me a temporary insurance ID because mine doesn’t start until the feb 15. I waited and I was nice to everyone asking if I could get a temporary insurance card. Everyone saying it was pending still. Why say in the website/email that I would get a temporary insurance card within 24/48hr on top of that I talk to a customer service again they didn’t even try to help. Some did but some didn’t try. I called and called some of them say they can’t even see my Insurance policy some of them say the can see it. So something is totally wrong with Allstate. I called on February 8 the lady submitted a review for me so they could review my insurance policy. They didn’t even get to it until the feb 13. So they give me a temporary insurance card on the 14 that doesn’t even work bc they said my policy was still pending. So I was on the phone for 1hr 30min to just get my insurance activated. 2 days before my insurance policy already started I can’t even use my insurance because I don’t have an insurance card. The app don’t even work they don’t have a button that say payment or automatic payment. Please Allstate take care of your customers.

Everything is useful but have issues with drivewise. I don’t like to really do app reviews but the Allstate app has a consistent issue with drivewise that I felt I needed to do a review. First off, I really like the Allstate app. I think it is really helpful for keeping track of your policies and payments. However, I use drivewise and it can be very annoying to deal with. When I am a passenger for a car ride I need to state on drivewise that I was not driving so that it does not count towards my insurance discount. My issue with drivewise is that it will almost never save that I put a trip as a passenger trip. I have to go back multiple times throughout the week to change it back to passenger or to see if it saved the trip as a passenger trip. If this issue was fixed this app would be 5 stars. But, since it is a consistent issue that has continued to not be fixed I have to give it 3 stars.

THE WORST!!. They made me wait more then 8 hours for a service that never came…. At 12pm my car died and I requested a tow service through the app, I was waiting for more then 3 hours no update, I call service support, they said it that my information didn’t go through ON THE APP!!! And they said that requesting service through the app is the fastest…. So I did the tow service through the phone, they told me that it’s gonna it’s way, I got an update that the tow truck is near by, 3 hours later nothing….. I called them back, they told me the same thing, more then 2 hours later, nothing…. I call them told them that I’ve been waiting for 8 hours…. I gave up on waiting and told them to cancel my request. Keep in mind I called them back from time to time, they just keep asking the same questions, information and say the same thing “we will send a rescue as soon as possible”. But that’s ridiculous….. I even told them I waited for more then 8 hours and they still didn’t do anything about it, I still would’ve have to wait more in 2 hours if I wanted another rescue…

Drive wise. Other features in the app work just fine, but Drivewise has serious limitations. Every time you are in a vehicle it logs a trip, regardless of whether you are a passenger, and if you happen to be using your phone AS A PASSENGER, it records an “incident.” Yes, you can remove those trips, but you have to remember to do so, and that is inconvenient, and getting to be more of a hassle than it’s worth. Not to mention that if you are pulled over (like waiting in the pickup line after school) and you use your phone, even though your car is clearly NOT moving, you get dinged for that. Allstate no doubt has mountains of data, why they are unable to accurately predict whether you’re actually driving is beyond me, and while the passenger issue is at least understandable, it’s ridiculous that they can’t tell when you’re parked and not moving. I’m off to figure out how to cancel enrollment (which will no doubt also be highly inconvenient) until they can work out these kinks.

Worst insurance company. Worst experience ever with this insurance company. I have insurance for my new phone unfortunately it’s broke when I call them they refuse to give claim and told me to go for repair and send the bill to them after that they gonna refund me after a week with deductible. When I went for repair the repair guy told unrepairable because front camera screen deck sensor all damage. So I called back to insurance and they tell me to upload the papers for the repair. in this case they haven’t done anything with the phone. They just diagnosed and told me but those guys are good. They give me paper and a screenshot from their computer. Then upload stuff they provide me to the email of insurance company. And then I called insurance company again then the guy was rude who was talking to me and he sent me another email to upload the paperwork over there.. Next day I called them again and they are saying it’s a Sunday and they’re gonna work on Monday. They don’t care like I’m losing my work I’m sitting at home they just take care about this stuff. I recommend all the people to go for another insurance companies not for this one because this is the first company ever I had experience in my life. Zero star for this company..

Drivewise Fail. Drivewise requires an always on location services. Allstate support claims this is to make the experience better for me. How is it better to drain my phones battery by using gps always and to assume anytime I’m moving over 20 mph that I’m driving (I could be a passenger, or on a bus)? Instead a GOOD experience would be to have me enable drivewise tracking when I start a trip, and to allow “only when using” gps tracking instead of collecting unnecessary data on me (maybe Allstate is selling it like Facebook just got caught? Can’t know for sure since they reserve the right to change the TOS at will...) Also, there’s no way to know if it’s actually working...no immediate feedback that it successfully tracked your trip. Maybe if I was given the option to start and stop my trips manually, it could then do some calculations and give feedback. Dear developers: how about you try and model your service like the countless fitness trackers out there, such as MapMyRun, strava, etc and track the actual trips when I tell you I’m driving and give IMMEDIATE feedback that the trips been recorded; because I promise you you’re not clever enough to know if it’s actually me behind the wheel...

Help with app please. The discounts and features on the app have been great until about 3 weeks ago. My wife and myself both have iPhones and both are doing the same thing now. I keep getting a message that the app is turning off mid trip and I’ve done nothing to it. Battery is full. All software updates are current. One message says trip was ended when app was turned off. N my trips aren’t starting until 5 to 10 minutes into the trip. Also I can ride with both of my phones. And one will show a braking or speeding incident and the other shows no problem and the phones are sitting side by side in my vehicle. We have to use the app multiple times when we ride together so we can remove each other’s trips depending on who is driving. Also I have already uninstalled the app and reloaded it to make sure that wasn’t the issue. Please look into this problem. Thank you.

WOULD GIVE ALLSTATE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Let me start by saying I’ve been with Allstate for 47 years....ever since I moved out of my parents house to attend college I had auto coverage through them. I’ve had both auto and home insurance with them since my first home purchase in 1987. So, think about how many thousands of dollars I’ve paid Allstate in that time period. The tile roof on my current home was inspected by Allstate in 2016 before they would insure the home. Per Allstate the roof was replaced 10 years ago and was in excellent shape. Then the AZ monsoon season came in July of 2018 and blew almost every tile out of alignment and broke more than a few. Five roofing contractors looked at the roof and each one said the roof was in need of full replacement due to the damage. Allstate disagreed. They wanted to “repair” the tile roof with “similar” clay tiles that did not match the San Valle clay tile because it hasn’t been made in many years. Allstate’s first estimate to repair the roof was $700 which doesn’t even cover my deductible. After months of wrangling, (8 months) my roofing contractor was able to get the repair amount up to $14,000 which was just over half what the roof actually cost us. Long story short, I’m no longer with Allstate. They have absolutely no clue what customer service or customer loyalty is all about. 47 years of customer loyalty meant nothing to them....I was just a very expensive premium to them.

Bad tracking system. It keeps logging my bicycle rides as drives. When I try to correct this it freezes up and takes forever. Since I bike 5-6 times per week and only drive 1-2 times this is really annoying. They should be able to tell that when I am on bike paths and never go above 25 mph and average 15-17 mph that is clearly not a car. I see the developer response and that does not change my response - is he actually encouraging me to use my phone while biking to stop recording trip? And is he saying I should put my phone in standby mode? Or the App? I don’t see a standby mode on the app and if I put it in my phone how would I record my ride on my fitness app? Lastly two weeks later and the App is still broken!!! When I go to review my trips (so I can adjust past ones to correctly note I was on my bicycle) I get the spinning wheel and no action. At least the app will pull up now though I can’t count on it - print your insurance cards people because you cannot rely on AllStates tech abilities if you need proof of insurance.

App was working great til last update. App doesn’t load. Once it loads some features are there and some aren’t. I’ll be in the middle of something and it just shuts down. On the “my trips” I don’t have any hard braking or over 80mp but On the graph it shows 0 miles over 80 but at the bottom of the screen it’s shows 18.9 over 80mph. Husband has the same issues in his app. Won’t let him or I delete trips that we weren’t driving. My daughters app just totally shut down and she had to re setup like she was a new customer. Our discount went from 10% to 5% over night and we hadn’t driven anywhere over night. Checked the app for my trips before I went to bed and there was no bad driving items. Woke up the next day and that’s when the speeding showed up and all the hard breakings. Now unless some stole our phones while we were sleeping and took each one on different crazy driving trips there’s no way possible for this to happen. Kind of ticked we’d are approaching our 6 months and our discount dropped drastically

Drivewise. I have been having problems with my Drivewise. I have called the center followed all their steps, have viewed the video, done everything, downloaded the app again, is very upsetting is refreshed the app, turned off my phone and still no trips have been logged. I called after my January 19th, trip, after waiting 4 days to see if it showed up, since then I took a trip on January 24th which I had notified the person I spoke to (Joy) and took another trip on January 28th, and planning another trip today January 30th, and nothing has been logged. I will be checking on this and call back on January 31st exactly one week after I spoke with Joy she said if nothing was logged to call in one week. I HAVE BEEN TAKING TRIPS and it is very upsetting knowing I am not getting credit for my trips!!!! Please try to resolve this matter.. Thank you. I took a trip today and was surprised it was recorded, but I’m still missing my January 19th, January 28th, and only half of my trip January 30th it recorded my trip there but not the trip back home, so I guess that means I’m still where I was.!!! Let’s hope this keeps working correctly in the future. Thanks again!!!

Possibly the worst app I’ve ever used!. I have had nothing but issues with the drivewise function since signing up. Somehow it combined my account with my husband’s even though we each made our own login. Then they had my phone number on his account, and they fixed me to call them bc they wouldn’t allow me to edit any personal information on MY OWN online account! Spent over an hour on the phone, and all they managed to do was put a third driver on my account, and told me I have to use a different email address. Even once that was finally resolved, approximately once a week, it boots both me and my husband randomly out of the app and then makes us activate it again, this losing all of our progress toward the driving goals. It suspiciously seems to happen ever time I’m close to meeting the 10 trip goal as well. I don’t trust you one bit Allstate, and your tech support is garbage. Tonight it’s saying half the features in the app “are offline, but we’re working to fix it.” Fix your app! It’s absurd how awful this app is.

Slow and inaccurate. The latest update has made it near impossible to remove a trip that I was not driving during. I use my phone when my husband is driving and even though I remove the trip, it still shows phone usage. Drive wise claims to not ding you for phone usage but yet I am constantly being dinged when there are no other factors like hard braking or speeding being recorded. If I am not driving or the data is inaccurate, I should be able to forget the trip and have all that data removed and not applied to my driving history. Drivewise hasn’t recorded a trip in 4 days even though my permissions are all on and says it’s okay. Since the update, Face ID to log in doesn’t work and it takes 3 tries before I’m even able to log in. The app is just slow and inefficient. Not sure if this is Allstate’s way to not have to pay out so much since they did COVID relief or if the developers really just don’t test the updates before releasing, but fix this. This is terrible and ruining the savings

My Allstate. I love the whole Allstate rewards. I love playing the games for extra points. I check my points all the time. For me I have always said that good drivers never get rewarded so you pay your car insurance every month but you never use it ‘cause you never get into an accident and your a good driver well people should be rewarded for that like I dish out money to keep and make sure I’m covered in my car and so is my passengers but if you use it if you don’t use it and you are driving every day and you pay your monthly bill you should be rewarded somehow and I think it’s great that you might get a check in the mail for a little reward or did you get points you know for whatever you may use them for but my husband and I are both safe drivers we’ve not been in accident we don’t get tickets we drive very carefully nice to know that somebody out there is actually going to reward us for doing that so thank you and may everybody drive safe and if everybody drove like that there be less accidents

Change of terms of use. I used this app for years. It was very good. Until a few months ago Allstate decided that to use the App I am forced to accept Drivewise. I have been a customer of Allstate and one agency since 1978. That is 42 years. My home insurance has also been through the same agency. I am told that I have the cheapest rates available so basically I don’t need Drivewise. If I am a passenger in an automobile and the driver doesn’t obey speed limits or excelerates to fast and breaks at the last moment it will be logged against my driving. I also signed up for emergency road services. Allstate discontinued the app and I have to call. The first time I tried to use it the app showed that my policy was not active due to lack of payment which was wrong. The second time my wife needed he car towed to a service department. After an hour she the towing company and they received the call but did not dispatch it. It was another hour before the tow truck arrived. What if my wife had been on the side of an interstate for 2 hours. Last year Allstate sent me a link to a company to update the drivers of my vehicle. The site had an invalid security certificate. I refused to use the site. My agent had to my information. In my opinion Allstate is no longer the good hands people. I am in the process of finding another company after 42 years.

Drivewise Disappointment. I’ve been using the AllState app for some time now and has been very convenient up to this point for managing payments and proof of insurance. Since the Drivewise program has been changed over to the app only, my enthusiasm about staying enrolled in Drivewise has drastically changed. My wife and regularly ride in the same vehicle frequently drive the others vehicle. The program double logs the trips as we are both driving (racking up the miles). My wife’s patiences for going into the app, then Drivewise, then find the trip(s) and remove them is non existent (not convenient) so we rack up unnecessary trips. With that being said, I work for a fire department and going to work and removing trips is a nightmare. I’ll have anywhere from 30-50 trips to remove due to driving the engine to and from calls. AllState has always been great to us, and I appreciate their willingness to provide modern technology to their customers, but the Drivewise program/app needs some serious work. I’ve always thought it is important to help bring a solution to a problem when when bringing issues forward, but technology and development of an app is way out of my league. Hopefully this is helpful AllState when your looking at making improvements.

Unreliable information. This app is horrible!! I have gotten phone activity because my phone is in my cup holder while driving, I stop and it moves and the app says phone activity. Also got phone activity when using my phone after car is parked. Trip should end when car is parked. And don’t get me started on the braking!! I’ve got hard braking in my driveway! Also sometimes I’m hard braking to avoid some of these idiots on the road from running into me! These apps act as if you’re the only one on the road driving, driving is interactive, sometimes you have to react to what’s going on around you at no fault of your own. Bottom line the app needs some serious tweaking and updating!!! UPDATE: It registers phone activity even if I’m just sitting in my driveway talking on the phone! I pull in my driveway, park my car and make a phone call before going in house. End said phone call pull in garage and it says phone activity at end of trip and shows it was while I was in my driveway! Or if I pull out my garage and get a call before I hit the road, take the call in my driveway, end call and start driving. It says phone activity at beginning of my trip and shows it’s when I’m in my driveway. Just because I’m in my car and it’s running and I’m on the phone doesn’t mean I’m driving smh!

Troubleshot.... My agent informed me almost immediately after I had my first issues with Drivewise that I would always have problems with Drivewise which in turn would not allow me and my wife to utilize these perks because I had an iPhone. I have officially been directed by technical support to delete my application in order to reinstall it and that would correct Drivewise from consistently deactivating my account. Technical support also informed me that I would need to fix my wife’s profile. For some reason my number made it on her profile? Our profile’s cannot share ANY of the same information i.e. phone numbers or emails [which they were not set up with any shared info]. That was supposed to stop Drivewise from always making me reactivate my account. After my phone session just yesterday with technical support, re downloaded my application for the fourth time, reactivating my account for the tenth time, I was falsely clocked by Drivewise with speeds above 80 three times with two extreme breakings and an additional hard break in the same drive????????????????????????????????? I understand technology is grand, however, after reading these reviews on this application I now know that thinking I will be able to participate successfully in this opportunity is nil and void until AllState can get on the same page and honestly offer technical support to fix these issues. #Dissappointed.

Terrible app, happy I don’t have Allstate and would never recommend. This app is terrible, I was hit by someone with Allstate insurance. Trying to get my car fixed has been miserable. First they send me a link that doesn’t work. Any time I try to login to their claim process it simply says cannot open this page. I had both full WiFi and cellular service. Then they say they are going to send a second link. That is never sent. Finally got a hold of someone else. They tell me to download the app. After downloading, again clicking on their quick claim, the page never opens. Keeps saying can’t open this page. The persons respond was to delete and redownload the app until it works. It still doesn’t work. Have tried it on multiple phones and the claim page still won’t open. Just tying to get my car fixed and this process is terrible. I don’t have Allstate fortunately and I never will after this experience. I would not recommend anyone have Allstate.

Extremely Satisfied. Once you get the hang of the app it’s fairly easy to navigate. I love it. It’s very convenient and nicely organized. The insurance is fairly affordable and I was able to save big on my renters plus car insurance. Using drive wise, I’m able to get cash back and earn trust while doing so which is amazing for me. I love being able to have insurance I can work on building trust with and rewards. I’ll never use another insurance company again due to not being able to work on my progress with others like I can with Allstate. I am extremely satisfied with the way they have the accident alerts as well. I have children whom are mostly with me all the time so feeling safe and not alone is a win win for me. Thanks Allstate for being here for my family.

Great insurance unless you have to file a claim !. I’ve been paying on homeowners insurance with Allstate for 5 years. This winter in the Midwest we had record snow and ice. The ice buildup was over a foot thick in places. It was raining through the ceiling in our kitchen and front porch. We filed a claim (like many others in the area). Needless to say it has taken months to get a contractor to fix the damage due to the high volume of damage done to most of the homes in the area. Long story short the claim was denied because the adjuster they sent (from Alabama) to evaluate ice damage in Michigan couldn’t find where the leak originated! Lots of damage to the ceilings and framework and not one cent of help. Should have saved that money myself to cover the $8500 in damage that I have to pay for myself. What is home owners insurance for???? Isn’t this EXACTLY WHY we pay for insurance? What a rip-off! Lesson learned..... pick a different company. I’ll be going back to Liberty Mutual as soon as this mess is repaired. They were great to work with when needed. Allstate... good hands that grab your money and run!!!!

Subpar Experience so far…. I was excited when I discovered the “benefits” of the app, given Allstate’s reputation with rewarding good driving. When I downloaded the app, I set everything up with Drivewise feature and was ready to gain points. I drive a lot due to my job so I figured this points system was perfect for me…and for a short while it was……then - even though my settings were adjust to ALWAYS allow the app access to my location (obvious), I was missing trips!! Ever since then, I’ve had to make sure I was actively logged in before pulling off anywhere in order for the app to count my trips. This is crazy to me, because if that’s the case, why does the app need to ALWAYS have access to my location!? Maybe someone can help me out with that part…on top of that, the app itself seems a bit jumbled and I feel it could be more user friendly. My last insurance’s app was virtually fool-proof - a child could navigate through it with no problem…if it wasn’t for the lower insurance rate……well…………

Protocols need work. I’ve been using the app for over a year. During the last six months drives the app said I’d get approximately 13% cash back but I actually got about 6% when it came in. Since the update they’ve corrected its communication about what’s being offered back and they are apparently not giving back near as much as they used to, about half as can be figured- while insurance has increased by over 20%, even for those of us who’ve had no accidents or tickets for decades. It appears to be becoming nothing but a tracking app. As far as the protocols… last night I was on my way home and a deer was standing the the road as I topped a hill. Needless to say, I got dinged for a sudden brake. I live in the Atlanta area where people are constantly pulling out in front of you and doing stupid things. If I have to make an evasive maneuver I get dinged. The right thing to do is not hit the deer or other vehicles but you’re penalized for making that move. You have the option to choose what to keep and what to save but then what’s the point of the service anyway? If I turn off the service while operating a company vehicle I’m question about it. If I want to remove a drive for improper protocols, say last nights, there’s nothing to explain except “other”.

App is horrible!!. Not due to just an isolated incident, but many. For starters, it is slow taking payments and last resort, i have had to keep my card unlocked while the app decides at what point to register the payment. Problem 2: The app chooses which credit cards to accept or decline. I received an updated card, due to card expiring, and the app refused to accept it. I ended up with a 3 day headache and driving to Allstate twice to make a payment in person, with nothing wrong with the card. Problem 3: I signed up for paperless on app, and still have received last 2 month bills in my mailbox. Problem 4: So far since updating my bank card ( since app wont accept my good credit card ), it has yet to show a place to put card on autopay. Very frustrating, and Im almost ready to change insurance companies as even their “higher up” staff, those paid to handle computer/app issues, seemed clueless and didnt resolve the card issue. I had to begin using a card I am not comfortable using. I am still not comfortable using my bank card.

Not accurate data. I have had this app for over 3 years. Over the last three years I have had to review the data regularly due to it being inaccurate. It registers that I am using my phone when the Apple music is playing through the radio by Bluetooth, it registers that I am using my phone when it is used through Bluetooth at the end of my trip once I have arrived at my destination and I am fully stopped and parked; it also registers hard breaking when I am on my boat- which if I had braked hard everyone in the boat would have flown out!! When I am riding in the car with another person and I am using my phone it records it as my use of phone while driving. Not only does it record inaccuracies but now I can’t remove the inaccurate information from the drive lists. This is going to cause me to loose any discounts I may be due, because the app is not accurately recording the drive information and can’t be corrected. This is soooo frustrating, and I feel like I don’t have any other options or any recourse. I’m at the mercy of the app and what it allows whether it’s accurate or not.

Apps like this are the reason I still keep paper records.. Two issues: Last week I hit a pothole and slowly developed a flat tire. I got to safety and attempted to use my app to acquire roadside assistance. I check for updates frequently, and there was no notification telling me my Allstate app needed attention... until I tried to use it. I received a message saying my version was no longer supported and required updating. Except I was on a remote road and the app would not update. I couldn’t even open it to get the information I would need if I called for roadside assistance. I was on my way to work so time was of the essence. After a few minutes of fiddling with the useless app I changed my own tire in (literally!) freezing rain in the pitch black. What is the purpose of relying on something so critical if it fails you when most needed? Very disappointed. Second issue: my ex husbands information remains on my account... not in real life, just on the app. Other incorrect information includes dates premiums are due. Apps like this are the reason I still keep paper records.

Okay app but..... I’m new to using the app and I have to say that I’ve had some frustrations with it. While it typically works well, I’ve noticed that when I try to “ignore a trip” on the quick serve menu when I’m not driving that the app itself dies. I have to make a point to go in and specifically end the trip through Drivewise directly or I have to wait and ignore the trip later. I also have some issues with the phone monitoring feature on Drivewise. If my phone is used during a drive, the majority of the time it’s due to a passage in my vehicle using my car. Unfortunately, there is no way to indicate this in the app and it’s irksome to have that as a seeming “mark” against your safe driving. I have also had an occasion where I didn’t use my phone or was walking to my car and it somehow registered usage when I wasn’t driving. Other than those issues, I’d say the app works pretty well overall.

Stranded on freeway for 2 hours. I called roadside after catching a flat on the freeway. I spoke with the dispatch for over 40 minutes trying to answer a bunch of questions while he was struggling to understand, google location. He told me because the flat was in the side of freeway he wanted to send tow, get off freeway then fix flat. He then told me I would be contacted by the driver and hung up. After 45 minuets I called back to be told He never entered Anything, no tow was dispatched to my location. On the phone with the new rep another 20 minutes, then waited another 40 minutes for the guy to show up and fix the flat on the freeway. I am very dissatisfied with this service, I was left in a dangerous situation for hours with no help, and the understanding help was in the way. Very poor service! I’ve been a customer far to long and pay monthly to utilize the service when I need it, however, the service Failed. Allstate failed! How do you Rectify this situation because right now I am ready to look for another insurance company! Horrible service

Service unavailable almost every day. I started using this app last week. Since then I’m always getting service unavailable whenever I try to login to check my driving feedbacks. The first it happened I called the app support and she said I need to delete the app and reinstall it. This is because I mentioned that I was able to login on my desktop but not using my iPhone. So she solved my problem. However when I checked the trips they were gone, meaning I had lost the points for good driving. Today for the 3rd time it happened again. I just did the same delete and reinstall process without calling support. And of course the trips are all gone and I’m missing the reward points again. I think this a bug that needs to be fixed right away. Otherwise it’s pointless to have the app running in the background (and draining the phone’s battery without getting any reward points.

An App with some great concepts but seems to always be having trouble. My Wife and I have been Allstate Customers for over 20 years and I was with Allstate for many many years prior to then. Overall Allstate has been a good Company in Our opinion ( and We frequently compare cost, value etc in The Auto Insurance arena) but I just do NOT understand 3 issues : 1. Why does the app seem to “fuss” about the phone being used while the vehicle is in motion ( My Wife uses the phone while I am doing the driving) and 2. Why is the log-in process is inconsistent? Sometimes it logs in fine and other times it seems to take serious efftort to get the app to login and function properly. I might understand it better if We were using a “cheap” cell phone, but I don’t feel this is appropriate behavior on an Apple phone less than a year old!! And 3. It Really seems quite unnecessary and actually INTRUSIVE that The Allstate App insists that The “Location “ setting be on and active at ALL times! I could understand the need for the location to be sent to Allstate if there is an accident or if The customer requests that Their location be sent to Allstate, but to require that a person’s precise location be constantly transmitted to Allstate really is privacy-invasive and Answers to the above questions would be so very much appreciated. We’re now in the process of comparing Insurance Companies once again and I do hope Allstate comes up as being worthy of Our $$ Regards, Ed and Sandy

Very flaky and unreliable. The good: you have access to your insurance cards. The bad: everything else. As many have pointed out, the app is ridiculously flaky at detecting your trips (and Allstate insists that you make at least 50 per 6m for some reason). I’ve tried everything - gps always on / only when using / fully charged / kept the app up / started before the trip / updated etc. Still most of the time the app registers no trip, sometimes a trip one way to a store but not back home (did I teleport back?), very rarely both ways properly. Also as others also noted, phone use is meaningless - it just tells me I was using my GPS to navigate. I am giving up on the app and if Allstate has a problem with too few trips, giving up on Allstate too - enough is enough

Improve Claim Photos - Older Versions Were Superior. I am not an Allstate customer, but the inability to use this app in my area would keep me from becoming one. I have helped people with Allstate submit photos of claims, and previous versions of the app would store photos so they could be submitted later when you had better coverage. Now it seems it doesn’t store them, but tries to upload the pictures when you take them. This doesn’t work well in areas with limited coverage. The app crashes and you have to take all the photos all over again. To top it all off, Allstate’s website says you have to use the app to submit a claim. Beware! If you don’t have a mobile device, or have good coverage, or if the developers don’t change the ability to save photos for later uploading, you will have issues if you ever need to make a claim.

Accuracy of app. This app is not accurate because it reports me having high speed , breaking and also driving during more dangerous times of day. I NEVER go over the speed limit and I usually do not go over 55mph but NEVER over 60 mph!!! I live in a small town in South Arkansas and I absolutely do not speed !!! Breaking is also not accurate and it occasionally reports I’m driving late nights and that also is false !!! If your going to rate my driving then you need to be accurate ! This affects my insurance rate and so look at my driving RECORD and see I have NO violations ! This app is not accurate !!!!!

Having problems with the App Settings. I have been having the Allstate App for quite a while and used to be able to use the Drivewise section of the App but for the last 3-6 months nothing is recording g for the Drivewise section and it’s telling me that I need to do a Background Refresh in the settings of the App. I have tried to do just that but the Background Refresh button in my App setting is stuck in the “on” position and I cannot move it. I have tried deleting the App and re-installing it but nothing changes. Is there anything I should do to clear this up because the Drivewise Se Timon does not work without a Background Refresh!!! Very Frustrating !

Inaccurate. Overall the app is okay. My only problem is the speed/brake info is inaccurate. I set my cruise at 70 on the highway on the way to work and never took the cruise off due to light traffic conditions yet somehow when I checked my app it had multiple incidents where I was allegedly over 80 and several alleged hard/extreme brakes. Don’t understand how that is possible when I never took the cruise control off the entire 25 miles to work! I have had this car for almost 4 years now and can’t recall a time when I ever had it over 80. Inaccurate information is becoming more frequent and seriously considering removing the app. Not worth the minimal amount of rewards. Had to update to a 1 Star that this app deserves! Drove 50 miles with the cruise set at 70 and it flagged all the way that I was over 80. Didn’t notice until this morning and it dropped my cash back bonus from 10% - 7%. Removing this app because of inaccurate information!

Big Brother Allstate. I choose to uninstall and guard my privacy. So much is wrong with the idea of paying for a service, then that company weaponizing the customers desire to see their account for the purpose of excessive data collection. “Data captured by Allstate includes, but is not limited to, your name, telephone number, email address, claim number, IP address, pictures and messages, information about your device (e.g., the device identifier, the advertising identifier), its state, device application permissions, vehicle and estimate information, and GPS location information. Data may continue to be collected until the Application is turned off or the Application is removed from your device. If you wish for the Application to stop collecting data, you must turn off the Application, or uninstall the Application from your device” “Allstate may access and use data you submit as part of any claim investigation or for any other insurance related or otherwise permissible purpose. Submission of information via this Application does not mean that coverage will exist for your claim or that your claim will be paid. Coverage for and payment of your claim is subject to all policy terms and conditions in addition to any applicable laws and regulations. “ Meanwhile, they are sharing your data with 3rd parties. Time find a more respectful, less intrusive insurance provider.

Crazy-making app. Dear Allstate: I do not work for you. Stop being stupid and make an app that works. The drivewise app records all trips made in a vehicle whether it’s a train or an Uber or a taxiing on the runway or in a rental car for work in a completely different city — and it’s on you to either a) remember to go snooze your trips not taken in your personal vehicle or b) remember to go turn it on. Otherwise you either 1) get dinged for the driving / runway speed of other people or 2) get threatening calls from Allstate people telling you to turn it on. Either way, your premium is bound to rise because you either work for big brother and do the above things or you get slapped with hefty premiums. And the fact is they could make a simple Bluetooth beacon or ask you to indicate the bluetooth signal of your car so that anytime you are connected to your own car it would record the trip. They could easily determine that trips in which you are suddenly out of your home city are probably not you driving the insured vehicle. They could determine that the 120mph run on a runway at O’Hare is probably an aircraft being flown by someone else. It’s fairly easy to do that with simple programming. They don’t want to do that because they want to make it damned inconvenient for you to save money on premiums. And they want to penalize you for other peoples’ driving if at all possible.

ABBY. I am so sorry to say that I do not know her last name but I certainly hope you guys know what a smart, hard working, eager, polite, and all around kind hearted go getter she really is!!! She not only kept calling ME back but even when she didn’t get me she left me such nice messages told me to call her when it was convenient for me but then always followed up with a call a couple days maybe a day later. I think it took her like six times before I would even talk to her, poor thing😂. That all being said she not only got my auto insurance threw AllState but she also got me to get my home owners started up she is a keeper for sure. This girl needs a raise!!!!😊😊😊 very pleased!!

Allstate pays off. Saving money is important. But insuring safe driving is also important. With Allstate, I save both money and ensure safe driving. With Allstate’s “DriveWise” program, I receive visible metrics for every trip I take. Every trip I keep driving under 80 mph with no hard braking earns me points (up to 200+ points per trip!). The points I receive through participation in the program for driving safely really add up. I have hundreds of thousands of good drivers points earned. Plus I save money through discounts. So, I think Allstate Insurance Company pays off, awarding me for keeping it safe, and giving me Good Driver Bonus checks when I’m doing good. Have you heard about the Good Driver bonus checks? It’s Allstate’s way if saying “job well done.”

DRIVEWISE NEEDS THE ABILITY TO CHALLANGE APP’S GPS MISTAKES. Drivewise, on several occasions, said I went over 80 mph when I was no where even close to that, and actually braking. GPS recalculations and jerkiness from something like taking a soft ramp tend to cause hard braking and speeding when there is no driver error. This is aggravating when Im trying to use the app to save money and become more aware of my driving habits, but the app reads things incorrectly, keeping me from garnering points when I have a genuinely perfect hour long trip. I believe a CHALLENGE should be implemented where you can have three challenges a week to help offset the times the app malfunctions. If the app’s GPS function is going to be finicky and not give me the points when I’ve genuinely earned them, why bother using Drivewise. Unless it’s finicky on purpose to keep drivers from accumulating too many points and lowering their premiums...

Do NOT enable location services if you use this app.. This app gets a 1 star for forcing the Drivewise feature in your face all over the place, and then Allstate will use your driving and location info regardless if you want it should you accidentally enable location services. Oh, and that data doesn’t just stay inside Allstate, it gets packaged and sold to anyone else who wants it, too. Additionally, the app isn’t even properly designed for iPhone X and newer as the top areas are compressed and encroach into the safe area. Buttons are cluttered, and it’s half advertisements for ways to give them more money by showing buttons for things you don’t have just to sell them to you. Devs, this app is a tool; not a sales channel. Get your marketing team out of the app and make it a useful tool to view IDs, make claims, and update our policies. That’s all it needs, nothing more.

Drive wise section of app doesn’t work correctly. The drive wise part of this application doesn’t work properly. When I’m not driving, I turn off drive wise for a predetermined amount of time, let’s say 4 hours. The app doesn’t auto restart drive wise after the four hour window. I only see that this occurred when I go to check on my trips only to find out the app didn’t restart drive wise and left it turned off. The last time this happened it was off for a month. This is a very poor application experience. This feature worked in the past. It no longer works. The app is also supposed to recognize when I’m a passenger and not show that I was using the phone while driving. Which I’m not. This is why I turn it off when I’m a passenger. This app is a poor, poor substitution for the old ODB port reader that was used in the past for drive wise.

Meh - its okay in a pinch. The biggest drawback with this app for me - I use an ipad pro as a laptop. I have my ipad in a case that has a keyboard and my ipad is always turned sideways. There are just a few apps that do not turn sideways and Allstate’s app is one of them. Perhaps someone forgot that people turn their devices? Hopefully with some feedback they will make this an option soon. FYI for quicker access - you may want to take a pic of your insurance card after each renewal as this site is often very slow and many times you have to keep logging back in before you can navigate to the ID cards. I have unlimited data with full bars from AT&T most of the time so I do not believe it is my service provider. I don’t have this trouble with other apps loading. Hope this helps.

Wow how bad can they make it. This app keeps getting worse and worse. Drive wise is needed for policy discount but easily will eat up 25% of your battery in a day even if you don’t get in the car if you leave permissions active for it always. It makes mistakes constantly. The app has been having multiple updates a week and it seems like nothing is resolved. Sign in. Wait 1.5 minutes (while on gigabit WiFi) for it to load. Click drive wise wait 1 minute for it to load. This really is one of the worst apps you could use and is required if you want to have Allstate and take advantage of discounts. I was already debating switching insurances as Allstate has announced they want to eliminate flood and fire coverage from customers who live in those zones. That partnered with this garbage app makes it almost unable to keep them as a company. If I switch the best part will be deleting this from my phone. Pure garbage.

SO Bad I Have to Warn Others. This app is a COMPLETE Dumpster Fire. Previous app was just OK, but the new redesign is just absolute trash. This app appears to be released without design review, this literally was done by an outside firm or Allstate started a brand new developer team without knowing how to hire developers. The web version is WONDERFUL, I just had to delete the iOS app, and make a shortcut to their website (which is clear, concise, and feature rich). All of the positive reviews are either by people who never used the previous app or by Allstate branch employees following orders to promote the app. And don’t get me started about the privacy concerns of the new app which “leads you to believe that you previously authorized their Drive-Time tracking system and that you need to finish giving it permission to track you on your phone,” this is borderline unethical at worst or just sloppy programming at best. Whomever at Allstate approved this app for submission to the App Store doesn’t know what they are doing or is actively trying to sabotage the customer experience. I have been a customer of Allstate for over 35 years, and this app is sooooo bad that I am seriously considering moving all of our policies (6 in total) to another insurance carrier...that is how bad the last 3 months of using this app has been).

Great Service. I have been an Allstate customer for over 20 years and am very satisfied with the services I receive. I especially enjoy the “good driver” cash back perks I get every few months. My agent’s (Judy Wiggins) office even called me to wish me a Happy Birthday. And they called to check on me and my family after Hurricane Harvey hit Houston a few years ago. They have also called to check on me and to offer their services if I needed anything during this awful pandemic we are faced with right now. I have been approached by State Farm, Geico and the General to change my automobile insurance to their company but I would never consider changing. Keep up the good work Allstate.

Drivewise. I absolutely hate the app , it is incorrect more than right. I make a trip and it shows I go there but NO return trip. HOW DID I GET HOME IF I DROVE THERE???? It says I turned the app off but I didn’t . It says I had a low battery but I have a mophie(battery pack) on my I phone .. I called tech support so much that they started making up things to explain their problems. Like my phone was too old , I had an iPhone 6 and that was 1 1/2 yrs ago. The app still shows one way only on my trips. And it says I hard brake when I am at a stop sign or braking to merge on to a cross road. Very inaccurate and I hate the phone used add on. It is stupid as it shows if you pick it up and move it from the cup holder to my purse. Or pick it up to see the time. I could go on and on but they haven’t care for a year now. I am sure nothing anyone says will matter. It doesn’t work right PERIOD!!

Wendy All State. All State owner Mrs. Wendy’s help excellent. Her spirit and just one email before I was not in your insurance system brought me under your umbrella. Also she did extremely well in responding to my emails. Whenever there was a delay (very rarely), she never ever failed to apologize for her delay. Extremely pleased with her service. When I went to her office for the first time to pay the insurance, when she heard her name, she came out and greeted me with a hug. Please let her know how I felt about the service that I received. Rosalie I am very glad that I chose Gary’s All state insurance which helps me in my driving and I growing in confidence in driving to new places that I have to go to work. Thank You Gary for your phone at the right time. Please inform Wendy.

Drivewise is a big problem. Today I called because Drivewise has stopped recording my trips 3 times this billing cycle. This is important because you need 50 trips to qualify for the premium discount and I rarely drive more than once a week. Was told everything looked fine and I might have settings in low power mode. I checked when I hung up and that is not the problem as low power mode was off. This seems to happen every time Apple updates it’s software so Allstate might want to check into that. Drivewise also will say I’m driving when I’m pushing a shopping cart at the grocery store sometimes. It will say I had phone activity when I was sitting in a parking lot at the time. I end up having to delete trips I need because it’s so messed up but not recording my trips at all is really become a problem. I’m lost as to what to do at this point but if it continues I may change companies.

Needs some fixes. This app used to be better, but is not working as well now and needs some fixes. It worked fine on my iPhone 7; and I liked that there was a place to record the contents of your home. That feature is no longer available. When I got an iPhone 12Pro, Drivewise stopped working. I keep getting a message to install it, but when I try to install I get an error message. This has been going on for months. I contacted Allstate about it and I was told they were aware that Drivewise was not working on some phones and they were working on it. Eight months later it is still not working. Also, I get badges on the app icon, but when I log in there is nothing telling me what the notifications are for. The app has potential and used to work better but there are definitely some bugs.

App is frustrating to use. The app always signs me out even though it’s set to stay signed in also the Face ID option never works on on it will act like it’s opening then say you’re not signed in. Once signed it it’s a little hard to navigate and took me forever to find my documents so I could send over copies of my insurance over to someone took me 4 tries because it didn’t show me what I was emailing to someone else before I sent the email and I know I signed up for roadside assistance through the app one day but it never registered that I did so I guess I don’t have that coverage either even though I went through this super annoying process to try and get it and they app kept saying I didn’t sign up for it so when I started the process over it said I did and it was an endless cycle. Do better Allstate

Wasn’t horrible but now it is. I have used the Allstate app for drivewise for a couple of years now. I thought, “sure I’m a safe driver, so why not let it tack me to save some money?” A couple of issues I’ve noticed (mostly while traveling), but not enough to get rid of the app. Now this “phone activity” is so terrible, if not resolved, I will be dropping the program. On a usual day I drive to work, park in the garage, get out of my car, and check my phone one last time on my walk into the building. This has caused me to have “phone activity” every day this week. Today it caused three! What? why? The same happens when I go home. Worse, last week I had drivewise off while on a cruise (because I knew I wouldn’t be driving) and when I turned it on again I had dozens of phone activity alerts. My snorkeling trip landed me with 8; I was on a boat!! I don’t want my insurance tracking me if it’s not even going to be accurate. Updated 1/8/20: The response from the developer gave me a stock answer that did not even address my concerns. As follows: "Each time the phone is unlocked while a trip is in progress, a phone activity event is captured, even if the car is temporarily stopped. Pulling over temporarily and using the phone, then resuming the trip may result in a phone activity event. It’s recommended to enter the destination or set music preferences before starting to drive. "

Buyer beware — the end of customer service. This app was the beginning of the end for my 28 years as an Allstate customer. If you send a message to your agent via the app there will be no record of it for you. I’m fact I’m not sure my agent received messages I sent through here because she didn’t seem to act on them. I added a driver using the app — no mention of pricing adjustments were made or letting me know what my new rate would be. Instead I got a bill - and was so shocked by the increase that I changed insurance companies after nearly 30 years of being a loyal customer. Allstate continues to bill me for the policy change even though I never signed an updated agreement due to the surprise cost. I feel strongly that the app should NOT finalize changes without making the customer aware of the cost. How can that be ethical or binding?

Horrible layout. Horrible app. I don’t know if it’s the policy type I have limiting options in the app or what but this has to be the worst insurance app I’ve ever used! If it spent as much time being useful as it did trying to sell me more coverages, it would be probably be a decent app. It suspiciously loads everything very quickly except the existing policy information. But don’t worry, there’s plenty of other nonsense about new policies and products to keep you preoccupied while you wait I tried using the app help feature by searching for ‘how to remove a vehicle’. The results included, 3 ways to remove pet hair, how to remove a sticker from a car windshield, and how to remove stains from carpet and furniture. Perhaps someone needs to assist their developers with tuning a search engine. It must be amateur hour at the Allstate IT department Next, I contacted support through chat. They gave me detailed instructions on how to locate the edit policy page. Yet the edit policy link wasn’t even displayed on the page I visited. Finally, I called the company to modify the policy. After talking to their computer about verifying my policy, I got to sit on hold for 15 minutes while listening to a recording about how appreciative that I was being “patient” and how I could use their app, use chat, use text, use anything other than a human!

Easy to access. I’m not a fan of apps but this app has not disappointment me. I was in an accident and the app smoothly took all the information. Made it easy for me to deal with different adjusters, get paid and update all information. If I had one suggestion it would be about the drive safe/drive wise part. Maybe we should have an option added if we are the passenger or driver in the car? Most of the time I’m the driver but when I have my phone in my hands I am the passenger. Or if I have the passenger look up an address on the phone. It doesn’t mean I am driving while playing with my phone. I’m not sure what to really do about that but maybe y’all could brainstorm it out 😊.

No service response from the Road side Assistance. I used the app to call on Road Side Assistance because I had a flat tire. I thought I would need to call but the app asked me all the questions I needed to provide for the assistance. Once done asking the questions and verifying my location, the app told me they were looking for the nearest available person and would be in touch via phone and email when someone was available. We waited for over two hours. The app never showed any documentation that I applied for the service, no email, no phone call. It kept asking me for my Pw to sign back in and the next time I tried to use the app just to verify if I had done it right, my plan stated I had to pay $50. The first time it said it was in the plan, which it is. Don’t use the app. Do yourself a favor and call if you have their road side assistance plan. Maybe you’ll have better luck.

Payment Page Sometimes Doesn’t Work. I was using the app for everything I needed it for for a good while but this last month, my condo policy was in danger of cancelling because I tried several times over a couple weeks to make a payment but the payment page didn’t come up so I couldn’t make it. Finally today after getting another panic cancellation reminder email from my agent’s people, I was able to log in and the payment portal worked. I just hope it never does this again and I hope my policy is not in any trouble. If it is, then I will resubmit this review as zero stars because it was the app’s fault, not mine. I shouldn’t be punished or lose my coverage for a faulty app.

A great company to work with!. Over the past several years I have dealt with quite a few insurance companies and I have to say I’ve had the best experience with Allstate. I believe their rates are comparable or above most other companies relative to what they provide with their policies. The customer service is excellent whether you’re dealing with your local office (mine is the Daniel F. Austin agency in Maryville) or if you need speak with Claims Adjusters or Medical Claims as I did in October following a car accident. Everyone associated with this company are very customer oriented, always friendly and will go the extra mile to help in any way they can. I highly recommend Allstate Insurance.

Used to be five star. When I first started using the app over a year ago, it worked great. But about a month ago it stopped automatically logging me into allstate rewards. Now, every time I go to rewards I get a ‘may have been an issue with your login’ message. Every single time. From the message I have to click on another login link which takes me to a different login. When I use that one I get a ‘please wait’ message for 20 - 30 seconds before it takes me to a third login. So every time I want to get my daily rewards points I have to log in three times. Anyone of these logins could be bogus, but they’re all within the app so I’ve no way of knowing. I’ve tried deleting the app and it’s data then reinstalling but that makes no difference. I have to use the app to get my drive wise discount and I actually save up and use rewards points, otherwise I’d trash this app.

ALLSTATE SATISFIED CUSTOMER. I’ve only needed to talk to customer service over the phone once. Good service. HOWEVER, when I tell you dealing with my agent is like Blue Bell ice cream. The service is “awesome”. My agent is in Denham Springs and there are Allstate offices where I live but I would not change anything. This company acts like they are your family. OMG! I recommend them if your are exploring more than Allstate insurance. I know I’ve possibly driven them crazy, but I can’t tell. I was scared initially after being with Geico Insurance for such a long time. The rates that Allstate were able to offer me were a large amount lower. I’m satisfied now! *****Max stars to Angela and to *****Sean (or Shawn) for such pleasant help. Thank you Micah Borne, agency owner.

Drivewise broken, terrible app. This app has lots of problems. It is slow. It creates notifications but then in the app there is no message to see corresponding to the notification. So the notifications are useless; just a trick to get the user to open the app? Finally, Drivewise has been broken for months. Trips were only occasionally recorded, despite the diagnostics reporting that everything was fine. I reported it to Allstate and they said they were aware and working on it, but they never fixed it or followed up. (Except they kept sending me spam telling me that I was supposed to run diagnostics.) Then Drivewise simply disappeared from the app without any warning. Even when Drivewise was working, it never generated any cash back as promised despite good and safe driving. This despite the app tracking every movement, and me having to manually delete trips when others were driving. So annoying. Really a terrible app.

Drivewise App not recording trips. I am missing one week of trips, several of those days were on vacation with many many trips. After cleaning the cache, rebooting the phone and uninstalling and resinstalling it started to work again. Called customer service and they said the app had to be updated and that happened when I reinstalled it. My phone automatically updates apps or lets me know when one has to be updated. Never received a notification that the app needed updating. Was told to check my trips once a week to see if it is working properly. I assumed all was well and now feel the need to check daily. This is a lame excuse and has nothing to do with my software. So customer service has stock answers and could not help at all. At least 20 trips are now gone. I am waiting for 50 trip mark to see what happens and will probably dump the app at that time. Another useless feature that wastes a lot of time.

Every update makes the issues worse. Update...I follow all the developer recommendations and have even sat in my car for 5 mins with out touching my phone and it still records phone use at my parked location. Also have used cruise control at 65 mph and will still get a speeding tag. Also I have yet to ever have the app notify me of speeding and hard breaking even though notifications are on. The only way I know there’s been anything is if I log into the app and manually look it up. If I didn’t rely on my good driving check I would delete the drive wise function. I am constantly having to delete my trips because I have a digital speedometer and even when the speed limit is 75mph I won’t exceed that and I will have tons of tags for speeding even when I haven’t even gone above 70. My phone is in my purse when I drive and with the new mobile I will check my drive wise and have tons of events even though I haven’t even touched my phone.

False hard breaking encourages bad driving. Since last October this application has been falsely recording “hard breaks” when slowing to a stop for a light. It ends up encouraging drivers to run stop lights in order to not have “hard breaks” recorded on the account. It became so frustrating that I deleted the app for a month. I recently re-downloaded hoping to see this issue fixed, but yet again within a week it has once again started reporting hard breaking activity when stopping for stop lights. I’m driving the speed limit, the light turns yellow, I slow to a stop and voila a hard break is recorded. These aren’t sudden stops. If I had continued through the light today I would have broken the law. You need to be able to stop when a light turns yellow without being penalized. This app is penalizing drivers for good driving behavior and encourages bad driving. Please fix this app!

Not as good as it says it is. Honestly how hard is it to view one’s policies though the app? You can’t with this app with out being lost in the call centre, can’t make a request to get a quote via the app, have to go through a call IVR that doesn’t listen very well and directs you to the wrong places... can’t add a car to one’s policy without wait for it... calling someone via the IVR. Another complaint I have with this app is the fact everything they say you can access, you actually can’t. Want to use drive wise? No you can’t, want to see your policy at the side of the road? No it won’t let you. The only thing is tells me to do is call for help or have it set up the online locker thing that wait for.. that doesn’t work... They could really learn from the Geico app as it’s 100% better than this app... I’ve actually deleted this app because of how frustrating it is to use…

AllState is The Best. I love my AllState Auto Insurance especially my Agent Matt Davis & his staff. They do such a wonderful job taking care of their customers & making sure you are satisfied with them plus your policy. I love the fact that you can call them anytime with a situation & they jump right on it helping you as much as possible with your every need if they can do it. Matt helps you find the best cost efficient policy that suits you & if there is anything that will help benefit you on your policy he will definitely let you know. Keep up the great Work Matt & Staff! I recommend this agency 100% definitely a 🌟5 Star🌟business!!!

Mostly annoyances. TL;DR - packed with ads, notification badge but no way to figure out what for, trying to push to let them access your email and track your driving “for security”. This app commits one of the more annoying faults - I get notification badges but when I open the app, i don’t see what I’m being notified about. I have 7... somethings. But no clue where to go in the app to see what I’m being notified about. When I open the app, 80% of the screen is taken up by ads. Even my profile is trying to sell me insurance products or TurboTax. But, my 7 messages...? No idea what they are. Maybe they ARE the ads? Update: I’m getting tired of the hard sell for DriveWise and Digital Footprint (or Locker or whatever). I don’t want them tracking my email or driving - if anything that’s one more system risking breach. Or one more that could decide to sell my data on purpose one day.

Still not working all the time. Back in October the app quit tracking my trips. I had everything set correctly to track trips but it just quit. Then after 2 weeks it started working again. Now I noticed it has quit tracking my trips again. It’s been six days and no trips have been tracked. I received an email from a app developer based on my last negative report but every “fix” in the email is what I had done with no success. IDK what’s going on other than it’s a lousy app. I have an iPhone XR. Example: yesterday I took 5 trips and the app recorded one. Sometimes it records only part of the trip. Sometimes it quits working for days. Yes, I have the current update on app and my phone. Yes, location service are all on in my settings. This app just doesn’t work properly.

Activate again?. I have recently discovered that I am highly motivated by stupid badges. My fitbit rules! When Allstate offered up rewards for safe driving, I figured, sure. Every other day, it asks me to activate my account again. It does not lose my trips, just my progress towards challenges. Don’t get me wrong. The rewards points are worthless. I know that. However, the fact that I lose my progress towards the worthless points every other evening is a bit ridiculous. And the app turned off my notifications while I am driving. I paid a kajillion dollars for a car that can handle reading my texts to me. My daughter can reach me to tell me she made it home safe. I can text my husband hands free to say I am on my way home. Allstate’s app has negated all of that. Thanks, not!

AVOID ALLSTATE. I’m doing my part to let as many people as I can know that Allstate is incapable of doing the most minuscule tasks. Someone with Allstate came into my lane and hit my vehicle. I filed a claim and it took almost a month for the adjuster to send me a check saying, “I don’t know why I have been sitting on this so long, it was clearly an open and close claim” I found out over a year later that Allstate marked the accident as my fault which raised my insurance with my company and went to my Lexis Nexis consumer report causing me to be unable to get a better quote if I wanted to. I contacted Allstate to fix the error and it’s been 2 months with the same words being said, “We will fix the error and contact Lexis Nexis”. I filed a BBB claim, stating that I want the error removed and I want the overages that I paid to my insurance because of their error returned to me. They sent me a generic reply saying once again that they will contact Lexis Nexis and they do not give monetary pay. “Sorry for the inconvenience”. This has been more than an inconvenience, this has cost me time and money from the second that person hit my vehicle. Being paid back the money that they caused me to over pay is not a monetary gain, it is refunding me money they caused me to spend. The error still hasn’t been corrected. Is someone ever causes damage to your vehicle, cross your fingers that they do not have Allstate.

Most asinine app/web experience. Why bother making an app??. A case study in what not to do when making a phone app: the overall experience on the app and web is the worst I’ve ever experienced in a long time, and I used to be a UX designer back in 1999 dot com era…. First, I get an email to finish setting up my policy. Click the link and it takes me to their website. Which tells me to download the app and do it there. There is no way to do anything on the website: the menus don’t activate any links!!! Okay, so I download this app. But there is no where to manage my policy: just has some links to identity monitoring and and upsell to their roadside assistance product. What the? I though I downloaded the wrong app! And when I click on most links in the app, it just spits me out to my phone browser anyways. So what’s the point of having an app? It’s 2023. Surely you can hire some competent managers and SDEs to write a half decent app???? Or hire me, geezus.

Battery Drain. Allstate, why are you lying to your customers. If one is using this app it’s because they are your customers and keeping you in business. Yet since the last update drivewise’s required settings are draining our batteries. I have reported this to the IT department and was told that someone would get back with me via phone and/or email. That was Wednesday or Thursday before New Years and yet I’ve heard nothing. I guess Allstate only responds when it’s in a public forum! Responses are telling people to make sure they have the latest update; which is a joke!!! The entire issue with the battery drain started with the update, and y’all have yet to put out another update!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible non-customer experience. I will never be an Allstate customer after being forced to use this app. I was hit by an Allstate member and was asked to upload photos to the app. First, you can’t upload photos you already took; they have to be taken live in the app. It rains all the time in Seattle, so after trying to upload and realizing this, I waited for a dry day and try to take them but the app says my case isn’t allowed. Call in and they reactivate the app. Waited for another dry day and uploaded the picture. Then I get an email from your team saying only two of the pictures actually went through and I can email them instead. I try doing that and all the emails are rejected (whether all photos in one email or one photo in each separate email). I email you and let you know asking what to do since the app is useless and so is the email solution. No one responds. I finally call back and simply ask for the old school method of an adjuster coming out to take your own photos.

Buggy to the point of being unusable. Everything I try to do on the app, from setting up Drivewise (which I have to do every few months for no reason) to trying to find documents in an already stressful situation, will have a pop up that implies something is loading, but the entire app just freezes. And you can’t get it to work without closing and reopening the app. This would be less troubling if this were a mobile game, but this is something that your customers need to access their insurance info and it just doesn’t work. At all. Same problems for years now and I genuinely don’t believe that any of the issues mentioned by, again, your PAYING customers, are being heard and fixed. Incredibly disappointing to the point of considering switching to a different company

Customer Oriented. Went with Allstate after I found out the hard way my previous company didn’t make the mark. Take the time to shop around not just for cost, but also to make sure all the small details are captured. Remember that if you do experience a loss you want someone that is going to be there for you. Allstate took a significant amount of time to talk to us before we had even signed on. They are personable and care that we have our insurance needs met, but are not paying for what we don’t need. And, even after the huge loss I had in the past and the stories about how my insurance would skyrocket- Allstate was reasonably priced which was a huge relief!

Great Job!. Huge thumbs up to whoever is in charge of this app reconfig! You absolutely know how to roll with the punches… you can’t fix something if you don’t know it’s broke… that’s why more data = improvements. There will be some people who you will never be able to please, I just a raging review, without judging I would just say… read the user name bcuz some people are abrasive no matter what & usually an unwarranted review full of rage can reflect a permanent unbalanced mental state and they can drag innocent people & companies down for no reason. My agent is. ROCKSTAR!!! S.Schmidtke & his staff are perceptive & balanced. Thanks for listening, my problem w/the app was taken care almost before I reported it… I’m thinking they’re from the future (smile) >,

Crap app. This is the buggiest app I have to use for any of my accounts/bills. Been dealing with it for over a year and is worse in the past 6 months. Half the time you open the app and - sorry apps not working today. Then the other part of the time it will open but then - oops looks like you don’t have a vehicle or policy on your account (umm, what?). Now my card has expired and a new one been issued so I needed to update my payment info, well… it will take you all the way thru the process and save all the changes you’ve made but then decline every payment you try to make after (and yes I have checked, checked and rechecked that everything is correct) which has now basically FORCED me into linking directly to my bank account to be able to make a payment in the app, bc apparently you can never update your card info. CRAPPY - BUGGY - APP. Has been a complete headache to use.

Horrible app. Constantly nags, Face ID does not work.. This is one of my least favorite apps. I thought it would be helpful to have my policies kept all in one place and my insurance card visible electronically, but constant bugs and nagging are so annoying, I am considering switching my insurance to another company. I frequently have 4 or 5 badge alerts and try to log in to see what they are. I have Face ID activated, so you would think this would be easy…….but almost every time, it gives me a “something went wrong” error, and I must enter my password manually. This has been through many app updates and has not been fixed. I do not have this problem with ANY other app. Once I log in, very often I cannot find anything that needed to be reviewed with the exception of trying to nag me frequently to sign up or activate DRIVEWISE, when I don’t want this feature. I have told my agent this and he said he would make changes to my account so that this would likely stop….but it hasn’t. If I could give this app zero stars I would. How this app got a 4.8 rating, I cannot guess, since flipping through the recent reviews in the App store page seems to reveal most recent reviews seem to be one, two or three stars at the most.

My Allstate Mobile App. Going to keep this short. I’ve had nothing but problems since getting this app. Don’t even remember how many times that I had to reset my password. The last few attempts on my own got me nowhere. Kept getting incorrect. Worked with my Allstate agent and he was very patient and we tried many things including deleting the app and then getting it again. The last attempt to reset my password got us nowhere. He’s dumbfounded as much as I am. He was going to issue a ticket to technical support or something. And to wait for an email from him with a possible solution. Haven’t received an email yet. I was able to access my account on my desktop Mac mini with the last password that I used to do a password reset with the agent. Thank God for that! I have wasted so much time with this mobile app and to say that I am angry is an understatement!

Version 14.1 makes the App good again!. This version is reliable and pretty accurate. The previous one had issues but they’ve been resolved now. Good to have the insurance card information on your phone in case the printed one gets lost in the car and taking pictures of accidents speeds ups the claims, I just hope I never have to use this feature 😅. This App is a great idea, Showing that you’re a responsible person while driving should be considered by insurance companies to get reasonable insurance quotes and not make good drivers pay high prices as the reckless drivers that have no respect for others on the road.
