Route4Me is NOT just for delivery services. It's used by virtually every business type whose employees or contractors are out driving in the real world.

Route4Me shows you exactly where each person is on a map along the route (in real time), their speed, and exactly what is going on at each stop on each route.

Route4Me creates the most highly optimized, efficient, routes…

It’s also:
An overtime eliminator…
A bad driver eliminator…
And a bad route eliminator.

No other app does nearly as much.

Route4Me Route Planner Comments & Reviews 2024

💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Works well and easy. I’m very happy with this app so much so that I will continue beyond my free subscription and pay the $10 a month. It works well and is very simple to use, and for me simplicity of adding stops to my route was one of the biggest concerns for me when looking for an app like this. Another good thing about this app is it lets you look at your entire route on a map so you can see how you are moving through the state or city or wherever you are.

Great app. Route4Me is awesome and does alot more than Google Maps features. Only reason I didn’t give 5 starts is because they went down for update one day and I lost all my saved favorites trying to get the app to work but it didn’t take long to fill them in. it’s easy to find what you need! I use it every day at work driving for a dental lab. Totally worth 10$ on hastle / stress and peace of mind / organization.

Unexpected log-outs ; greedy price structure. Couple irritants: The phone app disconnects and requires login information be re-entered .. for no apparent reason, several times each week. Then login info has to be entered by hand. It does it allow the iPhone to re-call your login info, nor does it give an option to login via Face ID. When you are on the road, having to type in login info is something that I like to avoid. Considering this app is designed for people on the road, you’d think this issues would be a priority to resolve. Also, as a note, the pricing structure for the use of the app is very greedy. I am a one man business. There is no low level pricing structure that seems fair for the little-bit that I use the app. The app is good and does what it advertises ... but for a little guy, it is expensive. Along that same line, I have not downloaded the desktop version because of cost. Again, the pricing is greedy.

Amazing App. I was looking for an app to plan my routes at work. I only do 2 per week so the free 10 routes a month works great. Over the past year I have used this app and loved it. The only issue I have is in one the the last updates, they took away the setting for route by distance. Now it is only by time and time with traffic. The route is not as effective and I waste time back tracking throughout my day. I hope they bring back the route by distance option in a future update. If it wasn’t for that distance option being removed, this would be a 5 star review.

It’s a love hate relationship!. It’s a love hate relationship! It makes plowing snow a lot simpler! Very much worth the money for the full version. The updates they come up with generally make it more difficult and cumbersome, if I want to go out of order, I don’t need warnings and “skip” notifications, just let me mark off my stops without making me click all the extra buttons! Is Karen designing those warnings and skip features? Why would I want to “skip” all the stops before one I’m picking up out of order. Then I have to click unskip to bring those stops back. It’s super annoying. But, it has one feature the others don’t that keeps me paying for the app; it allows me to quickly add stops from my contacts. Maybe I should give them 3 stars, but I’m too pi$$ed at how, unnecessarily, cumbersome this app is.

Efficient and quick and easy. This app is the most important tool for me as a home Helath nurse when travelling to many homes during the day and needing an ETA between patients as easy in 1-2 minutes. Sometimes I get a new patient and I need to know to coordinate other patients and tell them when I would be there with respect to other existing patients. One for the greatest feature is the ability to navigate to address without punching it in again as easy as pushing a button on the app. I love it! Of course there is room for improvements, but even as of now it gets the job done very efficiently. I recommend it highly.

10 Routes/Month? Yeah Right.. I don't plan routes for big things. I'm not a trucker/serviceperson who needs their routes optimized on the daily/weekly. I *do* occasionally have the need to make several stops in a day, and use an optimizer to make sure I'm not wasting fuel nor time. I downloaded this for that purpose. 9.99/mo is ridiculous for someone who may not even use this monthly. But I still figured that 10 routes/mo should really cover my needs. I used the app once 6 weeks ago. (Note that is longer than 4 weeks/1 month) I tried to use the app today, where the app refused to delete the previous route. The loading icon would spin and do nothing. So I started a new route. Entered my POI and hit optimize. It did as asked. Realized I missed a POI so I added it to the route and reorganized (as the route was set with end-lock). Hit optimize. "You've run out of optimizations for the month! Pay us!" I really want to like this app. The GUI and options for route planning are nice. But the free version is buggy and crippled by this issue. And the price is unjustifiable for my extremely minor use. + 1 star for GUI + 1 star for Routing Options - 1 star for Expensive Price Points - 2 star for Bugs - 1 star for lack of POI support (named locations (aka "McDonalds" or "Six Flags" are hit or miss, usually miss)

Excellent app!!!!!. This app is Awesome! I’m a Pest Control Tech. and the hardest part of my career is mapping out a route which I’ve been doing manually this whole time with Mapquest. It takes hours to map a route myself then I have to call and try to schedule them in the time I would like which doesn’t always happen due to their availability. Then I would have to update the route manually again and continue. This app has automated all of that for me so I can just call and schedule with people and when they need a different time I just continue down the line with the next closest person!!!!! This app saves me hours every day! I’m not exaggerating!!!!! What use to take my 4-5 hours a day is now 45mins-1 hour!!!!! Thank you so much for this app!!!!!

Good planner. I’ve only used this route planner. I’m a delivery driver and I like that I can put in little descriptions for the address. So instead of looking for a box with a number among boxes with numbers, I can look for a “small isagenix” or “medium home chef”. That’s much easier. Sometimes the route planner doesn’t place the house where it is, this happens very infrequently. If it does, it’s within 5-10 minutes of where I am. It does crash after inputting so many addresses but I just pick up where I left off. I just wish that instead of using a drag and drop system for arranging the route the way I want, I could just number them myself. It’s a pain to drag stop #80 to stop #1. To keep doing that over and over can take a few minutes. But it saves me time on the drive so whatever. Last update helped with battery life and overall app response time.

First Time. To whom it may concern I wanna reach out and say I had a great experience for the first time today with one 800 flowers I was asked to help them out and was asked to do a delivery of 27 I get to meet some really good people at the office same time as I delivered to some really great people who are very understanding especially the ones that received them late in the evening very understandable and very friendly it was a great day believe me not easy as everybody would probably think it is but after a couple times you can probably have a good read them down really enjoyed working for them as well as working with the team!!!

NO! NO! NO! NO!. This Route4Me Route Planner App is NOT as convenient as you’d think Based on the rave reviews, I had high hopes for this App in helping me be efficient in getting my sometimes very long list of errands completed in a timely fashion, without backtracking the same streets I already traveled. Unfortunately this App is not to be trusted. Right off the bat, when I typed in my first destination to the Wells Fargo bank two minutes from me, I learned that this App is unreliable. The App suggested Wells Fargo bank locations that are WAY FAR from me, like a different city, and it even listed a few that are two States away from me!!! It completely fails to list the Wells Fargo branches that I KNOW are within walking distance. I just cannot make sense of this!! So I played around with the App thinking it must be a fluke, some kind of random glitch, but sadly it continues to happen, making the entire purpose of this App (to be an efficient commuter) completely useless. Not only is the above mentioned a huge disappointment, but there are additional flaws I’ve encountered using the App, such as not being user friendly when wanting to make changes to a route. The creators of this App make it WAY MORE DIFFICULT than it needs to be. It should be super simple, but it’s a pain instead. I truly don’t get all the fabulous reviews. I ended up deleted it.

Scan address with camera in seconds!. Have been using this app for almost 3years and love how u don’t need an account or pay for the app, I am a pest control tech, I do around 15 stops a day all over the city this is an easy app to organize my route before I start my day. Great app 💯 (Update) been using this app for over 4 years now and still love this app so many good options and the fact I can put over 400 stops on a single route is fantastic! Keep up the work y’all :)

Found some bugs, not working right for me. I tried to work with them, but the back & forth with customer support was “pull my hair out” frustrating. They would send me multi-point questions & diagnostics, none of which related to my issues ... & after 3 weeks of exhaustive detailed notes & screen shots, they simply said, “thanks, we will have our techs look at that.” ... & that was the end. They took my money & my detective work, and left me with an app that still didn’t work correctly. I’m not happy with these guys. So I tried inRoute tonight ... it’s 60% cheaper and has many features that Route for me does not. In conclusion, app didn’t work correctly syncing between iPad & iPhone, customer support was not helpful, & there are better apps for cheaper subscriptions available.

Another scam app. Like most scam and greedy developers they have switch over to subscriptions, while giving us (those who paid for the app long ago) the middle finger. As long as unintelligent people keep paying for subscriptions, specially high priced subscriptions developers will keep taking advantage of everyone. If I got all the money back from scram developers whom I’ve bought apps and later switched to subscriptions and gave us the middle finger later, I could easily have a few thousands of dollars in my pocket. Now imagine the number of people scams apps like this one have scammed out of people. I am sure this review will disappear, no problem, I’ll copy it and save it so that I can repost it again.

The best for many reasons. There are some features that I'd like to have in a routing app and there are features that are necessary. This app has all the necessary features and attentive customer service willing to accept new ideas. Accuracy, Easy/ user friendly / easy to understand, Not too detailed, different view options, ability to upload excel list of addresses with ability to edit and copy routes. Marking completed stops and ability to add notes and photos. Options to chose various stop outcomes such as complete or failed. Then documenting that within the route. Would like to be able to open old routes and export for my own use but that would require online access to upload to computer. My account access is only limited to my phone because I'm an individual and not a company. I have lost data because I ended a route and reopening it Overall, I have tried many many routing apps that just did not help. I was so happy to find this app with all of its capabilities for a monthly fee that is reasonable for what the app offers.

Great concept, poor execution. The concept of this app is fantastic and would be a great service, if only the execution was better. Sadly, it’s poor at best. I see many outstanding reviews, so it may be the rural area that I live in, but with all of the satellite map data available that isn’t a good excuse. I was sent to the wrong driveway, sometimes even on the wrong side of the road, over half of the time. I double checked all of the addresses and every single one was correct, so that wasn’t the issue. While the wrong driveway may be an inconvenience in some areas, it’s a huge danger in the area which I was delivering. Pulling in at someone’s home unexpected in early morning hours in rural Tennessee is extremely unsafe, so this made what should have been a joyous morning of delivering Thanksgiving meal boxes an extremely stressful few hours.

Learning the program. The program works flawless and very easy to use. If you can read a map you can use this program. This app has helped me travel for business across 5 states, day in and day out ( about 70,000 miles a year). I have yet to have an issue or problem finding an account. If you don't know how to read or input addresses this program won't work for you and you may want to get a paper map. Glad I have this app it has saved me hours and cut miles off my travels.

‼️A MUST HAVE APP & DEFINITE TIME SAVER‼️. This is an EXCELLENT Routing App. I thought I loved using "Multiplottr", until I started using "Route4Me". I have been using this now for a little over (2)+ years & have never needed to ask any questions on how to use it...extremely user-friendly without a doubt! It has saved me quite a bit of time when mapping out the daily route for my estimator/arborist for an extremely busy tree service company. On a typical day, I am having to route between 15–20+ addresses, and without "Route4Me", I would be spending hours & hours mapping & routing, which in turn, takes me away from my other job duties I could be doing. I would highly recommend this app to anybody that is having to drive around the city looking for multiple addresses on a daily basis. In my opinion, I gotta say...this IS, far the BEST routing app out there! The only negative thing I have to say about the app, is not being able to send the daily route to my estimator via text message (hopefully it’s in their near future plan/update). Other than that, I absolutely LOVE IT! Thank you Route4Me! 😊🤗

So far so good..update. The learning curve is a little steep, but I’ve only been using it for two days now. I’ve been using Route4Me for over a year now. When my time to renew came up, I looked into other apps to see what was out there and signed up for another year. For my use, this app is nearly perfect, and although I’m still learning new things about it, it’s very easy to use. Because my routes are in very remote areas, I usually use 3 different GPS apps, including the one in Route4Me. There are times when the other 2 can’t find a location, but Route4Me can. I am a happy customer!

Nice app but very slow ...really too slow...@@. I used this app for about 2 yrs. and it was free and good to use. Then they changed the UI and also the policy so that free version is not really able to use due to long waiting time for every action. So I decided pay for it.. well.. the app still response very slow .. no matter what for entering the address or deleting the address.. the customer care team of the company asking me to delete the whole app and also to upgrade the iOS to latest version... the app hang very often and still very slow for each actions...properly because they link every action to back end server and the bandwidth or the performance of the server are poor.. so that client has to wait a little bit... very Pitt! I like the app and still using it but you have to tolerate the slow response (wait 30-40 sec for each actions...) :( really too~~~~~~~Slow~~~)

Almost perfect but lacking 1 Important option.. It takes a little bit of tinkering to get it figured out but once you figure it out, it works fairly smoothly which is better than all the other route app I have tried. The fact that I am self-employed in merchandising, I find it kind of comical that the app tattles on myself by sending a notification saying I didn’t get to a location on time. LOL like who does it think it’s telling? Side note… NEEDS TO INCLUDE THE OPTION TO EXCLUDE TOLL ROADS! I’d subscribe & write a better review if they fix that!

Excellent routing app with everything I need and to successful plan my route.. I’m a part-time and seasonal driver for a major logistics company. Route4Me is hands down the very best, app based software for complex delivery routing. Love the routing options including round trip, lock last destination and end anywhere. So useful depending your specific needs for the day. The app also offers shortest time optimization even with traffic. Love that there are note fields too so I can include my company specific based sorting numbers. Sorting also gives me the ability to optimally pre-load my packages. Thank you for a great app!!! It’s the very best in class. I have some great ideas about taking this app to new levels and major account markets. Hire me after Christmas! 😀

“Free” is beyond misleading. I’m a driver for a VERY small business, we do maybe 3-5 route per month, so this APPEARED like a great solution for us...but it’s all a lie! It worked great the first route, went to opomize my second route a week later and miraculously all 9 of my routes had been used and I was told I had to pay 9.99/month to keep using the app! I even looked at had 8/9 routes available before I started today! Tried the “live chat” and sat there for five minutes after the greeting and no response! Deleted the app and went back to doing it manually with google! Small business beware, they just want your money! If it wasn’t a subscription, I could justify $9.99 app cost, but not reoccurring!

Won’t find street names on its own in app map!. Great app besides the fact that it won’t recognize street names on its own in app map, I waste a ton of time trying to input different street names to get it to recognize the location, I actually have to open google maps and get the longitude a latitude and copy and past, very frustrating when I bought this app to save time. Please fix this issue. Also if I try to pin a location on the in app map it wants to move the pin to the nearest address, the problem with that is not everyone using this app is looking for an address, I’m looking for job sites and cross streets, the only reason for pining a location is due to I’m looking for a specific location. Please update and correct these issues.

Pretty good. I use this app every day in my delivery business. I must say it’s pretty good and by far the best one available for a decent price. However I always need to check the address as multiple times it’s brought me to the wrong place. They also in the update made it a 2 step process to mark a stop done - don’t know why it is so annoying. It should be a button saying complete and one saying move to next? That would be so much better. Other than that I like it and like I said I use it all the time.

Be careful. I have used this app 4 or 5 times over the last couple yrs. I liked it BUT beware. I just learned how the “free” version works. You can only use as many “free” optimizations this month as you did in the last 30 days. I never used more than one in a 39 day period. Then I went 5 months without using ANY. That’s apparently a problem with this app cause now I am allowed exactly ZERO per month UNLESS I happen to decide to upgrade to the paid version. Has to be the most ridiculous thing ever! If you plan to use this app you best use it ten times every month even if you just use it to plan a trip to the end of your driveway so you can have optimizations available when you need them. Terrible

Every update is getting worse. Don’t use it anymore. I have been using this app for 8 years and switched to paid version for 5 years. Every update is making it worse and i have switched to Road warrior even though they are more expensive but it is worth the switch. First, when you are on the list, it was showing a list number, then they replaced it with a question mark. Ok, i keep my mouth shut and keep using it. I adjusted myself to it. Second, after the latest update, the nav button it gone on list. It only show up after route optimized. It doesn’t make sense. I use it most of the time as a list to do my run. I know the area more detail then your app. Sometimes some road is better to go first instead of go next. I rearranged the list before i go. But the nav button is gone. It only show up after optimization. Third, it not letting me change the stop sequence. Same reason as above. I have more knowledge about the area than your app optimization. Also, the favorite list go empty after you switch phone. One more thing, when ever you change to a new phone, your favorite list go empty. Per a 4-5 years user. Stay away from this app. Nothing is right

Does Not Work With iOS 11.3. After spending hours on the phone with both Route4Me and Apple tech support, it was confirmed by Apple that the update is not compatible with iOS 11.3. Route4Me isn’t aware of this issue probably because not slot of the users upgraded to iOS 11.3. Initially I opened a few trouble tickets but someone at Route4Me kept closing them out saying the issue was resolved when in fact they had no idea why the app wasn’t working on my phone. Apple had to erase everything from my phone and re install the iOS fresh before they could confirm 100% that the update wasn’t compatible with iOS 11.3. This happened on Friday afternoon and I am waiting to see when someone from Route4Me actually acknowledges this and takes care of the problem

Almost perfect. Don’t get me wrong I love this app makes my job so much easier, price is very comparable, customer services is much better compared to the years before and it’s much easier to use since the update. My only complaint is the address search engine. It works but I would love for it to be able to work with my GPS to help narrow down addresses that are at least in my country preferably in my town. I would also love it to remember my more commonly entered addresses. One other small complaint is I don’t like it sharing my route every time I create one but other than that I give it four out of five stars

Lovin it!. It’s easy to use and perfect for going to 3+ houses every day! The optimizing feature is a must, it saves drive time cause it routes from closest to furthest and tells the amount of time between each house and i really like that it allows me to use my Apple Maps or google map. Aaaaaand if you save address in your contacts, it makes it easy to find ppl and it will show their name where circuit and other apps does not let you name the stops. Plus you can make multiple routes and name them with days of the week or anything.

Canceling Route4Me Subscription. I’ve been using Route4Me for about 4 years. Finally, giving up and switching to RoadWarrior. Every “upgrade” has made Route4Me less usable for hot shot planning and scheduling. I suppose if a driver can plan a route at the beginning of the day and then simply drive the planned route, Route4Me is fine - if you can stand all the distracting pop-ups. However, if your route is dynamic - additional stops (both pickup and delivery) added during the day that need to be integrated with the unfinished jobs remaining in queue, Route4Me is little help. It seems Route4Me is catering exclusively to delivery route businesses and ignoring the courier business.

Great App but Expensive. I think this is a must have for someone like myself in medical sales. I have a large geographic territory and I have to do at least 15 calls a day. I need to cover a lot in my day and I don't like feeling like I am zigzagging all over the place. I love the fact that this app is compatible with Google Maps, Waze and other navigation apps. The note taking features and the ability to add pictures to each account is great! It's super easy to use but it's the most I've ever paid for a subscription.

“10 Free” routes is misleading. I haven’t moved from my location in the five minutes since I downloaded this app and I’m still trying to set up my first route, yet 8 of my 10 “free” routes for the month have already been used. ?????? Come on! I’m just trying to figure the best way to set the final destination for my hectic schedule through your interface! And I’m pretty certain the route I’m experimenting with at 5 am may change based on traffic later in the day. If this app works I would pay $10/month to use it for my kid’s carpools AND recommend it to everyone I know and post it to all the parenting info groups (carpooling chaos is no joke and parents will pay to make it easier!), but if you promise a free trial please give me a chance to use the route before you demand automatically recurring payments. I have been a GIS professional using mapping software for 20 years, so I know I’m not the only one who is going to have to tinker a bit to set up my first route. Adding a “Go” button to lock in a route or using location services to see if I’ve moved before counting an edit as a route could make me a lot less angry about this. Or just charge me up front with no free trial, but right now I feel cheated.

Updated interface without notification. They updated the app interface without notifying users. We have 30-40 minutes in the mornings to plan our routes in Las Vegas, NV. Wasted almost that much time to figure out the update on the interface. All of us drivers that have been using this app are actively looking at other apps. We cannot add any new stops to our “favorites” and we can’t transfer any stops from our “favorites” to the “address book”. I’ve spent several months to a year building up the stops I have on my routes in my “favorites”… now I have to completely rebuild those same stops in the “address book”! We’re not happy anymore and now we don’t recommend to new drivers, that come into our company, to use this app. There are more issues with this new “interface update”… but I’m not wasting anymore of my time to go into details. Bottom line: Find another app that’s works well and doesn’t have a company behind it that just changes it without “field testing it” with actual drivers.

Well darn..... Wrote a nice, lengthy review... my "nickname" was taken, somehow that caused my review to disappear. To keep it short and sweet, so far, this app is PERFECT for me (about 20 stops per day/ different every day). I can track my notes, photos, even audio recordings that directly relate to each stop! I've got a couple questions to address with customer service, hoping to do so today! ***UPDATE*** I’ve used this app for nearly 1 year now. That’s resulted in an average of 32 miles per day driven, which is lower than ever before and it has saved nearly 220 miles per month! (I work for a municipality, and every dollar saved is great!) Route4Me is AWESOME!

Saves me so much time!. I love this app! It’s easy to use and saves me time in planning my route each day. The only feature I wish it has but doesn’t is some way to flag certain addresses. There are certain addresses that need to stick out on my route and I have no way of marking those on the map. It would be great to be able to make certain addresses have a different color tag on the map feature (i.e, pickup is blue, delivery is orange, etc). Thanks!

Way too much going on, not intuitive. A. There’s way too much going on on the screen. B. The app didn’t recognize that I had stopped at my stopovers, even though it directed me to them. There should be a way to check off a stop so it moves on, if it can’t recognize this. I had to delete each stop after I got there and tell it AGAIN to start from where I was. Once heading on the route, the app did pretty well. It was the starting again, each time after reaching a destination which was problematic. C. The voice would often tell you to turn without naming a street. She should name the street each time she tells you to turn. The app quickly found the addresses. That was good. D. There’s a button for plan, replan, reroute, start, restart. All way too confusing. E. But the worst thing was an ad for some morning service popped up twice and beeped loudly WHILE I WAS DRIVING. It was alarming and dangerous. Please remove THAT.

Not that good. Poorly designed. Not as intuitive as it should be. When you arrive at the first stop there is nothing obvious that you need to do. You have to click to go back to the route screen and then click “Arrive.” Then you click navigate on your second stop. This is where it fails. Most of the time it does not actually give you turn by turn directions. I had to close the app and reopen it for it to give turn by turn directions. Then when I got to the second to last stop I could not select my last stop because it said I was done. Too many issues for an app designed to save time. Too glitchy for a paid app.

Best Route map available !!. When the Covid-19 Virus hit, I started volunteering to deliver masks to local Senior Citizens in my town. I used the free version then knew I needed it for delivering all the donations, which has branched out to masks, food, etc. for more than just Seniors. I have been SO impressed with the fact that I can enter 26-30 addresses and get a clear, comprehensive route which starts at my home and brings me back without any mistakes. It saves time, it is a fabulous app. It’s like having a AAA Triptik right in my pocket. I’m impressed!!

No names only addresses…..what???. I have use this app for over a year and have put in as many at 60 stops or more. When I would search for the name of the business, it would come up and I would add it to the route. When I navigated to that stop, it would give the name of the business. Since the update the names of the stops no longer show up only the addresses. This can become quite frustrating when you have so many stops and don’t know the name of the business you’re looking for only the address. this is unacceptable and if it is not resolved very soon, I will be looking for a new routing program.

The best routing app. I’ve been using Route4Me for about a year now and it’s the best app for deliveries. This last update is amazing. The app is a lot faster and I love being able to input the name of a business and it’ll find the address for me. I use Route4Me 5 days a week. One thing I wish I could do is limit the search area for addresses to my state only because when I enter an address and street name, I’ll get suggestions for addresses in other countries like France, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, etc. instead of an address that’s less than 10 miles from me. I’ll have to enter the address down to the city and state for it to show up.

Travel for work and vacation. About 6 years ago one of my employees was using R4 Me ! and at the time I was looking for a tool to assist me with a way to become more productive in regards to organizing myself in an area where I wasn’t comfortable traveling in. I’m happy to let you know that not only was I happy to learn how to plan my route! But it helped me be more productive at the same time. I still to this day a share with other people that are looking for the best tool in regards to organizing themselves with planning their route! Best tools ever.

Wasted an hour of my life! DO NOT INSTALL!. I usually don’t write reviews, but when I do it’s to keep apps like this from wasting everyone’s time! After copy and pasting ca. 40 addresses into this $&@¥ing app for the last hour (which btw asks you to confirm each and every address), then when you finally want to go create a route, it asks you to subscribe to one of their plans! At $10/month! Are you joking me?! For a navigation app?! It’s not like Google Maps or Apple’s Maps is free or anything... I mean, I didn’t figure that an app that just gives you one little extra added feature of plotting multiple addresses on a map would dare to offer a subscription plan... Silly me... Is this what the 21st century has come to? Just ridiculous. I hope this app perishes horrendously!

Sales Route Planning. When the creator says “The Best Route Planner”, they speak the truth!! I have used various software and hardware applications to route Sales calls. This app beats all hands down! The apps strengths are address accuracy, address hunt speed, intelligent address completion, quick replanning sync, window access, navigation app sync, emailed planner to your inbox within seconds of route planning, address stops detail and not to mention beautiful eye pleasing app!!! If your profession relies on successful customer contacts route planning, Look no further! This app is for you.

Good, could be better. I used this app for the first time to deliver about 50 packages at 45 different stops. I really like the optimization and the ability to mark each visits location. Hers where it needs improvement. Navigation to stops is done through a different navigation app e.g. Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze, etc., which can get irritating switching back and forth; turn by turn navigation through the app would be great. I use Google Maps for most things and when this app sends the stop to Google Maps it is sent as lat/long coordinates instead of the address which can be irritating. It would also be great if there was a feature to add multiple addresses on the same street instead of imputing the whole address for different numbers on the same street. Overall it is a good app, just needs some fine tuning.

‘Free’ version is useless, this is a paid app. I have a handful of errands to run today, so I thought I’d download a free routing app just to keep track of all the places and add a little efficiency to the task. This app advertises itself as free, but I didn’t find out until putting in all my addresses that it won’t perform its most BASIC function (planning a route) unless I pay $10 for a subscription I fully do not need, since I rarely have this many errands to run. I could understand limiting the number of stops or the number of routes per month, that would be fine for making sure they get paid when someone needs this app as a core business tool. But don’t advertise your app as having a free user option when that option has ZERO functionality.

Mail Carrier. I am a mail carrier who recently started this new job. I downloaded this app while I learn my new route and addresses. Prior to this newer update, the app was pretty good, but since the new update, it’s been more difficult. When I drive my route, it it policy to deliver always to the right. This means, I am supposed to make as few as possible left hand turns. Well, even though the app organizes the route for what ever address comes first (left or right side of the road), since the update, it now forces you to Skip any address you didn’t go to first, which causes you to have to go to each skipped address and manually unskip them. This is a time waister. Please change it back to the way it was before the update. At least I was able to choose which addresses I delivered to first, without having to skip and then unskip addresses.

YES!!!. Does exactly what I need it to do!!!!! The BEST routing app out there!!!! I've spent money on a bunch of different kind of routing apps and this is the ONLY one that does what I need it to do. I paid for the yearly subscription because my routes change every day. But you can store up to 10 routes without having to pay. I paired it with my Waze app so I can see where the cops and hazards are as well as see what the speed limits are since I have a GPS speed tracker in my company car.

Love it! Makes life so easy!!. Got the app to help me do bids for my Christmas Light company. My city if you where to drive from the north to south or east to west metro area would take 90 minutes going either way. I get several inquires a day to go to a house and give a bid and this app makes my life so much easier. Just discovered the feature to add notes and take pictures of the houses so I can remember why we bid what we did. Only downside (and why not 5 stars) is to get access to the web based version it goes from $10 a month to I think $250 a month. That doesn’t make much since to me. They said “well you get 100 users to be able to login and use” - well I don’t have another 99 guys out doing bids. And it would be so much easier to login and upload a spreadsheet of addresses (which is looks like I can do online) instead of typing them in one at a time. I got on their support chat and suggested they have a happy medium for guys like me. Charge $25 a month for the online website access as well for say 10 users ($2.50 a user like the $100 user price) and I’d use it not just for my bids but also my install crew. So now I’m looking at other apps which are still little pricey but is within reason on a per user basis for smaller companies with only 10 workers and not 100.

Essential Aid. I’m a driver for a vending company. Without this app and my GPS apps, I wouldn’t be able to do my job. Only two complaints: 1. Sometimes the app crashes while I’m trying to input a route. All the data gets saved, but it’s annoying. 2. I have never been able to download routes sent to me by my boss; I have to input every route by hand, one stop at a time (I have all my regular stops saved so it takes about 10 minutes per route, but it took a while to save all those stops). Not sure what the problem is, but my boss couldn’t figure it out either. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Most productive tool for those on the road. I love this app. I type in all my addresses for my trip and where I would like to finish. It then maps out the most efficient order in which to visit them. It also gives me an approximate time allowing me to give my customers a rough time that I will be there.

Would give more stars. Nice app before using this app I was using Another app for almost an year ,which got worse after one update any way this app can be improved by *Remove - double tapping every time for every single destination once reached to for Done. *Give options for Pop up next stops once Done selected no need to manually select every time. *Start and end destination can be selected from map ,not only by scrolling to select as it can be difficult if more than 100 entries are there. Please look after this and will continue my subscription . Cheers

I love the new app features. New features are awesome

Good app. I started a new run that covers a big area that I've never travelled. This app saved me from a lot of back tracking and helped me get back to my depot earlier. If I have one request it would be after optimisation it went straight to maps and started giving the directions

WE LOVE IT!. We started a delivery service for our business and needed something quick and easy to help plan our deliveries in the most efficient way, which this app has done for us! We love it.

You need to buy this. So easy to use

Keith. This App for me is well worth the $ it saves me heaps of time and sorts out all my addresses in great order Brilliant 👍

Great tool but way too expensive and missing bits. Guys you’ve done a great job except you’re being greedy with your price - for a solo contract brochure delivery person (normally a kid) this is a $2.50 per month tool not $15, and you can’t print the map or steps for ready reference. Adjust the price please and add in a print function for the map and for the steps. I bought a month to test it, love it but will cancel as it’s just too much.

Real Estate sales representative. The app keeps changing every day. Now it appears difficult to put in starting address.

So helpful!. Use this to plan visiting customers and saves me so much time!

Great app. Really good app to be used for multiple deliveries as it is easy to use and works pretty well. Just would be great to have a option to set route finishing address instead of choosing end anywhere option.

Search bar. Hello I am a long time user & was loving the app until now. The new update where you can no longer search the addresses that you have scanned has made the app more time consuming especially when I use it for 60-70 stops a day & now having to scroll to look for each address instead of typing it in the search bar has honestly become a nightmare. Please return it.

A Great Time Saver. This app is very handy indeed. It takes a little bit of trial and error to figure out how to use it, but once you have that sorted, it's great. My biggest issue with it is: I'm in Australia & it gives addresses in USA & Canada first. Even if all the other addresses are in Australia, it doesn't seem to catch on that it needs to present addresses from Australia first. I have only used it twice so far so this review could change at a later date

Excellent. Excellent app will take from place to place in order. I highly recommended Route4Me!

Review. Please make the app smarter i’m in Australia and it thinks I’m in the US i’m paying $13 a month for something to think I’m in Em in America when I’m thousands and thousands of kilometres away

Great and useful app.. We use this to pick up elderly clients as part of a charity support group. Our drivers offer their time and vehicles as volunteers without any pay or re enbursments for fuel. This app helps our drivers to put the collection in best order and the same for returning them home. As a free app, best value for money we can find....Thank you to the company that has supplied this.

Great app for courier. best because of Scanning address function

Delivery time and not show local address (not full address). Hi, I have use this one for several months. Happy: calculate road route accurately. It is easy to easy and manage it. Suggestions: 1. need to add delivery time for delivery business. Because some customers need delivery before or on time. We need to set up a delivery time. So do not forget time if it’s very busy. 2. Local address: If I start to enter a address, it alway show American address. It does not show local address. Except enter a full address. So you need to update it. Thanks

Customer service letdowns. Great product for people in the transport industry and easy to use. However this service is built for the US market in particular and the care factor for Australian etc market is zero. For instance I contacted support to help with an issue that saw my driver runs change in to US time when emailing my route to my employer/contractor. Was met by a rude, sarcastic and arrogant customer service response. When responding to that email in the same manner that was sent to me, I received NO response at all! Have canceled my subscription now because of it and as far as apps go google maps can offer the same service to the Australian transport industry for free without the arrogance! Three stars out of five because this app is good and easy to use however lost two stars because of the customer service and then the arrogant response! Only wish I could post a screen shot of the response to enlighten other users not in the US!

Please stop changing everything. I only speak for me but this app gets more infuriating to use with every update. You get used to one layout and way of doing things then it all changes and you have relearn to navigate it all again. The address list and map were easy to change between, the search bar was easy to find, the routes were in a different tab and easy to locate. I know someone probably put a lot of work into this and I do commend their efforts but it’s a massive step backwards for me personally.

Z. I love this app but what happened to the search bar after you plan the route that’s how I used to number my parcles

Free features stripped. Have been a free user for a few years. I use this app once or twice a year to plan routes whilst on holidays. Not worth paying a monthly fee. Trying to plan for a trip in a months time and now find the app has changed and the planned trips expire in 7 days and can’t be restored unless on a subscription. Such a shame. I used to give this app quite a bit of exposure to friends/colleagues.

Old version way better. Old version use to work way better . Some times updates don’t work .

Don’t even bother.. This app won’t correct itself if you do a few of the stops out of order, it still tries to send you places after you have “checked in” at them. What a waste of $23. If I knew how bad it was before the trial period I wouldn’t have bothered. If I knew I could i would ask for a refund.

Very good. This app helps me alot better than others, i can see all locations before start and know how far between each other.

App is perfect almost. The app for me has been pretty much perfect from day one, however since the latest update it appears the edit location/address function has been removed from the add destination screen. Some addresses can’t be found so I tend to add the closest available address from the map and add the correct location into destination details (alias) section after selecting that address. However once an address has been added to route it cannot be edited which was something you could do previous to this version. Hopefully this is something that can be reintroduced in a future update.

More needed. Would it be possible to get a printable version at the end of the day as jobs are added throughout the day So the emailed version is no good to us

Sales reps need this app. Very easy to use. Would highly recommend it

Be careful. Don’t make the mistake of signing up for a monthly subscription it is almost impossible to get out of especially if you are not in the states can’t just cancel have to make international calls at specific times

Need a courier ( aus). Love this app perfect for multi drop small operations multiple drops over aust, just wish you could made the search field by one country only , and faster to delete addresses no longer required.

Didn’t work for me. Got this as it said I could do a few trips without subscription. First trip I had to subscribe (7 day trial before monthly fee) so I decided to try it as I had already input all addresses by this stage. When I went to leave I would click start and it says it started. Click on an address to navigate and it says I must start trip first. Do I click start. Tried multiple times then gave up and unsubscribed and removed app

Why route 4 me?. Route 4 me helps my company MMPC plan out our routes for specialised runs and it works hand in hand with Apple Maps and Google Maps. I highly recommend this application to all people who seek better route planning

Love it. App saves me time and money

Route. It sometimes takes a roundabout route to get to a site and adds time to the overall schedule. It sometimes makes up an addresses.

Feedback. Paid user here. Can we do please get a simpler version of this app? Just simple addresses entry and sorting, and none of the syncing and other fancy features. Can the app to be update to use google engine? The other app Circuit on app store uses Google engine and it search for addresses and point-of-interests much much faster

Great app. The app works really well and integrates with Waze. I wish I could by a stripped down version outright as I won’t use the app enough to justify the subscription cost. Also wish I could set a defined LOCALISED area in settings so it made searching and entering addresses easier e.g. if I’m only driving round San Francisco I don’t need to see alternative streets with the same name in CHICAGO or NYC.

Game changer. Has made organising clients and scheduling so much easier

Great app for multi-drop.. Good for regular customer runs. Would be nice if delivery instructions were able to be stored for Favourites. Using in Australia

Easiest way to plan a trip. This is a fantastic app to plan a delivery run. Easy to upload a spreadsheet from my phone, I had 103 stops and they were all mapped out. My only wish is they had an occasional pricing plan. I’d happily pay $20 to use the app occasionally but I’m not keen on signing up to a monthly charge of $200 only to use it once a month. Just have to keep using the free trial I suppose!

Not showing the map. I was so depressed today when start on my work app didn’t show me the the actual map directions it stucks on the route map overview and didn’t take me to the address my whole day was sucked. I have subscribed today again but I think I have wasted my money as my boss was not happy from my performance.

Beware!!!. Good app but way to expensive $15 a month and they dont tell you until you’ve spent an hour or so inputting addresses. In app purchases need to be restricted or stopped to stop dishonest companies from robbing us blind!

Good app. Does what it says on the box

Love it. Use it.. Will be very time saving for my gardening business

This is actually good.. Very good1 I only want to use it once in a blue moon though.

Lack of some basic features. No ETA which is a very important feature. Can’t go to a later stop first otherwise those stops before it will be forced to complete. Not as user friendly as Circuit. Cheaper but will waste your time during the run if you want to make any changes.

Good app big like for this app. I liked

Great app. Great and easy app to use! I would give one more star if you can select a country where you do your deliveries & if you can mark it separately as done referred to the post office :) otherwise great to deal with

The best so far. Starting a business but needed an app to help me sort the best possible way of my route, and GOT THIS! If I knew it long time ago, I could’ve been starting my business years ago.

SPAM, horrible experience. Don't bother. Continually received the same emails after requesting they stopped. All I got out of this app was annoying emails from 'Mahdi' and considering the lack of action toward my requests I'm guessing it was simply a bot.

Pop ups are annoying. Get rid of the annoying pop up notifications and I’ll five stars it

Snow Removal Company. We would not be able to operate our routes as efficiently without this app. The service they provide is absolutely essential to our business. Customer service is also top-notch. Thank you Route4Me for allowing our routes to run smoothly and efficiently, saving us on gas, time, and wages.

nice app. i really enjoyed the app very hepfull

Waste of time!. You can’t remove destinations once you add them. Very Mickey Mouse app, why would they think anyone would pay for it if you can’t properly trial the app?

Very helpful thank you !. I’m happy for using route4me . This is great.

Awesome. Great for everything

Routes deleted. Used this app for years on seasonal basis.. this spring I’m set to start my lawn care spring season. I get into my account. I see my routes from the season that have past.. I click to open them! All BLANK!! Route4Me unable to recover my routes! Also advised system glitches once you have more then 100 addresses on a route. Beyond disappointed!!

Needs work. The upside is it has more features than some. The downside is the very basics, like routing, are extremely inefficient compared to, say, circuit or road warrior. There’s also load times where there really shouldn’t be in 2022 on a modern flagship (ip12) Unfortunately if you want a true route optimization app, this isn’t for you. If you like the wall map, do your own route method, well, you can do that for free, so I have trouble finding a good enough reason to justify over $100/y

Évaluation. Des fois on arrive pas à trouver certaines adresses, de plus plusieurs fois les routes proposées nous font revenir sur nous pas. Je dois toujours vérifier sur la map pouvoir si clés le meilleur trajet disponible

Good. Helpful but missing some addresses

Ok, not the best! You get what you paid for. Have some Issue with entering addresses manually. The app gave me a similar address but in a different country (US instead of Canada) and some addresses send me to the wrong place because the app gave me a wrong postal code to choose from. Road Warrior doesn’t have this issue. But other than that, it is good.

Awesome app. This is my second review of this app and I would like to share my two cents about this app of how it could be improved, I work as a courier and these options would make the app better in my opinion: 1- when saving an address in the address book it would be helpful if the app lets you know if the address you want to save is already saved 2- fix the bug when searching your address book, it doesn’t work most if the time 3-adding the option of changing the order of your deliveries and pickups( some deliveries have a 60 min, some have a 240 min) 4- adding the option of having a number of packages per delivery or pickup, this way you can keep track of how many packages you have to deliver or pick up at the specific location 5- the ability of the app to sync with the current time, it’s always off for some reason And for whoever reads this review, this app is worth trying and trust me you will not be disappointed, 5/5 stars again

Awesome app. Classic

Fatal flaw. Works ok, but has a fatal flaw; about 1 time in 20, the address will be slightly off (for example I input 7675, but when I click on the link to the gps, it changes it to 7670). This has caused me to deliver to the adress’ neighbor twice now, ensuing in many headaches. Not sure the subscription I paid for is worth it anymore...

Bat and most comprehensive routing. Best routing - easy to use and comprehensive. There is a lot of junk out there with menus that are not intuitive. This one is intuitive and easy to use and works very well. 5*.

Great app. Used to help deliver envelopes for the church. Selects very efficient route and works with Waze in a very effective way. Thanks.

Amazing app. Must have if you do deliveries.. I deliver flowers during busy times (Mother’s Day, Valentines, etc.) so I only use it during a few 3-4 day spans during the year but it’s easily worth the $10.99 each time. I’m thankful that they offer 1-month subscriptions, I just make sure I don’t abuse their “7 Day Free Trial” by waiting more than 7 days to cancel my subscription because it’s truly a great app and saves me lots of time and more than $11 worth of gas.

Great. Nice

Works Great. Not too expensive and it works great. Can’t ask for anything more than that I guess

Top App. Use it for my catering business. All my staff can log into their route and its easy to keep track of everyone.

New version doesnt help. This stuff of skipping places when you dont follow the order is annoying.please fix that. Route for me is mean to be support not our boss.

Update. Such a good update

Needs work. After making a route and sending it to someone, they will get 3-5 emails with the link. Then when they open it they receive another email with the same link. Also when they open it, it doesn’t work most of the time. It will either say that something went wrong with Waze, or it will shut down the app and I have to reopen it or find it within my opened apps. Really frustrating. There is more issues that I’m not even going to waste my time going into. Hope they can get their act together before I cancel this and find something else.

Used for years, but the update to iOS 14.2 is awful. I’ve been using this app without issue for 2 years. It’s saved me so much time, but all of a sudden, I can’t change dates, or set start times without it getting to a blank screen, which forces me to close the app. Support wasn’t helpful, and they insist that I have to clear the cache, but there isn’t a way to do that in the settings as far as I know.

Fast. Easy to use. Switches maps to your favourite. Got my deliveries done in a flash.

Great app and customer service. Amazing

Not bad. Pretty good handy app. Bit slow. Super annoying how your route line covers road names.

Usefulness. This is a great app for deliveries.

User freindly. 👌🏼

Not using. Expensive and deletes routes without you knowing. Finding a different one.

Catering delivery. Great planner

Pretty good. The directions are great and the route planning is great. The time estimates are usually not accurate and can be off by quite a bit.

Good. Good

good. super

Probably the best out there !. This app made learning my new delivery route in a brand new city EASY , does exactly as described and it's very fast to auto fill addresses when creating new routes. 10/10 , will be a long time customer.

Chauffeur autobus. Très utile j’ai recommander à plusieurs de mes confrères chauffeur autobus scolaires

Delivery multiple stops. Great experience- easy and accurate !

Pookt .com. Small business owner.. Amazing. App. Wish the price for the full app was cheaper. But it’s great.

Excellent customer service!. It’s doing the job and that is what counts. Great customer support and hopefully we’ll see improvements soon!

There really is an app for that. Need to make a bunch of stops but don’t care the order, as long as it is as fast and efficient as possible? This is what your looking for. Up to 10 stops on the free version. If you drive for work and go from location to location, this is critical for your time management and two way accountability with your employer. I’ve been using the free version for over a decade. Just upgraded cause I now have well over 10 stops per day. Try the free version and you’ll see.

Easy and fast. Once I understood it, it was great

Quick Route Planner. I never used a trip planner application until recently. I just used my personal GPS to navigate and sort my daily routes, and took a while to input the run. Then one day a co-worker introduced Route4Me. I downloaded Route4Me and used the free 10 routes a month to see if this method of routing my deliveries faster at work, and it did just that. The yearly subscription cost is well worth having an application that can reduce the time out to route your deliveries or even personal runs efficiently. Thanks Route4me for such an awesome useful application.

Easy to use and optimizes routes great. Can add multiple addresses and option for round trip or end anywhere or lock last destination so it helps my sales calls be planned out and time saving

Route4Me. Easy to use!!! finally a app worth getting

More updates. More updates needed to make stops flow better. Sometimes when I use the app it’s all over the place. Would be nice if you could manually move a stop of it doesn’t make sense.

Good. I really like this app, the only thing I would like to see added, as I am a school bus driver, is I would like to have a set final stop.

Costs.. Free is of course wonderful thanks. There needs to be a more affordable version between 10. Dollars and the next one which is in the hundreds. Small buisness like ours simply can’t afford it.

Adds in tolls and missing features. I have tolls shut off completely and it still adds in the 407 toll in Canada. Makes it unusable eventhough I have the monthly membership because the route gets messed up. Also need to add in the camera feature that allows you to take a picture of the addresses and add them in. Please fix and add these things as soon as possible

Testing. I was testing the route planner to see if it would meet my needs. Seemed to work okay.

App works well, only one suggestion…. There doesn’t seem to be a mechanism to accommodate multiple packages to one address. My work-around is to enter the address as many times as I have packages. It works most of the time. Suppose have two packages on a road that I have to travel outbound AND inbound. The addresses will not be contiguous, leading me to believe there is only one package to deliver. When I come back in the opposite direction, Route4Me displays the same address [further down the list]. Then I realize that I have two packages and could have delivered them at the same time on the outbound run. If you could develop a solution for this scenario, it would be very helpful. Thanks!

Rural?!?!. Not all address and routes are planned and driven in urban areas. I’m a bus driver in rural areas looking for an app to help with navigating routes. If you can’t be on satellite and/or save gps coordinates, it’s unusable. Too bad. Is rural bus drivers need a route map app if we’re not on a full time route!

Route4Me app. Wonderful app! Use it every week for marketing and canvassing. Only negative I have seen - over 80 addresses entered using them to build weekly routes...after 5 weeks of use, the addresses all disappeared from my "Recents" list. Other than that issue, this app is fantastic at identifying and building routes to save on fuel and time. I have a limited amount of time to conduct the Marketing. Where I was visiting 3-5 potential clients each trip before, with this app I can visit 12-15 in the same amount of time!!!

Route4Me Believer!. I use Route4Me daily in my business. It’s efficient, intuitive, responsive and helps me quickly stay organized and on track to make it to all my destinations throughout the day in a very proficient manner. I would recommend Route4Me to anyone that’s looking for a good route planning app to multiple destinations they can effectively and quickly use on a daily basis in their business.😁👌

Great app. I deliver for a florist and this app lets me put the addresses in and then plans the route for me, saving time and gas, which is handy. It would be even better if it would allow me to put in an end destination. I pick up an hour away from my house and run deliveries all over but would like to be able to put in my ending address to have it schedule the best path to end me where I need to be.

PERFECT FOR MULTIPLE STOPS!. This program saves us time and money with it's route optimization. It will let you know when you’re technicians are checking in and out. You are able to use a variety of mapping apps including Waze. It will also calculate your time and mileage. Action Glass will continue to use this app to keep our work trucks on the best route! Best of all it’s a reasonably priced. 😊

Wonderful App!. Every delivery driver or even Real Estate Agent could benefit enormously from this app. It lines up all stops in the most efficient manner and allows you to see the time and miles it’ll take to complete it as well as keep track of where you’ve been and what remains to be done. It’s saved us a lot of time and trouble planning our route. Thank you!! =)

BD Ann. Route4me is easy to use and absolutely essential when you need to make several stops and want the most efficient route. I really love that I only pay for it when I need to use it. If I will not be doing deliveries for a few months, I can stop payment, but when I come back my routes are still saved for me.

This app works well!. This app is great in regards to being able to efficiently plan you route. I love the map option because I can see where each stop is located and I can manipulate the route to work how I want it to. The only downfall is their website. It’s basically useless. I wish I could plug all my info in for my route, save it, then open it on the app.

Almost perfect. I’ve been using this app for almost a year and it has had quite a few updates. Some of the updates made the UI worse and would crash often but the latest version seems to be cured of those glitches and they have added some useful features. I do recommend it.

NEEDS WORK. great app but it needs multiple route options.. I just entered 100 different stops with phone numbers addresses and names, went to look at a previous route for the miles, it asked did I want to download the route so I hit yes & it deleted the route I just spent almost 2 hours entering. Why would it not tell you it is about to delete your current route just because you want to go look at the other route. Horrible experience just made me delete the app. Circuit is better anyways.

It was bad at first buts I can see it’s getting better. I use it every once in a while and it’s seems to be doing fine. When I first started using the app it kind of sucked and I had constant problems but now everything is connected to my contacts and one you get the hang of it it’s pretty effective and efficient when you are on the go and not near a laptop. I’d recommend

Well... it looks ok.... And it says it’ll route 10 times a month for free but I can’t figure out how to get it to route at all. APP DOES NOT DO WHAT IT CLAIMS TO DO. So I let them give me a free trial and I STILL couldn’t figure out how to get it to route. I mean, it routed once but was obviously wrong. Multiple long light left turns when several right turns would have worked about twice as fast. It wouldn’t recognize my current location so wanted me to drive to the other side of the area to start. Claimed the route would take 70 miles when everything is within about six square miles. Wouldn’t reroute when asked. This app is a dead loss.

Not a fan.. You could do everything right, every which way and the deliveries still don’t push through. I’ve been showed the right way multiple times by the company who has this use this and they change it every time of which way to get the orders to push through. It never ends up working. It’s always a hit or miss- sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. So incredibly irritating! Also, if you use the in-app navigation it takes you to the wrong places 50% of the time.

Continued calls. Literally signed up last night and was going to give it a try to see how it went, woke up this morning with 3 missed calls from some random number never left a voicemail then proceeds to call 4 more times when I answered it’s some lady from Route4Me just wanting to talk about everything I hang up she then calls back. This behavior is ridiculous and has deterred me from moving forward in using this software. To anyone thinking of using it beware they will randomly call just to “chat” -stars if possible

Love this app. I love this app, it is a great tool that cuts a lot of time and guess work off my routes that very from day to day. The only drawback it gets One or two of my addresses wrong and if I am not paying attention it brings me 20 minutes out of The way which I had an extra 40 minutes to my day. And I can’t figure out hoed to fix that one issue. But overall wonderful tool and worth $9 or so dollars a month.

Constantly crashes when switching back and forth between apps. This is not the only app i’m using during work, and when i switch back to my route the app resets itself often, meaning i’ve got to scroll through and find where i am on the list over and over. Is this issue because i make lists longer than 50 (maximum that can be imported at one time)? If so, i will need to pay for a different app that can handle that.

So glad I found this app!. As someone who used another route planning app called circuit, this app beats it by a long shot with its price point AND it’s ability to scan addresses in instead of having to manually punch in an address. Saves me an insane amount of time! Wish I would’ve tried it sooner honestly but you have a subscriber for life!

Eh it’s ok. So I’ve had this app since December. I pay for the premium. There are many errors and the app is laggy. I run it with a full battery and full bars on 4gLTE. No excuse for it having errors constantly. Additionally when it plans a route it plans it so you take majority left turns. Anyone who plans routes knows that is a waste of gas and will effect your bottom line. A good route should be optimized for as many right turns as possible. I am only sticking with this app till I find a better alternative.

This Company stole my Money. I renewed my subscription in January 2020 for another year and out of no where the app showed I didn’t have the upgraded version. I still have it showing in my subscriptions that it’s paid for. Spoke to some guy who didn’t know what he was saying. They’re blaming it on Apple. THIEVES!!! I want my money back. I contacted support and got no where!! All they do is blame Apple. They still refuse to work with and refuse to fix the issue. I dealt with a guy named Mahdi. They’re not trying at all to resolve this issue. Very disappointing!!! I wish there was a way to give 0 star. They don’t even deserve the 1!!

Good but can be a lot better. I used this app almost everyday as an insurance agent. I’m tired of login in every time I open the app. It very annoying when you’re driving, also it can be a hazard. I would also like to be able to color my stops in different colors, instead of blue and yellow. Different stops may need a follow up or I set an appointment, and I want to have a color to represent that. The voice memo is one of the best inventions on this app. I love that part. It also may need a map update because it doesn’t drop me in the right place all the time.

Great app - not for me. I used this app today to go to six different stops around town and it worked perfectly. It did exactly what I needed it to do. The problem is I’m not in this situation very often. I might need it just once or twice a month. A $10 subscription fee is too much for the use I’d get out of it. How about an ad-supported option with a limited number of uses per month?

Routing Best. This is a pretty good software system, but it does need to have a starting point and an end point from where are you exactly are and you can open up the work route and make it much more easier to close out a work order on your start and your end. But other than that, it’s a pretty good application for routing your day.

Almost works. Planning a trip to 17 places away from home. Entered all of the addresses and optimized the route. Wow! That's exactly what I wanted to see! Changed from "end anywhere" to "round trip." ERROR!!! Tried over and over again to get it to work. Used up my 10 free routes very quickly. Still don't have a valid round trip planned. It looks like it could be a decent app, as long as you don't mind the end of your route being the farthest point away from home.

Huge flaw snd opportunity or improvement. Although the ability to quickly post notes and even use the drop-down menu provided is great the fact you cannot copy and paste those notes to put in another format such as a sales report or email is a problem also drop-down menu for category of notes should be user programmable so you can create your own criteria but not being able to copy and paste these notes for entry into another platform is a big error

Horrible!!!. I use to use this app for free to give my home health patients time frames for my arrival the night before their appointments. I would put my patients addresses in and how long I planned to spend at each house and give them an hour time frame for my arrival. I never used the optimism route button and didn’t need it. Now I accidentally updated the app and can’t plan my own route. The app wants to optimize every time i edit something even with ‘optimize routes’ disabled and I ran out of free optimization’s with the app wanting me to pay. No way not when I used b for free before. I just want the old version back!!!

A fantastic tool!. I buy sales leads and due to peeps not answering their phone I do door knocks. I create a separate map for each area I will drive to. I love the new notes feature. This current version is just about perfect and the price is nice. Once you put an address in, it’s stays their till you delete it, which in my case is vital since I may need to go back again and again.

Great App Makes my Routes Easier and More Efficient. Please consider adding pictures of the address where we can look around like google. Also add the addresses for new builds where the houses are under construction or not yet built. That’s the only things I can think of that will make it even better!

Almost. This app would be complete if it had a pin drop (point of interest) location feature. You can hold your finger on the map and it will call up the nearest address that corresponds with your location, BUT the accounts I work with are under construction houses and they do not have addresses yet. Hence google maps has no knowledge of them and I need to be able to mark those specific locations for later jobs in which those addresses are still not assigned. This app would be perfect if it added that feature but I guess for now I’ll use the “Badger” app for my business uses.

One issue. Only complaint i have is that after using it for a week or so — i use for delivery work — an icon come up asking me to update. Of course i dont want to update but cant make the update icon go away. The icon covers my routes icon so i have to delete route4me app and get it and sign in again. Maybe someone could tell me how to get rid of update icon. It is annoying

I friggin love this app. A coworker turned me on to this app and i must say it’s an absolute essential for our line of business(distributor of foods in NYC)In my job its often that i have to drive to 10-15 different locations on a given day. I don’t sweat it i simply put the addresses in Route4Me on my iPhone and it optimizes the route for me and i take it from there. Wish i knew about it sooner. Thanks again.

Great Help. But I can't figure out how to print the route. Also I use a Gamin GPS because I do not want to run down the battery on my iPad and it is too large to handle while driving. Need some way to transfer the route to the GPS instead of rekeying everything again. Otherwise a great app.

Business. I use the app for local business. It allows me to plan multiple stops and arrange my schedule. I save my routes so I can reuse or copy and adjust my stops. Mileage is pretty accurate, but I wish it would feature real time delays and alternate routes like Waze. I did find that some addresses didn’t pop up, but it isn’t often and mostly when I was entering address with a state route. For the most part I would give app a 4.5.

Few mistakes but they’re huge. Plotting stops 3 blocks away when using coordinates. Just plotted another stop 7.6 miles from its actual location using addresses(in settings). I had 3 stops in one subdivision where it took me in one entrance, back out around two major roads to the main entrance, back out the front all the way around the back on roads I did not have to go down back into the rear of the subdivision where there aren’t even any roads. It followed plat lines back in!!! When it works, it’s great. But I strongly suggest looking at the map of plotted stops to insure they are on the right streets and not taking “around the world” order. And I took screen shots for proof.

Stop the crazy updates. I have been using this app to help with my mobile business for over 5 years now. I have the subscription and have paid it for years. Because of the constant updates... software is fine but the visual map and the interactive part of it is not as user friendly or as user friendly while driving. The map is very bland now and the routes and points are dull also. Need to zoom in way more than normal. Please do something about this soon. I have loved your product for a long time

Perfect for Teacher Parade!. My 2nd grade teammates and I planned a parade so that we could drive by and greet our students from a safe distance during the Covid-19 stay-at-home order. We had over 60 kids to see and I volunteered to plan the route. I was in over my head until I found this app. It was so easy after that! I just entered all the addresses and it plotted the best route for me. My teammates were impressed with how well it worked and called me a master navigator! Thanks!

Great app, room to grow. This app helps tremendously for planning multiple stop routes. Would like to see the ability to add more color coded Visited/Departed options for additional information on the stops on your route. Also a better notes space for each stop on the route. Also the ability to have some of the routes saved to your device, eliminating the need for mobile data usage to download a previous route.

Sales delight. This app has shaved quite a bit of time off of my daily routes. With having a shifting sales route everyday, and new things happening I can set a new route, add to an old one, and see what I’ve done at each location. I love it. The paid version is well worth the cost as it has increased productivity and helped me get to buying customers quicker and more efficiently. I love it.

You must hit replan route at least twice. 3 times to be safe.. If you hit the replan route button it doesn’t ever work on the first time. I have to hit replan 3 times just to be safe. It’s very time consuming and annoying. I don’t understand why does it take multiple times. That will really screw you over if your not paying attention. Please fix this problem.

No more guessing. I use this app to plan out my project walkthroughs all over the city. I plug in all addresses to projects I’m visiting that day and this app provides me with the best possible route. Which save a bunch of time and makes planning a breeze. I’ve also used it in my vacation to make the most of our trip. Great tool to have..

ZERO STARS, AWEFUL AT BEST!. After reading the reviews and looking at other apps, I chose this one, and jumped in and got a $9 a month subscription. I gave this app two days on the field. What a joke and failure. I called customer service, and after their extensive tutorial, I decided t give it a month try to see if on the go, I could have a better criteria and reformulate a better opinion. But after trying to login on my desktop to maximize efficiency and schedule my route the day before, I realize these people were asking $199 a MONTH. You’ve people are crazy. There no effectiveness associated with $200 a month from this app. Talk about bait and switch gimmicks.

Free version- no more optimized routes?. I used this app twice in May and twice in June and loved it. Now I’m trying to do gift drop offs and it’s making me buy a subscription. According to the description in the ap you get 10 free routes a month but when I enter a new route I’m sent to a subscription page which tells me the free version has 0 optimized routes. This is a great ap for a delivery person but not someone who uses it only a few times a month.

Solid Build with clear interface but missing one important feature. I have tried other route optimization applications and they provide the option to input a commercial store and it would search all of them close by and you would pick the one U wanted. With this application, you need the exact address or select location on the map. No option to just search Target and have it find all results of the local stores and have you pick the one U want. Other apps provide this feature not sure why it’s missing from this very popular one.

No desktop access?!. It sounds like a great app, but it’s pretty scammy. I went straight to the $10 sub because it stated that it was just about as good as the yearly sub. It never explained everything you can do, just “hundreds of more powerful features”. You just have to kind of take their word for it. Add all 70 addresses in 5 different zip codes. Cool, looks like it’s going to be fine. Next morning I go to login online to add in some new addresses (my phone is on the charger in the other room and I’m being lazy today...) only to find out one of things that they don’t tell you is that online/desktop access is only if you get the yearly subscription. If they didn’t tell me this when I did my extensive research, what else aren’t they telling me?! I guess that’s on me for assuming. So over all, I’m paying FORTY DOLLARS more a year for this app, not to have to have desktop access? I don’t think so! I’m sure it’s a cool app, but it’s pretty shady. Cancelled and deleted, I’ll find an other app that will work for me.

Love it. I use it to schedule customers. Only used it a couple of times. Love it so far. It has saved me a ton of time. I think the price is reasonable. UPDATE: Most horrible customer service I have ever experienced!! My company offered a routing program that is infinitely better. I have tried for several months to cancel. I've tried online and by phone. Online, they direct me to go other places to cancel. When you call and on hold for about 15 minutes, I was cut off by a recording which states that someone will contact me shortly. Although these tactics may not be illegal they are certainly unethical and are sure to tarnish the company brand.

The best of the best. I travel far and wide conducting compliance inspections at fuel stations with under ground storage tank systems. I have a lot of facilities to inspect and cover 4 states here along the west coast. I’ve tried other route apps but none have proven to be as beneficial as Route4Me. The first time I tried it I was amazed as it literally shaved 1 day off of my entire route and saved a few bucks on fuel costs. App scores a 👍👍 and a toe. Big thanks to Dan for this amazing app and for his generosity during this COVID 19 situation.

When combining multiple routes and stops for Meals on Wheels Delivery. It’s very easy to add the addresses as you start putting the address information it automatically starts searching and it comes up you choose the add address and then to add another one you just choose the + sign!!! Very simple and user friendly!

Great App but....... Great App but even with the new iodate it’s super slow and uses SO much battery. I have an IPhoneX which has amazing battery life and It still drains it. My other apps don’t freeze up but once in a blue moo. This app is getting worse, it’s constantly freezing whenever I’m trying to do something. The app isn’t super graphics intensive so I’m not sure as to why it’s slow and uses A lot of battery life. If we can please fix these issues in the update that would be great. Again the app idea is amazing and I love it but if we can make it to where it doesn’t freeze and it doesn’t kill my battery. I’ll be stoked.

New update stinks. I like the style of the new update, but hate that you can’t access your favorites when adding a start point. You have to manually type it in now. Also, if you start building a route, but leave and come back, your previously entered stops disappear. I gave 4 stars because I love this app, but please fix these little problems.

Great app!!. I began using this app about 3 months ago, It has help me tremendously guiding me through my routes at work, from beginning to end. Routing my stops from the closest to the farthest. It also shows a map of the locations it’s 99% accurate. 1 thing I didn’t like is that when app updated my routes erased on their own. Not sure why that happened. I added my stops again and now I continue using it 🙂

Updated Times. Excellent app… however doesn’t update with location so delays are not updated as you move on. I had a 30 minute delay at one location and the next location where I shared my ETA was still from the start time and not the end of the last stop.

Works fantastic!!. The app works fantastic for routing many stops, it even retains addresses as favorites. I use it at least once a month when I have 20-40 stops to make. It doesn’t count your free routes correctly if you optimize the same one more than once. Wait until you are completely done entering before optimizing. I have locked out before.
