New items and selection- and perks for cardholders are all limited. It seems for the last couple years the clothes haven’t changed at old navy. I see the same stuff and it’s redundant. For cardholders there aren’t really enough perks to justify having the card, the sales are the same and the cash bonus bucks are more than the points given and anyone can get that- even without a card. Another issue is cardholders should have free shipping and not be expected to order 35 or 50 to get it! I’m disappointed with old navy because the clothes are generic at best with old navy emblems. There’s nothing better about the quality and I’m most likely going to close my card and shop at Burlington or Marshall’s- they have more of a selection and prices are better! The alternative is gap and they are generic also but twice the price. I see a problem in the near future for this company if they don’t step up their game.

Can’t login, search feature isn’t great, hard to shop on. The first big issue is that I can’t login into the app. When attempting it just makes me sign in over and over and over again so I just have to go to website where I can login in once and with no issue. Second problem is the search feature is terrible, I could copy and paste the exact name of the item from the site into the search on the app and it wouldn’t find it. You just have to hope you have your categories right and infinitely scroll. Third problem is just over all the app is hard to shop on, it’s hard to search, navigating its own build in deals ads takes you to a list of items that you can’t sort to only see relevant things to you, going back doesn’t take you to your old spot so you have to scroll back to it, and items take a long time to load. Forth big issue is stock, I find a lot of items that are out of stock in every color and size but it’s still on the app as if you can buy it. I understand things might be waiting on delayed restock but if you can’t buy it period at least grey it out of something. Fifth not that big of an issue but still an issue is the retail stores don’t seem to carry men’s pants above 38 and xl, but on the site sizes go up into the 50’s so in store pick up is never an option

Helpful but needs improvement. As a cardholder, I use this app daily. Please add/adjust two features: first, in the wallet section, please keep a running total of pending transactions. It can be difficult to tell what transactions have posted and what ones are still pending. I would like to see a line with a dollar amount representing pending transactions. Second, in the shopping section, if I am looking at merchandise and get interrupted on my phone, when I return to the app, the page I was looking at is gone. I have to start all over again. That's frustrating when you are three or four pages deep into looking at things and you have to start from the beginning. If I get out of the app, it should save my place where I was when I return to the app.

Horrible, Horrible, Unusable Useless App!. I used to be able to use the app now I am unable to use the app. It’s saying an error has occurred please retry later it has been saying this for weeks now every time I try to login I am unable to login. This is so frustrating that I am unable to use this app anymore not sure what is going on with the app, but at this point I am very frustrated however when I go online I can use my same user ID and password and get signed right with no problem. I love the ease of being able to just browse through the app select what I want to order and pick it up or have it delivered someone needs to look into why this app is not letting me sign in with my username/password on the App which is literally useless at this point

Hope you get all of your stuff. I order 7 things, only 5 came. Also got a random pair of women’s pajama pants. Called customer support and they told me to bring it back and return it at a local store. I’m like there is nothing to return other than the wrong thing which is fine, it didn’t seem to click with the person I was talking to that my entire order didn’t arrive. So I tried what they advised and the store was willing to give me $11 back for the item I had, which I didn’t order but couldn’t do anything about the jeans and shorts I didn’t get and told me to call customer service. Do you see the loop I’m stuck in? Lol I guess Old Navy just scammed me unintentionally for $60, because nobody will resolve it. And they all act like I’m the crazy one because in their mind there is no way that they wouldn’t send what I ordered. At a loss and there is no escalation or anything I can do, I’m just out of luck.

Not so great. I’m disappointed with this app. When it comes to linking your old navy credit card with the shopping part of the app, it’s not happening. I have to log into the credit card thru the app, but then when I shop on the app it doesn’t recognize, or give me the option to use, the old navy card without me having to manual enter it. Using rewards is even more difficult when you check out, it chose a 20% coupon over my 50$ reward and would let me change it. Rewards are useless I guess, unless you go into the store. I got so frustrated that I cancelled my order. I paid off my balance and will probably cancel the card as well. I work hard for my money and I am not going to wrestle an app to use rewards I earn when I use this card. My last order I did pick up in store and was confirmed by email it was received and everything was in stock. When I arrived the 2 most important items they didn’t have. I walked back and picked them off the rack myself. I know that’s probably a store issue but the order was made on the app, and there wasn’t a place to leave feedback on the app itself. When I tried talking to the manager I was dismissed like A child. So all in all, I am not happy with old navy, their stores, their credit cards, or their app.

Not fixed anything!. This app has not been streamlined or fixed any bugs I still haven't been able to sign in since day one!! It's beyond annoying and frustrating!! All it does is spin and spin and spin that's it even when you try to rest your password but here's the kicker it tells you we are deleting all your bank card info etc so omg!! Now you have to renter all that info well guess what you don't because you'll never be able to get into your app!!😡 I've done everything restart phone delete app reinstall app I even called customer service well of course you can see where that got me or I wouldn't be complaining!! This has been beyond stupid ! Whose working on these issues five year olds? Oh wait no because they'd probably have it fixed within an hour or less! Personally I'm done with the app and I'm almost to the point of being done with old navy I'm so sick of all the shirts having some cute kindness etc saying on them like a two year would wear the dresses fall in a pile around me because they're made for six feet and over collars that strangle because they're almost Victorian looking I wouldn't be seen being buried in them. ! If I could have given this review a no star rating I would have because it's not worth even a half a star these days. !

App just doesn’t work. Ever since they started to update the app and change their credit card company they deal with my app doesn’t work. I have deleted the app and reinstalled plus rebooted my phone still doesn’t work. 1. It doesn’t recognize me and constantly tells me it’s having problems. 2. It will come up but hit shop or wallet, bag or acct. at the bottom the app just spins and won’t go anywhere. I can go to google and go to old navy and it will accept my sign in and let me shop and check out. What is the point of the app if I have to constantly go to google and search to look for anything. Before the change over never had problems. I used to love the app. Shopped and paid bill, did everything on it. Now it’s junk and hardly shop because of it.

Please fix your app!!!!. I’m incredibly frustrated. I next to never write reviews for apps but was compelled to do so today. I love Old Navy. I buy my entire family's outfits from there. But Old Navy, your app STINKS. You have some great features that are easy to use and actually work most times leading to a positive user experience. However your settings area could use some work. I am trying to redeem my expired Old Navy cash for points and the app keeps shutting down on me. I downloaded the Gap app to do this and same thing. Sometimes, I am in my cart and it crashes. I just don't get it. I've restarted my phone, shut down and reopened the app and attempted to do these tasks during various times of the day in case the app was experiencing some known issues. I lead a very busy life and don't have the extra even few minutes to go onto a computer to accomplish these tasks. I rely heavily on my phone to shop because of the convenience and swiftness it provides. Please fix the crash issues in your app.

App needs MAJOR improvements. STILL.. I’ve been shopping Old Navy for years and while I love the store, the app is a problem. It constantly stops working mid shopping leaving you with the “Oops, something went wrong” message which then prompts you to “refresh.” Hit refresh only to not have it work so you have to back out of the app and hope what you put in your shopping bag is still in there. A lot of the times it not. And I’m on WiFi when this happens. This has been going on with this app for sometime and still not fixed. Another issue was that my info is saved in my old navy app. Yet I had still had to enter it every time. Not too big of a deal but if you are going to offer a feature make sure it works. I mainly got rid of the app because I got tired of it kicking me out multiple times while shopping. Fix that and it would be great.

Barclays Credit Card association. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT GET AN OLD NAVY CREDIT CARD. They’re no longer with Synchrony. Barclay will not wave anything as a one time courtesy. I paid my account off and they’re still charging me. I called to get it waved and they still will not remove it and said I HAVE to pay it. I did not have this issue with Citi Bank when paying off my other credit card. They’ll express that they “listen” to customers but Barclays is one of the worst banking systems that I’ve been through. I will not use this account any longer while they’re with Barclays. They will not get more money out of me. I don’t appreciate being lied to when they express they “take care” of customer’s needs. Yet here we are. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and I did not get transferred instead was told why I need to pay the amount. I don’t appreciate Barclays service and to avoid problems, pay with a different credit card to get rewards. I’m truly disappointed with the banking system Old Navy chose to go with because I spend hundred of dollars every single year and never had an issue with Synchrony.

Horrible customer service. I have been an old navy shopper for many years. I usually just go to my local store and have never had an issue. But due to Covid the store was closed so I decided to order online. I ordered 7 things. 1 of the things I received in my shipment was the wrong thing. I called old navy customer service after ONE HOUR of being on hold. I FINALLY got through to someone. They told me they were going to send everything again and that they would also send me a postal sticker to return the items I had received. Fast forward 2 weeks I get the new shipment of stuff (IT IS STILL WRONG) fast forward a month and I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE a postal sticker to return my Original order. It has now been 8 weeks. No sticker in the mail. Very very frustrating customer service, it is virtually impossible to get ahold Of anyone to fix this and now I have double Of everything . Cool. I’ll be canceling my old navy card because of the lack of customer service.

So glitchy you may as well use the website. I want to like this app because i like old navy so much….but it’s so frustrating! It’s constantly refreshing and than bonks and crashes. It always says “oops something went wrong” and says to refresh but you just keep getting that message after trying to load any page. It also doesn’t scroll properly to the next page backs up to where you already browsed. Lastly it doesn’t allow you to add the rewards to your checkout here. You have to go to the actual website to check out and than if you want to use the app you can go back there and thankfully the rewards stay in the cart from when you added them on the website. Honestly I think I would just rather use the website for shopping at old navy. At least it doesn’t crash constantly and you can add cc rewards there without issue. No sense having this app. No sense at all.

Old Navy App review. I like the UI, the menu placement and tabs are neat and user friendly. I dislike the UX, the functionality and app performance is very frustrating. I’m constantly signed out of my account, which wouldn’t be the most annoying thing except for the fact when you sign back into the app you’re forced into “learning” how to use the app which you’ve been using for months before you can proceed with what you were trying to do. Either allow longer auth or remove the app tutorial, it’s 2022, people know how to use apps. “Something went wrong” type pop-ups come up dozens of times while I shop. Luckily a refresh does fix it. But what is the refresh doing that “fixes” the crash? Focus efforts on performance fixes for app improvements instead of UI changes.

Constantly Logging In Again. This app logs me out after a few minutes of inactivity, with no option to stay signed in, which is frustrating; most apps/websites have a “keep me signed in” option, or wait an hour before signing out. I’ve accidentally purchased items as a guest because I didn’t realize I had been logged out so quickly. I’m sure this is a safety feature but it’s annoying more than helpful. Also, this app requires me to fully type my email address and password every single time, also annoying as both are long. It never saves either, or finishes the typing with a prompt, and does not prompt my face ID to make signing in fast or easy. It will occasionally prompt my face ID to sign me in AFTER I have already typed my email and password and hit “submit,” but at that point I’m often not looking at my phone and then it will not sign me in and I have to type everything again. I do not have these issues with any other app or website. Fixing either one of these issues would help a lot. Lastly, very often I will place an order and it never appears in my account, even when I was signed in to place the order. Currently, my most recent order (placed four days ago) shows up in my account on the website, but still not in the app.

App keeps reloading while browsing. My recent experiences with this app (the past few months) have been awful with the old navy app. While browsing, the app will reload and show other clothes and not the ones that I had been previously looking at. After a few swipes down, the app reloads itself and instead of picking up where I was it loads all new clothes, and will have a limited selection. For example, if I choose to look at dresses… I will scroll down and after a few swipes going down to look at the dresses, the app will glitch and start reloading the view and I am seeing a different set of clothes and limited view (a couple of swipes and that all the clothes available, when previously there were a ton of dresses. If you are not able to support the scrolling, go back to pages of clothes to help. I won’t buy online using the app anymore because I can’t view the clothes.

App has issues. First I was having the same problem others were reporting — it wouldn’t let me stay signed in, kept signing me out, would ask if I wanted to enable Touch ID and then wouldn’t give a prompt for it, etc. I updated the app and that issue seems to have been resolved for the time being. Now I keep trying to checkout and keep getting a “something went wrong” page, no matter how many times I refresh it. I gave it a few hours, came back, and it was the same thing. Also my “bag” (aka cart) is emptied every time I leave the app. All my items waiting in the bag either get deleted or moved to saved items. Finally had enough and tried to complete my purchase through browser on my phone and though I signed in, it again told me my bag was empty. I gave up.

Worst Shopping App. I have many many many different brands of clothing apps on my phone. The Old Navy one is by far the worst one. It seems like it’s 5 years behind the other brands. It constantly freezes and asks for me to sign in. Now every time I open the app and sometimes when I’ve been on the app for 5 minutes it asks me to sign in. Then, it says I have to verify my log in on the website. So I do, then it still continues to ask my to verify my sign on like someone is just really out here trying to hack my old navy app. I don’t mind having a verification, but have one that actually works. This app makes me never want to shop online here because every time I do I get frustrated with the app bugging out and asking me to login and verify my account every 5 seconds. They added the Face ID to log on, but it’s also a joke because it will scan my face and log in then guess what.. it asks me to verify my account for the 100th time today. Really disappointing because I do love Old Navy.

It could use some work. I love shopping at old navy and when I realized they have an app I was like perfect (maybe not for my bank account but def for me!). So I was a little disappointed to see that the app is not pleasant to use. I don’t understand having to sign in after leaving the app for 2 minutes. There should at least be a box you can click so you can opt to stay logged in because after awhile it just gets annoying. Another thing that is infuriating is the shopping cart. It won’t save my cart items the way that it should. If I decided to start shopping but want to pay later so I leave the app…if I’m signed into my account why is my shopping cart empty?? It should be filled with the items I put in my cart. I’m just not understanding the point of signing in if I don’t get the perks (and bare minimum) of a saved cart. There could be so much potential but the fact that the basics are lacking is really concerning. Hope this is is something that can be remedied soon. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve almost bought something and then got too frustrated and just left it alone completely.

Tired of app sign-in issues!. I am tired of the fact that every time I open this or the Gap app (and I download the second one trying to bypass this problem), I am asked to sign in, and when I try to do so, 9 times out of 10, it’s just not going to happen. I will eventually get an access denied message, and there are two resolution issues listed, which don’t work, and they ask you to click on a link to let them know, but that link will never open! And the one time out of 10 that I may be able to sign in, it takes countless tries and all kinds of finagling for it to eventually occur. Right now, it’s not happening, and that’s when I decided to come here to leave this review, because I’m just done! And I’m angry at them for other issues, as well. I’m not getting credit for returns I’ve sent back and Gap just sold me an item that was listed even in the title as being the luxury fabric, Modal, yet when I received it, the tag says it is 95% polyester & 5% spandex. One of the main reasons I shop with them is because there’s so many cotton (& modal) items. I don’t wear polyester; it is plastic, it is just a garbage fabric, and it is the hottest, cheapest, most unbreathable fabric there is, and I would never have purchased that item had it been listed as being polyester. Never. So I question their ethics, for sure. And I don’t understand why they’re not fixing their apps’ issues. This is ridiculous. It has been going on for too long and I’m tired of it. I’m done.

WORST APP OF ALL TIME.. Constantly signing you out. Even when you haven’t erased the app from your app history. If you go check a message and then get back on the app, POOF you’re signed out and god forbid you made a cart because that’s gone too. I always get messages saying “this item is out of stock and has been removed from your favorites” what favorites?? I don’t even favorite items anymore because of the wackiness of the app, whose favorites are y’all talking about? ALL other clothing apps are SO easy to use, I have no idea why Old Navy is so far behind. Unfortunately I love Old Navy clothes so it’s a shame this app is infuriating. If they actually made a decent app I’d buy so much more than I do now. This app actually makes me dread buying clothes and I’ve had to divert to other companies whose websites don’t make me want to rip my hair out signing me out and sending me messages that I can’t dismiss every 10 seconds. Honestly I have to believe Old Navy is intentionally trying to drive customers away, it is really that bad. FIX THE APP!! ITS UNUSABLE Also, it wouldn’t kill you to list the measurements of the model and the size that they’re wearing like literally EVERY other clothing company on the planet.

Search, sign in and tracking need work. When I search I can filter to “women” and something like “jeans” but then I see regular, maternity, and plus. I would like to choose which one to see. Those are 3 very different lines and they should be filter-able. I can filter by size but then I will miss out on seeing items that are currently out of stock in my size, which happens often. I do not want to sign in every single time that I make a purchase or especially to just look at or track an order. It’s a hassle. Speaking of tracking, it’s awkward to have order tracking and order details on two separate pages. Worse, clicking on the tracking number only copies the number. I don’t want to leave the app to track an order. It should be in the app.

Great for all body types.. I love old navy. I’m very hard to shop for. I’m tall so it’s hard to find pants that fit in store but online I can always buy my size and if you wait for a sale you can really get a lot of good stuff you wouldn’t be able to get in store. Once you know you’re size and what fits work for you everything is a breeze. I’ve gained weight in the last year so having so many options of flex pants is a dream come true. The ones I bought last year when I was 240lbs still fit now that I’m almost 50lbs heavier. If you’re looking for low cost and good quality clothing for work or everyday I highly recommend shopping here.

Unable to sign in through app. So before this new issue (within the past 4 days of not being able to even sign in), I previously had to sign in 2x in a row each time to shop. Annoying yes, but sometimes I didn’t mind since I was so excited for the deals. However now, forget it. I can’t even ‘sign in’ into the app. I put all my info in, and it just stays idle, waiting for the app to load (but never does). After patiently trying several times, I re-start my phone thinking it would help, nope. I then delete and re-download the app, same problem. It will at times tell me my attempted log in session expired. I give up. I went ahead and went directly through the Old Navy website through my phone, but everything takes much longer. Everything is much faster and quicker on the app (usually), so I gave up on searching what I was looking for through webpage and didn’t buy anything. I’m an Icon member, so I’m a very frequent shopper, but this current issue has me avoiding Old Navy all together. Please fix the bugs. Thank you!

Worst shipping ever!. Will never buy online from old navy again! They work with this shady company called lasership. How does such a big professional company work with such people?? I haven’t received my package and it’s over the promised day of delivery, the shipping company has yet to update me on where my package is, last update was 2 days after I did the initial order and they just stopped updating. When looking up this company they have a total of 1.6 stars and people accusing them of never delivering their stuff and even stealing them! I don’t understand how a big company that a good amount of the money from online orders deals with such shipping people. Guess they are looking for something cheap. Ups, Usps, and fedex are all perfectly capable of delivering for one of the biggest companies world wide. 🤦‍♀️ never buying online. And the stores barely have the sizes we need to even do a store pickup smh!

Where did the model size selector go?. I agree with everyone else about all the issues with logging in, getting logged out, face recognition turning off again and again… the app resetting or refreshing too frequently, losing your place, etc. But I mostly came here to ask where the feature went when browsing or searching where you could pick the model size you wanted to see (I think it was S, L, or XL). That feature is pretty much the whole reason I’ve shopping with Old Navy recently. It makes them stand out among other brands! I still appreciate the size diversity in models (can always have more diversity though…) but now I’m stuck looking at page after page of skinny ladies, and it makes it so I have no interest in clicking on any of the items and potentially purchasing them. It’s a huge shopping turn off for me! If the feature is still there and I just can’t find it anymore… that is also a problem. It needs to be there AND be easily accessible.

Receiving orders. I love using the Old Navy App but unfortunately, several times I have placed an order and a few days later, have received an email telling me it cannot be fulfilled. Just recently I called to complain due to my whole order not being available, but it allowed me to select and order the items. The representative I spoke with was very helpful and reordered everything and said it was available. I, once again received an email saying it was not available. I’m using rewards and ordering on 50% off days hoping to get some deals and merchandise and it’s VERY frustrating. I placed another order today. I’m HOPING the order is fulfilled. If not, I’m afraid I will be done shopping Old Navy.

Can’t check out or sign in. I love old navy. But this app could be the thing that makes me quit shopping there altogether. It’s SO dang hard to check out. I’m always signed out when I go to checkout, and when i try to sign in, the “sign in” button covers the password section. I have to click a million times to be able to type there. And now, when I try to checkout or sign in, the app just keeps loading and loading. I didn’t buy sale items yesterday that i was really looking forward to because the app wouldn’t let me checkout. Now I can’t find those items in my favorites to see if they’re still on sale, because I’m logged out and get stuck on the loading screen when i try to log back in. I have a baby, so I only make trips to stores when I absolutely have to. Old Navy is not a “have to”; so since your app STILL doesn’t work (i emailed months ago), I think I’ll just find a new store to shop at.

Unusable. I just want to online shop but this app is simply unusable. For months now it says “sorry an error occurred” and won’t let me see items I favorite, clears my cart, or constantly requires me to refresh causing me to lose my place when I’m looking in a search. I keep coming back hoping it’ll be fixed and it’s just as bad. I saw it updated recently and hoped things would be better but instead it’s worse. I haven’t bought from old navy in ages because I prefer mobile shopping but the experience is too frustrating. Adding an update: I thought it would be fixed, still no. It won’t let me save items unless I’m logged in but every time I try to log in it tells me the page is expired. I used to buy from old navy regularly but it’s been over a year thanks to these issues. Other apps and sites have such a better experience it simply isn’t worth it. I don’t understand how such a big company can’t afford to develop a usable app? I sorted by recent reviews and saw that not only is this a common experience but this app collects way more data from users than it needs to. That’s my last straw, I’m deleting it and not wasting anymore time with Old Navy and Gap.

Love the clothes but SO HARD to buy!!. Im a new old navy CC holder, 3 months approx. I’m a busy working 31 year old toddler Mom. I don’t have a lot of time to go out shopping so I like to order Christmas online on my lunch break. Every other time I go to log in it makes me change my password. Every time you change your password it tells you for your convenience we’ve erased all your credit card information... I know for a fact my password is correct. I even screen shot what I changed it to and made sure I re-entered correctly and it still told me it was wrong! How annoying to re-type all of your credit card and billing info each time you want to buy something! I don’t bring every single one of my credit cards to work with me so this time I could not check out. I’ve never had so many problems trying to buy online ever except with this site and app. I cannot stand how much work this is to try to give old navy my money so I’m considering canceling my card and giving up on them altogether at this point.

Terrible App. I love Old Navy, but this has to be the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s constantly crashing. It gets stuck while scrolling and crashes then reopens. Since the last update it has been doing this thing where you are adding an item to your bag and it makes you log in. I’ve also been having an issue if I had something to my bag it automatically takes me back to the search page. It makes shopping on the app so frustrating. It also drives me crazy when I see a model wearing something with a matching top or bottom and I cannot find the match anywhere. It would be great if you made the matching set on the same page where you show similar items. Also, I noticed the website has a section down below a clothing item that shows outfits you can put together. Why isn’t this on the app also?

Horrible and Annoying. This app started crashing for me a while ago but this is the last straw. I could get over the fact that it kept signing me out only because I had Face ID on so it was quick, but a few months ago ALL of my favorites were cleared out and I was so upset. Not only were they cleared, I could not (and still can’t) add anything to my favorites anymore. When I try to I get a message saying they removed the item because they’re out of stock?? which they obviously aren’t. I began “saving” my items by putting them in the shopping cart then moving them to the “saved” section which was going fine. Well today, not only was my shopping cart cleared but so was my Saved items 🤦🏻‍♀️ So frustrating! I tried logging out hoping that would fix it (Face ID feature was on) but it didn’t. My email was not saved as it usually was so i had to reenter all my info, how annoying. FIX THESE PROBLEMS OLD NAVY

Doesn’t Get The Job Done. This app is absolutely abysmal considering it is supposed to be supporting four different retailers. Your most recent order is no longer appear in the order history within the app. Making it impossible to know the status of your orders. Additionally the login page seems to be having issues. The Face ID rarely ever works, and it seems to not be able to remember your password and or enter the credentials from a password manager sufficiently. This is incredibly disappointing considering that none of the Old Navy stores actually carry stock and inventory anymore. So essentially ordering online is the only option you have. However with the inability to be able to look at my order status and the inconvenience of having to login, I’m starting to find other places to shop.

Worthless. I seriously give up on this app. I’ve given it so many chances and it never improves. The Face ID option never works. I will open my phone using Face ID and be in the exact same position and it says my face is not recognized. Then, when I finally log into the app, I always get error messages. Either something can’t load and I have to refresh, or the app is unavailable at that time. Every time I navigate to a new screen, I get a new error message. The app will reload while I’m scrolling through items so I lose my place. Half of the items I click on say “sorry, this item is sold out.” My favorite is that they’ll run a “sale,” but will mark the majority of their items as new or best sellers so they don’t qualify. Sorry, your clothes are not worth $50. Finally, nothing is ever in stock for buy online and pick up in store. Yet, when I go into the store they have plenty of the items in my size they claim were not available. Clearly they do this so you can’t get the online sale prices they offer when you choose pickup. The only good thing is the rewards system.

AWFUL. This app is garbage. It constantly logs me out even though I select the option to stay logged in. When I try and log back in, I always have to change my password because it won’t recognize my login information. On the rare occasion I decide to shop on the app, it’s super slow and every few seconds I’ll get a “something went wrong” pop-up and I’ll refresh and it pops up again. This will happen whether I’m on WiFi or using my phone data. Shopping is not worth the hassle of this awful app. Forget about trying to view your favorites or your order history. It’ll display for a few seconds and then show a white screen. Making a credit card payment is impossible, I typically give up on trying to make the app work and will have to log in through the desktop site. I’ve been a cardholder for 3 years and using this app has made me decide to close my account because it’s consistently a bad experience.

No order history in app??????????????????. I like how all four stores can be used in one app, however when I place orders through the app or online, app doesn’t save my order history. The only thing I see is two old orders I placed several years ago..none of my recents show up at all unless I log into the website. So why even have an order history option in the app if it serves no purpose. I don’t care about my orders from 2-3 years ago..but even with that it’s not all the orders I’ve made in that past 2-3 years I’d say have at least 25-30 not 2. It annoys me because I can’t check my order status and it’s so inconvenient to have to log into the website when I do! PLEASE FIX THAT!

Losing sales due to app. This app NEVER, and I mean NEVER, works when it should. Every time I open it, it insists on being updated. After every update, it logs me out. When I try to log in, it always takes multiple attempts. I am never using the app to browse. If I open this app, I am in the store trying buy other colors or sizes by scanning an object in front of me or I am opening it to buy something based on an email they sent. If I click on the item in the email, I want to BUY IT. Right then. I don’t want to update, log back in three times, and then have to search the app for the item by name instead of just having it open to the link from the email. By the way, this same exact issue happens on the Athleta and Gap apps from the same company. You are losing $ by continuing to use crappy app design. Take some money, hire the people that run the Target app and get it together.

App is so-so/old navy cash is the best. I have mixed feelings about old navy. They do offer lots of options and many sizes including tall, which is great. But the pricing can be a little over and above what it should be when not discounted or when considered a “hot buy” or whatever they call the special pricing not eligible for further discounts. The app itself is pretty buggy so I understand the frustration. But I love the super cash. Not sure why everyone hates on it. $10 off of $25 is 40% off which is pretty great. And to anyone that prefers kohl’s cash, just try returning something that you earned kohl’s cash with. Good luck figuring out why you only got back $8 for $28 jeans! The creative arithmetic always lands in the stores favor and not the customer.

Major bug issues on the App.. Created an account and placed an order, exited the app, got back on day later to check shipping, tried to log into my account, it said my account didn’t exist and had no existing order, so basically the app lost it, I called customer support they found the order, so I mean, it’s whatever. It was delivered, just had no tracking and no History the order ever existed. Would also like to include that, everytime I open the app it instantly says “uh oh unable to connect please try to refresh” like it didn’t even try loading it just instantly says that when opening the app. Also, when logging in to my account, it takes 2 try’s every time, like that’s so inconvenient to enter my email and password TWICE just to check on an order. After the first attempt, it says “uh oh! We weren’t able to complete your request! Please try again” EVERY SINGLE TIME, but After the second attempt it works, of course lol, that’s literally annoying. I love shopping online for old navy but the app is so inconvenient. Would like to know who even rated this a 5 star.

Worst shopping app ever. I have purchased a lot from ON and Gap over the years—half my closet is from one of these stores. But the app has consistently been the worst shopping experience of any app I have used. It never remembers my login credentials even with Face ID saved, I have to go through the tutorial on how to use the app every time I log in, and it randomly crashes with a screen saying “something is wrong” multiple times, sometimes 3 or 4 in succession. I’ve had this experience for years and years with this app and can’t believe the developers aren’t aware of it by now. I don’t know anything about app development, but the only other app I have even remotely similar issues with has multiple brands within the same app so maybe putting the four brands together on one app just doesn’t work. I would gladly have BR and Athleta as separate apps to make the ON and Gap shopping experience more seamless. To me, those two are each in a different category anyway and should be separate.

Personal stylist. Aloha I’ve been a personal stylist for my daughter started a new position and has a little time to shop and doesn’t enjoy shopping as much as she used to therefore I’ve committed to helping her put together a wardrobe for casual work clothes, we live in Hawaii it’s very warm hot at times in since summer is arriving I’ve picked items for her to go to work in and also work remotely at her place she seems to enjoy 🏄🏽‍♀️my selections and if there is anything that doesn’t appeal to her I can always return it to the Alamoana store and check out the inventory there she does work for a nonprofit therefore her work attire is very casual laid-back low-key and usually I find what she’s looking for at the Old Navy store. Hurrah🤙🏼🌺💯☮️

Eternally glitchy. I love Old Navy, but this app is terrible. For as long as I’ve had it, it constantly has some bug or another. Updates are infrequent and with each version that is supposed to resolve one issue, another glitch is created. First, it never remembers my login information; even with TouchID enabled, I have to type in my login, and it doesn’t do the Keychain autofill/suggest either. And then after entering my credentials, it insists on showing me how to use the app - like a tap-through tour. The second most frustrating issue is related to browsing items. In the search results page, at some point in scrollling (typically toward the bottom of the page), it’s like the page refreshes and suddenly returns only 2-5 results, resetting my search and location on the page. I also wish there were more specific filter options, like by materials or inseam style or length. I won’t be continuing to shop at Old Navy via this app, but hey- maybe that means I’ll stop giving them all my money!

Great store but app need LOTS of work!. I’ve been shopping at ON for over 10 years now and I like the styles and deal they got but their app has major problems! It asks me to put in my address and phone number every single time I place an order even though I’m logged in to my account and use their credit card. It never seems to remember me. Such a time waster! Secondly, for the past several weeks every time I press the Place Order button it says that there’s been a misconnection and to call customer service to check if the order has been received. After it’s done that over 5 times on 5 different orders I just switched to their website instead of the app. Please fix this Old Navy!

Why is there a time limit on items in Carts and Save For Later?. Why can’t we just keep items in our shopping cart without it expiring and deleting on its own after a certain amount of time? It’s nothing to help me remember what I once put in there, so I thought I could count on the save for later but my stuff gets deleted from there after a certain amount of time too. The favorites would be helpful so I can keep track of what I like, but it’s glitchy now and nothing ever shows up when I try to go to it. So just how is a customer supposed to keep track of what they want to buy? Like I really don’t understand, y’all are really not helping customers spend more money at your store, instead you’re making it way harder than it has to be with useless rules about the shopping cart and save for later. The favorites isn’t working, how do you expect customers to buy anything with this buggy app. I’m going to delete it soon, the perk of the app was the favorites but that’s not even working so what’s the point of it anymore?

Long Tall Sally. I like the app in general. It’s one of the best I used. I realized after placing an order the other day that I forgot to apply my rewards points. It would be helpful if it asked if you wanted to use rewards points upon order completion. And then when I tried to cancel the order and place it again w rewards points I couldn’t figure out how to do that. That could be user error but it could also be easier to do so I didn’t have to call customer service to do it. The customer service rep was very helpful. I was frustrated to have to read off all the serial numbers for my rewards points. I felt like the customer service rep should’ve had access to my rewards points certificate numbers. But I love Old Navy and that they carry “Tall” sizes for us long legged girls!!

Can’t use Apple Pay and get free shipping. I placed an order a couple weeks ago, my fiancé didn’t end up liking the sleep pants or jacket I got him so I returned everything only to realize I was charged shipping. I figured I made a mistake. Shrugged it off. Then placed an order this morning. I was logged in to my account, went to checkout, chose Apple Pay, made sure I chose 3-5 day free shipping, double clicked to pay, order placed. Then go review my order in the email and see I was charged more, I went back to see what changed. I was charged shipping again, so now I know it wasn’t me a couple weeks ago. I called customer service and the lady told me that because I used “guest checkout” with Apple Pay, that’s why I was charged for shipping. I told her I was logged into my account. She gave me some attitude but ultimately refunded shipping for both. So you can use Apple Pay and pay for shipping, or you can use a CC on file and get free shipping. But you can’t use Apple Pay and get free shipping.

I love Old Navy. But… they need to change how they do business with the super cash, your clients come and shop to earn that wonderful discount only to find they can’t use them when they want on the items they want. Also, I do wish you could add a guide to the reviews section that has measurements added for the clients to add. Really, some shoppers have never learned how to leave informative reviews to help others shop. Height, weight, inseam, waist, breast, these measurements matter, giving body measurements helps others to know if the item will fit them. Saying, fits true to size is only saying it fits true to your size. We can have the same measurements but our proportions may be different. Or better yet, update your sizing guide with the correct measurements of each garment sold instead of a guide that is basic for everything because not every small, medium or large is the same in your products. Although I am thankful for the choice of regular, petite and tall. And why is everything made so boxy and big, you have cute stuff, but, for us girls who like to look cuter, most of the products are matronly or for larger women. With that said, I have all the matronly dresses, I just sized down and will take in where needed. All in all, I love Old Navy😁

App is annoying. Anytime I navigate away from the app, even for a second, it takes me back home, making me have to start my search all over again! That is annoying! Please change that. Maybe if I’m away for more than 10 min it can time out but if I need to respond to a text or do anything else I shouldn’t have to be forced to start over again from the home page! Also when searching for “womens dresses” I am unable to filter the results by size or anything else and I have to figure out what is available. That is super annoying as well. Also, don’t show the item If it’s out of stock! Take it down. Nothing worse than spending 15 min browsing only to not have anything in my cart because either it’s out of stock or my size isn’t available. Big reason why I don’t shop online with old navy. It’s too much trouble for basic clothing I can order from Macys or JCPenney where their apps are more thoughtful and efficient.

Never remembers me!!!. I LOVE OLD NAVY but the application needs lots of work. Like boat loads of work. The buying, browsing, shopping aspect is ok. Most times. If you’re like me when you shop you browse, save and come back. Well, when you returns to your favs only to find their gone. Need to manage your account? Too bad! No cards to show. Past order you need to check on? No past orders to show. I JUST ordered a $175 worth of merchandise 4 days ago and I have no past orders?? What gives Old Navy? I’ve had this card for 5+ years and I always shop and pay my bill via the app. Why is it always losing my information?? Constantly having to change my password like another reviewer said. So over this frustration! I’m a busy mom of 3 kiddos all under 4 years old. Give me convenience or I’ll delete my app and shop somewhere else!!!

Package MIA. My order was never sent to me. It was marked in my account as delivered, so I called customer service to tell them my package was never received and they said they would process me a refund. I got an email a few days later saying my “return request” had been processed. I never returned anything because i didn’t receive anything, and old navy should have separate process for orders that are MIA never get delivered to customers. As it is now, I’m still not sure what happened to my package and the company is doing nothing to fix the problem, but is pretending as though I just didn’t like my purchase which is a lie.

App need some chnages but store is awesome. I had been using old navy for quite a sometime and i am very happy with the styles, quality and selections available. However i am finding old navy app not user friendly these days. I have to enter my login information everytime i need to check out and have to add my phone number and address every time though my old navy credit card info is saved there. Also, coupon codes are mot saved automatically. On a different note, apps like macy and kohls provide me that flexibility and its easy to use them. Please fix these issues in the app to make it more user friendly

Efficient and easy. This app is so easy to use. I enjoy that I can oscillate between the gap company stores and purchase all at once. I enjoy that it keeps me logged in, keeps track of my rewards, and is easy to navigate. Once in awhile, I have a glitch in the filtering options, but nothing egregious. Since I have 3 kids 4 and under, this is almost exclusively where I shop and can get cute, inexpensive clothes that last. Suggestion: I wish that I could do a combined search between gap and old navy (i.e. search “toddler pajamas” and pajamas from both companies would pop up.)

I Love Old Navy!!! I don’t adore the app!. My BIGGEST and probably only complaint about the app is...when I’m looking through the items in any category, such as new arrivals, there is a certain point when the app jumps ahead to the end of the item list and doesn’t let me go back and see all that it skipped. I want to see ALL the items that are available, not just a few! It doesn’t do that on the website! This happens in GAP and Banana Republic as well on the app!! Please fix this problem!

Long time old navy customer. I love old navy. Their clothes have held up in quality and often very affordable. However this app drives me nuts. It does tend you log you out unexpectedly and sometimes after scrolling and scrolling that can be frustrating. Speaking of scrolling, this app is so glitchy. I try to scroll down and the page jumps up, which makes the menu at the top come down and so it’s this fight to just seamlessly scroll. I think overall the UX of this app needs improvement when it comes to navigating. I will say there has been improvements over the years so I’m sure they are working on it.

Not bad. Getting a bunch of great discounts on this app that aren’t available in stores is pretty nice however, there are a couple of annoying things about this app that make it so 2006... One is, I swear this app asks me to login more than my banking app. It feels like I need to login every time I switch tabs. Honestly, it should always have me logged in after I create an account and maybe just verify if my account is still active in the background or something. This app was built as if we don’t lock or phones or something. Secondly, I’ve ordered a ton though this, what is with the 2 week shipping on every order I make (3 orders so far), how is this even a thing anymore? Yikes

No star ratings until you fix these problems with your app. I’ve always used my old navy app and enjoyed it BUT since Nov. 2022 it has been VERY VERY DIFFICULT to use it. I can’t get past the home page. It’s either forever buffering or will stay blank. Apparently I’m not the only one having issues. Come on Old Navy, DO BETTER!!! You’re a big department franchise. You’re up there with Target, Wal-Mart. Most of everyone wears your brand. Your online buyers should get the same great service as your store buyers. For the people (for whatever reason) doesn’t go to the store this is so frustrating, and annoying.

Constant challenges. I’ve been having issues with the app not letting me sign in on the first attempt. It would give me an error message but then it would work on the second try. Now it won’t even let me sign in at all. It just sits there like it’s loading but doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I’ve tried turning my phone off and back on again. I even tried deleting things off my phone to create more storage. Nothing has worked. It’s not as convenient to shop from the actual website but right now it’s the only option because the app is useless. I’ve read other reviews that mention the same challenges. Wish someone had a solution for it.

Love old navy, despise the app. It’s hard to believe this large of a company can have this terrible of an app. The favorite feature has never worked even though I’m signed in. I can “heart” things all day long but when I go to look at my favorites, it’s always blank and gives me a message that some of my favorites are out of stock. As your browsing and scroll, it constantly takes you back to the beginning, losing your spot. Two new issues - can’t even sign in and can’t add anything to my cart. The sign in page is completely blank. When I go to add something to my cart, I get a loading circle for minutes until I eventually just give up. Stick with their website, it also has issues (can’t look at your favorites) but was less of a headache than the app.

App Faster than website. Much more easier and faster to access especially for major sale days. I found the website via mobile lagged so badly especially around midnight. I downloaded the app and it much easier to access the checkout than it failing to get there. Makes my shopping experience smoother. I can add my favorites on the add and keep track of them when new color come or whenever they’re on sale. Pixie full lengths and pjs are my favorite. I can locate what’s available locally and online at the same time. I like the local pick up option as well. Promotional codes always visible. Never hidden or feeling cheated.

Annoying app!. I never leave a review (good or bad) on anything, but this app is probably the worst out of all my shopping apps. It kicks me out of my login almost daily, it resets if I I have to answer a call so I can’t continue off from where I was prior to the call, but I have to say the most annoying thing about this app is that it won’t load my favorites. Not ever! You’d think with kicking me off and me having to login it a few times daily it would reset itself and fix whatever bug it has going on. It does not and it’s been moooonths. I purchase so much less than I would because of this. I don’t have time to scroll and browse to see what does and does not have a heart. Super frustrating. Hope this gets fixed…..

App does not work. The app used to work great, but now it’s just a waste of space on your phone. This issue has been going on for MONTHS, and no one seems to even be close to fixing it. I’ve sent messages to their feedback email address only for every single message to go unanswered. It seems like more and more issues are arising with the app too. I used to be able to browse the app at least. In total, I cannot login, browse, add to cart or checkout as a guest, and heaven forbid I leave the app for a second because the app refreshes itself the moment you leave it. I haven’t bought anything from old navy since the app broke. It was so convenient and easy before and now it’s literally the worst.

I love my Old Navy. You can uses their card for anything then it pays you back with $ you can spend at old Navy, Gap , B. Rep. And Av.. The site is much easier to navigate in checking out. When add how much you want to uses of your reward point/$ you have to go to the bottom to a faded out area type in how much you want to use them if everything looks right on that page you have yo go to top right corner click a very tiny writhing that says SAVE. You all need fox that. Just another hoop to jump through but I hope this helps. I still love you ON

Great App but deceiving prices. Love shopping online through this app. But beware, during a sale, online will have huge mark ups on items to make it seem like a “better deal”. I’ve gone in store and have been told this is what they do. I’ve even spoken to managers over the phone about this and their “super cash” savings scam. You’re required to spend a certain amount to even use the money they reward you with for spending so much already. So if you really want to make sure you are getting the best deal when they do have “sales”, go in store and compare prices by using the search bar to scan Bar codes. I’ve saved hundreds- thousands of dollars. Just a tip from a fellow Navyist.

Most of my wardrobe!. It seems that lately Old Navy is my go to for everything that I need to have a multifaceted life with a multifaceted closet!! The linen pants have been a favorite of mine for the last few years. Easy, comfy fit with a beach vibe coming from the white pair to a Friday at the office vibe coming from the black pair. Old Navy is also one of the best places for staples like t shirts, knit shirts, and active wear. Shipping is great as well. Pricing is crazy and some days with the specials codes, you can get some fantastic deals!! Old Navy gets and A+ from me!

App Not Working. I haven’t had a problem with the Old Navy App until today. At checkout I input my Old Navy credit card information and clicked on “Next” and it showed the round pinwheel for a few seconds and then it went away but the page didn’t switch to the next page; there was no error, no “you forgot a few more details”, nothing. I tried it a few more times (signing out, signing back in, closing app completely and opening it up, checking the card number was input correctly, etc.) it wouldn’t go to the “Review” tab. Finally I decided to order through the actual website and it worked perfectly.

App Glitches as You Scroll. This app feels like it was deigned in 2010 (good concept, poor execution). The most recent roll out of “bug fixes” is cause glitches when you scroll. Go into any section like “New and Now” and at some point while scrolling it will restart causing you to lose your place and cutting off how far you can scroll back. I know it’s an industry cliche that for every big you fix 3 more pop up but this app does that to the extent that it’s almost like a design feature. Every time functionality is improved in one area it falls apart in another. Either the team that’s testing the app isn’t being comprehensive or they are and no ones listening to them. Deleting app, if I want to shop going forward I’ll just use my computer.

BROKEN. There are so many things broken with this app. 1. Doesn’t save page if you minimize app. So if you are in the middle of shopping and made a nice filtered list to shop through and get a text, it will reset the app the the main page. 2. Doesn’t save login info. You have to relog every time you open the app. 3. Doesn’t save facial recognition setting. No matter how many times I have updated it in my settings it will not let me log in with facial recognition. Once I type my user name and password and log in then it acts like it is using facial recognition which defeats the purpose. 4. The app resets every new session. So every time I open the app it forces me to click through the intro on how to use the app and doesn’t let me skip it. 5. Switching between tabs also logs you out. Any time I go to check points and go back to shop it logs me out and the annoying cycle begins again. 6. *bonus* Filtering is garbage. Like if I’m shopping for jeans why can’t I filter colors like light vs dark vs black. If I want something specific I should be able to filter it… come on it’s 2022. It is time to update your filtering settings.

Glitching currently which is super annoying!. I’ve loved this app for a while but there are two issues: -the app has been glitching a lot despite updating it. When I search something such as baby clothes and I am scrolling down to look at all the items, it will glitch and move me to another spot but also remove items which I can view and cuts the inventory down big time. So annoying. - you can’t write review on the app. I love to give feedback and read feedback as well! Also it is likely that people who have the app are frequent Old Navy shoppers like myself so it would make sense to let us write reviews in the app ourselves. I’m hoping the developers will read this and make improvements!

Great App and Easy to Use. Just one thing. This app is really amazing and super user-friendly. I find it really easy to navigate the only thing that I didn’t like is that when you favorite items that are sold out, they are removed from your favorites. I feel like you should still be able to favorite the item for whenever (in the event that) it comes back in stock. Maybe you wanna go back and look at it again or show somebody but you can’t because it’s gone you know? I understand removing it from your cart maybe since you can’t buy it , but there should still be a ‘save for later option’ per se.

Website is better than app. So I love old navy & I love shopping here both online & in store but the website is definitely better than the app. The app constantly logs you out & makes you log back in & barely recognizes Face ID (only works about 10% of the time). It does not let you see the discounted price on the individual item you buy like it does on the website—only the overall discount amount. Finally, the website shows you when a store nearby has the item you’re looking for in stock the app doesn’t. The reason I gave this one star is because the whole point of apps is to make it easier to access info than having to log into the website & that’s not the case here

Great with glitches.. While I do love the ease of not having to go into the store and shop via app, there are a few glitches or things that are lacking that I would prefer to have. 1) my favorites are never saved. So every time I close the app, I loose whatever I liked. 2) there is no option to write reviews on the app. You usually get an email, which takes you to a webpage, where you have to manually sign in, in order to write a review. 3) I get the security of having to sign in every time you place an order, but it goes back to the favorites thing. I would like for the app to save who I am and then ask for my fingerprint when I want to place an order 4) sometimes when you’re browsing, the same items pop up two or three times in the same sequences Lastly...5) I can leave consumer feedback through the app about the app. It won’t allow me to or I would be writing all this in the “suggest updates” section. However, I do love Old Navy and will continue to buy things using the app. There are just several things that need to be adjusted for the perfect app experience

Um ok what?. I love Old Navy. My entire wardrobe is Old Navy. The app though, I don’t know but it’s not helpful. I am me, a woman so any button I hit with a generic prompt like SALE sends me to women, ok. But then I look and see if I can choose male, and I can but not from there or any prompt, only the shop by department. Then I don’t see the sale stuff, and the first category is alternative sizes or something. So if I am not a man and have a signed in account as a woman, I am not supposed to easily by men’s clothes? I find this incredibly deterring. If I am not at home with my laptop I cannot easily purchase gifts through the app only stuff for me and that really doesn’t help me at almost Christmas season and looking to spend a bunch of money easily is prob what the earner,Old Navy, wants?

Great but can be better. I really like the idea of shopping a and paying for my shopping( credit card) all in the same place. But i would appreciate having store inventory available. I mean i would like to know exactly what items are present in my nearest store.. for example sale items, clearance etc. so i can shop knowing i am not missing out on anything by not heading to the store. And the prices are different too by the way from app to store. I mean that policy should be changed. Nothing to do with the app. The app works really well.

Major flaw…. There is no cancel order option in this app. I tried to cancel my order within minutes of placing my order and paying. I called customer support and got the run around from representatives reading from a corporate script. (Of course they outsource it which just adds another level of dissatisfaction to the process.) 24 hours after I placed the order, I was notified that it was being shipped. (I had been told that a cancel order request was being submitted. I do not believe this.)) I contacted CS again and was told nothing could be done and I would not get my refund until the package arrived at my address and I returned it. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. This entire fiasco could have been prevented if the App included a cancel order option or button.

Thank You for Not Leaving Out Plus Size Women. Old Navy is the only women’s store that offers plus size clothing that is exciting and feminine. If you go on the standard women’s section of the website and see something you like, you will also find the same style, or very close to it in the plus size section of the website. Finally, a women’s store that figured out that using more material to make things in plus size is not just smart for Old Navy, but doesn’t leave out a large section of the population of women who want to look nice as well.

Easy to use app. Easy to navigate and use- But would like it easier for finding where to enter promo codes and easier for entering (maybe add scanner) so we don’t have to type it. Also, wasn’t obvious where to change shipping options (to free shipping. ) Also, the free shipping of $50 should have automatically been put in once checkout is at $50, which it isn’t , and it’s not until the end where you have to edit it and personally select it, seems like a sneaky way to get that last few dollars in for shipping if someone wasn’t paying attention and assumed the free shipping was automatically selected upon checkout being at $50.

App Review. This review only applies to the app, not the store or merchandise. The app works okay- when is actually works. Unfortunately, this isn’t often. I access this app least once a week to shop and look at new merchandise and for the past year the required updates have gotten out of hand. I have a required update every time I use this app which is such a pain point and makes me want to not use the app at all. I have abandoned multiple purchases because of this. To make matters even more frustrating, the app has combined with Gap, Banana Republic and Atheltica so when I switch shops, those sites have updates as well. This brand seems to have constant UX problems and bugs on both desktop and mobile versions.

Makes you log in... over and over!. Unlike most other apps that allow you to stay logged in when toggling between tabs, or uses touch login, my app makes me log in over and over again every single session! I love the user friendliness overall, but this feature feels like a bug vs. a security feature meant to protect users, and impacts the app experience a lot! You should put it in the development queue and fix it! And at least, allow the user to save their user name so they don’t have to re-enter that every time too!

Honestly the worst shopping app I use. The 4.9* rating in the App Store is a joke. Every person on here is complaining about the same issues I have been experiencing for YEARS. And somehow they are still not fixed. —Constant sign in issues. Being forced to log in over and over during a single session. After entering login info it says “there was an unexpected error. Please try again later” But at this point it’s not unexpected. It has happened *almost* every single time for years. —also stock information is often incorrect. It will let me add something to the cart and when I try to check out less than one minute later it says out of stock. But then it will still let me go back and add it to the cart again after that.

I can’t see my favorites…. Not sure if this is an iPhone problem or not but I am not able to see my favorites. They never load. I can add things to my favorites all day then when I go to see the items I’ve added I either get a blank page or an error. Very annoying. The app on my old Droid phone worked perfectly and I was able to use every function of the app without issues. Also annoying that I can’t access my credit card from the app itself and have to login to the Barclay’s site every time. I’ve just been using the website instead of the app until this bug is fixed.

Wrong items shipped. I received items I never ordered and nothing that I actually ordered. They said I needed to return the packages before I could place my order again or get a refund. I spent 2 hours on customer service chats only to have them be “disconnected” which was quite annoying. I also do not live close to a UPS or a old navy store. So now it will be a four hours of my time for a mistake they made. I think they sold me items that were not in stock during a sale and sent me something else because they wanted the money! And now are wasting my time so I can be refunded! I will never order anything from their online store again! They also took 2 weeks to Ship the items!! Beyond frustrated!

Convenient but needs tweaking. The app is convenient for shopping, looking up orders and rewards. One drawback is that the reviews don’t show the responses to sizing (too short, runs large etc.). The reviews are also in tiny text that cannot be enlarged. I always read reviews before a purchase and it’s super inconvenient to have to look the item up using a web browser so I can read the reviews. Another thing I find annoying is not being able to filter out maternity items when looking at women’s clothes. I think it’s great that Old Navy has maternity options available for those that need it, but I don’t want to scroll through them when shopping for myself.

Love App, Hate credit card. Love the app for the most part. A lot of times Old Navy is out of my size so it’s very disappointing. Will never use my Old Navy card again. If you are late on your payment by 1 day, they charge $40 late charge. Reached out to customer service to waive the late fee as a one-time courtesy (which they did cause I’m never late on my payments) but they still charged me $2.01 on the interest of the late charge. It’s the principle that I had to pay $2.01 on a late fee that was waived so I will NEVER use the Old Navy credit card again!! It was very frustrating and I won’t support a company by using their credit card for stupid practices like this!

Filters could use some work. It is frustrating to search the site using the filters to narrow down what I’m looking for, only to click on what should be available and see it’s not available in the size you filtered it for in the first place. I also don’t understand why they show what is no longer in stock. Shopping this app during the holidays was impossible. Everything I happen to click on would automatically show as out of stock. Which is understandable, except you take the time to use filters so that it should only show what is available! Nothing worse than finding exactly what you want only to find it’s not actually there or in the size you were hoping for.

Horrible App. There needs to be a option for 0 stars. This app has been broke for awhile now. I’ve called and complained 3 times and this is my second bad review. Customer service can’t help you at all with technical difficulties. It is impossible to shop on the app because it constantly scrolls to some other place leaving you to constantly have to start over. I don’t know about you but when I’m shopping for my family, I don’t have time to keep starting over. Very glitchy and your losing customers. Also please bring back the plus size category. We don’t want to have to filer through ALL the woman’s clothes.. again takes to much time when the filters constantly reset! OLD NAVY— READ THESE REVIEWS AND FIX THE ISSUE ALREADY!

Finally!. I’ve had this app for about two years now and loved for the most part. The one problem I had was that it wouldn’t keep me signed in and I had to try to remember the password every time was trying to get in. The last update fixed that and the app is now perfect. I like being able to switch between stores (Gap/Banana Republic/Old Navy) and if I happen to find something online and save it to my cart, when I open the app, the item is waiting. One change I would like is to have access to the Gap Factory and Banana Republic Factory stores on the app.

App allowed me to create 2 identical accounts. Like many others - I have felt nothing burning rage towards this app. It logs you out constantly, doesn’t allow you to log back in half of the time. The amount of times I have to had to use, “Forgot Password” function is unreal. Most recently, I was able to login - but it required me to “Verify My Identity” by logging into the web browser version. Fine. HOWEVER, the ONLY option I was given to “Login” was to create a new account. I attempted to create a literally identical account in hopes that it would register and notify me of an existing account and hopefully allowing me to actually sign in. That was, however, NOT the case. It created an identical account and will now ONLY allow me to login using this account. My Old Navy card, Rewards, and personal account information are all gone. I’m unable to login to Barclay’s now to pay my credit card bill. And that’s literally ONLY login issues. Don’t get me started on the app functionality. You can be browsing, casually scrolling and then loose your progress. Or they remove large chunks of selections to view. The app crashes regularly and is, overall, complete trash. -10/10, would not recommend.

The First Store I check when I need Anything. Old Navy is my GO TO STORE. When I need clothes for work, I check Old Navy first. When I need clothes for Any Event, I go to Old Navy. I think what I love best about this store is that a large part of their clothes are plain (as in no logos). This is extremely useful for me in a lot of situations where I need to look good, but at the same time I want to be subtle, and having no logos does that. There’s never a time I go in store and walk out with nothing. I’m so grateful to have a clothing store I love so much, and I never break the bank when I shop there. Can’t Say Enough about Old Navy!!

Not user friendly. Every single time I want to log into my account (to shop or pay my bill)my password doesn’t work and I have to change it. This is on the app and through the website. Each and every time I need to get on I have to go through the whole “forgot my password” hassle. I have done this at least 10 times if not more. I will pay this card off and not use it anymore. And to top it off they lowered my credit when my overall credit usage (all my cards) was higher than even I liked. However I never once made a late payment to them, or any of my cards for that matter. My credit is good, I just received a VISA with a $10,000 limit so that says a lot about my credit. I paid off all my balances and Synchrony still won’t extend my credit. I love Old Navy’s style and pricing. But from here on out I refuse to do any business with Synchrony Bank.

It’s okay, but -. It never stays logged in. I constantly have to re-log in and re-enable Touch ID which is really frustrating, especially when it happens after leaving the app for only a minute. And the app always seems to have problems loading my favorited items, it’ll sometimes just say that I don’t have any and then won’t be able to refresh the page. Hope they fix these things, because other than those issues it’s a good app!

Okay… but annoying. When I’m using the app sometimes I will get distracted and open up a different app and within 5 minutes or less go back to the Old Navy app and I’m logged out. This has happened with even just answering a text on my phone and then opening the app back up. While it’s a small inconvenience it’s so annoying to constantly have to log back in. Other than that the app is fine. I do wish there was a feature for reviews where people could put their height, weight, and what size they bought like American eagle does. Or even where you can select if an item runs big or small.

Update requires new password?. I believe there was a change to the overall old navy system. I updated the app and could no longer sign in. I attempted to reset my password and then realized they changed the requirements for the password. It would've been nice if they made that clear. But whatever. Love the app. The mobile site never works properly and freezes. Plus the app saves my cart for extended period of times. Like if I earn super cash, I'll add something to my cart that I want to buy when I go to redeem the super cash and it stays there until I delete it or buy it. It works great for me!

App is so messed up!!. I love Old Navy usually, but their app was SO messed up last time I ordered that I won’t shop using it again!! First of all, I clicked in browse to view “women’s tshirts”, then clicked “sort by price”. Was excited to see a couple more show up that hadn’t before - until I noticed AFTER the shipping of items that one of the shirts I had ordered was a child’s size! Why would a child’s size shirt show up in “women’s tshirts”?! Of course said item was on clearance and not returnable too!! To make it worse, I clicked through to one of the “contact us” pages, which showed both a phone and an email, spent all the time writing out an email, then got an auto response saying that it was an “unmonitored mailbox”?!? What the heck!!?

Log In Hassle. I have had the app for years now but the past couple of months it’s been struggling. Every time it is open it request to register/log in. Even if it was open 10mins ago it request this and does not allow Touch ID even though it was set up the previous log in. Then once you do log in it gives the tutorial of the cart... It does not recognize this is not the first time using/opening app. It’s become a hassle and just end up closing the app and wait to get to a computer but that doesn’t always happen so I end up not shopping here. Not sure if other experience this but unfortunate since I love the brand.

Love this app!. This app has helped me so much when coming to shopping. For instance, i looked on so many apps and websites for the perfect bathing suit. No luck until i found old navy. I never knew the ye had an app until i got a gift card for it in a pandemic 😷. So i found the perfect bathing suit and i am so grateful! But... I find myself going BACK to the shopping bag finding my items are gone that i picked out the day before or even minutes before! Then i went back to to e item and it was sold out in my size. Please fix this issue because i was excited to get the swimming suit and now i can’t because of the shopping back incident. But besides that i love the app.

The best app for online shopping!. Old navy is my absolute favorite store. They are constantly getting in new items, and it is great for a teaching wardrobe as well as everyday fits! The app has deals going on all the time! It is so helpful to have exclusive discounts through the app that’s not always in store. The app makes it so easy to buy from home. I thought I would hate buying online since I can’t try it on, but the old navy app allows for quick returns in store and through mail!
