App screws you over. This app blows. The app took a pic of my receipt, which took forever to work, then said it ‘failed’ cause it couldn’t read it. I was in a bright area with a dark background, and the app took the pic automatically itself. Then I got an email that said to re-submit it. I went to to do that, and the items I needed to check mark were magically gone. I went into ‘cash back status’ under ‘action needed’. It said I had a pending receipt, but the screen was blank. I emailed 4 times with no response. Don’t use this app, they take every step to screw you over any way they can. Use IBOTTA, FETCH REWARDS, or CHECKOUT51. If there’s any issue in these apps, they actually respond to you and take care of the problem ASAP.

App is a waste of time. I’ve submitted 3 receipts and all of them had to be resubmitted and we’re never accepted. I gave up on the first 2 receipts after resubmitting them 3 times. On the third receipt I contacted customer service, was never contacted and resubmitted it a fourth time to have it rejected again. I give up. I think it’s a piece of junk app, waste of time and sometimes money. They scam you into thinking it works when it doesn’t. I’ve read several reviews that were negative/against the app but have 4 and 5 stars, so I believe it’s actual rating is FALSE and it’s only positive because the company responds to the posts and the ratings are changed when still the consumer isn't satisfied.

Horrible app and horrible customer service. I was excited about this app and it had great potential if they could fix multiple issues. Cash back is not instantaneous. Every time I submit a receipt it says it should appear in within 15 minutes but take as long as three weeks. It has always taken me three weeks or longer to get cash back. Contact customer support through the app is an absolute joke. Every other app I use allows me to easily create a ticket and I get an email confirming a ticket has been submitted. Multiple emails to customer service either go unanswered or the answer is a generic response. At this point I only submit the receipt for items I would buy anyway, that way if the other cash shows up it’s simply a bonus.

Thumbs down for me. I’m not sure I like this app. They literally sent me an email this morning for new offers. I submitted the receipt and scanned the product, and now the offer is no longer available. This is the second time this happened to me. I went to Walmart to do grocery shopping, so I had multiple offers on that one trip. I had a very long receipt and snapped SEVERAL pictures of the same receipt for every available offer. Then I get all of these emails about there was a snag and they needed the date, store info. Submitted again, never received my cash back. Pretty sure I’ll be deleting this app. Their camera never works. It says the receipt needs to be on a dark background. My desk is all black. I’ve tried black clothing. Still doesn’t work. So I use the manual option. They pick and chose what they want to send you and offers disappear for no reason.

Waste of time. This app is seriously such a waste of time. I’ve only had it a couple months, snd of the 5 times I’ve tried to submit a receipt I’ve had to contact customer support three times. Don’t buy things to get the rebate, it’s a 50/50 shot of whether you will or not. It took them 1 and a half weeks to figure out how to connect my PayPal account. Then they claimed it was fixed, but low and behold it wasn’t. Two more weeks they finally figured it out. Now I’m waiting on them to give me my 2.28 cents for hot dogs buns. They keep telling me my account doesn’t match up as having the offer - and yet, I have several screenshots to prove that I do have it. And not only is customer service incompetent, they are slow. It takes days to get them to respond Even though I immediately answer when they send a message. This app is a hot mess and will be deleted. It’s literally not worth it, I’ll stick with Ibotta and fetch.

Don’t Waste Your Time. This app used to be ok, however for the past two weeks and once more in the past the stop paying. When it happened the first time I thought there was a glitch in their system but this time I looked deeper and discovered that their issue is bigger. It seems like their financial management team are having issues with managing their funds if they have any left. I tried to contact the support team because although my receipts were processed and the credit was issued the money never were deposited in my PayPal account. They responded my case is being escalated but a week later I still haven’t heard from them or receiving any credit. I referred 3 friends and they told me they are having the same issue. If you don’t have money to distribute just be honest and inform your customers it’s that simple. There are other apps with more offers and reliable payout once you make the purchases. Stay away from this app until they get their act together if they ever will reach that level.

Cash back ok if receipts are scanned. The processing time has improved for scanned receipts....finally. But they still have a lot of work to do on linked cards. I occasionally get a notice from PayPal that I have received money, But I have no idea what offer was successful. No matching email from you and nothing shows up in redemption history. Suppose I expected two offers to produce rebates. I cannot even tell which one worked so I can check the fine print and see if there is a good reason the other one did not. But the biggest problem is what appears to be a limit of one when linking store loyalty cards. Period. If a household has two cell phones, it can easily have two loyalty cards. Why do you care whether he or she picked up diapers? And trying to switch the app between accounts simply doesn’t work. Stop assuming all husbands are coupon trainable. And stop displaying some nonexistent cryptic card number when I link a phone number. I cannot even tell easily which account is linked at any given moment.

Can not log back into my account. I got an update for this app and once it was installed I was asked to log back into the account, once I updated the app I got locked out!!! I started to like this app but now I can not get back into my account even trying to reset from my email. All I get is there’s already an account with that phone number you can not log in. Well… duh it’s my account with my number yet this app has locked me out preventing me from going further with its use. When I try to contact support it says there’s an error what gives!!!!!! Update still NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of phone app space

It’s okay but not best! Frustrating. I admit I was excited to use this app and get electronic coupons printed or add directly to your store Loyalty card. But the app does have issues. I have been having issues with my STOP AND SHOP loyalty card linking to my app it’s just so frustrating and annoying that I have been looking for another COUPON APP to compare to this one. Also not every Grocery store is listed on app there are many stores that are not available. Such as Market Basket (Demoulas) that’s a huge chain and it’s not on list. CVS is another chain that is not on list. Very disappointed indeed!!!

Horrible APP - Updated. Update: If things couldn’t get any worse..My husband created an account for himself and his needs and we were truly embarrassed when his account was able to print the coupons but neither Giant Food nor Wal-mart could read the coupons!!! I spend on average $300 every two weeks supporting two households. So, I had high hopes for this app...S A D. I have waisted many hours of my life that I will never get back trying to get coupons that I can use. I can print all sorts of things on my iPad with the exception of coupons through this App! To make matters even worse, Procter &Gamble use this company for their customers to print from. Their interface takes you through an endless loop of getting verification codes that they don’t recognize and then it takes you back to the input mobile number screen! Gggrrrrrhhhhh! I will now get the Sunday paper and kill trees needlessly....

Where are the barcodes and where is the grocery IQ update. You would be surprised how many people are still using Grocery IQ. Please update Grocery IQ on the iPhone as the new iOS update disabled it. I noticed it was still available for Google. It would be nice if you added your coupons back to it and put barcodes in there. Combine the two apps again. It would greatly be appreciated. If you have a barcode they can scan it at the checkout and get credit for it. Grocery IQ not having barcodes bothers me. For years it's always been my go to shopping list and it has all my grocery list on it which I can't get to now. If you have a barcode they can scan it and get credit for it at the grocery store. I know you want our loyalty card numbers but that's personal and very private (covered by the stores privacy policy). It's bad enough that we even have to use a loyalty card. I'd rather let the checkout person scan the coupon's barcode. Printing out coupons is awkward and unnecessary in today's modern society. Paper coupons are pretty much obsolete. If you're trying to get credit for each coupon used, work a deal with each store that when that coupons barcode is scanned it informs you so you can collect on your percentage. Another way to do it is when you scan the coupon it can register with you thru the apps location where you used it so you can get credit for it. I definitely have some good ideas for grocery IQ if you're interested.

What the heck!?!. I really loved this app and got so many of my family and friends to use it because I HAVE saved money and it most definitely WAS worth my time..until about 7 days ago!! After my last payment from Coupons it won’t even open..not thru my phone not thru my computer not on my husbands phone..NOTHING!! I’ve offloaded it..I’ve reloaded it..I’ve put in 4 separate help requests and have not heard anything back from anyone..What the actual fudgesicle is up with this friggen app/website?!? Is there only a certain amount of money you’re allowed to save before you unexpectedly get the boot or what?? Jeez..what a crappy crappy way to just cut people off!!

Worst app ever, WORTHLESS. App won’t honor discounts, I tried to submit several times the same receipts because it kept stating the product wasn’t in the receipt even though it states EGGS with capital letters. Then I tried several times to submit for a dove deodorants, bread, glade, scrubbing bubbles, I got the same, product is not in the receipts and try to take another pick and try again which I did still won’t grant me with the cash back. This app is a waste of time and is not worth my frustration. If the company does not want to give money back for items purchased, they should simple remove the app and be clear in their description that is almost impossible to get cash back with their app.

Not happy!!!!. I sign up through my email it won't slow me to do so, in fact it wants me to log in with Facebook so it can see who my friends are and see what I post etc.... using coupons has nothing todo with Facebook period!!! If you don't allow me to use my Email then why give the option? It tells me my email is already in use🤔🤔🤔 and can't sign in. I don't want to use my Facebook for to get coupons and to get rebates. This is just a way to post advertising on my Facebook news feed , I don't like my news feed filled with advertisements about this app when in reality it's not worth the headache to get it to let me sign in through my email. I'm deleting this. Bye 👋 by the way it's not worth even one star!!!

Lots of Coupons ...But NO SUPPORT. I have had absolutely no help in getting my link to PayPal corrected. PayPal was fabulous. On the phone with me for over an hour doing testing. They concluded that everything was fine on their side but they would be happy to meet with someone from your team. I have sent three emails to this affect. I got one generic response saying I might want to try again. I am so disappointed. As an avid couponer I would really like to use the digital coupons on your site. I have arthritis and it is getting harder and harder to cut coupons out so I am doing as much as I can digital. And so many times I will find deals....and the link is to your site. And the wind goes out of my sails. Surely you have someone on your IT team who cares enough to spend a few minutes to see what the problem is. At this point it appears not!!

App is just ok, needs added mandatory features. Getting coupons is great, don’t get me wrong, but multiple things hinders me from using the app, here are the top 4: 1. Lack of stores. They lack an abundance of stores like CVS, Rite Aid, etc. major country wide stores that most every app has. 2. There is no option to upload receipt the retailer has a customer card. So say I forget to check the app prior to going shopping which often happens, I am unable to access the coupons. It is in essence “too late”. But if the store doesn’t have a card you can upload. This should be an option. 3. The BIGGEST fault of this app and really what makes me close it almost every time I open it is the inability to filter coupons while browsing within a store, or/and they are not categorized into sections, for example: Frozen, Pantry, Household, Beauty, Dairy etc. 4. The majority of the coupons are for household items. I would enjoy more food items seeing as the only stores available are food grocery stores. Another tip for developers would be having some different and greater value coupons to pull more people in to use the app, if that’s what they are going for.

Excuse after excuse for not honoring rebates.. Your app still does not work. You sent me a email that I would receive my rebates within so many days. Time is up and I haven’t received a thing. I entered another rebate and it does the same thing. Verify this verify that when it was already done, shouldn’t need to be done everytime and still receipts don’t show in the account although your email says you received them. This app worked fine before you changed it and should now. People don’t have time to jump through hoops to get their rebates. You give people so many different excuses and things to do it’s ridiculous. It looks like nobody knows what the problem is and you need to admit that and take it down. The complaints you have this sounds like a scam. I just received another response from you to do things I have already done and my account says it was done but still no rebates just your incorrect response. Funny thing is a prior email said I would receive my rebates in so many days and everything was fine. Still nothing shows not even receipts. Sounds like your having fun playing a mind game. Your app should be removed from the App Store until you know it works properly. I’ve never seen such nonsense in my life. You should and will be reported for not paying people their rebates. Don’t waste your time with this app people. Report them if you don’t receive the rebates you have already submitted or the balance transfer from Savings Star.

Has something changed?. I am trying to submit a receipt for multiple items. I clicked the plus signs for the items. I received credit for 1 item. I received a message back saying I needed to activate the other item. In the mean time I also found another item that I had purchased that qualified for a rebate. I clicked this plus sign as well before I resubmitted the receipt. I also clicked the box in my list. Am I missing something as far as activating the receipts? I’ve been using the app for a while and have never had to do anything else besides click the plus sign, scan the bar codes and take a picture of the receipt. When I message asking for assistance, the only response I receive is telling me to activate the offer. That is not helpful if they don’t explain what I am doing wrong. Please help!

Coupons App Hits & Recent Issue. So here we have an app that normally functions just fine... Love this and it always adds coupons so you get fresh printable choices. But here we go now ... I’ve recently encountered what I believe to be a bug. I deleted and signed in again thinking it was a glitch. To no avail ... I am stumped ... The printers are searched for but never found plus I can’t back out of it and it never completes that printer search leading me to believe it needs something ... glitch addressed ... tested to see that this problem is an across the board problem... with the lack of printability of my chosen coupons the app has now become worthless to me but I have used it for several years trouble free (platform is for use with iPad ... and I tried deleting the app then reinitializing it from the cloud. I haven’t tried an iPad shutdown and reboot yet. Help! - An otherwise very satisfied user of your app. Still awaiting a fix for inoperable app! Won’t leave the search for printers screen ... is now totally worthless! Can’t use it anymore. Developer check!

First receipt and I’ve already got $$ back!. Of all the discount and coupon apps this has been the best so far. Ibotta and similar apps have very specific discounts on things I wouldn’t normally buy. They also have specific dollar amounts you have to reach first in order to get cash back. This app allows me to link my paypal and get almost instant cash back! Also it includes brand coupons instead of specific product coupons so I actually get to use the coupons!

PRINT FROM WEBSITE ONLY!!!! Don’t print from the app directly!!!!. Overall the app is great with all of the discounts and coupons it offers but I’ve been running into an issue where it can’t find my printer despite my device/s being connected. I’ve checked that both the device/s and the printer being used (HP 640 wireless) are up to date but the app still won’t recognize. It IS however possible to print directly from the website but make sure you do this first as I tried to print directly from the app initially and when it wouldn’t work, I couldn’t print the coupons I wanted at all anymore (limit reached message on any coupons I tried printing from the app). I’ll update this review once the bugs are fixed but until then, just be careful about printing from the app.

App is STILL not worth the time!. I agree with others that they mislead you into buying a product and do not honor the coupon. It is almost impossible to contact them as well. One time I actually got through and received a generic response that resolved nothing. One example is Orgain has had a rebate on there for almost 2 months now with an expiration date of August 1. I have bought the item and tried to claim the rebate 6 times ($9 worth). The reason they give for not honoring it is I either purchased it before the rebate was valid (how is that possible?) or that the rebate is expired. Again, the rebate is still on the app and it still has an expiration date of August 1. There are much better apps out there with customer service that actually wants to resolve issues and do not sucker you into buying and not honoring the coupon. Try ibotta and Checkout 51. You will not be disappointed with these two and actually save money. Update: there is a rebate for 2.50 on eggs. I have experienced the same frustration on trying to redeem that rebate. Over and over I submit my receipt and a photo of the egg carton with the UPC, and it gets denied. Again, no one contacts me and you never receive the money.

Grocery iQ needs update; lists held hostage. You took over the grocery IQ app a few years ago but with the new iPhone update a few days ago I now cannot access it: “The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of iOS.” I have a HUGE amount of lists that I now can’t access. If you couldn’t warn people on the app to get their information off before you abandoned it, could you at least update it one last time so we can access it and copy the lists? I can’t even remember everything I wanted, I had a list called Buy Online, Future Purchases, beauty items to try, etc - not to mention all of the favorites in there. I took notes on things right on the app and now I have lost all of it?? Seriously, this is disastrous.

Not honoring coupons. I have used the app 2 time one times one in December and now recently on 1/23 and both times I have been asked to resend the receipt I did that easy time I was asked in December with the item marked and never got the coupon amount and now I tried again. I purchased the item and the amount veneer to get the coupon amount and I am going through the same things . This app must be a scam do not download

Nicely done!. Nice app, easy to use, like the ease of printing from my iPad's and the many coupon choices of the products I use. This app has also introduced me to new products I have yet to come across elsewhere. I also like that it gives details on the different coupon products it offers. I mainly use this app to print coupons so I have not used the click to card feature, and I have not as yet explored the other features this app has to offer, so I can not say as to how I might like them. No longer “nicely done”. I happen to like printing, cutting and using coupons in the stores in which I shop. With the change made to this app I can no longer use it. For one thing the main store where I shop is not one that is connected to this app. Furthermore I do not have, nor do I intend to get a PayPal account. Therefore I have deleted this app, which is a shame because up until today I found it quite useful.

Complete Waste of time since app “Upgrade”. Before the app was redesigned; it was absolutely wonderful! After taking just a few moments to link loyalty cards, clip available and/or new coupons, and submit receipt (if store did not have loyalty card or was not associated by telephone number); savings were automatically added to your account (and account credits had accumulated extremely quick with little to no effort). Since the app “upgrade” and was completely redesigned ; not only is there a significantly less amount off savings being offered at any given time; but many popular stores have only a handful of offers available (those offers that can be used at any store) and even when cards are linked and after taking the time to clip each offer available; account does not ever receive credit ! Complete waste of time and energy! Wish the app would go back to the way it had been prior to the “Upgrade”: “redesign”!

Problems printing coupons. I have been trying to print coupons & it just keeps freezing on me. Then it will say all of your coupons haven’t finished loading, do you wish to cancel or proceed ? Either way no coupons & it says you’ve already reached your limit on 2 prints. I’ve been trying for days. Managed to print about 20 coupons out of like 60 that I wanted to print.

Bring back printable coupons. Love that we can redeem rewards with our receipts but definitely miss having the convince of printing my coupons directly from the app. I haven’t tried redeeming receipts on the app yet but will once I do my next shopping trip. I tried printing coupons from the website and I instantly have problems for some reason and gave up. Would love to be able to access printable coupons through the app again it was so much easier

No help. I have loaded several coupons onto the app using my store card and went shopping. Of my purchases, I had three coupons that should have been active. Two went through fine. The third did not. After contacting customer support I received a basic reply that they couldn’t do anything if I didn’t make sure the coupon worked at the store I came here for a review. I try very hard to be sure the coupon is correct for the purchase made and did in fact purchase the correct product. I have had this issue multiple times. Probably deleting the app due to no support

Hog wash. I seriously believe that you guys go out of your way to ensure that people don’t print the coupons. The ONLY time that I have printer issues is when I attempt to print coupons. I deleted your app before because I was hip to the game. And for some insane reason maybe I’m bored I tried to give y’all a break again. You need to just stop wasting all us regular peoples time and just deal specifically with the shelf clearers. Because they are the ones who can print and do print your coupons from various email accounts and phone numbers. The rest of us who just want to get a few coupons to buy a couple of things have to deal with the constant lag and the system always saying you’ve printed coupons when you haven’t because your app timed out. Or you went from your email or whatever else BS y’all come up with the next time. Every time I open or see your logo the words that reverberate in my mind is “what kinda BS they gonna give me today just to print 5 coupons”. Your app is a waste of time, brain capacity, and just plain irritating. I’ll be watching for the class action suit that you will be paying out for your mess. I’m guessing y’all must get kick backs from these companies to frustrate people so they just pay full price. Anyhoo...adiós

Don’t even think about getting a phone call while printing. Seriously, whose idea was it to not allow anything to happen while you are printing? You can’t exit the print screen, and if someone calls you forget it! The printer will stop printing and you’ll lose the coupon you were in the middle of printing. You can’t re-print it either because you’ve then reached your limit. I tried contacting the company and they answered with a ridiculous auto-generated response. When I responded and said that their response had nothing to do with my issue they replied and told me to reinstall my printer drivers or send to email. What is the point of sending my coupons to my email?? Then I might as well just print the coupons from the website, printing them from email would require my computer then, also it would count towards the limit on my computer browser, thus limiting the amount of coupons I can print period. This app is pure junk until they fix the issue, which is they NEED TO ALLOW MULTITASKING AND PRINTING IN BACKGROUND!!!

Once upon a time.... Once upon a time this was my go to app for printable coupons. But after updates I am no longer able to print coupons anymore. See I have a wired printer (not wireless) and every time I clip then print my coupons it says it printed but never do. What’s happening is it thinks the printer is printing but it’s not. If I was given the option to print it myself it would would for sure. Because that was the way I used to be able to print my coupons. I have tried other browsers and even tried searching if my laptop needed an update if my printer needed a firmware update. So sad cause for those folks who can’t afford newspapers this was a great option. Now if you have a wireless printer you shouldn’t have this problem but if you have a wired printer then you might have this problem.

Better than print. I’ve seen a lot of reviews complaining about print but frankly I like the new app way more than before. Printing was painful and digital is the way to go. Scanning receipts is easy and I scan it in my car right after shopping. I could setup my account within minutes and was on my way to redeeming offers. There is no threshold like Ibotta to get paid and you get paid out for every offer you redeem. The offers now seem to be of higher value too. I would like to see some more grocery offers.

password and paypal link. It kept telling me my paypal account info wasn’t valid and wouldn’t link it. I triple checked that I had all the info correct and it still wouldn’t do it. Figured I would log out and back in and see if it would work, but I forgot my password and their password reset link they send is not working. I had two sent to my email and clicked on the link immediately after having the emails sent and it took me to a page saying the link had timed out and asking me to resend the link. This is awful, if it won’t work at all there is no point in keeping this app. Especially when there are usually only 1 or 2 coupons I’m really interested in anyway. Ibotta is much easier.

Annoying. Debating between two and three stars, but went with three because it I have received cash back in offers. This is not the first rebate app I would recommend to people looking to get a good deal or make a profit from what they purchased. Deals are very limited and you can get better points/cash back somewhere else. App is very finicky about when they decide the product meets requirements. Three times I was denied cash back because it doesn’t meet requirements, even though it’s the EXACT SAME product in the picture. When you reach out to support they basically say “sorry nothing we can do”. I have had this issue more than three times. Not understanding how the product is the same as the one advertised, but it doesn’t match? The barcode issue this app has is ridiculous. Are people supposed to scan each product hoping the barcode matches the offer? Without this issue happening more than I would like, this could’ve gotten four stars, but it’s annoying.

Meh, there are better options. I was excited to find this app and tried submitting 2 different receipts. I noticed a few weeks later that neither were credited. There was no explanation given within the app. It turns out, you can’t use any other kind of discount — they said I had used a $1 coupon already in store, which I had not. You also need to select the offer before checkout, which is a hassle for the way I shop and slows me down. Wish this would have been made more clear or customer service would have helped a newbie out. Because they didn’t comp me the buck for my newbie timing mistake, I’m not very likely to continue using the app. Maybe great for others, but not very convenient for me.

Frustrating Hidden Policies. I use several coupon and rebate apps, and this one has been overwhelmingly disappointing with how strict the redemption polices are (which you aren’t really aware of until you encounter the issues like I have). No other rebate app that I use is so adamant about not crediting you when the “offer is redeemed after transaction date” This must be something with Quotient Technology Inc. because no other app that I’ve used has been so annoying with this stipulation. Here’s what happens: you add an offer to your list, the offer expires on or around when you went shopping, so the offer is available again and your add it to your list once more and submit this receipt for the same item. This is a real thing, and they will not credit you for your coupon even though the date is the only thing “wrong”.

Terrible app. Don’t waste your time with this one. I thought it would be pretty straight forward to use. I checked the items, purchased the items and did NOT use a coupon in them. Not a store or manufacturer coupon. I submitted my receipt and got a message to resubmit the receipt, which I now have done at least 6 times. I have also placed a line under the items and have written to customer service. After over a week, no response and same message being received. Very frustrating.

Updated version horrible!!. This used to be my number one mobile app!! It used to be easy - you go shopping - snap picture of receipt with your item - boom the money was in your account. NOW when I try to submit a receipt your new feature snaps the picture automatically- and the last four receipts I get a failed error and when I go look at my account it says action needed but when I click on action needed it is blank. It never did this before but it seems within this last month they are not working anymore. I contacted customer service they said I need to go back to the tab and resubmit my receipt but you can’t because nothing is on the tab it is blank with no place to resubmit. I am totally frustrated and ready to give up on this it is not worth the hassle. I’ll just go back to printing the coupons because then at least I will have it and know it will work. I hope you can fix whatever you changed with the taking picture part so it will work again. Like I said I have submitted multiple requests regarding this problem and I keep getting told to resubmit but I can’t - if someone in support there is interested I have screenshots of the errors failed upload and the tabs that are blank. Thank you

Does NOT link to your store card at all. Even when customer service finally gets back to you it is impossible to send a receipt to them. They send you a link that doesn’t allow you to even upload the whole receipt then disappears. Also, when I complain that I’m not getting my cash back from items bought on a linked card they somehow are able to find SOME of the items from that trip but not the others. Why didn’t the items register without me having to contact you about it and why do I have to contact you multiple times to try and sort this out? Can’t you just fix the linked store card issue?

Read the fine print. Like another reviewer, I got completely screwed because I clipped the coupon after I made the purchase even though they were within a few hours of each other. I also got denied a coupon because I used a store coupon for the same item. I thought these were manufacture coupons and could the stack but apparently not! I also noticed that there are a lot more coupons online that you can print and use then it allows in the app for store. So I might as well just go back to using the website printing them. I guess they don’t care about the environment and I’ll go back to printing coupons on paper and using up in cartridges instead!

Disappointed. I used this app for a while without issue, however recently it’s been nothing but problems and I don’t get half the cash back I’m due. When I submit target receipts, it doesn’t register at submitted. When I reach out to their support desk you first have to go through their bot before getting the opportunity to email a real person for help. And then they just end up telling you it takes time for them to show up and it can take up to a week to get a redemption credit. It’s just terrible. It seems to work okay with loyalty cards, but not great because even that misses some offers. Also, I changed my email over a year ago, and they keep sending my help emails to my old email address somehow and no one at support is able to figure out why.

Not worth it. I’m new to using this app, and my first receipt, with only one coupon redemption, went through fine. I tried submitting a second receipt with another coupon and kept getting a canned response “we didn’t get your receipt”, I resubmitted it, even taking the photos myself and sending them and still received this canned response. So, I just let that one go. I have tried a third time, submitting two coupons and again, canned response, didn’t get receipt, I again, even took, clear, legible photos and submitted them, received the same automatic reply. I’ve contacted customer service twice and have not received any response. Very disappointed considering this app such high reviews.

Kept having issue with the app! And their customer service was nothing but canned responses. I kept having issues trying to redeem one particular coupon they had. I keep trying to reach out to customer service for support and only kept getting was canned responses. They basically kept trying to say it was my fault or my phone's fault. But he didn't seem to have any issues with the same receipt for different items. So frustrating that they really can't help you at all through their customer service. Final straw was when they said that the issues must be because the offer expired, even though I had been contacting them for over a week and the offer had just been posted. I would give it a zero if I could.

Coupon App. Who doesn’t love saving money? Couponing is awesome and this app makes it easy and convenient. There is a lag in the uploading of coupon to your account for store like Walgreens; it’s not an immediate recognition of the coupon for instant savings, so you’ll miss the opportunity to save on a purchase unless you wait a day after clipping the coupon. And you can’t upload the receipt later for stores that you have to attach the store saving card. And if you have more than one coupon for the same item, it appears that the register while only recognize the lesser saving of the two.

Bad app, bad service not worth the effort.. I would have labeled it ok before. But I had a problem with a digital coupon loaded to my store card. Customer service if you want to call it that first pointed out several possible reasons (all my errors) on why it didn’t work. When I responded that they should be looking into these problems and issuing refunds, and fixing their system I was prompted to send pictures of the item and it’s barcode, my store card and receipt. After reviewing that they still did not offer me a credit for the coupon and instead told me to contact store customer support at a store that not only did I not purchase it from, it is not even in my area. I need to free up phone storage so guess who is going bye-bye?? This not that great app and it’s lousy customer service.

Zero Support!!!!!. Update 3: I reached out! They just closed the ticket saying my issue was resolved…. My account show negative and now I get a red error message. SCAM! Posting a copy paste message is not customer service! 2nd update: you “happiness team” has done noting. 10+ days in and my account is useless and the “happiness team” says there’s noting they can do. I’ve tried to close my account and apparently I can’t do that either. SCAM! Customer support is poor so please do not use this app. Update to their response below. I’ve already contacted the support team and their response was there’s noting we can do to fix the issue and said they were passing me to another customer service team. Uselessness! Something weird happened after connecting my PayPal to the app and I ended up with a negative balance and unable to pay out the rest of my coupons. Reached out to customer support to fix the issue and it took them 7 days to respond with we can’t fix the issue and have no idea what happened and then said they will update me if their care team finds an issue. So I’m deleting my account because why should I use it if it’s broken and no one knows how to fix it.

Frequently not worth the hassle. I have never had more trouble getting cash for my coupons then with this app. If you are shopping at Walmart it works ok but if your receipt is from Target, forget about it. Every single receipt that I have uploaded for the past month from Target says “Action Needed” but the screen is blank and no way to resubmit they receipt. And if you qualify for one of Target’s “coupons”, like spend $20 on beauty and get a $5 gift card, forget about it. Since the way Target prints it’s receipts says “category coupon” this app denies your submission request. This app is a waste of space on my phone and I am considering deleting it. I had issues with it last year and stopped using it, then they started having more coupons so I decided to try again in hopes things would have improved, but they haven’t. It doesn't even have a good customer service mechanism in order to address these concerns.

Did not get paid for several items. I had no choice to switch to this app when they merged with SavingStar and I had money in that account they make you switch over to get paid which I didn’t appreciate! SavingStar was great and I always got paid when I bought items. This app is very sketchy! I selected multiple items and linked my loyalty card. I also noticed a couple days later all the offers had been I selected so I had to go back and do it again before shopping. Now 2 days after shopping, I get $2.75 back and it was well over $20-$30 in rebates I was supposed to get! I bought things I usually wouldn’t have bought at the moment just to get the rebates back because I knew I would eventually use the items. So when I went back to look at my list also tons of offers have just completely vanished and gone so I have no idea how many or how much there were! Also, multiple items I bought and should have gotten paid for are now not selected again mysteriously. Not buying it, scam! Waste of time and money not worth it!

Complete scam and the worst of these kind of apps I’ve ever used. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. First of all, I understand the rules of this app and that it is not a traditional rebate app that you can use on top of other coupons so let’s get that out of the way. I used this app properly. It is still a scam. I linked my card it didn’t recognize what I bought. I submitted my receipts and it did however I have never been paid even though it says processed and everything is set up for payment my balance still sits at zero. Customer service has been incredibly slow and barely responsive. I have never had such a bad experience with these type of apps. It is a total scam and I think they just want to collect your receipts/purchase history/data and not even pay you for it! I’m glad I didn’t actually buy anything I was really counting on the cash back for I feel bad for anyone that did. DO NOT USE THIS APP

Ok. Really not worth my time Had to upload my receipt several times as every coupon had to be processed separately. Not easy when you buy for a family and your receipt is long(several pics per receipt). Resolving issues takes forever. They only communicate through a chat/email system. They can take days to answer a question and you are dealing with different people per conversation. In my experience, they don’t read the previous conversation as they ask me the same questions or to summit the same receipt, dates, or offers.

Give Up. I downloaded and tried to change my password ... not worth the bother ...even after following the instructions to reset my password ....nothing, nothing. But nothing worked. I decided to remove the app. Work on it guys this needs serious upgrade and functionality

Very helpful. My experience with this app has been really good so far. I go through the printable coupons and have them printed with no issues. Every time I’ve submitted a receipt, I’ve had no issue processing. Using this app is so much easier than carrying a million coupons to the store. When I did have a minor issue, it was fixed promptly.

Not impressed. I like the fact that you have the option to print manufacturers’ coupons. But I just downloaded this app and have been trying for the last hour to add my Randall’s loyalty card information - both by using the actual card number and my phone number- and it says the info is wrong/can’t add the card. Probably doesn’t matter anyway - they’re probably connected to the Randall’s app and have the exact same thing. H.E.B. is not a retailer on the app, so another mark against it. So I guess for now I’ll just use it to print coupons.

So annoying. This app and this website are nearly worthless. Errors and technical problems all the time. They claim our PayPal accounts are inactive (wrong). Half the time the coupons don’t print right and then you lose them because their website counts it, even though it doesn’t print. And they are nearly impossible to get a hold of, and when you do, they always blame your computer, internet, etc. well I’ve used several phones, computers, internet providers and its always the same so get your technical problems figured out already!

All I want is to have the option to print coupons. Not all cash back offers have an equivalent coupon and vice versa. Don’t say you cut out the need to print coupons when I can’t find the offer equivalent. I loved the simplicity of the app to print coupons. Tried printing off the website and it glitched and now I can’t print the coupon I need since it thinks it sent it to the printer. Never had issues with printing off the app. Not happy with the update. Ready to delete if printing isn’t re-added. New cash back isn’t super user friendly either and adds so much complexities

Awesome. This app is awesome!! It’s very user friendly and it’s easy to get money back on everyday essentials. You can even scan the barcode of your items before you make your purchase to make sure it will work. They’ve worked hard on making it easy to use. It’s legit, you get money in your PayPal account as soon as they’re done processing your receipt.

Printing problem and now crashing problem. As of the previous update, I was no longer able to print coupons, as the app could no longer find my printer, and yes, both the iPad and the printer are on the same WiFi network. So now, a new update comes along, and I foolishly install it, thinking the printer problem was solved, and now I can’t even try to print because it crashes as soon as I click on “Printable coupons.” Please, developers, fix the app to work properly with iOS 13 and check it out before releasing it. .

Rebate Process Problem. I don’t tell that this app is not worthy at all. I have been using this app from last 2 months at that time app works excellent i got my cashback within 2 days into my paypal account. But in this starting year i just submitted 4 receipt but it was a week since i don’t receive any information about that my rebates were approved or it needs some action. I also send mail to customer support but still no response yet.

Not happy. I am currently updating since I have decided to give this app another shot, but now it keeps telling me that my log in has failed even after I changed it...I request to have a password reset and the link expired even when I just received it. 😡 i was able to FINALLY get in three hours or so later and now it is telling me that my phone number is on file already and I need to log in to print coupons. 🙄 The stupid app is showing me logged in already and I asked for them to be emailed and they never were. This is a complete waste of time and not worth it. DELETE!

Print at Home works great. I've been using the app a few days a month for over a year to print coupons and have had no issues with the app. Prints from my phone to any connected wifi printer I have access to. The "jump" and search features enable me to find what I'm searching for quickly.

What happened???. This app has been fine for the most part, but recently it has been changed and you have to buy the items, then take a picture of the receipt, and only after you’ve paid for them will it let you scan the barcode. Over and over I keep getting exactly what the coupon says, and when I scan the barcode it will not pay for it; it says it does not fit then description, when it does!! I am very disappointed with this.

Difficult to use and changes after you use it. I have been using this app for about one year. I found that the coupons that they offer are few. I can only use them in my local big box stores such as Walmart, Target, Walgreens, dollar general, and sams club. The stores here in my area are not on the list which I have requested multiple times. Now if target offers a target circle on an item that you have a coupon for they will not credit you the coupon price. Not to mention I have to submit my receipts multiple times before they actually go through. Deleting this app immediately so frustrating.

Extremely disappointed with the change. I was extremely disappointed when I opened the app today, and saw that you can no longer PRINT coupons! You have to submit your receipt, after making a purchase or link one of the loyalty cards they accept, HOPE your account gets credited. There are other apps, like Ibotta, that do this, and it’s a huge hassle. If you lose your receipt, your receipt gets damaged, or you don’t get it submitted in time, you get nothing. Sometimes you get nothing, even when you do everything right. When I use a coupon at checkout, and it doesn’t work, I can decide not to buy the product.

Used to be awesome/now it’s sucking. The coupons app used to be a great easy way to earn cash back without having to use paper coupons. I would get cash back ASAP and never have any issues. Recently it’s taken much longer to get cash back and now it’s not recognizing my PayPal account to cash out. Customer service says there is not an issue, but I guarantee there is one and sent proof. They are probably too overwhelmed since the merger with SavingsStar happened. It’s a mess! Not sure I want to keep using the app for digital coupons reimbursement.

SWINDLERS- DO NOT PAY OUT. I’ve had this app and tried multiple times for the rebates. I’ve received not one paid rebate, coupon or discount on anything. This is a total joke and should be reported. I purchased several items because they were on the rebate otherwise I wouldn’t have spent the money. It prays on people who are trying to save money turning this really hard time. It’s totally unprofessional. I’ve put several requests into customer service and they either completely ignore or just say it’s being looked at. That was almost three months ago. Shame!

Never approves coupons. This app will give you a headache attempting to get your coupons approved for the correct products. Try submitting your receipt to them and they’ll have your receipt pending for a week and will reject it and ask for you to resubmit it even though the photo was taken clearly with the correct products. Good luck trying to get your offers and money back because it won’t happen. My suggestion is to always save your receipt just in case you need to return your item(s) because they won’t accept it.

App does not work. After the last update the app has not worked right. I have not been able to submit a receipt for two weeks. Everytime i try to upload receipt it shows error and will not let me reload. Later i get an email showing it has been denied. When i go to try and correct there is no receipt showing in the section to correct. What a mess!

Customer service doesn't care. Had an issue with their site not linking to the correct club card. They said it wasn't their problem (even though it was). Now, their app won't even recognize my numbers. Again, they're taking no responsibility and passing the buck. It's fine for the places where you redeem a receipt (although there are MANY fewer options). But if it's linked to your loyalty card, it's 50-50 at best. And if you need help from their customer service team, be ready for it to take 1-2 weeks and have them be completely non-helpful.

You have to activate offers. Who had time to sit around looking for all the things they typically buy? What a waste of time. This app is silly because you have to physically ACTIVATE offers to get money back. And you have to scan ALL the products. HUGEEEEEE WASTE OF TIME. Like seriously? I recommend FETCH REWARDS app. It’s way more user friendly and easier to use. Takes way less time and I was able to get $200 in cash back last year in 2020 alone. You don’t have to scan anything but the receipt and you get rewards. I’m blown away by how bogus this coupons app is.

Great App. Works when needed. Trouble printing. This App is nice to have since we can clip coupons digitally which is a great feature. It works overall, but it when I go to print, there is a blank screen. I hit the “x” to close it then says searching for printers. After that the app either finds the printer or no. When it works it’s great. However, the App needs to stay open to print and there is no black and white option to help save printer ink. Overall, good app (3.5 stars out of 5).

It’s okay. Works fine when I’m able to submit my receipt. So no complaints there and I save money. The ultimate goal. Free offers from time to time. 👍 BUT when store has reward card it JAS to be linked. Can’t use this app if you don’t have a rewards card to the store or don’t want to link it. Also when it is link I’ve only got the rebate/coupon on first shopping trip. I add the coupon and it does nothing. So 2-3 ⭐️ cause it works at half the stores.

Pointless app. Unlike other apps that show your savings and money back almost immediately, this app does not. There’s no point of even purchasing any of the items listed for coupons because then they have to go into review and that takes way too long it’s like you’re paying full price and to top of all off in the end the coupon doesn’t even get honored. You get an error message. Here we are trying to save but getting screwed by this app instead. I’d give no stars but I can’t.

Becoming useless. This app used to be great. Now they require you to have a phone number and email to sign in and use the app. After they made that change, the amount of coupons have decreased significantly. It’s mostly the same coupons repeated, the save amount may change at times. Clip to loyalty card does not work. They’re making this app to the point of going and buying the Sunday paper, go home, invite some couponing friends/family over, cut coupons and exchange between your friends/family or get involved with a social media coupon train!

FAIL! Disappointing and cumbersome. Very disappointed with the latest update that not only requires you to scan your receipt but also your applicable purchases. Didn’t I just do this at the store? After that nearly a week to process followed by Oops email indicating not enough items were purchased when the software wouldn’t allow you to scan more than one. Please resubmit they ask and now the app won’t scan. Would I have purchased without the coupon NO. Was a favorite, now it will collect virtual dust until I delete.

Can’t use with other rebates. I used to enjoy using this app. Now it’s only limited offers you have to clip before purchase. I can’t print coupons from the app anymore. I did not like this new format but still used it every now and then. Now each offer states they can’t be used with other manufacturers coupons or app rebates. These apps are really trying to limit us from saving money especially at a time when many of us are still struggling financially. I will stick to printing coupons on the website and use Ibotta instead!!

Too many hoops to jump through. I have made multiple attempts to submit the appropriate information and have gotten error messages all but one time. I’ve done everything asked of me and still no rebate. Other issues: Why have an upload from library option if you don’t allow receipts to be uploaded? Why don’t you accept electronic receipts when retailers are pushing e-receipts and only provide e-receipts for things like WalMart Pay? I’ve never had problems with Ibotta and I’ve gotten back over $150 from it.

Higher value coupons. I normally find higher value coupons on this website than I find in the printed inserts. Also, when a print coupon says, for example, “maximum two identical coupons” I can use two from print and two from this site.

What is going on with this app??. I have had nothing but trouble for the last couple transactions and I can’t get anyone to respond when I submit what the issues are. I have tried to submit a receipt for weeks, I get failure messages, so I resend, get failure messages and when I check pending receipts they are there with a message that I need to resubmit because the date and time are not visible (even though they clearly are)...so I try to upload the receipt...but the only option I am given is remove coupon (after I scroll down a blank page). I’m sure my receipt is now “too old” to submit AGAIN.

Great Dependable App. This is a great app saves a lot of money only thing is I wish you could take a picture of dg receipts and get money back because my mom forgets to use coupons at the store and I see the coupon in the app Walmart allows me to scan coupons unlike Dollar General any way you guys could fix that.

Love this app. I absolutely love this app. The printable coupons are awesome and the cash back feature is a bonus! If I would change anything it would be adding notifications when new coupons are posted. Other than that I use this app all the time and highly recommend it! (Especially for couponing newbies)

Good app. Update 10/21: the new version of the app is not something I will be using. The fact that they took away the ability to print coupons from the app is a terrible idea. Linking my nonexistent cards or my PayPal etc isn’t happening. I am very disappointed with your “improvements.” Going to a webpage to print them is antiquated. I have used this app for years but will no longer be using it thanks to your lack of convenience. Old review— I always manage to find coupons on the app for grocery store. It's very convenient to find product coupons.

Not the same. I have used this app for years and loved how many coupons it offered. Now, there’s hardly any. I could always depend on finding coupons for diapers, dog treats, etc. now I can never find any of those. None of the coupons are on popular items. Disappointed and will no longer use.

Misleading. As a college student, it just amazes me how 99% of these "coupons" aren't saving you anything at all compared to other products in store. Generic and in store brands usually cannot be competed against and bulk items rule over any coupon. If you are going to buy an item one time in your life or if you're just trying something out then this is the app for you. If you regularly buy a product and find a "deal" here, if you do the math at your store, the offers are stealing your money.

Didn’t give me anything. I bought something from Walmart uploaded the receipt than the offer barcode telling it wasn’t something I had activated to get the money which was a lie obviously they didn’t want to give me money back for the product I purchased which was an air wick warmer essential oil I was supposed to get 3.99 back off a five dollar product but if it was the two pack I don’t understand why it didn’t say on the app to buy a two pack y’all need to fix this crap for real

Usually pretty good. I have been using this app for a year and have loved it but this new year has been frustrating. Was working great and now it’s been over a full week since I’ve been able to get my coupons processed. I’m hoping this is a temporary issue and it will be back to being great again soon.

Always problems with shoprite. The grocery store closest to me is Shoprite. I was excited to learn I could add coupons to my shoprite card and they would ring up automatically at the store. Only problem - it never works. I’ve added my card, checked it to make sure the number’s right. It doesn’t matter. The coupons are never applied, and since you can’t submit Shoprite receipts after the fact to get coupons applied, the app is basically no use to me. Really frustrating.

Useless with limited selections. I downloaded the app after being prompted to do so to view the links of the coupons on the website; however none of my selections on the website are listed on the app. The selection of the app is meager and quit pathetic compared to the website selection. Why do you link the selections on the website to your app if the selections aren’t actually available? Just another way for companies to grow their email list..This is quite a hassle and unnecessarily confusing. I’m deleting immediately. I do not recommend this app.

WOW!. I tried this app 2 years ago and was not impressed. I stumbled upon it again yesterday, downloaded, clipped coupons and also cut out coupons in the news paper and downloaded store app (where I was shopping ex CVS, Dollar General) I stacked my coupons on the app, digital and paper! I saved more than $150 yesterday! With this app they will add the money to your PayPal acct! Definitely should try it!

RKDunn. I enjoy saving on my grocery bill and I have used this app to make my grocery list and honestly most of the time when I have several dollars in coupons there is always a problem. When I take the pictures of the receipt I can read it but I always get a message saying I need to send in the picture of receipt again and never get the savings or they will only give credit for one or two on them.

Prints. System is only allowing 1 print. The. First time you try to print it tells you that you’re printing and nothing comes out. When you try to print a second Time you get one print and then it tells you limit has been reached. I tried this on two different systems and both times it did the exact same thing.

Don’t download latest update. Ugh! Latest update is terrible. The coupons attached to my store card show up in a list that is in no particular order. It’s impossible to find anything easily or quickly. Have to scroll through the list, search - which doesn’t pick up everything, or manually move the coupons around. Not user friendly!!! The old version allowed you to view by category, I.e. dairy, deli, cleaning, etc. it was simple and fast. Like the idea of being able to create my own list, but with the lack of categories, it’s useless.

Horrible App. This is probably the worst App out there. iBotta and Checkout 51 both honor their cash back coupons. This App rejects more than they accept. The most common rejection seems to be because the product isn’t high enough for their cash back cut off. I buy at Walmart and they reject Walmart’s price as too low. Another rejection I have had a number of times is if I have two coupons (different products) on the same ticket, then I get a “cannot combine” rejection. The few single coupon tickets they have honored, I usually have had to submit the receipt a number of times. This App is a huge waist of time and effort.

It’s “ok”. It’s great for clipping coupons. I am not impressed with the “rebate” offers. Mine didn’t want to scan so I contacted customer service. I put everything in the email they asked for, got a reply 2 days later asking me for the pictures of the UPC and receipt I had already sent. 🙄 I will probably skip the rebate offers because Ibotta and the Kroger cash back savings is way better and more efficient. This app could use some revamping.

If it ain’t broke, let’s screw with it anyway.. What have you done to my beloved coupon app? This USED to be my go to for saving money and being able to make it. There was nothing wrong with the old version. This new version is not user friendly. Every time I try to get to the printable coupons, it makes me sign in. Then it doesn’t remember the coupons I’ve already selected so they have to be hunted down again. Glad the development team isn’t in charge of a free lunch because they could fubar that too. P.S. only gave a star because I had to. Ugh

This app is a SCAM!! They don’t actually pay you!!. I submitted a receipt yesterday (and have since resubmitted twice) yet they keep rejecting my redemption request, on the premise that I used an in-store coupon... which I clearly did not!! I even circled on the receipt the only coupon I used, which was for stevia sweetener (not olive oil)!! Yes, I did use Target’s Cartwheel Savings, but Target’s terms clearly state that both Cartwheel and Manufacture coupons CAN be used on the same item. This is at least the 3rd time now where they’ve denied my coupon redemption for a qualified purchase. I had stopped using this app for several months, but decided to try one more time. My mistake!!!! PEOPLE... Ibotta is the only app that consistently pays you back, AND is worth your time & effort. Sure, theres other legitimate ones out there, but their earning power is disproportionate to the time & effort involved.

Worthless app. This app is awful. They look for any reason to reject your submissions. I got an email today saying that the date, total, and time were not visible on my receipt( total bs, I always take clear photos) and they needed another copy of the receipt which I no longer have. What the don’t bother telling you about is the ridiculous restrictions and grey areas. Save yourself the headaches and go with Ibotta or checkout 51 or saving star. Never had a submission issue with any of these apps. All of these are great and you don’t have to put up with the bs that goes with this app.

Wish I hadn’t updated. Removed ability to print coupons in app. Their new rebate system is inferior to competitors like Ibotta - they’ll look for any excuse to deny your receipts. Shame the company had to ruin both this app and SavingStar. And before the devs bother to respond yes you can still print from a browser but we’re talking about the app here - you used to be able to conveniently search for coupons by name and printing was much smoother than through a browser, which constantly requires a mobile number verification. Just face the fact that this is a bad update and revert already.

My grocery shopping relies on this app!. I find good savings, every time. I use it every time I go shopping and the savings are important to my household. The new version is easy to use and I like that I can save at any store, which you couldn’t before. At first I missed the paper coupons but I realized I can still get them on the website if I want to, which is good. Gives me much more choice.

Used to be so great. This app used to have exclusive offers like free eggs, milk, bread, etc. it appears they have done away with those offers. I get that it was probably costing them money but even if they did $.50 off those items I would continue to use this app or even once a month. Right now it’s useless because I would rather print the exact same coupons off the website and use them in store. At least that way I save money instantly vs waiting for rebate money to come through. They should put coupons on the app that are exclusive so at least there’s a reason to use it
