Values of homes is a joke!!!'n. I looked up your so called appraisal of my home snd my next door neighbors home and you have his home valued at 10,000 less than mine. His home is 1,000 square feet mine is 2090 square feet including a 1500 square foot garage. His garage is probably 200 square feet at best and also functions as his laundry room. I have 4 huge bedrooms and he has 2 bedrooms that would fit into 1 of mine. My yard is completely landscaped with a huge circular driveway and his yard is a big steep hill. Prior to his buying the home it was a bird farm for over 30 years 100's of birds lived inside and outside in large cages. When you have the audacity to put that kind of value on that home its a joke. His home is the smallest and by far worst property in our neighborhood.

Better resource than my Realtor. Though I appreciate my Realtor very much, I found my house and many other houses using this app. It was an invaluable resource for finding homes. As a first-time home buyer, I needed my Realtor for the nitty gritty of laws, regulations, deadlines, speaking up for me and asking the right questions. Unfortunately, she was useless when it came to finding property in my city of interest and within my price range. I checked this app everyday and made lists of homes that I wanted to see. She would do the work on the back end to make the viewings happen. Suggestion, use this resource AND find a trustworthy Realtor and you’ll be glad that you did. Also, make sure you give your Realtor permission to be candid and honest based on their experience.

Easy to use. Great app to search homes all around. Used it to find the home we bought just about a year ago. Our realtor actually said this is one of the few online real estate sites/apps that are actually up to date as far as properties going on sale and also being taken off the market. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because it would be better if there were some changes to the filters you can apply. For example we’re looking at a home in Florida. We would like a home with a pool or a home in a community that has a pool but it seems like you can filter only one or the other. Also with that same search we keep coming across what look to be great homes only to find out they are 55+ communities so a filter to exclude those types would be helpful. Even with that though still a great app and tool.

Great experience. I’ll keep it short and to the point. Most of these apps are similar however there were 3 things that’s stood out about Realtor. First it gives more in-depth information on room sizes, details of extra space and has a list that clarifies if something is included. I often found myself using every app and double checking the facts on Realtor. Another bonus, it’s the first app to send notifications of new listings. You’d think they all update at the same time but I promise this one seemed to alert me immediately. And believe me if your really in the market to buy you want to be on top of things as the best things get snatched up fast. Last and most importantly I got set up with a great Realtor who got in everywhere I wanted to see including suggestions to keep things moving. Now I’m getting ready to close and have to say of all the house hunting apps this one was reliable.

Finding home. Very easy to use app. My husband and I share it, that way we have one list. Dislike: The first problem is getting rid of homes we are no longer interested in, if you remove the heart “like” button, they still continue to show up in your list and you continue to receive updated information, even when they are in contingent status or off the market. So I had to give it a 4. Also , in my iPad more than one house details will be open at one time, one left and one on right , and it’s annoying and distracting. One last thing: if you fond the 360 videos bothersome, let’s face it sometimes a god send , sometimes horrible waste of time. If you see 360 available, and you don’t want to deal , just go directly to the second photo and start your photo image search there, the first photo is a 360 looping trap, you’re welcome. :) Likes: I do like to open the 3D and satellite view at the same time ( oddly found under the nearby school area, should be just an option right on the photo area). This ( 3D/satellite) viewing option gives me an idea of roads, highways, bridges, town center, and immediate neighborhood configuration; because I love a birds eye view of my next home. Yes, I know about Google, but I don’t want to have to go out of the app ( while searching) to view my potential new home.

Great app. Update; extremely annoying that in the middle of looking at a listing the map will suddenly move to a close up of three road in Kansas. So I’m looking in Florida, boom, I’m in KS. Incredibly annoying after 3rd or 4th time in 20 minutes. Another very annoying bug is that if I’m manually searching on the map, moving around in an area it continually focuses in on a random listing, this also happens repeatedly. Removing a star as all the bugs take the fun and functionality out of using. Great app with a few quirks. Updates needed. Annoying on latest is when you put an address in the search line and search it doesn’t change the map, you have to select the list view to see the property then map on that page. Also there is often information missing, such as square feet of a home which is easy to look up on Zillow but odd it’s not on the listing.

Richard and Katie Berman. We had the pleasure of working with Richard and Katie. They helped us sell our home in Reno, NV during the Pandemic. To complicate matters, we were living in Kentucky at the time. We were unable to travel to Nevada to sell or ultimately empty out our house of 35+ years. This could have been a nightmare. However, Richard and Katie found us a buyer and walked through the whole house step by step to assure those items we wished to be shipped to us were marked as such and helped to donate and remove all the items we chose not to bring. They found us people to pack up and move our belongings. After all the paper work was signed and completed we were in for one more act of kindness regarding our beloved home. Several weeks later, right before Christmas, we got an unmarked package. Thinking it was a Christmas gift we waited until Christmas morning to open it. It was a Shutterfly book of our Reno home. Memories came flooding back along with a few tears. What a wonderful keepsake of a home filled with family, friends and lots of love. Thank Katie and Richard you went well beyond the extra mile. Great tool when looking for houses. I really enjoyed the use of the app in this day it is nice to have the convenience to view homes for sale at anytime anywhere, and once you narrow down your list after finding a few homes you want to see from the website and a few from whatever sources you have used then you can go look in person I believe that’s vary important there isn’t always a picture of everything and you want to get a feeling for something you are going to commit to. But I will say the ability to see every room and know a general history and what features are on home by simply looking it over for 10 minutes or so was amazing I ended up buying a home I had liked on here and was able to keep my eye on through the whole process was really awesome I even come back now just to see what the market in my area looks like it gives me the ability to see things I may want to add to my home and will definitely help when I’m ready to sell.

Most Accurate Home Site I’ve Seen. I’ve been using Realtor for well over two years now to browse homes and of the five different sites I’ve used this is by far the most functional and up to date of any. The layout of information and the way the maps work make for great ease of use but it is the accuracy of the listings that makes it hands down a first class site for those searching for homes. I’ll always use Realtor first and foremost if I’m really seeking information I can be confident in when home searching. I just wish the front picture when signing on would get changed more often to varying beautiful homes. Gets really boring and old for us who use a lot to see the same thing for months on end.

Best Real Estate App. for Serious People. I like using this application, its really great. Theres many options, settings and tools that custom tailor your experience while using the application and make it fun to look around and search for house or a dream home. Its one of the only applications that I see has listings ranging anywhere from affordable and cheap to million dollar mansions and ANYTHING in between. I love how the app. notifies you of open houses, price changes and new or sold listings. As well tries to broker out some sales by getting you as close to an estimate, the listing agent / seller as possible. This application I feel is a serious one for the serious user. I’ll post another review once I make a purchase and buy my home.

Easy to Navigate. I love this app better than all the other realtor apps. easy to navigate from one area to another. This app has a Map showing you exact location where the house is located and the neighborhoods surrounding the house. I love the notification option. You can set it up so that the App will notify you that the house price has gone down, when the open houses are in your area. I have been using this app for a year now no glitches. The last month the zoom feature was removed. I liked how the option of zooming in on the property helped to see the surrounding areas, inside features of the home and floor plan. Other than disappointment of removing the zoom feature I am still enjoying the app and continues to carry the most information and easy to navigate and user friendly over all the other apps out there.

Ar mebloppp. The App is very helpful, but the map needs work. It worked nicely for at least the last couple of years. Now there are performance issues with the map. Each time I want to use it (which is often), I open it and it displays the entire USA and i have to drill down to the exact spot where the property is located - for each property! It used to be if you open the map, you were at the place where property is located and you could expand it to show a greater area if you wanted. Also, sometimes the flag for the property is not anchored and the ability to find the location is impossible! Hope it is fixed soon. I have talked to others using the same app on the Apple iphone and they have the same problem.

Can’t delete saved search criteria. The app was really useful at first and I liked getting notifications of houses newly listed in this dry market, but there are search criteria I’d like to delete but can’t. So now I have a dozen or so saved searches. I even sent a request for help on the feedback link but the person who replied apparently did not take time to carefully read what I wrote and replied to a completely irrelevant question. I checked on a search engine how to delete them and found outdated instructions that say to click on an ‘c’ that simply does not exist. So now I am getting push notifications for houses in areas where I do not want to live. I don’t know how to fix this, so I changed my notification preference to “none” but am still getting inundated with emails with listings for houses in the wrong zip codes. I think at this point, I will just delete my account.

Improvement. I love Realtor over Zillow because it actually shows “pending” homes and I have the ability to remove those from my search. The web version is great because you can see the property lines but I wish that was available on the mobile version. What this app really needs though to stand out is a comment section for potential buyers. I would love to be able to post questions like “Has the buyer lost his/her mind with that asking price?”, “Do you really feel like the house has doubled in value in less than a year?”, or “What am I missing here… is the pool or waterfront not being shown in the pics or description because the price implies it should have one of those at least?”

Usually my go-to but its glitchy. This has the best general layout and interface of any of the house hunter apps. Just wish a couple things were different. Information not on the website version is not here, and vice versa. Second, most annoyingly the map pins have TERRIBLE touch sensitivity. I try to select one pin on the map and it chooses a house not even close to what I selected. Try to select the pin again, and the displayed house jumps to another random pin I didn’t select. Try again, and it usually goes back to the first house, and back and forth. Just refuses to select and display the ACTUAL house I was selecting from the map. And finally, the map is slow to update listings after filtering. It will say X amount of houses met the filters, but then the map doesn’t display that. Have to zoom in and out of the map a few times to get it to update and display the correct listings. I do like the new green shading for schools. The previous colors made it seem like there were few good schools anywhere. I take school ratings with a grain of salt like that anyways.

Much better.. New notes: Most issues I indicated in my original review have been fixed. I really enjoy using this app. There’s still room for improvement but the developers seem to finally be actually changing things and making it better all the time. Original review: I have had this app for years and I’m still waiting for the mobile version to mirror the desktop version. Every other app on the planet is able to master this, so I don’t know how it’s such a problem for this particular app. Also on the mobile app I am able to hide listings. I have hidden many listings but when I go to see those listings it tells me that I have no hidden properties. Yet another area tells me that I have over 700 of them. The trouble is I cannot delete them because I cannot see them in the list of hidden properties. I have requested twice for this to be fixed in my account and nothing has been done.

iPhone 11 PRO good!, iPhone 11 not so good. On my iPhone 11 Pro you can zoom into pictures with ease but you cannot look at the map and see the flood zones the only info i can see is noise level on my map! On my wife’s IPhone 11 you cannot zoom in the home pictures without great difficulty because you are zooming around inside of a box while the picture moves around inside the box ! Very frustrating for her to try and view a home on her IPhone 11 and view the photos of the homes. The app does alert you to new homes as the become available. Each time you close the app you have to reset your view preferences such as show homes highest to lowest but if you close the app it goes back to newest first but I guess thats not a huge deal you just have to switch it back to highest to lowest if thats what you like !

Only one able to eliminate 55+ and HOA fees. Which was crucial looking in Florida!. This is the only app available to the public that you can set to automatically eliminate 55+ communities. Therefore, it’s the only app that I could use for my house search in Florida. Plus you can set the HOA fees. The crime map is incredibly accurate which is also crucial in Florida as crime is in what I refer to as “pockets”; unlike most other states crime is typically by area codes. So this the only search app that had these crucial features. I don’t know what I would have done without it. Actually I must say I would have probably bought a home in a safe pocket but found it was 360 degrees surrounded by very high serious crime. So may I be so bold to say this feature probably saved my life as a single handicapped mother, my daughter and I would’ve been easy targets to serious felons since ny realtor sure didn’t mention it. Also, I don’t have the patience to read the entire narrative of each and every home that was strictly 55+… The only reason I didn’t hit 5 stars is because many times mobile homes came up as single family housing when they clearly were not. And that’s really the only thing that needs a bit of cleaning up. Definitely a 4 star and just needs that one thing addressed to become a 5 star. That being said it is way better than any other real estate app available to the public.

Great app for finding a home.. Used this app and Redfin to find our dream house. Great with updates in the market, amenities in the area, and map overlays with helpful info about the area in which a person is looking at moving to. I definitely recommend this one AND the other one, simply because they both actually complement each other with the comparison information. Also, both apps are considerably in sync with the MLS listings that are ONLY available to agents and brokers (unless they share the listings, or you get the insider information which is hit-or-miss). The only drawback, is that available houses that haven’t been actively listed won’t show up until the seller agent activates it. Still five-star though, because I’m certain that this is a legal thing that keeps the MLS as the official real estate directory.

Love this site. This is the first real estate site I go to at 4 AM every morning when I start my home search. I have not figured out how to delete the sold homes which would make it a heck of a lot easier on me… But hopefully someone will reach out to me and say hey girl hit that button! You have up to the minute listings, which I desperately need as I am in Arizona and houses seem to sell in about 10 minutes! By the time I reach out to my loan officer to say I found one I see A pending offer on the home you have. Except for all of the homes looking the same, what I have now term “California ugly“ they all look the same inside. I sure miss 10 years ago when you could find old homes that actually were old homes inside and not a version of what the state is not. But as far as your site, the only request I have is that you put up the realtors number, because I do not have a realtor do not plan on getting a realtor, and would like to reach out and make offers but cannot because it says there’s no one in this area. I leave a phone number and it says someone will call me back… They never do. But as far as the listings… You guys have them… I want to buy them… Come on help me! This was written with love though ❤️

Love this app!. 1) I wish we could also star (heart) sold properties because they have features we are looking for. Or we’re tracking sold prices so we know what to expect. Easier to find later that way, too. 2) it would be far more useful to search by a neighborhood or to choose our own boundaries. Zip codes are ok, but they often stray into other neighborhoods that I am not interested in. A simple map function to be able to click and drag the street boundaries would be super! 3) In fact, giving us a preview map with boundaries outlined when we start a search would be ideal. And you could still show us other property listings as dots outside the boundaries. Then we could see what’s near the school we are aiming to live close to, etc. Thanks!

Best realty app!. I have had this app for years just playing around dreaming of a time when I can buy a beautiful new home. About a year ago my husband and I decided to upgrade to a larger home, so we started looking through the Realtor app. We used a highly awarded local realtor as well but found more success in this app. I was able to locate our new home before it went on our realtor’s radar. Because of this, we were able to prepare our mortgage preapproval and put in an offer within 2 days of the home going on the market. We won the bid, obviously, and were in our home in less than a month. We commend our realtor but owe our happiness in this new home to the Realtor app. I still find myself browsing homes on this app just for fun.

Almost the best.. This app could have a few more features because it’s supposed to be. The best app for regular real estate house buying. ForExample requiring owners of properties or realtors to post 100 pictures minimum of the property to cover all the closets special rooms or features of the property house. Plus if there’s any damage to the house it should be noted in a different section. Plus with repair people able to pay a subscription fee $.99 to post that they fix things on this app that need to be fixed such as gutters pools pool remodeling. Home remodeling Electricians. Allow them to post their work here too and Able somebody. That likes the property survey it with them. And realtor makes money from charging 70 but only keeping 20. The more features this app has the better. Requiring all properties to use Matterport with their properties is the most that needs to come to.

Uninstalled and reinstalled now working great!. Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and that has so far fixed the problem I was having. Not only that, while the update will take some getting used to, I can actually see it and am impressed with its functionality and layout. Upgrading my three stars to 5. Will update this review again if I spoke too soon! Otherwise, the team working on this did a great job- just appears to be a disconnect not on their side of thing causing my update to not actually update. Since the last update, I have not been able to pull up any houses. Instead, I have to first search on another app (Re/Max) and then pull it up on this one for more details. Sometimes I can pull it up by town, but today I’ve had to type in the actual address. It shows that there are no houses available in my entire state. Which is absolutely not the case (even my favorites agree). I’ve reset my filters a few good times, and signed out and back in. Next step is deleting and downloading again. I have used this app over the course of the last year or so as my house search has gone from a casual to actively putting in offers search. This app has gone from my only search engine to one of many I now use because of how buggy it is:/ Devs please help!

I LOVE THIS APP. This app is ssososososososoooo helpful. Me and my mom and stepdad are browsing homes and we came across this app on safari and we decided to download it. It has helped us sosoooooo much and we found a home that we really like near us. I so recommend this app to everyone who’s buying a house. Or even the people that aren’t buying one haha. We have tried so many other apps and websites that didn’t work for us but with this app we found our potential future home! Just enter the area your looking at and browse the homes. You can also set filters such as price limits and price minimums. You can also set how many bedrooms and bathrooms you want. You can like a house to save it for you to look at later. Again, I totally recommend! Bye bye now. 👍🏼

Not Enough Search Criteria. Looking for houses with the master bedroom downstairs? Can’t search for that. Need a three car garage? Can’t search for that. So you’ll spend a lot of time combing through listings when a simple filter expansion would be so easy for the developers to include. UPDATE: Just received a reply from the developer, and in it, they have misrepresented the app’s capabilities. (1) They indicate that one can specify a 3 car garage in the “amenities” filter - that is not truthful at all. One can select “Parking/Garage,” but there is no further criteria option available. That’s of very little help, if any, when virtually every home in my search area has a 2-car garage. (2) The mention that the app doesn’t have the ability to specify the floor that the MBR is on, yet MLS records the level on which the MBR exists., ie, lazy developers. Same could be said for the garage, as most MLS listings will indicate the number of covered parking spaces. Tip: When replying to a review, keep in mind that the person leaving the review might just be a Realtor AND and IT pro, meaning the BS detector works well...

Watching the Market. I enjoy watching the market thru out the US for patterns and trends both for sale and rent. As I have been watching this for several years I've noticed an undeniable trend in the fires, floods, and pandemic with homelessness as a shortage throughout the USA has triggered a ridiculous spike in rents and home prices which can be attributed to greedy landlords/property owners/management. This is illegal and called price gouging and should be legally challenged in court by all states and their representatives. Example of ridiculous appraisal values on properties when they compare homes in a nearby neighborhood to those in a mobile home park. Mobile homes DO NOT APPRECIATE THEY ARE LIKE VEHICLES AND DEPRECIATION STARTS AS SOON AS THEY ROLL OF THE LOT. So because of this ridiculous practice by Appraisors and Realtors as well as Real Estate sites like this people are placing mobile homes on your site and others with escalating prices on trailers that are 20 to 50+ years old and this is dishonest. Who in their right mind would pay more than $200K for a trailer even a brand new one when you don't even own the land?

Most updated......needs improvement !!!. I really enjoy having the convenience of the app, however we are looking at properties out of town and we are relying on the accuracy of the listed properties on the app and have come across several listings that are still showing active on the app and come to find out the home is either under contract or has been sold. We recently took a trip to one of the locations we are considering moving too and ran into those circumstances on two out of the five homes that interested us, which overall isn’t very good odds. So I am not sure if it’s the realtors who aren’t communicating or ??? But if this could be updated to represent the commercials that are being aired that would be a wonderful improvement. Because I seriously doubt we are the only ones relying on the accuracy of the listings being provided on the app.

One of the best. Could be better. Out of all the real-estate apps (and as an app developer) this is one of the best. It’s a bit lower to update than others but it’s worth it. The information is presented is a good format. There are some features missing. Hiding houses would be great. Houses that i exclude even though they are with my search params would be great. This would minimize repeat clicking. Comparison: would be better to have an ability to compare listings side by side. Dynamic view: allow me to see the information i want first. Creat different lists not just search/saved lists. I’d like to be able to save houses based on what I’ve seen with filter ability to liked/disliked as well as not show in search results unless changes to listing made. A list of those I’m scheduled to see and able to order by location so i can map a route to see them in. The website has a key feature; to map out a school district that the mobile app does not. It would be great to have this feature in the app. Notes are great, lists are better. A pro/con list would be idea. As well as a way to upload pictures against that pro/con list as a reminder why. I have seen 20 houses in the past few weeks and although i remember the jist of many i can’t remember it all. Having it all in this app would be great.

Started out my Go-To, now lacking.. While zillow's estimates are hugely inaccurate, Realtor misses the mark by not including FSBO listings, and direct links to the county records. Also, when a house sells, it just disappears now, where it use to say "recently sold" for a time. While I prefer the format and map drawing etc to others, it could be improved. I also wish that it would add the option to search my school district! UPDATE: where it use to say “recently sold” now it shows active way past when it is pending and then disappears. Also, less previously sold at information has been available for some time. It’s gotten worse instead of better. 😞 UPDATE after programmer response: I don’t believe it is because incorrectly labeled, but not updated and out of date information. I have not seen a “recently sold” for many many months. I have turned to other apps more frequently. Maybe with all the celebrity ads you can’t afford to keep the app relevant?

Okay…but could be way better. The app itself is pretty well laid out, easy to use, and has some nice customization as far as search options and layout (list view, map view, etc). The app fails in certain areas though. For example when searching for a condo there used to be “dog friendly”. Now there is pet friendly but the option only applies to NY on my search options (I don’t live and am not looking in NY). On the website their is a “pet friendly” option that is not specifically for NY but no “dog friendly” or “cat friendly” so it still shows or prions that would be irrelevant. Also no option to search for units by floor. We need a first floor unit and I’m sure others also have strong preferences for desired floor when selecting a place. Another huge complaint with this app is every time I close it and reopen it shows me places in surrounding states despite saving searches that are specific to the state I live in. I have to re-enter the state every time. Not time consuming or difficult…just annoying and repetitive. Lastly, it would be nice to hide listings that come up in my search that don’t work. I believe there used to be a way to do that. Now my searches are cluttered with listings that don’t work for us for one reason or another. In summation…good app that needs more search options and to work out a few issues. All in all still would recommend it over other similar apps.

President Wrege’s Fish CO.. The best of the best! This app has so many useful features. The search feature is so well Designed it crushes any other App hands down. The my listing feature stores your favorite homes; specific searches You choose. Homes you have made Contact for more information and or Viewing. As information on homes Available change ie:price reductions Or whether it has a pending offer Or is no longer available for sale It updates and allows you to view new information on stored properties. Your favorites are sorted by recently Added lowest or highest or if you choose by city. It even gives you The sold price as property is marked As not for sale. The notifications feature if chosen Will send a notification to you as Price reductions happen. The news feature is especially useful for those moving to a new City or state. With articles on renting Verses buying trends. Endless information for investors or buyers And renters! Another feature found under the more section is sign snap where That is just what you do take a picture of the realtor for sale sign And it takes you to the property Information! I Highly recommend this app

Update has improved. Update 2: Finally fixed and working like it used to. No errors and able to easily search for homes in specific areas that I draw on the map. Great app again! Update: The app is still buggy and frequently tells me that something is wrong. But if I delete and reinstall, I can get it to work for those settings and for days it will work properly. If I want to change any of the filters o the map then I have to delete and reinstall again. It has improved The update broke my app. It can’t find properties. If it does find properties it completely ignores the map you’ve drawn. It also refuses to let you change any filter before it gives you the “oops... something’s wrong” sign. So annoyed Update: Deleted and reinstalled three times. Same issues. I won’t reinstall until it’s fixed

Not enough info, difficulty opening each listing. Zillow is so much better Developer asked that I give more info about my experience by clicking more, then feedback. Using my iphone I had to stumble around to find ‘more’, then couldn’t find ‘feedback’ anywhere. It was a similar experience when searching condos on my ipad too. The main problem I had was when I would click on a property that had more than a few units available. A small pop-up screen revealed access to 4-6 properties, but I couldn’t find a way to the remaining ones. When a realtor made calls for me on several properties I was interested in, many of them were for investors only. No filter for that or the cash only properties. I can’t recall specifics now but recall being frustrated returning to a previous screen and stumbling about to find what I wanted.

Semi bad review-and why. I wouldn’t have sent in a rating, but it popped on screen. I actually closed it out once-then when I reopened the app it popped up again. I get notifications everyday throughout the day on properties in the areas i have set, or have searched previously. Everytime I click on one (I for someone reason still do EVERY time) it acts like it is opening and then just takes me to a white, blank page and never opens. I have to wait until I see it’s still not going to open, close out the app again-then reopen the app by actually clicking the icon. Then have to go to notifications and open the listing from there. This has been going on for a really long time. I actually looked up a number for you guys online,I think , and told them. While I was on the phone she tried it & the same thing happened to her. I thought got sure since she is employed there, that it would be addressed. I am still experiencing thd same issue, though, so thought I’d try this method now. I’m ok with closing it out and reopening it… still get the same information, just wastes my battery. Hopefully this will be forwarded to the correct department who is knowledgeable enough to correct the issue. Thank you, Caroline

Great 85% of the time. Love the app (better than web), but it can be glitchy. We’re in the midst of applying for preapprovals. My hubby and I have been riding around different parts of town to get a feel for the neighborhoods and to determine which side of town we prefer... so we use current location a lot as we ride through town to see the range of prices in the neighborhood nearby. I expected the app to auto refresh (while in motion) but it doesn’t . It gets stuck, and I have to manually refresh as we ride slowly through the neighborhood or hit reset to make the app respond. The reset command often won’t reset completely ( as in the city and the filters) remain the same... that’s a bit annoying And when I use the map view.... the dot that is supposed to be us disappears after a second or two.... so we toggle between Zillow and maps app.

Received calls for days after emailing local realtor. I emailed a local realtor and a property. They sent a email to me telling me that they were too busy to get in contact with me. However I received over 7 calls from realtors that were not even in my state or boarding my state. I finally reached out to someone in their office and the “home” was in an illegal subdivision. Very misleading and I see a lot of half truths on site. Since I do live in somewhat of a small town, there are so many agents propped up on a real-estate market that most homes, if not all, are not worth half of what they are selling. Individuals should really look at the builders reputation and lawsuits or claims with the state or city/county. The older houses, get tested for mold and especially Meth. The Health Department has that information. Follow up with the City that did the building inspections on the house to see if there was anything shady. You can move into a palace and still live in a squabble/dump. It is the people who decided what they will pay for a home, not the banks or the crappy builders…let them set for so long as they pay interest on a home that they are trying to sell—the price comes down.

Love this app!. It’s the perfect app for anyone on the hunt. Picture quality is excellent- listing details, property history and school info, etc., are spot on. App is also extremely easy to use without ANY pressure to buy or annoying phone calls. They really leave all control in our hands and let us set the pace. Love it! Map is interactive, listing and search radius are helpful. The only drawback is increasing number of 3D tour listings. I’d like to see an option to view pictures OR tour the listing. The 3D aspect isn’t all that user friendly and is time consuming. Viewing pictures is my preferred method. If I’m ready to tour a home, I’d just as soon tour in person. Still, this is my absolute favorite house shopping app. And, I love knowing I can find a house before a “Not Me” finds it. :)

Not up to date, still not up to date. April 30, 2020 update: The information was accurate back in February 2020, and then I made the mistake of updating in April 2020. Don’t know how long it had been since I had last updated the app. Taking into account developer response, reading other comments....I have given Realtor a 5. It just doesn’t matter. My original review still stands. Information is not updating. Already updated the app again, still shows outdated info from 2015. Before I updated accurate information was showcased. Used to love this app. No I’m not giving realtor feedback every time I see outdated info. That would be a whole neighborhood. If I go back to check other areas it would probably wind up being the whole city. Besides not my job to update by giving feedback every time I see wrong information on an app that used to work. ____________________________________________ Showing inaccurate information. At the very minimum shows what is for sale. The information for the property not updating like it used to. Updated app twice, still showing inaccurate information.

Good app but not perfect.. I like this app as it has always seemed a little more up to date than others when it comes to homes being sold. Having said that I’m glad they changed/updated so that when a house goes pending they don’t just remove it. I have been looking for a house out of my state so I have many home saved to my favorites. It is very frustrating when homes are automatically removed, because I don’t know which ones they are. The app only allows you to save a certain amount, let me delete homes as they are no longer available. Just because a house goes pending doesn’t mean it is sold. I know from very disappointing experience. Love that this app allows you to zoom in and that pictures are large. Other apps don’t. However, I wish you could put in “lot lines” when going to maps you can see how large the lot is. Please consider this. When looking for acreage it is very helpful.

Many missing features. The accuracy of data in this app is awful. As a former Realtor, I know that the company called MLS (Multiple Listing Service) requires all Realtors to UPDATE all listings with current status (option, contingent, pending, etc.) within a certain time frame. Many Realtors do NOT do this, because they are “farming for Buyers.” When a Buyer is searching, there is absolutely no way to determine if a property is actually still available. If you are looking to relocate, the lack of timely reporting is frustrating. It is worthless to call every Realtor to find out if the property is still available. Also, when you have “viewed” a listing, there used to be the words “viewed” on the listing within this app. When you are looking at 20-30 properties in a county, it gets confusing to not be able to remember what you have previously looked at, and maybe bypassed for a reason. The “heart” ❤️ feature is nice,,but again...totally worthless when the listings is not updated to reflect proper status. If the data in this app is updated every 15 minutes, and actual property status is missing, then the Realtors are playing the system.

You will miss opportunities using this app!. Update: seeing more of the same, this app is catering to realtors only who will boycott anyone who tries to sell without a realtor. I am looking for a house so my only dog in this fight is it doesn’t show all of them! This app is helping realtors corner the market against you. They will not show FSBO homes just like the realtors won’t show you FSBO homes but you can clearly see them in other apps such as the one that starts with Z. I discovered this using the other app and then to be sure I wasn’t mistaken I then typed the address into Realtor and it shows as Not for sale. The other app shows it’s been listed for 3 days but you won’t see that in Realtor! For the Dev that may respond to this review, the house I’m looking at is in MLS otherwise the other app which isn’t associated with FSBO wouldn’t show it either. I would list the other app but I’m trying not to so I keep it objective. Update: we are still looking for a house and I am still seeing properties that are not listed bc they are FSBO. Do NOT trust this app to show you all properties for sale.

So helpful. Great app very informative, helpful to know status of sales especially if the property has already accepted an offer- which Zillow does not tell you. Wish there was an area for personal notes we could individually write as reminders to ourselves that would be seen just within our own login pages. Or a “thumbs down or X or no” button to remind us not to open up the page we opened up before (maybe just viewable to ourselves). Would be helpful even if we can see that we have viewed it already. Also wish there was a button for all the open houses that are available or upcoming weekends/days. Even better if they could be plotted on a map so it could help with planning since most open houses are on weekends for only 2 hours and all at the same time. Just wish lists but otherwise a great app.

Pretty good. I’ve used this app so much over the past decade. A couple of things that could be improved are that sometimes not all schools are listed, sometimes a home will appear available but hasn’t actually been built yet. I also see homes for sale in our area that do not show up on the map. I was using it intensely for a while when making a long distance move about 4 years ago and noticed that after so much use it would log me out and not allow me back on for about a day without any explanation, just kind of like my time was up. I do like how everything else works. It would also be nice if realtors weren’t allowed to submit photos where they have altered the pic by widening a room. It’s dishonest. It can usually be spotted but in some cases it wasted our time with showing for narrow kitchens and baths and bedrooms.

Overall nice, a few places for improvement.... Overall this is my favorite app or real estate searches. There are a few things that I don’t like. #1 The map does not include lot lines. I have to use Zillow’s app for that. #2 The payment estimator is always off for monthly insurance cost and sometimes off for taxes too. #3 I wish there was a way to sort homes you save such as a ‘like’ (thumbs up) and a ‘love’ (heart), and that you could select features that you really like to categorize them such as “lot size” “house size” “location” “schools” “nearby attractions” etc. #4 I wish foreclosures were listed or houses that are for sale by owner like on Zillow There are a few things I love. #1 you can look at just interior or just exterior photos or all of them and you can zoom in on the photos a little #2 The flood plain map feature is awesome! Really helps you picture how much of a risk a property has (when the gps tag is correct) #3 The payment estimator remembers what you have to put down and what your interest rate is. #4 Saved searches and real time alerts when a property is listed in your search area or a house you saved has a price change are great. #5 I love that it tells you if a house has an offer or is pending sale and that you can filter those houses out of your searches if you want.

Retired realtor. You asked ...I miss being able to get the mileage & time from my place of work to the houses I’m looking at...And it really bothers me a lot that the living & family room sizes are not listed... to me, these are much more important than the bedroom sizes...It also would be helpful to be able to Have the option for the buyers to search homes with First floor bedrooms ..Or master suites... The most current taxes should be a requirement, currently we have to go to several websites to get accurate information ..the list agent’s website or Zillow to get current tax records (or do a tax records search, by address)...You should also add another field for additional taxes when there are multiple lots involved in a listing... none of these items are too much to ask for! And I think the association should consider offering a class on photography because some of the pictures are awful… I don’t want to see a blurry corner of every room in the house - I want to see the rooms! Thanks!

Impressed. I’m impressed with the app. I find it easy to use, great data and description of property. I’m one to view maps to identify locations of interest, and it helps to determine my decision. I find property findings need to be navigated easier. It’s not easy to find, even when I narrow down the search engine. That needs work. I also find that the sale history, should always be listed even when home is off the MLS. It’s easy date to find, so why not keep it on there for all viewers. The data is public and using a site like this, all data, past and present should be listed when property is off the market. Making it a 1 stop shop for all data, information for all viewers. Most viewers, do find there home, land, property on a site like this first before going back to their realtor to discuss it so why not have all data available from the beginning. Cheers. Good luck.

Addictive!. I really enjoy this app. I frequently spend my sleepless nights looking up properties all over the country. It’s an obsession. I live in Florida and I am glad they added the ability to remove 55 plus communities. Helps me sort through local listings a lot faster. There are a few features on the web version that are not on the app. I also wish you could search multiple counties at once like you can with some of the competitors. I wish they would also add additional sorting options to the app. Filtering by price per square feet or lot size to name a few. I also wish they would add a pet friendly feature because there are a lot of HOAs in Florida that restrict the size dog and number of dogs someone can own. Even though both my dogs are registered ESAs and one is starting his Therapy Animal training in the next few weeks (it had been delayed due to COVID), I still get harassed by my neighbors who don’t understand that the law protects people with a medical condition and they are exempt from HOA regulations regarding pets. I would like to be able to filter those communities out all together.

No working. The app is not saving filtered housing preferences or allowing me to draw a specific area. I keep seeing a retry window when trying to make changes. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, but it still is not functioning as before. The issues seems to have started within the last week ( Sept 4-11th). Please correct. Thank you. Additional comments based on response received Sept 14th : I am searching the state of Delaware with a narrow radius between Dover to Wilmington. Filters include, single family homes priced 250,0000 to 500,0000. Please note that I have used these filters with minor adjustments for the past year with no complications. Addition comments: I am using the draw function. This function is limiting the range I can request. I can search an narrow area along route 1 between Dover and Middletown but when I adjust to include Bear or even Wilmington I get the retry error. This has never been an issue before. The draw function seems to have preset boundaries that cannot be search beyond a set mileage. I realize the draw function has to have some limitations but a change in a search area by 10-15 miles at best have never been an issue in the past.

Poor service. So, the site is ok. Not great, but ok for looking up and perusing properties. There are better places out there. If you have a simple question about a property like, is there a well for instance… or how old is the roof, good luck. DO NOT use the email agent, or contact number. These go to a phone bank. Not a realtor, not the listing agent for sure. They will “set you up with a buyers agent”. So, you want to get that 2 second answer to know if you are even interested? If you use the site, send email, get call to set up realtor, talk to buyers side realtor, they call listing agent and relay that info back to you. As efficient as our government. If you have an agent use them and bypass this mess. If, like me you might be buying within a 4 hour radius, a local agent isn’t driving 4 hours one way every weekend to show me cabins or land. If you do find something, google the agent and call directly. I wouldn’t mention where you found them. The site is a not about service or help, it’s definitely not about home sales. It’s about lead generation and the profit they can make from it. Also, sad that I would have made an over priced offer on a place that sold in 4 days for 5% under asking. Couldn’t get anyone to answer a phone…. It’s a funny world. Rant over. My search is getting there also. I’m not sure not it’s worth the hassle.

Excellent. This ap has many excellent features: great photos, mapping, ability to see sold houses & prices, as well as for sale & rental.

Excellent, easy to use.. Has rentals as well as real estate for sale. Easy to use, has most of what you need to get a good idea of what's available.

App Rating. Good app to give you an overview of properties available, helps you estimate the average pricing and gives you great photo views of the properties for sale.

Great App.. A great app. Thanks Guys.

chloeaka. Easy to use

Guide. It gives every detail on each property very easy to go through

Love realtor. It's a great app that lets me browse the realestate market with ease! Couldn't be more satisfied!

My “Go To App. Love the map search option to locate property.

Performs exactly as advertised. No complaints at all. Easy to navigate, I've never encountered any bugs. A true 5star app. Only minor annoyance is some agents upload terrible quality photographs, however that is no fault of the developers.

Nice!. Very smooth, quick & easy to use!

Paintball Pete. Keeps me up to date......

I like it. Simple and effective app.

Easy. Very easy to use and informative

AUS. I don't even live in the US I'm 17 years old in Australia it I actually love this app I am 100% moving to America when I'm older solely because of this app.

To the point. You can play with the other apps, but once you know what you’re looking for this one has the torque you need.

Vic. Amazing app

......... Would prefer the acreage on the photo. That way I can decide if it’s worth checking out before I download the information. If I request a small farm, an acre isn’t much good, in my opinion!

Looking for new house. I love this site! Keep showing me these wonderful homes... I have a few favorites.. thanks, y’all make it so much easier.

Good app. Good app

Good app. Very easy to use

Love it. Love the app. It’s always easy to use.

Realtor.com Real Estate, Home. Love the app, keeps me dreaming of living in America

Great. Much easier to use than the website!

App. Awesome

Great Stable App!. Doesn't crash like Zillow. Hooray!

Great app - easy to use. Very helpful and simple to use

.. Bellissimo

Helping find a home. So far it’s helped me find a lot of very suitable houses with little effort. A+

Love this app!. So helpful for quick real estate searches!

Excellent!. Flove this app. Makes it easy to research properties all over the US

Great App!. Great app!

I feel good. I like the app

Geveral 3rd. Great app

Great. Excellent App. Almost as good as the Trumpster. Make America great again

Useful listings. Good galleries, good display choices.

Nice. Love browsing

Pretty good app. I like this app. It is pretty easy to navigate once you know what all the little buttons are. The only thing that I would request is that all homes for sale have more than just a couple of photos. If I can’t see what the house inside (and yard) looks like, I’m not interested in checking it out further.

Mr. Mean. Hard to use it

Excellent App and So Easy to Use. I love the design of this app as it’s very easy to use.

Excellent. Very good app for keeping on top of listings.

Easy. Very easy to use.

TEXT EMAIL AGENT. Whoever thought it was a good idea to have these huge buttons - ‘TEXT’ & ‘EMAIL AGENT’, is sorely mistaken. These buttons take up 1/10th of the screen and cover up important details about a listing.

Realtor App. Love browsing houses using this app. Easy app to navigate.

Great service. Always seems to work well and easy to use .

Fabulous on the iPad. They've really thought how to make the most of the iPad in this ap!

Good but.... Needs bigger photos.

Love it!. Great functions

Incomplete. Doesn’t contain all the information the realtor.com website does. Not useful enough for serious searches.

Very handy. Easy to use. I find the map section is the easiest way to find property.

I love this appp!!!!. No seriously I do, realtor.com not only always me to search and find so many different homes and properties but it also motivates me to dream and reach for the stars when it come to my future location and living surroundings! Thank you realtor for helping me realise and stick to my dreams! :)

Simply the best real estate marketplace platform. Just bought a home in Florida remotely without stepping a foot in the state. Would have been impossible without Realtor.com.

Useless app. The most awful app ever. You can’t search anything on it

Real Time. It would be helpful if the listings came to my phone in real time. My friend gets listing notifications two days before I do the same property.

It’s great!. Great app

Dont work. Dont work for me in Canada

Dont like the new version. I wish i could have my older version back.. I realy do not like the new one.

Akbar Toufan. Comercial riddance land

Easy to use. Easy to use and follow. You can customize your searches

Great app.. This app works on the spot, I have never had any problems with listings not loading.

Awful since the update. This app used to be really simple to use and extremely user friendly. Since the update it is a complete headache. Constant “app error” messages. It’s hard to search map areas and jumbled to scroll through. Wish it would just go back to the old version.

Great App!. 👍👌

Great 👍. Love the app, Thanks

Nation wide coverage. Nothing beats this viewing app of real estate for sale across the US. Excellent zoom for country to region to city to block. Filters and navigation is intuitive. Nice to save favorites and compare. Excellent tool for self service remote shopping before sales engagement. Notifications are a bit too numerous but I get the reasons for it.

Exceptional. Excellent

Does the job well.. The Realtor.com app works really well in my view. I am able to see available real estate, based on my preferences, with just a few clicks. The info I need seems to be readily available and logically laid out, making this app one of my most often-used.

Great app for real estate search. Easy user interface, direct access to all listings, comprehensive property details, reference to comparative market analysis and access to tax and last sale info.

it’s clear why people don’t use this. after using the app, it’s clear why people turn to other property apps for their search. the amount of bugs, it’s like they don’t even have a QA team. when you search for a property with parameters, then save the search, some parameters do not save in the search. for example, you cannot save a search for a house with a pool.

Doesn’t work for Canada. Useless app for Canadians

I love it. It’s great!!!!

My favourite app. It’s amazing how often I use this app. It’s perfectly accurate and a huge help for planning trips and dog walking.

Doesn’t work. I am in Canada and it doesn’t find anything for sale.

Only true way to buy a house. Trust what you see. Deal with a licensed Realtor who has error and omission insurance and a code of ethics.

Regular user of this real estate buy & sell app. I find this app very good - easy to navigate, good layout, lots of info like flood risk and noise level, also love the ability to check out the location and get a satellite view.

Buggy. Just downloaded the app to see if the issues that existed before were fixed and couldn’t even complete a simple search without getting an error message.

Canadian Clovis. No complaints 👍

Love it.. Love the detail oh history and great photo quality. Map location is exact. Mortgage calculator is great feature.

Magic. Easy and informative

Great resource. Works well

My go to app for monitoring real estate markets. Very easy to use and informative.

Best realtor app ever. Really makes finding properties easier. Kudos to the team

Acreage. It doesn’t let me look for a specific amount of acreage!

Good job. Good

Search stopped working. Used to be a great app but recently the map doesn’t populate with listings when you zoom or pan.

Great- but needs a few upgrades. Good app but needs larger minimum acres (only allows 15 currently). Also wish it let you organize listings by land size as it does on the website.

Hi there. Thanks

Freezes and pictures don’t always load. The app is clunky and freezes and doesn’t always load. The availability of properties based on map use is great .

Great app. Fast and easy to use

Need a toggle. You need a toggle that allows for looking at fee land only

Only show in town. Use this app

Efficient. Good prospects

Easy to use. Lots of info flexible

Convenient. Very easy to use and great layout.

Great app. Use it every day

Fantastic!. Super seamless app to use; no glitches- absolutely love it!

Good app. It is a good app

Why have in Canada appstore if no listing show up. Why have in Canada appstore if no listing show up?

Info Updates. Many times a listing appears as sold on this site when in actuality is available on the local site...frustrating Photos are good otherwise

Realtor.Com. It’s the best and most insightful website for real estate I have ever seen

Used to be a fan of the app, not so much now. This app was great and easy to use and very friendly but since the update in late October and the new layout I don’t enjoy using it at all, it is a hassle to browse through listings and makes me less motivated looking for my first house

Worse than the last version. I’m not happy with this version. I have to zoom in way too much on the map in order to view the sale price. The other version was much better.

Up to the second information!. I love the app and the website. And information is so updated I was constantly beating my realtor to the punch about a new listing! The filters, saved searches, and notifications are all amazing. Better than every other real estate app; and I’ve used them all. My only complaint is the “contact agent” option. Oftentimes I simply wanted to contact the LISTING agent about a question or scheduling. And the contact agent button put me in touch with a random agent to represent ME. The agent would just be a random agent from the area, with no specific knowledge of the actual house( attempting to represent me. Also, on occasion, I’d end up with a pushing agent continuing to contact me regardless of the fact that I already had my own agent in the area. Please please develop a way to connect me with the agent who can help answer my questions, or change the advertised button to “find an agent”. Because it’s confusing. Otherwise amazing perfect app! Better than all the rest!!

Keeps Losing Filters. This is a top notch app for house hunting! I would rate it 5 stars except every time you manually search you lose all the filters you set, very annoying! Also when you hit favorite, the heart won’t light up signifying it was saved. It does save it, but you have to check your favorites to make sure. Fix these issues and it’s a 5 star app.! Update- these issues still aren’t resolved! Doing a manual search for a property after the filters have been set still causes the filters to reset to nothing after you return from your manual search. The favorites heart still doesn’t light up as well. Like I said earlier, not a deal breaker, but annoying and the app remains a three star because of these issues.

Recommended properties don’t match search criteria. I’ve been using this app for several months. I had several very specific save searches that I set up using the filters in the search function. Despite my best efforts, the app still sends me properties that fall far outside of my search criteria. Recommendations often include properties that might match my criteria but are in an adjacent state outside of my search area. I don’t want to waste my time looking at properties that don’t match my search criteria and have deleted the the Realtor app. The app would be better if it allowed me to restrict recommendations only to criteria from a saved search. Other improvements would be to limit search to a single state or geographic area, and an option for properties with or without a pool; these should be pretty easy to implement.

The mobile email designs have gotten unbearable. This review is not really about the app itself, but the email updates you receive for search results, sold listings, price changes, etc., specifically the mobile versions. Up until a couple of months ago all of the emails had the same format/layout and were excellent. Then one by one they keep changing, and not for the better. It's like a middle schooler got their hands on the UX template or something. Now some of the font size is so small it's hard to read, some of the font size is so big it looks totally out of place, some emails don't include the lot size (they used to), some emails now show the lot size only in sq feet and not acreage (eg 134,229 sf) lol, the buttons are misaligned, there's tons of empty white space next to a bunch of text all crammed together, and so on. It's really a mess. Maybe the CSS files got corrupted, I don't know. But it's hard to fathom a real person actually approved this email design that's being sent out to probably millions of people every day. Or perhaps it's just another case of big tech trying to fix problems that don't exist and making things worse. That is all, thank you.

App is horrible. App is useless now; will only let me search in Kansas and zooms in automatically. Use Zillow instead. Was told to delete and reinstall just like everyone else who has this problem; that’s the first thing I tried! App is unusable now! Don’t waste your time! App still not fixed; they must really like Kansas. Can not search for anything; keeps taking me to Kansas. They keep asking me to update review for more info; what more do I have to say? App is 100% useless. If I try to search for a home in NY,PA,FL; whatever the state is, it won’t let me search anywhere but one town in Kansas. They no want to know where I am trying to search; they keep asking me questions instead of just fixing the app. I could try and search anywhere in the United States for a home to purchase and it always takes me to Kansas! Avoid this App!

Easy and enjoyable. The only thing I would change, and this seems to be true with all realty sites/apps, is the lack of ability to search larger areas. Especially if there are no results. I want to search an entire state, ,several states, or the entire country. The last is mostly for fun. However if I want to look for a house within a day or two drive of a specific area, it’s frustrating having to do it piecemeal. And I wouldn’t mind knowing if my perfect house exists anywhere in the US or if I should be looking to buy and build. Where isn’t always what is important.

Helpful, But.... It’s kinda slow. Also, MANY established listings are not included with no obvious reason that I can figure out. The filters need an update from IT or the developer as they are not reliable and need more applicable options such as keywords or ways to search “beach” homes with more ease regardless of where the homes are located.... just give me ALL my beach options throughout the country! What I do like is the aerial view that shows price and location. Many Americans are approaching retirement and looking for attractive options outside of our areas or regions. We want to search the USA. We want to MOVE, but don’t know where? Looking for properties based on desirable lifestyles. Can the developers add more filters such as “beach” or “farm” or “cabin,” etc., that populate results per the whole USA vs. certain zips and radius?

Portrait view only on home photos. I noticed while showing a family member a home that was previously sold and when viewing the photos they were stuck in portrait mode even after selecting individual sets. This was on an iPhone 11 Pro and 10S, however one person had an iPhone XR and it allowed the photos to be seen in landscape as is normally the case when the app wasn’t broken. Looked for an update since the latest iOS release and noticed that the App Store showed an update available although I have automatic updates turned on, hmmm, installed the update and tested it again, same thing with showing photos only In portrait mode and not rotating into landscape once turn the phone into landscape, the photos just wit there and won’t rotate to the proper view. To be honest I look at homes even though we recently purchased our dream home, and the one thing I liked the most about Realtor app was the nice way it showcased the photos into sets or individual views that could be seen in landscape full screen and without all the menu and GUI items covering the “art” of the architecture. Fix this please and rating will go back to 5 stars. The greatest question out there, DO YOU ACTUALLY TEST THE APP BEFORE RELEASING ONTO THE APPSTORE?!?

Pretty Good App. I’ve had no complaints with this app however I think they should also show commercial real estate listings and more rental properties. I noticed for rentals they have Apartments . Com as a source for rentals and I think they should expand on sources for all real estate including rentals. For commercial properties I think Loop Net would be a good source to collaborate with. Realtor should also have a feature where someone can see all of the developments, subdivisions, future developments/subdivisions, etc.. I also think with that they should show news related to those developments. One final thing I wish Realtor had was a dark mode for iOS 13. Other then all of the things I aforementioned, it’s a great app but needs improvements.

Amazing!. I was living in Paris and decided to return to the U.S. to do research for a book. I used the Realtor app to locate and “walk through” five homes that would meet my need. They were in four different states. Ultimately, I focused on one, contacted a local real estate agent, and he shot still photos and video for me. We did all the paperwork except final closing without my having to leave Paris. I’ve now been in the house for six years, and I still love it. Today, I’m contemplating a new job with several possible locations. Being able to look at homes and their prices near each potential work site is a huge advantage of your app. THANKS!

Realtor. com VandeLune. The site serves buyers well in most respects. Areas of improvement would be making photos along a standard format to provide complete visual for each property without disguising weak points of the property. The weak point will be discovered and the buyer will just be annoyed and move on. Perceived deception discourages buyers like me because what other hidden issues are there? Also complete tax history and buy/sell history is crucial to a buyer. Leaving out this info discourages a buyer. It’s also very annoying to initially think a property is favorable only to find a fake tax cost as a percentage and not the most recent assessed tax for the total payment info. Sure there are other variables but data ought to be presented consistently and be accurate.

This App is great. I use the app on my mobile device. The interface is easier to navigate than other real estate apps. One can easily go to the map to see where the property is located and then back to the property details. It’s easy to set up parameters of a search and establish a list of properties to like and follow. I receive alerts of changes to followed properties. It’s easy to share the link to the property with someone else. Open houses are linked to my calendar easily. There are pertinent details of square footage, number of beds and baths and price on the first screen without having to scroll down to view that data. I prefer this app over any other property app as I am looking for homes to consider.

Great app - fun to look !. Enjoy this app very much! We found a great little condo closer to work and because we watch the market using realtor app were informed of the market trends. We use it all the time to help friends and family looking for homes or just checking out different areas as we travel. My only pet peeve is looking for a house with a “pool” bring in houses with portable above ground pools and houses in neighborhoods with community pools. Waste a lot of time because there isn’t more detail. One more improvement would be a button to be able to “remove from future searches” a home we’ve already viewed. Overall I love this app! It is my go to app!

New version pales... I rely upon this app heavily and until recently was fairly happy with it. But this newest version is buggy and probably needed more testing before release. Several of my most important saved searches now return an error. When it seemed that a fix was not imminent, I remade them. Funny thing, they ran when first built but still error out when rerunning. (The search is very specific and I draw the area that I need) I've written support several times to no avail and so am left with creating a poor review. While I'm at it, the notifications in this new version aren't working properly for me any longer. I'll receive a notification but upon opening the app the notification tab is empty, inviting me to create a notification. Very irritating. Finally, I don't understand why the website doesn't support searches made on the phone. What the cuss??

Super RE app!!. I love this app!! So much info in 1 app! I love how it tells u the school rating, the estimated monthly payments with the down payment percentage. 1 improvement would be if I enter 20% down in the box, That 20% doesn’t stay when I look at another home, I have to keep changing the down payment to 20%. If there’s a way to keep this n not have it changed, this would be great! Also I see more homes on this app which says pending, pending, but when I look at Zillow, there are lots more different homes that don’t say pending as much. These are the 2 major things to improve on, and if this can happen, it will be the best app for your home searching!

Notifications stopped working. All of these apps are similar. One thing that is nice is that this app is more informative about the status of a sale. And I think it gets info up faster. However, Zillow has more information that I want, so I use it typically. The most annoying thing about this app is that when I try to scroll through the pictures in large view on my devices if I don’t keep my swipe absolutely horizontal then it closes them down. This happens persistently and drives me crazy. Usually it is my husband who hands me his phone with the large view open—9 times out of 10 the pictures will close down on me. Other apps don’t do that. He has complained that the notifications stopped working recently—and mine don’t work either. You get the notice but there’s no notification.

A defect and a suggestion. I use this app daily and it keeps getting better. One very annoying defect. If I save a property, subsequently I save it, then try to save it again at a future date, it won’t take. I can click on the heart to save it, it looks like it saves, and a few seconds later it unsaves itself. Very annoying. That and nowhere to submit defects. The suggestion - would be wonderful to pull up a map, have the app know where I am, and display the homes that I have saved on my list that are around me. When out and about I need to continually scroll thru the saved properties and create my own map by dropping pins on my Apple map - very time consuming.

Yesss!!! First Time Home owner!!. So just to tell you a really quick story my wife and I never owned a house all we’ve been doing is renting for 18 years. We actually went online downloaded this app and literally found a house that was on the market for only a couple weeks end up being the new owners of the home literally it has taken roughly a month and we are closing this Friday. For anyone who thinks this app it’s just a regular app compared to some of those out there please think again it’s always updating us and making sure that things are current. Thank you so much OK now I have to get back to moving! Lol

Sets the bar for real estate apps. None of the real estate apps are perfect - it’s an imperfect business with variances across areas that makes it difficult for one app to be all things to all buyers. There’s a few improvements I’d like to see - map just my favorites please! Would love to see a way to tag open houses I want to visit and map out route? Glitches persist around the “pending” status, waterfront filter is no longer just waterfront, etc. But I’ve tried other apps - none are any better and most are not designed as well as this app. I’ll keep using this app - and hope that improvements continue to roll out. Overall it’s a well built app.

House searching. Hi I’m Robin whenever I’m looking for something a house for rent a house for sale I can always come to this website and find what I’m looking for and see what it looks like and if I can’t find it then I’ll come back and try again it’s great to have the site because other places don’t pull up the whole information but you do thank you for your business in showing me that I can find places I wish you had a two bedroom house with some yard for like I can grow gardens in without the upstairs but more of the downstairs like a basement or no basement on here and always come back…:)

Recommended Listings needs work. After the new update I’ve been receiving notifications for “Recommended” listings. Some days I get 9 or 10 notifications. Some of the notifications are for the same listing. For example, in a 24 hour period I was notified about the same listing twice. Also, the recommendations are for areas that I have never searched in. Way outside of my normal search area. It’s annoying and not worth a notification. That being said, I’ve been a long time user of this app and will continue using the searches and filters to help in my real estate searches. Just not a fan of the excessive “recommended” listing notifications.

2861 Aspen Road. Very large and roomy home with lots of windows and openness in the large family room in the back. The kitchen is beautiful and has a separation unit from the dining room The built in buffet accentuates the dining room so nicely and has lots of storage space. The family room is beautifully done with its fireplace and half bath. The bathrooms upstairs are all in marble and done quite well. One upstairs room can be I used as an office if needed and the extra large bedroom suite is exceptional! The outdoor deck is fabulous because you can seat lots of guests all around it on the seating area which surrounds A glorious backyard, it also has a fence which keeps things intimate and it has a sprinkling system added.

Useful but very buggy, especially using satellite view. I want to like this app, but issues saving search areas, having to constantly log in and out to view previous searches and constant crashes when the satellite view in engaged says this app needs more quality control. This happens on both an iPhone 7plus and a 12.9 iPad Pro. While looking for a new home, my wife and I share possible candidates, but half the time when the app opens from a text message, it can’t find the property. Only way to consistently have success is to have the app open and then open the link from the message. Been using this app for the past two years. Initially it was slow, but reliable. Now it’s speed is much improved, but simply too many bugs that have been out there for a while. Fix the crashes and the other bugs and I would rate it higher stars.

Great App- one request.... Loving using many features of this app. I find myself doublechecking homes that I see on other sites on this one. I wish when you were viewing a specific home the map feature of crime level filter would show up on it. Currently you have to exit the home that you are viewing and go back to the map that is available in your search. Also, something weird with this new update is that while viewing a specific home when you tap on the map it is completely zoomed out and you’ll see the whole United States and you have to zoom in several times to see details. I liked the old version better that automatically zoomed in.

Little bit discouraging.. I like the app. The only thing is that it needs to be updated more frequently. Bugs also need fixing. I noticed that I find a place I like and click on contact realtor. I get phone calls back with a different address and when I give them the correct address they can’t find it. Also there are way too many houses pending. Seems like a lot of the houses I like are already in contract. Please take out the pending and houses already sold. There are houses on here that say they are for sale but when I ask the realtor about it, the house had sold a few weeks ago. I will continue using the app, but please fix the bugs, update the app more frequently. Thanks

Better than Zillow!. You get better updates on properties that are still in the market. Unlike Zillow that continues to list properties that have already received offers or under agreements like they are still on the market which is very misleading to people searching. I also found out that they give better representations on changes and updates to properties that have either been remodeled with current likely estimates unlike Zillow again which continues to display properties as they were more than 12 yrs ago notwithstanding major reconstructions and updates, mine for one.

BEWARE! READ BEFORE CREATING ACCOUNT. When you sign into the app, apparently you're giving them rights to everything on your phone. I kept the app on my phone for weeks, but the day after I logged in with my email address, I was contacted. I don’t remember giving my phone number when I signed up —just my email. I favorited a house to go back to it later, and the next day I received a text message from a realtor saying they were from the app and wanting to set up an appointment for me to see the house. There’s no account setting that lets you see what information they have so you can change it. I signed up for another account to test it and it didn’t ask for my phone number, so I’m convinced I didn’t give it to them. I looked online and they sell your number to real estate agents and there are a lot of complaints about them. It didn’t happen until I created an account so beware.

Very pleased with user experience. Edit** I’m very pleased with the updated news. I have updated and can see this bug was fixed. You have earned my love back! I am an avid user of this app and finally fed up enough to write this review. When I am looking for listings on the map it seems to try and guide me into a specific area and I lose control over the screen. Then if I am zoomed into an area, and try to zoom out to see a different area it will bring me back into the area I was trying to get away from. The only reason I give this rating 2 stars is because it used to be a great app but this feature is making me want to never use this app again!

Good Needs Improvement. Provides a lot of information. Wish it had more detailed information such as number of levels, locations if bedrooms/ bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room per level. Like that it gives time and school ratings and sometimes median home price for neighborhood. Wish it was updated more frequently with correct pending/ under contract info. Nice touch if it would have a tab for natural disaster zone info such as flooding, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, etc. and provide links to appropriate sites such as FEMA. A bit of a hassle to use multiple home search sites, but this combined with a couple of others and we can get just about all the info needed beyond going to the hone in person. Wouldn’t it be awesome if you could have a while home tour experience straight from your home... virtual video, sounds, sights, smells of the property and surrounding neighborhood. It’s troubling that so many realtors and homeowners have photos taken that are very deceptive of the reality of the homes size, condition and character as well as neighborhood character and condition. Even using google maps street view does not tell the whole story. This is especially important if you are moving out of town or state and can’t drop by the area anytime.

Persistent bugs. The apps experiences persistent bugs. For example it often refuses to bring up results of a saved search and instead shows the name of the new search while displaying the results from the most recent search that were already pulled up. If I click over to map view it shows the correct houses, but switching back to list view shows homes listed in a completely different state. Also it frequently displays no results found on both saved searches and saved properties when only a day before there had been hundreds listed. Besides fixing the bugs, I would suggest allowing users to rate saved homes and write personal comments on saved homes within the app like you are able to do on the desktop web version.

Ok but a bit tedious. I like the app but would love to see more search options. It really only allows you to search by SPECIFIC town then filter options from there. I (and I’m sure many others) would love to be able to broaden the search options and search by county instead of every town individually ...or perhaps have a “within 20 miles of” option for example. ... And for those willing to move out of the area for their dream home, perhaps a way to search for a particular type of property without being limited to a certain location at all. For example “Farmland under 300k anywhere in PA” etc Again, I do like the app but it would be far less tedious without the limited search options.

Deleted the app. Previous update was annoying where the app wasn’t showing results as you move the map. They fixed it and made it so bad that I deleted the app. Almost like the developers make a change and never use it before releasing it. Now, as you move the map around, the app automatically will change the zoom on you. Sometimes it will zoom out and you can’t see the prices anymore, other times it will zoom in by itself. You constantly need to fight it, just like pitch nose problem on Boeing 800 Max. The nail in the coffin was when I was looking at the house in Campbell, and tried to move the map to San Jose, it kept zooming back into that house in Campbell. I zoom out, the app zooms back in. I had to go back and change location in the search, then it worked, but I am done with keep changing that. Switching to Redfin

Something has gone horribly wrong. Well, realtor app was great, but now, with my iPhone 11, I cannot open the app to perform a search or view houses without “something going wrong”. It’s been this way for weeks. Looks like I’m headed over to Zillow’s app, or Trulia. Their developers seem to be more on the ball. Weeks is plenty of time to fix this. And it’s not just me. There’s reports all over the internet of others having the same issue. Even tried deleting and reinstalling the app, now it won’t even let me login. What gives? ***update*** problems appears to be resolved, i can login, perform searches, even click on houses from my email which redirects to apps. Changing rating to 4 stars, for now.

Just average. App is informational but don’t use to as an appraisal tool. If you’re in Cook County IL and regularly appeal your exorbitant property taxes the value of your property is probably undervalued. The app use property tax data as primary source of property value. At least that’s what my real estate professional told me. The applies to Zillow too. Update. Response to developer’s answer “Lender grade” is a hilarious and completely meaningless term. Just like we said they are weighted tax to data way too much. These horse crap systems affect the way people think on a macro level. They should be compelled to have a giant disclaimer. Appraisers have to be licensed and go through a two-year process in order to give pricing opinions. These developers get to Phantom appraise 10 million homes a day with no oversight at all or training.

Explore the Country. This app is very handy for those considering retirement. One can explore different parts of the USA to get a feel for the cost of housing. Viewing homes that are listed in varying price ranges in different metro areas allows one to see what you get for specific prices per square foot. That plus estimates for home insurance , HOA fees and taxes are helpful in figuring one’s cost of living in areas of interest. I find the map view to be extremely helpful. There are several different filters of which I most frequently use the Crime filter and the Flood filter. School and park location icons along with the banking and shopping icons are also helpful.

Browsing at homes. Hubby and I are looking to move out of NJ. Having grown up in Ohio, I miss the state! However, we need to move where he can find a job. Plus, we aren’t rich but we’re not poor either. So being able to look in different cities and towns with our budget, this app helps me to figure out what type of place we’re looking for. But I don’t think it shows ALL homes that are for sale. I think realtors choose where to advertise. Also, I wish realtors (or the photographer they use) would take better pictures. Sometimes there are 4 pictures of the same room or they don’t include all the rooms. This makes it hard to decide if I like the house. Take better pictures. I don’t need 10 pictures of the backyard.

Poor functionality. The app and the website are not easy to use. The search function needs to allow for a narrow geographical area. I often get an “oops” message when searching. Too many glitches. The worst part is that on the web version saved properties just disappear. I’d like to be able to keep track of them so I’m not spending time searching for them. I received a reply to my comment. The messsge said “hi we would appreciate knowing where you’re searching when you received an error message please send those details to us by tapping more at the bottom right then tap feedback.” There is no place to tap the word more at the bottom right and there is no place to then tap feedback either of those terms or places appear in the email. Sadly your feedback does not allow me to send pictures of the other screens that I receive.

Suggestions.. I love it especially to see the location on zoom in and out. I really wish you could add a pool or remove a pool because we do not want one and I have to go through all the pictures and I waste a lot of time that way. If it has one it’s a no for me and I don’t care how great the house is. I also wish you could remove properties you have no interest in. I do not want one next to a highway or train tracks, behind a business or power lines. Once removed can you keep them off unless you read it them. I also wish you could add cabinet colors. Many people know they want white for example. I do not. This would be awesome!!!

Helped me find my first house!. I really enjoy the application. In searching for homes I was reached out to by a realtor and a lender, both of whom I worked with and still maintain a good relationship with. The selection of homes and the information is helpful. However, I do wish that this application offered more in terms of estimates for home values off the market. I understand the reasoning, and I also understand that other applications that do use that technology aren’t always the most accurate. However, sometimes even a ballpark estimate can help with understanding the market you’re in. Overall a very good app, and one I always recommend to friends and family searching for a home!

Search Parameters Changed Automatically Even after Saved. As someone seriously looking to relocate, this app has recently become very agitating to use. My husband and I both use app on our phones, have searched & saved parameters for a long list of towns, etc. looking to relocate to, and realized last night when looking at my saved searches that my parameters have been changed… I.e. my 3+ bedrooms pentameter saved in search have been changed automatically to 4 or 5+ bedrooms, therefore less results show up, and we’re missing listings. In this current market, timing is everything & these glitches are hindering our ability to compete/buy a home. This needs to be fixed. Surprised so many advertisements right now.

Flight Path Map Filter Please!. I really enjoy this app. While it can be a little buggy when moving around on the map or search locations, it makes up for it with it’s easy to navigate listings and helpful estimate calculators. The one huge item I thing this app is missing is the ability to filter the map to show flight paths! I live in Florida and being the tourist capital of the world means you want to get away from the visitors, not live beneath them hearing each of them arrive. My real estate agent hates when I send over a group of prospects only for her to see I’ve picked proprieties that are going to be really hard to live in and resell because of their proximity to an airport or flight path. Please update the map filters to better account for this. Similar to how their is a crime level toggle.

Used to be 5 stars until…. So this app was great when searching for homes for sale. The maps were interactive and easy to read and use. The filters were plentiful and really helped narrow our search. So, why the 1 star rating??? In an effort to be more “social conscious” they removed one VERY important feature…crime rating. So info that a family could greatly use in making a decision on an area to move is now racist to even consider? Of course when I inquired about this their response is “it unfairly targets minority populations”. Last time I checked stating “crime data unfairly targets minorities” is in itself, well, racist. I’m a minority and have never committed a crime. I have plenty of white friends that have. So they also stated “crime info is readily available on multiple other websites. You know what else is readily available? Home buying data that still includes the crime data. APP DELETED.

Map change?. This is absolutely one of my favorite apps! I’m on here more than Pinterest! I have a suggestion for you that would be so very helpful to me and I believe others also please. Can you create a “map” that would place only my “favorites” on it? It would be amazing for when I am in a section of town I’m interested in and have an hour to play that I could pull up your map and see all homes that are closest to me. ALSO... could add a “route” line. From where I am, to the closest home, and on to the next. All laid out in front of me, with each house marked with its price, just like on your other map. Oh please, please try. Thank you!!

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE. Not until today, yes in fact right now call we abundantly search for property placing us inside of the Homes we aspire to own without the restrictive limits of time or space, even travel! I don’t think they honestly understand exactly how wonderful this APP truly is in making dreams come true! Please use the application and teach your Son’s and Daughters about Real-Estate for unless You do they may never know this part of life! Let’s use it...

Realtor is a professional app. Realtor app gives one access to discover all terms on property, whether you are buying/Selling a home or decide to become a rental house move in, Realtor has many selections on houses to chose from, I love this site, also their formatted detail site is accurate on the prices, the whole quality of the ins and outs of the houses, you can even receive info on touring many houses, and there site you can chose many options on your desire home to move into. Love this site, they even go so far as explanation on what the percentage of pricing is going to be. An fees. I would recommend this site for everyone..

Mostly Great. Love to us the app to track current listings in my area and across the US. It doesn’t seem like all of the same features offered through the site are available on the app. Perhaps I have missed it. Can’t find the option to view listings based on how long they have been listed. Also don’t like having to scroll through all of the additional criteria by which results can be filtered to select such criteria as one-story or 3-car garage. But overall it works well as long as listings have been input properly. I have had bi-levels and multi-levels returned when I have narrowed my search to one-story. Doesn’t always happen. Suspect that has to do with people placing the listings.

Removal of crime data is harmful. How does removing crime data help the underprivileged family who is seeking to move their family from a high crime area to one that has fewer reported crimes for the safety of their family? I understand they mentioned the data wasn’t complete but it was certainly better than nothing. Taking away this information, even if it wasn’t perfect, only serves to put people (especially the more underprivileged who have less access to information sources) in a more disadvantaged and unsafe position. Although intentions may have been good, the action is based on incompetence and emotion driven activist pressure. It almost makes me wonder, with the spike in crime in our area, if there was pressure to remove this due to property values being impacted in areas where crime is increasing (such as the Minneapolis area). What a misguided action - I hope this is reconsidered. Deleting app until it is.

Best app for house hunting. This is very easy to navigate. I found our house here. Although if you decide to use the “I want more information on this property “ feature, at the bottom of each listing, you will instantly get a phone call back from a hungry realtor ready to get started. So I would only use that if you are ready to buy. We did, and we actually ended up using that very realtor to get our house. He turned out to be great!! But not all of them are, so be careful. The map feature is excellent. You can see where the house your interested in is located in relation to other property, IE: stores, highways, schools, friends and family houses. I would recommend this app.

Pretty good. Overall, pretty good app. Wish you could limit exactly what state you would like. Where I’m looking to buy, you can be in 3 different states within a 20 mile radius, but I prefer only one of those states. The commute feature is nice, but a weird thing I noticed is I thought I’d get more hits if I put “any” in the commute. I got twice as many if I put “40 minutes” in. Thought that was weird. Also, not the fault of the app, but more the fault of the realtors, pics of ALL the outbuildings & the interiors of them would be helpful. I NEED a shop at my new house, not a glorified shed or a tin shell of a building, a working shop. All they ever show is a pic of the outside of it. Frustrating. All in all, it works, & seems to work well.

Great app but still needs enhancements. I use this app frequently and it has good functionality and features. I would like to know if you sell or share my data with anyone else. I like seeing the check mark for properties already viewed. Filters should be expanded to include more choices to restrict the properties what is desired. Properties still seem to show up on other apps faster. Realtors need guidance on the data they enter to ensure it is accurate. If I am looking for a step less ranch, it is not possible to filter the list this way. If I want a low maintenance property, it is not possible. Some properties are entered multiple times. Many properties show up with no photos.
