The due date is almost irrelevant. When I moved it two years in the future it didn’t change. It changed very slightly when I set it two years in the past. I need to see numbers when I move the controls. If I want it to be 50 instead of 48 it’s inadequate.

Nice app, but I think there is a lot of work that has to be done! The look and feel isn't very apple like! Especially the edit screen... Why not put all in table cells like apple does it in the calendar app, for example?!
Also, adding a new todo and than hit the back button adds an empty todo, which is kind of useless!
What I really like, ist the auto urgency mode! This seems to be a very great concept!
CALoewen - For People With HUGE To-Do Lists
This app will not be helpful for people with small to-do lists, but for people like me who find it not unusual to have over 200+ items, the ability to prioritize and rank the list is a true god-send as it helps to avoid the paralysis that comes with an overwhelming number of tasks.
This is also the best companion I have found for David Allen's GTD program for personal organization especially if you are disciplined in making sure that you enter ALL of your tasks and goals and to-do's in the application.
Though the app is perfect for what I need to do, if I may dream, it would be nice to have the ability to create other categories other than Personal and Work as I wear many other hats, and to integrate the app with a calendar would make it the ultimate time/life management tool.
Nonetheless, for this particular reviewer, To-Do First is the only app I will ever need for my iPod Touch.

This app is one of the few to-do list apps based on an original concept. It was working really well for me previously, and now with the recent update so you can change the rank algorithm its great.
Matt All - Simple, useful
This is a good to-do app. It ranks your tasks sensibly, and it has a readable interface. I've used lots of to-do apps, and this is the one I'm using now, mostly because it doesn't get me bogged down in trying to fit my daily work into a complicated app.

This is not an app for the list maker. It is the app for the very busy person that NEEDS to prioritize their day(s).
I am going to make this app a required purchase for all my managers.

Terrible app. I should have listened to the negative reviews posted but I was tempted by the positive reviews. It's hangs and crashes frequently and doesn't work as advertised. Look elsewhere and save your money.

Okay app, not great. Needs to be more user friendly where users can manually ranked their task, edit/move list, and color code priorities. Good concept, but poor execution. It will probably get better with updates in the future.
Update: Please include a manual ranking system for priorities into the option in the next update! I will give you 5 stars then.

I've searched for a lot of task and project management apps that will help me prioritize the zillion things I need to do for work and in my personal life and this is the closest software I've found to what I really, really need. It may not be for everyone. But if you are one of those people who has so many balls up in the air at any given time you feel overwhelmed and get paralyzed from not knowing what to do first, where to start; if EVERYTHING has to get done, and you have trouble deciding where you should be putting your resources, this app is great for that.
You set your rankings with the easy to use slider (so simple, I don't understand the reviews that it is hard to use) and then tell it what is most important to you in the moment, and it tells you what to do first. Simple. Brilliant. You can reset your rankings if you don't feel that a task is where it should be on your to-do list order or a new development comes up that changes the game. It is very helpful for reprioritizing on the fly.
There are a lot of things I wish this app could do that would make it the best dang to-do list software in the biz, so I hope that the developers continue to improve and grow this simple app. Please, please, please!!!
One thing I wish was different on a daily basis though is that there is no way to archive or hide completed tasks. The only way to get them off your list is to delete them. But there is no way to export what you've accomplished so you can see how much you have done. Big bummer. So the longer you use it (if you don't want to lose all your accomplished tasks), the longer you have to scroll through all your grayed out tasks to find your current to-do list. Again, there a lot of things that can be improved here. It's not a totally finished product in my opinion.
But the bottom line is, I haven't found anything else out there like it with this algorithm ranking, so I am still using it every single day. It has dramatically increased my productivity both at work and at home. Would recommend to anyone who has to juggle many different projects/tasks while making sure you are spending your time on the most valuable things.

Ez86 - Doesn't work
I just bought this app (12th Nov 2015) and it doesn't seem to work. The slide bar for urgency, importance etc aren't there. The info button doesn't work and the whole thing just freezes. Don't waste your money. I'm so disappointed.

I wanted to say thank you, for such an awesome app. The reason why I have given it only 4 star was because I am comparing this to The CARVER matrix. If you could add the recognizability attribute, that would be great. A goal which I know the steps to (have experience in the past) will be higher ranked than a goal which I am a bit fizzy in the details... Otherwise awesome app
