This app was working perfectly until the last couple weeks. Now it auto pauses randomly and loses the gps signal to the point where it's useless. I've loved using this app for years and will update the review if the gps signal isn't lost like it has been
The next-to-last update caused the altitude to be completely off. I know this because 1) riding the same routes as before, the altitude is suddenly much lower (?), and 2) I record my mountain bike ride in Endo then import into Strava, and the altitude shows up correctly there (compared to riding partners, for example). According to the reviews, there are more tech issues with the latest update. I think I'll wait on doing that for now...
I’ve used Endomondo for several years now in general trouble free although I have had issues with the speed not recording abruptly and can not restart it unless I stop workout and restart which interferes with my totals.
After I updated to iPhone 8 plus, I am not able to connect my polar H7 HRM, it was working fine before but now I only see ANT+ option, no BT low energy option appear I even follow all the steps from your support site, did you guys took away low energy profile for BT HRM?
Write out for fitness and self progress
Easy app. Good tracking.
I love this app. I still have an old iOS and it works great when I go for a run. I love the fact that it keeps the training history so you can check the progress you make, your fastest km and your slowest km... by the way the turtle icon kills me every time I see it.
Upgraded my iPhone last week, and now my AppleWatch app is not working. Grrr. Is there a fix on the way?
Since updating to iOS 11 on my phone and WatchOS 4 on my watch, I frequently get a message on the watch indicating unable to connect to the iPhone. Not always, but more often than not. I always have the phone with me and it is typically within 24 inches of the watch. The app worked flawlessly before the OS updates.
The recent update brought with it advertising that stops your music, covers the gps screen and forces you to take the advertising survey. There is no “close” spot for the ad. You just have to do what it wants. That’s today, a few days ago it wouldn’t allow me to see the gps at all, or pause the workout. Is that part of the new premium feature? That was free before?
Very reliable, not too much talk during the run, accurate.
Love the app but sick of the constant nagging to rate it so..... great app now leave me alone 😜
A great way to track your progress! Need the HRM though for a full record! It uses your devices GPS to calculate distances so if you're using an iPhone and in a case city with densely packed high rise buildings, you'll need to be in a open area of the city as the buildings tend to reflect signals resulting in inaccurate distances and hence performance measurements
Awesome app, recommended by many friends of mine and now by me also!
I am happy with this app. Does everything I need it to do when walking or running. About to try it out with cycling. Was advised by a friend to use another popular app for cycling but I won't be changing unless I have a reason.
Easy to use
Does what it is supposed to do reliably and without fuss.
It can recall the speed you were going at any point on the map. Nice to be able to choose the features displayed while running.
Reliable , could be more accurate, but I believe that is the networks limitations. Awesome app
Nice app. Will not sync anymore with MyFitnessPal
Works great for what I need. Love the history and accuracy!
I love tracking my running distance and time, along with being able to look back at my history. It keeps be getting out there.
Great app for tracking my workouts! Syncs with Apple health! It's great to see all my info in one place!
I like this app but I like it a lot less now that it asks me to review it every time I use it. So if you are just starting it recording your workouts I recommend strava.
I have been using the free version for several years. It is a great running tool to prepare for longer runs or simply to track all your runs. I also use it for biking. Only drawback is it is not great for TRI training because you can't track a run/bike combination.
Have only used free portion but it's great for overall distance and pace with the caveat certain short interval measurements (like the top speed) seem like they could be inaccurate.
