Waste of time. This app does nothing!

It’s great at crashing. Cannot add a printer. 5 stars for making a useless app that crashes every time - if that’s what they were going for.

Invalid Scan. I downloaded this to utilize the barcode/QR code scanner. This is for validating quality HP cartridges. Each time I scan, it returns with “Invalid Scan”. Please advise and fix this. Other people have mentioned that they have all of these other options. Some to connect to their printer others to monitor their printer. I can only change my language and scan.

Useless after last update. I can no longer check the ink level in my HP printer - this app is now useless!

Not working with my printer. It recognizes my HP LaserJet Professional P1102w but doesn't show its levels.

GREAT APP. it's a great application but it needs the ability to purchase ink and toner without leaving the app. It's too complicated to leave the App and enter all your info.

Major bug. There's a bug in this app where when I tap the settings gear and then "update information" and put my password in, the app tells me the user ID or password is incorrect. First, the previous dialog box never prompts for a user ID; it only does so on the main sign in screen. Second, the password I put IS correct because I used the option within the app to change it back and forth and I can do that just fine. It just never accepts my password and won't allow me to update my profile.

Crashes upon trying to delete printer. The app crashes repeatedly anytime I try to remove a print from the app. Always reproducible. 4 stars when that is fixed.

Service trouble. I get charged but no ink. They have determined that my color cartridge is not hp so they have disconnected it from the service. The cartridge came with the printer when I bought it. Doesn't even open now.

Terrible app! DoNOT use it. Their instructions on their app site Are way too General! They assume you know what they are talking about which I didn’t know what they were talking about. And I donot know their terminology ! It is too general on where you are suppose to find the QR code ! Is it on the box that the HP sent to me that has new cartridges in it? If so somebody at the post office or UPS or Fed Ex put a YELLOW sticker right over it!! Or are you suppose to scan the QR code on each of the HP cartridges? Either way that stupid HP Sure Supply app didNOT accept my QR Code on my HP cartridges that they sent from their HP Headquarters where they make and stock their HP cartridges .

Unopenable. Yes I made that a word if it isn't one. You cannot open the app. As soon as you click on it to open it just freezes on a white screen and stays there.

Has become USELESS. Would not accept my correct and only HP password, so I had them email me a reset. After updating my password, the app now crashes closed every time that I sign in. I never even see the start up screen within the app.

I'm appalled.... that a highly reputable company like HP would put out something like this. I have two (less than 3 years old) HP color multi function printers - one only has the black cartridges listed and the other one is not even in the database. Poor search, poor layout, incomplete listing. I expected better results from HP!

App won't open. Every time I open the app i just get a white screen and nothing loads. I uninstalled and reinstalled still same Issue. Please fix

Terrible app. Really bad when a computer company's app is really bad. Worked fine until checkout when taken to safari and Hp main page the cart that I filled in the app was empty.

Useful, but slow looking up prices. The app is good for keeping track of which cartridges you need for your printers, but is very slow looking up the prices. I was using this on an iPod Touch over a fast WiFi connection. It took nearly a minute to come back with the prices. Then, I selected to "Buy from an HP Retailer" and the page was not found correctly. "Buy from HP" worked as expected. Not great, but with a couple of tweaks, it could be.

Ditto Broken!. Used to tell me which cartridges were low on ink. Now it does absolutely nothing. Would give 0 stars if possible!

Useless. This app is useless. It cannot even find my printer on the network.

Improvements required. The app is lacking ability to run app in landscape mode please updated app to support iPad users who use a attached keyboard.

Love it. I just downloaded this app and purchased ink that will be at my home by tomorrow. Easy Breezy!

Broken App. No longer works. Why is it in the Apple App Store?

Worst App. This would be an amazing app if it didn't crash every 5 seconds. Very unstable and unreliable.

Doesn't have my printer. It is useless to me. My Photosmart C6280 All-in-One is not listed.

Doesn’t work!. This app does not work. It could not find my HP printer.

Absolutely Love new design!. New design is very stylish:) Cool feature with the store finder.

Download. Downloaded the app tried to open the app with the app bounce be right out of the app the app does not work on Apple 6+.

Horrible app. All it does is funnel to the HP website. Why do I need an app for that? Has a section for "My printers" which is of course blank. No way to designate printers. You just get an error message that no printers have been designated. Designers must have been reading Catch-22. Opening screen has "Info and settings" button but there is no settings section behind the button. Can't imagine why HP would release this. Is it a hoax? Giving it one star because system won't publish review with zero.

Absolutely horrible. Won't even let you go to the cart just keeps giving you a error message. So useless. Is this what I'm suppose to expect from All Hp products and apps

Bad App. Just installed I my phone, will not let you check out, won't even go to cart. Worst app ever, glad I didn't pay for it

Waste of time. I tried to open it and sign in but all I get is it loading and then it crashes

Version 1.4 fixes - much better. I have just downloaded version 1.4 after being similarly dissatisfied as other reviewers. Checking the prior comments it seems that all of the reported issues have been addressed - what impresses me most with v1.4 is the significant performance (speed) increase. Useful app if you have multiple devices.

Confused. First off there are 3 different HP Envy 110 printers. I can figure out how this app allows me to determine ink levels. It also does not give me my employer discount.

Great tool!!!. I work for HP and I use this app everyday in the field with customers. It is a great tool and is very informative!! This app might put me out of a job...lol

No Information. The app found my printer quickly, but it wasn’t able to read the toner levels on my HP Laserjet 200 Color m251nw

Useless. Wanted an app that would detect my HP LaserJet color printer and let me see the toner levels. It didn’t even find my printer that is attached with an ethernet cable. App does not work.

Broken. This used to detect my printer on my network and provide ink levels. After updates yesterday and today it doesn’t show my printer or levels and now wants me to scan cartridges to even get started. I don’t have the boxes that have the QR codes anymore, I threw them out after installing cartridges. HP, just give me back the old app and leave things alone! Way to wreck an app and ruin the experience!

Totally Useless App!. Dear HP, have you even tested this app before making it available to the public? I can't find one thing within the app that works correctly. It doesn't scan ink cartridges, it doesn't get me in touch with customer support, it does absolutely nothing. Come on guys, get with the program!!

Looks decent but.... With all the printers the app supports, my photosmart 7280 all in one is not one of them.

Ink levels don't work. It doesn't display a full ink cartridges on the app and my printer has new ink cartridges they're high yield 63XL cartridges and the app says that the ink cartridges are low but when use the AiO app it shows the ink cartridges are full.

Horrible. The one thing that works is the "low ink" messages. The horrible thing is the fact that you can't order anything using the app. It's useless and a waste of space on my phone. Why make it available if it's not going to work? I tried multiple times on multiple days. The app is garbage.

Weird!!. App is useful when it works. Seems to have a mind of its own and sometimes fails to find HP printers installed on my home network. A work-around is to sign out of the app and then sign back in. Advantage of the app is that you can check ink levels on the HP printers on the network. Easy. If you want to order cartridges direct from HP the app makes it easy too. Any current discounts/sales on the low ink is also identified. Price of ink is still outrageous, but competitive to other sellers of the OEM ink. HP direct ink ordering thru this app also gives you the option of getting the ink shipped OVERNIGHT at no additional cost (I guess they figured that they screwed you oncehe on the price of the ink, so they ship overnight at no charge). I don't get why other reviewers are so negative on this app. It really is nice when it works and keeps you apprised of discounts and sale pricing on ink for your printers.

Fix the app.. The app used to work. What happened ? Why break it ?

Useless - doesn’t work. Hey HP - do you actually check your apps before they go out the door. First it’s confusing - what is scan for??? It’s not moor scanning the printer cartridges because it asks to use the camera - how about some instructions???? Also, nothing shows up when clicking “verify cartridges” but I have no trouble printing from my iPad. Please fix...

Purchase function does not work. Went to purchase toner from the app. It created a shopping cart and then took me to hp online for the purchase but HP online does not appear to function properly with iOS.
