HORRIBLE, NON-EXISTANT Customer support. I purchased a free trial for this app and decided it wasn’t what I needed so canceled my subscription. The app charged me $100 anyway in spite of canceling the subscription within the allotted timeframe!! I even received a confirmation email that my cancellation was successful. Since there is no customer support number to call, I used the customer support email to explain the situation and request a refund. No response from them at all! Buyer Beware: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE 7 DAY “FREE” TRIAL!!! You will be charged even if you decide within the timeframe to cancel and no one from customer support will respond. I see multiple complaints now from other reviewers about similar experiences and I also see the response from the app to email customer support....BULLSH*T!! You can email them til the cows come home and no one will get back to you.

Image sent too poor to read. I recently got iFax because I had to send a form to my doctor and another one to my sons to be filled out and returned to school. I filled out both phones on my phone using Adobe and then save them to send to doctors office . The first fax was a little challenging to send because the fax number you are sending to is not entered on the screen with the rest of the cover page information. But that’s easy enough to learn so I guess it wasn’t too hard, but it went downhill from there. Both doctors offices complained that the was fax cover page was too faint to read. Likewise neither office could read information entered on the health forms themselves. I ended up driving to one office to deliver the formwhere I was able to see what they received and that it was also very grainy making even words like Name and Address too challenging to read. Overall I would call iFax a dud.

Frustrated wannabe user. Can’t sign in so can’t get to customer service for help. Trying to sign in keeps telling me I need to verify through my email which I never received. It’s not in my inbox and not in my junk mail. Wasted a lot of time trying to find verification email or customer service. Still no email. I subscribed even though I don’t really need the service except for about 3 pages I needed to fax today. Didn’t think it was working and then over an hour later, got a notification from iFax saying my fax was sent. Was it? Sooo confused and frustrated. Will change my star rating if I can ever get into the app to verify it works. Anyone have any advice?

Did not work for me.. I decided to try the 7-days free trial and all was well up until needing to send a fax. I signed up for the unlimited fax but it still wasn’t sending 30 minutes after hitting send. I didn’t know if I was supposed to buy credits under my unlimited fax trail, but I purchased some anyway and still no luck. I also contacted customer support but received no reply. I spent a hour trying to figure this out hoping to use this app for its convenience and ended up requesting Apple for a refund of the credits I purchased and went to UPS to send my fax. Not sure if the other fax apps are like this, but I don’t recommend this one.

Not that good. Pros: Installed quickly and allowed me to send a file saved in OneDrive via Fax from my IPad Pro in under 5 minutes end to end. Cons: - Did not work with keyboard entry from Magic Keyboard (seems like a few apps including HBO max have issues with Magic Keyboard entry, but that’s very few and far between). - When it prompted me to verify my cell phone number, it kept saying invalid token on that step. - The document I selected was a portrait mode PDF. However, when it rendered the fax to me in the preview, it was showing as a landscape document, with the content distorted (wide and short), rather than having the option to rotate the content to fit the fax paper size. - Charge is a little outrageous. I could probably buy a physical fax machine for not too much more money. Maybe charge should be per fax sent since it was a one time thing for me. - I am using stage manager for iPad. The app is not optimized for Stage Manager and would not render in full screen or resize in multiple window sizes like other apps do. I canceled the trial after the first fax was sent. It is not that great.

Terrible Customer Support. I bought a subscription to send and receive faxes for my psychotherapy practice. I successfully received and sent a few faxes. Then, I was unable to send a fax, getting a message that my email needed to be verified and telling me I would receive an email. I have contacted customer support at least eight times. Once, I was told the issue was resolved. I’m out almost $170 with no and a fax number on my business cards that may need to be changed and updated with all of my contacts. Not happy at all!!!

Scam. I tried the free trial fo literally 10 minutes. Tried to cancel it and of course it would freeze every time. So i went to the App Store and canceled. It showed it was canceled. Later I get charged for it because apparently i signed up through the app and also the website for the same service? That makes no sense. How can I subscribe to same service twice? And when i tried rectifying this they refused to give me my money back. Obviously if I did this it was an honest mistake brought on by a confusing app. It’s not like I’ve been using the fax. There was never a way for me to find out i was still subscribed because the free trial was for 7 days, day 8 i was charged. App store showed subscription was canceled a week ago.

No Free trial. After fooling around with this app for an hour I realize that there is no way to send a free fax. I downloaded the app because it said that there was a free 7 day trial. However, when I try to send my fax it shows 0 credits for me and asks me to sign up for a subscription. The free 7day trial is supposed to already set you for for a subscription. One that you must cancel before your trial period is over. If I sign up for one now, I will get charged and I forfeit my trial. At least that’s what the fine print says. So I’m deleting the app. I’ll go with another that will allow me to pay for what I need. BTW, in anticipation of this review getting a cookie cutter response to reach out to support. I did. About an hour ago.

Expensive, but inoffensive. So, I picked this one because I needed to send a fax and didn’t want to end up hooked on a subscription, so I sought out a decently reviewed app that let me just buy credits and call it a day. That was this, and to that end, it did exactly what I wanted. However...I ended up spending a bit more than I expected. It is inobvious exactly what “1 credit” pays for (quick answer: rather less than one page), so I underbought. Then, in the app, the $2.99 option (which is present here on the store, and is what I would recommend if you’re in my position) is not available, so I ended up spending $9.99 to send a fax. I don’t feel great about that, but I’m not super irked either. I have enough extra credits to send another fax or two in a pinch, and I’ll probably use them someday. I’m ultimately ok with it because actually *using* the app was great. Clean, intuitive interface, worked quickly and without hassle. If this was 1996 and I actually needed a fax machine, I’d probably even be willing to pay for their subscription.

Top-notch. The interface is easy to use. The faxes are sent quickly and the user receives a confirmation letter and copy of the fax via email. What more can you ask? Well, there is one thing: I’d like to be able to modify a text file in the provided editor after I save it. 😕 I've learned to use a separate text editor and then copy to the provided text editor — or just send the original as a separate attachment. I'm sure this glitch will eventually be worked out.

Perfect. I’ve been searching for a mobile fax for a long time. Many did not offer a cover page or charged too much, or did not keep a history of your documents. This one does it all and some. I love it. Furthermore they offer you discounts on your credit and a free seven days trial which you can cancel or continue. I am definitely going to continue. I use fax on the go among many office digital technologies and I like technology to work for me.

Confirmation pages!. The best part of this app are the accurate delivery status updates and fax confirmation pages. I used this to send faxes to a party I do not trust at all. It was helpful to have confirmation pages in case the other party claimed not to get the fax! Rest assured if you need it sent that it will be. Only thing I would change is to allow a longer message to be typed on the cover page or at least an alert/warning that your message may be cut off if the message is too long for the cover page.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I would give zero stars if I could. I have found no other way to be able to get ahold of these people. You need to have a subscription to email them for support which is crazy. I had very time sensitive documents to fax so I signed up for the free 7day. The app wasn’t working for me at all. I tried everything I could , even go through different WiFi but the fax never went through. I canceled the same day but I was still charged the full amount. I went through my bank to get my money back but the app lied and said that I was benefiting from the app and not eligible for a refund which is not true at all. I have now gotten emails saying to update my payment for my recurring subscription which again I cancelled on day 1. I just want my subscription cancelled and my money back for an app that never worked for me!

Fast and Easy. This is the best Fax app I’ve ever used. So easy and simple to use. I had to send some documents to my Dr. as I cannot move from my home and this app let me do it with no problem at all. It gives 7 days free trial. It’s everything you are going to need if you are in middle of an emergency. It allows you to send exactly 10 pages or less than 200mb of data per every fax you’ll send . It also allow you to send up to 5000 documents with this 7 days trial. I Had to send 10 documents, once I’ve scanned them all and checked them, I simply hit send and in just a couple minutes I received a notification to my email and straight in the app, notifying me that the documents arrived to destination. Nothing else to say. Just that I am VERY PLEASED with this app and I would definitely pay for it if I have to send more documents in the future.

Self Employed Truck Driver. I needed to send a fax to the Internal Revenue Service while the person that was on the other line waited for it. I was able to talk to the agent and send the complementary fax while he patiently waited on the other end of the line. I’m very grateful that this app was created to do the job so well. Constant Problems & AWFUL customer service. I wish I could give no stars and I understand how important reviews are so I do not make this claim lightly. I have had many problems with iFax, I purchased unlimited so I wouldn’t have to deal with credits as I fax often enough to warrant it and every three faxes or less it will tell me I do not have enough credits! Which when it shows the infinity symbol is extremely frustrating. The first time customer service told me to shut it down and restart and try again. Then they’ve asked me to show proof of purchase on credits when I have sent proof of UNLIMITED... I have missed deadlines now because they do not respond to emails efficiently at all. Currently Ive sent 5 and received to response. I am so upset that I have wasted my time and MONEY!

Fast, accurate and easy!. I had tried a few other fax apps, but for whatever reason, they left me wanting something else. Then I tried iFax...It simply worked! The interface was super slick and inviting. Navigation was intuitive. I opted to purchase the unlocked version, then purchased some credits for future faxing. Now, nearly 6 months later, this is my app of choice when I need to fax documents of any kind. Since iFax is on my phone, I can truly fax from anywhere! There may be other faxing apps that work similarly, but this one will be hard to beat!

It work. I don’t have a business and I would not be us this fax app that much to make payments maybe if you have it for 50 cents a fax I would keep the app on my phone and maybe use fax as a way of sending things. I only use this app because some places don’t take email. It was great and easy to use. Didn’t get to see if I could receive a fax

So easy to use. This app has been a real timesaver for me. It’s so easy to use! I no longer have to run to Staples if I need something faxed. I buy credits directly from my phone which is cheaper & it’s so easy to snap a picture of what you want to fax, or fax from your documents. The faxes are converted to high quality pictures & go through quickly. It’ll save a copy for you & even notify you when your fax has been received on the other end. I’ve tried several & this is the best!

Horrible Customer Service. The trial week worked perfectly. Then, after my subscriptions were charged for both a fax number and the unlimited fax service, my assigned fax number updated to a suspended status. I contacted customer service several times, received completely basic responses from them to relog the app and check my subscription status. Of course, I'd done both before contacting them. That was the last response I received, even after asking them more than once if there was anything they could do on their end to resolve the issue. So now I'm out the very hefty annual fee for a personal fax number and the monthly fee for a subscription I have no way of being able to use. I know there's a lot going on in our world right now. I do understand that. But a simple response stating "We'll look into it" is better than silence. Please refund my subscription fees. I've already deleted the app.

IFax app: WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. If you want to be frustrated af and waste your time and money then this app is for you! I’ve paid for the PRO Plan for 2+ years. I went to send a 4 page fax 2 days ago, and it won’t let me it says I’ve exceeded my yearly limit I wrote customer service and they responded 48 hours later that i should check the number I sent the fax too..? It’s the only number that I’ve ever used to send and receive faxes from. The phone number has NOTHING to do with not allowing me to send a 4 page fax. The pro plan I pay for has 1000 page send and receive and it’s only Jan 15th I have only send 2 faxes of 3 pages total. And I still can not fax I’ve been waiting again for a response to the ridiculous lousy email they sent. Try have the worst customer service of any app you will ever use.

Beware. I downloaded this app with the understanding that I would have a 7-day free trial and could cancel at any time, as advertised. Within the first day, when trying to send an important fax to a physician regarding test results of my elderly father’s significant illness, the “free trial” did not allow for more than one fax a month, and that one fax would not allow more than 30 pages. I had five documents totaling 19 pages, so I combined the pdf files into one pdf document of 19 pages. However, there continued to be some problem with the fax not going through, or asking me to enter a credit card number even though I opted for the 7-day free trial through Apple Subscriptions. So, I canceled the subscription THE SAME DAY, within 20 minutes of downloading; and used a good old fashioned fax. However, although Apple Subscriptions acknowledged I cancelled the subscription, today I was charged for the month. I canceled within the 7-day trial (actually I cancelled within minutes of downloading), and I was still charged; AND never even was able to fax with the free trial. This app is very misleading and very unethical; but that’s the way these scam apps work, I guess. I won’t make that same mistake again. I am giving you an authentic review and warning: keep searching for a different app; and, one that will actually honor its advertisement of a free 7-day trial with the ability to actually cancel at any time (even during that 7-day trial).

IFax is horrible. They stole my money. I was unsuspecting, I did not know that my sister downloaded this app on my phone so she can send a fax, even though there are much cheaper ways of going about this, and agreed to a trial period. She told me the early morning of that she signed up for a trial subscription and to cancel right then. I immediately grabbed my phone and I cancelled the subscription at 3 am for fear of being robbed 200 dollars during Christmas time. I am a single mom, so you can imagine how hard it is for me to lose that kind of money. But as soon as midnight hit that night, they charged my card 200 dollars for a year subscription. I have tried to message them repeatedly to get a full refund, but so far no luck…. And now I am broke during the Hollidays. Do not get this app.

Hands down, the best faxing app for iPhone!. After trying out numerous faxing apps from the App Store, iFax is the hands down BEST one available. Their low cost monthly fee establishes your own personal fax number allowing you to now receive faxes as well! Perfect for any small business or individual who may have a need for faxing on a regular basis. Also, iFax is the most reliable and easy to use faxing app I’ve found!

Do not recommend you click in to this application. The trial period was full of “technical problems” from the beginning. Assigning wrong fax number and a fax that was supposed to be sent to me went somewhere else. This is a huge privacy concern to me. Unfortunately they have charged my card 2 times even though I have canceled an erroneous click during the trial period. During this trial period, I sent many communications to the customer support person, explaining this several times during the entire process. They ignored the parts of my communication about this. They then only focused on the technical aspect without addressing the subscription issues. They finally assigned a different number through the technical team, but never was the over $100 charge removed. I have now requested they have the sales person provide all my communications to the manager, and am waiting for the response. They now say I have to go to Apple. This seems to be getting worse. I will wait for response and update this depending what happens. I have given them every chance to make this right. The sales person actually said they only get paid a commission for what they do. Basically that would mean to me they ignored my requests because they did not want to lose commission. I believe this is not a good message for the company to send to customers.

The customer service is abysmal.. After canceling my subscription through the App, I was unsure if it had processed as I got no verification. I contacted support multiple times requesting confirmation that my subscription had been cancelled and received the same response each time: an email telling me how to cancel my subscription. Each time, I selected the link provided at the bottom of the email “Yes, Please Cancel” And responded that I had already gone through the process through the app and simply wanted receipt of cancellation to insure my account would not be charged. After never receiving confirmation, I gave up and removed my payment information from my Apple ID. I have now received several emails from iFax in the past few days saying my services have been suspended for non payment and to update my payment details to resume service. Unbelievable.

Double billed me for 3 months— apple won’t end it. No customer service dept. The writing is invisible to give a review when using their store. It didn’t even send my review so I had to go into the iPhone app to write this review. Very suspicious especially since I received more robocalls after getting this app. This is a bad company. They have double billed me for 3 months. I reported it to the company and no reply. I am being double billed for an annual subscription and monthly subscription. It took me 3 times on the apple app to try to cancel the subscription. Just don’t use them ever as there are cheaper products and better products out there. Still waiting for my refund 3 months later and refund.

Poor Customer Support and Security. I am a medical professional who went with ifax for HIPAA. I’m currently unable to attach any documentation to send doctors extremely time sensitive information and cannot get ANY customer support. No one is working the live chat for support, but a sales person pops up to chat every time I visit the website. They definitely don’t care about existing customers like they do potentials. On top of this, I received an email stating that there was a security alert and that my account was being used elsewhere with a link to upgrade my plan. UPGRADE? Was my current HIPAA protected fax plan not good enough to not get hacked. I can’t get any help with this issue either. Seriously concerned.

Decent app but dodgy charging. The app works fine. It’s their billing that I’m having issues with. First, when I bought the subscription for unlimited faxes and for having a fax number, the subscription didn’t show up on my app until I contacted customer service. Later on, when I sent faxes, they start charging me more money for sending faxes even though I already paid for unlimited faxes and they refuse to refund me the money. UPDATE: In response to the developers, I did contact iFax customer service and they said that they couldn’t do anything and that Apple had to fix the issue, which they did. This wasn’t the first time I had billing issues with iFax.

Can’t Even Fax After Paying - Took My Money. I previously had an option to pay a certain amount for a certain amount of fax credits. I paid $9.99 for far more credits than I needed to send a 6-page fax. This went fine. The fax was sent. Fast-forward to today, and I need to send a two-page fax. My credits are gone. And the app forces me to buy a subscription for $24/month to send the two-page fax. I try to send the fax, but the app says my email hasn’t been verified. How is that possible when I sent a fax without a problem and using the same email not two months ago? So essentially they take my money and I can’t even do what I paid (now twice) to do? This is the worst ever. And I’m so tired of this Millennial/Gen Z- era nonsense of emailing “support,” having your request going into some vortex, and never hearing back from anybody. Can we go back to the days when people answered a phone and to getting real customer service?

Horrible, don’t waste your time and money. I picked this app because I needed to send a document quickly via facsimile (fax). Not only did the fax not go through after multiple attempts, but they now force a subscription to even use the app, completely discarding previously purchase credits from an earlier version. Additionally, after the faxes not going through, I have been trying to cancel my subscription for an hour, only getting an email that claims I will be contacted sometime in the next 12 HOURS! Who thought that this was good quality customer service, because they need fired immediately. I’m resorting to notifying my bank to cancel any payments that are labeled as this company.

Could be better. I gave this app a three because I'm charged .99 cents for anything less than 5 pages instead of the cost of each page separately. Additionally, when I sent my first, two page fax, I was charged that .99 cents. Ok, fine. Which tells me I should have three pages left that I can send before paying for another 5 pages. WRONG. It didn't save a purchase history of remaining pages, the app simply charged me another .99 cents for two more pages, totaling at 1.98 for 4/10 pages. So app makers, either charge per page, or make a balance of remaining pages before purchasing more pages. Also, now I’m locked into a monthly subscription? How do I get out of it??

Inconsistent. For the 4th time, we have attempted to use. Each time the app “warned” subscription was expiring; although we paid the annual subscription fee, it kept wanting to charge the monthly fee. Apple was wonderful and credited back the annual fee each time... When it did work, it worked smoothly. We were able to choose a number, personalize the fax cover sheet, and send a fax; however, EACH time (today again), it says max-usage and subscription expiring. Selecting the Pro-plan. Note: we have only sent 4 faxes in several months. We are once again - no more grace - going to cancel & request refund for non-operation. Each time we receive a friendly, proactive, and professional response; but, it must be an auto-reply, for the correction never occurs. Sad to say, consistency is more important than niceties...

Double charged after cancellation. Tried their service back in Jun 27, 2020, on my laptop (a MacBook), but within hours decided to cancel because of some technical issues (I keep getting login errors for some reason). So I wrote to their customer service asking for a cancellation. Someone named Jovi replied to me and sent me a link that didn't work on my computer (the URL contains 'windows' in it, so I suspect it only works for Windows users, but I don't have a Windows computer so couldn't try). I asked again, and Jovi thought I'm using the iOS app and told me to ask Apple instead. After that, any email requests of mine went directly into a blackhole and no one ever replied to me. Finally I was able to manually overcome a bunch of technical difficulties to finish the cancellation process (their Cancel button was grayed out so you couldn't directly click on it). I had to do that, because otherwise they will charge me annually. And then, when I looked at my credit card bill, I got DOUBLE CHARGED, one for $99, and another one for $199. I had to dispute the transactions with my credit card company to get it back. Search online and you’ll see that it’s not just me who get charged after asking for cancellation. They do this all the time. Be very cautious!

Inconsistent fax history between computer/phone app. I am unable to view an accurate fax history in terms of saved, sent, received, delivered faxes on the phone app. On the computer, the app is up to date but, on my phone, the last 4-6 faxes that I sent are nonexistent. Only certain faxes from months ago are visible on my iPhone iFax app but are visible on my laptop computer app. I tried signing out of the app and signing back into it on my phone but it did not help. I do not understand why the app doesn’t sync across devices. Lastly, the phone app claims that my iFax account is linked across 4 devices but does not list those devices. And, one more thing, it is rather difficult to download a received fax. I have to text it to myself and then move the PDF out of my iMessages to my desktop. There appears to be no mechanism for simply downloading the pdf to one’s computer.

Hmm. Okay I have used this app several time to send faxes to a court house. They went through perfectly, were fast and easy to send. The DOWNFALL is the price! The first time I used it, it asked if I wanted to sign up for a subscription which I chose not to as I won’t be using it enough to pay for that. I bought credits to send the faxes so imagine my SURPRISE when the next month I saw a subscription charge to my Apple account. I was quite shocked as I had clicked NO to sign up. Thankfully Apple helped me out with that fraudulent charge. I really think they charge to much to send faxes. Especially, when to send a two page fax it cost 12 credits to send. Way to much! I wish they would lower their prices maybe more people would use this app to send faxes rather than going to a office store but it is usually only a dollar to send a fax from there.

DO NOT USE!!! Class Action Lawsuit needed.... This company has proven to be untrustworthy and negligent. I strongly suggest not purchasing from them or doing any business with them. I paid through my Microsoft account. Still, the company never responded to any of my emails and never provided a refund for me not being able to use the service that I paid over $100 for. I was still being prompted to choose a plan and pay after already having done so. Therefore, I was never able to use the service. Class Action anyone??? Overpromised, never delivered, never fixed, and never refunded money owed back.

Waste of my time. They sucker you in with a fake “free” trial and then when you try to fax something they want to charge you 10$ for what was “allegedly” supposed to be a “free unlimited faxes.” Says something about fair use. I thought maybe I had too many pages but I’ve read a review or 2 that said they had 4 - 6 pages and it still said the same thing. I could of just got my lazy tail up and went to Fedex for cheaper, or just waited until I went to work and faxed it. If you just need to send a fax or 2 from your phone for free! It’s not going to happen and there a quite a few apps on here that are way cheaper than this fake bull!

Disappointed 😔. I have been a longtime user of iFax and would always sing iFax praises to others on being easy to use, cheap and able to send quality faxes right from my phone. Now, today I go into it and up pops a free 7 day trial and then subscription prices. I went back to the app store to try to get some sort of hint as to why I could not buy credits as usual. I am so disappointed to learn that iFax now appears to be subscription only. I don’t own a business, so therefore I do not have a need for an all the time subscription service and simply used it when needed to take care of personal business by buying credits. You’ve lost a faithful customer by making this change!

Don’t forget to cancel that free trial lol. I just needed it to send one fax, which it did indeed do, and did it well. To do so I signed up for the free trial, which I had every intention of canceling. Unfortunately I forgot and woke up this morning with my bank account $30 lighter... for one fax! But that’s my own fault. As far as rating the app, it does exactly what it is supposed to do, and does it well and with great ease. All in all I can’t think of anything negative to say about it, other then a lil too pricey, but that’s up to each individual to decide for themselves.

Used to be great. Not anymore. Like everything else this is now an app that hides charges, updates weekly always with half tested new features. Then even if you’ve been using it for years and you have credits tricks you into a free trial. Typical of all the greedy developers that have capitalized on embedded advertising and in app purchases. On top of that it never syncs with Dropbox. I’m looking at the file I need to attach in Dropbox on my phone. This app can’t find it. It used to work great every time. Since they went to the in app purchases stuff it’s never been the same. A constant annoyance every time I fax. Since it’s so rare I was putting up with it but today was the last straw. I’m deleting it on my iPad and iPhone and praying I can cancel whatever popped up when I launched to start my demo subscription.

Best Fax App I’ve Ever Seen!!!. So I needed to fax some paperwork for my EDD due to circumstances and never in my life has there been an easier app to use ! Saved me trips from going to an office store or finding someone that can help me ! Everything is pretty much self explanatory ! I recommend anyone get this app, I faxed my paperwork and they got to me right away! I have this app a 5 star but if I could I would give them a 10 because they’re just amazing ! I e seen a lot of people complaining about getting over charged but I haven’t had any billing problems so far , it’s been such a great experience and I appreciate what you guys are doing with this app and how far you guys have taken it !!! Once again thank you for making life so much easier !

This company will not cancle your subscription!. I tried their free trial and decided that I did not need the subscription so I tried to cancle however the company will not stop biling me. Over numerous emails with customer service asking for them to cancel my subscription they will not cancel and stop billing me. They continuously direct me to a website with instructions to cancel however when I go to that website there is no options to cancel. Multiple phone calls tk customer service have been the same result. My next step is to talk with my bank to see if they can stop the subscription charge…

Great concept, but.... I think $10 for 200 credits is a tad bit ridiculous. It should be charged per fax, not by how many credits you have. I needed 52 credits to fax 8 pages, but they had very few options. I could buy 15 credits for 99 cents which obviously isn't enough... Or you could buy 200 credits for $9.99 which is obviously WAY too much... I'm never gonna use 148 credits. This was a one time thing and now I'm out ten bucks for something I could have done for much cheaper at a FedEx store...... I really wish I could get the rest of my money back as I'm broke to begin with.

Terrible customer service. Customer service does not properly resolve the problem. Everything is by Email on there time. My issue was not resolved and now I go to my account and they took $10 a month after I tried to get the problem fixed and no longer have the app. On top of that when I go to download the app it is wont let me. I now have to go online and REMOVE MY CARD FROM THIS TACKY COMPANY THAT DOESNT REALLY HAVE IT ALL TOGETHER WHEN IT COMES TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. After going online I update my card info since they take your money on their time long after you stop taking them serious, they locked my account for security reasons. This company is really trying to stick me into paying for a plan that I no longer want and CANT ACCESS. I hate ifax

Amazing, fast and easy. After going all over town to try and fax some important time sensitive documents and finding everywhere charged $1 per page. I had to fax 28 pages to one and another 15 pages to another so I was not about to drop that much money on faxing. So thankfully I found iFax! Another reason I adore my iPhone. This app saved the day. I did find it was a little more expensive then some of the others apps but because I only needed it for the day I signed up for the free trial. Definitely worth it if you need to fax something quickly from your phone. Made it so easy and I highly recommend this app. I tried another one and my fax never sent so this one is hands down the best!!!

Beware of potential scam. I don’t usually need to send faxes but just had something come up where I needed to send 3 faxes, so I tried this “free” app. I sent one fax of 4 pages, received calls from recipient that one page was missing and one only came through 1/2 way (with the most important part, my signature missing), so I deleted it to try something else. Next month there’s a $170 charge on my credit card bill, which is strange because I make sure to keep any cc info out of my Apple account after signing up for a “free” trial of Apple Music. Apple must have taken one of my cards info from my Apple wallet and charged me for a subscription for this, which I never would have signed up for because I’ve only had to fax one thing in past year.

What a scam!. Don’t get this product on spec. You may not be able to get rid of it. On 1/13 I looked at both Ifax apps, used one, was dissatisfied with the results, and have been trying ever since to cancel my subscriptions with them, and this was before the deadline of 1/20. I even cancelled my debit card with my bank and asked them to stop payment. They told me I had to try to work it out with the vendor first, so I tried twice to request a refund for both products. They didn’t ask what the problem was; the only choice that was remotely close stated that “I didn’t want to renew”. I DIDN’T WANT TO SIGN UP IN THE FIRST PLACE! I don’t want their apps; I had deleted them immediately. But I can’t seem to find anyone there to help me. Meanwhile, they’ve charged me over $200 for something I never wanted nor asked for. All I can do is post this review, and hope that a) someone at Ifax may actually see this and help me, or b) that I can stop a user from making the same mistake I did in trying this product. Don’t.

Faxing perfection. I was trying to find a cheap and inexpensive way of send my personal information to my case worker. I asked my self “what if I was able to scan a filled out piece of paper with my information on it will it be able to send in fax paper form”. I was hesitant, I called my local staples and asked for their price per page; they told me $1.49 plus I had 10 pages so you do the math!!!! Then I called my local library they told me the same darn thing. So, I hesitantly search on my Apple Store and typed “Snap to fax” and this application appeared.... Thank you So Much!!!!!!! -Download you should try it, you won’t regret it!

Keeps trying to charge for fee. I cancelled my account on Feb 3, 2022 and the ifax people are still trying to charge me for services. I have followed the directions to cancel the account yet the continously try to charge me the monthly fee. Fortunately the card they are using had to be replaced. I would be very cautious of this company if I were you. I have tried emailing them and no response and yet they continue to try to charge my account. Every month I get an email saying my ifax account is suspended due to non payment. Fine I don't want the service but why keep trying to charge since the account is cancelled and why doesnt ifax answer my emails asking them to stop trying to charge me. Just poor customer service. I only used them one time in the 7 day period. Then cancelled them on 3feb2022....yet they keep trying to charge me for monthly service fee not trust worthy at all

expensive but functional. Overall, it's an expensive product that would only be acceptable to those who send and receive many faxes on the go. It is currently lacking the ability to enlarge received faxes as small text is often too hard to read. It is certainly a functional product with good features.

Great App. Worked perfectly / only one downside you can only receive faxes in the US and Canada. I am unfortunately in Australia

It just works. Was able to get an important fax delivered. Without this app, I would have been “up the creek without a paddle” and a fax machine 😀.

Works for international numbers. Bought JotNot but found it only lets you send faxes within the US and Canada making it useless for me (I live in Asia). iFax lets you send to/from a long list of countries. Also very simple to use. The sending seemed to take a while (5.30 mins to send two page PDF plus cover note) and the fax cost $0.99, which is a little expensive for a domestic fax, but all in all it's a good app.

Handiest App EVER. Love being able to send/receive faxes for work and personal use both locally and internationally. Works better then a lot of actual fax machines I've used!

Rubbish. Don't waste your time or money, set up a fax to send to Australia although i'm in Australia, 3 pages, $1.49! which you pay before the fax sends. Then it just keeps saying try again unable to send. I checked the number, i even rang it to make sure it was correct, it was but the fax would not send. Junk App, forget it!

Good functional app. I think this app is great. Being able to to send a fax from your phone anywhere, anytime has its benefits. 5 stars given on the agreement a future release will have ability to delete history.

Good, but annoying.. It sent my fax, which is good, however the first attempt failed. It told me I would not be charged again, but when I resent it it charged me again. The second attempt was successful, but still, it irks to have paid twice to send a single fax. Very annoying.

Easy to use- saving me hours. I work in a location where it's difficult to get to computer and fax machine. Within 5 minutes of downloading and setting up app I faxed of my first order without hassle, stress and did it all while I was having a coffee!!!

Can’t fax to 1300 number in AU. Can’t seem to fax to 1300 number in Australia, and even if that works, it would be better if there’s a pay per fax option.

Very happy with this App :). Experienced a minor hitch when I attempted to use the App but the team was very prompt in replying and assisting. No problem with sending faxes within Australia. Would recommend this App to others.

Poor application. The application is slow and it takes a long time to send. When adding pdf documents, they cannot be read at the other end. I had to then source an email address and send the pdf's via that means. I've gone off trying to send to a fax after trying this application. Good thing it was free, as I'm deleting it.

Lots of potential. I downloaded this app needing to send a fax. One fax, maybe it will be a year before I need to send another. I was eventually successful though found the experience quite glitchy, and with considerable lag. The connectivity with DropBox is great, and the options seem to be all that I would need. Somehow the app managed to override my input about the country of origin (61) with its little flag icon (USA) so it failed to send on first attempts. Also, I liked the signature option but I couldn't escape from the signature pop-up window without cancelling the entire draft!

This App is a Fraud!!. I am giving one star only to show how bad this app is, only if there was a possibility of giving a minus star. This app was the worst experience ever. Installed the app due to urgency and paid the charges to send an important fax. Money was deducted but fax never went through. After multiple complains I did not even get an apology, forget about any refunds! Had to use an actual fax machine to send the fax at a much much lower cost. Take my advise and stay away from this app and its developers!!

Great App to send faxes. Only have to send three or four faxes a year these days. This App is easy to use and provides fax status re sent and delivered. Good job!

Works like a bought one.. I needed something that could quickly send a fax to a client that did not even have email. I was able to send a professional looking fax, complete with company logo and a couple of attached images, in about 5 minutes including registering an account. Great stuff - thanks!

Works well. Downloaded the app, registered, uploaded a file from my iPhones Dropbox, added a company logo, fax sent. All within about 10 minutes. Obviously next time I won't have to register, so should be a very streamlined and affordable way to fax (~99c for 5 pages FYI). Good stuff.

Bug.......... Not sure why but uploading PDF just ain't working for my phone. Would be great if this bug can be fixed asap And it's also abit slow to receive when i used document scan to send the fax

Lost my money!!. I paid whatever the cost was for a certain number of faxes and it didn't work. Having read other reviews it seems maybe it doesn't work in Aus. Anyway the billing system works fine because ITunes billed me successfully and debited my bank account. I think a refund is in order.

Didn't work for me!. Couldn't read pdf from my scanner even though my scanner offered to open with APP. Doesn't read from my pdf APP or GOOGLE DRIVE. I can't see a use for this APP for me. Must be something better out there!

Great. I have used this to send faxes and had no problem once I worked it out. Maybe there is an easier way, but I just put the doc into Dropbox and picked it up from there then sent it. Only thing is, I didn't get any confirmation it was sent.

Really good app (works well in Australia by the way). I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for some minor bug. It works well and it does what it says. I'm an Australian user and works fine sending faxes but cannot receive them as Aystralia is not yet included in the list of countries who can have an ifax. But I do not personally care as I only need to send faxes, not receive them. Thanks!

Simple and effective. I like this app: A simple and effective global fax solution when one does not have a fax at home. So simple to use to get out a fax to those few people who require one and works to fax anywhere in world, which is useful when my work fax is limited to domestic only fax numbers.

I got ripped... No such thing as a free trial - it cost me over $60 to send one fax!

Slow!. Don't bother trying to use the signature function 'cause it gets stuck and u'll have to shut it down and start again. It's very very slow, but if u r not in a rush it's working. Defo good value for money if u need to send an international fax.

Good app but doesn't work every time.. I have been using this app for a while now and have found it to be very useful. It was so useful that I got to rely on it and then one day it just stopped working, which was annoying. It seems to have started working again now. Hopefully it stay that way.

No Single Fax Option. No single fax option. I just want to send a single fax (2-3 pages). Ya true I am not a business but iFax use to charge a pay per fax scheme. Now it’s just a massively expensive subscription that is only tailored to a Million Dollar business. When are corporations going to understand that their billions and trillions are not from millionaires but from the Middle Class.

Total Scam. Playing for the apple gets you nothing. One the apple is open, you must purchase again.

Misleading app description - not free!. Beware - app automatically goes into paid mode after 7 days unless you cancel. Cancelling is not an easy process. Pass on this and get your fax app from a more honest company.

Fax from iphone. This actually worked!! Was skeptical but it allowed me a free fax. My fax recipient is even impressed as she didn’t know you could even do this.

Not what it claims.. They ONLY offer fax subscriptions now even though they claim in several places to have other options. (Like free or pay per transmission.)

Didn’t work for out of country faces. Reviews looked ok, probably would work for US or Canadian fax’s but could not get it to accept a European fax number. Nice it has the pre populated county code but then truncates the fax number. For this it’s a no go application.

Misleading. The 7 day trial is misleading, why did I get charged 21 dollars?? I want a refund I only send one fax

Signing documents. Faxes are so outdated but still needed. I had paid for iFax credits which disappeared somehow and now I am being charged monthly and the capacity to sign the fax has also disappeared along with my money.

Do not download. A little tricky to navigate. They also charged me twice. It was my mistake to not cancel the subscription after the free trial however, charging me both for the yearly trial and monthly trial makes no sense. Waiting to hear back from customer support now.

Incontinent before even started. App pooped the bed as I was setting it up during 2 Step Verification - decided my valid phone number wasn't valid enough...that and immediately deciding to charge me the not basic service immediately vice basic without having to go to settings to sort it all out after the fact didn't bode well for me.

Very Misleading. I needed to send an important fax and couldn’t get my fax machine to work & thought there must be an app for that. I gave this app a try and it worked well for what I needed. I was aware of the free week trial and then the one month charge of $36, which I was billed for today. What I was NOT aware of that I would be also charged $257 for annual subscription. Who has this extra money for a fax service??? I definitely do NOT! I sure hope to see a refund for the annual subscription now that I canceled it. I received an email saying we are sorry to see you go… “you can always send a fax without starting a plan and just pay as you go”. Why not offer that from the beginning??? I feel these in-app purchases are super sneaky and border line illegal.

⚠️ Indeed a scam, please beware. They promote a free trial. Once you’re on the free trial, it actually does nothing. They have two types of plans : One is named "iFax Monthly with 7-day trial (1 Month)" : this one does actually nothing in the app. It doesn’t allow you to send a fax nor get a number. This is the one you get when you open the app. Then there’s the real plan named : "Basic Monthly (1 Month)" (I hope it works, I haven’t tried it) When you open the app, you subscribe to the first fake plan, once you try to fax something, the application asks you to subscribe to their "Basic Monthly (1 Month)" plan. Since you think you are already subscribed to the trial, you follow through with the purchase. Since you switch subscription plan, Apple charges you for the second plan, priced at 36$ something… It is a fraud.

2 step verification failed. It ask me to do the 2step verification with my phone number. But it always failed and I cannot log in

Can’t use until you sign a contract.. These apps should let you know they are unavailable for use unless you sign a contract first. Who wants to do that on an app you know nothing about and how well it’s going to work. Not to mention you’re giving up personal information for something that could be a piece of junk. You business people need to get your act together.

Misleading Subscription Title. Title was trial month but it charged for month and then no response to contact support!

Before Exp free trial I am charged 37.xx. Be careful 😡 do not use this app they will charge you for trial. Apple says subscription credit Req is not guaranteed

Free for a week. Worked great. You are presented with two free trials, the fax subscription and a fax number. If you don’t need to receive a fax then you don’t need to get a number (just “X” out on top left corner). Remember to cancel subscription before seventh day. I canceled immediately and subscription stayed active until the end of the trial.

Scam. Worst app ever seen in my life. They first charge me $32 to get number and send fax. When I received fax from Government department that was so damn important for me they did not let me open that fax, said have to upgrade to see and download received fax which cost additional $100 plus subscription. Once you received fax theh charge you more to download. Total Scam.

Bad app. Bad service, and the 7 day free well it’s not free but it will cost you $30 + dollars. They won’t return my emails, just want my refund. There’s no telephone number, no service! Not happy

Scam!! Be very careful they will charge you just to download the app $200. I downloaded the app to send 1 page fax and when I saw that they wanted to charge $135 and needed to subscribe I deleted the app and never used it and now I have over $200 of ITunes charges from this app!! This is not acceptable and there is no free trial! I just noticed another user had the same issue! How can this be legal? I have filed a complaint with apple and will be reporting them to the consumer bureau

Charged after I cancelled free subscription. Used app to send a fax. Was not as intuitive as I expected. I canceled the subscription before the 7 day free trial ended yet I was charged.

Trial version cost me $260+ with no refund in sight. I downloaded the trial version of the app and was accidentally charged over $260 for a year‘s version with a phone number. I neither want the app nor the phone number and have contacted this company several times to have this error corrected. I have not heard back from them over the last two months. What a rip off! This very much feels as though I have been stolen from. I do not recommend this company for that reason.

Fraudsters at work!. They charged me for annual subscription which was around $255 and then later suspended my account. Then they charged me for monthly subscription and charged $32 again. I reported to Apple and they refunded the monthly subscription but I am unable to use this service still even though I have already paid for their annual subscription and technically should be allowed to use this service until November 8 2023. Take my word and use any other reliable fax service with better billing that actually lets you use the service after charging you.

Followed exactly how to cancel and still trying to charge me. I kept for a few days and tried it out. They took quite a bit to go through. I followed the steps exactly how listed to cancel the trial version. It confirmed it was canceled and I thought I was all good. Until today. Got a notification on my phone saying there is an issue. It says my subscription is suspended and tells me to update my payment information. It will not allow me to access my account it just gives me a pop up repeatedly to change my payment information. I have reached out to Support and have yet to hear back.

You can’t cancel. I have tried to receive some type of verification that I have unsubscribed. It’s not just 1 subscription BUT two. They do not have a phone number, so you have to wait for them to email you. You will likely have to contact Apple support or your bank to take care of these fraudulent charges. Every time you hit unsubscribe they send you to a link that asks why you want to...I have answered the same question a 1000 times and have still gotten nowhere. Save yourself time and DO NOT try to use the app.

25% off promo for Fax credits aren’t accurate. I had the trial version and towards the end of the trial I was offered 25% off fax credits. I was about to purchase when I noticed that the it was more like 10% that’s issued. 25% off .19 is .04 which would make it .15/page. Instead they have .17 as the discounted credit/page. I’m no mathematician but I know that 25% off .19 is not .02. (Just ask Siri) When I notified technical support, they sent a generic message asking me what my issue was when I stated my issue and sent attachments in the email ticket. I wonder how many customers got taken advantage of without noticing this discrepancy.

Fast!!. I love the fact that I'm able to use this app anywhere. Literally you can use it anywhere as long as you have signal you'll be good and it is super convenient not having to look for somewhere to go fax papers when you have it in the reach of your hands it's a portable fax machine in your phone love it!

Wonder “Vicki”Woman. IFAX make my life better at work. I do a lot at work as a homehealth nurse. I am also their personal assistant doing paper work and submitting documents when I say making it easy. I don’t need to go to the fax machine and leave my patient. I can do it on my phone and still stay & take care of my patient and submit documents in time. I highly recommend this. Thank you❤️.

Other services are better. IFax began with a per use fee but was pretty high. It also often required you to use their cover sheet - adding an additional cost to faxes. Finally, the service was glitchy, when I used it I often had to send things twice. But when it did work as planned it could be useful. I had a small balance in my account but after repeated attempts for some reason they could not find it even after supplying my email and two faxes sent previously. I wrote the balance off. Faxes are decreasingly useful in my business and the few times I do need to fax, I will use one of the other services to do it. Don’t bother to contact support - after several attempts to resolve the issue (often with the support guy giving me the same answer and showing no recognition of what I had said in my message) I gave up. Support was useless.

Rip off!. I downloaded this to my PC to send faxes and paid for the trial to check it out. Can’t set up an account. Can’t send the fax, the app keeps sending me to a page to buy a more expensive package! I have one fax to send and already paid $25! So I could have just flushed that money down the toilet and had more pleasure from it! Can’t contact support, keeps opening up google but no link to a page or support. Tried going into my settings to set up an account but there is no option, just says I paid then $25. Don’t let yourself be stupid and get this app, there is GOT to be a better way!

Too expensive. I do not understand why you have to pay over $20 per month to receive faxes and then pay more money to buy credits to send faxes. I used this app for three months and it cost a fortune. The app itself works very well - producing quality images. Faxes are sent and received reliably with good quality imaging. I am currently looking for a quality fax app that does not charge exorbitant rates. This would be a superb app if you could buy a limited plan for a lower price per month to receive faxes, which would also include a limited a monthly amount of outgoing faxes.

Love this new fax app… used another for years just terrible I thought they were all like that and continued putting up with just a terrible app… Boy what a difference iFax makes I’m stunned I love it… people still fax there is still a requirement to fax this is a great app to do so… Happy I made the switch… Try it you’ll see how super easy it is… best of luck

Scam potentially?. Attempted to use a trial, app wants you to select a fax number to use from a rotary dial, each time you’ll get a message that the “number is not available”, then after several tries another message presents “…exceeded the number purchase limit…” Unsure if scamming for subscribers that forget to cancel, or phishing for an email list. It just works. Paying as you go ($1 for two pages, or cheaper for high volume) is perfect. It’s simple and just works, and the no-subscription-required pricing makes it perfect for both the person that sends a couple faxes a year to the person who sends them daily.

Easy to use. I was under the impression from reading the reviews that you could obtain the app free and get five free faxes. However, when you sign up, they make you sign up for the subscription with a seven day free trial. In any case the app is easy to use. There is a spot where they ask you to set up a fax number for additional money but you do not need to do that in order to send a fax.

I gotta say, I'm impressed.. All the services this app claims It provides actually do what they're supposed to do. To clarify, this is the only FREE app (from what iv seen) that allows it's users to actually Fax, Scan, and Copy with ease and without inneruption or "blocking" certain feathers due to " upgrade to pro" for this feature. Thanks for not being like the rest of Faxing Apps around here.

Failed to work. Lots of technical issues need addressing. The app is inefficiently slow. Spent over twenty minutes preparing a two page fax twice because the app had a glitz and deleted the docs I scanned after I had scanned cropped and saved them. I'm on my second attempt to send a fax now but the app is stuck and I'm not able to buy credits. If you get passed this point it's useful to know that each page is 10 credits but you can only buy 15 credits or 200. Classic hot dog and bun problem. Looking for another fax app now.

Absolutely awful customer service. I’ll get straight to it. Don’t download this app. I accidentally signed up for multiple plans, and ended up having to cancel my credit card because there is no actual iFax customer service. Even though I cancelled the subscriptions the charges still appeared on my card and no one from iFax could remove the charges. I was lucky that my bank flagged it and blocked my account. Thanks for not being at all helpful, iFax. I’d give it a less than zero, but there’s no option for that.

Couldn’t send free fax. I tried all day to send a free fax and all it did was add minutes to the time it was going to take to send the fax. It was always 7 mins. Why offer something for free if it’s not going to work. All I’m looking for is a way to fax from my phone since I no longer have access since I work from home. If the app would work properly as stated I’d have no problem paying for it. It would be a business expense after all but I don’t like a run around. Second app I’ve passed up today that didn’t work out. Bad for business

Terrible customer service. It's impossible to cancel the subscription. The original request option is an email. The response was a link to log into the online account. I cannot login because my email wasn't verified, but there wasn't a single verification email. Followup to the customer service was not responded after multiple requests. Is the service an auto bot? Finally I found a workaround to submit the cancellation request via a Google form. Then got no confirmation whatsoever. Now I'm charged with a monthly fee!

Terrible outdated app. This app is outdated, the customer support doesn’t even allow you to use your currency gallery if needed for the necessary support, their system double charged me within a week costing me over 200 dollars that I hope will be charged back to me as though that is ridiculous and unprofessional. And this doesn’t even include how annoying it is just to set it up and actually fax something. It’s not simple and there is a limit as for how much you can fax at once. This is a terrible system and just made to steal your money. Do not recommend.

Cheapest fax app that works!. I tried many apps, most did not work and developes were not helpful. iFax however has quickly become my favorite fax app due to how easy it is to use and how it works every single time! I now use this instead of my fax machine at work because it is much more fast and simple.

Hard to Cancel, Charged Annually and Monthly Today. The 2 people I sent faxes to, did not receive them. The quality of what was sent was poor, based on the preview I saw. I signed up for the trial period, and planned on canceling, but I couldn’t figure out how to, so I missed the deadline to be charged. When I saw the 2 charges on my account today, I immediately reached out to them, and received multiple automated responses. No help at all. I am trying my hardest to get a refund. The app does not work, and is not worth the $185 and $25 charges on my account. I wish I would have read the reviews here, before using it. Beware and stay away

Responsive developer. First time I installed it crashed but then after that it was neceassary to immediately send a fax, installed this application on IPHONE, the fax left without problems. When I had a problem I contacted their tech support and problem was solved within an hour. Developers are very responsive to complaints and feedback. I recommend to everyone.

Something changed. This was working really well for me. I liked that I could buy credits since I only send a few pages a week. But suddenly the scanner technology changed and started auto capturing way too quickly and accepting blurry scans. I turned off the Auto Capture but it’s still riddled with problems. My employer notified me they will no longer accept my faxes because they are illegible. I’m annoyed bc I still have money with them. Looking for a new fax app.

Easy Breezy. It was so easy breezy to use. I just needed to send a cover page without any attachments which was easy to do and gave me diff cover page options. it was also very inexpensive. I paid .99 cents have still have credits left to send another fax in the future. The app also provided me with a confirmation page once the fax went through.

Limitless Limits. By “unlimited” they mean, well, the exact opposite. Signed up for a free trial which I was willing to pay the full year subscription because I actually need a fax line. 4 faxes later, I had reached my - wait for it.. LIMIT. I hadn’t purchased enough ‘credits’ for the month to continue faxing; not even with a full year subscription for the line AND the service membership. O understand fees, really, I do. I get it. But, for all the hidden fees under the “limitless” limits even after the $200 annual subscription, I am majorly annoyed. By that definition, every fax in the universe is “unlimited” if you can just keep forking out unnecessary monies per fax! 🤦🏻‍♂️

I Was Charged During Free Trial. I would advise anyone interested in this app to look elsewhere. I decided to utilize the seven-day free trial in order to test its functionality. Before the trial period was even completed, I was charged a 26 dollar monthly subscription fee. I’ve attempted to request a refund as my trial had yet to conclude before I was charged and have been unable to do so. Information has thus far been patently unhelpful. I would like this issue resolved in a timely fashion but am incredibly dubious if it will be. Would NOT recommend.

Easy. This app was very easy to use. With just a few simple steps I had my fax sent and the documents were clear to read, unlike other fax apps I’ve used previously. The pages on those were too bright making the pages hard to read. This is great!!

Buyer beware. It’s a fax app. The price page states 300 credits for $9.99. They make you believe that’s it’s $0.31 a page but when you go to purchase it’s 200 credits for $9.99. I gave them the benefit of the doubt so I reached out to them first and explained the discrepancy. That was 13 days ago. They fixed my order but didn’t fix the error in the App Store. I can only assume that their hoping no one else catches it. A slight of hand. I’m pretty sure if the error was in favor of the consumer it would have been fixed a lot faster than 13 days. We’ll see how much longer?

This app is the worst. I want to get a free trial just to try the app and it didn’t even work and they charge me $185 in a minute !! Gosh ! I didn’t even finish creating a password and they already charge me this much ! Why ??? And that’s not all ... they have no number to call to cancel the subscription. I cancel the subscription by the app but my money is gone !! I’m so angry

Review. It was my first time to use the fax app because I needed to send the information that is really important from home to my work computer it urgent and I am so excited the app work nicely after I paid for the subscription in the app. so I give you all my 5 stars

Buggy and sneaky free trial. App works well when it works. But, after update loses history. Old faxes are still in a folder in application support but developer says no way to get them back to display into the app. Even if you get sucked into clicking on the seven day free trial, cancellation button doesn’t work and if you had purchased credits before they get lost. I am in the middle of endless back and forth with developer to try to fix all this. Pain in the neck and I don’t want to use the app until fixed so looking for substitute.

Authorized Charges. Downloaded this app a week ago to check it out. I never sent a fax, I never subscribed, I even emailed them to make sure I didn’t subscribe, and then I was charge 59$ out of the blue. I have been sending multiple emails for days about this, and I have received zero help with the matter. The charge was made to my PalPay account, so now they are involved as well. I need my money back. They do not have a phone number, so I have to wait for email responses - which is getting me no where. This has been extremely frustrating.

Addy. Awesome application, I just wish that it had diferente levels of service, like for instance for people that need to do a fax maybe once or twice a month versus everyday use, I hope the developer consider that, and make that option available.

BAD. “Free trial” offer is deceptive.. The trial week is supposed to include BOTH sending AND receiving of unlimited faxes - but there is no option in the app to set up a phone number for receiving without an immediate charge of $170! Want to ask someone a question about it? You have to “schedule a meeting,” and the soonest available time for that is currently more than 48 hours out. The first 15 minutes of trying to use this app has been so frustrating and pointless, I would NEVER consider putting my trust into it as a paid customer.

Great App, Needs True Basic Plan. This is a great app, but it needs a true basic plan. I only need to send a fax about once a year, and then it is only a couple of pages. Fortunately you can pay to send a one-time fax on the website. It would be wonderful if one could do the same on the app.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!!!. I downloaded this app thinking that I’d be able to send a fax over the phone. (I don’t own a fax machine). A few days later, my bank informed me that my account was flagged for fraud detection. I called Apple and they informed me that this app tried to charge me $169 DOLLARS MULTIPLE TIMES. I never submitted any payment information to this app! They also did not disclose the fact that they would take my card information without me knowing, and charge me $169 dollars! This app is fraudulent and I wasn’t even able to send a fax because the app doesn’t even work!

Works great!!. I tried other fax apps and they did not work. I tried this one and after only five minutes my Fax successfully went through. The last few apps I tried and tried and I kept getting an error saying the number I was sending it to was incorrect. I was frustrated. This app is definitely recommended!

Amazing. All I can say is this app is just perfect!! What they say is what they do without any hidden anything and it is refreshing!! I scanned what i wanted sent and it was sent . Thank You so much for this service.. I will definitely recommend it to everyone I know ☺️

Pricey but reliable. Easy to use and fax transmission is reliable. However, the rates are outrageous. If you’re only planning to fax 2 to 10 pages a month, it doesn’t make economic sense to purchase the monthly services. There should be a pay per fax option, then I might consider purchasing the services.

Great option for less cost. I need to get an all in one bad because I work from home. This fax app saved me! I love how it gives me a report that my faxes went through okay and it is a clear copy. I usually pay $10 to fax from my local store. I know! Highway robbery but when in a jam, comes handy

Do not download this app. Do not download this app! It would not let me cancel my subscription through the emails it provided and there were so many faulty things going on with this app. I finally figured out out to cancel my subscription through my actual phone settings and they had me signed up for 2 subscriptions??! It’s ridiculous to have one account on two subscriptions for the same service and then to charge for them both. Seems pretty fraudulent. And I want my money back.

iFax works every time. This app is amazing. I am able to send fax messages for a very low price. This app is very convienent for me personally and could also be very useful for small business and companies everywhere. I can t believe it took me this long to find an app that fits my needs perfectly!

Fishy cancellation option. I subscribed to have a free number to fax from for a week and promptly unsubscribed successfully. Like I normally do with apps I don’t need more than 1 (one) time. It said the phone number I had is now gone and I need to pick another one. No biggie, might be a glitch. I picked a new one and was immediately notified I’m getting charged $170. I quickly went back to my subscription where it still showed it expired next week reflecting my cancellation. Then I received the email from Apple saying I just selected the $170 option. No. I quickly proceeded to request a refund and expect that to be corrected.

Trial did not work!. I clicked on the trial but knew i did not want to pay so I immediately canceled my subscription through my iCloud settings. A message popped up saying that even if I canceled i would have access to it until July 10 (which is 7 days including today). When I went in to try to send my free fax, it just took me through a loop of asking me to pay for the full subscription and pay for a number that I do not want! It will not send! So frustrating!

Good app but needs status view. iFax can be a lifesaver. Their service is reliable and reasonably priced. But the iOS app is lacking a key feature—status view—that keeps me from giving a higher rating. Without the ability to know whether a fax is sending, sent, or received, the iFax app is much more limited than it should be. Edit to clarify that the developer’s response does not appear to apply to faxes started from a different device signed in to the same iFax account.

Fast & Easy. I had to send a fax with my IPad Pro while on vacation. I Downloaded this app and within minutes faxed my document (attachment) and a minute later received receipt. Basically, user friendly and very inexpensive (especially when you are away from home). If you are away from home, or it's too inconvenient to drive to a place that has a fax machine, this is the app for you.

Poor quality and credits don't add up. It costs 8 credits per page, but you sell 15 credits for $.99 or 200 for $9.99....??? So even if I decide to purchase 30 credits for 2 pages instead of 20/$9.99, I'm left with 1.75 pages for future faxes. Just make it simple and sell 1 credit per page, and charge accordingly. Also, photo quality is terrible! I tried taking a photo from the app and also pulling from my photos. Couldn't make out anything. Don't buy credits without checking the quality of the fax first

Terrible Customer Service. Gave this app a try to see if it was going to be my primary faxing app and several factors determined it would not be. Among them now, the awful customer service. You can do a trial and “cancel anytime” but the cancellation of both your account and subscription are subsequently left up to the iFax moderation team or however they label themselves. I’ve contacted support on 3 different occasions and received no reply. I am very confident that they intend to charge me for using their trial as they refuse to reach out and establish any amount of contact. Beware of this

Don’t do it!. I got this application so I could fax things back-and-forth to multiple parties. My trial period was supposed to expire today and I fully intended on canceling because the application did not send the faxes like it was supposed to. I was planning on canceling my subscription today because today is the end of my trial but I woke up and they drained my account at 12 AM this morning for over $200. During this Covid situation there’s no way I can afford to pay $200 for an app that does not work so developers if you read this please help me out!

No resizing. Tried to attach photo copy of document. App rejected it for being too big and app did not provide an option to resize it for me. On the response from the developer: I do not need support to send my document at this late date. I needed an app at the time that did not require me to manipulate the size of the photo before it could be used. Just add the capability to resize/compress a photo to you app. The app I finally ended up using provided that capability.

Easy and worth the cost!. The app is very easy to use and very cost efficient. If you have a small business and do not want a bulky fax machine this is the perfect alternative. I hope they add in the future the ability to easily save a contact list so I do not have to look up a person’s fax number every time I need to send them a fax.
