Always on point, couldn't live without it!. The newest redesign is absolutely gorgeous and loving the native gestures in things like maps integration and the like. This app is always crucial for getting around and understanding my commute times. Thanks for everything the folks who contribute do and keep up the great work!

Truly the worst most inaccurate app of all time. The Washington bus system has truly the worst tracking apps of all time. This app is horrendously off. A bus will come 5 min earlier than the time listed then right when they pass the stop it’ll change the status to NOW. It’s horribly useless don’t even bother. I can’t even recommend the other tracking app “Transit” because it’s equally as bad. If you live in Seattle don’t even bother trying to make it to your bus on time, you’re better off just winging it.

Puts peace of mind into public transit commuting. Its not often I go out of my way to leave a review but this app warrants it. As a relatively new public transit commuter, its easy to get confused about which bus and when and all that. “Am i late? Did i miss my bus or is it just running late?” Etc. this app takes away the guesswork and allows you to feel confident while commuting on the public transit. Thank you to the developers for making this intuitive, incredibly helpful app for us commuters.

This is not real time tracking. The app said the bus was 3 stops away when it was at my stop. My location services were on. The entire ride to work, the app was inaccurate by multiple stops. This is nice for a general idea, but it's tracking algorithm is clearly not accurate when it comes to how long busses take to get from one stop to the next/can't account for when busses don't stop. Fairly disappointing considering the app boasts real time tracking, which I took to mean their is a gps in the bus tracking it. This is not real time tracking. It's "within 5 minutes tracking". Not good enough for commuting to work and minimizing time at a bus stop.

Great data, UI still rough. I’m torn. This app has the best real-time bus data, but the user interface is still pretty rough. It can be downright difficult to find or select the bus stop — even when you’re standing at it! Another example: the built in map doesn’t support the standard double-tap-and-swipe, to zoom in and out. That means it takes two hands to zoom out, unlike every other map. Awkward, but not unusable. Still, when you need to know when the bus is coming, this app will tell you. Ultimately, that’s what it’s for, and it accomplishes that.

My Dog Red. After my dog Red died in a house fire, I went into a dark spiral and started to spend most of my time at the casino. I played the only game I knew well, roulette. In honor of Red, I bet on red 7 - the age he lived to. Day in and day out, $100 on red 7. I did this for over a year, and as if God curses me, it never hit and I went through my entire life savings. So now I sit here in a tent, thinking about the loss of my best friend, Red. Why is this relevant? Because I hit red 7 just as many times as this app has correctly predicted the arrival of my bus.

New UI sacrificed functionality for looks. The new UI gives a lot less information than the old one. *Buses arriving at a stop take up more space on the screen, so you have to scroll to see more than a couple minutes at busier stops. *App no longer displays a lot of useful information, such as how long ago a bus checked in at the location it is showing. A bus four stops away two minutes ago is very different than a bus four stops away right now. It also doesn’t show the maps for through routes. My bus turns into a different route a couple stops from my house, and I used to be able to scroll down to that link (“continues as…”) to see the map, but the maps are no longer available. Now I have to back out to the home page and search for the route to bring it up. *Data doesn’t reliably refresh. In the old UI, the data for what buses are arriving at a stop, where a bus is on its route, etc, would automatically refresh so if you looked at it after a couple of minutes, it would pull a new location or new predicted times. On the new version, you have to manually refresh on those pages that even have a refresh option. On a lot of pages, you have to exit out of the page and reenter it in order to get new data.

Disappointed. This app was a gift from the lord him self save me a lot of times tryin not to miss the bus to get to work but since they change it I wish I could give no stars how terrible they made it with the updates can't put in stop numbers and zoom in on the map to find your stop can't put the bus number in from some reason it shows you other stops it doesn't use gps location now it's back to the web page to fine the bus times

Great app very useful. easy to use, intuitive. just remember that the location and times come from the transit company. the app merely displays them, albeit in a useful way. don't blame the app if they are wrong. at least this app tells you if the times are from real time data or from the schedule (if no real time data is available. btw i am a Seattle Metro user. how well this app works might vary from place to place,

Used to swear by this app. I’ve been using this app for almost a decade now and have always loved it until recently. The data on there just doesn’t seem to be accurate and buses that will be coming suddenly disappear from the queue and never show up. Not sure why the data has gotten worse but has inevitably made it harder to use the app.

Difficult to use. A user should be able to download the app and know exactly how it works. I’m still not sure what this app is trying to achieve. I type in the address I’d like to travel to and it can’t even tell me when I should leave or which bus stops i should go to or which buses I should take. I downloaded this because Google maps is horrible with the bus schedules, honestly this is waaayyyy worse.

Perfect timings, but one improvement should be made.. The improvement is the blue line, instead of it being from San Ysidro to UTC they should split it between America Plaza. It should be from America Plaza to San Ysidro and the other half should be from America Plaza to UTC. It would be easier like that since it’s a long route.

Not totally stable.. Ever since iOS 16 the app crashes when trying to type in things like stop numbers or names. Sometimes if you reinstall the app it will hold stable for a little while then act up again and crash trying to search. If you press a number the app crashes. I’m on an iPhone 13 mini with iOS 16.1 but problem has been there since iOS 16 and even with the beta builds.

App broken, won’t open. Phone: iPhone 11 Pro iOS: 16.0 Behavior: App crashes ~1 sec after opening. I moved recently and was encountering buggy behavior when I was updating my favorite stops/routes. Also noticed the widget stopped loading information. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and now it won't even open, just crashes out after about a second. Unclear if this is an app issue or a server side issue since San Diego "MTS self-hosts on a single Windows server." 🤦‍♂️

Great for real-time INFORMATION, not tracking. I love OneBusAway! It gives excellent, up-to-date *information*. Buses are like any other form of transportation, they gain and lose time in transit. OneBusAway gives recent locations and estimates of bus arrival and departure times, which is just what I need, since using transit requires one to keep flexible, be a little early, and get to your destination. It isn’t perfect, of course, but it is free. It does the job it was designed to do, and like any tool, does require some savvy to use it to its best potential. When I have encountered issues, I have had good interactions with the developers. Thank you OneBusAway!

Tracking would be better w/ passenger input. My bus shows up at a different time every day, that’s why I got the app to help me out. Unfortunately, probably due to the pandemic + etc, there are buses that don’t exist that come and go at my stop. I’d like to be able to correct or note when these things happen so others aren’t as confused as I am. Especially when my route is supposed to show up 3 different times according to the app and I see nothing?? Lots of little issues but still better than nothing.

Don’t upgrade to this, you lose features. The app kept spinning so I upgraded and now I regret it. This version doesn’t seem to let u set “reminders” for your upcoming bus on the bookmarks page even tho the app preview shows that as a feature. The bookmarks overall have a different format & it lacks the detail I had before. I haven’t yet checked how the map feature works, hopefully not much has changed.

Lost without it!. Thank you for providing this free app. I take 3 buses on 3 bus systems each way to/from work (Pierce, ST, Metro). This app helps me get to my stops on time and figure out which buses to catch according to if and how late the buses are running during the evening commute. Every person I meet at the bus stops use this app and if they don’t we tell them about it! The only bus that is not accurate at times is Sound Transit Express 574, but I can live with that. Thank you; you make public transit manageable :)

Where are the Developers?!. So I have recently noticed that the app has not been updated in over a year and that makes it really hard for me to use it, being that this app I use for my Transit Needs whenever I need to go somewhere! The accurate info and real-time is way off and needs major improvement. You can't even use Trip-Planner in the app like you used to be able to do without it bugging out and giving you the error message of ”sorry about that but we can't use this feature as Google has not renewed there certificate license for us to use this, please try again” haha yeah no that's a big-time error because Google doesn't own OneBusAway! Get real and update this app!

The update. The update actually improved a lot about the app and I’m glad about that. Most of my issues now stem from king country transit themselves and there constant effort to always arrive late. One thing I miss is the live bus tracker. Is the old version it was a little buggy but it did help to see how long you actually have to get the bus and where the driver is, writing this as I’m currently waiting for a late bus without having any clue where they’re at tithed than a constantly changing arrival number that seems to be tied to nothing and jumps from 10 mins to 2 and back. Just bring back the live bus tracker on the map thank you.

Reliable app. I've been using this for daily bus commuting for about a month, and it's been super useful. I find it most effective to bookmark specific stops and routes, then check/refresh these to see my best options. Never had an issue with inaccurate times. Using the GPS to locate nearby stops/routes is also handy when I'm trying to seek different options.

Best Bus App!!!. OneBusAway is the best bus app, hands down! It’s so easy to use because all the functionalities are intuitive and user-friendly. I use this app multiple times a day and very rarely have issues. On the off chance that I do have an issue, their customer service is super speedy to respond and will fix the issue ASAP. This app is a must-have on any smartphone! Now, I’m off to catch my bus…thanks to this app!! *wink*

App Deserves More Praise. I’ve used this app on and off over the years it tends to be accurate enough in several cities I’ve lived in. Let’s be real: Even the official time estimates at the fancy bus stops are sometimes dead wrong. I just don’t want to wait 30 minutes for a bus to never show, so I can make good decisions about whether to wait or not. And that’s what this app does. It’s an alternative to Google that is accurate enough, and Google Maps has gone kind of downhill lately itself. One Bus Away even has an Apple Watch app!

The update makes a HUGE difference!. This has always been a super useful app, but for a long time the UX was not as polished and pleasant as it could be. But the most recent update is a huge improvement to usability and now OneBusAway is the great app it always could’ve been.

Used to be a good app.. Been using this app for years with no issues whatsoever. I don’t know what happened, but as of recently, the buses I take to get home either display that they’re arriving early, then show up late, or claim to be late, then show up early. In addition to that, the UI displays multiple buses and this isn’t only confusing, but overall frustrating. Hate to say it, but if I find another transit app that’s at least more accurate than OneBusAway, then that’s what I’m sticking with. It’s a shame this app has diminished in quality.

Unreliable as hell. Yo this app is so trash, you’ll be waiting an extra 30 minutes for ghost busses, it’ll tell you busses have already come and gone when they are no where near being close to the bus stop, and god forbid you actually need to be somewhere on time. Busses will never come at all if you use this app for a reference of when it’ll arrive. Instead of dealing with the disappointment of this app lying to your face, you’re better off leaving an hour early.

It works. Except when it doesn't.. The basic functions are well-conceived. However: Alerts are mostly useless. You open the information. And the first thing you get is a long string of alerts. You hit one of them, and there's likely nothing having anything to do with the bus you are waiting for. When you tap one of those, you end up with a long list of every route affected by anything. If it's a busy stop downtown, you might have to scroll through 30 or 40 of these just to get to your current bus statuses. Meanwhile, the current status may show that your bus is coming in real time. Then you look again, and are informed that it already left. Is it too much to ask that an alert affecting a particular line show up on the line in question? Sometimes you will get a "scheduled, not real time" status. Sometimes the bus comes, sometimes it doesn't. I just assumed that the bus isn't coming when I see it.

Get your times on time. This app will let me know if a bus is coming late or early, but it will let me know at the last minute. I have a life. I have to go to school. I stay in my house in the mornings until 4 minutes before the bus comes because it’s cold. But then it will switch at the last minute and all of a sudden says it’s coming “NOW”. I don’t have that much time to get to the bus at that point, and in turn will miss it and have to wait another 30 minutes for the next bus, by which point my class will be over. Get your app together. These are people’s lives you're dealing with. I have an education to attend to. GET. YOUR. APP. TOGETHER.

Best bus app I've seen. This app does sensible, useful things, and has a vastly better interface the other transit apps I've seen. It has a developer that apparently cares about making it better, which is practically unheard of. It even has good iPad functionality, and takes advantage of the larger format! I'm from San Diego; when I visited LA recently, I sorely missed this app. Trust me, the alternatives are all much worse. Sure, it's sometimes a little off on the timing estimates between stops. It doesn't handle layovers well, assuming the bus will leave early because it's present before the time it's scheduled to leave. And when a bus stops at the same stop when going in two different directions, I wish it would separate them out into different listings. But if you want to find, with reasonable accuracy, when a bus will be somewhere, and even filter by routes or bookmark frequently used stops, this is a solid and functional app, and if your local transit company makes use of it, believe me, it's way better than anything they would've come out with themselves. I use it often and am frequently pleased at how not-impossible it is to use, which is high praise for an app of this nature. I rarely encounter bugs, and updates actually bring useful improvements. It's a rare thing: a free app I'd actually be willing to pay for.

Doesn’t work.. Oh god where do I start with the endless crashes when it did work to now when it flat out says here are no stops nearby in the heart of Medford. When I would have a stop bookmarked after like a week or so anytime I would click on that stop it would say “error” in red at the top of my screen a ton of times and say the stop doesn’t exist. I don’t know if the devs are just lazy, don’t exist and/ or don’t care. Or the final option they are just terrible terrible devs and don’t know the first thing about making a stable app.

KC Metro is garbage. In theory this app works well, however, since King County Metro is utterly unreliable, filthy, incompetent, and poorly run in every way, busses which supposedly have GPS regularly disappear into thin air rather than arriving when they are shown to be. Nothing is ever on time and you will end up standing at a bus stop dodging criminals and drug addicts while your bus is nowhere to be seen. Skip the app, skip Metro, and move to a decent state that isn’t a dumpster fire being run into the ground.

App permanently frozen on bookmarks. Since my phone updated to the latest OS the app is completely non functional. I can kill the app and reload it days later and it still won’t let me interact with anything on screen and stays permanently stuck on the bookmarks page. Before that (or it’s last update) it worked beautifully. The brief glimpse I got of the new map page was terrible though. The old version was much better.

Where is my bus?. I love the app a ton, helps me figure out "when" to catch my bus, where to find my bus, etc. But there is one major problem: The app will say the bus is 4 minutes away when it really arrives in 15 minutes. If there was a way for me to see where exactly my bus is located, I would appreciate that. The Uber app let's you see where exactly your driver is on the map, and it is pretty accurate. I am sick and tired if waiting for way longer than I should be! I hope to see this problem being fixed in the future to better my experience with OneBusAway, Thank you.

I just want a route…. When I download any application to get me from point A to point B I expect that I can search where I want to go and a route is built; preferably with all my various options. This app doesn’t seem do that. I search an address and it just tells me nearby bus stops from all directions. That isn’t useful information. I just want to know how best to get there from where I currently am.

Best app for Seattle transit. I’m an international student living in Seattle and this is one of those must have apps if you are using the city transit system while being in the city. It helps me to get ready for classes and and when to wait for which buses right after classes as well. I would like to see Siri shortcut integration as it’s competitors are doing so. This would be a nice feature to have.

It was good and then it wasn’t. I used to love this app to death and it saved me a lot of time and stress when I first started tracking my buses with it. However, with this latest update, I’ve found that all the buses I’ve taken tend to be running multiple minutes earlier or later than what the app says. The algorithm has gotten altogether inaccurate over the last year or so. This wouldn’t be as frustrating to me, except that with the latest update the dev team removed the in-app reporting system for issues with bus arrival. I don’t know about you, but I neither want to write an email every time I ride a bus because it was ten or more minutes off OBA’s schedule, nor do I want to continue using an app that’s inaccurate where there’s nothing being done to fix it. Sad to say I’ll be moving to a different transit app.

Needs a way to track missed routes. The app is pretty reliable overall, but it needs a way to track busses that are truly missed. For instance, this morning there were two bus routes that are about 1/4 mile apart leaving at about the same time to where I needed to go. I decided to wait for the closer one, but it never showed so I was stuck waiting another 30 min before either were scheduled again.

You had one job…. …and it was accuracy. What’s the point if busses come at totally different times in reality than are reflected on the app? But I gave it 3 stars instead of 1-2, because the customer service is really great and they are clearly trying to make the app better. It does seem like a complicated undertaking.

Basic information is extremely difficult to find. To this day I have yet to figure out how to find out the most important info I want to use this app for: when is the next bus on my route coming? I understand not every app will have stellar design, but when I can’t find the most critical info, I just am not going to continue trying to use it. :(

This was great until it wasn’t. I’ve had this app for years, I loved it. It’s simple with a clean design that doesn’t distract and the bookmarking option made finding my regular routes easy. I don’t have a car and it’s nice to have a rough guesstamate when my bus is coming or if it’s late/early via gps from the bus. Until last month when it stopped using gps in my city with no warning or notice from the developers. Not all cities, just mine. And the arrival/departure times are wrong now too. I’ve missed buses and had to wait in the cold. I got a different app, but I don’t like that one as much, and the developers somehow gamified it which I find distracting and annoying. I wish this app worked like it used to, but I can’t even report the problem because that feature is gone too.

Less accurate over time. I used to love this app because it was the only transit app I could rely on to consistently provide accurate information about when a bus was coming (even if the bus was late or early). Now, not so much. The app will tell me a bus is coming, came and went, all while I was waiting at the bus stop and saw no bus. I hope they continue working on this app to maintain the standard they initially set.

Great app but then it wasn’t after the update. Before updating the app, it used to show the stops that I was searching for. But now after updating to the latest version, whenever I searched up some stops, they would not show up. It seems like the app shows some of the bus stops but not all of them like it only shows the F or A line but when I search up the D line, it doesn’t show up at all. Also sometimes, the time for the bus stops are inaccurate. Please fix it!!! Thanks!!

A few too many minutes off. One bus away used to be almost 100% accurate. It’s over the last six months to a year that it has faltered. It will show a bus being a couple of minutes away and then a few minutes later, show that it has passed by 2 min ago. Ghosts!!! As well, it seems to be 2-4 min min off, no thanks.

Unreliable. Missed more buses with this app than without. It frequently will say a bus is 10 minutes late that is on time or early. I felt obligated to write this review because I am currently on a bus that I had to run to catch, and the app still says it’s 8 minutes away from my stop. You’ll be better off looking at the scheduled time your bus will come than missing the bus because of this app’s egregious errors.

Very disappointing. The app time predictions are highly inaccurate. I literally mean 95% of the time wrong. You could be 200ft from your bus stop and the app says that you still have 6 minutes until your bus arrives because it’s “running 7 minutes late” and then you watch that exact same bus drive by 10 seconds later. Incredibly infuriating whenever I choose to trust the “reported” bus times. Always give a 10 minute window to arrive early. It could come 10 minutes earlier than the reported time. It could (extremely occasionally) come at the reported time. Or, it could come 15 minutes later and then you’re left waiting 25 minutes for a bus. You never really know. Usually ~5-10 minutes earlier or later

Unusable since last update. There is no east west or north south viable in the title of the station when bobble is not open so you have to guess and 90% i guess wrong one. And good luck changing it to the other station. The bubble from the old one you selected just won't go away. I like the rest of the u update but this one is so annoying that i have to give one startup get attention of the developer to fix it

Not a helpful app. I downloaded this app because it said it would tell me my next departure however when I downloaded it it asked for a bunch of my information then when I would type in the bus route or my next location nothing would happen. It would tell me that there were not departures near me but I was standing at my bus stop. The app is highly confusing I would not recommend. 👎👎

Needs improvement on real-time tracking. Often my bus line is not tracked accurately. In my living room it stated the bus was on time 10 minutes away When I got to the stop it said on time and 23 minutes away but showed up 3 minutes later. If a bus is truly 23 minutes away I would choose to walk the 15 minutes it takes me to wait for the second bus I need to take. When decisions are made based on inaccurate information it can be frustrating to watch a bus drive by you didn’t expect to be coming on time. However it’s the only app available and still better than nothing.

Nags me about service alerts that don’t interest me needs to be more accessible with voiceover. This app is harder to use over the years with voiceover. The nearby stops is harder to find than it used to be. We can’t just hit a button as we used to. And furthermore we are cluttered with service alerts that don’t interest you when you’re not traveling in that city. As this system is mainly to give you the stops you need, there’s no reason to worry about the Seattle tunnel on the bus route 28 in Tacoma. And if I was looking for a trip in Seattle, it would make sense. But there’sIf there’s no tunnel in Tacoma. If I’m going to see that, I would like to have a preference to not see that. But the geo-fence a little farther around your service alert, so we can get those. Or at least let us know how to customize the app so we don’t get the Seattle alerts for Tacoma.

Good app but there’s an issue with me. It was working fine on my old phone but on my newer phone the alarm will not work. I try setting an alarm but all I get is an infinite loading screen. I have no problem with this app and hate to give it a bad review but I can’t rely on a timer outside the app because the bus could randomly be early and I need the alarm that alerts 5 minutes away no matter what so I can be alerted in case I’m distracted. It’s really irritating not being able to use this feature, until it’s fixed.. two star.

Placed me in San Diego. Do NOT upgrade. After upgrade app constantly tried to tell me I’m in San Diego even though the map in the app shows me in my correct location of Seattle. I am frantically searing my location permissions but everything seems to be turned on. Only a One Bus Away problem

To many bugs(recommend using transit). App keeps saying 5 minutes or 3 minutes and I’ll end up waiting for a train or bus for 20 minutes instead of the 5 or 3 like the app says, lately this app has been nothing but bugs for me.

Wildly inaccurate. You’re better off just going off the scheduled departures. I’ve lost count of the number of times that I got to the bus stop 2-3 minutes before the app said the bus was arriving and then missed it because the app was wrong. A lot of busses don’t even have live times, and a lot of those that do are completely inaccurate. If the times were more in line with reality this app would be useful, but as it stands it’s garbage.

Route view is broken. “Data couldn’t be read because it’s missing”. Error pop up says…

Recent update a huge downgrade. Two of the most helpful features of the app have been removed from the most recent update: —Telling you which routes change to different ones (“continues as route x”) —The ability to leave feedback when a bus arrives late/early/not at all I use this every day but I’ve had to start using other apps in conjunction and this one is much worse since the update and harder to navigate the schedules now.

Annoying. Set a reminder for 10 minutes. I got a message from the app that said “we will alert you ten minutes before this vehicle departs”. The app never gave me any sort of notification, and I know because I was on my phone the whole time waiting in a coffee shop for my bus. I missed my bus, and am writing this as I walk home.

By and large useless. Only good for general and vague routes and times. Do not use this app for actually planning a trip as the reported times are more often than not just wrong. The buses are not reported in real-time. You can locate bus stops with it though so that’s a plus. But then again, you can do that with Google with a better user interface.

New update force closes. New update force closes on my iphone 12 every time I try to type anything in (route, stop, etc)

Bus came and went and I remained. According to the app, my bus was on time, arrived when it was suppose to, and departed when it was suppose to. In reality, the bus was nowhere to be found. After 10 mins of waiting past its scheduled arrival time, I decided to walk. The app seems untrustworthy.

Updates. omg what an improvement with the route #s on the map now. helps so much in areas crowded with multiple stops!! Thank you!

App is great... when it works correctly. I missed my bus because it will say that my bus has already passed.... when it actually was late. And yeah it’s a big deal because this bus only goes that route until a certain time

Deceptive when common bus problems occur. The biggest problem I have with this app is it keeps you guessing. Half the time the bus never shows up or it’s so late you’re now late to work. And best of all - they rarely (if ever) update the app to let you know the next 2 busses aren’t gonna arrive either. Using this app to catch a bus on time is a game of luck. Very poorly managed system.

not accurate. been using this app for a few months now. Safe to say it is extremely inaccurate. It tells you the bus is on time but when the time comes, it keeps delaying it by the minute. There were a couple of time where it delayed 20-30 minutes, by the minute. This needs some serious fixing. Or collaboration with the sound transit

Broken. When I click on a stop to see the times the bus will arrive, it just says “the data couldn’t be read because it is missing.” That’s the whole purpose of the app!!!! Can someone please fix this?? I depend on this every day as do so many other people. The app is unusable.

App needs update. The app crashes frequently. I'll be trying to search for a bus route and the app crashes as soon as I start typing in the search bar. Super frustrating when you're trying to plan your commute.

Essential but unreliable. Few things are more frustrating than when you miss not one but two busses in the morning because your app somehow misjudged their arrival times. Uber and Lyft have had geolocation with by the second updates for over seven years. How can this app be SO far behind? It’s time for the analog services to catch up!

SO. INCONSISTENT.. This app is great if you have unlimited amount of time on your hand and don’t care about being late. Absolutely the most inconsistent wait times. I understand arrival times are constantly changing but sometimes, buses will not show up. I don’t mean late- I mean they do not show up. I’m not sure if this is a Seattle public transportation issue or an app issue but either way, do NOT trust the wait times.

Crashes when searching for a route/vehicle. After entering a number within the quick search, tapping on Route or vehicle will crash the app.

Doesn’t work. Can’t access any information outside of the location of stops which you need to know where they are within a small area for them to pop up. What is the point?

Couple of things. 1 - Does not refresh bus location and arrival times in real-time after selecting a specific bus. 2 - Would be nice if alerts for routes detours could have an option to be a push notification/banner or an in app alert.

Good app. Can’t set an alarm.. I’m not sure why, but when I try to set an alarm for an arrival or a stop, I just get a spinner that spins forever. No alarm can be set :(

Works 30% of the Time. It is a great thought but just not reliable. The app will show phantom busses come and go while you are waiting at the stop. It must be showing the anticipated schedule and not the actual bus location. Do not rely on the information.

Miss this app. I used this app daily while I moving in Seattle. While not always exactly right, they were rare enough occurrences to easily overlook. I live in LA now and sorely miss this app. Nothing here that I’ve found yet comes close to this app. Please partner with LA soon!!!!!

Does the basics decently. Always pretty accurate on schedules. Down to 3 stars because it never loads the detour alerts properly, it just populates it with generic text. Not sure if this is just a HART problem or if other areas have this too

Usually great but super slow lately.. Honestly usually this app is great but lately it’s been so laggy lately that I have to say it needs to be updated or something. It’s ridiculous how slow it takes to even load the app.

Being able to report buses would make this much better. Often my bus is late when I can literally see the driver messing around, and some drivers misreport their location to take longer breaks.

App doesn’t even let me search bus routes. I was only able to access locations I have previously used, the app stopped letting me search other routes a long time ago and now the entire app isn’t even loading, needs to be fixed because I used it to determine when to leave so I am not waiting out in the cold longer than I need to

Needs work!. This app is ok for letting you know when to leave for the bus but the thing is It will tell me I have 10 mins and the bus be not even 1min away I have miss the bus a few times cause of this app. Fix it or just delete it cause that’s not right for people who really depends on the bus system.

App doesn't know the realtime of the bus.. This has happend to be more than five time, I am waiting on the bus at a stop for more than ten minutes then whn I look at the app I see the bus has left me about a minute ago are some buses invisible or what, because I do not see a bus pass me and yet on the app it shows the bus has passed. Fix this problem its affecting alot.

I used to rely on it. I used to rely on one bus away for everything since I use the bus most of the time but with this new update, it always says I am out of the one bus away zone and won't show me when any of the busses are coming and won't even show where there's a bus stop. I have an older iPhone SE and with this new update I guess it is incompatible now but I think that is unfair. We should not be forced to buy a newer phone just to have s

Inaccurate. The app is very inaccurate. It will give you ghost ride schedules and late times. Check the transit website before you check the app. The times will not match up. If you follow this app I guarantee you’ll miss your bus. Also stops change very frequently and this app does not update quick enough.

Quick Question. How do I switch over to dark mode on the app??

Mess. Worst app for public transit. It doesn’t work sometimes whether you’re on WiFi or fully supported with your internet provider. The most annoying thing in Tampa is when you see the “scheduled/not real arrival.” HART needs to do better.

Good when it works. TERRIBLE USER SUPPORT. This app has saved me a number of times. Good to know when the bus is arriving. Unfortunately if there's a problem, don't count on the developers to actually answer your emails. So you'll just have to wait until any issues with the your line are fixed. Nonexistent customer support. Their email system basically directs you to your local transit office.

Newest version of app keeps crashing when I zoom in. The newest version of this app keeps crashing when I zoom in on the map view of see business names. I have to resort to having Google Maps and this app open at the same time to see bus stop locations and the business I am looking for.

Bugs galore. I don’t know what you guys did, but this “App Rehaul” feels like this is the first time the app has ever been put on the playstore. *The map zooms-out to show Florida if you do anything. Zooming in makes it zoom back out. *Stops no longer update, you have to REFRESH the entire app to see an update, whereas before you could leave the app open it’ll update in real-time.

Quick to act!. I put in that a route was missing & they fixed it within 72 hrs.

Used to do real-time tracking, now pointless. I used to use this app everyday since the real-time tracking was pretty accurate for the bus I took, but for the past half a year or more it just makes up dummy data (showing late or early leading up to the scheduled time) then just shows the bus on time every time now. So, it’s basically just a bus schedule which makes this app completely pointless.

Trash. Got stranded missing the last bus because none of these MTS ppl communicate with each other and update what is or is not a bus stop. Literally stood by a makeshift sign that said my spot was a temp. bus stop (due to construction) and the driver, for whatever reason (keeping this review as civil as I can), just drove past. So signals were crossed somewhere and this app did nothing to help inform me.

No Snow Route Message!!. It took me an hour extra to get home because the app didn’t tell me the buses were on snow routes. At least google maps says the buses are on detour when you look up arrival times. This app just says bus arrived, and there’s no bus to pick you up!! SHAME!!

Stopped working. Reporting a problem within the app gives me an error message. The displayed times are never actual anymore. The displayed arrival times always show “late” and so when I click on the in-transit data, it will show the scheduled times at each stop instead of where the train actually is. Useless.

Accuracy has plummeted. I’m unsure of the reason but this app no longer tracks busses with any amount of accuracy in real time in 2020. Several times, the app tracked a bus arriving and then leaving my bus stop. But to observers, it never arrived. I’ve reached out to developers through the app and have received no meaningful response. I have to delete the app as it is completely unreliable these days.

Solid for a free app.. Most issues are with the gps in the busses or that the busses transponders or whatever are t working. The app itself is quite nice.

Feature Request. Love this App. Would be great if you could add functionality to set more than one alarm. For instance, set one for 10 minutes out and another for 5 minutes. Add custom time too. Another request would be to add ability to track arrival by seeing an watch on Bus arriving.

Congrats!. Continues kudos on your app. Some inaccuracies happen but hopefully our feedback is helping you to improve your app’ data quality!

It doesn’t work. Multiple times since the update I have been waiting at a stop and the bus says that it already departed and then 15 minutes later it will pull up. People depend on this app quite a bit and it can be a major issue when it doesn’t work. Fix it.

Perfect for what it’s for. Can’t plan out a route yet, but always was much more accurate and easy to use for specific bus/bus stop status & information than Gmaps or Apple Maps.

Worse with every update. This app used to be great, now you can’t even update when a bus is late or hasn’t come, that’s if you can find the report function, which used to be easy to find and use. Now it just says it can’t read the data. Of course when it comes to King Country Metro a crystal ball is probably your best bet

Meh. To be frank, it’s never accurate, never organized, and to make matters worse you can’t even submit feedback anymore. It’s kind of a disgrace, the only thing it’s good for is to see when the next bus is SUPPOSED to come, not when it will. Use this if you’re desperate.

Darn good. It’s not always right on bus arrival times, but it usually is and it shows route maps and lets you save stops/routes. Better than anything else on the market in puget sound
