I was a beta tester.. I enjoyed the app. It was upgraded all around honestly. The paycheck feature up front was awesome!!

Worst app ever. Seriously confusing and if u do figure it out its useless ... Do not buy! Update **** the people who made this app contacted me and asked me to change my review... it is the most difficult to use app I have ever encountered and I'm extremely tech savvy ... I would not suggest anyone spend money on this app I wish I hadn't but even with this bad review they didn't offer a refund they just asked me to recant .. which I have no intention of doing

Great app. Excellent app! If you are a city fireman and hv an iPhone, this is a must have app. Does everything. V/L, RSOT, firehouses, call boxes, mutuals......awesome app for FDNY. Keep the updates coming. Just gets better & better

V5-V6. Horrible after version 6. Can’t see the numbers of the days it’s so small, changed payday $ to a circle. Colors changed for groups and mutuals. Please bring the old one back THIS IS A NIGHTMARE

The Only Calendar App I Use. This app is the only calendar app I really use. Since the job comes first, this is all I need.

If you own an iphone, and are on the J-O-B get this app, cheapskate!. It takes a while to learn everything thats available to you on this app, but once you do, there's no going back to your paper calendar. If you have any problems or questions, write to the app creators, and they get right back to you with the answer. It is a really well thought out app, and I highly recommend it to any FDNY member! If you're detailed out of house, go to your firehouse locator, awesome!

Problem with paycheck button. Must be a problem with this new upgrade...everytime I click the paycheck icon on bottom the app crashes...please fix

Used to love it. Please return to old format this new one is horrible. I may have to switch apps if this doesn’t return to old format.

OT hours. Since the new version came out, overtime hours do not add up properly. No problems with hours on the old version

Worth every penny!!. Every FDNY member with an iphone should own this app! It doesn't get any easier than this in managing your schedule. You always have your phone with you and now you have your chart with you as well.

Outdated. The app hasn’t been updated in 2 years

New version stinks!. Like everyone else is saying, this new version is terrible.

Great app. Maybe add the vacation letter chart so the vacation is put in automatically. I saw that chart in bosses office and vacations are done for the next few years.

Great deal. Finally!!!! A must have for every Fdny member. Would love to see a mutual exchange with text messages rather then e-mail.

Must have for iOS FDNY firefighters. Great group chart calendar that sync with your regular calendar. Run my life through this app. There is a learning curve to really get full use of this app and it will take a while. If you put in all your OT dates, after a year you will have a rolling calendar of when your hours fall off. Keeps track of all your banked/owed mutuals with a person. List of all firehouse locations and phone numbers. Etc. Possibly a tutorial video should be made to get people started.

Pretty good. Good for work schedule. All of a sudden won’t save events on calendar Older version was better. This version not working. Especially adding events. Idk what happened but needs to be fixed.

New Version. New Version stinks! Erased all my old events now have to link up to icalendar! Garbage!

Update. New update makes app unusable.

Put back to old version. Older version worked perfect. All the extra stuff makes it complicated to work and the over time hours don’t add up correct anymore. This new update is the worst.

Love it. I love this so far... Does need a slot for OT shifts and EMS only stations... Also all station numbers added to contact would be helpful.. Over all great job!

ABCD Chart. I love the app. Will you be making an ABCD chart for the modified schedule?

Vacation. Love the app. But I can’t put my vacation in anymore

Great Update. Thanks Jeff for the opportunity to beta test. I like this app a lot better than the free one.

Good app numbers need work. It’s a good app and could be a lot better if the yearly numbers in the paycheck were accurate. Bring back the older version

Version 6. Go back to the way it was. It is a horrible update. Go back to the way it was. ASAP

Love it!. Have had it for years now and swear by it. From adjusting my tours to adding OT to finding other firehouses with phone #’s when taking a detail. Syncs with iCal, can see my entire calendar in one place!

6 stars. When I initially got the app it was a bit confusing and took a little time to figure it out but once I did I can’t live without it. Single most important app I have now.

Great App. Very useful. No issues

App Crashes Regularly, All data lost. App has crashed on me about 5 times in the last 6 months. I’ve lost my overtime marks, my banked and owed mutuals and other important information leaving me with no way to track back my hours or the notes ive taken for mutual swaps.

Military. Good app is there a way to track military leave?

Not for ems!. Great app but I work the ems side so it doesn't work for me. My fire suppression buddies seem to think it's pretty useful though. Btw fort totten is spelled wrong in the phone number listing.

Just what we need. This app gets rid of all of the confussion, and trying to fumble through multiple calanders to find out who I owe and who owes me. Also when taking out of borrow details using the Firehouse locater is great, get directions and even call the house from within the app. Deffinetly worth $9.99

Great app. Great app and helps everyone one the job, but it’s time for an update!!! Needs a few more features and a clean up

6.3. Most of Us were disappointed in the update 6.0 at first, I emailed Jeff and expressed my concerns and unfamiliarity navigating around the update.. He told me to goto the help section and everything would be explained. There have been two “tweaks” released to the update that have addressed many concerns and issues. Be patient, its a great app and i’ve been using it since day one. I am sure they will have it streamlined and tailored to the best of our needs…

Great app. I’ve been using this app since its inception. I love it. It’s the only calendar app that I use. Over the years whenever I’ve had questions, even recently, I’ve contacted them and they have always replied quickly and help work out the issue. Great customer service. Highly recommend this app.

Very useful app. Could be great.. This app is very helpful if you area firefighter in the city. There is a learning curve that could be alittle easier. Also for the price I feel it should include more features such as iCloud syncing across devices and back up. I got a new device that couldn't be restored and lost everything. I know there is a back up function now which I use with my iPad but it is clunky. Also native iPad support would be awesome. A lot of guys on the job have iPhone 6/7 plus so supporting that native resolution would also be great. I feel like the text is huge sometimes and more could be fit.

Backing up.. Best app if your on the job period. Awesome support if you need it. I switched phone and had problems backing up so I contacted them through email, quick response and they help back up and restore to another phone.

Go back!. Accidentally automatically updated after I held onto the old version since the “upgrade” and it’s horrible, please change the app back to how it was! Way too cluttered with the new version! Also, what is up with removing Columbus Day and replacing it with “Indigenous People’s Day”??? Is this app racist against Italians?? This is a celebrated holiday in the FDNY with a parade and everything, this is absolutely ridiculous!

FDNY app. Great app. But need a bug fix for IOS 11

Great tool, needs a refresh. I’ve been using this calendar for about 6 years now. It almost immediately replaced my paper calendar and it was not very hard to get to learn. That being said, technology has changed a lot in that time period and I believe this app is due for some upgrades. iCloud syncing, screen resolution, notifications, etc. I give 4 stars because the app works great and has since I started using it. But an occasional refresh and upgraded features would be nice.

Please fix this app. Version 6 is HORRIBLE. How do I get back to the previous version? Version 6 is terrible. I accidentally updated it and can’t figure it out. Please fix this. I’ve been using this app for over 10 years and it worked fine as is. Why did you change it and make it worse?

Great. Great App! After using it for a while you get the hang of it, it does everything you need! Keeping track of OT & mutuals is a breeze now. Great Job!

A+ Bro. Money well spent.. Great app, I was hesitant at first spending the money but I haven't looked back. I used to go through a couple calendars a year and many erasers lol. I had my calendar on every where i went and literally every trip I took. It was such a hassle but you never know when your gonna bank a tour or a last minute MX. I haven't picked up that calendar since. and I recommend it to all of us with iPhones. PS: I stumbled upon the app by mistake while being a lil Buffy. Seems like word of mouth is how were finding out about this one. And its just one house at a time. You might want to think about marketing this thru the bag or with a flyer to them all. Stay safe all...

A very nice app. This is an excellent app. It consolidates all of your busy lifestyle activities in one place. My only improvement would be to intergrate an alarm to the scheduler so that I don't have to continually look at it to make sure I'm not missing something

Great job. I never wrote a review before, but this app deserves it. Great job. A bunch of the guys at my house have this app and we all love it. I use it all of the time to track OT, late runs, Mx, and just about everything else. The new update is great. Putting the box #'s is just what the chauffeur ordered. Bring back old version. This app was perfect with the old version.. since the update I barely put in mutuals or anything important.. if anyone creates a similar app like the old one please contact me as myself and 10000 other firefighters will switch over..

A little help. Good for locations and directions could be a bit easier to enter OT and mx's. Great for the chart and incorporating your calendar events.

Never need a paper calender again. Great app. Awesome for keeping track of and checking ot, mutuals, and square rooting. Haha

Dark mode. The new update enables dark mode which causes some things to be unreadable. need to be able to turn it off within the app.other than that the app is awesome

Horrible. Whatever you guys did, you ruined everything. My entire schedule is upside down and screwed up. Wildly hard to navigate unnecessarily.Deleting this app. Getting the other one now. Its been a good 6year run

Add PCOT to OT. Jeff I saw the first email that was spell check the second was not. What I meant was LT's and CAPT's call our overtime Post Coverage OverTime or PCOT for short. FF's OT is MMOT. Maybe add PCOT to OT button and where it was worked like P2P. Great app.
