How does this app have a high rating?. This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever experienced. The app is complete trash and to make it worse, so is the website and when you think it can’t get any worse, wait till you attempt to use their customer service. There’s so much wrong with it, too much to write, but if you want to know, check out the hashtag for SundayTicket on twitter. I’ve used this app for 5 years, and it seems to just get worse. DirecTV is only in business because of Sunday Ticket, but fear not, Sunday Ticket will leave DirecTV in 2023 meaning DirecTV will finally go out business. Nobody is installing satellites on their homes anymore. Don’t even try customer service, it’s a joke, you will waste literal hours on a phone to listen to someone read off scripted responses which will ultimately leave you with no solutions and more frustration.

Great IF you get logged in. This app is fantastic.....if you get lucky enough to get logged in. The problem is that you constantly get the error message “can’t find this email and password combination” and after the seventh or eighth try it may let you in. But that’s also the limit number of tries before you’re locked out of your account for the day. Judging from all the one star reviews with the same problem I think the customer service for this app must be terrible. It’s probably very likely that Direct TV has just given up altogether since they may not renew the Sunday Ticket contract with the NFL and I think I speak for everyone when I say we can’t wait for them to lose that monopoly on NFL games. I have no problems with the app on my iPhone or Apple TV once you get signed in but it’s always a question mark every Sunday when all I want to do is watch my team play.

Why wont the NFL allow me to buy a single game?. The NFL business model is perhaps the dumbest ever. They (via their deal with DirectTV) makes me spend $300 or so with the value prop that I can watch every game. Problem is I don't care about every game. I care about the Seahawks and that's it. The ONLY way I can watch every Seahawks game (in LA) is with this archaic app and overpriced subscription that forces me to logon EVERY time on my Apple TV, with only one device at a time. It's an horrible customer experience bc of this app for anyone out of state. But bigger deal: It wastes a massive opportunity for the NFL to sell each game to everyday people who would buy the ability to see their fav team on a per game basis, while still respecting blackouts. Please evolve NFL and use your brains. And please DirectTV, fix this app so it logs on each time on AppleTV.

Unable to log on to app - they’re letting some stranger use my account for free. I purchased it 10 weeks ago and have yet to be able to logon because someone in St. Louis (DIRECTV said, as I have called for hours every week) has been logged onto my account. This is fraud. I have changed the password no less than 10 times, I have changed the email address on the account with a new one I just created for this service and a password NO ONE knows. All of this and and I still can’t log on because DirectTV is allowing this St. Louis person to use old credentials to access my account. That is beyond piss-poor security. They can’t even kick someone off my account. I have spent hours on the phone with DIRECTV for weeks, trying to get them to help me and they won’t. The last person I spoke to, Theresa, accused me of giving my password to this St. Louis person and I should ask them to log off. Why would I have been trying for 9 weeks to kick them off if it’s as simple as that. I don’t know who this person is. But they do. They can see the IP address. So why can’t they kick it off? Or why isn’t changing the password 10 times and creating a brand new email address kicking them off? I am tired of DIRECTV stealing my money and letting someone else use my account for NFL Sunday Ticket. They won’t refund my money or close the account. I’m going report the purchase as fraud to my credit card company.

Awful Quality. This is the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. Did you pay $200+ to watch your team or fumble through the buffering app the entire game? The only thing less enjoyable than watching your team lose is paying for this terrible app and watching the feed buffer all game. I can’t watch a full drive of any game without the app crashing/stalling/awful quality buffering. I have superior internet and the app DOESNT WORK whether it’s Roku, Apple TV, my phone...on my Google Fiber, on ANYTHING. Any setting I use this on it has the same problems. DO NOT BUY THE APP because whether you buy the app or not you’ll be watching the same amount of the game. I can’t stress this enough. DO NOT EVER BUY NFL SUNDAY TICKET. The NFL is a billion dollar business there has to be a better way.

Needs a lot of improvements. For what I pay for Sunday ticket this app should be a lot better. First, I have 2 Apple TV devices in my home but I can only watch the games on one at a time. I should be able to watch it on multiple devices within my own home. Yes they can tell if it’s from the same location. The games constantly freeze and I need to restart the app. When you use the multi game feature it’s only worth it if you have 4 games on. When you have 2 or 3 games on, there is always one that is too small to really see the action. If it’s 2 games it should be split evenly down the screen. There’s not much that can be done with the 3 games, but it’s common sense to do that with the 2 game option. Over all it’s disappointing at best. Directv used to be better before AT&T bought them out. I won’t be renewing next year.

Decent. Good as a student. First of all, some of y’all are stupid. It says before you sign up that it only shows out of market games. Secondly, download the fantasy app or the nfl app and you can watch all the IN market games for free. Ta-da. now you have all the games. The app itself kinda eh but the pc version is good. As a student I pay like 30 a month for it. Wouldn’t pay any more than that though. Unless I’m on wifi the app doesn’t let me watch anything which is kinda stupid considering I have 5G. Generally I’m on a 2 hour drive home Sunday around noon so I miss a lot more than I’d like to miss but it’s tolerable Bc it’s only 30 a month. If I log in on my girlfriends phone it works though, so that’s just, annoying. Latest iOS & everything. Overall it’s okay but don’t expect the perfect experience

The most expensive and worst app ever. Seriously you have to pay so much money for this service, you would think the app would work like a dream. But instead you get a barely functioning ugly and glitchy app. I can’t easily switch from watching on my lap top to watching on my fire tv because it says I’m still signed in. I’m not. I went as far as turning off my computer completely. Still won’t let me sign in. Why is there not an option to force a sign out other devices from the device that I’m wanting to use. They got rid of the game mix channel which I loved. Interruptions to streams are almost guaranteed. Please show some respect for your customers and fix this glitchy and unintuitive application.

Great app still need some work. I love that Sunday ticket gives me a student discount while I’m in college. I also love this app for its ability to watch so many games that are not on local tv, especially since I’m in Tennessee Titans fan in Utah none of the Titans games are on local TV here. The only issue with this app is that I have had is when I’m trying to switch over to my smart TV it says that more then one device is operating at a time And I made sure that I logged out on the other device but it takes like 15 minutes to register that the other device is logged out. Frustrating but you’ll get used to living with it.

Buyer Beware. I’m not a direct TV subscriber but I use AT&T for all my mobile devices. This app leads you to believe that you can receive all ‘out of market’ games on any weekend. THE PROBLEM IS in their definition of out of market. If the game is televised on any network in your market it is blacked out in the app which means 6-8 blackouts and if your mobile device doesn’t pick up local channels you are S.O.L. COMPLAINT #2: The app prevents the user from streaming to a bigger screen. That being said the app functions well and has some cool features. I haven’t decided yet if the limited function is worth paying full price for Sunday ticket. I’ll update at the end of the season. I’m traveling in November, December, and January so I will update this review based on travel. BYW, if you think you can trick it by not sharing your location don’t bother the app won’t download unless you allow location sharing.

Terrible and lousy customer support. They make sure they automatically renew your subscription and take your money but they don’t have any support. I started the new year out at my son’s soccer game and was excited to watch the first Panther game. I put on the app and I’m blacked out of watching the Carolina v Cleveland game it’s says “ It looks like you’re in or near the stadium “ so I’m blacked out. So I call for assistance and despite my request for US assistance I get transferred to the Philippines. As usual they can’t help me and refuse to transfer me to the US operators. When I insist I tell the guy I want customer rentention because I want to cancel my account because you won’t transfer me and can’t help me. I close with now don’t disconnect me like you usually do. Like clockwork guess what happens, they disconnect me. YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED!!!! AT&T SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED FOR BEING ASSOCIATED WITH YOU!!!

Apple TV experience is awful. I am stunned at how poorly this app works on Apple TV. I have internet that reaches 500 mbps and this app still has frequent buffering, freezes, glitching etc. If it recovers on its own, it will often be without audio. When you click on a game, it might select that game, it might not. I keep selecting Patriots and Washington, and it keeps showing me the Bills. When I back out to the menu, it says NE/Washington is the selected game. What?? It’s so, so bad. As for blackouts, that’s not really a legit complaint. The NFL is always going to make you watch your local game on your local channel even though you pay $300 to get all the games on your devices.

Where to Start. This 1-star review is less about the app, and more about the overall experience of the NFL SundayTicket. The only reason I put myself through this headache is to watch the Broncos while living in Pennsylvania. Customer support, app functionality, cost, and restrictions (blackouts) are all 1/5 stars. I can’t believe the NFL allows SundayTicket to botch this service without stepping in to make it easier to watch out of market games. It’s week 3 of the 2022 season and I still can’t log in to my account and access the service despite hours of troubleshooting and waiting on hold just to be transferred to someone who cannot resolve the issue.

Absolute waste of money. Can’t even log onto the app. Reset the password, no luck. Called customer support as recommended by the app. A recording answered informing me of an extremely long wait time and suggested that I go to their website. I have dealt with this company for years and it is by far the most frustrating business I have ever dealt with. Not only does this app not work, I can’t even get DirecTv technicians to show up at my house. They called me several times and told me that they were on their way, but never made it to my house . I hope the NFL cuts all ties with this company and sells their product directly to the costumer or partners with another streaming network.

Not bad if your a college student. This is my first year using this service. I’m a college student so I pay the college pricing and important note I have Xfinity internet and cable not direcTV. The first 2 weeks of using this service I was streaming it off my Xbox series x on a wired connection with gigabit internet and both weeks the service stopped working mid way through the games. At first I thought it was my internet but quickly realized it was something on direcTVs end as other customers were complaining about a similar issue. I did end up getting refunded for both weeks so that’s a plus. Week 3 was much better and really showed me the potential of this service if your a big football fan like me. It’s important to note that you will not be able to watch any local games so keep that in mind. I still have to use my cable service to watch local and prime time games. And beware once u sign up your locked in for the rest of the year…. There’s no cancellation. I give it a 3/5 stars because it does show its issues at times but for the price as a student there’s a lot of value here when it works properly. Now if your paying the full 300 or 400 a year you may find yourself unsatisfied Some weeks when this service doesn’t work.

Pointless. Doesn’t recognize my login even though I can login online to directv. No one seems to know why as I’ve been trying to have this fixed for over a week. Keep getting referred to new people and starting the process over with zero actual solutions. Go ahead save your money and wait a year, it won’t be through directv next year! :) UPDATE: The developers have come on here an told me they fixed issue. THEY HAVE NOT, I STILL CAN’T LOG IN. So now you are being untruthful to make it seem like you are actually fixing customers problems, which you are clearly not. I have an open chat that has been open now for 5 days that has go ignored by directv yet they have time to hop on here and blatantly lie. HOW ABOUT THIS PUT DOWN THE PHONE, STOP COMMENTING ON REVIEWS AND ACTUAL FIX THE PROBLEM!

Blocking all the games..... First, it works well on my iPhone but the app on my Apple TV crashes after About 5 minutes of viewing....consistently. The only thing to be aware of is Games available to watch on TV in your market are always blacked out. So don’t plan on heading out to the garage to tinker, thinking you can watch your local team on your iPhone. I wish the NFL could just give me a price to watch any game, on any device and anywhere I want to watch it. I realize it must me more complicated than I know or they would have done it already. Just hoping for a day when the us fans can really have what we want.

The lost red zone. I pay for the NFL ticket for many many years and now I cannot get the red zone on my phone I work long hours and this is the only way I can get my moneys worth out of the NFL ticket every time I go to put the red zone on my Apple phone it tells me that this is not part of my plan which It is because I have the NFL max I call the one 800 number and I cannot understand three of the four people speaking to me because they speak in broken English and you’re telling me to download the NFL app which I have already did. So I wasted almost 2 hours of my night. And still I do not have the red zone but I do pay for thank you AT&T and maybe raise the price a little higher so I won’t buy it

Nfl Sunday ticket deserves to not be with direct tv. Doesn’t support Xbox series x or any console before it and doesn’t support Samsung TVs. It also doesn’t support airplay. Could someone please take this service away from direct tv and give us a product that actually functions year to year. Every year I have to find some run around just to get this app to work on any of my devices. I pay less for Netflix and it works all year and always stays up to date. This app runs from September to February and always crashes and never plays. Direct tv u should be ashamed of yourself with how much u price gouge ur consumers and how much actual support u even give. Btw direct tv is a detestable company to work for so please don’t work for them either. They’ll sell ur whole family just to turn a profit.

Repeated Technical Issues. I don’t know what it is, but every time I try to watch a game there always seems to be a technical issue which prevents me from watching anything. This is across all platforms, including iPad, iPhone, Samsung smart TV and roku tv. Very hard to pay for this service and anticipate watching the games but to be denied by technical issues. For this week as an example, there were 6 early games, 2 in my market (blacked out locally). 3 of the 4 out of market games gave error messages that they could not be play and to try back later. It’s not an internet issues as I stream Netflix and Prime video daily. Frustrating issues to be paying a couple hundred bucks for.

Barely works. When it works, it works. I’ll give it that. However I forgot the password to my account and the only way to reset the password for a Sunday ticket account (if you aren’t an ATT subscriber) is to call a helpline and have a robot over the phone do it. That is, until the robot can’t figure it out, then you’re forced to wait on hold until an associate is ready. After my password was reset, I had to call and wait AGAIN to have my temporary password changed to something that i wanted my password to be. Why can’t I change my password through the app like EVERY OTHER STREAMING SERVICE? Stupid. Also, I can’t log into the app anymore because my account is “temporarily disabled,” however I can log in and watch on my internet browser. For such a huge corporation as ATT I would expect them to be able to pay someone to make a usable app.

Great app. Reading all of the cry baby complaints I cannot understand some people. This app is freaking awesome what more do you want? ... seriously? 🤔? It does what it says it does, it does not say you can rewatch the full games after the games are over ... in fact they make it clear that it does not do that! you get a condensed version of games for a limited time but if that is what you need then get NFL REPLAY and spare us all your wining. “Are you not entertained? Isn’t that why you are here” great app I love it

App not working. Worked fine when I first downloaded it a week or 2 ago. Now I log in and nothing happens, just a screen with a big football on it appears. No games appear or any sort of menu. Happened on both my iPhone and surface pro. Directv said that the app was supposed to be open yesterday, but it doesn’t appear to be. Hopefully they fix it before the season starts

Way to many issues for the high price. First day watching game not shown locally and app buffered several times, came up with an error message several times, that required restarting the application and missing the game Then when I left the house and wanted to watch on my phone I couldn't login because it kept saying the app was already open to find the device and close it I was watching on a fire tv which I turned off before leaving house but now I am hosed because I can't close the app remotely like other competent apps

Worst experience ever. One week free trial did NOT work after I entered 3 credit cards. Account was not created until 1 week later, when i got an email that I would be charged. After clicking the link that says “cancel subscription here,” it says I don’t have an account created. Was on chat/ phone call with support for 2 hours for them to tell me that they cannot cancel my payment because the account cannot be verified (I do not have an account!!). After clicking “forgot user ID” I enter the email that I received the email for payment, and it says there is no account. So how am I going to get my card charged if I supposedly don’t have an account, and support can’t cancel this one week free trial so I don’t get charged?! Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service.

Splitscreen. Stop making people have to log out of devices to use on other devices. And for god sake, allow us to use splitscreen on all devices. It's annoying how certain services you offer work on some devices and not on others. Lastly, when somebody buys NFL Sunday Ticket at these insane prices, we should be able to see all the game. That includes, Thursday games and local games. It's annoying to switch from cable to app to cable back to app. I understand you have contracts with networks. That's your bad. It's 2017 and networks are a thing of the past. Just let people pay you monthly to have all access to NFL games. It's really that simple. That's giving the consumer what they want.

Slowly declining. Overall, it’s still a solid app to watch out of market games. As far as the app itself, it’s simple to use and works well most of the time. The service is another story. Year after year I’ve lost functions the app uses to have, such as watching on 2 screens and being able to watch multiple games at once. Very disappointing considering we’re losing benefits but still paying the same.

App is total garbage. Can’t switch games due to errors.. This app is the worst. A total waste of time. Incredibly frustrating. Can’t switch games due to erroneous blackout error messages, when those games are not locally broadcast (so not subject to blackout rules). This happens every week with out of market games. It’s getting so bad that when I can finally get my team’s game to load, I don’t switch off of it to watch other games on commercial breaks, fully expecting that my game won’t load when I come back to it. Last week, I couldn’t even get to the games as it was stuck on the menu and I couldn’t select ANY of the games. This is an embarrassment for the NFL and for fans. This is a waste of an expensive subscription too. The league has to do something about this terrible app, if DirecTV won’t. The sad thing is that when it does work properly, it’s easy to use and intuitive (I’m using it on an Apple TV 4K). DirecTV used to be the best for watching NFL games, but now it’s proving that it’s the worst.

Signing In & Late Feed. Problem #1: On my PlayStation and my Smart TV, I will get an error message that my E-Mail and password combination is either wrong, or doesn't exist in their logs. Problem #2: Sunday Ticket feed is at least one minute behind the feed that DirecTV has. So if I have a game on my TV connected to satellite and a game on another TV connected to Sunday Ticket, I can see the scores of my game I'm watching on Sunday Ticket on the other TV. Both feeds should be somewhat closer in time. I know watching anything on TV makes things a little bit lagged, but it shouldn't be that much from real life. Especially since I have DirecTV, Sunday Ticket should be getting the same feed. It's annoying that my TV is spoiling the score for me when I am trying to watch the game on Sunday Ticket.

Annoying app rating system. I have been asked with every button push to rate the app, which I would like to do after actually using it. I told it not now and it popped up after every screen change. I tried the remind me later, and it popped up again on the next screen. I was frustrated and decided to just rate it and be done. I pushed the notification and it told me I couldn’t rate a product I didn’t own. I was in the app when I tried to rate it, how much more do I need to own it. It required a second download of the app to do this write up. Now I have two icons and I am going to delete one. If it tells me to rate the app again, I am going to cancel my Sunday Ticket subscription. The price is getting ridiculous anyway and the features have been spotty in their implementation. I can probably save money watching at the local bar anyway.

Customer service & overall experience total garbage. Definitely my last football seasons with NFL SundayTicket. Would rather not pay and just watch the highlights on ESPN. Endless glitches. Keeps telling me I'm signed into multiple devices, which I'm not. Changed my password just to make sure. Even changing my password there was a glitch on the site. Totally embarrassing having company over to watch the games, and it keeps cutting out for 10-15 minutes at a time. I even tried to pay more money to upgrade my package, and customer service was so apathetic they didn't even attempt complete my request. I got "you should be able to do that online, and if you can't it's because there is a glitch online. So just wait awhile and try again." I asked to be transferred to customer service, and they're like, "you're speaking to customer service". Cool. Lost just one more customer today. I'm sure they don't care, but this venting feels nice. Hopefully one person will read this review and decide again this service.

So far, not worth the money. I finally broke down and paid for Sunday Ticket instead of going to BWWs every week. So far, it’s been a terrible experience. The pregame came in crystal clear and I was counting down the minutes until the game started. But when the game did finally start, everything went to hell. So far, halfway into the second quarter and I haven’t seen one single complete play. I’ve followed all the troubleshooting steps and even streamed another live program to make sure it isn’t my internet. It isn’t. It’s the app and their service constantly buffering and loading. And when it starts to play for just a few seconds, it’s extremely blurry and pixelated. I’m absolutely infuriated that I spent this much money on this and still can’t watch the game. Save yourself the hassle and go to a friend’s house or a sports bar, don’t waste your money here.

Apathetic Customer service, poorly designed in every way. I have used the Sunday Ticket for 4 years now. No more. So tired of the endless glitches. Final straw is that I closed a credit card after moving recently (interest rate was way high), and I changed over any monthly charges to my other cards. Not Sunday Ticket. Not only do they not allow you to change the credit card information OR your address yourself, they can't do it either!! Seriously? They can't take your card information for a different card unless it matches my 4 year old info from when I first joined. My only option was to get a new account. Been down that road, no thank you. They have a monopoly, and they know it. They don't care. If I could give it 0 stars, I would...

Does the job. This app has very few flaws, so my issue doesn't lie with the app itself. The issue is greedy DTV. The only way you can get only Sunday ticket is if you're a student or out of service area of DTV. A couple years ago this wasn't the case. If you could still just buy Sunday ticket, there'd be no issue; however, the fact that you have to meet one of the above criteria or have DirecTV to get Sunday ticket is good for DirecTV, but bad for the consumer wanting only Sunday ticket. In sum, I think DTV being greedy is driving down their bottom line. No one is paying for DTV just to get Sunday ticket.

Refund. This is the absolute worst app of all time, paid all this money for a service that cuts out for half of Sunday’s games each week. I hope directv loses all their rights after this season. I also spent 2 hours on Sunday trying to get to customer service but they continued to hang up on me and when I finally got through the guy said he couldn’t help me and that Sunday ticket has a different customer service number and I asked him for the number and he gave it to me and it was literally the number I was calling on. Nobody should get this app and everyone who has bought this this season should get a refund or prorated from all the games we missed. Absolute trash app, trash customer service, and they don’t give a crap about the consumer at all!!

Streaming and support issues. NFL Sunday ticket app is giving me an error message that I am streaming on another device, which is impossible because I only have one device and I am not streaming on it. There needs to be an option to end streaming on that other device (even though in my case it doesn’t exist) from your current device. Additionally I called the support line to get help with this issue but they informed me there was nothing they could do to help me since I am only a NFL Sunday ticket subscriber instead of direct tv subscriber. They said there was another direct line just for Sunday ticket however they couldn’t transfer me to it or provide me with the number. The number isn’t listed anywhere in the app and the number I found on the Sunday ticket website is the one who said I had the wrong number

Great Service, my request for improvement!. I’ve had NFL Sunday ticket online now the last 3 season via the Apple TV app. Very difficult to navigate, no instructions for features to bring up replace games. My biggest gripe is you can’t sign in with local cable subscriber to bring up games it says are blacked out that I can watch right on my tv if I switch over to cable. Please add this feature to prevent the back and forth for those that pay for cable to see these games as well, NBA app offers it! And a digital controls manual for each device you can use it on. Great service and flawless streams highly recommend, just my input for my 2 biggest gripes!

A loop hole with terrible service. Wasted money. I signed up for a trial . I was able to watch part of one game, and then was logged out somehow. When I try to log back in it said that my device was incompatible. The email that I received confirming my subscription had a link to cancel. That link led to a loophole going from the mobile app to the desktop version, two AT&T, then to DIRECTV, then to the NFL site. There was no clear way to cancel. When I called AT&T, they said that I didn’t have a subscription on file. They gave me another number. That department also had a hard time finding my account. This all took several hours of time. They ended up charging my account $80 for one week of terrible service. I finally was able to cancel the remaining payment costing roughly $160. Total waste of time and money.

SD option please?. I’ve never had a problem with loggin or watching games on this app- it’s been a good an experience as I could hope for on my phone. However, I really wish that I had an option to watch with lower video quality- at least when not connected to wifi. I try to monitor my data usage so that I am not throttled by the end of my billing period. Also it is often not worth it to me to go through buffering with an adjustable stream. I would rather watch a consistent stream at a lower quality when watching on a mobile device.

I’ve been a subscriber with the NFL SundayTicket Since day one 1991 One of the first..I remember I live in Scottsdale Az and being a diehard Miami Dolphins fan living in Az it was hard to find a game on tv locally. I received a awesome Dolphin NFL Starter jacket in the mail as a gift from Direct Tv for being one of the first to subscribe! how fantastic that is that😎 I’m very thankful to have been a loyal customer of Direct Tv and the Sunday ticket. have shared many memories of cheering for my team with family and friends over the past 31 years… Thank you Direct Tv and The NFL SundayTicket for always making my Sundays The best ever! 🙏

Error message. I logged in this morning and started to watch the games with no problems. The Giants game went to halftime and I put the phone down. I go back ten minutes later and I had to re log back in. I then kept on getting a message saying that I am already logged in and I need to log out which you can’t do from the app. I deleted it and re installed it...same thing. I changed my password online and tried it again....same thing. Tried calling customer service and was transferred 3 times. How do I fix this? Very frustrating that it was working fine then bam nothing. I was able to get back in right now and of course all the games are over. Makes no sense to me!

Terrible this year. Week 1 it kept telling me it couldn’t play my game because I was in or near a stadium (I was not) or because the game was broadcasting locally (it was not). Now in week 2, it worked for the first 30 minutes or so, and then it started cutting out and telling me there was a casting problem. Rebooted TV, restarted app, etc. Problem persisted, but then it wouldn’t even load on my phone (not casting to TV) no matter how many times I close and relaunch the app. Turning off my wifi and trying to use cell data isn’t working either. Also not loading if I try on a computer. This is awful. Did not have these problems in the past.

Cannot log back in!!!. This is the second Sunday in a row that I cannot log back in after I log out! Customer service was not helpful. After being on the phone for 1.5 hours of trying to help and putting me on hold, I hung up. Then mid week I was able to log back in! Now I logged off of my phone to log into my TV and it’s saying I’m not recognized. I hate it! An update: I wrote this last year. Today, I tried to call because I was having trouble again. I could log in on my home computer, logged out to run some errands. Tried to log into the app and said I needed to update the application. Did that and now it says my account is not recognized! I hate it. Another update: you should be able to log in from anywhere. It should automatically log you out of an app, like my TV, so I can log into the app on my phone. Instead, it says user not recognized. It’s infuriating!

Fantastic Application. It has truly been a fantastic experience using this app this year. Words cannot express how many joys this app has brought during the NFL regular season. The features are really amazing right from how easy it’s to change games to keeping track of scores. The landscape view is phenomenal and the ability to stream more than one game is epic! DirecTV has done a exceptional job all round. Keeping track of my favorite team was nice but Fantasy layout can be improved. The most annoying part are local blackouts and country restrictions. Otherwise this app is clearly a winner in all respects. I highly recommend this app and is worth the subscription fees any day.

Whole platform is broken first week of the nfl? What a joke.. I signed up for an account with Sunday ticket last year and it was the perfect solution to watching the New York giants from the Midwest. Really didn’t have any problems with the platform whatsoever. This year, my account is supposed to auto renew and get me right back into the action for the 2022 season….instead of spending the day enjoying my first nfl Sunday in a long time im spending hours on the phone with customer support trying to figure out why I can’t get into the app AT ALL. not on a phone laptop or smart tv. The platform has one job. Right now direct tv has my $80 dollars this month and I have ZERO service on my end. I’m beyond outraged and pray for the day that the streaming rights go to a real company with the support and infrastructure to keep customers happy. -5 stars.

Absolute ripoff, crap customer service. Zero stars would more accurately reflect my opinion. If you travel at all internationally, don’t buy this. I bought while on a trip to Hong Kong. Watched one game and... it doesn’t work in the states! I’m sure the fine print, interpreted by a lawyer, would have told me that, but at a few hundred bucks for one game, I feel mightily robbed. Their CS department, when I asked to switch to US, just said, in essence, “sorry SUCKER, we’ve got your cash and now we’re laughing.” Any company that relies on the fine print to rip off customers and then won’t work with them to resolve is a company I’ll never trust with my cash again. This was my third year purchasing. They lost a nice revenue stream!

Works 25% of the time. We have a wireless connection to our living room smart TV. The app on our brand new TV constantly crashes. The local games that are on cable are blacked out, so if we want to switch back and forth we have to toggle between cable and the app. 75% of the time when we toggle back to the app it doesn’t load properly. We have had to delete the app, redone load it, log in again, and even then only sometimes it will work. Downloading the app every Sunday is really annoying. The blacked out games is also really inconvenient. If they are going to block our games then the app should work so when you have to toggle back and forth it doesn’t just crap out with a black screen. This is the second year we have had the app and there have been some improvements from last year (last year the entire app crashed multiple times without even loading in the first place, across multiple customers, it was all over Twitter), but there’s still a LOT of improvement needed to warrant keeping the membership. Almost better to just watch Red Zone through cable.

Don’t waste your time or money. If I could give this 0 stars I would. My previous account was locked without warning, and when I went to open a new one, the website is impossible to work, there’s always a problem and customer service is absolutely clueless of how to by pass their own errors. I’ve been trying to get this ticket for 3 months and each agent told me the issue was something different. Today I noticed that even though my account doesn’t exist, they still charged my credit card. I tried the login and guess what—-still doesn’t exist but my money is gone. I had to dispute with my bank just to get my money back. Smh. This is only beneficial when you have their entire tv service, which is the goal.

Crashes, shows highlights before they happen. The app will crash at least once every Sunday. Also takes a good 30-45 seconds for video to become clear but even then may go grainy at a moments notice. The lag is also horrendous. I will see highlights pop up on the corner about a play that hasn’t even been shown yet. Really takes away from the game when you see a TD or INT is going to happen on next play but since lagged they’re still in the huddle. If they discounted it from normal price I may not be as upset for same price and such an inferior product I’m sorely disappointed. Doubt I’ll pay for it again next year.

Horrible!. Unless the conditions are perfect don't plan on watching the game. If it's on any other networks in your area, you can't watch, if they black it out due to unfilled stadium, you can't watch, if you have iffy Internet, or randomly they just shut down. Like opening kickoff opening day... Way to be a horrible product for a TON of money. Don't forget the app is free but the direct tv login isn't and the 2 year contract is how they get you. .... I wrote this a long time ago, and I am updating it now. Nothing has changed. Still everything above is true. I always hope for more and feel disappointed. Can you watch football... yes. It’s just poorly done for the money it cost. For 1 the DirecTV scores never go away and they block your game. Seriously, you can’t make the scores hide so I can see my actual game score. 1 login means my wife and I can’t watch different games. (Yeah believe it or not more than 1 person in the family likes football, and not the same teams) it’s just a poor app.

When it WORKS, it’s great. When it does not, it’s painful. On my phone and ipad I can sign in and watch easily. on my Apple TV though, the performance is horrible. Whether I have it on wifi or directly plugged in/wired, it often times out tryingvto tune a game. Then when watching, every game, for a twenty minute spell or so it freezes for a couple seconds, starts up again BUT I then have no audio for a minute or more. On the SAME network this does not occur on iphone or ipad, ONLY on the Apple TV app on either Apple TV device in my living room or den. For a nearly $300 price tag I expect PERFECTION, not intermittency four weeks in a row.

Disappointed!!. I have NOT been able to log into the NFL ticket app for 2 months!!! I have called Direct TV multiple times with NO resolution I have not been able to watch football when outside of my home using my NFL ticket app since September when I am paying for NFL TICKET only being allowed to watch football while home!!

Not good at all..... I was really excited to try this this season, and I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. Reception is off sometimes, and I highly dislike that if I’m traveling and my partner is at home watching, I can’t watch on a seperate device! I pay $200+ and I can’t even watch when I travel for work?! He watches it at home on the Apple TV, and then I can’t watch on my phone or iPad while I’m away on business. That is absolutely terrible. At least offer an option where you can add on multiple devices for a small charge or something. Because of that, we will not be subscribing next season. Not worth it.

If you don't like watching football, this app is for you. If you don't like watching football, I highly recommend this app. It has some cool features like "games you can't watch" which seems to be 70% of the games playing every Sunday. Sometimes when I really want to waste my Sunday, I sit and look at the games I can't watch, and imagine what are they like? What's happening in the game right now that I'm missing? Why did I purchase a football app that doesn't let me watch any football in the first place? Too many great questions that can be answered in the 8 extra hours each Sunday that I'm not watching football thanks to the NFL Sunday ticket.

Bad Policy. I was watching Steelers - Bengals game yesterday that went into overtime. As it was a national game on CBS, the Sunday Ticket was blacked out in Arizona. During overtime, the Arizona game started and CBS switched from the Steelers game to the Arizona game. As the Steeler game was no longer available locally, I switched to Sunday Ticket. Despite the fact, the game was unavailable locally, it remained blacked out. This is a terrible glitch in their system. Once the game is not available locally, it needs to be immediately made available on Sunday Ticket. I pay to see 18 weeks of football. Not 17 weeks and miss the end of an overtime game.

Horrible App!!. What’s the purpose of paying for a service that you rarely ever get to use because the app is completely broken. If you are streaming your games from your phone to the TV (through google chrome), you WILL be kicked off! Then once you try to sign back in, the app will tell you that you are currently logged in. Duh! I was on until you kicked me off! And just like that you are blocked from watching all the games for the weekend. Good luck trying to sign back in. The engineers working on this app need to seriously fix these login issues. All because of an app, NFL/Directv could lose a customer. Makes no sense, Fix it!

Out of market games get blacked out. Second time this year that the Chiefs have been on local CBS on east coast. Both games have been cut off in early 4th quarter for a “more competitive matchup”. This would take an in-market game to out of market. The game still doesn’t show on Sunday ticket despite being taken out of market on my local CBS channel mid-game...!?!? Not worth the $360. What a rip off and a flat out lie.

DirecTV doesn’t care about its customers! You pay ahead and they don’t care to provide.... In order to sign up you have to agree to once the season starts, with no way to cancel our get reimbursed when the service doesn’t work! A Customer Rep confirmed to me that we had a nationwide outage today, and I couldn’t watch any games! Did they reimburse me for the week that the service didn’t work? NO! They just said that they’ll make sure it works next week!!! So basically, if it doesn’t work, you will miss the games and they don’t care because they already have your money!!!

Sunday is so trash. I purchase NFL Sunday ticket to watch the first game of the season. It would take me on loop and would not let me finalize the purchase. Finally it went threw but said check back In 15 minutes to see if the account was successful. The account went active on Monday. Now the second week of football I can’t watch any games because it says no resource. My account was charge and on my profile it says nfl Sunday ticket is active. Will be getting a refund. They had all season to prepare for nfl and still can’t get it right.

Not my dad’s tv. Having watched the NFL for decades, I remember well the years of limited or poor reception that morphed into weekly trips to a sports bar to - maybe - see your favorite team among a horde of drunken doofuses. No more! I can watch my team in the comfort of my own home with crystal clear reception and keep tabs of 1-2 other games simultaneously. What a country!

Far away fan. I moved from Indianapolis to Houston 14 years ago to get away from the snow, and it was hit and miss finding Peyton Manning and the Colts on national TV. Half way through my first year here it became paramount to remedy that issue, and SundayTicket was just the “ticket”. I have become accustomed to all the games being at my fingertips and will NEVER be without it. Thanks Direct TV for making the football season amazing for me.

Updated app support. After hours and hours getting the runaround, I now found out no one is able to assist outside business hours. The phone number was not listed in the contact area, so it looks like that has been fixed and I appreciate the app/dev response here. I’m still waiting for a callback to fix my service, as the website has been broken and the account service can’t get fixed. Updated review score.

Decent, won’t get it again!. Trying to cast a game now, won’t work!!!! Not the same watching on my phone! Same problem a few weeks ago. Even though they tell you customers can’t watch national games, when broadcasting their own network (NFL Network) I think we should get access to those games…cheap move by the NFL to make customers upgrade their cable to include the NFL network.

When it works it’s not bad... As stated in the title, when it actually works it’s still below average. But instead I either have to re-login if I change games, it crashes and tells me an error occurred, or tells me a game is blacked out when I know it isn’t and I have to restart the app to get it to work. The funny thing is, right before writing this I looked at the apps total reviews. All of the featured “5-star” reviews are complaints that either were changed by apple or don’t know how to choose a star on the scale. This app is brutal.

Sunday ticket app. I don’t always have time to watch games on Sunday. So I thought the app would be a great way to catch up on games I missed. The problem is the app only lets you watch games from Monday to Wednesday. I try and watch a game on Thursday and all the games are unavailable because it’s a new week and there is a game on Thursday. So you if want to watch a game you only have 3 days to see it before its unavailable. This is ridiculous, I should be able to watch all the games until Sunday. I will not be renewing my contract once it’s done and just buy the NFL Gamepass, that allows you to watch all the games throughout the entire season.

Horrible app. Totally horrible app, super glitchy and very limited, with how much they rake in on the payments they should be able to have some decent engineers to make the app serviceable, it’s way too glitchy, won’t let me connect through my Xbox or Apple TV. This is a joke of a company that barely pays attention to is users. This is the last year I use this app, and be careful if you want to stop using it too, because if you wait to cancel it they’ll automatically take out their payment. This app causes me more anger than the bengals past three seasons. Honestly 1 Star is too high of a grade for this poor excuse of an app.

Access is great! App keeps making me review it.. Getting all of the games is great. Games are in HD and look really good. Easy to switch between games, etc. and accessibility everywhere has allowed me to not miss any of the action. Now the bad. Annoyed that the app continues to print me to rate it. Like all the time. Like every time I switch games. Every time I open/launch the app. Every time I unlock my iPhone. It’s excessive and annoying. So what would be a 4 Star review gets only 3 stars. Too many prompts to write a review in my opinion.

Can’t Sign In. Over the past week I’ve tried at least 20 times to sign in to my Sunday Ticket app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times and that doesn’t help. Each time I sign in, it takes me to a screen telling me to make sure Sunday Ticket is added to my account. Unfortunately, every time I try to sign in on the website, it takes me to AT&T’s mobile phone billing page, of which I do not use. This is very frustrating and has not been an issue in the 4 years I’ve purchased Sunday Ticket. Hope this is resolved by kickoff tomorrow or I will be terminating my subscription.

When it streams a game it’s good. I have the Apple TV app, the mobile and computer apps as well. Some games stream no problem but other games playing at the same time stop or don’t start streaming. Don’t blame my internet. I have a top tier plan. I have tried every possible combination to play the two games I’m Missing out on and they don’t start. The other games start perfectly. THIS IS NOT AN INTERNET ISSUE IT IS A SERVICE ISSUE. I’m paying a lot of money and expect better service. I already paid for the service. But if you are thinking about getting it don’t until they fix their stream service.

Bad experiences. Sunday ticket is worthless. I’ll be watching my team and it will randomly black out because I don’t have the most expensive ticket. So any time the game gets close and interesting don’t expect to be able to watch it. Also, if you log into Sunday ticket on your computer don’t expect to be able to login on your phone ever again. DirecTV in general has bad online interface and seriously needs to upgrade its UI. Same goes for Sunday ticket. Highly recommend buying something that’s more advanced and won’t “blackout” your favorite team in the 4th quarter when it’s close.

Love having this option but.... I love this app because we live in western NY and we are die hard Viking fans, but what are we suppose to do when we are out of college. I think it’s unfair that only a select amount of people are able to access this package. We would gladly pay the 100$ every year to watch the vikes play all season, but will not go under contract and pay too much just for the few months of football, let everyone have access to Sunday ticket please

Horrible experience. Wish there was one positive thing I could say about this but there isn’t. The App did not work, called customer service and they were AWFUL, gave me a number to call that did not have anyone working (the number they gave me only had reps available Monday - Friday), called back only to have them transfer me again and disconnect my call. The games are now in the 4th quarter so I have missed almost all of the 1pm games and this still is not resolved. I cancelled the service, which is disappointing because I was really hoping to have it for the season, even given the price. It’s amazing to me they are charging so much for a horrible service.

Unreliable service, week user interface, no video steaming to appleTV, not getting value for money.. Sunday Ticket service was down (reportedly impacting most or all US users) for many if not all USA users on 10/13. Took DirecTV over an hour to acknowledge the problem after a storm of complaints on Twitter. Missed most of the game in first round as a result. Video sharing (AirPlay) was disabled so you have to watch it on your device screen, which can make for awkward group viewing. You will probably want to buy a TV or STB with the Sunday Ticket app built in if you want to watch with family or friends. The one-device-at-a-time rule seems to run afoul of password saving. Expect to get the warning and have to go thru devices to close the app. In my experience the user experience is mediocre at best and the service is both pricey and unreliable. Understandable since NFL licenses a single provider for live streaming out of market games and the provider can charge and skimp as it wants.

App won’t work. I tried to login to the app and it only repeatedly says “we can’t find this combination of email address and password try again.” I verified in my other direct tv devices my information was perfect- then I tried clicking forgot password just to see what it said and it doesn’t even take you to a place that works there either. Then I called and spent 45 minutes on the phone and they verified my info was correct but couldn’t fix it. I always have problems with direct tv and they can never help. Having Sunday ticket is amazing but don’t count on them to make the technology work or help you when it doesnt!!!

Not able to login to cancel. The app seems to just send me in a loop of signing in then to a random screen then back to login. Have been trying to cancel this for over a month with no success yet. I feel like I’ll have to cancel my discover card and get all new account numbers to get out this since it seems to be a scam now.

Disappointing. In theory this should be my favorite app. It regularly has glitches, kicks you out for no reason or stops streaming. Also for the price of the service should allow you to easily screen cast it to your TV and watch on at least a couple devices. Also it signs you out completely when you open it on a different device which is frustrating when sometimes I have it on my Apple TV, iPad or phone. Don’t know if it’s worth the money just to watch my out of market team. Sports bar is more fun.

Not worth it. I finally gave in. This is my first year purchasing the Sunday ticket and it’s simply not worth it. Most of the games I want to watch are blacked out which is extremely disappointing. For something you pay almost $300 for you’d expect every single game plus more. No replays, no red zone, no other channels come with this package. This was my first and most likely my last year purchasing this unless they change thing where they will allow me to watch more games of my favorite team which is local and always blacked out.

Continuous streaming interruptions. Really unhappy with the app performance on my tablet. Continually get kicked out of the app as picture freezes and flips to “video loading” many times while watching games, then shuts down exiting app requiring log-in again. Happens 6-10 times per game. I’ve been on with Customer Service via chat almost every week to work with them to try to resolve it to no avail. The customer service reps are very helpful, but the issue has never been resolved despite their best efforts, including resetting my account, reloading the app and upgrading my WiFi to increase download speed. Very frustrating, especially at the premium price of the service.

Poor service. Sadly, as amazing as it seems to have all the NFL games available to watch, especially as a resident on the west coast. The huge drawback is terrible quality of the site. Every few minutes, the picture fails due to internet difficulties regardless of the quality and speed of your internet service provider. Complaints are only met with the usual unhelpful response that this is an unavoidable aspect of the package. All this money spent only to be able to watch games a few minutes at a time before having to either reboot, sign in or switch games. Such a poor experience.

What Are We Even Paying For?. I’d give this 0 Stars if I could. Kept having to reload the website just to get the actual sign up boxes to load. Once I got through the process the system was quick to charge my card. But now for what appears to be the second week in a row, the whole streaming system is down. When I finally get a stream going, it’ll either play for a bit then crash, or won’t play at all. Seems like the only thing AT&T made sure stays working is the system that takes your money…

Hello, I live in an apartment and had no area to mount a satellite dish in years past, checked if I was eligible to receive this access this year, and thanks to Direct Tv, I can now stream this service with my current devices without needing to mount a satellite dish, streaming is fast and can now enjoy NFL games. Don’t do it if you want the Saints. If you’re a Saints fan, Sunday ticket shows maybe 20% of their games. Tops. Almost every week the Saints games were “blacked out” from view. So why am I paying $30 a month to have access to every and all NFL games? When the ones I’m interested in are blacked out?? Whatever that even means. Sunday ticket it not worth it. I have an easier time logging in with my TV provider to the ESPN app, fox or cbs to watch live games. It’s not just Saints games they “black out” either. Disappointed in this application. Overpriced for the lack of available games to show.

AT&T and Directv login issue. After months of not able to login to Directv after bundling both to one bill, tech that helped created a whole other email for Diretv login - If you are having this issue , please suggest to customer service to separate login with completely different email and password!! Was finally able to login to NFL Sunday Ticket!!

Minus two stars for two reasons.... It works reliably for me, with the exception of two issues: - the pop up ad when opening the app is overly disruptive and can sometimes prevent app from properly launching - the new highlight playback feature is extremely disruptive to the viewing experience. I’m constantly having to dismiss the pop ups.

Absolutely not worth it. I’m not sure how the score for this app is as high as it is unless they’re padding it. The service is very expensive, half of the games are blacked out and all of the prime time ones, sometimes it decides you are in a stadium and can’t watch the game, it’s unstable and frequently crashes, and I’d say that their customer service is bad, but after digging through all of the paperwork and finally finding the support app, they just don’t respond to you. I would recommend ANY other way of watching games. Thank god they are going to a streaming platform next year, because this is a near unusable mess.

Would be 5 starts…. But it NEVER works. It’s pathetic…you need to be up and running for 18 days a year and in the years I’ve had Sunday Ticket there are always at least 4-5 weeks it doesn’t work for me, and so far this year you’re 0-2. Many of us jump through hoops to be able to watch our teams on Sunday, pay extra to watch bc we’re out of network and then have to sit here disappointed and angry bc we paid good money for something you can’t get to work just 18 days in a year…please lord, let a real company get the NFL streaming rights for next year 🙏

App usage. Hey Sunday Ticket, I don’t mind games on DirectTV being blacked out because they are on the major networks (though that makes it a pain to easily switch games...its the network’s feed anyway) But what if I’m forced to be at a luncheon or away from my tv. NO GAME SHOULD BE BLOCKED OUT IN THE APP, WHY WOULD I WATCH THE APP IF I’M IN FRONT OF MY TV? THE ONLY TIME I USE THE APP IS WHEN I AM NOT IN FRONT OF A TV, HENCE THE APP. Can I give less than a star?I rather have Uncle RICO lead my team in our Super bowl game winning drive and repeat his past Super Bowl experiences, rather than have your service. Awful. Terrible customer service - terrible company. I can’t even get this to mirror on a brand new 4K TV using the latest model Apple TV (after being told that the app was no longer supported by the 3rd generation Apple TV and I upgraded.... same problem). PLUS, there are soooo many blacked out games!!! Why aren’t they only blacking our the local NY metropolitan area as they did last season? Because, they say, it has nothing to do with them. It’s the evil NFL!! Why do I need this crappy app if it doesn’t even allow me to see the games outside of my market? Answer - I DON’T. This is a complete waste of money. Don’t buy it!

First day of the season. I was not able to use the app yesterday for the first day of the season, it kept telling me that I do not have nfl Sunday ticket on my account but everything I called at&t to confirm that I do indeed have it I still was not able to log onto my account to watch it seeing I was away from my home to watch it on my TVs. AT&T could not resolve this issue , they stated it was something going on within their company that was prevented me from logging in so they told me to try again in a couple hours, but I tried again this morning and still can not log in. I don’t know if something is wrong with the app, but I need this fixed before next Sunday.

Probably the worst app ever.. For the last month, I’ve tried to open the app using my credentials. And every time is greets me with “Sorry about the interruption. We’re addressing the problem ASAP.” Which might not just be the least contextual error message of all time, but also least informative. I’ve contacted them three times about this, the last time was in the phone for almost an hour at which point they said they’d get back to me within 48 hours, which they didn’t. So today is kickoff and I have no Sunday ticket on my device. I want my subscription money back.

Misleading & Frustrating. I was excited to learn that NFL Sunday Ticket was included in my DIRECTV package this year. However, when I tried to bring up the games on my phone via the DIRECTV app. I get a message saying I have to be on the same network as my TV. Meaning I have to be at home to watch games. Ridiculous! Also there is the issue that you can only have 1 device linked to NFL Sunday Ticket. Me and my husband both love football. We live together - so if we are both out of the house, only 1 of us gets to watch a game!! Ridiculous!! They should at least allow 2 connections per account.

Worst app in the history of apps. I’ve written several reviews and they never get posted, likely because the developer, DirecTV and/or the NFL doesn’t want the truth getting published. This is a complete waste of time and money. Always crashes. Takes five or six times to get it to load and actually display video or provide sound. Never a response to inquiries or complaints. Sunday Ticket is a monopoly and has complete market share, so no one cares if the service delivered for the money is garbage. If you subscribe, know in advance that the frustration costs well more than the $300-plus charged by DirecTV for the season.

Great application. I truly love this app thank you for offering it to people who live in places that contractually won't let them get DirecTV. The app is amazing and for people who love football but still have to work or do stuff on Sundays it's great to keep up with your favorite team or teams in the red zone as you go on about your Sunday. The NFL did this right by allowing it to people on the stream. Thank you NFL!

Love it!. Picture quality is great! No freezes! Also sends you notification during games about scores and plays in other games ! Saved football season for me. If I were u able to watch saints games another week I would’ve stopped watching to games all together.

Waste of money!. Do not waste your money in the NFL Sunday ticket. You only get to watch some games. Like you cannot watch Thursday night games as it says “this game is not apart of the NFL Sunday ticket” like what!? You’re the NFL I should be able to watch every game like you claim in the commercials. It’s the same thing with Monday nights. They claim you can watch any game any time yet that is completely false. I was out one day trying to watch a game and it told me I couldn’t watch a local game. The nfl Sunday ticket is yet another way for the NFL and cable company’s to make more money off you without having to put in any work or care for fans. Will be the last time I ever get this

Great. I’d give 5 stars but those black out channels are crap. You pay so much for Sunday ticket and they offer an amazing app (I’m assuming for when your not home or away from tv) but then they black out channels! What’s the point of the app?!?! I’m clearly using it because I’m not near a tv. I get it, it’s cause it’s a local listing and showing on tv but then it should work on the app it’s just mind blowing how these companies are so cheap and won’t spend money to give viewers more bang for there buck.

Good app but 1 major glitch. The app is great especially when ya need to catch the game on the fly. But if you are logged in to another device it won’t let you use the app at all. I went a long time not being able to get in Because another device was logged in and no one could tell me what device it was. Between my phone, iPad, my wife’s phone, her iPad, our work devices it could be any one of them!!! Such a pain. There should be a way to log everyone off or at least tell you what device it is so you can log out

Terrible Website and App. I have signed up for a student account (Second year in a row). I have had nothing but problems with my account. I have had to use the call/chat function from the website multiple times this year. Now, even-though I have been charged and I can’t access app. I have used 4 browsers and 3 different devices while using their suggested “incognito mode”. I am gonna have to call again about this issue. Today I have spent over 90 minutes communicating with the NFL Sunday ticket team. My rant is over...I wish Covid-19 wasn’t here or I would just go to a bar every Sunday.
