Great app...helped my son for a class project when we couldn’t find the measuring tape. This is a great app. It took some trial an error to get a hang of it. But for the most part it’s pretty intuitive. My son had a class project of measuring the distance traveled by a paper airplane. My measuring tape was not in my toolbox, so we used this app as an alternative. It worked out great. I highly recommend this app to anyone.

Best Apps For Home Improvement. Love app a lot. Comes in handy when need to do measurement diagram or note. The newer updated version can be use for measuring the distance with your camera phone. Thanks.

Tech Support? Tech Support? Do you exist?. Program is a great idea. It works but has a few consistent glitches that were never addressed. NEVER because I’ve owned at least 4 versions of the iPhone and the app crashes after 30 seconds once loaded new photos. Tech support if they have a tech support has never addressed this. They actually got back to me once a few years back and a little testy too. They said they were working on it. I give it one star. I love it when it works but the glitches are mounting and I’m looking for an alternative app that will get the job done.

Horrid support and “upgrade “. This tool WAS fantastic. I have however LOST years of projects! Topapp’s response was down grade your iOS device, then export all your projects. (Not an easy thing to do without loosing lots of other data.) Redo the upgrade and manually import the projects as needed. Oh and there is no guarantee that you can work with the old / imported files! For a PAID app, this is crap. Do NOT purchase from these incompetent people!

Send pics with measurements 👍🏽👍🏽 app crash 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽. App is great, but it always crashes on iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X. Please fix this it is unusable in its current condition. The tools and arrow configuration is amazing and love the snap to point feature. Please bring number/letter orientation, for example when measuring vertically it would be nice if the orientation of all the numbers were the same (vertical numbers orientated different than horizontal numbers) or it would be great if you could rotate them to be on any plane.

New Interface - App Update. I LOVE the new update and interface. It’s solved all the issues I was having. Thank you for continuing to support this app.

Apparently support for this has gone!. App keeps failing during use. Last app update was a year ago. Money lost!...

Where are my projects ? Where is real AR integration !?. Didn’t use the app for a while. Now, after it had been changed, I can’t synchronize and find my former projects any longer ? Where are my iCloud synchronized projects ? Just because you guys obviously removed iCloud and want to sell another cloud service, you remove the users stored projects ? And where is the promise of AR integrated measurement through the camera ? Automatic measurement ?!?

A Great Old Standby. This may be the longest running app on my phone going back years! It’s like reference manual for my house. So many times I’ll be out at Home Depot and will reference the app to see if a product will fit/work for a project I’m working on. It’s also a great way to communicate plans to contractors as well!

New app Change fail. I have used this app for years to handle all my clients photos/measurements for my contracting business. A few years ago after an update- I lost all previously saved files. The original mymeasures pro that had all my files in it was no longer updated with new version of iPhone. iCloud was no help in salvaging old data. I lost it all. You think I would’ve learned my lesson? No- I had to purchase the new my-measures Pro app (again) and start over. Now 3 years later new update screwed me again. I can see a whole new format. My folders with clients names (and there are hundreds) are still there but I can’t access the photos or measurements and it constantly freezes up- completely useless to me. There is critical information to my business in these files. Does anyone know of an app I can start over AGAIN with that won’t screw me over and my business up every couple years. I’m devastated by this. Please erase this app you’d be doing yourself a favor. The reason for this harsh review is i went to App Store to see if there is an update to fix problems with newly changed app. NOTHING- except claims of how great and flawless the newly designed app is. It had some issues before but nothing compared to this latest debacle. These claims of all the problems the newly designed app really got me frustrated. If anything the new version creates problems! One of my favorite apps. I love this app. I use it all the time. Can’t think of any time when I say “I wish it did this”.

Could be great but needs support is poor. I lost years of projects when the new version came out. Super disappointing and costly as lost information was valuable to my company. Now I keep trying to use new version but once again it is not compatible with current iOS. This is not good. I am now looking for same style app made by someone else.

This could be the most expensive app there is.... With the new iOS update,the original version of My Measures Pro was retired and became inaccessible. 5 years of construction data, and ideas - gone. The new people running this have a proposition for you though. If you pay them a monthly fee they will allow you to access YOUR DATA. I am supposed to feel good about this because they have already demonstrated their goodwill to me by illustrating why my data is not safe in my hands. At this point I don’t have enough middle fingers to show these scoundrels. I’m going back to paper drawings. This 5 year experiment was expensive.

Excellent. Super helpful on all my house projects. I don't have to remember which measurement is which, with the photo, I can just visualize all the measurements

Great tool!. Great simple to use on small projects. I use it to tack measurements shopping for materials and sending details on collaborative work. A picture with dimensions communicates so well. It is so easy to use, very intuitive.

Cloud Sharing Extra $$$. This is a great app, but I was disappointed to learn that it did not integrate with cloud services I already have. To share measures across devices, the authors force you to subscribe to their proprietary cloud service, which is unacceptable. Great app, but greedy business model.

Amazing app. I earn my living as an interior decorator and this application is part of my daily work tools, thanks to the developers of this wonderful application. :)

iCloud? ...this is 2020, right?. Where the heck is my iCloud syncing? Do you actually believe someone who bought the app in the past wants to create yet another online “cloud” account, and have to pay a subscription to use it? Are you kidding? You on e made an app and sold it, then you decided that wasn’t enough so take back features and charge for them? Subscriptions are killing consumers!!

Beware!!!!!. I am 1 of countless that used the app faithfully and now it will not work with iOS11. I have data that is beyond value that I cannot gain access to and the dev wont return any emails or facebook messages!!!!!! Look at the facebook page. Person after person that is in desperate need of retrieving data and the dev wont respond. My only hope at this point is that Apple will help us.

Help a lot.. I used this app for many years. Is fantastic to show others a look of a project with the dimension and details incorporated on a picture.

Needs HEIC support. I got the blank project others have mentioned, but I remembered that my camera is set to save in HEIC format, not JPG. If you convert the photo you want to use to JPG the app will work. But this could use an update to support HEIF.

Full disclosure sorely missing. I made the mistake of believing the hype. After wondering why dimensions did not appear after creating arrows, I searched for instructions on the Internet because none are available in the app itself. One glowing review I found just happened to mention this at the very end (sure wish I had known before buying: “Note: My Measures & Dimensions does not actually measure anything for you. You still need to measure your object/person”

Loved this app until version 6.08 update. I use this app for my position covering boat documentation and have loved it up until the recent update. My only complaint is that I lost the ability to focus in low lighted areas and also the use of my front facing camera which I use very often when in tight spots. Could you guys please bring back these functions, if not I may have to venture out to a new app.

My Measures. Used this app for years. Recommend it to lots of other people. All of them have loved it too. What more can I say, other than, get it and you won’t be sorry!

Fantastic. Update provides many convenient and common sense features.

Visual Person. I’m a visual type of person. I Love I can take a picture and put the exact measurements right on the object or room. Where the measurements exactly start and end. This is useful for oddly shaped rooms and objects.

Accurate but no imperial units. After using the app for a view days, I thought I’d revise my review. First, the UI, while simple in design, is somewhat baroque and thus makes functionality discovery difficult. Settings don’t allow for selecting units of measurement. But the bigger issue is lack of accuracy of measurement. Even when a measurement is accurate, that measurement is often unrepeatable, so it’s hard to know which measurement is correct, if any. I’m not sure how much fault lies with ARkit, and how much with the developer, but this is hardly ready for real day-to-day productivity use... At $1, this app would be over-priced. At $6, it’s an insult.

Used to be an excellent app.. This app used to be a tool that I use all the time. Recent updates caused it to delete all my data that I had saved within the app. Not getting any response from the developer about where they have my saved files. Now they want to sell me cloud access, but even that probably doesn’t have my original files.

My measures. Works rather well. I only use it for basic things but I show it to other people who are always impressed.

Great App for Field Engineering. I love using this application when I’m in the field to take pictures of necessary machine parts, foundations, etc. and add dimensions that can be sent back to the engineering department working on the issue.

Love this app !!!!!. I absolutely love this app !!!!! It has helped me many times remember measurements and placing for wall, purchases and building. It’s a great reminder for numbers and visuals. My hat is off to the designers of this program. Thanks so much !! This is a huge help to me 😊

Monthy Scam. I bought the PRO version a while ago. I haven’t used it for a long time. I mostly have it to get my measurements from around the house to have ‘em handy when buying stuff at the store. I remember my files to synch between my iPad and iPhone, but today, when trying to do just that, I found out that now you need to pay a monthly fee to do it. I just can’t do that for an app I only use sporadically. Sorry but this is a major let down.

Every Handyman’s Desire. What if you could always your project notes with? What were the sizes of that drawer? The needed bathmat? The countertop? This app is .. The dimensios of stuff you need are with you all the time; to hell w social gossip, THIS is what a smart phone is for!

Don’t even think about it. The least intuitive app of the year. A blank screen would have been more useful. Take a picture of a window - now find the picture- pick a tool any tool- oh, there’s a yellow line- one side of the window to the other - oh, the window is 2 inches wide - haha can hear designers laughing Money back please

Worked then changed it, then worked then changed it!!!. I am a contractor who used this app for years and years. A few back they changed it and I lost all my files even though they were in the cloud which I pay service for. Now, they have done the same exact thing and bamm the files are gone again. Bull______ I am going to find another company to do this for me. It is so frustrating to use and loose these files! I signed up for there server to keep the files but it is not backward friendly and won't download the files I already have. Completely useless!!!! Don

Have app, will measure. Been using this app for what seems like forever. It’s really useful to have when you’re out shopping and can’t remember how tall or wide things are. It’s useful to be able to pull out this app and see how much room you have back home for a new piece of furniture. Should be a default app on the phone!

Update. The new update is very confusing, not convenient and has inverted many of my pictures, and measurements. Additionally I find that putting in fractional values is not a straightforward as it used to be. Reverted back to the previous version.

Troublesome, more problem than help. I’ve been running into a constant issue where this app creates duplicates, triplicates, etc to whatever exponential value you can think of within folders taking up space and most importantly making it impossible to stay organized and find what you’re looking for. This app needs major work! It would also be nice if other apps would be able to find MyMeasures in order to drop photos into other apps without saving the file in photos and then grabbing it from there, behind with the times:(

Love the app, great snd easy to use .... I have had this app for over a couple of years and love it. It is very easy to use and intuitive so you just have to use it to place the measurements in any picture you need, with this app you can easy explain any need in order to make the best decision regarding a buy or change in decoration or construction....

No AR measuring.. Crashes every time. I only got it for the AR measuring feature, not to work on photos which a million of free apps already do. Just getting to the AR screen was an issue (not intuitive) which was surprising since they have it on the app’s name. It’s like they know it doesn’t work so it’s not featured on the UI, they try to get you to work on pictures instead. Once you get there, it crashed every time. Save your money. I’ve bought plenty of crappy apps over the years. This one is so bad I’m requesting a refund from Apple for the first time ever.

Greedy company. This was one of my favorite apps. I don’t use it very often, but I liked it so much that I purchased the “pro” version. However, after having PAID for full and unlimited access “unlocked FULL version”, I have come back in need to use it again and found that there is now a subscription required. Frankly, I wish I could just have my money back now. I’m so disgusted with companies that offer a full program for a price and then force a time based subscription for something they already sold as a permanent FULL or “PRO” version that was supposed to be a one time purchase FOREVER.

Why do I have to pay again & where are all of my existing projects. App says it won’t work with current iOS and when I search on App Store I am required to pay for app again (which I did); but wait, what the heck; where are my current projects that I am working with and archived. I have invested a lot of time creating folders and now I have to start all over?!?!

Shame on them ....😭a crime 😡. I WANT MY FAVORITE, MOST USE APP BACK ...... Just like most developers that force us to use their servers......nothing but problems ...... I would rather pay for each upgrade as needed just to keep the iCloud syncing .... they know what I’m talking about, the one that worked without issues ..... The only ones that are giving it great ratings are the customers that don't know ........ How pathetic! I won't be showing this app to anyone ever again - They took a flawless Apple iCloud sync that worked incredibly between iPad n iPhone ..... And now they want you to use their servers and pay for a monthly subscription. So keeping both devices in sync now is going to cost u, and if that's not degrading enough they want u to use their servers ..... And they are actually saying we asked for that.

Immoral Extortion - Previous Users Unite!. This used to be my favorite app. I’m not even in the construction or interior design business. But I do have rentals. I must’ve measured hundreds of rooms. They are all now inaccessible to me unless I pay for a subscription. OK, I’m fine with a new business model. I might have even signed up for it. But essentially to not give us access to data on our own iCloud account... because you want us to use your own service going forward, is not only disrespecting your loyal customers through the years, but essentially a form of hijacking and extortion. And you have alienated the thousands of users, like me, who showed it to people, recommended it, and loved it. If this happened to you, please email me at “My Measures Victims at gmail dot com” (no spaces) so we can try to get our valuable data back. If enough of us band together maybe we can either get them to give us access to our previous iCloud data, which is all we really want, or file a class action lawsuit. I’m sure you Pros lost time & money in your business because of this. The sad part is it was a terrific app, and might still be. But if you’re thinking of downloading this, buyer beware. This is not a company that has integrity.

Love this app!. I was lost when briefly my phone was too new for it, but then they updated and I was back to work!

Love and depend on this app. This is a great app especially if you are doing any kind of home improvement. Take your measurements an hit the stores. Very very helpful.

No longer good. I am a professional Architetural designer and have been using this app for many years, but in the last 6-8 months it has been in unusable. It can not import photos from your library, they just come in blank. If it gets past that, it crashes or will not rotate the screen correctly. It was a great app, but I don’t think they are working to keep it up. Not recommend for iPad or iPhone.

One of your first customers ever!. The latest update has rendered the app are useless piece of crap. Nothing works like it used to at all! You can only resize text boxes horizontally not vertically. Pictures no longer go to automatic landscape. When you insert an arrow the dimensions are upside down. How can I go back to my previous version I have about 150 projects in here? Talk about a huge waste of time!

Almost brilliant. This is great and while I understand that there is always the possibility of perspective distortion on photos it would be good to have the option for an auto calculate based on the first measurement. Or have I just not found this? Bravo developers this is still a great help for me. Thanx

Unethical. I bought this app and then they upgraded it, changed iCloud storage to their own with a monthly Payment and my paid version was rendered useless taking all my stored images and measurements with it. I’m reporting this to the ACCC

Handy, quick and easy to use!. I am a maintenance planner, I use this app all the time. Take a photo, measure it up, add the dimensions and email it off to get built! All without leaving the job site!

Best App For A Tradesman!. This app is awesome, I use it constantly to take photos at work and email measurements back to the office. I love how accurate you can be with the little zoomed in bubbles when adding arrows and lines. Such a solid, easy and useful app to use. I've recommended it to all my tradesmen friends.

Well set out APP. I don’t use the App very often - just to plan projects around the house.... yet it’s use it intuitive, I never struggle despite how long between use!!! How often have you seen the “perfect” thing for your project at home, bought it, just to find out it doesn’t fit!! I have measurements for everything I want to fix at home, so if I happen to stumble across something - I know the sizes it needs to be! I’d bought the wrong size cutlery draw caddy 3 times before I measured my draw - now I have the draws measurements whenever I need them!!!

10 STARS. Brilliant idea and very easy to use. I have used this app repeatedly and it has made life and my job that much simpler. Well done and thank you. How about a few updates to expand the app slightly?

Come on Developers, Upgrade To Lastest iOS Please. Love the App guys, was using it a lot but still waiting for you to get it back up with the latest iOS update. If I knew it was not going to work with the new patch I wouldn’t have upgraded my phone. Do you have a date set as yet?

Excellent tool. I am outfitting my new office and this app helped me get quotes organized. I took photos and measurements and sent to the trades and they were able to get a quote back really quickly and accurately. Two of them even went and bought the app straight away. It's easy to use and has plenty of uses. Well done.

Freezes. App freezes when you try to delete something within the app. Very disappointing. You need to delete the app losing all data.

awesome. Took me a while to work that you just have to tap the question mark in between the lines to put the dimensions in. once i worked that out, it really is a great app; probably one of the top 5 apps that i have, and perfect for the work that i do. If you need to send images with measurements on, no matter what the item is, it is perfect for the job.

Waste of money. The original app was fantastic. I understand that old purchases do not fund a company for the future, however, the replacement app does not work as stated (ie AR). There are restrictions now on storage, I cannot figure a couple of things out and there is absolutely no instructions or help anywhere, you cannot contact the vendor for help. The menus on the sales material are not what is on the app. In short, I will do what I can to get a refund and they can stick this app you know where. I will gladly recant this statement if I can get what I thought I paid for. Unhappy!

Load it, use it, love it!!. I use it everyday in my sign business. When I'm out quoting onsite, just take the pic add one measurement and I'm done. I just scale any other measurements I need from the pic. I've got all our estimators on to it now. Printergy Signs & Displays

Massive timesaver. I just love using this app to quickly communicate to others if you’re in the industry where things need to be measured and communicated with this is the app you don’t need your iPad you don’t need your pen you just take a photo have the details and move it on. Makes you look so professional

The best on site quoting tool. I use this app to mark up jobs on site, no more scribble on paper which gets lost or dimensioned wrong. A picture tells a thousand words and this is it, one improvement to get the 5th star is the ability to upload/save it to Google Drive, Dropbox or Airfile, as this will save me saving it to my pictures and then uploading. A great app keep it coming.

Top app. Since the up date I use this app almost daily, it's so simple yet so powerful. My next request would be to be able to navigate around the photos, I want to use panorama photos and at the moment the app just focuses at the middle of the pic.

Essential tool. Incredibly handy. The hardest part of measuring an object is faithfully capturing it's context and correct angles in a 3D drawing. A photo and a few well chosen measurements using this app takes mere seconds and produces meaningful clear non ambiguous results. Superb!

What a brilliant app!!. Just LOVE this great little application and use it everyday. We sell custom closets and closet fit-outs and I use sitution photos of new jobs with dimensions to give our installers an idea of the existing onsite conditions so that they know what they will be working with before they get there. It also allows them to forsee any potential problems upfront. The latest additions of angular and text notations are a perfect addition.. but would also love to see in a future upgrade.. 1) the ability to indicate the diameter or radius of a circular or semi-circular object. To identify a radius maybe just use a leaderlin with an arrow on one end and the text string on the other end in the form of 'Rad 754mm', or in the case of a diameter just use an existing point to point dimension but with the prefix 'dia' before the number string, i.e. 'dia 1450mm' 2) Would also love to have an option to save a photo in Greyscale as well as colour as it is sometimes so much easier to read coloured dimensions on a greyscale image. I also us the software to take photos of hand drawn sketch plans to which I can then add couloured dimensions. Thanks heaps for this software and keep up the great work!!!!

Great little tool for posting measurements. I love his app. It's a little finicky when trying to add a lot of measurements, but I use it a lot when selling items online.

The must have ap for.... anyone on a building site or the Diy heading to the hardware. I use this is conjunction with floor plan software when I can't be bothered drawing in details on site and have measured a whole house(to produce floor plans from) when I forgot my tablet PC. Saved my behind big time!

Fixed bug - works perfect on iPad again. Thank you dev team! After a frustrating week, they’ve fixed the iPad bug and now it’s working again.

Handy but.... Interface is a little fiddly, made easier with large screen mobiles, Id personally struggle stretching distance arrows out on a smaller screen. Great idea and has come in useful for jobs/projects around the home saving having (and then finding) any pen & paper notes! Free so give it a try

Super handy. Have been using it over 3 year and love it. But I would like to see a preset ( so it stay on cm all the time and I do not need to select all the time. )Also would love to put notes or tolerance is well.

Awesome tool for measurement recording!. This app has helped me immensely in keeping a visual, measurement record for a variety of tasks. Primarily used in construction, it’s an excellent tool to record dimensions that will be covered by wall lining materials so structural items behind the wall lining can be located accurately at a later date when fitting off. One can store these photos with the measurements overlaid, group them within ‘job’ folders to later print, email or share with other stakeholders. I can not recommend it more highly!

One of my Best App's. I use this App for all types of tasks e.g. Putting photos on eBay where i can insert a photo with the measurements of the item on it. Or when buying or selling furniture I can have a photo with the measurements on it. Recently, I sent my builder a photo of the area in my home where he was building our Ensuite. It's in the category, "A picture says a thousand words imo. Great App

Great little app.. I have been using it for all the jobs around the house. It's a great way to keep a record of all my jobs in one place. Great to be able to come back after a few weeks and have all the information ready to go.

Fantastic App. This is a really well designed app that does exactly what it claims to do and very, very well. The nice little touches in the user interface (like a zoomed in measuring point) moving out of the way for you so you can actually see what you are doing is awesome, and a good indication of the trouble the developers have gone to in order to make it easy to use. Absolutely terrific and I love it!

Keeps Crashing. Keeps crashing when importing a photo to add measurements. So inconvenient. Wouldn’t pay for the upgrade until fixed and more stable.

Very handy. I use this for work as I have to send some customers dimensions and weight of packed boxes so they can organise the freight pickup - now I can just take a photo of the carton, add the dimensions and write the weight on the image - then email to the customer it right from the warehouse floor - very handy and convenient - great job - I have requested the ability to crop a photo to give the ability to only see the target area and to reduce the sent email size with the image attached - the rest of the app once you purchase additional functions has all I need

Very useful app. I have found this app extremely useful & handy. It's made buying furnishings for house renovation hassle free, so easy when in furnisher shops take a photo add the measurements then get back home & check if items fit

Terrible. I’ve previously used my measures for several years with no issues. I upgraded my phone and as such needed to repurchase the app. Ever since I’ve been having issues. Can’t even use the basic feature of the arrows. Very disappointed as I use this in my work.

Very diappointing. I have hundreds of diagrams in the old My Measures Pro, synced between all my devices via iCloud. The whole lot is about to be rendered inoperable by iOS11. Imagine my disappointment to find that my purchased replacement My MeasuresPro doesn't use iCloud, but rather now its own cloud sync service for which you have to repeatedly pay. On top of that, I spent ages looking for a migration path for my old drawings. None to be found in the app. And no support area of any kind on the product's website, just a sales pitch and nothing else. A formerly good product rendered to rubbish by vendor arrogance. I'm off to use some other solution. Good bye.

Great app for home handyman. Great for taking a picture of the project area before heading off to the hardware store to grab the materials. No more guess how much or how big things are and can explain to the shop assistant exactly what you are doing.

Great app even better if. This is a great app and very easy to use. My wishlist of improvements would be - full keyboard giving the option to descibe something & an arrow to point to the object - circ & rad. I worked out it was better to take a photo from my zoom lens, save, exit then select photo.

Brilliant. Added text feature makes this 1 app you won't want to live without. Great for getting quotes on a product long distance

Glitchy. Currently been using this app for many years as an Occupational Therapist and lately it is more and more glitchy with an IPad Pro 11. I’m looking for an alternative application. Please update as when it works it is a great app.

So Simple... SO GOOD... Pretty sure this app will get me promoted at work... Working in the sign fabrication industry I dont know how I lived without this. Taking site photos of walls and buildings then adding the dimensions is just so simple and fantastic. Then simply mms or emailing it back to the workshop to get production under way,, great... Ten stars for such a simple idea.. :-) *edit A couple of suggestions for any updates: 1. Add diameter and radius dimensioning. 2. Add a function so you can place just a dotted (construction) line anywhere and dimension from that.

I use it all the time - especially if heading to the shops to buy furniture, storage bins, drawer inserts, building materials etc... take a photo first at home of where the item is to go, mark up the measurements, go to the shops, and be able to be certain that the thing I buy will fit where it should :)

I put off writing this hoping a resolution might happen. I love the app. So much so, I paid for the cloud service. There I hit issues. Slow support service. I email support. They take a day to respond. I email back within 60 seconds of their email. I wait another day for a response. It takes a week to even get a picture of the issue. So frustrating. I can’t login or create a new account. I have cancelled and paid twice for a subscription. Still no access to their cloud service. A real shame. I wish it was different.

Great App, improvement are better. I hated the previous upgrade process. But I got over that and I'm enjoying this app again. Great for marking up images with arrows, dimensions then text. Yes it must be done in that order. Good for geeks and those who like to measure and record dimensions.

My Measures is a Winner!. At first I thought this would be too basic for me, but I was curious and tested the lite version and thought it was OK....but as it turns out, I cant recommend this App highly enough! Being in the building industry, I have found this a really useful tool for documenting photos with notes and measurements, and have been able to quickly take a photo of building details that I then shoot off to my team. All those time where I would do sketches on walls, or on a scrap of timber to give to my guys is a thing of the past! Now they get actual photos...with notes - measurements - it's really great!!! Gets sent to their Phones by MMS and they know exactly what I want. Can I ask the App developers to consider a few more tools? Such as: ~ dash/broken lines ~ curved lines / arrows ~ Folders within folders? Looking forward to more updates :-)

Bring back older version. This app has just had some upgrades. Now it’s more complex and packed with features I don’t need AND I can no longer alter PDF file size when sending to others. I wish it was like it used to be before the update

Don’t update. I use this app since 6 years for my custom woodworking shop. The last update is not working and worst i did mest out all of the previous projects i have stored in the app.

Very Handy!. This has to be the handiest app out there. It is most useful when you have to carry dimensions from your house to the store or any other remote place. What better way to show your measurements than right on a photo of the object or project? The app is intuitive and takes little practice to catch on and be comfortable using it. Occasionally the dimension digit is upside down with no way to right it - would be handy to have a rotate option.

Great tool for work and home. Very impressed by this simple concept that is well executed.

Fustrating to use. Have it on an Iphone X, its a pain to use, and its buggy. Click in a text box and sometimes can enter text, sometimes not. Years ago I used this on my Iphone 5, seemed better then. Now its just a frustrating time consumer, I can do the same thing with notepad in less time. Don’t waste your money.

Hot Garbage. This app is useless. I paid $16 for the privilege for a non pro version. That version requires $16 upfront and a subscription. Absolutely garbage

Awesome. I'm starting a new project today and I downloaded this app a few hours ago... it's already likely saved me an hour or two of my life. If I never use this app again it will have been worth the price... but I'll be using it every day. Of all the 60 apps that I've downloaded since getting my iphone six months ago, this is the first one that I've actually felt compelled to head back to itunes and write a review on. Gone are the days of scribbling measurements across a dozen papers on my sketchy drawings. It's simple and easy to use. It's great that I can email my measurements straight to my contractors and partners without having to go back to the office and draw everything out, or trying to explain things over the phone.

Why are there two versions of this?. I've been using this for years. Went to call up measurements today and they were missing. Looked closer and see 2 slightly different versions of the app on my phone. What's up with that? Which is newer? How do I get all measures in one app?

Excellent. User friendly, fast, efficient, accurate. Helps eliminate errors with site/object dimensions. You can potentially miss a critical detail with a sketch or realize later you didn't draw as accurately as required for a particular job. I'll never sketch and dimension an existing site/object again!!! Clever app, cheers

Missing some crucial features, lots of room for improvement.. I have been using this app for a few years now with varying success. Some things I find very frustrating. 1. Recent update has actually made this app not usable for me on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. It freezes and no longer wants to work with my Leica laser. 2. Does not have fractional inches for laser input. 3. It doesn’t keep the original photo resolution. 4. It only uses 1 of the 3 cameras of my phone. Of course I can take a picture using the iPhone camera app, but this is an extra step. 5. Would be great if drawing a dimension line didn’t require 2 fingers to draw a line. 6. More frequent updates to add features and improvements would be highly appreciated. There is a huge need for laser compatible measure apps such as this. I am in the kitchen design industry and use apps like this often... options are very limited in iOS. You guys have a huge opportunity to dominate this app market. I seen you guys replied to another comment recently about an upcoming update with new features... was that the last update that was supposed to have these features? Or do you have something coming up perhaps with feature updates in the near future?

$17 for nothing! Freezes and locks up. Just paid $17 for this app. Garbage! It freezes and will Not save anything. Wow that’s an expensive mistake.

Sign installation. I work in sign installation and graphic application on large formats, this tool is perfect for what I do. From sending proper measurements to suppliers and clients and for working on the fly in remote locations

Okay-Good. It's obviously not as fast as just jotting down some lines and numbers down on a piece of paper. But it does capture a lot more in terms of natural light sources, windows, and maybe what's beyond the focal point. I got this app because it comes across looking clean and professional when emailed or text etc. I'm sure with time I'll get faster with it!

Brilliantly simple.. I'm using this to plan renovations and projects around my home. An effective tool for brainstorming while keeping measurements in mind. Only grief I have is that it doesn't convert units, and I feel that it should.

Incredibly useful. I’ve been using this app for many years now. Saved me MANY trips to the hardware store! A picture is worth a thousand words; add measurements and it’s worth a lot more. This is one of those apps that smart phones were ‘made for’.

I absolutely LOVE that app!!!!. I am so glad of acquiring that app! I have been using that app since 2011 now and it still impresses me! I use it EVERY time I need to take notes of measurements of an object for a project or whatever. Not sure what happened to those who have had issues / bugs. I have been using this app since 2011 and now using it on an iphone X. Also I read that the pricing method of the app has changed? Holly!! 17$?!?! Damn!!! Thank god I had the bright idea of getting it all those years ago!!! Perhaps a bit pricey... but only barely if you are using it all the time.

Pro Version is Good. I use this app when doing renovations because a photo with measurements is far better than a drawing.

It WAS perfect. I bought the pro version to use with my Bosch laser meter. It was incredibly wonderful. I love it. However, I’ve been having connection issues with the Bluetooth laser meter for a while. After taking the first photo and getting the measurements, when I want to take a new photo, it doesn’t transfer the measurements from the laser meter. I’ve sent multiple emails to the My Measure app but haven’t received a single reply.

Meh. This was one of my favourite programs since it was first introduced. I dislike that they got rid of the iCloud and iTunes back up feature and decided on selling a monthly add on subscription to their own cloud, I am not interested in paying the monthly charges. Seems like everybody is doing this nowadays . They give you an option to save your files to your computer but this is not an automatic process.

Fast Becoming Most Used. Have only had this app for a few days and already it's becoming one of my most-used. Great tool.

Great but some odd icons. Unfortunately the be measuring tool needs work, as do the others available. I measured a door 6ft or so away and was told it’s 66 feet high. Some icons aren't very intuitive and occasionally I still manage to not save some projects. There needs to be a double-safe "are you sure" option before not saving a project. Or even better, it should auto save. I'm not crazy on how type can go over type or lines when measuring width and height. Should automatically move over for readability. Text and line size should change colour automatically for readability too. Otherwise it's pretty invaluable for site surveys.

App is my go to for site measure up. Great app. I would have given it a five star if I didn’t have to repurchase the app after a phone swap out, and reloaded my phone with icloud (iPhone-iPhone) If I didn’t depend on this app for my business, I would have purchased a similar app because of the re purchasing issue alone

Incoherent.. Still trying to figure out how to take a measurement. Says select arrow, but doesn’t say how to do that. I click the arrow, just moves it. Seriously, for an app that is supposed to measure, you’d think that the basic functionality would be obvious. I’m now looking for my tape measure.

Takes your money for paid app .... Then does something and takes away all the things you made. I paid for the app. You should have made a new one and left those of us that paid for an app with our app and work. Where are my photos? Shame on you.

Lost all my files. Since you came out with a totally new version I can’t access any of my old projects, and I had a bunch. Hesitant to put anything in this new app and risk losing them as well down the road! Paid for an app I really liked before I lost access.

Reason to not update the OS.... Great app - now not compatible with iOS. Wants me to buy some service, etc. so it’ll work or whatever. I purchased the pro version a few years ago, loved it, now poof! Useless.

Measuring with cell phone doesn’t work. I bought the app after watching this video were they use the camera to measure objects. There isn’t such thing... and we don’t find anything in the support videos. 👎🏼

Randomly loses pictures with measurements.. It sometimes doesn’t save the picture after you finish writing all the measurements.

Doesn’t work for iPhone X. The app size isn’t yet adjusted for the iPhone X. When you try and use the app it shuts down before being able to do anything meaningful. Such high hopes. Don’t waste your money.

App crashes All. The. Time.. I used to use this app a lot as it worked perfect for the line of work I was in... window sales. Now it has been crashing a lot so makes it very difficult to use, I recommend that they update their app to fix the crashing!

Frustrating. Bought twice the same app on iPhone and iPad. None upload my cloud measures from my older version of pro.

New Version Looses Functionality. New version looses the ability to add fractions to a measurement and also you can only add decimal measures to the tenth. You can no longer add a number like 3.75. The only option is 3.7. May of us need to add fractions like 1/8 or 5/16 to record precise measurements for trade work. Please fix this.

Measure tool. I find it very clunky to use on iPhone plus certain features like add a note doesn’t work. Certainly not worth paying $5 or so what I paid for this app.

AR feature no coming up on IPhone 6 Plus. Would love this if the auto measure worked. That was why I spent the price for it. Wasn’t coming up on the regular version. So I bought the pro and still it doesn’t work. It appears to work on others iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 Plus, not on the 6 Plus

Paid twice for essentially the same app!!. Developer failed to update the original app to support iOS 11, instead come up with this, calls it a new app and charge again. The original app is no longer usable and all files are lost!!

App crashes. Ive used this app for years. After a recent update, it now crashes when trying to enter a measurement, causing me to have to go back to pen and paper scribble.

Good thus far. This is by no means perfect, but I've found it quite useful for a couple of projects and the concept is certainly a good one.

You must have a tape measure to use. I have seen apps that actually do the measuring for you by GPS location. This is not one of those. In order to use you have to have a tape measure and enter the measurements yourself. This is a store house for data. There are free versions for that available.

Good when works. Super slow to start up and hangs regularly. When it works, it works well.

Just want I needed. I have pictures and dimensions of all my “to do” projects.
