Chicago Title App. Love this convenient app. Thank you Marilyn Smith, for installing this and showing me how easy it is to navigate. I use it all the time! You simply put in a couple of details about your transaction and voila, you have an instant idea of how much the payment will be with different loan programs, very important for the buyer. Also, how much the seller will approximately net. My clients love this, takes he mystery out of down payment ant closing costs.

loan person. I do loans for a living. This app is perfect for quick numbers & it matches perfectly with our loan origination software. Everyone in Real Estate should have it. The price is right!

Keep taking away feature. This was my go to calculator for clients, but they keep taking away features. Now logo and photo are taken out. You guys should give this to agents who bring. You business, not charge us for it.

How many times have you needed figures after hours or on the weekend? This fantastic App works for you 24/7. Another advantage in a crazy market: while showing homes-snapping pictures of clients desired homes and sending the closing cost right to your client with pix before you get to the next house! Crashes Constantly on iPad Pro. I use the OSX and iPhone app all the time, but the app won’t even open on my M1 iPad Pro. The app will start to open and then quit. Please fix this.

This App is amazing!. This is hands down the fastest, most efficient and well-thought out real estate closing cost/net proceeds app on the market. Very easy to use and very accurate. Business Development. Love this app! Makes life much easier, no need to go back to the office and spend 30 minutes calculating and emailing your client, do it from your phone or iPad in about 15 seconds while in front of them. The attachment is also branded with your info.

Worked at First. I've had this app for about 6 months and have been very pleased until about a month or so ago when it began to crash more than it did anything else. The pre-populated fields based on location specifics were awesome and even for being the Lite version it met my needs for quickly calculating payments at different purchase prices for clients. The fact that it calculated PITI without my having to feed it a tax amount and estimated closing costs gave this app the most value for me. Please fix the crashing so I can have my great tool back! I am so frustrated its not working anymore...the others out there simply don't compare...but that's not an edge if this app remains unstable. I almost wonder if it's a ploy to get me to buy the paid version - NOT GOING TO HAPPEN, JUST FIX THIS ONE!

Beware of the bugs!. Considering the purpose of the app, incorrect and inconsistent math results are unacceptable. And when the developers ignore your email regarding these issues one must wonder what they might be preoccupied with.

Paid for this APP and now they want me to pay again!!. I purchased this app years ago when I was a new Realtor and have enjoyed the app. I like being able to customize my info and my clients info. Now all of a sudden this App wants me to pay for those things I’ve had all these years. WRONG WRONG WRONG. Take care of those who have already purchased your app

Real Estate. Great app, much better than anything on the market. A must have if you work in the real estate industry.

Florida Not on the List. Florida is not an option on the Selected States. :-( It would have been nice to know there are only certain states this app works with prior to downloading and inputting information.

Paid for 2.0 version in 2013 will not renew. I paid for the upgraded premium 2.0 version in 2013. In 2016 they started making you check in with the marketing reps or they would lock your app. I have been calling since 2017 and emailing asking for the app to be activated again, as I PAID for the upgraded subscription. I called the marketing rep in Houston today named Oliver and he was more concerned with setting an appointment “sometime next week to meet in person”, DURING COVID, or he wouldn’t reactivate my app. Great customer service…

Sales Executive. I have actively searched for tools that help my business partners and have yet to find a better one than Chicago Agent! This program helps agents and lenders give quick and accurate estimates and be able to paint scenarios based on changing conditions. Check it out!

Easy to use! Well designed! Worth the $. I first downloaded the light version of this app, and although it was nice to have, The payed full version is worth every penny. It makes it so easy and quick for me to send to clients or show them. I have installed this application on all of my devices, as well as all of the agents in our office and my two business partners. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Purchased 2+ Years Ago. I really like the app, I used to use the free version but grew tired of having to constantly contact rep for updates, so I purchased the app thinking the updates would be an integrated feature, I was wrong. I continue to get the pop up box that tells me to contact rep or I will lose access (even though I paid for it). I’m provided with several options to contact rep such as sending an automatic email, text, or call. Each time I open the app to use it, I have to pick an option to proceed. In the last 2 weeks alone, I’ve contacted my rep at least 20+ times with the automatic email & text message option, and It still has not been updated. I have 6 days left or I lose access.

Great Assistant. I love this app! I am able to give my buyer's payment estimates on the spot and look like a real pro. I am also able to email my Seller's a net sheet that looks professional in just a few minutes. I love that Chicago Title keeps this app updated with all of the most current closing cost fees which again makes me look like a professional.

Horrible App & Julie Mezher has nothing to do with it!. This App is horrible! It keeps telling me to contact Julie Mezher...well I sent the email over 6xs and she finally called me & she had an Attitude stating that she has nothing to do with this app! Now I can’t use the app! I’ve paid for something that I can’t use! DO NOT BUY! App doesn’t work! SCAM!

DAWNHunter. This is an amazing product for agents to be able to quickly, professionally and effortlessly serve their client s...it is simple and a great way to show instant numbers . Call you local rep for details and easy instructions .

Not all areas are covered. Does not include all areas or even the state I sell in, I confirmed with my local go to title company that Chicago title was a firm they wrote with but to my surprise this app does not offer my State, huge disappointment!!!!

Realtor. I think this is the best app for calculating my net sheets. They are always within a few hundred dollars of the HUD statement. It makes me look so good to my clients on every single deal!!

Not a net sheet app. Loved it when i could use it for what it’s suppose to be used for. I had the app that they provided I got tired of asking rep to renew my app for net sheets and closing costs so I purchased a year and still can not access net for buyer or seller. Rep tells me I need to bring business to them and it will be unlocked even after i purchased. How do you advertise that this is a net sheet and closing cost app but according to rep what I purchased is marketing tools. If I knew that I would go to a marketing company not a title company.

My Go-Too App for Quick Calculations. I use this app often to provide buyer clients with quick payment estimates. It’s particularly useful when prospective buyers contact me about a property, and I can determine whether the purchase will be workable. It seems like title insurance estimates are missing, but it shows up under “detailed closing costs” when the calculation is complete.

Fantastic App!. This is a very easy to use app that makes life that much better! It's very accurate on the amounts it provides and allows me to whip up a monthly mortgage payment or NET proceeds from a house sale in a matter of minutes. Thanks CT!!

Almost a 5. This app needs the ability to enter a down payment higher than 20% in the My PITI module. Ideally, you should be able to enter any percentage instead of pre set increments

I hate real estate math.. I have been a Title Sales Rep offering this app, ChicagoAgent, for over 16years. Originally the app cost $149.00, and then you still had to buy a PalmPilot for another $100.00. Now, the app is free. In all these years, no ChicagoAgent user has ever called me saying this app cratered a deal. ChicagoAgent is the real deal for all necessary numbers needed to show a buyer his move-in costs, and a seller their net proceeds. And don’t get me started in the Premium features. I wouldn’t have the bandwidth to do so.

Can't progress past account creation. This app stops working as soon as I input my state/county/city. Left it to load(?) for ten+ minutes, but nothing happened.

End user review. Not having a good experience with this product. Will not load for me after initial download. Tech support said they will have to have someone call me back. While this looks great and may be a useful tool, I am loosing faith in the product as more time passes.

Great tool. I really enjoy this tool for pretty accurate estimates for both buyers and sellers. What I don't like is that I had to pay $26.00 for the app and then I still have to bug our local Chicago rep to keep the app active. Seems silly to me.
