PLEASE UPDATE!!!!!. I’ve had this app for years and I love it but it REALLY NEEDS AN UPDATE! I go pretty often and I love to look for mickeys but there is so many new lands and rides that have plenty of hidden mickeys that I can’t find. Other than that there is still a lot of hidden Mickeys on this app that I really recommend.

Awesome. I have the hidden Mickey book and it is very hard to keep track of my finds. But now with the app I just check off the Mickey when I find it. It is so easy! Totally worth the 8 bucks!

Love this App but it needs updating!. Looking for hidden mickeys is one of my favorite things to do as Disney! I love that this app is easy to use and keeps up with my progress between visits. However, there are some mickey’s listed that can’t be found any longer. For example the hidden Mickey in the Hall of Presidents is no longer there since they have replaced the previous George Washington portrait with a new one. I wish there was a way to mark or flag that Mickey as removed. This app is also missing new areas such as Galaxys edge. I would love to see an update on this app to include all the new things. I would also love if there was an option to attach a picture once you’ve found a Mickey so you can remember where you found it.

Nice app, too many dubious HMs and needs a few things. I love HMs. I love being able to look for them using this app. The basics are really good. But there are a few points that make me wonder why I paid money for the app. First of all, personally I consider a HM only a "real" HM if it is reasonable that it is placed there as an HM and not a haphazard combination of three circles. Too many of the "HMs" in the app are dubious at best. It would be nice if users could rate HMs in the app and even add new ones. If a HM receives a certain number of reviews and the rating is too low, the HM could be removed from the next update. That way only HMs that people agree upon will survive. It would be nice to have a "Near Me" option to show the locations of possible HMs near the user. The navigation could use bigger buttons. On an iPhone screen some navigation elements are hard to touch. The auto-scaling of text (in the lists) is nice, but sometimes the characters become so small it's really hard to read. Better to max the reduction of the character size and cut the line off (…..). Here's hoping op some improvements.

Great, BUT.... I love this app! It's very convenient to carry along when hunting for Hidden Mickeys. However, it needs some updates! Some things to include... • The new fantasyland! On the website, I noticed some new discoveries there. Please include them in the app! • I heard that test track in Epcot has been changed. I haven't visited it yet, but if there are new Mickeys, I want to know! • The Snow White ride doesn't exist anymore! Please remove it! • I would love if the clues were in order, like in the book. I hate having to ride the attractions more than once because the clues are scattered! Thanks so much! I love hunting for Mickeys, and this app would be a zillion times better with these suggestions!

Thought it was good until.... My son and I go to the parks and hotels every week to find mickeys. Twice now, I've opened the app and all my HMs had been reset and had to uninstall and reinstall. I had to figure out which ones we found and put them in again. The first time we were at about 120 and the second time, over 200. So annoying and nothing is more aggravating than trying to figure out which 200 mickeys you've found. I really hope this is fixed cause it's a great app besides that MAJOR problem

New Fantasy Land. I love the app I use it every trip to disney… I'm waiting for the update with the new fantasyland and everything they added. The book updated but not the app.

Fun but needs update. This is a really fun app, but it needs an update with all the newer areas of the parks. I’d like to be able to mark off ones I’ve found in pandora and toy story land, and look for new ones as well! I also wish there were photos you can view to see the actual mickey. Sometimes the descriptions are a little hard to follow, so a picture would be helpful!

Lost my findings. Went last year and recently upgraded phones. Noticed my hidden mickeys had been wiped. I suggest using the iCloud APIs so that it is easy to use between devices and restore info. For example I enter one on my iPhone and can view it later on my iPad. Edit: no iPad landscape support and not iPhone 5 optimized. Last update was 9/12 -- not a good sign! This is the type of app that one would imagine needs fairly constant updating. For example there have been new attractions and park areas added since 9/12. Would be cool to be able to take pictures of mickeys found and have linked to an account and uploaded (with private or shared setting options) in addition to being saved to camera roll. After trip one could then go through the photos of their mickeys streamed into the app if they have removed the pictures from their phone. Additionally would be cool if there was some ability to crowd source data, share the pictures as hints (could be good for people having trouble), add new mickeys, etc. -- basically use the people using the app to improve its data. Good luck. Generally it's good, had fun using it as it was helpful, just has a lot of room to grow.

Out of date, missing some, others questionable. We have the book and thought this would be a convenient option. There's a lot from the book not included in the app, a lot that are long out of date and a lot that are just questionable. Anyone who knows Disney well will know a real hidden Mickey versus something that just looks roughly like Mickey if you stare at it long enough.

Fun app!. This is a great app, I enjoyed looking for HM on my last visit. However it does need updated. Clues need to be in order especially on the rides and the new Fantasyland needs added as well as the Art of Animation. Also we should be able to submit HM that are either new or missed.

Outdated. Sadly outdated. Totally not worth the $. So disappointed. Half the hidden Mickeys that I looked for were no longer there (I’m not talking I didn’t see them, but displays described were longer in locations). I was looking for added fun, but was just frustrated and disappointed.

Needs Update. It’s great to have as another activity in Disney but it hasn’t been updated in two years so it doesn’t even include Toy Story Land or Galaxy’s Edge. The newest it has is Pandora. So at this moment, I wouldn’t pay for it until it gets updated.

Umm.... What happened to the disneyland version? I just got a new phone and I wanted to bring it to disneyland this October to do the hidden mickeys thing and now it's just for disney world. Can you please be able to put both parks in there? Thanks. P.S. I'm soon going to Disney world but in 2 months. Please fix the app to have the Disneyland version

Needs an update.. I have enjoyed using this app for previous visits to track my hidden Mickey progress, but it needs to be updated to the latest version of the book, which has been out for months now.

Glad to see this app was updated. When I first got this app I was curious to see that with each new edition to the book, there would be an update to the app. Glad to see that the new version came to mobile!

Outdated app. Kids were so excited to look for hidden mickeys in Disney Springs, but when we went into the Disney Store, we were told it remodeled last year and none of the hidden mickeys in the app were there anymore. Talk about disappointment.

Don't be so quick to purchase.. Be careful. The last app update was in 2012. Since then there has been some MAJOR park updates to all of Disney world. Hidden Mickey locations aren't accurate. An example is "Test Track" at EPCOT the list in app is for the old Test Track; Test Track has been completely rehabbed and the hidden Mickey locations no longer exist.

Good App, needs work. Two reasons: 1. You can't delete the app without all of your hidden mickeys being deleted. There should be accounts. I go to WDW once every 2-3 years, and my phone does not have space to keep this app for that long with no purpose. With accounts, however, I can delete the app without worrying about my progress being deleted. 2. WDW is always changing, so this app should be updating with the parks. There are mickeys on here that are gone and ones that are new that aren't on here. An app is more convenient than the book, but this app needs work.

great alt to the book. i was going to buy an updated book for my up-coming Walt Disney world trip, but i thought i'd give the app a try because it seems much easier to use while touring the parks. The app works great and i'm looking forward to allowing the GPS alert me of near by Hidden Mickeys as we go though the parks!

Cool!. This is AWESOME. I LOVE the books and now there's an APP FOR THAT! lol. I can't wait to go to the parks tomorrow to use it!! I have already gone through and selected all the Hidden Mickeys I knew, but there are soooooo many more to find.

Great but I have a few questions. I purchased this app for an upcoming trip to WDW. I looked for Hidden Mickeys at Disneyland and thought it would be fun to look for them in FL. I was hoping there would be Hidden Mickeys for New Fantasy land included but do not see any. Will those be a part of an update later? I am also having some problems viewing the hints on my iPad. I know what it says to do and am following the instructions but I am still unable to view them. If someone has any insight into that I would greatly appreciate any help. Even with those small inconveniences, I'm looking forward to using the app on my trip in March. I think it will be a lot of fun to look for the many HMs with my family, not to mention it will be a great way to pass the time while waiting in line :)

Fantastic updates. I've had the app for years and since the most recent updates it has never been better. It even includes the new additions to the parks.

This app is for Disney WORLD in FLA. I didn't read the description well enough and thought this was for the park in California. It's not. Just wasted $6. Be careful. Other than that, I don't like the moving magnifying glass in the background when I'm trying to read. Not sure if there's any way to turn to off but it's annoying. And pictures of the mickeys would be nice to make sure you're looking at the right thing (or are in the right park).

Very good. HOWEVER needs updating.. This app is very good, but it needs an update because the user interface does not stretch to fit the iPhone 5's screen AND there are no HM listings for the New Fantasyland. Also, Snow White's Scary Adventures is still listed, and that attraction no longer exists at Walt Disney World. Please update soon! Thanks!

So much fun but needs to be updated. The parks are always changing, but several of the hidden mickeys are no longer available (and hopefully there are new ones)! Have loved this app for years!

Love it! But needs some work. I love the hidden mickeys and the cool achievements! All I want to be fixed are: 1)I always have to manually upload all my previously found HM's 2) While uploading it I noticed that the HM's are out of order. I really would like it to be fixed so I don't miss any the first time I go on the ride! 3)Screen size needs to be updated for 5th generation devices But overall it's great and a lot better than the book with an cheaper cost!

Amazing but needs an update. This app is fantastic! It is just like the book with well detailed hints on where to look everything! I love how you track them with markers telling you which o es you have found. The only bummer is that it needs an update. I don’t understand why the app would not stay current like the books? Even if I had to pay for that update, I would. Other than the update, great app!

good but.... I LOVE this app a lot!! but I think you should be able to scan it to make sure it is the Mickey if not it shows you what Mickey u see... (that would be a lot of work...) or have pictures of them (the mickeys) so you know what to look for also add the "art of animation" resort and new fantasy land (take off Snow Whites Scary Adventures) thanks! -leah

Needs updated!. This app really needs updated. There is nothing for new fantasyland and several rides have either been updated or removed. I loved the app because I wouldn't have to carry the book around. However since the app is now out of date I'll have to carry the book and add extra weight to my bag. Please update soon!!

I <3 it!!!. I have the app the book and I go on his website....some people are saying that the app needs pictures but i don't think there should be...it's more of a challenge. :D

Great. I'm at Magic Kingdom right now and found this app. It's great. If it takes too long to load inside I just hit the 'list' button and it will tell me all the hidden mickeys! My boyfriend and I are trying to top each other with the highest score!! Needless to say I'm beating him. I can't wait to go to another park to try it out after today!

UPDATE!!. Please update this app to include all of the changes that have taken place at WDW!! You pay $ for this app and then they don't update. A little disappointed, but will still use what we can for our trip this week.

Would have been easier to haul around the book. Instructions were not visible where I looked to share the app with my children. My ID was not something I chose for myself - wasn’t sure if I bought the right app. On the whole, not the magical experience I thought it would be for us. Will not try it again.

Bugs Fixed and great app!!!!. Huge Disney and huge hidden Mickey fan so these apps are great! If you are experiencing problems with the app so that when you tap "I found it" it doesn't stay that way and says you still haven't found it, delete the app and reinstall it for free. It works. Great app and very fun to look for all the hidden mickeys!!

Perfect for a Disney Geek. I have all the books an this is even better. Would love to see a picture section where users could upload new pics of HM's that are found. °o°

Works fine in Magic Kingdom. Don't listen to the bad reviews. I am in the Magic Kingdom right now, inside an indoor attraction, an I have good 3G. The app works fine. It knows where I am and lists more hidden Mickeys than I have time to look for.

Great app, just needs to be updated because it is outdated. This is a good app. It helps by bringing the fun of finding Hidden Mickey's. Unfortunately it has not been updated to include the New Fantasyland expansion and other new attractions. I had a Cast Member show me a Hidden Oswald in the sidewalk in Fantasyland. (note, this is the only Hidden Oswald as of now on all of the WDW Resort property). And she showed us the Hidden Steamboat Willie (which is hard to find, but is a great one!) just outside the exit of Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid. Again, great app, just needs updating.

Great!. So much easier than having to bring the book to the parks. I love the game center in the app. I can show off to my friends now.

Book is better but good app. Expensive app but I had such a good time with the book on a previous trip I had to check it out for my next trip. Descriptions aren't the best without the hints, but it's handy when in the parks and on rides. Hoping for updates in the future with WDW expansion.

Not bad - needs updating. This isn’t a bad app but it is in desperate need of an update. So many areas either don’t exist anymore or new areas (galaxys edge and toy story land) are not even on here. Many resorts have had updates that don’t have Mickey’s mentioned in the app. Disappointed with the price for how outdated it is. Check out a book first.

No Problems!. I had the 3rd edition of the book, but I was really inconvenient to carry it around every time I went to WDW. Plus, whenever a new edition came out, I would have to buy the next book. Then my mom bought me an iPod touch and downloaded the app! It doesn't even require an Internet connection! There are just 2 features I wish it had: 1: Put a check in a box when you see a certain monorail color or in another box if you ride on it. (You get a few points if you see or ride them all). 2: See how many HMs you get on one vacation (instead of total count from all vacations). Thanks for the app that is totally worth what it's cost! Fun. Had fun finding these! I am a annual pass holder, so I will continue using this app. It does needs some updating along with a few improvements. The first day I found 12, second day 8 and the third day 7. The app. Would only show that I had 12, until the 5 days later. It should show your number of finds as you record them. We were playing against friends who also have the app. Kinda took the competition away.

Just ok. I was disappointed in this app. We have used the book for the past several trips and decided to upgrade to the app. First, with all the changes at Disney the app has mickeys that are no longer there. It needs an update. There are mickeys we found with the book, but are not in the app. I would also love to have a way to see which ones were found when perhaps with a date by them. I will say the app is an easier way to keep track of them, but it needs work.

Great app, but needs to be updated!. So I just returned from my weeklong Disney trip. I had the hidden Mickey guidebook in hand in this app on my phone. I’d love to share with you the pros and cons. Pros - Yep gives great detailed information on where these hidden Mickey’s are. I wouldn’t of been able to find them without the hints they provide. Also, the achievements are a great incentive to work towards. I also love the score board they provide, it shows you how many Mickey’s you found in each park. Cons - This app desperately needs to be updated. I found a lot of the new attractions aren’t in the app yet. Also rides that have been refurbished and other areas of the park now are missing the Hidden Mickeys. I also think it would be cool if they decided to add photos Of where the Mickey’s are

Great, but Outdated. I’ll give 5 stars after an update. The app is great, but the information is old. As others have mentioned, a lot of the areas mentioned in the app have changed or been eliminated. Also, there are new lands (Galaxy’s Edge, for example), hotels, shops, and rides that are not included. Permanently closed attractions and some no longer at WDW (The Great Movie Ride) are still listed. As many have pointed out, sometimes the hints given are not enough of a hint and the “Hidden Mickey” remains hidden. I have purchased many of the book versions of this app as the new releases include updated information. I hope this app is updated soon to include new “Hidden Mickeys” and remove the missing ones. I understand this is difficult to maintain and constantly update as the “Hidden Mickeys” are not officially listed anywhere and the parks, hotels, etc. are constantly changing. If more frequent updates could be possible, I’d consider paying a subscription to this app, depending on price.

Beautiful. I love being able to walk around the Disney parks and have a little bit of downtime between fast pass times and being able to have a fun scavenger hunt with my friends and family!

Amazing! But…. This app is amazing but… there is a few missing/outdated. So if you could make this a Wikipedia type app that would be great!

Great Addition to Veteran Visitors. We have been over 15 times and we enjoy finding the Hidden Mickeys. Even our girls have learned to search for new ones.

Still great but needs another update. This is great to pass the time but I totally recommend peeking into the book as they are more updated than this app! Sometimes the instructions are not as clear in app as in book (vice vers..) However!… if your like me and the kind that uses the book more than the app, you can use the app to keep track of what you truly found and mark it off in the new HM edition book.

This app needs to be updated.... This app really needs to be updated so that it at the very least includes the hidden mickeys in the latest edition of the book. However there is now New Fantasyland Hidden Mickey’s featured which is quite disappointing. As someone who owns both the 2nd and 5th editions of the book I was hoping that the app would be an improvement over having multiple editions of the book sitting on my shelf, but it seems that is that way to go. The app does make it easier to skip around to different areas in the park depending on where you are than the book, but other than that this app is a complete waste of money. Spend the extra dollar and download the ebook to use in the park.
