Great App. My doctor recommended this app to me and it is very useful. It helps me manage my daily allergy issues and I hope this helps others.

Good Experience. I am a newbie but I am having a good experience so far. I really like the fact that I can take a look at what is high in our area. I am also doing the logging in so that I can determine what I’m most allergic to based on the information that the app will provide me. I’m very excited about this. I will continue to use the app. Unfortunately I’m not a daily user but who knows. I will update my review in a couple of months to see where I stand since most of the concerns seem to be after you’ve been using the app a few months.

Work more. I like this app. but it just didn’t work a lot of the time this week I think it worked three days.

Lost its way. Used to depend on this app and it was very effective. Unfortunately something changed dramatically and it’s not even close. My car is green with pollen but this app has been consistently showing LOW pollen count! Look somewhere else for your allergy information.

Getting worse. Updates now insert prompts to log allergy symptoms in the way of just trying to see today’s pollen count. And now it just spins without opening …

Overall pretty good. Overall I like the idea of this app. Everything works on the app for me. One thing I’d like to see is widgets for this app to show my allergy prediction number for the day and a little plus sign to log my symptoms.

Doesn't do much. You can enter a lot of symptoms in the daily diary, but there's not much benefit to that. There's little information about local allergens, the forecasts continue to say no/low allergy day during peak allergy season, and overall it just feels like there's no data supporting or benefit to the entry of all your symptoms. Stopped using it after entering data daily for 2 months when it gave me nothing useful.

Can’t log symptoms, say systems are down.. This app has potential, but they have to fix the glitches. It is ruining the experience.

App issue. When you open the app it’s sticks to the calculating page and doesn’t move forward

So far so good. So far this app has been a very good source of information. My pollen allergies are really bad in the spring. This has helped me keep track and I love that it reminds me to report symptoms.

Bless you!. Ingenious app! Helps you track your symptoms so that you can get an idea what you’re allergic to and when to take action! I find this very helpful living in central California where pollen abounds! Thank you Zyrtec!

This app is almost as annoying as my allergies. I have had this app installed for years, but I never recall having an issue with signing in. Now there is no place in the app to sign in, only create an account. When I try to create a new account it says to sign in with my existing account info. Problem is, there’s no place to log in, only create a new account. Dumb. Also no place to retrieve existing login info, like forgotten password. But of course that’s not since there’s no place to login. I’m sure I can find the same allergy info I can get with this app from another source I already have on my phone. I don’t see the point of keeping this app installed when I can only access a limited amount of features.

Great MOST OF THE TIME. This app does a great job at forecasting my symptoms and telling me the top allergens in the area. However, there are days that the app doesn’t work at all. Today is one of those days, it’s very frustrating. It says the pollen count is NaN/12 and that my symptom forecast is at the very bottom of the scale when I’ve been having the worst allergies of my life. It won’t even let me log symptoms. I deleted the app, logged in and out, redownloaded it, everything. And it’s still this way. I’d love to know if everyone is having this issue or if it’s just mine. Hopefully they fix it soon so I can get back to being in the know about my allergies.

Would be neat if it worked. Seems like a cool concept. But the app is so incredibly slow. It worked fine when I downloaded and before I created an account and logged in. But now after logging in, it’s virtually unusable. You see the loading/splash screen stay there for 45 seconds. Eventually the app opens and I try to submit my symptoms, but I get the loading screen again. 60 seconds go by. Maybe it’s a cool app and maybe it would’ve loaded eventually, but it seemed frozen to me, and I don’t have the patience to spend 10 minutes every day just to enter a couple of symptoms.

Glitchy. App worked great at first but now one week in I’m experiencing glitches. I can’t move past the screen where you log your medicine taken that day. I’ve tried selecting every option but keep receiving a prompt that I have to select an answer. Without the ability to complete the daily log the app isn’t much use. Too bad!

Helpful. Helps me track my allergies. Would definitely recommend

Great app. Love this app! Also the customer service was very attentive to concerns I had. I will continue to use this app!

Helpful information. I really like the app but I wonder why it never asks about headaches which accompany my allergies until I sneeze them away.

Much needed update. It’s nice that I’m not forced to create an account to use the app because I like this app. It definitely helps me manage my allergies better than I do on my own. Reminders are great and so far it seems pretty accurate to how I’m feeling !

Allergen information is helpful, BUT symptom tracking is terrible. The allergy predictions is helpful. That’s why I added the app. However, the symptom tracking is silly. I have year round allergies, and my most common symptoms aren’t listed as options. This makes the fact that I’m asked to log my symptoms stupid, since I have to lie about my symptoms if I can’t any type of prediction data for my allergies. 🙄 I never have watery eyes or a runny nose, rather my eyes and nasal passages dry up, and my throat is dry. I get an asthmatic cough induced by allergies, and that’s not an option. My ears are sometimes more congested, (and swell), and they ITCH, and that’s not an option. I get sinus headaches when my allergies are bad. Not an option to log. My eyes swell and dry up when my allergies are bad. That’s also not an option. Sometimes my skin is itch when there’s too much pollen in the air too. So unless you’re going to add more symptoms into the app, I agree with others-the symptom tracking is annoying and not helpful.

Was good, now terrible. This was my go-to app for good information based on types (elm, etc) and local allergen info. Now you can’t even launch it without creating an mandatory account, insisting you’ll just love being a part of their “community”. Sorry, that’s absolutely not an option. Useless now.

Not sure about logging. Logging symptoms sounds good except that I already treat symptoms with allergy meds. I’d like to personalize results but I’m not going to stop treating my allergies so that I can log symptoms.

Love this app! Best allergy website or app I have found!. I have used this app for many years, I highly recommend it! Becaus of this app I was able to figure out I’m always sickest when juniper is listed and molds. I was able to tell my allergist who tested for those and more, and it did turn out I was in fact most allergic to those. As we moved, I’ve been allergic to different things and it’s helped me narrow down what causes the most reaction or when I’m on vacation sometimes I will start feeling sick, not sure if I’m coming down with something, often I’ll check the app and find that where I’m at is high in mold or juniper. It’s fun to learn how easily my body detects certain allergens and also more easily help figure out whether I may just be coming down with a cold. I also like the forecast part of it, and have found that to be reliable too. I love this app!

Really like it but please add Mold Count!!. I always see the mold count from the previous day in the newspaper- but I really wish it was available on this app so I could easily access it! Otherwise i love the pollen indicators … like today wondering why my allergies are so bad and the app says ragweed is High!

Pretty good app. This is one of the better pollen-count apps I’ve used. It’s easy to navigate and it gives you all sorts of information about weather and how it effects pollen count and subsequently your allergies, as well as the pollen forecast. I already know what I’m allergic to so the app didn’t really change much for me. I do wish for some feature changes/ additions: on the tracking log I wish there were check marks for asthma and itchy skin; instead it’s all upper respiratory symptoms. Which I understand with it being a Zyrtec app. It’d also be nice to have a place to check off what pollens you *know* you’re allergic to and get notifications on days when those specific allergens are high. Maybe they’ll see this comment. Regardless it’s a good app to have.

Unable to log medicine. Can’t get past the medicine page to get anywhere. I’ve checked updates, deleted and readded the app. If we log an issue here in the app, why do you ask us to go to the website? Logging it in here should be issue enough for you to fix it.

Not WorkingSince Upgrade. The application will not even open on my iPad or my iPhone after the last upgrade. It’s time to release something to make this fixed immediately because it’s not working. I’m gonna go to a different app to get my allergy count since this seems to have so many problems!

Love it ... but. I love the app.. I download it every allergy season I help me mange and predicted how bad my allergies will be for day and the week. My only draw back is there is no way to back log. So at 12:01am Sunday morning whe I’m heading to bed I like to log how bad I felt on Saturday (which ended a 2 mins ago) and I can’t because technically it’s Sunday now. So I miss an entire day Of logging because of a minor technicality. And if I make the mistake of logging it not paying attention to the time it throws my predictions off.

Never mind. By now insisting that we HAVE to have an account, so you can track our symptoms or whatever, you’ve pushed it too far. I want to know what allergens are present in my area, not to have yet another Big Brother tracking my ever sneeze. Deleted. Just got a reply from the developers saying, “By creating an account we can improve the accuracy of your allergy predictions for more detailed recommendations.” What a bunch of BS. There is no more reason to create an individual account with contact information and a password for an allergen report than there is for a weather report. Forget it.

What happened?. The app used to be very reliable, now it won’t even open. In the last couple of months, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled twice. I don’t know know why it needed updated to begin with, it worked fine. Now it doesn’t.

Great ap. If you take less than a minute each day and track your symptoms so that it gets to know what your issues are this is a great app. I mean for a quick and easy app it’s pretty darn accurate. I highly recommend it.

It was great a couple years ago now it won’t load. This was hands down my favorite allergy app. I used it for years without issue. Then 2 years ago it started crashing every time I tried to open it. It was updated and the new issue had became logging me out and forgetting my password each time. Then updated again and now it just spins and says “calculating” but never loads. This has remained over the last 2 updates. I wish this worked like it use to. I still keep it on my device because I hold out false hopes that one day, this will be just like it was years ago.

Won’t work on IPhone 12. I have used this app for several years. With the last update it will not load on my Iphone. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. I have restarted my phone several times. Won’t load.

Not very reliable or user friendly. Half the time the app won’t open even with it being updated regularly. The app used to be easy to use but there’s always someone with a better idea!

not working but love it. The app is not working can you guys fix it thanks I love it it been helping with my allergies a lot I use it everyday.

App issues. App was working fine until this last update. Now I can’t get app to come up. Already tried removing app and re-downloading. It’s not working. Hopefully this issue can be resolved sooner rather than later.

Super Helpful App!. A must have app for people with allergies. This update was definitely needed - works amazingly well now and looks great. Super helpful in tracking the pollen count and managing my own allergies.

Pretty Good But,. The only real thing keeping me from giving this a five star is I’d love a place to add notes when putting in my symptoms info. I like to be meticulous.

How to get the Rewards. “ Should Bye the Newspaper to get the Coupon might help out again “- Will the App have Coupon in the Apps alway the time “!! Or Not Just fake App”!!

Now requires an account. This used to be a great app that you could quickly and easily check the air quality in your area much like you check a weather or traffic app. Unfortunately, it now requires its users to set up an account which I'm sure is just a way to send a stream of spam emails (as if I need more of those). Its one thing to require an account for those who want personalized info, but it shouldn't be a requirement for those of us who don't. Deleting app and going to other sources.

Check up on pollen. Every time I start to see my symptoms getting aggressive!! I always go to Zyrtec app to figure out which pollens are more prevalent!! Great Job 👍Zyrtec!! Although I try to avoid taking medication for pollen allergies!! Every once in while when my symptoms are aggressive!! I take Zyrtec!! But I am always checking apps which pollens are more aggressive!!! My pollen allergies are improving year over year !!

What happened?. This was one of my favorite pollen apps. After the last update it only shows grasses and a low pollen count. I know for a fact the trees are pollenating all over the place and the pollen count for my area is high. I dont know where they are getting the info from but it’s incomplete and this app is now useless to me. Please do another update with correct information. Thank you.

Helpful on tracking. I use this to track the pollen count and my symptoms for allergies. I like it. I only keep it downloaded during allergy season. It’s helpful. It doesn’t show all the different pollen counts which would be more helpful. It just give a few kinds of trees. I would like an individual count for all the kinds of trees, grasses, and mold that I’m allergic to so I can see what is causing the most severe symptoms. Thanks for the app!

Works. Helps warn you of upcoming allergy issues and especially asthma

So useful!. This app is so easy to navigate! It helps me feel more aware of when my allergies will have an impact and I’m able to problem solve. I love checking in with this app as I also love my weather apps. This is a great tool for so many!

Great when it works. I really liked the app, great tracking both counts and medications. Then it just stops loading for a few days

love this app!!. this is a great app for me. this is my first spring with allergies and i’m stilll not sure what i’m allergic to specifically but this app helps me track my symptoms and tells me the pollen newscast which i love. i recommend this app totally!! one improvement could be the list of pollen allergies and maybe a way to help people that don’t know their allergies

August Update. Congratulations app team on fixing all previous issues and making this app 1000x better! Awesome job

Quite helpful. I didn’t expect much, but I’ve actually found this app pretty useful. When I realized that it was often on track with my more severe allergy days, I started using the predictions- when it shows that the next day is likely at severe high levels, I go ahead and take extra allergy medicine at night. This is helping me wake up with less symptoms and I don’t have to wait until the next day to ‘go into battle’- I’ve already started preparing.

Okay. When it works it really helps. But after a week the loading just spins

Ipad version. Why doesn’t it rotate like all of my other iPad apps? Acts like the phone app?

I wish. That sinus headache and burning eyes (not the same as itchy in my book: one needs rubbing, the other needs soothing) were in the symptoms! Thanks! Otherwise a really cool app, it allows me to track what I am allergic to by looking at symptoms and how bad I feel. Unfortunately, 2 of my primary allergy related symptoms are missing... maybe misc symptoms could be written in? Btw: Zyrtec and Levocetirizine rock! Best allergy meds ever made! Claritin works just as well as drinking the glass of water and not taking the medicine...which is to say, it doesn't work at all! Your products actually do what they say, are effective against indoor and outdoor allergens and work QUICKLY! Thanks for developing such great products!

Nice update!. This app helps me manage my allergies better and get more insight on triggers

Requisite accounts?. I’ve used this app for years and found it helpful, but I’ll delete it in the next couple of weeks if there’s not a reversal on account creation. As someone who works for a Silicon Valley company, I feel confident saying that virtually nobody on the planet likes to create accounts—even when there’s a legitimate need. (“Oh, does it require FB integration!? Does it need to be a so-called strong password that I’ll never remember and have to resupply every time I open the app? Do I have to have a unique user name with a senseless stream of numbers at the end? Does it require e-mail confirmations in an already overflowing inbox!? Will I then be helping some random corporation sell my information to others and get personalized, helpful—read: targeted, scummy—ads!? Will my personal info invariably be stolen due to lax security protocols at Company X!? Awesome! ” . . . said nobody, ever.) Finally, did it take me longer to write this review than it would have to create an account for you? Probably. Why leave the comment? More people will seek out your competitors instead of dealing with this nonsense. With all that said, I’m happy to delete this review and leave a 5-star review if your devs and mgmt reverse course on this issue. Be well, folks.

Love the app. It keeps me in check the pollen account

Not working lately. Used to be an awesome app but lately it doesn’t load

My allergies. You don’t cover my reaction to pollen. I have sinus swelling. It is horrible. It swells on my inner ear. Makes me dizzy and causes big headaches. Your recordings are Not involved with my issues. Thank you for trying. Zyrtec fixes it.

Helpful and easy to use. Love this app! Downloaded this and the WebMD allergy forecast app to see which one I'd like better - this one is definitely the winner. Shows forecast, and lists the specific types of pollen (WebMD does not), which is of course really useful if you know what you're allergic to - e.g. doesn't make a difference to me if the maple pollen count is very high, but I want to know about birch. I also like that the symptom tracker is available on the home screen, and that it's super simple to use. I don't use lush notifications with this app, so that obviously hasn't even a problem for me as it has been with other reviewers.

Used to be great. I would like to see the pollen outlook like this app used to show nice that they would like to follow your trends but let me see the pollen forecast.

Recording Log. I could not move the cursor on the daily log section for symptoms. Suggestions?

Never loads. This app never loads!

Great start!. I enjoy using it. However, I would like it to go further. Molds & mildews; air pressure changes, etc.

Doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried to reinstall this app 3xs and once I’m past the login screen all I get is a blank white screen.

Getting less detailed every day. The app is showing less and less information. No longer worth the install.

Isn’t working. Since last iPhone update it doesn’t load

All problems fixed!. The 2.0 update crashes every time I try to open it. iPhone 5, iOS 6.0.1. Luckily, it's winter so there's plenty of time to fix it before my allergies act up in the spring. It WAS a great app, so I'm looking forward to updating this review. Update: v3.4 under iOS 7.0.4 works great! Very responsive and a great new look. I mostly use the app when traveling so I know what to expect when I arrive at my destination. It doesn't actually make me use more or less medicine, but I do use the app a lot.

Really like but could use improvement. I find this app very interesting and mostly satisfactory! I love the idea of keeping track of my symptoms but unfortunately they are not all listed- headaches, itchy nose or face, breathing ability, etc... And I like that the more you track the more helpful it is to seeing patterns. I wish we were able to go back and track on past days other than just the day it is. I also like how it includes specific allergins that are high, but not all are listed under the tree/grasses/weeds categories so I'm not sure what they are. I am curious as to how they gather data for their allergycast... It is so specific. Overall, really like it and will continue using it! :)

You’re kidding. Greater Chicago area/suburbs are not supported????

Log in. It won’t log in when I put the symptoms in it says please select. I did and still won’t log it in.

Always Crashes - Poor Customer Service. It worked fine for a few days, but now whenever I open the app, it crashes after a couple seconds. I contacted their customer service regarding the issue. Their first response gave me a few suggestions such as making sure the app was updated, reinstalling the app, and restarting my phone. I did all of these things, and it still crashes. When I told the company this and sent them a screen recording of the crash, they blamed my brand new iPhone 11. Then they told me I should contact Apple Care to deal with the problem because they apparently can’t do anything about it since it’s iOS. It’s their coding for an iOS device app that is crashing. How is this Apple’s problem??

New Version LESS informative. Previous version reported prominent pollens by type: pine, hickory, ragweed, etc. New app doesn’t report that. It’s great for tracking….does not give me the information I want.

Zyrtec Allergy. I love this app! A few improvements could be made, though. For one thing, while the pine pollen (which my daughter and I are both allergic to) is high here in FL, it's not listed in with the current pollens. Secondly, I have a headache right now, but it's not listed with the symptoms. Thirdly, I wish you could go in and add symptoms later in the same day. I have to log my symptoms late at night before bed to make sure I get them all listed. Sometimes I'll wake up with an itchy throat, but not have other symptoms, such as itchy eyes, until later in the day. Overall, though, this is an awesome app!!!

Backup Data?. App keeps crashing when tracking symptoms for the day. Literally just attempted to input data 7 times and the app crashed each time! Needs an option to back up your data to an online database or through emailing it to yourself. Similar "trackers" have that capability. That way if app crashes, or phone glitches, you won't loose months of data as the tracking history will be safely stored online and will be able to be referred to. Users also need capability to be able to go through past data to see patterns. Lastly, password protection would be nice. Just to keep it secured so other people can't interfere with the users data. P Tracker is a great app that has these type of features. It would be good to incorporate similar features to this allergy tracker app. Then I'd give it a 4-5 star review.

Very good. Predicts my allergys very well im in love with this app

Quit working. The App totally quit working all it does is blink gray lines. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still nothing.

Missing Key Thing. This app is great! I would have given it 5 stars but it is missing one thing to make this better for allergy suffers. Since you can adjust on the app when it sends you push notifications on the allergy levels, i wish it allowed you to select which allergens you have so you only get push notifications for those. Since allergy suffers are allergic to many different allergens. For example my tree pollen allergy is not so bad so i would like to select "tree pollen" and adjust push notification level at "high" so I know I need to take my Zyrtec. My ragweed tolerance is low so I would like to select "weed" and "low". More allergy and push notification customization, better app. WebMD has that customization and better perks but they want your personal information and give it to third parties, which is why this Zyrtec app is much better!!! They don't give your info to third parties or have you sign in to use their app! Plus the background imagery is simple and beautiful. But if the Zyrtec app had better customization i would be able to take my zyrtec more effectively. So far app is great! I hope this app continues to add perks and no radical changes.

Don’t know if it works. There are questions to start but the screen does not allow proceeding to next; it gets stuck on the products I use. I’ve tried selecting all variations but it doesn’t proceed.

No longer working. I’m so sad. I’d finally found an allergy app that was working well & now I can’t even get past the login screen even after deleting & redownloading.

Not all AllergyCast. Only works for people allergic to pollen. This is pointless if allergic to anything else.

Need to create an account. Can’t use with out giving up your information I’m just going to google the allergy cast 🤷🏻‍♂️

App randomly deletes entire history. New design is super poor. The app also randomly deletes your entire history. When that happens, you have to start aaalllllll over again with no data and no forecast until 5 logs. Why?

Change it back. New format does not provide information on different allergy types. Deleting after YEARS of use.

To cumbersome…too Nosey!. Asks for medical and allergy info before you can even utilize the app. Too much bother. Immediately deleted app.

Spam. Signed up and now getting more spam from AFFILIATED PATNERS. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Why do you need to register. Used to be able to check allergy forecast now they need you to register. Useless now

Requires an account. I need another account with password like I need another hole in my head. I know that it’s been a long time since I launched the app. It didn’t always require an account. That is ridiculous. Deleting app.

Helpful app. It helps me to track my allergies

Customer service is a scam to sell medical products!. New update doesn’t work!

Never works. This app never works. I loved it when I first downloaded it but it stopped working last year and hasn’t worked since.

Love. Absolutely love it

No longer works. Used this for years but no longer works to the point where I assumed it had been discontinued.

Absolutely Love This!. This app has been a Godsend. Both my stepdaughter and I suffer from allergies and having this app has made it so much easier to get us both feeling better and avoid having horrible allergy days where we just feel sick. Since she's 8 she can't always communicate her symptoms to me but being able to quickly and easily check pollen levels I can tell when our allergies will be acting up so I know better when I'm going to have to keep an eye on her and give her some allergy medicine to avoid sinus infections. It's been so helpful! The only 2 things I wish this app could do in addition is updating previous day's symptoms (in case I forget) and tracking family members symptoms as well as my own.

good app. helps me to predict/prepare for when my allergies are going to be worse

App won’t open. I have downloaded and and uninstalled several times and app still won’t open

New features. Add CarPlay support of app

Great App!. A great app for tracking pollen levels and allergies!

Inaccurate location. It's showing a very inaccurate location, totally irrelevant.

App will no longer open. App will no longer open

Used to work. The app was really good and accurate at predicting symptoms. Recently it started just buffering and won’t ever load making it unusable. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still didn’t work.

Was great. Will no longer load on my iphone 13 pro. 😩Used it everyday as I am basically allergic to most air allergens.
