Search thousands of properties
With new listings every day, we make it easy for you to find the right property. Whether you’re searching for a house, apartment, off-the-plan property or house and land package - you can filter down to the exact real estate you’re looking for. Search by suburb, address, school name or on the map. Then, set your filters including price, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, land size or use keywords like ‘pool’.

See properties before other buyers
Know what you’re looking for? Turn on property alerts to be notified about properties that match your search. Whether you’re looking for a rental property or a home for sale, notifications help you find the right property sooner. In NSW, VIC or QLD? Now you can get alerts about off-market properties on Domain! Just create a property alert and we'll let you know about off-market properties that tick those boxes before they're even listed. Coming soon for the rest of Australia, so stay tuned!

Draw your search
With map search, we make it easy to search for a property in your favourite area. Map view lets you use your fingertip to circle the area where you’d like to find a property. You can then switch to list view to see all available properties for rent or sale in that area neatly laid out.

Shortlist with someone
Property hunting with someone? Whether you’re buying a house with your partner, renting an apartment with your best friend or value the opinion of a trusted real estate advisor or - you can invite anyone to shortlist with you. That way, both of your favourite properties are in one place. You’ll never have to share a link again.

Plan your inspections
When you shortlist your favourite properties, we add them to your inspection planner so you know what time and where you need to be for your open inspections or auctions. You can switch to map view to understand where the properties are located in relation to each other and your current location. You can also keep track of what you thought by rating each property after you inspect it. It’s never been easier to organise your favourite properties.

Follow your home’s value
Follow your home on Domain for Owners to see what your next move should be. There, you’ll be able to research the market relevant to your home or rental property. We provide information about the estimated value, current demand and local area activity (such as properties that have recently sold) all at a glance.

Find the right agent
We have all the tools to help you find your local real estate agent, get a free property appraisal, review auction results or organise your home loan.

Excellent app. This is a fantastic app that maximises the iTouch display to provide nice resolution images. Additionally, the favourites functionality and search engine is very user friendly. Highly recommended application.

Great app, but.... This is a great app. Two things would make it better: 1. Search by map and 2. Fix constant crashing (occurring since latest update)--it's maddening!

Everything you've ever dreamed of. Good

Just what you want. Shows you which properties you have viewed already and really great interface!

Rebuild. The rebuilt app is fantastic so far. I've only used it for 5 minutes but navigation speed is fast and screen (picture) load time is practically nonexistent now.

Nola. I love the app, it's very practical to use

Sr. Great app!

Handy. I find the app to be really good. It's handy to be able to take my phone around with me to the open homes. The only thing that annoys me is that sometimes the 'subheading' (eg 'offers over $1,000,000) doesn't fit on the line so I need to log in to the computer to see what that says.

Great!. Appreciate the regular updates to improve the app

Useless app. Terrible app. Home price guide doesn't work.

I love looking at the historical sale and rental prices. The historical data is difficult to navigate too, but the info is very helpful when researching a suburb, street or a specific address.

Better than the website. Recommended.

Never loads 😡. Every time I try and look at ANY property all I get is a green screen!!!! Makes me really angry!!! 😤

Go to website instead. App keeps crashing and search features are less available than on website.

Great. Does anything I need it to do!!

good. very useful !

Good app but crashes constantly. Wish it didn't crash on the map view of the short list. iPad app is much better.

Getting better with each update. We need to to be able to sort newest properties first.

No NZ properties. No NZ properties listed

Works great, reliable, syncs across devices. I regularly use this for checking out properties in various areas. Because it syncs back to my domain account under the same short list on iPhone, iPad and web browser. Been using it for years with no crashes and the app just seems to keep getting better with each update. Love the map view on iPad especially. Only gripe is that some areas the agents submit rubbish data - lots of units/apartments listed as house when it's clearly not - maybe domain could improve data checking. Wish: ignore listings with no price - if the agent won't list the price (or realistic expected auction result) I'm not interested in wasting their time and mine.

Go freo. GO FREO

Easy of use. Most difficult mobile app I have used.

Great app!. Just need to add the property features filter to the search.

Ms.. It is not accurate or easy to use

Is it just me?? Useless?. 95% of all searches or requests for info time out. I'm on a good connection. Server problems perhaps, but the app should deal more gracefully with such situations.

Doesent work. I tried looking for rentals or sales Kept saying nothing can be found

Privacy issues. There are some major privacy issues here. Every time you request a price guide from agents, they add you to their mail list. This is a horrible breach of privacy rights - requesting a price guide should not be construed as signing up to spam. At minimum there should be an opt in box to tick before they can subscribe you.

Needs better filtering. ORIGINAL REVIEW 01/12/2020: Can you put a switch in the app’s filters to turn off properties that have terms like the following in the title: Contact agent Auction Price on request For Sale Buyers guide -$xxx,xxx Guide price $xxx, xxx Expression of interest etc etc ... Sometimes I won’t even call an agent for a price if it’s not actually listed. And sometimes I only want to see property prices and remove auctions and terms where the estimated price should be etc. sometimes I only want to see Auctions and other terms. Allows me to put an offer in sooner than later and saves me from spending hours looking at dots on the map or listings in the list that say these terms. ☝️ UPDATE 20/02/2021: Still waiting on the above features. Hope to have better filtering soon. Would make searching a much better experience. Other than that it would be a fiver ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ app hands down 🙌

Unstable app. This is an extremely unstable app. It has been this way for some time.

Stop asking people to rate the app. Have some confidence

Great app. So easy to use and does everything I need it to do to find my perfect home.

best real estate app. iv used others that didn't give me even half as many listings in the areas I'm looking into, stay awesome!

Great App. Easy to use and create an account!

Blurry. The newest update makes all of the housing photos extremely blurred. I have never had trouble getting the pictures to load, but now both the thumbnails and full screen photos are not loading. This app will no longer work on older devices. Too bad.

This app is terrible. Tried to use my address multiple times and all I got was Australian addresses....not even close

Frustrating. Your app need lots of work. I use it daily and it freezes not loading information too often. I am thinking of using another site as yours is very frustrating to use.

Love it. I've had this app for awhile and love it! It's easy to use And makes your search a lot easier. I highly recommend it.

No New Zealand. I solely downloaded this app to help me with rentals in New Zealand. As the title of the app mentions, Australia and New Zealand are suppose to be supported by this app. Unfortunately that is very incorrect. Not even a single property is listed for selling or renting in the entire country..

Gooood. Goood

Best. Im a regular user through pc but i resently downloaded as an app but after updating it constantly crashes and exits before even the app opens properly !!!

Can’t get rid of new home designs. Like the app… except it keeps adding in New home designs I your search which is so frustrating. As a first time home buyer I am looking on the lower end of the scale of course. Yet when I search specifically for existing homes only and no new designs it still adds them in! So for 100+ results, every other one is a build. If my budget is 450k I sure as hell can’t afford a design that is 300k plus land on top! So frustrating and ultimately made me delete the app.

Shockingly bad updates. The new search experience is terrible. - Slow / lag when adjusting the map with a large number of results. - Much slower to retrieve results too. Used to be so snappy! - Stupid defaults! Now constrains results to the literal suburb you searched with a hard boundary. You used to build an intuition for differences between areas by the number of dots on the map nearby. Now that’s gone and requires some fiddling to escape the hard boundary. - Key filters (property type) are below the fold in the filter menu. Why?!? - More taps (and time and attention) required to get through critical paths. - Geolocation focus icon moved - replaced with the map draw tool. Why would you mess with years of muscle memory? - Bugs galore. Searching by suburb name, then moving the map and changing filters, will take you back to the original suburb. Even if you’ve dragged the map many suburbs away. Also tapping the geolocation icon doesn’t always rerun the search, so it looks like 0 results until you move the map. Seems like rushed change for the sake of change. Probably patting yourselves on the back, but seriously look at all these reviews. The numbers won’t lie in the long run.

Properties with prices please!. It’s getting really hard to find a property as you can’t really see/find the property price. Too many properties with “expression of interest EOI” or "offers" which it makes it difficult for the user to find a property. I know there is an option we can select to not show the ones under offer but there should be an option with "only properties with prices" or something like that. Domain would be the app to go if you guys offer that option I think. Other than that I'm pretty happy with the app.

Account reset. All saved listings dating back 4 years ago when we bought our house, just GONE!. Account reset. All saved listings dating back 4 years ago when we bought our house, just GONE! Have sent 2 messages about it in the past 6 months to see what has happened and where all of my saved information has gone, but nobody has bothered to reply or contact me about it. Not good customer service at all!! Anyways, I won’t be using the app until it’s fixed. Could just happen again, so there is absolutely no point saving any properties. Will be using Realestate in the future. Which is disappointing as I much prefer Domain...

Share button for Home Price Guide. The app is missing a share button for the Home Price Guide. This guide is the most user friendly of all online house price ranges but lacks the ability to easily share information with friends and family. Also would like the ability to categories shortlisted properties into sub-lists. I would use Domain more of these features were implemented.

I love Domain, great App.. After using the Domain app for quite a while now, overall it's impressive. My only qualms about the app that I think could be improved would be making it easier whilst observing properties within a suburb search, being able to put another suburb in or criteria change (search) more easily would be great rather than having to start a new search. (Or instruction prompts, how to do it when trying!). 😊

Great app but needs polish. Current review: Great app. Love the various notifications. However it needs some polish. Often times when using the app, occasionally using the in app map, the app freezes which requires having to force quit. Last issue, where’s the dark mode support? Previous review: Filters for this app could be far more robust. It’s not uncommon to be shown properties for which the price is outside of the set ranges. The filters could also be fleshed out quite a bit. For example, filtering auctions and under offers.

Best housing app!. Have downloaded heaps of real estate apps and this one is by far my favourite. Perks: - it shows you if there any new properties in your recent searches (saves so much time doing a whole new search for the same thing every day to check for new listings!) - You can search by building address which is great for me as I have a few apartments I like and want to keep my eye on what’s available in that apartment. Except, I wish you could filter out all the old sold/leased listings and just see what is available in that apartment address! - you can see price changes in the shortlist - you can add Notes to your shortlisted properties which is handy for me to assess the pros and cons of my shortlisted properties! It would also be greate if we could create folders for shortlisted properties to further organise and categorise them. That’s it! I love this app so much thank you!

Becoming worse. As a long term REI app user, when their app became worse over time, I switched over to domain, which was fast and super easy to use. Domain doesn’t have the one feature that made me stick with REI for all this time, ie, being able to create different lists and save properties into lists. But, at least it’s fast to search. THEN, a new search feature got rolled out in the app and they took away the most important thing I use to search, search by land size. I mean. Guys. You need to do more research! Do you understand search hierarchy and criteria? Also, your latency has gone up and it’s very annoying, it’ll be as annoying as REI soon if you don’t do anything about it. I want my old search back. How do I roll back to the old version?

Helpful map search. This new map search is pretty awesome. The large pictures when tapping on a property make it easy to quickly check a place out and I like seeing the prices nearby to understand the market a little and prepare myself before going to an inspection.

Domain app, best choice!. Recently I have been searching for a place to rent, and let me tell you that using the Domain app makes my life far more easier when it comes to searching for property; it is very simple and comfortable to use. I did not struggle at all to filter and find the places with the features I was looking for. Some of many Perks: Love the fact that the region of interest is circled in the map, without limiting the searcher to find other places outside Very nice that I can still see the map while I’m swapping images of the place I liked. I love places with backyard or pool. So the option of having keywords in the filters, makes easier my search. Highlighting the dots of viewed places from green to grey is definitely a very useful feature. Suggestions: I know that it could be a bit overwhelming (visually talking) but I would like to see the price of the green dots when I zoom in the map before actually clicking. It would be nice to have the option of highlight Places that I have viewed and I’m not interested at all, let’s see with a red dot 🔴 instead of a grey dot. In the shortlist, I can’t see an option to put some notes with the pros and cons of my favourited places. Is this something you guys have already thought about? In general, very satisfied with this app 😃. Great effort from the domain designers to deliver to us a great experience when it comes to searching for a property! Nice job guys! 👍🏻

Property updates.. Hi I’m a Sydney buyer wanting to buy northern rivers region and am so annoyed that agents never update their properties progress on this site. It’s like they keep it there to show business for their agency. But in actual fact the property has sold already sometime months before. Not to mention under offers will stay on the site when they’ve been sold. Or listings never get updated at all in regards to the progress. So as you can imagine it’s very difficult for me in Sydney trying to keep tabs of the market up north when it’s not true to its market. Really annoyed and over it

Not as good as it used it be. On my iPhone, I don’t get anything in the notifications part of the app, but I do on my iPad. Same settings. It seems you’ve removed the price history. This used to be very handy to know if a properties price has changed over time and what direction. I use domain because it isn’t as buggy as REA and isn’t owned by NewsCorp. Now that domain is owned by Nine ‘NewsCorp lite,’ and seems to be going downhill, I’ll have a look at what other realestate apps are out there.

Great experience, except for one thing... I’ve been using Domain for a while and really enjoy it. Thank you for a great user experience. It’s easy to find what you need and filter. Overall, a great feature set that I would say is better than REA. However, similar to some other reviews, I have noticed that the performance went south in one of the past updates. It used to be super fast and responsive, but now it often lags and is janky when moving the map around and zooming in and out. My phone also gets really hot. As a note to developers, perhaps the issue is that all the work is being done on the main thread, including the search and filtering. Keeping UI updates on the main thread and putting everything else on a background thread would be the ideal way to handle this.

Not user friendly but usually has the latest properties. This application needs a lot of modifications to make it user friendly. I have used multiple other property search applications, and let me tell you, I have not been this frustrated. This app has been slapped together with features that need to be fine tuned like the property search, which keep resetting itself so I end up looking at 10 additional suburbs that I don’t want buy in. The only positive is I tend to find newer properties on domain than mother other applications. I tend to only use the application to for 5 minutes until it becomes frustrating.

Ok. Needs some feature improvements. Needs better filters, to filter things OUT rather than IN i.e student housing and furnished apartments (can filter for furnished but not filter for unfurnished). Also, how in the age of Tinder can you not ‘swipe left’ on properties you’ve viewed but are not interested in? I waste a lot of time looking at the same properties I’ve already dismissed. It needs a thumbs up, thumbs down, and maybe rating function to help control and narrow down your search for properties.

Latest update. I have a bunch of saved searches and liked how I could see them on the Home Screen of the app with the number of new properties added since I last looked. Now only the most recently viewed two show (used to be 3). If you could add a preference so I could choose how many to show on the Home Screen that would be better. Then I could see the 4-5 searches I actively monitor it would make staying on top of things so much easier.

Exhausting. I hate it.. Map function is good that’s about it. I hate not being able to delete properties I don’t want to look at or have viewed already. The price ranges between the lower-end prices aren’t segmented enough. $15 a week is way too large of a cost bracket for someone on a low-income to sort through & there are thousands of places. House type doesn’t work. No ability to filter based on needs is terrible. There should be an ability to provide feedback on properties because seriously some of these places are either junk, or we’d apply immediately if they were flexible with 1 thing or could confirm 1 thing. But I’m not going to waste my time attending if you don’t have photos or a floor plan. Some of these agents need to get real and this platform needs to have requirements to upload properties. There’s a real market for a decent app that cuts through the rent housing b/s and ya’ll failing miserably.

New app version is so slow!. I loved the older version of the domain app and spent a lot of time on it, as I find it superior to the REA app, especially the search experience with the seamless scrolling on the map and getting instantly the advertised properties shown. With the new update, that same process is so slow now, it’s really frustrating. I scroll on the map and it takes like 2-3 second until the properties show up, which just makes it not as nice anymore to use.

Disappointed. I updated my domain app after initially deleting it because of intense frustration. I deleted it because it constantly timed out, would not load even my shortlist and constantly stated ‘Oops! Something went wrong!’ In the search function. Well, after supposed improvements, I downloaded it again. Initially it worked, but now the same issues have resurfaced. I am on an iPad Pro running the latest iOS updates. I cannot access any search functions, results or even my shortlist. Please sort this out once and for all, because it is an incredibly frustrating user experience.

Love it - and some info for developers. Love this app, particularly how properties you haven’t viewed show as green n the map. Just thought I’d let developers know: I use an additional blocker (NextDNS). When I have it turned on your app doesn’t work and a message says something like “Ooops, our bad…” and some reference to a problem with the app. It took me a while to work out that it was NextDNS (and not a problem with your app/servers. You might want to let people know in the message that pops up that it might be due to ad blockers (so they don’t stop using your app).

Not Current Information, (Out of Date). Domains site shows houses, with information showing as “Just Listed). If you then follow up in many cases, the information is incorrect. EXAMPLE: House shown as Just Listed, when in fact it was already “Sold”, because Domain were 6 Days behind, on there information. This is not just a let down possibly for many, but a Time Wasting exercise. Using this App in WA at the rate houses are selling its best to delete it.

Visually annoying. This app might have all the bells and whistles but it’s visually annoying. Everything is in little boxes. When I click on a house I don’t want half my screen still showing the search results. I want to see the house details without numerous divisions across my screen. What about a simple back arrow to previous information? Or an option to see house info full screen? And I don’t like the map that takes up half my screen on the search results page. I really want to minimise it and just see the search results.

Poor GUI Navigation. Navigation is terrible! When you search you get a long list of properties. Whenever you select one of the properties to look at, you should then be able to go back to the same place in the list and not the start of the list. It’s really annoying having to restart every time trying to work out where you just were before you can move to the next property. Other similar apps have already worked this out.

Change it back!!. After update, Searches now default to a Map Search which is apparently the entirety of Australia. All of my previous saved searches now revert to this map search and it’s ruined my searches. I don’t wish to search all of Australia - only the suburbs I had previously entered and had been using for months before this. Won’t be using until it is fixed. 17/7 - map searches still overriding existing search, erasing saved searches (what’s the point of saving them?!) and forcing users to re-adjust the search every time. Pointless broken app. Sticking to Real Estate.

Apart from misleading listings, good.. Why leave homies on that are sold? It seems that some Real estate agents can say anything they like on this site - such as the property is near the ocean or lake when it isn’t. I guess that’s how they get the initial interest but is such a waste of time for the consumer when they are looking for a home. “Waterfront” also seems to be a very ‘flexible’ description - facing the water from three streets away seemed fine for one dodgey Real Estate agent. There needs to be some sort of control. Apart from that, it’s pretty easy to look for and checkout potential homes.

It’s a nice clean app but has a huge missing feature. Overall a nice clean app, but, from a usability perspective there’s a huge missing feature. You should be able to hide properties that don’t interest you, otherwise you have to keep going through the same ones over and over. Unfortunately, none of the other real estate apps have this feature either but it’s a huge missed opportunity. (This is not the same as a shortlist)

Domain - why I’m going to Unsubscribe and delete. Hello Domain I am interested in Glenelg and Glenelg South. I am NOT interested in Glenelg North, which is “the sticks” as far as I am concerned. DO NOT SEND ME GLENELG NORTH (or, today, another suburb not even the same postcode) and if the problem is that agents deliberately. misdescribe location, then bring them in to line or I’ll not bother with you or them. The whole point of the search criteria is that they are MY criteria. Don’t waste my time. Get it? I selected 2 suburbs, with certain criteria, for saved searches & notifications. Having gone to all that trouble, what do I get? Alerts for properties not within the parameters I so carefully selected, not even in the desired suburbs. What’s the point? Endless waste of my time, fielding emails that are effectively spam. So get out of my face Domain. We’re through. Go try to peddle to someone who cares.

App unable to access internet. No easy help available to fix this issue.. Since last week I have been unable to access internet within domain App on my iPhone X . I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app , tried to sign out . Other apps work fine and can access internet but domain app can’t . Also it’s a shame that there is no support page for the app, and I have been looking everywhere to see where o can get help with this issue but no luck . Writing a review hopefully this will catch someone’s eye !!!

Hate the new search. Why did you have to go and change the layout. I view on an iPad and with the removal of the map alongside the search results the property listings are stretched across the screen to the point it’s distorted. If you are looking to support only one type of device view (mobile) then fine but I like the iPad with a map/property view alongside. It made sense, to see the property on the map and details alongside. It wasn’t broken, why was it changed.

Shortlisting. I would love it if you would please consider allowing users to create folders within the ‘shortlisting area’. For many people searching multiple suburbs for investments having them all in one window it’s not easy to keep track of. Unfortunately this is the one (and only) thing that keeps drawing me back to Real Estate app as you can create folders for tracking suburbs! Please consider this in your updates! :)

Awsome app. This app brings hope to all in need of a house, by including the whole of Australia and all price ranges, it is a blessing, as so easy to use in the comfort of your home. I do wish it had the option of a housing Review, for members of the public / past tenants, for rentals. Most landlords are very tight when it comes to maintenance, and a general lease favours them. A review would keep them honest.

Used to be great. Domain was always my go to app for Sydney property, but the update has trashed it. Developers keep asking people to email them rather than reading the comments. Main issues: map search by default, instead of list, slows things down, no ability to remember preference of list. Star on image too hard to hit precisely, images too slow to load, making browsing laborious. Just listen to your users and revert to the great previous version. And the ‘ads in results’ test. No. Don’t even think about it.

Uninstalled after a day. If I click on any property details links in an e-mail from Domain the phone now throws me to the *homepage* of the Domain app, where previously it linked to the actual property. Uninstalled the app and this functionality returned. Epic fail. If the dev’s are looking at improvements to web and/or app, I’d also like beg they allow users to *exclude* specific suburb(s) from the ‘include surrounding suburbs’ capture. In my particular use-case, one of the unwanted suburbs happens to be an island, with a tortuous road path in, taking me multiple kilometres out of my way. It will be a cold day in Hell I buy there; please stop polluting my searches with these unwanted results.

Always room for improvement. I’ve found this to be the most user friendly property app, though there’s always room for improvement. One frustrating thing is not being able to remove new home builds and under offer in your search though you select to exclude that in the search criteria.

What’s the deal with….. Firstly like so many other reviewers it is frustrating to search for a suburb or town, view a listing and on return to initial search, find I am no longer looking at (eg Albury), but a whole expanded area. Yes the stupid app has defaulted to map view with now over 200+ listings and the map tells me at the bottom my location has changed. On my home page yes there it says Map Search. Secondly why bother to give me the opportunity to make notes, when so often when agents update listings, or when you Domain do a useless update, my notes are wiped. I have had to resort to taking photos of my notes per listing. And why can I no longer add an emoji, they are my notes but invariably within seconds of me putting perhaps a smiley face it is changed to question marks.

Not bad but some glaring omissions. An example to illustrate: i have a fair bit of sports gear that i want to store in a lock up garage, but i cant filter on ‘lock up garage’. I search through loads of listings only to find they are ‘secure carspaces’, or even worse offstreet car parking spaces, which is not what want. Like i say thats just one example of the lacking search/filter functionality. Others would include, better location search, eg ability to do a broader search like ‘eastern suburbs’, study/no study, gas kitchen, air con/no aircon, floor space/dimensions, bath only/shower only, etc etc. I also find that some notes get wiped and also notes dont sync from when they are written from viewing the property to notes that are written in the inspection schedule Searching for real estate continues to be a painful exercise as a result.

Misrepresentation by property agents. Can you please try to police your app/website so that property agents are not misrepresenting potential rental properties. We have viewed 8 properties today and can honestly say that they talk the talk but they most definitely don’t walk the walk. Please show some respect for potential tenants who are putting their faith and time into your website and app. I attended a viewing today in Waverton where at least 70 people turned up and the agent was at least 15 minutes late and couldn’t cope with the situation. We were then asked to remove our shoes and view a property that was not representative of the photos. Dirty and mouldy bathroom, unkept terrace and a kitchen that was very disappointing. I am seriously considering deleting your app and going directly to agents. Yours faithfully Mark

Shortlist & syncing.. By far the best property app BUT I am unable to sync my shortlist/favourites between the iPhone & iPad despite being logged into both with the same email address. I have previously had someone reach out to me about this, but I have not heard what they have found, nor have I seen improvements in subsequent updates. Shortlisted item do not show on the search map initially - I have to go into the Shortlist tab, then return to the main search tab.

A+. Thanks so much for the great app. I love that you can short list property, see them all in one place, see price changes and how long it has been on the market etc. It would be awesome if you could add a ‘hide’ button so that properties you have considered/looked at and decided are not the right fit for you can be stored out of sight to make it easier to see the properties you love and find properties you might reconsider or take a closer look at. Keep up the great work 👍🏻

Fabulous Real Estate App. I was recently looking to lease a property and I utilised a range of apps and sites to do so. From this experience, I found the Domain app to be the best. It had a fantastic range of properties and within this properties that were not on all other sites as well as great notifications of properties to search. This is the second time I’ve successfully leased a property through one of my saved properties. Thank you Domain I have my preferred home once again 😊

Next to unusable. When I tried to activate my account I was sent on an endless loop of being asked to log in when I clicked activate email link or copy paste link then being told I needed to activate my account when I tried to log in. Round and round and round. Keeps closing down unexpectedly. Search function is clunky as is the map. There are many better housing apps.

Be careful. When I downloaded this app I was inundated with spam calls from domain up to 10 calls a day. Each time I blocked a number a new number from domain would come through. Also the app needs a lot of work, sorting the homes by newest to oldest doesn’t seem to work so I was forever trying to find new properties with no way to actually see any legit new listings. There are also more spam listings than real ones, I contacted domain about the homes that were available from companies that you can choose to build with and the homes aren’t real, they are display homes. If I wanted to build a display home I would have selected a block of land. There’s no way to get rid of these even if you select homes for sale as in already established homes. Domain said they get money from listing these display homes. Horrible app!!

Today s market value against downtrend market. History for a buyer- yes Guide line is for Appreciating Market. Most For Sale there is no Buying Guide line , There is no Land Size, No Land valuation guideline, House and depreciation guideline, Land is on 240 sq mt block in Sydney and house a match box. Pity on the Banking Royal Commission as what is coming . Domain and Latest other today’s Market value is better than yours. Can Domain deliver a guideline table as how to do valuation. Australian s are too smart these days of Google and etc web sources. Need help for the real 1st Home Buyer s guideline. For Sale - Land size is the Value then ethically how do you let an advertisement be on your website. A scandal - you don’t get what you pay for. I’m a vendor trying to sell in a small suburb in Sydney. Domain can’t seem to get that my house is in a suburb adjacent to a well-known one. Apparently Domain uses algorithms that don't work. The 2 suburbs share the same postcode yet when you search for the larger adjoining one, you don’t see properties advertised in the smaller pocket of the well known suburb (despite selecting surrounding suburbs). At my wits end and very very disappointed that I’m not getting what I paid for. It’s a scandal! Don’t use Domain!! Until they use smarter people who can correct algorithms. Buyers can’t see properties that meet their search criteria so they’re missing some that may be what they want. Thanks for asking me for a rating and a comment.

I love people’s review. The Glenelg review made me laugh hard. People can be so dramatic sometimes. (Glenelg North is beautiful by the way). Anyway, great App, great website, much cheaper than the competition, with great features. Easy to use and understand and very easy to find properties in certain parts of suburbs instead of having to search the whole suburb all the time. Keep up the good work team.

Needs more categorical filters and automation. Domain is now flooded with retirement village listings which certainly makes it less user friendly for those that don't meet the unspecified criteria. Perhaps sort these out and determine appropriate filters so it's only visible to the intended market. Automate listings so text updates are reflected in categories, i.e. Realtors using 'deposit received' in text, often with phone numbers listed, to get around the important prospective renter filter 'exclude deposit taken'. It would be helpful to have safety and integrity features such as the ability to filter agents or report inconsistencies between reality and the listings.

Huge improvements to search. Latest updates to search have made our property hunt far more efficient. Previews of properties show up easily while exploring the map, comparable properties sold recently show up as you search, and love the new insights features (eg suburb average sale price).

Needs better filtering options. This app is good and I like using it to check properties while I search to buy. But it really needs better filtering options: - Option to turn off properties with no numerical purchase price entered. Includes words (auction, for sale, call agent, etc) properties. I want to filter all thousand out! This would also save customers from clicking/tapping on the green dot only to realize it’s an auction or there is no price there which is a wast of time and would create more unrealistic metrics for domain. For example: If I’m a buyer and I tap on a green dot only to realize it’s an auction, for sale, call agent, etc or has no numerical amount entered it’s an unrealistic click/metric and I’m not going to look any further into that property. End of story. I also think the real estate agents might appreciate more realistic clicks views as well instead of saying to sellers that we got 10,000 views of your property only to realise half of them are buyers not interested in (auction, for sale, call agent, etc).

Beware - Lots of scams on this app. There are lots of scams here - apartments advertised as houses, studios advertised as 1 bedrooms, car spaces advertised as apartments, land and house packages on the outskirts of town being advertised in the inner city suburbs. Would be nice if domain got around to fixing these issues - but they have been prevalent for years - so not holding my breath. There is a “report listing” button - it is marginally better than nothing - but it has existed for years and hasn’t solved the problem. Domain doesn’t seem to remove these listings in a timely manner even if they are reported. If anything the problem is getting worse with the latest update - properties from interstate are now appearing as local properties.

Super glitchy. This is the worst app I have on my phone. Shortlist doesn’t update, always fails to load, regularly it drops all the text of the listings, and on and on. It fails at core functions.

Horrible regression in last update. A week ago things were fine then they pushed out an update. Now direct links don’t work anymore! What a terrible lack of ux testing. A direct link shared using the share button in the app and airdropped or WhatsApped now opens a search box in the app. Just terribly disappointed.

GREAT ONE!!!. Almost Perfect... I like this very useful APP! It will be good and helpful for you too! Thank you!

Like it. Overall very useful. I look here a lot and it helps me stay on top of rental and purchase prices as I get closer to emigrating to Aus. Realtors should take nicer pics tho. A lot of out of focus, unflattering pics, and messy houses. Raise the standard. Not all tho, some know the value of staging. I also get notified about new listings that are not new. Finally, after the last update , the app is not completely clearing the notification on the app icon.

Great when apartment hunting.. Only thing to improve it would be to add a filter to isolate 'unfurnished' apartments

Great improvements. I love that I can search in multiple suburbs at the same time now! The app is easy to use and I've never had it crash.

Works well. Good app

Great real estate app. Makes finding a place to live very easy
