Thank you for choosing Line2. We have enhanced the service so that people with paid Line2 subscriptions now have access to e911 and 711.
• e911: Go to Settings -> Accounts, select the account and enter your Emergency Address and you are all set if you should ever need to call 911. You can change the Emergency Address on file whenever you need to.
• 711 TRS: The Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) permit persons with a hearing or speech disability to use the telephone service. Simply dial "711" to be automatically connected to a TRS operator to assist you with your call.
• Calling: Improved call reliability while changing data networks.
1-Needs to be able to send and accept videos. 2- need to be able to store Line2 contacts separately from the contacts in my phone.
I have an iPhone and an iPad and neither of them ever ring when I get a Line2 call. I get a message that someone has called. Not good.
Customer service stinks. After 8 plus years with company I find I cannot even talk with company about problem new system is noi user friendly
Four years in...and I’ve yet to get my problem resolved. I’ve asked to change my number and the way my name is listed on the caller ID several times and nothing has been done. My contract is up at the end of July and I plan to use another carrier. If you need to talk to anyone use this phone service to contact another carrier because you can’t call them and they don’t care about you or your problem but they deduct money from your account on time every time.
Most glitches have disappeared since my last review. However, occasional texts with photos do not come through. I do like the ability to block annoying robo / sales calls. Wish my regular carrier offered that feature.
It does everything I want in a phone except I can’t hear it ring. Phone calls from Nicaragua to the United States saves me a lot of money.
I Miss texts completely when pictures are attached. Often goes straight to voicemail. Can’t place calls sometimes. Will not work on low reception areas.
No need for a second phone Just add the app to my existing phone
Voicemail often is delayed or doesn’t come through. Delayed text msgs. Inadequate signal often. Also when I am listening to my voicemails it off and just stops playing them in the middle of the message. Would not recommend this service to others, and in the beginning I told several people how great it is for business. Hope it gets fixed soon so I am switching to Godaddy line.
Really shouldn't be in the australian app store. I brought the monthly subscription, wasted $15. Gives you an international number and works exactly like one (both calling in and out) not user friendly down under.
I try to type in my number but it just goes back to the home screen errrrrr
It gives a free number to receive calls thank you toktumi::)) continue this app in australia
Perfect for a second business line!
I really don’t know what’s going on right now,I subscribe to my account less than 24hrs but I can’t text out or receive calls...this is not right
Really disappointed as this number belonged to a rapper...just in the slang and texts. Cannot block this number on this service. I also have all the friends looking for him. Not right to sell recently active numbers.
There’s an option to block numbers. But you can’t. You block a number for a few hours and then it’s unblocked on its own. Pls fix that for a better review.
Love this app
I’ll give this one 4 stars as I’ve been using it for years now. The good points about it are that it interfaces well with the contacts app already on your phone. Works very well as a separate line and has its own texting function. It used to have a feature where my wife was able to get and access my VM from her phone. Then she could notify me of who to respond to first. Which allowed me to ignore the phone and just keep working. I only had to respond to her calls. They took that feature away. Please bring it back. I found it very useful in a micro business situation. Also the latest update seems to be dropping an inordinate amount of calls. I think you guys are trying to do too many updates. Once it’s working leave it alone.
Only 4 stars because Line2 on occasion doesn’t ring on all lines connected to it
Is fantastic a quality product
Lots of calls people can’t hear me. Speaker is horrible can’t hear. Messages come in and phone never rang. Need quality improvements
