Best of the Best!. If you’re like me, you’ve seen the various travel management apps and, frankly, they all had positives and negatives. For some time, I had three on my phone, finally narrowing down to two. Then, I had a ridiculous travel day. My starting leg was delayed over two hours, putting my connection out of the question. When I landed, I checked TripCase out of habit and, lo and behold, the system had kept track of my connection and sent updated times for departure. It was delayed and, long story short, I made it because I knew it was still there and what gate to go to. No other app updated, in fact, even the airline app did not track as well as TripCase. Finally, after landing and getting my car, I clicked on the hotel, navigate with Waze and away I went. 100%, this is the best, most complete and easiest app to use. Look no further, this is it.

Excellent travel app in theory. This has been my “go-to” travel app for many years. I even paid for the upgrade to store my travel receipts in TripCase. However, it has degraded over the past 2 years to where I spend more time with manual add ins and screenshots of my trip to share itineraries than I want to. I have contacted customer service (over a year ago) about one issue. When I clicked on the “share” button, it would lock up my app completely, and I had to close it down to unlock the screen. They told me it only affects iPhones. However, it doesn’t work using my HP laptop, either. Over a year later, and it still doesn’t work as it should. Now, I’m not even getting check in notifications. As good as it was, it’s just irritating now. Deleting to find a new app where the developers actually fix the bugs for all operating systems.

A Time Waster. Overall and in the most simplistic of scenarios, the app used to work fairly well. (2017). It's biggest shortcomings have been and remain its inability to upload docs vitally important to trips, such as PDF, MS Word, and image files contained in the body of emails or in file attachments. Many itineraries I receive via email do not contain details in the body of the email, but rather, in a file attachment or in a graphic image. The app fails here. More recently (Feb 5, 2022), TripCase has become unable to parse information in SW Airlines itineraries and has begun placing them in my inbox, rendering the app completely useless for me. These itineraries represent 60% of my flights and are found in 90% of my trips. This app had good potential, but I don't think they (Sabre) are staffing engineers to support it anymore as small past problems have turned into nothing but more frequent and bigger problems. Enter the inbox. If an itinerary is placed in the inbox, it's usually useless, because the app basically only captures a screenshot of PART of the itinerary, invariably, missing relevant info. In the years since its heyday, OCR and machine learning have improved dramatically, but TripCase can't read a SWAirlines itinerary? Stick a fork in this app. It's done! Too bad, even with its past bugs, it still had good utility. Not so much anymore. Useless to me. A very frequent traveler.

Can't access using data. Great app but it can only be used on wifi. You can't even use data! Taking off 2 stars because of that. If the app allowed use for mobile dat along with wifi, 5 stars hands down! Update: my apologies for saying it can’t be used with data. User error 😐. It can be used with data so I now change my rating to 5 stars. Great app.

Garbage app for those you share it with. O.k. if you don’t share.. We’ve used TripCase for years. One of the most annoying features is actually the complete and inconceivable lack of a feature. When one shares a trip with friend, SIG or spouse, they can only look at the trip. They can’t create a calendar event. They can’t email it to themselves. All TripCase is good for is creating arguments about who actually benefits from the lousy app. It’s definitely not designed to help anyone except the creator of the trip event. Today, I deleted it. Only to save out marriage. A marriage that has survived many other apps, but one that TripCase has pushed to the edge. Goodbye TripCase, marriage wrecker.

Not sure what’s going on. I’ve been using TripCase for about 3-1/2 years now and have been extremely happy with it. However, just recently it keeps deleting a trip I’ve entered probably a dozen times. The trip shows up for an hour or so when I keep going back to check on it, but it eventually disappears. This has been since the most recent couple of updates. My App Store says it just updated again yesterday. I don’t know why it did that because I’m pretty sure I didn’t select automatic updates. None of my other apps are on automatic. It’s discouraging when apps are excellent and then the update lessens its appeal. It happens far too often with my favorite apps. If the problem of my disappearing trip is not resolved soon this will not be in my “favorites” category. Thus, the 4 stars.

Great app!. I like this app so much I decided to update my review from 5yrs ago. I've been using it at least that long, and I really depend on it to keep track of my crazy travel schedule. I love that all I have to do is forward my confirmation email, and all the details are imported into the app. Much easier than when I used to "import" using my confirmation number. I have now installed a 2nd copy on my wife's phone so she can keep up with my travel as well. I also love that I can forward separate emails for hotel & flight reservations, and then merge them into a single trip within the app. My only complaint is that rental car info doesn't import correctly from the email. Hopefully that will get fixed.

Decent but buggy. Consolidating trips with this app makes life on the road very easy. Gate changes and trip updates or handled very well I can save you a lot of time. However, the process of adding flights is useless. The app gives you two options for importing flight information-either by confirmation number or by forwarding the confirmation email. Neither of these have ever worked. Consequently, for multiple flights or one flight with many legs, you need to spend a good deal of time manually entering all aspects of your trip into the app. The other frustrating part is support-from within the app, I clicked on the Health link, and it takes me to an FAQ edge. In order to contact support, it requires me to login, but every time I am on the help page, it log me back out. It is therefore impossible to actually contact support from the app.

So helpful. If you are someone who takes frequent trips and has a hard time keeping track of all your flights, this is a game changer! I’ll be saving a lot of time and hassle digging through my emails to look for info. You can store it all very easily here. Highly recommend

Offline stupidity. I’ve never designed a travel app, but if I did, the first thing I would do is make it work offline. Why would you make an app that did t work without internet? Want to check your connection while in flight? Too bad! Traveling internationally, standing at the check in counter needing your confirmation number? You are screwed! Also, so terrible at handling reservation emails. If you set up a trip to London for a week, and then send in your London Hotel confirmation, WITH THE SAME DATES, it will make a new trip called London. I hate this app. They haven’t done any meaningful updates since inception. Don’t waste your time.

No way to contact support. There’s NO way to contact support so I am writing this review in hopes that someone at the company will see it. Please provide us access to support. Simply reading through a general questions that other people asked, often does not pertain to the problem you are encountering. For instance, there are glitches with the Apple Watch complication. When expanded it has flight gate info, but on the watch face it says Gate TBD. If I could include screen shots, it would be quick and easy to understand, but again, there’s no way to communicate with support.

I love this app BUT. I travel for work and use this app all he time to organize the details of my trips. Unfortunately, I cannot access the details of older trips anymore on the app, and oldest trips are no longer even showing up on the app. Please fix this. I need to be able to look up the details of all my trips.

Been using it for years. TripCase makes it very easy to forward reservation emails to the TripCase email address, it recognizes it’s from you by your email (i.e. no need to log in each time) and teases out the details without my interaction. Over time it’s done it faster and more accurately and from more travel providers. Combining multiple reservations into a single trip takes seconds. And sometimes the travel delay alerts come faster through TripCase than from the airlines themselves, but not always. My main enhancement requests would be to include fares and hotel/car quoted prices, so I can quickly confirm that I’m being charged right when I check in, or negotiate or rebook on the spot. In those cases I have to dredge up the original reservation. Also, please work on teasing out more details out of AirBnB reservations. I know this is a free app by Sabre, and AirBnB is competition, but still, the quality of the app is what I’m writing about here.

Valuable travel app. Keeps even the most complicated itinerary organized and accessible. Easy to share itinerary with others-yes, they need to set up access to the TripCase app on their device but they will want to use the app for their travel itineraries as well. Recently had a problem accessing my account, emailed customer support and received assistance and resolution of the issue within 24 hours.

Doesn’t display in landscape on an iPad. I really, really like TripCase. I’ve used it for business, but now only for personal. It’s easy to use, and easy to collect all my travel reservations in one place. It often notifies me of airline status updates before the airline does through their app. The one thing I am just frustrated with is that even though it does work on an iPad, which I’d like to use as my primary entry device, it does not display in landscape…..only portrait. I have a keyboard on my iPad, and that physically locks me with a landscape oriented device, so I have to either turn my head 90deg or do something else “unnatural” to key in my trip information. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make this rotate to landscape.

Great app but wish it would print.. I’ve been using this app for several years and enjoyed the ease with which you can import reservations. Usually just forward the email you received for confirmation and it will add it to TripCase. It is very easy to keep all of your bookings for a trip in one simple place. My wife likes to keep a hard copy of reservations and that is something that I cannot figure out how to print from the TripCase app.

Used to be great. I liked Tripcase when it worked, but it has become very unreliable. It did a great job tracking my itinerary and informing me if flight changes. But there are challenges and it hasn’t been working well for some time. The app freezes constantly. For example, if I try to share an itinerary or all of my activity, the app freezes and I must close and restart the app before it becomes responsive. I must go to the website to make the share work. This is incredibly frustrating as I want to share the app with various and changing co-workers travel with. This is the app my company and Carlson Wagonlit Travel use, so I’m stuck with it. I can’t trust TripCase, very disappointing.

Solid, though not as good as it used to be. Not as stable as it used to be - performance issues have crept in like freezes; crashes and slowness. (I’m on an iPhone X now) Also has more trouble reading itineraries than it used to - for instance it never adds flight confirmation numbers anymore. Also travel apps from the major airlines, hotels and car rental folks have improved dramatically over the years and are easier to use now than TripCase. None of these are show stoppers but it’s not the slick, cutting edge app it was initially.

Excellent App!. I travel nearly every week for work and this has been an invaluable app. I can easily share my itineraries with family members and many of my flights are auto populated into the app. I find that I am notified about flight delays and cancellations via this app before the airlines notify me! The ability to combine different entries into a single trip is quite convenient. Sometimes the app does glitch and hangs for a bit but this tends to resolve itself fairly quickly. For some emailed entries that aren’t readable, I do wish entering data was a bit easier. These are relatively minor issues as the app is quite fabulous for the frequent traveler. I have recommended it to many others!!

This app does not seem to work in South America. Have used this app a great deal. Use to love it. Currently on trip in South America. Several problems encountered. 1. Was allowing new flight details to be added then all of a sudden it refuses to accept any new flights. 2. App seems to have forgotten who United Airlines is! Trying to enter new flight details it comes back with airline not found . 3. App refuses to enter any rail tickets. Says Peru Rail does not exist. 4. Apps say I finished my trip would not allow me to enter more travel detail to get back home to California. Had to create a second trip and now that trip leg refuses to accept new travel details. 5. Email notices had to delete all the people then re-enter them again so ppl would receive trip details. That has also stopped working. Use to really enjoy this app. Today it’s going south of 1-Star rating. Developer please fix your problems by listening to real travelers feedback and not just ppl hacking away in some safe comfy office with a super fast WiFi connection !!

Awesome app. I have been using this for almost 8 years now. It’s so easy to use. Over the years i have only had 3 trips they did not automatically convert. This ability has just got better. It allows manual notes and annotations to add specific items. I really don’t understand the negative comments. I never had any of those issues. Awesome app.

Super convenient and automatic trip management. I have been using Tripcase for about four years now and I love it so much that I think it deserves time for a review so that more people can discover it. Super easy to use, just forward flight hotel or other reservation email to Tripcase and it automatically grab all critical information and create the trip. Afterwards all info about the trip will be at a single page under your fingertip and you do not need to search through all your emails try to figure out the hotel name and address. Interface is clean and easy to follow

Love it!. I have used it for over five years. I use it for big trips or small. I feel like it is secure. It doesn't seem to sneak to get into my data and I find it very useful, especially the time line function. It does take a little time to load in all the data, but I prefer it to an app that harvests my data.

Was great but now terrible. Been using the app for several years and loved it until recently. Previously, flight time changes would automatically update, but this feature has quit working, and when I delete a flight and then manually add it, even though the updated time shows correctly, when I click on SAVE, the original flight time shows on the trip. I have emailed support, but have received no response, whereas in the past, they always responded. Apparently they don’t care anymore. I cannot recommend.

Easy to use, Not easy to share. Likes * convienent to add details * maintains history of travel Dislikes * does not show timezones - for frequent travelers, that information is extremely useful to have in a glance * can’t share the full itenitarary (or portion of it) via email or text message from the app directly - for example, i can't send my flight arrival info (flight number, airline, and arrival time) to friend so they can pick me up. * offline mode is not stable (won’t always show data) * can't manually set the trip location (often picks up the destination of the first flight which is wrong when you have a layover) * doesn't recognize flight layovers - other apps show the layover with how much between flights. It's really useful to have that info at a glance and not have to calculate it in your head each time. * can't merge past trips

Unrefined and clunky. Issues since I started using it: errors when I try to delete a trip, flights showing up in wrong order due to crossing the date line, aircraft information missing on some flights, impossible to add/change seats, for the past 10 minutes there’s just been a spinning circle animation on my trip page, same trip is entered as two separate trips even though the second flight confirmation is in between two flights in the first. Do you guys have QA?

App freezes when trying to share. I’m very disappointed with TripCase recently. The ability to share trip information with new contacts does not work. Another problem is that the functionality for automatically entering flight information is limited to accepting confirmation codes that are numeric only. These days, most of the confirmation codes that I receive include letters and numbers. It’s a sign of poor customer service that the developers have not fixed something like this.

Can get it dangerously wrong. As many others I have tried several trip apps. I used a recent complex trip to compare TripCase, TripIt and Kayak. The trip had 6 flights, 4 accommodations, a car hire and airport parking. Importing the emails was least effective with TripCase. It failed to import any of the accommodation and also failed to import the airport parking (Kayak imported them all). More critically I found TripCase does not sanity check the data so when American shuffled flight numbers, TripCase had me flying LA to San Jose at the same time as I was on a flight from Helsinki to San Francisco. This fixed itself once the update email arrived from American. Then TripCase had the terminal info wrong but correct gate number ( note the gate number does not exist at that the terminal it listed). On the few positives TripCase was generally better than the others at flight delays (though none got them all). Overall unimpressed as I had to manually enter much of the itinerary and not sanity checking flight data could have easily had me miss a flight

Better than TripIt. I was trying to find an app to manage and keep track of my trips. I have been using Tripcase for a number of years and have liked it very much! But I thought I would explore if there are newer apps out there. For curiosity’s sake. I read on a few posts that TripIt is awesome and gets a high rating. But when I tried it, it wasn’t even close to the convenience of Tripcase. Examples are: I can’t change my departure airport when I add a new trip; I can’t find place to add airlines, etc. So I remain a loyal and happy user of Tripcase.

Great, but something’s missing. Great app, but missing a vital component for couples who travel together- you can only follow your significant other’s trip, which makes it harder to get to, especially when running through an airport or trying to catch a taxi or bus. This app would be SO much better if you could save a shared trip with another person and that person could save the trip as their own. This is especially true for trip details that don’t have itineraries that can be forwarded to Trip Case, like show tickets or excursions!

Used to be much better. I’ve used TripCase for years and have found it very help until recently. For a current trip I entered a new flight, and it came up with the wrong departure time. I verified the correct flight time and tried to manually edit the entry, but there is no way to do that. There is no answer to this problem in their FAQ, and they offer no support contact at all. I left three message with them via Twitter but have heard nothing. If I can’t depend on TripCase for important details like flight departure times, then there’s no reason for me to continue using it.

Disappointing. I have had good luck with TripCase until recently when all of a sudden all the data I had inputted for an upcoming trip disappeared! All the ways I tried to retrieve the data were unsuccessful. However the thing that was most disappointing was that getting a customer service representative to help was virtually impossible. They have a system that requires you to send an email describing the problem. I waited longer than 24 hours to receive a response. The response was no help at all. I found it impossible to actually interact with a human being.

I really like it. I have used the TripCase app for years and I really like it. However, lately there has been one annoying bug in the iOS version (at least) and that is whenever I try to share a trip, that is click on share anywhere in the app, the app freezes and the only way out if to force a shutdown of the app. After this is app works fine … until I try to share again.

Not sure what is happening now. I’ve been using Tripcase for years now for 5 years and have been very happy. But now I’m having problems. Today I tried to check in for a flight but it turns out that TripCase recorded the wrong locator #, so it took me 40 minutes to sort that out so I could check in (late, now). But then no matter how I tried, I was unable to correct the locator # so that I can check in on my return flight. I don’t know why the editing function is suddenly off for this trip but with bugs like this I’ll definitely be looking for another app, since I do travel regularly and this problem caused me to wonder if I had forgotten to book the flight after all.

Awesome! Great travel app. I use TripCase for all my travel plans. It is accurate and updates quicker than the gate boards at airports sometimes. Just send them the confirmation email and it's uploaded to your account in seconds. This app was especially helpful during my 14 day trip across Europe. Five countries, 11 flights, no issues. The little tips and local etiquette are helpful and resourceful. I also enjoy being able to see if the seat next to me is taken prior to boarding (because honestly no one wants to sit next to a stranger).

I love this App. Trip Case has been totally reliable and my ‘go to’ for international travel for several years. Many times, I’ve received a notification via the app of a gate change BEFORE it showed up on the board at the airport! Love having everything in one place - flights, rentals, hotels - and itineraries are shareable. Recommend!

Used to be great but…... I loved this app. Survived every trip with this app. Thought it was great and recommended it to everyone I knew! They told me flight changes before the airline did! I could track other people so easily. Sadly for the last several months the app won’t even let me log in to it anymore. I’ve contacted support and heard nothing but radio silence. Sadly I’m moving on to one of their competitors and I recommend you not waste your time here as it appears to be done which just makes me sad.

Freezes when I click the “Share” button. It been happening for a while, every time I click the share button, the app locks up and I have to swipe/close it to reopen it. In order to share, I have to use the browser version. Other than this issue, the app is a life saver and I often get gate changes and flight to plates before the airline apps, which has been critical in some instances.

Great app been using it for years.. I use this app to plan every vacation. My only wish is that it caches the trip information and shows it when you don’t have internet to update it. The itinerary is static much of the time. I’ve needed reservation information from the app during trips and wasn’t online so the app won’t open, I want the app to work off-line when internet is not available.

What happened to “weather” ?. I’ve really come to depend on this app over the past several years as I travel extensively. In the past couple of months however, when I try to look at the upcoming weather for cities in my itinerary, I get an error message stating that this feature is no longer supported in my current version of the app. I’m running the current version and would really like this feature restored.

Manual hotel entry is awful. This app can never seem to find my hotels when I travel internationally and the manual entry is clunky, non-intuitive and way too time consuming. Put in an option to just enter a hotel name and information without trying to search for it. There should also be a way to save favorites. If I travel to the same place and stay at the same hotel 20 times, then the tool should be intuitive enough to find it the 21st time without my having to enter all the information again.

Awesome app. Have had this app since 3g it is 100% reliable. Everything in one place. Gets awesomer and one of the best app for travel plans. Recommend will not regret having this app on ur phone. Have a little problem tried to access an old trip and could not view please help need to view

It stopped working since their one of their updates in 2019.. I’ve used this app for over 10 years. I travel weekly and relied on this app to track my trips and get updates. Since the 2019 update it stopped loading the trips. At first it wouldn’t even load the app. Now it loads but won’t retrieve any of my trip data. It just spins the circle of infinite wait. I let the phone or iPad (both have the same issue) sit there overnight and it’s still spinning the next morning - no data retrieved. Hard to track trips when you can’t see the trip info. I’ve waited patiently for them to fix the app but it’s now been several months and I can’t wait any longer. I’ve been using airline and hotel apps to get my information while waiting for this app to regain functionality, but waiting several months is ridiculous. They should have rolled back to the last functioning version while they fixed it instead of leaving all users with a non-functioning app for months. Time to consider other app options!

App worked great until recently. My wife and I have used this app to keep each other informed of our respective travel itineraries. Over the last few months, it has not loaded out flight itineraries correctly. Have cancelled and re-sent with the same foiled up results. There is no communication Avenue with the developers- just a few basic FAQ’s. No contact email, phone numbers etc are provided. I would much rather be able to communicate and get my problem solved, but have no option other than submitting a 1 star review and hope for a fix. Until that time, I recommend that everyone avoid this App.

Was the greatest app ever. This app used to be he greatest app ever - an indispensable tool to keep my trips at my fingertips and complicated details just a click away. Then something changed. The key feature: “link a booking” simply stopped working. SATO PNRs (record locators) stopped working, and even adding flights and rental cars manually only worked about 20% of the time. Their help selection said that American Airlines wouldn’t give them access to their flight records, but no other airlines showed up, rental cars didn’t work, and entering (even *when* it worked) information manually is no time saver. For anyone reading this review, people like me who travel 20 days a month on a myriad of airlines and rental car companies, hotels etc would not only pay for a premium app like this but would also pay a subscription fee. I recognize this must be a tough thing to do, but if you build it AND service it we will pay. I needed this app and it’s failed me. Please either reconsider your business model and fix your app, charge us more, or sell your idea to someone who will. You’d make money and you’d save myself and my Aide a whole lot of pain and inconvenience.

Almost perfect. I love this app. It is my go to app to organize my trips. It puts everything I need in one spot and adds my trips to my calendars. It is super easy to add trips. When the option to send in my itinerary and automatically fill in my details doesn’t work - and sometime it doesn’t - they’ve made it is super easy to add the trips. My only suggestion would be to allow users to access our trips offline. I often find myself in difficult locations like China where I can’t get online to check my trip details. I can’t access the Facebook login or even the internet at times and this means I can’t read my trip details. Please make this data accessible offline. I don’t mind storing my data on my phone.

Used to be excellent. As a frequent traveler I’ve been using this app for years to organize my excursions. For the past couple of weeks it has been glitching badly and I have no recourse since I’ve become dependent on this app. I have attempted to write to the developer directly, but all I can find are links to find answers. There is no answer for this. It’s a glitch. I will enter a new trip and it will be there briefly or disappear entirely. I have tried forwarding travel confirmations as well as manually entering (the tedious route) the travel information. It will sometimes show up and sometimes not, but regardless of how it appears initially it has been disappearing within an hour. It is unusable at this time.

Great but a couple of changes would be nice. I use this everyday to track my bosses flights. It’s the best. What would be nice is if when you clicked on Checkin to your flight, it auto populated the fields. It never works with AA flights at all. I have to keep going back and forth from the checkin screen to the app because I am trying to remember the confirmation number. What’s the point of having this option if I have to input the information my self? Also, it would be great if you could attach a document in the notes section. Thank you!

Use every time you travel to be safe. I travel at least 5 times per year and stay in hotels every time. I use trip case to keep me on time, keep my travel and hotel info all in one spot and it provides a stable and easy traveling experience because of its ease of use and all of its cool features like notifications about when to check in and flight changes. It's essential to my family and I when traveling. I recommend it!

Very helpful. I do really like this app. It’s an easy way to keep all your itineraries in one place. I have one suggestion so I hope the developer sees this. You allow us to “name” our trips but why does that not carry over into carousel view? Example; i’ve got a trip that’s three days in London, three days in Paris and then another day back in London. I have named it “London” but then in carousel view, which is what I can share on social media, it says “your Paris Trip starts in one month.”

It just doesn’t work…. This app has great potential but… syncing bug means that everything needs to be manually uploaded. Manually adding addresses doesn’t show up on the maps function.

Promising App gone bad. This used to be a good app, but over the years it has continuously gone down hill. Issues are many including inability to sign in, app automatically trying to sign in when your only half way typing in your email, shutting down completely. To name just a few. Have reinstalled a few times in case there was an issue, but this made no difference. Costumer service is non existent with no replies to any of my emails. Give this app a miss, there are other apps far more stable than this one. Very disappointed.

Lost the whole trip. Loaded a month long trip to India onto the app. Went into it to add a flight and the whole trip had disappeared. Very disappointed. Should have read the other reviews ( which are mostly bad ) before I started.

Not working. I have successfully used tripcase for years. I don’t know why but when I forward my confirmation email to it, it doesn’t go into Tripcase anymore

Good potential but struggling to find how to desubscribe from receipt services. Great for tracking flights, looked to trial the receipt service but realised I didn’t need it - tried to unsubscribe but couldn’t find how to.

Stop crashing please!. Amazing amazing App when it works!! It crashes a lot and I find I have to try close the app and open it again to get to the page I’m looking for

Limited utility. Would be a better app if changes to flights times were updated quickly. I was notified of a change in flight time days ago and the app still hasn’t updated to show the now correct time.

Good up to a point. A useful app for keeping all one’s bookings in chronological order and have used it over several years. The major limitation is that there is no way to get specific help or report errors. Yes, there is a quite extensive set of FAQs, but there is no option to make direct contact with TripCase to report bugs. One flight that I have booked and confirmed with the airline is rejected by TripCase with the less than helpful message reporting that there is an error and they will be looking into it. After a week, still can’t add the flight. If the app works for you - great, but if not you’re on your own, TripCase really doesn’t care.

Basic but quicker rollout of improvements needed. It is simple, easy to use but on the other hand it does not have advanced features of its competitors.

Very helpful app, especially for complicated itineraries, but could be improved. A very good app, that I have found invaluable for complicated travel, such as a round the world trip I’ve taken. A few improvements could be made: - for accommodation, it would be very helpful to allow adding addresses that are not listed. There seems to be a function to do this, but if a place is not listed the app says “did you mean… x or y” and you have no choice but to pick one of these even if it’s not correct. For out of the way places I kept having to pick one of the incorrect places and then write in the notes the correct info. This then meant I couldn’t use some functionality, such as finding a booked location - there is no way (that I could figure out at least) to upload your own documents, such as a scan or picture of a booking confirmation, car rental docs, etc, etc. Providing this functionality would really improve the app, making it a one stop shop - the ‘help’ section is not very detailed, and preset headings never had anything to do with what I needed help with - there is no way I could find to provide feedback or request support. I would be prepared to pay a small subscription fee for this Other than the above a really helpful app

Used to be the best!. I used this app for tracking the itinerary of many trips pre covid. It was the best and simplest app to use and I would always recommend it to anyone who would listen. Unfortunately now that borders are open and travel plans are in full swing again I am finding the app super glitchy, missing functionality and just not working like it should to the point I have moved to a competitor! Support for this app is also non existent. You just get sent round and around in circles to a zendesk support website with no REAL assistance. Such a disappointment! Sabre if you can sort this out then Ill gladly come back but until then it’s ciao!

Been using this app for a while. Excellent services for as a free app, hoping next version will adapt X screen!

Login via Facebook option now not working.. Since last two updates have been unable to login using the Facebook option. Facebook opens momentarily but the pass-off to Tripcase does not occur. Please fix ASAP.

Was good but now failing. I have used TripCase for many years and found it very useful. In the last 18 months it has gone downhill. Itineraries and booking that I email return a trip to a different destination, sometimes a different country despite the email being very explicit about the booking. Too many itineraries get sent to the TripCase inbox which is useless since I already have the original email. The TripCase Inbox does not work anyway.

Can’t log in anymore. Used to work perfectly but after updating to the latest version I can’t log in anymore. It keeps saying my email and/or password is incorrect, even though I can log in perfectly fine on the web site.

Pretty useless. It saved the flights for my trip but you can’t import any other documents. Don’t waste your time. Didn’t integrate with any other bookings other than flights. Couldn’t import documents associated with my trip either. Deleted out of frustration. If you have your airline app, that is more useful than this app. You get what you pay for and this is free. Enough said.

My One Stop Travel App. I travel consistently for work and this App is my one stop travel app for everything concerning my travel arrangements. It's fantastic to have everything concerning my trip automatically loaded and ready to go. Flights, car rentals, hotels, buses, trains, every booking in one spot. Updates on timetable changes are prompt (most times before airport screens are updated). I Ove this app, and it just works!

Helpful for travel. Used app for a few trips but can't find out how to print/email the itinerary of a completed trip. Want to use it as a cover sheet for a memory box. Anyone know how to do this? I I like being able to add notes and add items manually.

Not happy... forced to use this app. Don’t know why Qantas are affiliated with TripCase. There is no other way I can view my flight tickets other than through TripCase and it has proved to be the most user unfriendly experience ... doesn’t sync with my calendars, only offers the most minimal of info regarding my flights and I have to pay to get a receipt of the flights I have paid for!!!

Don’t use!. My credit card was hacked on the day that I forwarded travel details to this app. I reported to them but did not get a response. Also it deletes all confirmations from your inbox. Thank god they were in my outbox. Didn’t have vital info like booking no which is what you need for flights.

Good but needs improvements.. I have been using TripCase since 2013 and it’s a handy app to organize holidays with. Lots of handy and relevant information for airports and hotels and the like. Put it could use some work. Like when a flight’s schedule is altered it takes a long time for it to update on the app, sometimes not until the day of departure. One flight of my mine was canceled and my booking was moved to an alternate flight.. the app did not tell me, I did not realize until I logged on to airlines official website (to be fair it was poor of the airline not to notify straight away when this happened) . But I did expect this app to be up to date too. That’s one of the only faults I can think of. Otherwise it’s an excellent app. Recommended for frequent jet setters.

Great but some bugs. Has worked well in recent years but currently the following problems exist - clicking the share itinerary button freezes the app - cannot add mobile phone number to the account, texts are never received - there is no where to report issues to the developer other than writing a review - flights don’t update even if you delete and add them back into the itinerary All in all this has been an excellent app but needs some work to get it back to where it was when I used to use it heavily and travel pre 2020.

Not stable. I really like this app. The UI is nice and better than others, but it is just not stable anymore. It freezes when trying to do things. Such a shame

90% inaccurate. When forwarding accommodation, the dates and time will always be incorrect. Make sure to manually correct this. It will pick up the check-in date ok, but the check-out date will always be the same date as check-in and the time will be incorrect, guaranteed. This is the same issue for years. I thought this important function would be fixed by now. So far flight details have been accurate, but that’s it.

Amazing!. This app is amazing! My Nanny (mums mum) uses this to get around on her holidays and it lets her know of the gate changes before the airport does when she is there! 😀

Fails to load properly. Hi team The app is currently failing to load. I have - deleted the app - reinstalled the app - restarted my phone - open up and get a blank page - trips are still being consumed ok - email notifications are working ok - tried to log a support call but cannot add getting a proxy error message Hopefully you can resolve the current issues quickly Oh, and offline mode still doesn't work

Check departure board. Usually good but last trip told me my flight was cancelled but actually wasn’t, happened once before also where it kept advising the flight was delayed, eventually I checked the departure board and had to run for the flight, wasn’t delayed at all. Handy to keep all information in one place, could do with offline mode also.

Great app with one slight issue. Sydney Australia defaults to Sydney Canada when booking email forwarded

OK but could be much better.. Would be better if the booking reference went in automatically. There are a few glitches which should have been sorted by now. Having trouble to get it to update with flight changes.

Lost all past trips. I’ve lost all my past trips, always get an error message, no way of contacting anyone. If someone had a solution let me know here.

Functionality Free. Going on a trip with someone? Fantastic. You can share the trip. But does it allow you to create your own trip using the details shared by your fellow traveller? Nah. Manually add all the information yourself. Functionality? Forget it.

Recommended. I use TripCase two years now. I found it very useful during multiple flights. It works offline. TripCase had an issue lately and I tried few other trip planners. But I’m back to TripCase since they repair it, mostly because it works with multiple email addresses that I use to send tickets and bookings in Polish are not a problem when emailed.

So easy. I love this. It keeps me on time and organised. I still haven't used all the extras but it is all simple. And it deals in the real time overseas so u never miss connection.

It’s not WorldMate. I came over to TripCase from WorldMate. TripCase says they can auto load trips from reservations but it can’t. It just puts the booking in your inbox and tells you to go do it manually. Pointless. It’s a free app!

Very capable app. I have been using TripCase since 2015. I like the app but over the years some features have disappeared for instance doing a search for hotel returns nothing useful and I usually have to add details manually. There is also no easy way to add a tour. What I would really like is an offline mode. Sometimes you don’t have connection and I’d like to see the info I entered. I understand that without connection you can’t update flight status etc but half the time all I need is flight number or hotel name and address etc and I should be able to see it without being online.

Not as good as it was. I’ve used this for a few years and it was great in the past - everything loaded automatically and it was super reliable. Now all new flights just get added to an inbox and you have to manually create trips. Really disappointing. Don’t bother using this - I know I’ll be switching to another provider.

Pointless. Downloaded this app as it was linked to my Airline itinerary with the ‘Add to Calendar’ link. Neither the app or the website allow you to download or export a calendar file. So now I have an app which just shows me my itinerary just like my airline apps but with less functionality. All I wanted was the calendar file to add to my work and personal calendars.

Sadly no longer maintained. The app is not being maintained - Facebook login is inactive, links break etc. Shame as this used to be a fantastic app and it could easily be again.

Can’t login after latest update. I’ve tried everything and when I try to delete and set up again with a new PW I never receive the Reset PW email from TripCase… used to be a good app but now I can’t use it anymore.

Great app. I use this for regular international travel. Very easy to add flight, hotel bookings etc and to combine separate bookings into a single trip. Only one complaint, when in normal view for individual items, the day/date text is much smaller than other items on the page. Need to get reading glasses out to check the date. Would be great if developers enlarge that text a little

Historically brilliant but currently average. I have been using this app for years and travel a lot. When it’s working it is great, but recently it has been hanging at startup and all I get is a spinning timer. C’mon TripCase. Let’s get it together again!

Flight status. Helpful App because you can list your itinerary all in one place but don’t trust the flights status 100% showed one of my flights as being delayed 2.5hrs when in fact it wasn’t glad I double checked on the airline website otherwise I would not have made it to my flight

Needs offline mode. If you are offline, like when you’re travelling without wifi..., it doesn’t work. Won’t show anything, an error flashes up with your details behind it and then it just shows blank and an offline status up top. When offline just show the most recent info! My itinerary is useless if I can’t access it. Otherwise great service and app.

Make it work offline please!. I love this app and want to give it five stars. But why on earth doesn’t it have an offline mode? If you’re on a plane, chances are you don’t have connectivity so can’t check your next flight. Very frustrating...

Life saving App. This app saves me every time I fly or hire a card or book a hotel room. The way you can add information to each trip is great and easy. Also being able to sync it with my desk calendar on my laptop is also great. I tell everyone about this app and its features that save my bacon.

Zero Support. Used to be a good app but there is zero support. Has degraded to the point that I have duplicate flights showing and cannot get calendar subscription to work. Sadly neglected red headed step child to the sabre core business.

Only seems to work when it’s one line. I’ve been using this ap for a couple of years. No more - it’s unusable. Download this ap and you will spend a lot of your time staring at a blank download screen as the ap ‘forgets’ your trip details when you go off line (like when you are in the air or are newly arrived at an airport - which is when you need it most). It works OK otherwise but is guaranteed to let you down when you need it most. Consider the alternatives.

Great app, very easy to use. I have been using this app for years, this has been the best one for me as I am always traveling Car hire and hotel information as well as flights. I see all my documents when I open each trip . I would be lost without it

Love this app. Have been using TripCase for a long time now for domestic and international travel and I absolutely love it. It’s so good to have all the info in one place and gate changes, delays etc show up quickly. Would be lost without it.

What happened to landscape view on iPad?. I haven’t used this for the last 18 months for obvious reasons but landscape view seems to have disappeared for iPad. Did I miss something? Please put it back. I hate portrait view.

Numerics not allowed in Reservation number. This app works great for me. The only issue I have is that is doesn’t allow for numbers in the reservation number. What’s up with that? Some of the reservations are a mix of alpha and numbers. The only solution is to enter everything manually and that can be a big PIA.

Used to be a great app… now crashes. I was a power traveller pre-COVID and this app saved my life multiple times and was very helpful / worked great. I am starting to travel again, and the app has some real stability issues (bad timing guys). Every time I go to share my trip (either from the menu or from the landing page for the trip) the entire app crashes! Please fix this, as sharing my travel details with family is an important feature of the app!

Orientation. Why did you make the orientation portrait only? Most of us use an iPad so not having Landscape is ackward

It used to be great but no longer. Everything others said is true. Slow and check-in link no longer works.

Password. I’ve used this app for many years, now I change my phone, and cannot log in, not recognizing my password and I cannot reset it.

Pets of the app not working. There is no way to contact anybody for help. The app has had a glitch for a while. Trying to share the itinerary the app freezes. So I have had to download another app to do what I need, which is too bad as I have used this app for many years. All other aspects work but this one main aspect for me does not.

App doesn’t work anymore. This app was amazing for me but it doesn’t work anymore. When I try to open it it’s always load and load for a while.

App no longer works…. Automated Importing of trips/itinerary no longer works. Should be deleted from AppStore.

Great idea…too many glitches.. Tough to use without getting frustrated and having to reboot over and over.

Inbox not functional. The inbox will not open, a message promises 'they' are working on fixing it, but nothing changes.

Unable to Share Itinerary with Others. The share button doesn’t work on iPhones with IOS15 - seems like a big not fixes.

Sad to see a great app wane. I’ve used this app for years, and loved it, but I’m afraid the developers must be focusing on other things. Recent changes have only seen features drop off. What’s really too bad is that this comes as the app is being recognized by a lot of travel agencies and when you book, your itinerary just ‘shows up’ in TripCase. I’d hate to see it fold altogether. It would be great if it were built for iPad too. Sadly it isn’t.

Pretty good, but needs continued development. 1. There is no way to submit feedback in the app (or anywhere other than here, as far as I can tell). 2. When the app imports a trip from an email (a nice feature), it sometimes assigns an incorrect name to the trip. (A trip to Alberta was named “Lubbock, TX”.) While it is possible to rename trips, the new name is applied only to the Timeline view, not to the Carousel view. 3. The UI doesn’t respect certain iOS UI conventions—the scrolling selector used in the app is weird and requires more taps than the iOS default to actually register the user’s selection.

What has gone wrong?. This used to be a great app but now it freezes when I try to share my itinerary! Please fix this!!

Inbox still bad. Years ago, trip case said they were working on making the inbox better. Still unable to open emails properly or use their imbedded links. You might as well not have it. Worst part is you said you’d fix it.

Get Ready to Travel. I absolutely love this app. It’s easy to use, easy to share trip info with others and quite often flight delays are updated here even before the airline apps are updated. Incredible. I do however have one big frustration. When adding notes to the app, all sorts of symbols appear randomly and you can’t delete them. For instance when hitting “return” to go to a new line this happens…. Please fix this, notes are super important when trip planning.

App will not load. Can someone please update the app to work with iOS 14. The app does not load anymore. Thanks

Pretty Glitchy. Used it 3 times in the last 3 trips/years. No one beta tests their programs any more...sigh...wishing it was better... the program is as glitchy as it was on my first trip...it has more features...so more issues with glitches. Some one should start paying me when I waste my time. Hope it works better for you. Have a nice day.

Almost great. We’ve used Trip Case for several years. One of our favourite features is it auto-update changes to our flights - usually before the airlines notify us! Great place to store booking and confirmation numbers and addresses to tell the Uber driver. Only flaw is it doesn’t let us book out more than about 18 months. Now that we’ve retired, we are booking trips two or more years out and grabbing sales as they happen. Would be nice to put them in on their actual date.

Why can’t I share?. Pre-Covid - i used it all the time. being on the road alot, it was a great way to keep my husband up-dated with my staying. Unfortunately, i find the app really slow now and for the life of me, i can’t share my itinerary anymore :/

Are you serious?app soooooo old. Are you kidding us? That’s called iPhone X support?? U did it for iPhone X by shrinking the app? Hahah I like it. Also should be updated the look it’s so old now.they don’t even listen to the people reviews.what a support!!!shouldnt be in App Store.

Portrait Mode. Stupid configuration for iPad users. Landscape worked for both iPad and phones.

Excellent app. Essential if you travel a lot. Always updates my info. I was shocked to see all the negative reviews as after using this app for many years have never had an issue.

I like this App.. The other trip organizer is too expensive. This one do the job. Couple times my booking in different language it will not recognize it. Most of the time working well.

Great app for travel. I have found TripCase to be very useful when traveling. It is very easy to use and provides an excellent overview of your trip, with all of the information in one place. In the case of changes such as flight delays or gate changes, it updates and messages you more rapidly than the airlines sites and apps do.

Freezes. Used to be good but doesn’t work most of the time It freezes when you try to do anything

Used for many years - works great!. I’m still using this app after all these years! It helps to stay on top of your trips - you’ll get email updates about flight changes and it’s a great way to document all of your trips in one app. Would love if there is an UI update but I understand the budget concerns.

App crashes or fails to load. This app used to be fantastic, but now it seems to take forever to load once you are actually travelling. Or it simply crashes when clicking on different screens. Also, it fails to properly go through the airline checkin process. I had to go outside of the app (to the airline website) in order to get my e-tickets to properly generate.

It has become a Worst App. Used to be a real good app but it is really dumb and worst looking app now. It doesn’t load, it gets jammed, screen freezes, you can’t share itinerary. Shame on developers.

For the most part - good. I have used this app for many years and it syncs with the calendar app just fine for future trips. However, it no longer maintains the trips you took in the past in your calendar. The past trips remain in the app, just not in your calendar app. There is no way to contact support for any questions or issues that aren’t addressed in the FAQ section of the website.

Not updating the push notifications. Stopped sending push notifications to remind of check in and any fight or gate changes

Landscape mode. If your developing an application for the iPad as well you should incorporate landscape mode as a feature. The are many business travellers that use a keyboard with their iPads and not having landscape mode becomes very cumbersome to use

Very handy while you travel. Everything all in one place. Flight delay notification always helpful. Bugs could be once a while it won’t recognize a reservation

Great App. I like this app a lot. Easy to use, it auto populates more often then not, updates me on flight changes, keeps emails and receipts handy. I like how it saves past trips (Fun to review and reminisce). Occasionally when I try to delete a trip, there is a delay or I have to try again later but I can live with that glitch. Been using this app since 2017 and still love it.

App is useless. The app was the best to use 2 years ago, but the account doesn’t open when I use my password. I’ve created a new account and it let me in once and several times after it doesn’t work.

Once upon a time…. …Tripcase used to be fantastic. Yes, 5 stars. It worked until my last trip in 2019 What happened? I am with iOS 15.4.1. Now I cannot even add a trip. The app seems obsolete… or is stuck with COVID-19. I am so sorry for that 😞 Please do something to update this app.It is worth it. Thanks.

Critical editing functions not available. Let’s start with the good: The service does a good job with flights and hotel bookings when emails are forwarded. It is good concept for combining all your separate travel itineraries together. Now the not so great: The service does a terrible job with figuring out the difference between Bus/Coach and Rail methods of travel. Once it auto chooses what it thinks, there is no way to edit if it’s wrong. It seems to struggle figuring out locations. When you go into your TripCase inbox to view emails you only see a small snippet not the whole email or any attachments. I find myself frustrated trying to use this to the point where I’d rather just write down my itinerary on paper. Can you please add functionality to edit methods of travel if the automated function chooses the incorrect method? Can you improve the email automation process to better detect addresses and pretty much everything. Can you allow the full email and attachments to show in the TripCase inbox?

Gone from Apple Watch?. What the heck? The latest app update has wiped the app off the watch. I also can't search for it in the Watch app store.

Another dying app. Once was a go-to app for my busy travel schedule, but these days it’s next to useless. Added trips seem to disappear entirely, and the app routinely opens only the next trip and obdurately refuses to respond to touch commands. Honestly time for the devs to either rebuild it properly or put it out of its misery.

Used to be great. I have used this for years. Told friends about it. Could share the itinerary with my husband so we had a backup copy in case one of our cell phone batteries died. Months ago I reported that trip sharing no longer works from my iPhone. Weeks ago I reported it again. Both times I was assured they were working on it. But it is still not fixed. Now that people are eager to travel again, I really hoped it would be working by now. Instead I have to ask whoever’s meeting us to use an airport or airline flight tracking app/website instead. I don’t recommend TripCase to friends anymore. Sniff sniff😢

Can’t add a trip. I forward my booking confirmation, I get an email telling me it is in my TripCase inbox but it is not. I get a message that there is a problem and it is being worked on. For over a week now! Used to be good but not at all useful right now. Sad.

Air Help Pop Up. I keep getting an Air Help pop up that can’t be cleared. Both the accept and decline button do nothing. This is rendering the app useless.

Terrible!. Got a message this morning that my flight was delayed. It absolutely was not delayed and I almost didn’t make it as a result. App deleted!

Useful but no history. I use this app all the time. I have regular flights I take but there’s no easy way to duplicate a previous trip even though the details will be the same except for the dates. It’s also useful for tracking the flight status of family members.

Can’t share trips, app is freezing. My trip is there but when I select it, everything freezes. I’m trying to share the trip but cannot. I even deleted and reinstalled the app but got exactly the same result

Junk. No way to contact anyone to fix an ongoing issue. The site has e mail contact but as typical - it doesn't work Therefore cannot contact anyone to troubleshoot issues with the App

Crashes and all trip info gone. I tried to open the app it said my password is wrong, curious as my password was saved. So I updated the password it won’t open. Went online signed in all my trip info is gone. My husband can open his app but all of his info is gone too. I have used this app for years and never had a problem until now and it is a biggie. Time to find a new app.

Login. I can’t login with Facebook 😡😡😡😡

App has issue. App doesn’t accept reservation code contains number from Air Canada.

Difficult. I was expecting TripCase to be more integrates with corporate and airline apps. Also, for the past few weeks, it only seems to load every other trip - doesn’t matter if the traveler or follower(s) are looking. This makes it difficult to schedule transportation and meetings when multiple trips are scheduled and not all display. Please advise if I’m using the app wrong.

Great but doesn’t import confirmation numbers. I switched to TripCase from TripIt pro because the contact management in TripCase, for sharing trips, is much better. However every time I imported trip via email forwarding, it never gets the confirmation number, no matter which airline. If They can fix that my rating would improve greatly.

IOS Stickers. Hi - I love this app and use it all the time. One of the features I used was the iOS stickers, so I can share my itinerary very easy with family. I have notice you removed this feature from this app and done know why. Can you add this back, thanks.

Doesn’t work offline. This app seems useful but it will not show data when offline, such as when on an airplane and you want to remind yourself of the next connection. This is a large deficiency IMO and unnecessary since the amount of data is small and relatively stable most of the time. One other small bug: it got the timeline wrong on one trip and showed a connecting flight before the originating flight.

Used To Be Great. I had three different apps that I tried and I thought this was the best, by far. Unfortunately, the most recent versions have been very disappointing. When I send my itinerary to the import email address, it does not convert them. It shows the first leg of my first day as my outbound flight and the second leg of my outbound flight as my return flight. I’ve had email exchanges with the support people. Their solution was for me to input the trips manually. Really!?! How about you fix your product! Right now I would not recommend this app.

Buggy. Was an amazing app. I’ve been using it for years! As of recently it has been very buggy. I travel a lot for work and primarily used this app to share my flight itineraries and updates with family. Over the past few months I’ve updated the app, and so have all family members, but not everyone is receiving the itineraries or flight updates. This has become frustrating and annoying.

Cannot support large detail info. I used trip case for a while for single easy trips without any issue. Last month, I took a trip with many reservations including air, car and hotel rentals. The application started to delete some of the reservations and erased some of the detailed information within the reservation. Accessing the trip details is not easy and user friendly. I need to move to another app that can support everything.

App won’t load. The app is usually very good, but for some reason the app will not load when I open it. Even though I am connected to the internet. If I am not connected to the internet, the app will open, but I won’t be able to do anything in the app, and if I turn wifi on, I just get the loading wheel forever. Please fix this problem. Hopefully the problem will be resolved when the next update is released.

Struggling iPhone app. I love TripCase and we as a family have relied on it for many years. Not sure what happened recently, the app works just fine on our iPads and on the website, but the iPhone app has given us nothing but trouble. The main trips page never loads. The app will load a frame, but not the content. I’d be more than happy to give this app ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if these issues get resolved.

Stay ahead of everyone else.. I use TripCase for both work and family traveling just because its that good. Stay ahead of any changes/delays by minutes ahead of any other app.

Bring back landscape mode on iPad.. I’ve been using TripCase for years, on both an iPhone and an iPad. Prior to the last couple of updates, it always used landscape view on the iPad, but now it defaults to portrait view with no obvious way to change to landscape. Please bring back landscape view!

Easy to use and well equipped. I love this app! It’s easy to use as I just need to input the flight numbers and it’ll automatically generate an itinerary with airport and weather information etc. It also notifies me on the gate change or delays of the flight. Been using it for two years.

Don’t rely on this as your primary itinerary planner. Just booked a flight that’s three months out. The problem is that my return leg from Detroit to Providence shows as being from Boston to JFK. I thought I had royally messed up my reservation, but it turned out that all is well. TripCase can’t seem to handle that the flight number isn’t in use right now. Not sure where BOS to JFK came from, but the other itinerary planners I use didn’t have this problem.

Inaccurate. Trip case made me miss my flight. Since I was traveling with a carrier that I don’t normally use, rather than downloading their app, I relied on Trip Case’s updates. The day of my flight it had me leaving two hours later than the normal time. I showed up to the airport with what I thought was plenty of time, only to find that my flight was already closed. My organization recommends we use Trip Case. I am currently on transit after having to exchange my ticket. My ITS department will be hearing about this on Monday.

Used to work great, but.... I have used TripCase on my iPhone for several years with great results. Love the notifications of gate changes at the airport. However, I have repeatedly tried to add a booking and keep getting an error. Tried several times after confirming the record locator number. Even uninstalled and reinstalled the TripCase app, but to no avail. Had to manually enter my flights :(

Useful When Works. The app is great to inform you abou flight gate, delays and other useful information. However, different than most of the apps, every time I want access something in the app I have to login. To login is nightmare. Sometimes I try about 4-5 times in a row and nothing happens. You have to keep trying. Unfortunately that is a waste of the consumer’s time.

Great Trip Organizer. I’ve been using this app for a few years to organize all of my trips, plus my family and friends travel. I have everything I need at the tips of my fingers. I’ve tried other apps but this is by far the best one.

Not available on newer Apple Watch 🙁. Let me start off by saying that I love your app and website. But I’m very disappointed that your app is no longer available for my updated Apple Watch. I just got a new Apple Watch and I was very sad to see that TripCase is no longer available. I love getting notifications on my watch when there’s an issue with my flight. I certainly hope you are able to bring TripCase back to the Apple Watch soon.

So simple. I’ve had this app for years and just used the feature of forwarding your email booking to link them and it was SO quick and easy

losing stars. Update: still not creating trips! Just forwarded my train and hotel reservations. They show up in the 'inbox', but do not create trips. This time was the last straw. Goodbye Tripcase...Hello Kayak! Update: Still not creating proper entries from Expedia. How sad. Another star removed. July to September is more than enough time to fix this. Previous: Can no longer create an itinerary from an Expedia itinerary? Oh, but I can manually make it! Well manually making it is not why I use Tripcase now is it?

Reliable. I have done a lot of traveling within the past two years. This app has helped me out a lot especially when it come to flight details, delays, and gate numbers. I’ve never had issues with TripCase. To me it’s been very reliable and helpful for any trip I have made.

Very Buggy. Not sure what happened, but I have been a user of this app for years and it has been one of the best at keeping up and organizing my trips. Now it’s so buggy and frustrating!!! I will try to keep it positive and hopefully things change in the future!!!

Not for iPad. Don’t call it an iPad app, it you have to turn you iPad to portrait mode and see what is essentially an iPhone app! This has been my go to travel / trip app for years but it has been overtaken by TripIt.I still use both because sometimes TripCase is still better.

Very frustrating app. This app does not allow you to add flights that it can’t locate. If you are flying an airline it doesn’t have complete information for, it will not allow you to manually input flight details. It also has a tendency to just seize up and go blank if you’re offline or don’t have a strong signal and won’t allow you to see anything you’ve got in an itinerary or do anything other than restart the app, and then it’s just blank again.

Add time zone of person reading itinerary. I would like to suggest you add the local time of the person reading the itinerary. I always share my travel plan with my family and office and it would make it easier for them to know what time it is for me relative to them. This is very useful for far away trips.

Great App. I loved this app when I first got it. It had the weather at each location and a way to explore nearby restaurants and sights. They have now removed all that and there is nothing that makes this app stand out. I rated this a three because I still like the app just disappointed that they have removed some of the features.

This app used to work. What happened? I used to be able to forward my southwest flight in add my hotel and be done. Now I can’t do that and manually adding flight numbers are showing me all the wrong airports. I’ve used this app a dozen times over the years without issue. I’m really bummed it was amazing.

Terrible App. My travel agent loaded my trip into this horrible app. 20 minutes signing up. I have 6 verification emails in my inbox yet no matter how many times I click “verify” it just doesn’t seem to take. This app was thrust on me by my travel agent and I will make sure she never uses this garbage again because it has not made my trip easier, it just literally wasted 20 minutes of my life for absolutely nothing 🙄😒

Going Downhill. I have been using TripCase for many years. For whatever reason it has gone from a 5-star rating to a 2-star. VERY clunky. Allows user to forward reservations via email. These emails get buried in an in-box accessible through the app but not online version. It has become near impossible to link from the app in-box to a named trip. Now having to enter each new reservation/confirmation one at a time. Message to potential new users: DONT USE! Keep looking for a more interactive and usable travel app.

Loved it until.... I’ve always been a TripCase fan. My mom and I use it to share itineraries so we always know when to expect each other. It was so nice to be able to glance down at my Apple Watch as I was walking through the airport and see if there were any gate changes, delays, etc. However, they’ve recently removed the Apple Watch capabilities!!! Not sure I will enjoy this app near as much, as my main device I used it for has been removed. Definitely a thumbs-down from me now. Sorry TripCase.

Travel itinerary at a glance. Been using this app for the last few years to manage my personal and business travel. I love this app! Great way to keep all of my travel items organized in one place and notify friends/family about itinerary changes as they happen. Hasn't let me down yet. :)

Timeline out of order. The timeline for my trip is never in the correct order. For example, the app will show my connecting flight before my first flight. There seems to be no way to fix this. Also, I also have trips labeled as traveling to the layover city rather than my actual destination. If you can’t fix the import, at least let me edit the timeline order.

Love it but could be even better. I love this app. I was booked on frontier and got the message from trip case many hours before frontier told me my flight was cancelled. I wish though there was an option to add trip case travel details into ical. Is there any chance?

Got five stars… when it worked. This app was wonderful to organize all of my travel plans. When I updated to iOS 15.1 it completely stopped working. Please get it working again!!

Worse. It’s getting worse. My flight departure time is after my arrival time. Apparently I am getting in 92 minutes early. If I cannot rely on correct data entry then the app is useless. I can access my data until I hit “share” option and then the app freezes. That is really what I want to do - share my trip. My company uses this app and so I defaulted to it. I see that Tripit has a 5 star average and will return to that for personal travel and inform my company of bugs in TripCase.

Dual notifications. After several e-mails back and forth about resolving an issue where my itinerary was being duplicated, I finally gave up and switched to TripIt. The effort was there, seemingly, on their side of things, but the fact that they couldn’t resolve the issue forced me to switch. Pretty disappointing actually. Instead of making me jump through hoops to fix an issue that’s happening on your end, maybe you should fix the issue on your end to keep it from happening in the first place.

Loading takes 5+ min or worse. For a business traveler I appreciate the packaging of info....if you can actually view content. The app has been circling for 20 min on data plan or WiFi. No data displayed. Tools aren’t useful if you can’t access your travel in 30 seconds or less. Generous when it should be 5 seconds. Tried deleting & reinstall. Same result.

Trying to Share Itinerary. The app used to be quite solid & useful. Now, however, I am unable to share my itinerary, as the app freezes every time I try. I tried offloading the app and reinstalling it. I have two trips already saved, so I’m hesitant to delete it completely, as I don’t want to have to input all the information again. At the same time, I’m not sure I can trust it to update my flight information now. I REALLY hope they fix this issue.

Pretty good. I like the interface and it has always imported data correctly for me. Makes it easy to see the important data about your trip and doesn't bog you down with constant advertisements.

Good but not great.. I just subscribed to the receipt subscription. I think this app is better than other apps in the same field. Missing features: 1) receipt feature: everyone is using the phone or iPad to check for travel. How are they going to take pictures screen by screen or page by page in order to attach to the app? It would be great if they can convert the emails of airfare/car rental/etc… turn in PDF during the emailing to tripcase. 2) route/scenic/restaurant suggestions. Something like “things to do” recommendation for the trip. Besides the two mentioned above, so far so good.

Still buggy!. You have not fixed an issue that I reported at least a year ago. Probably much longer than that. Any time I write something in the “notes” it is followed by “ ”. Then it will repeat. Even though I have tried deleting it, it comes back. What’s going on and why has it not been fixed?

Just updated app & now won’t work.. I just updated my app on my iPhone and now it will not working. I try an open it and I get a message that says This app is no longer shared with you. So I click to view it in the App Store I then press open because it shows I downloaded it and then I get the message again or the app automatically closes itself. I love this app to store my travel information so please correct this issue and soon!

The best!. I travel extensively and sometimes have multi-city trips. I have been using this app for many years and it is the best! It keeps everything together and delays are updated in the app before they hit the board in the airport! A must have for the frequent traveler!

This broken old app is no longer supported. TripCase used to be a handy app (and website) for organizing travel details. Basic functions no longer work. (Try merging different pieces of the same trip that TripCase didn’t recognize on its own - not going to happen. Try updating your phone number - not going to happen. Need support - not going to happen as all means of communication have been removed.) Sabre, owner of TripCase is clearly done with the product and wants us to move on.

frustrating. I find the app a bit clunky to use in general. Most recently I sent a Boston, MA, US hotel reservation to tripcase and it translated the mapping to a non english language and said the location was in India. I tried three times. There is no customer service that can help me resolve the issue. I also had an airplane reservation from JetBlue and it had trouble with that as well.

Random delete. I have been a loyal user and proponent of this app for years. The very occasional mysterious complete auto delete of a upcoming trip was overlooked as the overall app functionality greatly overshadowed this occasional bug. HOWEVER, this problem has now changed from occasional to often and the app is flawed and not reliable. While the saved import email is a good failsafe, it is not a workaround. App updates do not grant a cure to this random delete situation.

Needs upgrade. It’s a nice app for organizing trips and events, but it is in dire need of an upgrade. In the first place, it should remember venues so that the user doesn’t have to enter the same info several times a year. Also, entering start and end times is a crap shoot—I tap around until a prompt shows. Still and all, I’m a heavy user.

Great App but I just I found a bug. I have using this app for over a year and I really find it easy and convenient to use. However, I just found a bug - I am trying to add a cruise which begins (ends) in South Korea. When I choose Country “Republic of Korea” & “Save”, the country defaults to US. I found the same issue if I tried to choose land transportation as well.

Ok but not sure yet.... Haven’t used it for travel yet. But initial impressions.... It won’t accept my phone number for text notifications. When I forward emails with trip details the email subject comes through as blank. Not helpful for finding them in the app. And not a functional issue but some pictures or different backgrounds would be nice....

Misdirected by Address for Hotel. The feature in the app that allows you to send your hotel’s address to your preferred GPS navigation provider on your cell phone has failed me twice. Both times the GPS coordinates that it sent to a different navigation apps that I use was more than 15 miles off the actual hotel address. On time this made a hotel arrival that was supposed to be at 11:45PM nearly a 1:30AM. There’s no warning until you Call up at what should be your hotel only to find an empty field on the side of the interstate service road.
