Stopped my dog’s TV anxiety. This app has been a Godsend for my entire family, especially for my dog Bodhi. Before this dog whistle app he would overreact to TV, movie scenes, & commercials. obnoxiously by barking, whining, and rushing the TV.

Worthless ads interrupt dog training. Don’t waste your time the ads interrupt dog training and you also need an external speaker to make it function-able in a training environment. Over all it’s a dud and if it could it would only deserve a half star. Don’t get sucked in by greedy developers tossing ads in you have to purchase to remove. That is just low life spamming by people not innovative or creative enough to find alternative sources for income.

It works. I got this app to restore some of my sanity. My neighbors dog is extremely annoying and every time he hears me coming down the hallway to the entrance of my house it barks and won’t stop. I tried the app and the dog stop barking almost immediately and left. I tried this many times and every time the dog would never stay for more than five seconds. A big difference from the 10 to 14 minutes of constant barking every time I come in the door

Doesn’t work. My dog is a good dog but can get bored easily and will tear up the house. I decided that it needed to stop. I got this app hoping it would work. Honestly it hurt my ears more than the dogs. She totally ignored the noise while I was getting over the piercing noise. I totally do not recommend this. I honestly thought my ears were going to bleed. If this brutally hurt my ears I wouldn’t even try it on your dogs. Sincerely, The girl who almost went def over an app😊

It worked on Me. It stopped the dogs barking but a frequency I found it was so shrill I thought my head was going to explode. I was surprised to find out how good it worked

Helped Find Lost Dog. My wife’s family’s beagle had gotten loose several hours before I arrived at home and got the news. Since we share a common property boundary, I decided to use your app and take a look. She ran to my side before I got out of the yard. Plus, she was barking, which is something we’d never heard her do. I don’t know whether she loved or hated the whistle. All that counts is the fact that she’s safe. I thank you for your app and recommend it to all who find themselves in this predicament.

My dog is Deaf or Immune. It works, but not on my dog. When I play it, all my friends hear it! My dog also doesn’t give a care for anything either, so I think he is immune.

Ads make app unusable. I get that you need ads to keep this app free but full page loud 30 second ads after 5 seconds of use is ridiculous. I would rather see an ad displayed at the top or bottom of the app continuously than making me stop for 30 seconds after each use of the whistle.

Dont get a dog if you cant train it. Seriously, get a cat. I have this Autistic girl neighbor who encourages her dog to bark at 11 in the morning, we live 2 minutes away from a dog park, she just cant train it to stop barking so i got this app and i may not be able to go back to sleep but atleast i can get back at the annoying dog for waking me uo

This works. My dog ran off from the house because someone left my back gate open, and I used the whistle a few times, and she actually came back!

Works Great To Silence Coyotes. I have a problem with coyotes, where I live. If you have ever heard a coyote at night, the screams with absolutely place fear in you. This App works great, because I can now walk my poodles without hearing the banshees screaming in the forest. I can start this App, and the coyotes immediately become silent. 👍🏻

This app is amazing!. When you set the thing to 700 and press it it sounds just like my high schools bell. People have been using this app to prank the teachers all day. This app is the best!

Crashes Too Much. The app itself is alright, it's amusing to see the dogs run around all confused but that amusement quickly stops when the entire app crashes. It will take me about four to five times to get it to stay on the app long enough to actually change some settings but will soon crash again and make me try once more. Like I said, the app itself is fine. It just crashes too often, hence why I give it the score I do.

Awesome App!!!. This is a really great app! I have not had any problems with it crashing at all. It took no time at all to train my dog to come to me when I sound this whistle. Thank you!

Overly-intrusive ads.. I get it. You need to make revenue off the app. I’ll agree to watch the ads, but when those ads start to interfere with the usage of the app I cannot stand to use it anymore. Maybe if you put ads at very beginning before issuing the whistle it would be better. But if I have to watch an ad every other time I press the whistle, I just won’t have enough patience and off it goes from my phone.

Multi use. I use this app to check if my phone speaker has been blown or not often. It’s also great for tuning my instruments to specific hertz and frequencies. It’s been on my iPhone for many years!! Thank you!

It keeps the Deer away!. The dog whistle works to keep deer away while I’m walking my dog in the yard. Apparently, deer don’t like the tone and move away from it. My dog goes nuts when he sees deer, so I use the dog whistle and it gives me peace of mind and I don’t have to stress over my dog pulling away from me to chase deer. The whistle doesn’t seem to affect my dog, which works for me.

Seemed to work for me and my pupper.. I actually used this to potty train my dog. I used a sliding scale of whistles. He was running about, over to the neighbors, and down the street, in which I cannot run. I still have to monitor him, because yes he is a male dog. Here runs up to the house, when called and whistle is used.

Ads Interfere with App. Had this app for quite a while. Got the free version. Now ads pop up while you’re using it and take over the app while playing voice over telling you your iPhone storage is full and you need to download the ad app to clean it. More than annoying, it’s fraudulent. Beware.

It’s becoming the most useful app. My neighbors dogs bark, a lot. Constantly. I downloaded this to see if it might make them shut up. Lo and behold. Silence!!! It shuts those puppies up quick!

I Really Think It Works!. My neighbor's dog is soooooooo annoying. It barks constantly. I tried another app that didn't do anything. When I put this at the highest level and stand next to the window...of the dog is barking I can see it's ears perk up and look around...BUT the barking stops! I've even used the whistle when it wasn't barking just to gauge the reaction...and those ears perk up and the dog just looks around aimlessly...so...the timing may all be a coincidence, or it could legitimately work! Either way, before I would endure 15-30 minutes of non stop barking...now, it only lasts a min or two 😂

It's good. It's great for annoying friends to no end, and it's fun to turn on and watch people try to figure out where it's coming from

It works. App can be a little glitchy but I’ve actually been using it for years now. And my dog always comes when this is used. Usually only on a setting I can hear but then I turn the hz up and can’t hear it anymore but he does.

Didn’t work. I’m so surprised to see all of these very nice and good comments the only thing that I seem to find about these comments is that they say that there’s too many ads well yes there is a lot of ads and I’m also going to say that I’m going to complain about that like the whistle didn’t even work my dog just stood there like nothing was happening and then I said “Mason,Mason!” because that’s my dogs name but he said nothing he didn’t respond to anything he looked back at me like I was doing something weird because I called his name for no reason but he didn’t react any single way to the stupid stupid stupid whistle like seriously when you try to make an app for people to actually help them it should actually work! I am not as angry as I seem like I am in this review but I’m just saying that the reason people should make apps is for them to actually work that’s just my opinion. Expected better from this. Honestly I think my dog hates me now, since I've been playing some of these I was laughing so hard that he was confused. Then he went up to my phone and I went to pet him instead of letting me he backed off. Honestly this will not work but when it does it's probably just because your dog wants food, to sleep , go outside/for a walk,etc

Hilarious. lol I played this in class and the pitch is so high old people can't hear it, but young people can. Absolutely funny as hell get this app.

My dogs never even stirred.. I tried this app at first while my dogs were asleep to see if it would get their attention, Nothing. Neither of my dogs stirred, and I tried all of the frequencies and pulses. When they were awake they acted like I was nuts trying to get them to respond to some stupid dog whistle on my phone. I’ll be deleting this app as soon as I submit my review.

Set record for shortest time on my phone. I don’t think any app has ever been deleted this quickly. You can’t explore the app for more than 3-4 seconds before full-page ads start showing up. It would be nice if you could see what the app does before it started all that. Life’s too short to waste time on this garbage.

Effective when it’s working. Wonderful app, with a couple of flaws. The pop up ads and it crashes.

Granddogs. Impressed at how well this gets positive reaction from my granddogs-- very different personalities. Helped 1 stop jumping. Helps interrupting food obsession and barking with the other. Dogs are so smart -- when I show them the green field they respond!!!!

Works for cats!. I got this intentionally for my dog, but it didn't work. Then, I played it again and my cat came running to me! Every time I play it she comes running to me! Works perfectly for cats!

Did not work for me. Only option seems to use the app to create a .mp4 file...email it to yourself and use it to create a ringtone. Why would I want an ultrasonic ringtone? I just want to be able to push a button and generate a tone using my phone’s speaker. Can’t figure out how to do this with this app.

Simple Sound Therapy. This is my go to app when I am having sensory issues. These little frequencies help to calm me down. Simple app. I'm not sure how well it works as an actual dog whistle, but it works perfectly for my weird little brain.

This app helped me find a lost dog!. My friend lost her rescue dog and this app helped us catch him! He was on the run for 3 days and extremely scared of people, so really difficult to trap if we were to get close to him. When we were in an area where he was seen about 45 min before, I turned on the whistle and out of nowhere he peered around the corner of a brick wall on the sidewalk. We sat down and continued to play the sound as he sniffed at his pug brother and looked curiously at the phone. Finally, we were able to grab him when he got close enough! The app was very easy to use and you can play the whistle at different frequencies and patterns. It’s definitely worth a try if you’re looking for a missing dog!

Really great app. This app has a really good whistle on it. The app lets you change how high or low the pitch is up to 22,000 hertz and 80 hertz. I love using this for my dogs, to annoy my friends, and make there dogs act really funny.😂 I love this app for many reasons. Highly suggest it!

Intrusive full screen full volume ads. The ads make the app unusable. Upon launching, the app warns you if your volume is turned down since the whistle won’t function otherwise. Fair enough. But once you turn the volume on and up, full screen and full volume ads start auto playing with no easy way to stop them beyond exiting.

Cat whistle. This does nothing at all for my dog but it drives my cat crazy and as soon as I turn it on he runs straight to me and jumps up by me and starts rubbing the phone.

Tried many, best for me!. This app walked to teach my excited boxers to come back to me off leash almost immediately. Feel much safer I won't lose one and then can roam closely nearby and not get too far.

Great App!!. My physics teacher showed it to me and this is honestly the most useful app ever for annoying friends and whistling for your dog! This app singlehandedly made my day on 2/28. :)

Works great. My elderly neighbor has a hunting dog that doesn’t like strangers. My mom used it so he would keep his distance when she was helping her with things she couldn’t do alone. All of my dogs turned their heads at it but they didn’t leave me. I don’t understand why it isn’t working for some people. Plus there’s a button for continuous so you don’t have to hold it the whole time. Very good for keeping it in your pocket.

Epic win. I use this in my class and my teachers are old and deaf so they can’t hear it so I can everyone in my class has to suffer through it 😂

The ads are a major problem. You have to turn the volume way up to use the whistle, and it didn’t occur to these geniuses that they shouldn’t have ads that blast sound and lock you out of volume control. Use another app.

Works great!. Living in apartments means that you hear lots of neighbor’s dogs. This does wonders to make them stop their unnecessary barking.

Helps my pets stop barking at the ghost sounds. No salt mine dogs stop barking at the sounds that they can hear her far in the distance

Not sure why it can’t be user friendly. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because I actually got it to work, but it’s not user friendly. Developer needs to create an obvious on/off feature. Also, hints are great once you started using the app, but not so great when you’re struggling to figure out basic controls.

It's better. The App is better now that you only have to type in the frequency. It annoys my class. I like this app.

Wanted it for my neighbours loud dog. Super loud adds come on every 30sec and make it impossible to use consistently.

LOL. I've got a cavalier king Charles spaniel and when I put the frequency level to 3/4 of the max and he responded by waking up and looking around like he was scared LOL!! Good app all round though.

It works, but .... It will work, but it is a question of decibel output, *not* frequency.. The high frequency is used to save our own hearing !! Commercial "dog chaser" sound emitters use high frequency, but they output the sound at about 140 db. We can't hear it at all but to a dog or any other affected animal, it is painfully loud - the same as if we stood close to a jet engine exhaust.

Maad as. This app is maad as, mi dogs were fighting like no 2morrow and then wen i played the whistle and their ears went straight up n they stoped, TOTALLY worthot!¡

Why?. What's with this app wanting to use my current location. Anyone else had this happen? Otherwise it seems to work on with one of our dogs, the other one didn't care much!

Not sure of the point.. I have working cattle dogs, I tried it on both of them, one turned it's head when I lowered the frequency it may have been just a coincidence. Not sure if your supposed to train your dogs with this app or they are just supposed to respond to it. Good thing it's free, otherwise better spending money on flea powder.

Good app!. My dog was sleeping and as soon as I turned it on he was awake and alert looking for the sound! Works well. Haven't tried it for doing tricks with the dog yet but the dog sure does hear it and drives him mental! Lol

Doesn't do much. My ears are ringing. And when I played it to my dog and she just ran away. Then again my dog is a scaredy cat. She doesn't like strange things. I used it on mum when we were watching tv. She got mad and seemed to instantly blame me. At least it was funny.

Great. It's like the mosquioto ringtone but you can choose the frequency. Funny to use on teachers that can't hear it.

Well it does produce sound.. It does hang either. However, absolutely no response from my dogs, not even so much as a glance in my direction. In fairness your does need to be train to respond to this or any other command aid for that matter.

Even dogs need head phones.. You know it may sound obvious but with the itouch you need to plug in your head phones to have an output. Then the dogs respond and cats and people if you have it low enough.

So so. Have 2 dogs one can hear the whistle and the other can't. Seems to work on puppys. Great down at the park.

Didn’t Do Anything. Tried a variety of frequencies but never got any reaction from any dogs that would indicate anything had happened.

Strange. I tried it on my dog and he locked up. I had to restart him twice. He seems ok now though a little unstable.

Doesn't work!. I tried this on 4 different dogs, right up to their heads & they didn't care or notice. I also tried it while they were sleeping to see if they would wake up n they kept on sleeping. Waste of time and space

It worked!. To get my dog to heel, I activated it whilst crossing the road. My dog ignored it but i had a strange urge to chase a passing car.

Possum Repellent. I have had a problem with possums getting into the ceiling now I turn the app on when I hear them trying to move the tiles and they go away.

Works a treat. Troublesome noisy yappy dog next door is now trained to stop barking within a few days Stops within seconds of turning dog whistler on, before it would bark incessantly for long periods. Used correctly I am sure you can achieve similar results

GREAT STUFF. My girlfriend started acting really weird when I used it and started barking at me....O.o then my pet budgie turned into an eagle and carried off my cat which I don't even own! Watch out people this app. can be really dangerous. Luckily enough no one died. Ps. Very helpful for alien invasions, makes their heads explode everywhere.

Haha that's cool. Now I don't know about the annoying a dog thing but sliding the finger across the frequencies makes a cool sound and then if you remember the frequencies you can make retro techo music lol ( with out drums) I like this app

Does not work. No joy. Tried with 2 dogs. Also locks up when trying to change the frequency and the presets all appear to be the same. Only result I got was sandflies and mozzies coming out from the creek and biting me. About as useful as an ash tray on a motorbike.

It works for us. My little corgi puppy goes mad when I play with this app. He runs around and balks.

Awesome!!. Who cares if it doesn't work on a dog. It is just like one of those machines which can play any frequency. And it is so fun playing it in class when the teacher can't hear it.

Works, but beware of attracting bats.. I don't have a dog, but my cat seems to hear it. Anyway, I was playing with my cat with this app...and a bat appears in my room. So this bat is flying around (very scary)...and ended up roosting in my light fitting, I couldn't get rid of it until the following night. Anyway, this app might not work for dog...it sort of works for cats, and it definitely works for bats. Grrr!

Good. I got this to shut my neighbours annoying dog who barks at me whenever I get home. I haven't tested it on it yet but I tried it on my cat and he hates it haha. Even the highest frequency that I have no hope of hearing annoys him enough to make him leave the room lol.

Good. It's a good app but I deleted it because I was worried for my dogs safety.

Didn't work. I'm an audio engineer. I tested this and it stopped actually making a tone after ~ 18700 Hz

Mad!!. Ok it ruined my speakers and made me lose my 32gb iPod. Then I tried it on my dog and made it go deaf! Well I give it a 4 star because it's only ment for humans.

Very bad and perhaps dangerous. The whistle gets stuck in ON mode and there is no way to get back to main screen to turn it off. Even when I quit the program it may have been running in the background. No documentation on how to fix. This could be a source of constant annoyance for your per. Caution

Great App! really works....... Perfect app. Keep in mind it will not work on all dogs. If your dog has sensitive hearing it will work fine. Works on 2 of our 3 dogs! Would be better if the ringtone button was smaller or in a sub menu and if you could save the tone pattern with the tone. Highly recommend ! I uninstalled it in fear of damaging my speakers as some claim. Perhaps the creator could test and report on this claim.

i can even hear it!. this app is ok but not the best. u can use this instead of apps that emit high pitched frequencies to "annoy" teenagers.

Works on cats. My cat went nuts. Idk if it works on dogs but wow my cat was biting me to telling me to stop. She hates high pitched noises and rolls around when she here's them. I felt bad for doing it but it does work on cats that's all I can say.

It uses location for what?. I am not sure why a dog whistle needs to know my location. So I deleted it.

WORKS GREAT : ). Works just fine. Ignore all those other IDIOTS who don't bother "reading" the directions first !!! I have two Yorkshire Terriers and I needed to first find out which frequency really captured their attention (12000) for example for my dogs and then the rest was pure fun from there. Set the frequency - press and "HOLD" the whistle above and watch your dogs reaction. :)

Nice application to take the attention at the right moment...very important to use in a positive way. Nice application! You can take the attention of your dog at the right moment. Be careful to not over use ..and use in a positive way. I like it!!

Good little app. Does what it's supposed to do, very simple and easy to use.

It works!... sorta. My dogs ears twitch and they look around trying to pinpoint the noise. The thing is, since they don't know where the noise is coming from so they can't come to you. Some extensive training would be nessaxary for this product to function, but i find it quite amusing to watch them try and 'track' the noise. :P

Ruined by ads. Downloaded and didn’t even start using it for 10 seconds before I was hit with a 30 sec ad. Complete waste of time if you don’t pay.

Doesn’t work!!. I purchased the “Pro” version and I kept getting a message that I had to purchase the pro.

Worst. Worst game ever doesn’t even work I tried it on my dog and she didn’t do anything I said the game is a rip off and the instructions make no sense they just say push something which doesn’t work and when it does it sounds really really weird.

My dog pretended it didn’t hear it and carried on. My dog paused for like 2 seconds and then continued to do what is was doing 🙃 but my other dog heard it and stood there with it’s ears up

Nothing Happens. I used this right next to my dog and he doesn't react to it at all. Doesn't matter what frequency it was, it didn't seem to do anything. I'd give this app 0 stars if I could.

My Dog is 1 year old German shepherd and does not look like he hears anything. He just went on with his normal life he is training to be a police dog and they use those whistles and he responds I thought I could get the app so I could help train him from home and I got it set it to the loudest and he did nothing

Ads are ridiculous. Used this a long time ago and Ember why I deleted it last time. You get maybe 2 taps of the whistle before an ad takes over the entire screen. I’d recommend finding a different app.

It does not work. It just does not work. Click on it, it flashes across the screen and goes back to the Home Screen. Don’t waste your time…😖

Error message. App worked well at first, but then it started giving an error message that said my phone was muted (it wasn’t; all other apps put out sound). It hasn’t made a sound since.

Sudden spam. I just downloaded it, tried it and within 4 seconds had a “mini game” load that looked like some cheesy poker game. Advertising is one thing but full switching of the app is nuts
