Suggestions. Love the application. Would be great though to add the ability to display previous labs in a tabular format, such as all BMPs over the last year, so that easy comparisons or trends can be seen. Also would be great to use landscape view for this. Still, I really, really am impressed that you have come out with this very useful app. I just reviewed and signed off on 8 patients' labs while waiting for a haircut.

Rx piece loses meds. Thank god for paper records. The rx piece loses all my antihypertensives and statins. They shoe up on a pc but not on the itouch. Cuts service was clueless! Anyone else have this problem?

User since 2011. I have been held hostage to this awful system due to high cost of transfer of records. We have been unable to see patients for the last 2 days due to maintenance issues and no response from the company! We have been long term users and they dumped us when we failed PQRS and MU despite paying the extra money for their services. The iPad app was the only redeeming quality.

No longer works. No longer working. Updated. Keep getting message “server not responding”— for days now!

Update sucked!. The last update made eprescribing a nightmare. It won't keep a printer selected, you have to select it every time. Almost every single pharmacy now requires ALL the patients demographics to be filled in or it will not allow it to send. The program kicks you all the way out of it and shuts down if you timeout of your password. It has made what was a good program more of a headache, and sending a med for a headache now causes me to have one. Half of our provider have been writing hand Rx's since. Really lame update. They need to fix it!! Also, the darn Quest "Server Maintenance" always seems to happen on a Saturday when I have 2 hours left to work, so our clinic can't pull labs or send Rx's. Getting a little fed up with the price we pay for this per provider for it to slow us down. The Quest rep says"I'll check into it" but that's all we ever hear.

Does not work with iOS 13. Can no longer see visit notes when update to IOS 13...support said not compatible with iOS 13.

update process is horrible. un-anounced updae required through i tunes is a beast to try and do. my systen is down for 2 days while the help desk is eigther busy or working on "bankers hours" thank God I'm only using the Rx writing service and not the EMR

It's 2017: Time for fingerprint login don't you think?. One of the few HIPAA companies compliant medical apps hanging tightly onto the past and not allowing the user to simply launch securely using fingerprint recognition. Very very very very annoying to have to type in username and password every time the app is launched.

Great App for Patient Management. Quest Diagnostics has made a great app for interfacing with their Care360 Labs and Meds application. First off the interface is very intuitive, and I found it very easy to navigate through the app to access everything from Lab Results, to e-Prescribing, to Allergies, etc. I have it installed on an iPhone with OS3 and I am very happy with what I am seeing.

Needs help!. The web version is phenomenal the APP not so much! This app needs to be revamped; first of all there should be a dashboard - that can allow you everything the online version offers .. schedule pick up - supplies etc … most of us in healthcare are on the move and need one click options, for this day and age were apps are a must this one is way behind what current apps from other providers can do … Please invest into this app; and make this user friendly and have tools available.

Crashes. Crashes an insane amount. Any time you try to open a full report or look at a patient’s notes, it crashes

Useless. Can't even log in.

Cant Login. I was able to login on the desktop website fine but I cant login on the app!

Iphone 5. Easy to use. Very user friendly

Useless. I cannot log into Quest Quanum due to a prompt to download latest version. I deleted last app from my library, reloaded the same app from Apple App, where it says latest version 30d ago, and the message is unchanged. I have no access to my patients’ results…USELESS

Great apps. Saves times looking up results anywhere

Can not login. When I login a screen to setup security question pops up. This screen is gray and unreadable. I click something random that I can’t see and make up an answer. It says it is setup. It still prompts me to setup security questions. I try 6 more and each says it is setup but won’t let me past this screen.

MD. I love this app. I don't like how the app stops working when you are trying to deactivate a medication from the med list. I think it happens mostly over the Wi-fi. Hope an update will fix this issue soon.

Great job Quest. This a fantastic application. What a great way for care providers to access their patients' Quest Diagnostics lab results while in the room with the patient. Also, the electronic prescribing capabilities are very handy. This is the future of labs and meds!

Little improvement in iPad app. I still have to complete my note on the desktop version of Quanum and can’t approve controlled substances. Additionally, it can be difficult to order labs on the iPad app. On top of all of this, the system is running slower overall and there have been too many system outages.

Lack of functionality and often crashes. I’m disappointed that you can’t search the labs by provider name. And when I try to open link to “full report” for a UA, the app crashes.

Fantastic!!. Great app when you don't have laptop up and patients calling for results. Super job!

Internist, NY. Very reliable and amazingly fast! I've gotten an iPhone for the sake of this application-it was worth it "big time"! Review labs., send/renew/approve meds, go to individual charts, call to pts by tapping directly on the tel.# in "demographics" etc...This is it!!! Just great.

Doesn't work.. Why doesn't this app let me log in? I have an account but it doesn't work in this app.

Worse with each update. IT staff apparently does not have any clue what is needed to facilitate communication with pharmacies and refill meds.

Terrific!. I will give better patient care with this app. Can check labs anytime, anywhere. I would give it five stars if there was a filter by provider name so I didn't have to also sift through my colleagues' labs too and also if there was a remove function directly from the iPhone app. Right now to clean up my list I have to log in on my desk top, an extra step, that I have to be near my desk top to do. Otherwise, great app!

Considerable improvements. When I first started trying to use this app, it was problematic. However with this most recent update, This app is actually very simple to use. The data is accurate but not presented in a way that is very clear. By clicking on full report one can get a more clear presentation.

Doesn't work. Can't log in even with a valid username and password. No customer support.

Can't open on iPhone. Has been working very until I tried to get in this morning. Now says only compatible with iPad which makes it unusable. Hopefully this gets fixed soon

You used to be able to order meds/RX s even yesterday. What happened?! Bring back the ability to order meds on my IPhone, please!!!! I’m seriously upset I can’t order meds on the go like I used to! PLEASE FIX THIS. Thanks.

Doesn't work on iPhone anymore??. This was a great app until the latest update, which is telling me it now only works with iPad. This totally defeats the purpose for me. I need to be able to check labs from my phone wherever I am. I am not going to carry an iPad around all the time. I am very disappointed about this change and hope they allow iPhone functionality again very soon. Otherwise this app is worthless to me.

Country dok. Great app. So simple even a technochallenged old guy like me was able to quickly get to the valuable info for my patients. Now I can write scripts as well. Love it!!!

Who needs a laptop to carry?. Great app! So easy to use especially with the eprescribe! Who needs a computer in the room? Wish it was a tad bit faster going from screen to screen. Over all...well done!

Unreliable prescription transmission. Electronic prescribing works well most of the time, but I get call backs from pharmacies and patients complaining that either none or only part of the prescriptions went through. BK

Not compatible with other labs. Too many problems, many interruptions throughout the day. Can not upload LabCorp labs. Cannot access radiology reports. Too basic.

Not worth the seconds it takes to download.. Not worth the seconds it takes to download on IPhone 6+ App crashes continuously. When (rarely) that it actually opens it tells me my password is invalid, when the same username and password opens Quest Care 360 account in Chrome. I tried calling customer service, spend 45 mins on hold. "Still" not fixed. Advice: just print your results and bill Quest for the time you wasted on their crappy app.

Disgusting. As a doctor I have to say this App upgrades are worse than cancer! Each so called upgrade is a disgraceful act. It cuts from previous versions functionality. This last one I lost graph capability. That used to be a great tool for showing patients on iPhone how their health is doing. Now gone. The programmers’ paranoid fears have forced unnecessary upgrades for “ security” so bad that after few upgrades then you have to throw your phone away and get a new one. All absolutely nonsense. Already when you are on an iPhone platform even iPhone 6, research has shown you can not break in it by hacking even using old softwares. But fear and wanting to have a job has caused terrible care for patients and burden to doctors. Somebody needs to stop these harmful behavior. Their cure by these upgrades is worse than the disease itself and has caused more harm.

Why so difficult?!. This app seems to have so much trouble searching for pharmacies. I had to “browse” every Walgreens in IL because it couldn’t be found with the city and zip code. Why does it need the form of the med (tab, cap, ampule)? Trintellix only comes in tabs!

Can't log in. I just logged in online, and am trying to use the same user name and password to log in on the app. Nothing doing. Ain't working.

Poorly organized. I have patients who have been getting labs drawn for years. They have multiple entries for most of them and those entries are not organized by date. I end up having to open 10 to 15 entries sometimes to find recent labs. The labs only trend if they are part of that entry, making the otherwise useful graph feature, not so useful. I love being able to pull up labs on my phone but for patients with frequent labs or those that have been long-established, it is a headache.

Badly needs updates!. Good for checking labs but e prescribing is severely limited. You are allowed only 150 favorite drugs (each dose counts as a different med). Long's is still listed though they were taken over by CVS years ago. Adding new drugs takes months. Nice idea but poor execution. I do not use their EMR but doctors I have talked to about it are not very happy with their choice.
