💸 Want to send money abroad for free?

We transfer money over €4 billion every month. We enable individual and business accounts to save 4 million Euros on bank transfer fees. Want to send free money abroad or transfer money abroad for free? Free international money transfer!

Cannot function without RTM. Game changer! This app is helping my business go paperless! I am using this app and sharing it with my employees. We are a customer facing service business and employees work independently most times, as well as out in the field. This app allows a center hub to share client files, stand up notes, pass down information from one employee to the other, invoices, etc. You will speed up your business day with this one app!

Some issues. It doesn’t make sense to me how you can have an app to help you organize your to do lists, but not be able to organize it automatically by the time you need to do it. It’s also super annoying to set the time something needs to be done if you’re setting it at the same hour it currently is. For example, I set a task for today, last night at 11 pm. I wanted to do the task today at 11:15 am, but in order to set the time I had to first set it to 12, save it, and then go back and set it for 11:15. Utterly baffling and incredibly frustrating. I’ll keep using the app in the meantime but will keep looking around for something better.

You will use this program every day. I have used RTM for years. At first I used it to schedule all of my bills to pay, tax reports to file and other repeating reminders. Now, RTM is my only reminder program for all sorts of short and extended term tasks including calls to make, notes to log even movies to Watch on Netflix and Prime when I am traveling. I have high hopes for the Apple Watch app. So far, the app is ok but I am sure it will continue to be enhanced. Definitely worth the annual cost for the full version. Get your t now!

This one works. I have tried them all. Wunderlist, My To-Do and numerous others. They all failed one way or another. Mostly synchronizing problems. Remember The Milk has a perfect record. Have used it quite a while and it never failed me. I use it several times a day. Works great from computer to phone and phone to computer. I had a question on its use and customer support was right there with an easy to understand answer to my question. When you try this application your search for a reliable To-Do List will be over.

Not worth downloading.. It’s a bit annoying to set up (can’t be set up entirely from phone, you have to use desktop for the features that you want) and I wish having a reminder was the default setting with an option to turn off. I spent hours putting in my gardening and summer chore plans and none of them notify me at all because I didn’t manually add and set a reminder which takes extra time on top of the already time consuming task of making the item. Plus you have to use a desktop to enable reminders. So far apple reminders has been more functional for me but they are too easily dismissed. Not sure if I’ll use this app going forward, pretty disappointed in it. The user interface is also very clunky looking. Between the annoying way to have to input everything, the annoying way you have to set reminders and basically the annoying way you have to do everything on this app makes it not worth it to me. Plus they clearly take your data. They should be paying you for your data.

This App Has Matured Nicely. I tried this app about 5 years ago and stopped using it because it didn't suit my needs. A month ago I was searching for a good To-Do app and remembered this one and decided to give it another try. And I'm glad I did. It has matured since its early days into a very robust and intuitive app that keeps me on top of deadlines and ideas I want to keep track of for fleshing out at a later time. Now I don't know what I'd do without it.

Crisp. Functional. A+. My daily companion. Sync is great. Features just like on desktop. I very much like that they don't worry about fancy colour schemes and such on the interface. I think simplicity in GUI is important - it looks crisp. I love Siri integration, but would like more if there was a way to have Siri add things to my list due "Today" but without a time (as I can do when I manually enter in RTM). Otherwise, I have to tell Siri a time or something and I don't like this. Keep it up, team.

I love this app… just one issue. For some reason, I’m getting a ton of emails with my to-do list reminders. I have probably gotten at least 20 today. I used to get multiple emails… maybe 2 a day. I just figured that was a glitch. Now it’s a lot more. I don’t mean to complain. I just wanted the app developer to be aware so it can be fixed. Thanks. Otherwise, it’s a great app!

Great App - just needs more COLOR:). This is literally the 6th "to-do" app I've tried and it's the only one to exceed my expectations in most categories! I didn't give it the full 5 stars because I would like to see the following changes: #1 -- MORE COLOR choices for the Tags .... seems silly but this makes a huge difference to me. If the app is ugly or unappealing to the eye, I won't use it. #2 -- Having a quick, clean way to export the tasks into Excel would be extremely helpful. Other than the above, I love the app! I had previously used 2Do for the last couple of years and while it offers more colors and is really appealing to the eye, it doesn't have the flexibility/flow that RTM has.... my favorite view in RTM is the "This Week" view -- love it!!

Excellent app, needs improved UI. Overall, expensive but very useful, especially for syncing among multiple devices or people. My biggest complaint, and why I don't give it five stars, is there are frequently too many touches required to do something. For example, deleting an item requires four touches: Select the item, touch the three dots in the upper left corner of the screen, select delete, and confirm. Not good design. Another complaint is management of completed tasks. Rather than allowing you to select multiple tasks for a group delete or offering a delete all option, you have to individually delete every item you want. Also a case of needing to improve the UI.

The Best!. I’ve tried and use several task and project managers in conjunction with my various companies, Wrike, Teamwork, Trello, Basecamp, etc. We’ve also used high end CRM applications. I can honestly say RTM is the very best, simple yet powerful, fantastic GUI, manages all my work, my companies, and my life. My go to for reminders, for lightweight project management, and to manage my life. Works great on a desktop, even better on the iPad with the pencil, long press on tasks to change priority, date, tags, lists, etc. This is a “Gillette” situation, I liked it so much I tried to buy the company but it’s apparently run by a group of techies from around the world that like doing this. It’s apparent they do, works great, not commercialized, and not continually dis-improved to an over complex mess. This app can’t be beat and it doesn’t get the credit it deserves.

Indispensable!. The new RTM is indispensable. Overall, this has to be the best manager out there, even with strong competition from Wunderlist and Todoist. It feels like RTM is built by a smaller team. They aren't always the best at marketing, and they took a long time to update their app to compete with the other modern task managers, but once they did it was completely worth it. I (still) use MilkSync with Outlook to capture tasks from my email, and I also love that they have maintained Siri capture support. With the combo of using Launchy on my Windows laptop for work, this means that I have quick capture that is as fast as paper and pen, no matter what I'm doing. I think this is the area where most task managers fail, but RTM just shines. My wish list for improvements would include rich text notes support when transferring tasks to and from Outlook, and honestly to include some of the cool graphic customization options available on the web app. Thanks Bob!!

Thrilled it’s still around!. I used this app over 10 years ago to coordinate to do lists with my assistant. Best app at that time! We’ve moved to other higher end list apps, plus “remember the milk” isn’t the most professional name in a business environment. RTM just popped into my head today and when I searched it, thrilled to see it’s still here and as highly rated as ever! A wonderful productivity app.

Great while using the free version!!. I’m a student and I really enjoy using the app and have it synced to my laptop for both school work and personal reminders!! I love how it’s easy to make separate lists and combine them altogether because it helps me prioritize properly. My only grief is that it doesn’t send a banner notification through the app on phone, because I don’t want a text or email. Altogether tho, super helpful!!

Option to keep reminder on the lock screen!. Great app, but its quite easy to overlook sometimes. Could you please add a feature where the notifications from RTM stay on the lock screen even after the iPhone is opened? Kinda like the apple reminder app. Also, and option to say “progress has been made” or “task has been started” would be awesome for keeping track of things one may have started but not finished :) that way you get to feel like you checked something off but know that it still needs work.

Super easy once you learn it. This is a very efficient task list system once you find and learn all the functions. There are lots different ways to accomplish the same organizing step. You can find the best organizing process for yourself rather than being locked into a rigid process. The smart lists are perfect - the ability to track tasks from multiple perspectives is very important for me, so those are the most useful feature for me. It definitely takes some experimenting and time to learn the interface, but like I said, once learned it makes perfect sense and is very efficient. Very smart design. I can’t imagine going back to any other system.

Amazing product AND customer support. I have ADHD and this app allows me to take my to-do list with me, break larger tasks into smaller tasks (pro is worth it just for this feature!) and provides a little dopamine boost when you’ve completed the list for the day! (Love the milk carton) You can minimize what is on the screen or break it down to what your needs are. In addition, their support team is outstanding and was emailing with me at almost 10pm ET to make sure the issue was resolved. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this app! THANK YOU!

My new favorite to-do app. I've been a big fan of Wunderlist, which is great for tracking most things. I also like ToDoist. However, the new RTM is more sophisticated than Wunderlist and more elegant than ToDoist so is a perfect match for my needs. I particularly like that you can rate the importance of items and can sort by those ratings -- this is missing in Wunderlist. I also like that it tracks Done items -- this is poorly implemented in Wunderlist. The iPhone app for RTM is sophisticated but fairly easy to use. Nicely done.

I *want* to love it ... but I don’t.. There’s a lot to love about this app. Multiple types of lists, flexible, the ability to share lists with friends, family, co-workers... all cool. The problem is that most of the useful features and controls are only available when you spin up your desktop computer. NOT. FROM. THE. PHONE. APP. As an example, I would like to add my husband to the grocery list. But the app won’t let me do that. Go home and use the computer, because I can’t do this simple task while I am out running errands. Okay. He’s added. (Took me two days to remember while I was actually in front of the computer, but that sort of thing is why I need a list app anyway, right?) He gets to the store to buy groceries. Pulls out his phone and opens the app. No list! Why not? Well, he was supposed to remember to turn on his computer and accept the list. He can’t do that (or even see that it needs to be done) from the app. Does this make any sense? No. It does not. If and when the RTM team ever gets their act together to make an app that actually works on a mobile device, I might revisit their work. Meanwhile? Forget it.

Lifesaver!. This app was recommended to me by a career counselor at my law school, and it helps me keep my life under control and to manage my stress. The lists are excellent, since whenever I have a complicated task with a lot of subparts, I can break it up under a list and spread it out over several weeks. I have about eight lists, and they populate their tasks to the daily and weekly planners every day. So I can see what I need to get done for the eight or so sources of responsibility in my life, without having to worry about anything getting away from me. And I'm able to redistribute things easily when I have too much on my plate. Plus I was able to create a personal fulfillment list, put activities there that I enjoy, and treat them as part of the things that I need to get done every day, if possible. So it helps me build more "me" time into my schedule and I'm much happier for it. The only thing better would be if it integrated with Yahoo! calendar like it does with Gmail. Also, I had to pick one device to use it on, since I found that when I paid for continuous syncing and tried to use it on my iPhone, iPad, and laptop, the sync would not work well. It actually duplicated a lot of entries. But those are just a couple of side issues, on the whole, the app is really a lifesaver!

Powerful AND Easy!. EASY: RTM is very easy to jump into considering how robust a todo app it is. If you’re looking for a very simple todo app, built more for function over form, RTM is a great choice. Compared to other simple todo apps, RTM has a little learning curve but if you ever need to grow in your todo needs, choosing RTM will pay off big. POWERFUL: And if you need a very flexible todo app that will match most any workflow, RTM’s powerful customizable filtering (“smart lists”) and sorting has got you covered.

Very good to-do manager. It's not a project manager, so set your expectations appropriately. I have been using RTM for years and I live and die by it. It is an excellent day-to-day to-do organizer. You can set repeating tasks, give tasks locations, assign a time estimate, and tag tasks to help you organize yourself. RTM doesn't enforce any "getting things done" framework, but is flexible enough to be made to work for just about any organizational style.

Has everything!. I have been using RTM Pro for years and find it has almost everything I need. It is extremely stable. The Evernote sync is wonderful! The sort options are amazing! The only thing I would request is the ability to add files and checklists directly in RTM, but I accomplish that through Evernote and sync it. Thank you!

Truly Awesome!. I love this app. I think I have seen with RTM from almost the beginning. I love the simplicity of it all. Tasks, priorities, dues dates, custom lists. The search keeps getting better. Siri integration does just what I need it to do and it’s just a smooth and clean interface. The only think I would like to see is the ability the embed images in tasks. That would be handy. But other than that this does precisely what I need it to do and has for years. Worth every penny!

Good! Easy!! Helpful!!!. I have tried several organizers/to-do lists and always went back to pencil and paper (I’m in my 60s and a bit old fashioned). Then I tried RTM. I have been using the pro version for over a year now and DO NoT miss my pencil and paper. It is flexible and easy to use. Keeps me in line with everything from daily reminders to call my mom to monthly “check the filter in mini-split” and yearly dentist appt and everything in between. I rarely write reviews, but this is worth the time. Highly recommend.

Simply great. Have tried lots of productivity/planning apps and this is the only one I have been able to stick with. I cant exactly put my finger on why but this app just works for me. I like how you can track all your projects including the big ones but not feel overwhelmed because you can look at the daily task list and just start knocking stuff out one by one. Keep up the good work!

A longstanding standout. My coworker has used this for almost a decade. I tried it but liked the flashier todo list apps. But one by one they went defunct or the company was bought and the app was neglected. But RTM has hung on and now I’m back and loving it. It has come a long way. I live the control and options, but also so easy to use. I especially like the natural language entry for repeats and dates because it’s easier to keep type my than click around to set dates. Thanks RTM. I’m glad to be back.

A love this app. This is THE best app, especially for supporting GTD. It sync's great, catetories, subtasks, tagging all help trememdously with organizing. I have one tiny complaint. On the desktop app - when you add a task - you need to hit the "DONE" button, which feels SO WRONG, because the task is not done. Everytime I click this, I cringe and think of the developer that implemented this without thinking of the user. RTM uses the term COMPLETE when something is done, but still... DONE?? Please don't replace it with a checkbox either. Maybe SAVE would be a good choice instead.

I know what to do now!. I am constantly writing chicken-scratch lists of things to do. As time goes on, I have several sheets of partly crossed out items. Having an app to maintain my lists, with custom categories, notes, suspense dates, awh...... it's so reassuring! I am at peace that all my good ideas of things to do are always conveniently captured and easily updated, wherever I am. Very good app that is a great assistant in helping me prioritize my life. Bam!

Excellent mobile productivity. I've used Remember The Milk since 2007, and their iOS app has been my favorite way to manage my tasks and stay on top of everything. Smart Lists are my favorite because I can see just what I want to do, but I also love the subtasks, attachments, drag and drop ordering, multi-edit, and quick navigation through the app. The Evernote integration is handy also.

I keep coming back. I have tried many options, including paper. However, Remember the Milk is the one task list which keeps me coming back. Something about the initial simplicity makes me want to use it. When I find myself needing more complex functionality such as repeat task or smart lists coupled with excellent labeling, it’s there. Beyond this I love the input system. Do yourself a favor and really learn the shortcuts. You will be flying through tasks in no time.

Great, but missing calendar view. Switched from HiTask because I couldn’t share tasks with my employee. RTM works better. Took some time getting used to the different UI and the lack of calendar view, but I’m getting used to it. I use a lot of recurring tasks and only one instance appears at a time. Only when you complete the task the next instance will appear. That took some getting used to. Still using the free version, but may upgrade so I can use subtasks.

13 Years of being my FAVORITE ❤️. I have been a RTM Pro subscriber since 2009. It has only gotten better, more powerful, more, reliable, and more useful in that time. What I love the most is that it hasn’t gotten overly complicated in the process. It still stretches from simple todo list app to backlog project management without losing what at the core are some really good ideas. There is a lot of research on how much space in your brain is used up trying to remember things you need to not forget. Being able to capture those things somewhere that is reliable and will pop them back up when they are important is what lets your brain release them and use its energy for something else. RTM’s elegant capture of tasks literally gives you your brainpower back! 🧠 Worth every penny!

I prefer simplicity. The app is fairly simple but I did not like that when I added a new item to the list it defaulted to the bottom of the list where I could easily forget about it. I couldn’t figure out how to make the items add to the top of the list. Also, I could organize by priority or by drag and drop but I could not use both at the same time which I found a bit frustrating. I like to keep a living list that I move around a lot to keep organized. I did not find that part very easy. But it was very easy to add new tasks, which is important. The app had a lot of features without being over complicated, but ease of use was not completely up to par for me. And extra points for the cute name and logo.

Why have I never tried this app before?. Just downloaded this on a whim. I've used Todoist, Wunderlist, Omnifocus 2, Things 3, 2Do, and paper planners before but never tried RTM. Since I'm addicted to dabbling in different apps I decided to give it a try. The interface has come a long way. I'm finding the web and iOS apps to be snappy, easy to use, and have a feeling of flexibility and understated power. Feels faster to sync and more flexible than Omnifocus, easier to navigate than Things 3, less fiddly than 2Do, and most importantly of all, more powerful than Todoist because it has START DATES!! iOS app look and feel is simple, clean, polished, and friendly. Really pleasantly surprised. Also love the monkey mascot.

Loved for a decade!. Love this app! I’ve been using it for many years and it has kept all my tasks at my fingertips. I would like to ask the developers to fix the issue with time zone changes. When I travel, my tasks become yesterday even though it’s the same day I just changed time zones. When I add a task while in another time zone it shows up out of order when I get home.

Very useful! Kind of expensive.. I love using this app. It's so convenient to be able to assign chores, homework, and tasks to every member of the family. My kids can put a school supply on my shopping list and my husband and I can share the responsibilities of running our business. When you can't call or text someone, this app is so helpful to get things delegated. I gave it 4 stars as an average. The usefulness is beyond 5 stars. But I'm getting sick of having to pay subscription fees for every last thing! (We keep our old laptops around because we own all the software.) So another $40 subscription fee brings the stars down. Really do love the app though.

Great app!. I love this app! My review is for both the desktop as well as the app version. I was looking for an ideal thing to meet my needs, and remember the milk came along. I actually use it for my to do list and as a goal planner. It’s functionality is neat and you can sort everything into categories (under lists). Whereas I dislike a lot of other list and goal apps where they make it so difficult to do anything and even charge for creating a goal. 😡 For this app, if you want subtasks, you have to pay, but you can just separate things by spaces and commas. Everything that you write on the desktop version is immediately updated on the phone app version.

Excellent application and execution of task management. I've been using of and on for almost 10 years. This application has so many functions to compensate for the different reoccurance patterns. Be it monthly, be it every 4 weeks. Be it only reoccurance 4 weeks after its completed. Sounds like the same thing, but they aren't. It's so important to ensure I get reminders how I need to and WHEN I need to. And this is not only the best task app, but it's on every platform, integration with Outlook and Gmail in browsers. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

Drag and Drop doesn’t work. I am so bummed! I spent $ and HOURS of time setting up my tasks on their Pro account. I loved the subtasks. Loved the repeating tasks. Loved the easy to use interface. Disappointed that there are only 3 priorities. Then I was encouraged with the drag and drop feature to order tasks. I spent MORE TIME organizing my tasks using the drag and drop feature. When I went back in, my tasks are out of order. Contacted the developer, they have no plans to fix this and basically don’t care to investigate this. Beyond frustrating! HUGE BUMMER and a deal breaker for me. For the expensive price, I expect their features to work.

The best task app!. I've been using this app for years, probably since 2010. I've tried other apps, and nothing works as well as this one! I love the ability to set repeating tasks, to set priorities, and to create my own lists. It's simple, never glitchy, and easy to use. It's great for managing my life!! I can't rave about this app enough. Plus, the support team is so helpful and nice! Always go to them before writing a bad review because I've found it's usually user error (aka me making a mistake in the app haha) versus anything wrong on their part.

Loving the update!. I took a break from using RTM because I wasn't able to receive notifications for my tasks through my phone. Recently, I realized that I missed the app, so I re-downloaded it and discovered the notification feature! Finally! I thrive on reminders, and now that I can set them up, I am a happy camper and will be more productive. Now, the only other thing that kept me from giving the update/app the five stars is the inability to quickly delete tasks I no longer need. Selecting individual tasks can get time-consuming, especially for someone who really likes to outline her day! Add that as well, and we are GOLDEN.

Ignores modern gesture support. RTM does a good job of honoring recent Google interface standards. For example it has a big circle with a plus sign to let me add a task. Unfortunately it completely ignores the use of gestures. Yes, it has two primitive strokes - stroke left and stroke right. Those “complete” a task or let “postpone” it. However, how delete with a stroke? It’s as though they never looked at a modern app such as, Clear. No delete stroke. Well, what about creating a new task? Nope. You have to tap through a series of awkward choices. No stroking. Switching lists? Of course there’s a stroke, right? Nope. Switching views? In your dreams. The bottom line it is much slower and more awkward to use than it should be. Additionally, and this may be my fault, the View mechanism seems awkward. I spent a while trying to figure it out. Help pages are *pathetic*! I gave up after a fair amount of effort. I suggest you go find a To Do app that keeps up with the exciting and excellent use of stroke gestures, deep press, and all the other simplifying ideas that Apple has added to iOS. P.s. I just remembered - I could not even drag items to reorder the list. Even if there is a “sort manually” options (which I could not find), there aren’t drag bars. I invite the developers, again, to go check other cutting edge apps and keep up.

Best App for preparing and executing a ToDo List!. Ever since I started using this application as a substitute for multiple pieces of paper, I have become much more efficient about getting things done on a daily basis. And if you are afraid of losing a paper format for your to do list, you can always print the list from your computer. Regardless, it is very easy to add Chores to the list and gain satisfaction when removing them electronically. You'll never regret making the decision to use this application and be forevermore organized and productive!

This App helps me live each day with intention and focus!. As a child my mom had a system of recipe cards With each task that would help her keep her house clean, written on it, and put in a recipe box. She would physically rotate each card as each task was completed. This app is that system on steroids! I love every one of its features.... it takes my scheduling and my to do list to a whole new level.

I'm a fan. Did a ton of research comparing to do list apps and finally settled on RTM. Biggest factor for me was integration with google calendar--since that's my life line, I need a to do list that I can see alongside my google calendar easily and RTM does just that. I wish that I could cross off tasks while in the google calendar view though-- it seems silly not to have that.

I think it's a great app. I really think RTM is a great app for managing tasks. The interface doesn't have too much stuff on it but just a right amount which makes it really useful. At least I think so. It's great to help me be on top of all the various things I need to be on top of especially when you have new things that come into the picture and come up on a regular basis.

Amazing app!. I've experimented with many todo list apps out there and this one is the best. I'm actually getting stuff done now and it's this app that's making this possible. When I first got this I went to the blog and just read things for fun and what happened is many ah-ha moments where I thought "oh wow I can do that?!" If you invest the time learning what it can do you'll want to utilize this app to its full potential and then in end you'll make things happen too. Update: it's my second year in a row for the premium upgrade and let me tell you it's worth every penny! I'm a frugal guy, so at first I hated the thought of that annual payment. But it breaks down to a few bucks a month so that's not so bad. Buy 'em a coffee once a month kinda thing. Now I'm completely fine with it because the app really is so superior to other to-do apps. I've wasted countless time trying other apps (even paid ones) and in the end I always come back to RTM. This update is a reminder to myself to stop thinking about the possibility of an alternative, consider the payment a simple cup of coffee to my great developer friend once a month, and enjoy RTM for the rest of my life!!!!

Middle School Principal. I was using Todoist to stay organized and focused. Was very happy and even went premium after a while for a few added features .Downloaded the free version of RTM just to play with after reading some great reviews. The free RTM is more functional for me than Todoist and even had the added features I wanted from Todoist. It works flawlessly for me, especially with the many repeating tasks in my role. Weekly and monthly tasks are entered once and appear on the day I need to handle them every week or month. Great for safety, maintenance items, and monthly reports. Emails that require my attention are forwarded to RTM and appear as a task with the email body as a note. That really beats reading them once and flagging them as unread so I don’t forget them, which was clogging up my inbox. I can schedule the task when I have time to decide on a date, and no more important matters falling through the cracks. Most importantly...inbox zero every day in my email. I am not sure the premium version of RTM has enough added value for my particular use, but I may try it just to make sure RTM stays profitable so I stay productive. The daily morning email of my tasks and the text reminders are perfect for me. I still have Todoist on all my devices and desktop, but it has become a good but lonely app as of late. I would recommend RTM to anyone not completely satisfied with their current to do app.

Great Evernote integration / Just OK overall (for free version). I originally switched from another task manager because of Evernote integration. The 2-way sync with EN is super smooth. Just switched back to previous app because: With RTM, you have to pay to get reminders. RTM’s user interface is very clunky and inefficient. RTM ‘s Pro features price is way too much, and what's up with "yearly" subscription? There are other task manager apps with better usability for free, and there are too many apps with subscriptions now. I would not dish out more than $1.99/mon for a to-do app with mediocre user interface. I might pay $$ for apps to help me “Do” the job, but not to “Tell me” to do the job. I hope RTM will step up the overall design to be worth its Pro price or provide a more reasonable monthly plan.

Works well with the web version. I love the coloured tags (paid feature), easy postponing of task due dates and the cow is cute! Could be slightly slicker in look and feel on the iPhone.

Great Value. Money well spent on Pro - productivity benefits over 1 year are enormous. Customer service is quick and helpful. The app makes good use of slide navigation. No bugs that I can see. Check out forums for clever tips by extremely clever users.

GTD savior. Love the web app, love the iPhone app. I suspect negative reviews are from those too cheap to pay for a pro account. If you aren't sure if this app is for you, sign up for a free web account and try out RTM. If you find, like me, that the web app completes your GTD system, you'll find the iPhone app a perfect addition.

Indispensable!. I've been using this app for a while now, and it's a critical part of my day. I recently got an iPad and was delighted with the iPad version of the app as well. It's definitely worth getting the subscription, AND it's worthwhile taking some time to set it up properly too. Take a read through their blog posts, and check out the getting things done setup.

Simple but powerful. Remember the Milk is a great app for setting up a GTD workflow with its support for Locations, Tags and Smart (search-based) Lists. The previous version of the app had a better UI than the current version, but it's still very useable. One frustration is the amount of time the app takes to respond when switching to it from another app, sometimes seems like up to 10 seconds.

Loving the speed that I can allocate tasks. I run an accounting firm and I love the ease and speed that I can allocate tasks in RTM.

Great app for getting things done. The free iPhone app is very good, but if you want to sync with your online RTM account it is worth the small yearly subscription fee to upgrade to a Pro Account. I have tried many other productivity apps that look great, but I never end up using them for more than a few days. If you want an app that lets you keep all your lists & tasks in the one place; and makes it easy to see what you have to do & when; I still think this is one of the best apps around. If you are a fan of David Allen's GTD methodology, then you really don't need anything more (especially if you're just getting started). In short, it is simple but effective. You don't have to waste lots of time setting it up or learning how to use it; and you can easily tailor your lists and related tasks/actions to suit your needs. The UI for the iPhone is very functional, but it could do with an update to make it a bit more visually appealing. Currently (as far as I can tell) the only web based calendar RTM is compatible with is 30Boxes, which is disappointing & I would like to see this feature improved in future updates. I also think it could be useful to customise the priority tags beyond 1-3. I think at least up to 4 would be better, especially for people using Covey's Priority Matrix. Overall, I think it is a great app, especially if you have a Pro Account & I recommend it to others.

Best todo app out there, but that's not saying much.. RTM gets what many todo apps out there don't get - an interface should prioritise function over form. There's nothing more irritating than flashy graphics and lame or convoluted ways to enter or edit information. Simplicity and speed of entry MUST be the number one thing. I wish it wouldn't require online syncing for the desktop app. Should have local lists and compare them when sync is available.

No location based reminders. Even though this app puts you through the trouble of setting up locations it doesn’t actually offer location based reminders. So this made it useless to me. Extremely disappointed this was not mentioned more clearly. I would like a refund please.

Watch out for sneaky auto-renew. This app just stung me for a $62 fee for an auto-renew feature I did not agree to. It is an ordinary app- and expensive and dishonest auto-renew is the last straw. Do not use Remember the Milk.

Version 3.0 Very Nearly Perfect. I have been a long time user of the old iPhone app, which was very solid and easy to use. This update makes managing my RTM tasks a VERY smooth, fun and enjoyable experience. Now, if only the website could get the same quality of visual refresh, my aesthetic needs would be completely sated :-) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

All in all failing. Rememberthemilk (RTM) is a decent todo list manager with a very cute brand. I used web version and app with a subscription for a few years. However a few usability issues never got addressed: So for example Tag selection on existing tasks is a nightmare-ish long list. What drove me away is that the iPhone push notifications never worked reliably: You set them up and they work, but maybe a month later they stop functioning. You need to go through some hoops to get it working again - and the same will happen. But NOTIFICATIONS CAN BE CRUCIAL and need to be trustable. So eventually I gave up and moved on.

Best task management tool ever!!. I have used several tools for task management and struggled to find one that had ALL of the functionality I needed. This is the easiest tool to use and because of this, it is easy for anyone to make task management a routine. The pro subscription is worst every cent. I sync between PC, iPad and iPhone and it's a breeze to manage my tasks and get more things completed. I also share tasks with others so that no tasks goes unforgotten. And with SIRI, I can easily tell my iPhone to remind me to do a task, and SIRI adds it to RTM! Easy as!! I highly recommend RTM!

Thank you, remember everything now. This is a great app for reminders, routine, and scheduling. I was so off the track of everything. This app has changed my life. Ever since I started using this app, with whatever routine and reminder and schedule I add to it, I follow it 98% of the time with great discipline, and my life has changed. I'm a changed man now. I've been able to achieve a lot since I started using this app, and I'm never going to stop using it! So simple and easy to use. It has everything. There are so many other similar but complex apps out there. I've used almost all of them. Remember, the milk is the beat app! Thank you, developers, from another developer.

Keeps me on track as a consulting engineer. As a structural engineer, I have spent a lot of my 17 year career with paper task lists lying around, because I've usually been in a hurry and it was easy to add another task to a paper list. It wasn't easy to prioritise the tasks, nor was it great when the list got longer than a page. Some of the high priority tasks would always end up at the bottom. I've tried to use ms outlook more than once, but it takes too long to enter tasks, and wasn't much better than paper at priority management. I've used excel based lists at times with priority numbers assigned to each task. I could sort the list by priority, and I found it easier to enter tasks than outlook, but it still took too long. I still had paper lists after phone calls and meetings with clients, and every few days I would have to enter all this info into my spreadsheet and re-sort it. Remember the milk (rtm) teamed with my iPad makes it easy to enter new tasks while on the phone or the road, and most importantly, while I'm away from my pc. I often wake up at night and spend breakfast pondering issues I have to resolve (much to my wife's annoyance). It's very easy to add a few extra personal and professional tasks to rtm, before I head for the office or the first site meeting. Love it.

Very good app. I'm just using the free version to replace using Tasks in Outlook for personal use, but now with multi-platform, multi-PC synchronisation. The key feature for me was to be able to reschedule a certain period after an item was completed (rather than after it was due - for example, if you were delayed 5 days doing the weekly backup, you don't want it rescheduled for 2 days later).

Top notch. Still the best out there and highly customisable with no fancy and time-wasting animations (though the cow logo is questionable and still takes getting used to). Smart lists are amazing as well as its tight integration with Shortcuts and automation. It would be nice if the UI was updated in line the other to do lists out there though, it’s looking a little old.

Doesn't support multiple time zones. App works so far if you manage tasks, due dates and appointmens in one time zone only. Because the ICal Feeds were implemented incompletely (not including the time zone of the event) it is a nightmare and mistly useless to work with when managing tasks in different time zones. Although this bug is known to support for years it has not been fixed yet.

Excellent list App, improved by latest update. I've been a keen user of the desktop version, and its marvelous to now be able to use it anytime on my phone and have it sync automatically (with the Pro subscription) to the desktop version. This update brings the phone version much closer to the rich functionality of the desktop version. The Notes on a Task are now displayed in a more user-friendly manner, easier for editing. The only thing I don't like is that the Task name now appears in a handwriting-type script which is really messy looking and hard to read.

i love this app 🥺. organising the heck out of my life since i got this app lol i’ve been rlly enjoying it!! i hope it helps others a lot too, i highly recommend giving it a go, gl 🌻

Straight forward to use. I struggle with complicated technology and am too busy to spend heaps of time learning. Straight forward to use for 50 something busy business owner. Created different lists for all my entities and personal lists.

Best To Do App for iPhone. Still incredulous that the iPhone doesn't ship with To Do lists, I've compared the many third party offerings. RTM is easily the most powerful & flexible reminder system available. Looking at their blog, I'm also looking forward to the improvements I hope will be released soon for their slightly clunky web interface. Keep up the development people. You have the best product, keep making it faster & easier to use.

Love. Love that I can keep my work and personal life separate. If I think of something for work at night or on the weekend I open my work list, type it in and close it! On the weekends I only look at my personal list. It took a few days to get used to it but I can't live without it now. I'm more productive right around the clock and feel so organized. I love that I can compartmentalize my life and it syncs everywhere. Tip: I no longer let my work day be determined by my inbox. I work only from my RTM list. If something in my inbox requires action I put it on my list.

Great app !. Only reason is not 5 is there a tick icon to select tasks and it doesn't necessarily mean done. But I use it to share a shopping list with another person and it works very well. Solid.

Great but Pro should be cheaper. What a great app! Integrates between my iPhone, iPad and iGoogle. With ease. Pity the Pro version is so expensive. I'd be willing to Bet that if RTM charged far less for Pro (say $5.00 per year) they would get many, many more users. It's. All about economics guys! ... But do please keep up the great work.

Awesome. I’ve tried out quite a few to do apps and this one is the best by far. A great balance between usability and advanced features.

Excellent practically focussed product. I really love the approach of using text shortcuts for things like tags, priorities, due dates etc. it means that entering a task is really quick - which for me is the core of usability. Why do we sometimes still revert to using a hand scribble note or a text list? Usually because the process of quickly making a list of stuff to do is just too many clicks and formats to get it done. Not with rtm. Finally there is a quick way to input the task and then ONLY what you want to add as extras. I also really like being able to use tags. Personally I use them to group tasks that other people have a stake in, so if it's a task that involves Bob and the Finance dept I tag it with #Bob #finance. I can then easily find all finance related tasks or things that Bob needs to know about by just searching on the tags.

The best investment. I absolutely love this app. This app and the program behind it have helped change my life. It is so useful for keeping lists, keeping a calendar for my whole family including my dogs and even storing recipes. You can sync it back to your calendar on outlook or on your iPhone and use it to plan your life. If there's one app you have to buy, it's this one. I've even been able to get my partner to use it and now we put our life tasks and events into "the cow"!

Love it. I wish the app would cross across my different platforms, I can't see a way of getting my iPad to talk to my phone or mini iPad or my pc. Bit of a nuisance really, but it is so easy to use and a memory jogger. Is helping sooooo much with the procrastinator in me. Dreaming of the day when all is done and I know I don't have to worry cos RTM will be empty list. Yeh!

best app for organising lists, projects, and life. i must have bought 20 different productivity apps before i found this one. Now I can get rid of the others. RTM replaces them all very nicely. So easy to use, intuitive and reminders are so timely and geographic. just before I get to work RTM reminds me of whats important. I am so much more productive and efficient i feel like i actually have some hope of achieving my goals now.

Flexible. RTM is a great service that provides me with the flexibility I need to implement GTD the way I want to. You can tell a lot of thought has been put into the UI and the ability to run RTM on just about every platform means that it is always with me. I've through just about every todo application from OmniFocus, Things to Todo and 2do. RTM is the only one that gave me the multi platform availability and flexibility in configuration that I needed, then backed it with an excellent user experience in the app.

Enjoying remember the milk. This particular app is living up to my expectations of what I hoped I would be able to achieve by downloading an online daily planner. I am retired, so I only want it for my personal use. I still have a lot to learn about how the app works but even in these early stages I am finding it is making a big difference to my daily life by allowing me to work out and structure my days activities. I also appreciate the fact that I can look back on a day and see how much I have or have not achieved. That last point is a tremendous psychological benefit to me. One of the issues with retirement has been I sometimes wonder what I have done with my day. Now as a result of using this app I know! As I stated I am still learning and I think eventually I will upgrade to the pro version of this app. Regards Gavan Bennett

Always come back to RTM. I've tried them all, but for overall, cross platform functionality, you can't beat RTM. Great apps and well supported with regular updates.

Milk sync does not work. Original issue for the couple of months that still remains the same despite their support team trying to resolve the issue. 1. Start milk sync 2. Milk sync icon on the task bar shows animation that it is syncing but it stays ar 25% even if left on for an entire day 3. No NEW tasks from outlook are synced to the web app Things tried 1. Uninstall and reinstall of milk sync - not worked 2. Changed the computer (reinstallation of outlook, operating system, hardware, RTM and milk sync) - not worked 3. Something that the support team did at the back end - I got most of my historically closed or open tasks in outlook into RTM and all the tasks were displaced from their folders ( a complete mess that I had to sort out manually) STILL NEW ISSUES CREATED IN OUTLOOK NOT SYNCING 4. Today, I killed milk sync and restarted it, I made a new tasks in outlook and placed a tag (agendas) that RTM also has and waited for much longer than 20 seconds. The test task does not appear in RTM web app or desktop app. I choose to use remember the milk pro because of the ability to sync outlook tasks with RTM. I have been unable to use RTM effectively.

Awesome. This is the perfect to do list - It should come pre-installed on every iPad! The name makes it sound unprofessional - but it is the best app I have come across for organizing your tasks in and out of the office - everyone who has more than three things to do each day would benefit from this!

Great app, don't complain about the price. Yes it does cost more than most apps in the app store, but really if it's going to become your main To-Do list organiser then the $25/yr for the "Pro" account needed to use this app works out to be only about 50 cents a week which isn't much to be able to use this great app to stay organised. I actually prefer using this app to the web version of RTM for many things, because it's just more fun to use, especially using the swipe gesture to mark a task completed. It's great for when you're out in the car, you can look for tasks that are located 'nearby' using GPS no matter where you are.

Excellent personal productivity tool. I like personal productivity tools and sites like lifehacker and 43folders - and Remember the Milk has a fantastic website that really has enabled me to create and track tasks better than ever. This app extends that onto the iPad with a very smooth and intuitive interface. I paid for the 'pro' version to support it, and to get the sync'ing from the iPad, which works quietly in the background. Highly recommended.

Best in class!. Beautiful interface, not cluttered, great feature set, not bombarded with awful color schemes RTM is a welcome surprise in a very crowded field. Also syncs beautifully between my iPhone and iPad. So it costs a little to pay for more regular syncing...but it's elegant simplicity and gorgeous interface make me want to use it, even if I don't have anything TO DO.

I love RTM. I absolutely love the web version of RTM and I've been using it for years. I downloaded the iPhone app when it was relatively new but back then there wasn't much point having it unless you had a Pro account. I'm delighted to find that the app has since been updated and now you can do a lot more without having a Pro account - thank you! The only comments I have about the app are it would be nice (as some other users have mentioned) to get a UI refresh - something a bit simpler? And I also find syncing postponed tasks can be a bit glitchy (e.g. if I postpone a task in the web version and sync to mobile I sometimes get duplicates).

Best app for syncing tasks with Outlook. I spent a long time researching the best app to sync with Outlook tasks. This is the one! Support is excellent for pro users.

Great app and so easy to use. I have tried several apps for reminders and to do lists but Remember the Milk is now my favourite by far. It is very simple and easy to enter tasks and then to edit and delete. The feature to be able to enter repeating tasks is also very useful. The syncing between Iphone and Ipad, is excellent. I find I use this app more and more every day.

RTM the memory app. Been using Remember The Milk for years. Be lost without it

Been using RTM for over a year - its great!. I've used more task managers over the years than I can remember and RTM is the best I've used. I use it every day. A great iPhone app, excellent iPad app, web access and solid syncing mean that I can get to my tasks everywhere I need them. For the whingers complaining about it not being free - go and use a free task manager and stop complaining. If you want something that works everywhere and is reliable, pay your $25 and use RTM.

Fabulous app. Great app to get yourself organised

Excellent App. This is my #1 Task Management App. Syncs between devices, managed by a VA. Keeps organized and tidy. I run my life off this App. Could be improved by being able to email from task and overall aesthetic is not as appealing as others. Online version is clunkier than the Apps. That said. The overall simplicity and synchronization wins every time #veryhappy

Awesome. My only gripe is that there’s been a bug for a while with the alignment of tasks on screen. If you accidentally swipe at the screen it can go askew. Then you have to close app and reopen. Otherwise ... It does everything you could want and syncs brilliantly across multiple devices. Pro is worth every cent (I was highly sceptical but it is). have been a pro user for years and years. Very happy overall

World Class 1st Class.. Still No. 1. iPhone 5 release on time. Perfect synch between iPhone, iPad and Mac/PC. The App is world class, appreciated by the well organized (or hoping to be) as it has, by far, the most comprehensive set of features anywhere. However, more 'casual' users will be happy with the free version, but you would upgrade to Pro soon, especially if you want the best synch tools around. The description states upfront this App is 'Free with Pro Account'; it never pretended otherwise. I have an RTM Pro account and this 'extension' into my iPhone & iPad works like a dream, with smooth a d flawless synch. If you ever used RTM Free Account, this App alone is worth the upgrade to Pro.

Fast! Clean and versatile. Quick and runs on everything. Handles any workflow. Used for work and home. However I found that after some years, I longed for a calendar view that could also see my Google calendar, so just switched to TickTick. But I’ll be keeping an eye on RTM.

Best to do list ever. Love this app.

My most used app. I was also happy to pay for a Pro account for a quality solution to my eternal list of to-do's! I switched from Toodledo and have found RTM to be faster in sync and load times and offers much more intuitive summary options. Very clean interface and an extensive list of services. Well worth the subscription (which were clearly advertised). An essential app!

Great Update!. I started off with RTM in 2014 but then settled in on various other lists such as Todoist, Wunderlist, Any.do and finally 2do. While I really like the features of 2do, this latest update has made me come back to Remember the Milk. Clean interface, ease of use, nice smart lists and the cross platform convenience make it a great app. I paid for the Pro version which is a little expensive on a renewing basis but if it means having the money to keep improving on a great app then I certainly don't mind paying. Give this app a try. Well worth it.

Great todo app that I can't live without. I've been a long time RTM user, and always love it. It helps me manage tasks and allow me to keep track of every thing I ought to do. The user interface of the app is clean and responsive. $25 a year is a small amount of money to pay for excellent develop team. For those who complain the app is not free, please read the app description, it states clearly it's free for pro user. However, you can try it for free before deciding if pro is worthy. For me, it is. Thanks RTM. [Update] After using the app for awhile, I can't help but feeling frustrated about this app's interface. Adding a task is so difficult, it takes quite a few steps to get it done. To mark a task as complete, you can't do it in one step on the task list screen, you will have to tap Edit, scroll down to bottom, and tap complete. The user interface is unnecessarily difficult, I end up only use the app for checking my current tasks. I'd be appreciated if RTM can add the task in text form only, no more tapping here and there. Simple is the key to succeed, especially for an handheld application.

Needs work. Smart lists need work. For instance, alotting a task by week

This native iPhone version is MOOsic to my ears!. Been using this app for years now. Overall very useful. But I think it’s getting old. Im always trying to keep as few items as possible but finding it really hard as it’s just too easy to create uncategorized item. Adding keywords to tasks is unnecessarily complicated.

Oops. Thanks for all the reviews people, just read about the $25/year.....ummm no - delete.

New update with Smart Add Shortcuts!. I've always felt that the RTM iPhone app was nice but not as enjoyable of an experience as on the web, especially since they've introduced the smart add shortcuts. With the update just out today though, they're there! I currently have pro accounts with Reqall and Toodledo as well as Remember The Milk to compare, and I have to say RTM is the best one. Thanks for the update guys. These guys are worth supporting!

Love the design update!. I've been using this app as my second brain and was already happy with it. I love love love the redesign. Has made a big difference in usability. I would be stuck without this app. I pay for the pro service for the auto syncing and devices. In my phone I can see tasks in my calendar for a better overview with my other calendar items.

Bad. Not free

Perfect app until it wanted $54.99 YEARLY. This app is exactly what I have been searching for! I was really excited it had everything I needed and started inputting my info right afterxnfbvf fight you dc xx. I started making my To Do List and realized if I wanted any sort of notification or alarm to go I had to sign up for the pro version. I never pay for apps or subscriptions but I was willing to pay for this app until I saw how much it was. $54.99 a YEAR for features that should be included in a free model. I’m back on the hunt for my perfect app.

No option if you forget your password. I used to have this app and I deleted it decided to get it back I already had an account, but it won't allow me to sign in because it keeps saying my passwords wrong but there's no option to have your password sent to you if you forgot it .. I deleted this up again.. Won't download it again it won't let me log on

The Best. $55CAD/year is not an insignificant amount of money. Yet I have purchased RTM for this amount as I find it as simple or complex as I need it to be. Three reasons why I *heart* RTM and why you may as well: 1. Simplicity - you can see it in front of you and it makes sense 2. Build your own - if you want to go deep by using tags and other data to build smart lists. The learning curve for this was fun for me. 3. Fun - I enjoy using this app to get stuff done. On that last thought - The way I use this app continues to evolve whereas with other apps I usually lose my interest or task management feels like a chore. I haven't found another task manager that I have been able to stay engaged with day in day out.

User friendly. It's easy to figure out & use. Really helps you see @ a glance what needs to be done & makes updating priorities simple.

I like it. I like it

Outstanding!. If I could rate this higher I would. I just removed all the other crap to-do apps I've wasted my Moo-la on and put this little gem on my front page. My iPhone is now complete. Love the online application as well... Love the fact that it actually DOES alert me... love the syncing functionality... love the format especially on the iPhone.... love the list and tag feature... oh my god, I could go on. This is so well thought out and organized from A - Z.... thank you!! PS: Did someone seriously hold back their rating because they don't like the cow icon? Wow. Bear in mind why some of the ratings here are low... preference has nothing to do with functionality. I'm an executive assistant and I have been searching (and wasting time and money) looking for the perfect app for my iPhone. I've tried all of them! But I can finally stop looking because this app does it all with ease and style. And personally... I quite like the cow. Well worth the 25.00 bucks for those looking for something professional opposed to cheap (with a little bit of humour). So... moo... (I think that's how a cow might say 'cheers').

Beware of this ripoff!. Congratulations to the marketing genius who gets users to pay an annual fee for a service that is free with other equivalent apps (and some of these apps are free!).

Looks good, works well, better with pro. I use rtm on and off because I have only been able to use it for personal tasks such as household or gift reminders. With the web interface, adding a bunch of tabs for each work project really clutters up the screen and there's no way to organize lists into groups. So for work projects, I've had to spend a bit on Things for mac, iPad, and iPhone. However, that was before things for iPad, which displays lists better than the website. The new interface is inline with well-designed iPad apps. The way you interact with the application was copied from Twitter for iPad, and it works really well for task management, providing lots of space for lists, tasks, and details. Using Things for iPad, you only have a tiny popup for task details, which should be the most important part. Notes are given much more focus in the iPad app which makes them seem much more useful than the website where they're hidden on the side. I've only used the app with a pro account, but the instant syncing works flawlessly, and keeps the website and my iPhone always in sync. One thing I wish I could change is the task priority colors. The two shades of blue make it hard to determine med/low priority at a glance. This is something rtm uses everywhere though, so I doubt it will change soon.

Great app!. I stumbled on this recently and am now using it all the time. Have deleted all other "list" apps and use RTM exclusively. Thx.

Why pay $25/year?. Although this is a great app and one of the better to-do lists available for the iPhone, I hate how RTM is going about doing this. They should not be charing $25/year for this service when there are other equal apps that you can buy for $10 or less and have forever! They are being far too greedy with this and I feel the right way to go about this is to have it as a paid app using their free service. Really dissapointed as I wish I could use this app for longer but I'm just going to delete it now and go for another To-Do list type app.

Bait and Switch. Thanks to the slimy sales tactics, I deleted the app as soon as I saw it wasn’t free. Might have been a good app; but who knows what else is up their slimy sleeves…

Solid. Great app! Well executed. Bravo!

Great App!. This App is now my most used app on my iPhone! Remember The Milk is great. Totally worth the cost. Ignore review whining about the subscription costs. RTM is much more than just an iPhone app, that is why there is the cost. People should not rate the app poorly because they are too lazy to read the description cleary. This App is great and deserves a good rating.

Long-time user. Whenever I've been tempted to try another todo app, I invariably see that every competitor lacks one feature or another that I've come to rely on. The feature set is rich and can be daunting, but it's well worth the time to get to know. It will grow with you or serve your needs simply.

Great to manage priorities. Great Apps to manage todo list

Outstanding. I would expect no less from the folks behind RTM, and they delivered.

Don't bother. The trial version only let you sync once every hour. Practically useless.

$25 a year?. Although this is a great app their are equally good ones for far less $ and only have to pay for once. This app is $25 a yr. I agree with others very sneaky of rtm to avoid apples fees by requiring payment outside the app store.

Pas mal mieux que GoogleKeep. J'avais besoin d'un outil pour prioriser avec mon adjointe qui soit performant, userfriendly et nous aide à voir si on s'entend sur les priorités, nous l'avons trouvé :-)!

Does exactly what I need it to. I love that it syncs between all my devices, it makes it so easy to organize my life

Worth one time $25 only. I became a pro user to be able to use this app. Overall it's a great application, perfect syncing with the web app was the reason for me to switch from Things app. However, I'm not planning to pay another $25 next year. If they don't allow us Pro users continue using this app freely after the first year, I (and many others) will be going for alternatives (which are more than many).

Thanks. Thanks for this app, it’s helping my day out.

Great App. Good to keep yourself on track.

Amazing App. Made us wait but didn't disappont. In fact they they (RTM) over delivered and bettered the best to do web app there is: themselves; and all for us, iPhone users! (aaahh, group hug everyone!) And what's that about the web app being bad? It is considered one of the best in its class and the one with the best compatibility with other apps/systems/platforms. It's intuitive, fast, beautiful, clean yet powerful - what more could you ask?

10/10. Once you understand how to navigate the app, (which can be done using the tutorial), Remember the Milk is a very useful organizational app. Remember the Milk's 'Freemium' service works well in that the free version is 100% usable and still amazing, but the 'pro' service gives you even more functionality and customizability. Overall, Remember the Milk will give you exactly what you came for: a useful organizational app that is easy to navigate and easy to use. 😀

Groovy. Udderly fantastic!

5 star app but bad marketing strategy. It should be a paid app to use their free service to get their already customes hock up.

The best to do app EVER!. I have tried a LOT of to do apps for iPhone and had been very disappointed, until this one! This app was exactly what I was looking for, you can tell the developers really care and thought about every detail, love it!

Great app!. Vey easy to use!

Best "to do" app. The flexible architecture of this app is amazing. Take time to go through the RMT blogs to see how other users structure it for specific results. I use it as a lite CRM as well as a "to do" list. Easy to use and keeps me on track :)

Better than Todoist for me. I moved here from Todoist, because it truly wasn't meeting my needs. Todoist's project management is only ok, it sucks when it comes to sub-tasks and completed tasks.

Not Free. Kinda sneaky! Free for 15days only. Not even worth trying it out unless you are gonna pay the annual fee.

Cool app. I got the “moo” just where I want it

Used to be 5 stars. This app was great. The whole point of RTM was you could fluently type in a task including when it was due and the app would just figure it out. Now they tried to make some stupid touch UI which breaks entering a task. Try typing in a task "blah blah ^tomorrow 8:00" and it no longer figures out the time. Quickly typing tasks and complete control over recurrence were the main reasons to use RTM, now one of those reasons is broken.

"Free" is misleading. While the product and service are good, I had originally tried this app because it was free. You get the 15 day trial suprise once you get everything set up. You should really change it from "free" to "trial" if there is such an option. The service is pretty cool if u want to spend $25 / yr. I am just more ticked off that i wa mislead. Heading back to evernote now.

Pretty good, but could be better. Great for one person, but I wish I could assign tasks in-app instead of having to go on the web.

Great app!!. This app has been a lifesaver at work- absolutely amazing! I love that I can view my to/dos by day, list, or I can view an entire week on one screen. I would like to have a monthly list in addition to the days of the week (for things I know I'll need to do in January, for example). For now, I'm just putting the due date as the first day of that month. I would love to sync across devices but would never consider paying $30 annually for that feature. Maybe a $10 one-time fee, max!

Impressive compared to some of the others. First, I try a LOT of task apps, both free and paid, it's almost a hobby of mine. anyway, I "remembered" RTM from years ago when it was one of the first web apps for task managment so I thought I'd give the iPhone app a try. It was a real revelation. The UI is extremely good and it contains pretty much all the functionality you want to see in an app like this. The fact that you can sync it to the web app is a bonus but I would use this mainly for back up since I don't really need the web app and the iPhone app is actually much better than the web app in a number of areas. I really like the ease with which you can change from a date focused view to a List focused view. I also like the way it handles notes as separate entries instead of just one big note. This kind of lets you have a list within a task. There are a few things I don't like - I'd like the ability to sort tasks manually if they are on the same day or un dated. I'd also like the ability to set an alert for each task individually instead of using global settings. Finally, I think the price you have to pay for for the pro version is exhorbitant as it only adds Alerts and instant syncing. So if you really want those 2 things you're looking at $25/Yr. I can do without the instant syncing but I really like having alerts so I reluctantly paid the price. I would much rather have paid a price for the app bet $2-$5 on a one time basis whic is about what comparable apps charge and had local alerts - ie. the option of not using the web app at all. While I like the UI much better than Astrid, which is a comparable app, Astrid provides syncing and alerts for free.

Nice app but pro is way overpriced. The app interface is good - a little dated in the way users are forced to interact with individual list items (click to edit rather than swipe for common features), but otherwise not bad. I like the way dates and priorities are entered when an item is first created. But not enough to subscribe for $29/year to sync across devices. I wonder if this app has forgotten that it's only a to do list app, or if maybe the creators are trying to discourage people from subscribing. I would consider a one-time fee of 9.99 at the very most.

Easy to use. Easy to use

Data Lost on Devices - Fixed. Since the update, all my data is gone. Years worth of work. This is a major problem for me and my business. Suspect this is related to iCloud Drive. Confirmed that this is on the mobile devices only. The website still has my tasks, thank god. Now need to figure out what went wrong. Deleting and re-installing the app worked. P.S. Use the facility on their website to make a backup first.

NOT free. this app is not free as it pretends to be. it is just a 15 day trial version. i was expecting a lite version, but not a limited trial.

👉 Are you looking for an Adsense alternative advertising platform?

Adsterra is the most preferred ad network for those looking for an alternative to AdSense. Adsterra is the ideal choice for new sites with low daily traffic. In order to advertise on the site in Adsterra, like other ad networks, a certain traffic limit, domain age, etc. is required. There are no strict rules. Sign up!

Perfect!. Simple to use, yet very effective! I've used the online version for years and just got the app. I'm so glad I did! It relieves me from so much deadline stress. It's also easy to add tasks when I'm out and about. And I love the little cow face in the app logo!

So far, everything I need!. Because it's Internet-based, I don't need to purchase The premium version yet. I'm sticking with simple tasks and limited number of lists. I LOVE being able to send an email to RTM -- super helpful!!

Review UI & Features. There are a number of improvements that could be made to make a good product great. There’s no reason to stop improving; especially when there are numerous options out there now. New feature: measurement of progress and overall measurements of tasks based on with filtering applied and w/o filtering applied. View by Day(s), Week(s), Month(s), Year(s)

Adequate But User Interface is Lacking. The app does the job for the most part and has some nice features but the UI (User Interface) is noticeably lacking and has a terribly dated feel. For example, overdue tasks aren't readily apparent because only the date next to the task is presented in red. I've been a long-time user of RTM but other task management apps are gaining ground quickly. Please update UI.

Does everything I need it to do. I thought I had tried ALL the task managers. And although I know I have tried RTM years ago, it wasn't until iOS reminders started, losing my entries that I started looking again. RTM is simply fabulous with iOS and Mac apps. Simply works.

Superior to others. I have had it for many years, the paid version. I still believe it’s the best task list app having tried many many others.

Very helpful. I really appreciate how it has a smart phone app as well as a Web app. Being able to add tasks using Siri is another plus. Finally I have a work phone and a personal phone. Even though they are two separate accounts I can have the same app and same tasks both of them.

good for lists and reminders!!!. I really wasn't sure when I downloaded itbut I like this app a lot!!! I have the free version and it's great because it doesn't bug the hell out of me with notifications but it's great because it allows me to label stuff and keep track of stuff I think of that I need to do or whatever but it's chill. good app

This is a great grocery and/or to-do list!. Recently I contacted the developer to ask a question (I am not a geek) and he was wonderfully helpful. Also, using the voice prompt for adding something has never failed to work - even with very unusual or complicated words. Very impressive.

Best application to track your to do lists!. I’ve been using this application for years. It has tons of flexibility. It integrates well with the Alexa app so that you can add items to this list from your home Alexa device. It is well worth the yearly subscription price.

Best hands-down. I switched to another to-do app for a while but now I'm back with a vengeance. RTM is by far my favorite. Quick shortcuts for entering to-dos with dates, recurrences, added to a particular list, with a particular priority. All the integrations I want: Siri, share sheet, location.

Changed my life. I used to always keep all my tasks in my head witch made me very stressed out, but I keep everything on here and I’m able to schedule stuf months and even years out I love this app

The Best To-Do List App. If you’re looking for a great to-to list app, stop here. This is the one. Easy to use & very flexible, thanks to prioritization, multiple lists, tags, subtasks, smart lists, and more. Attaching files & simple & convenient. I’ve been a RTM Pro user for a long time, and I love it.

Funny name, but great app!. I use this app for work related things. I needed something free. For a free app, it works wonderful! Easy to learn. I also like being able to log on at the desktop to take care of things.

Pairs well with ADHD. I love this app! It’s very hard for me to keep track of my life & I always seem to find myself very disorganized but RTM definitely is worth working with. It’s definitely perfect for someone like me!

Almost perfect...highly helpful. Works reliably. Syncs perfectly. My only advice is to make it possible to move items between lists by dragging instead of opening the item and reassigning by scrolling thru options. Update- I've used a lot of other apps since this review. It's now 28 APR 2017. I liked Carrot's humor. I liked Todoist simplicity. But RTM has captured my vote because of its ease of syncing and because I've come to appreciate how you check items and then choose the action the check carries out. That can be completion or changing tags or dates etc. previously i wanted a one step completion. The interface is clean. And so far I haven't lost any tasks or data

I feel so organized!. Definitely has taken the pressure off to remember everything. This is a great app and I use it daily. Categories are great! Definitely considering the Pro version. Thank you developers!

Loving It!. Went away for a while (Todoist/Things3/2Do, etc) but coming back to find that what I’ve been looking for is right here!! I love the scalability of this app!! I can either keep it as simple or more complex as I want or even just customize it to make it just right for me! Beautiful layout and fluid usability! I can’t say enough about this app! And for me... the premium version is well worth it! You can go as deep as you need to with sub tasks without feeling lost or overwhelmed! Please don’t change a thing with this app!!! Lol 👍🏾👍🏾

Great to-do list app. This really helps me keep track of all the things I need to do. Really good iOS user interface, and am glad that it's available across multiple platforms.

Fantastic!. This is a fabulous app that makes it fun and easy to collect recipes. You can take screen shots, use images from your photos, and/or enter info using your keyboard. I love it!

Fantastic. This is the best way to manage your life. I work as a project manager and also have a ton of things going on in my personal life. This is hands down my go to tool for keeping it all straight.

Everything's in one place. Tired of a million scraps of paper everywhere, each with a note. I like this app for putting it all in one easy spot. Since I usually have my phone with me, it's convenient to put it here instead.

Productivity defined. I have used RTM for years now, off and on. I have recently committed myself to using it as my sole task management system. Its ease of use, its interface, and its intuitiveness make it a resourceful app for any number of users. Whether you use GTD or not, this app can definitely help you capture and organize your tasks and make you more productive.

Sharing scam. Disappointed to get the whole family to download then find out you can’t share lists on the app, nor share them with more than two people unless you buy the upgrade. $40/year without the option to pay it monthly :c Please do some updates to AT LEAST pay for a monthly option at less than $5 a month!

Super great app. Wish there was one more feature. This is a game changer. The non premium version is enough for me. It’s really helping me keep my housework order. I love getting the daily recap email and texts and text reminder. You can check off items as you go. It’s the best honestly! I’m so happy!

Good to do list app. There are some essential features behind the pay wall. But good for basics, I use it rather than internal iOS check lists because i may upgrade at some point if more of what I am looking for is added, overall solid and easy to use.

Just Get It. Most versatile todo app you can get. Flawless sync, platform agnostic, will adapt to how YOU organize yourself. Todo lists are a very personal choice, based on how you work, I've tried dozens of them and RTM is always the most intuitive and flexible. You should give this a real try, a bit expansive, but it doesn't take long to see it's worth it.

I love this handy app!. I use this convenient tool daily to help me in my battle with short term memory loss, (made more difficult by my multiple sclerosis and advancing age!). Thanks to RTM, I am a more efficient and more reliable shopper, and I also manage my other to do lists better!

You have to pay in order to get notifications. I did not realize when buying this app to help me remember daily tasks that I would have to spend money to get notifications to help remind me to do those tasks. Completely defeats the whole purpose of getting the app. I recommend just using the reminders app on your iphone if you need notifications and can’t afford to pay extra for that feature.

Not a good reminder app. It just doesn’t work well enough to remind you. Can’t figure out the settings. For example if you get a reminder and are on the phone or busy where you can’t get to the reminder. It doesn’t stay on your main screen, to keep reminding you. With the iPhone you have to open it and swipe down to look at reminders etc. and guess what. I forget to swipe down. If I don’t see it continuously then I forget to check the reminder. I need a better app than this.

Life changing. I’ve tried 10+ GTD apps and systems. RTM is superior to all, and it’s not even close. This app and the organizational improvements it has brought into my day to day has literary changed my life. I dont typically leave reviews, but just had to do it here. Amazing.

Great app, but would be better with true Siri integration. The only thing holding me back from 5-starring this fantastic service is a lack of Siri support. Yes, I know there's a workaround involving adding a calendar, but that's not really the quality and experience I've come to expect from RTM.

Love it but.... The one thing that needs to be fixed is the "assign to" function. Sometimes I have to assign a task 2-3 times to someone before it "takes". But really great app over all, really has helped my husband and me to communicate better about which chores we expect from each other.

Daily app. The icon has just enough humor to it to draw my attention and remind me of it so that I put it to use. That is key. I think the app probably has features I’m not taking advantage of but had they been explained better it would have gotten the whole five stars.

Great application.. The iPad version of the application is beautiful. I've used RTM for years, and it keeps getting better. The workflow could be a little quicker, although I'm really not sure how - I just miss the keyboard shortcuts that you get on the website.

Happy user for almost a decade. I have been using RTM for a very long time. It is a very configurable task list manager that can be accessed easily on the web and mobile. The team is continuously adding features and fixing bugs without making it complex over the years. RTM has truly become a trusted and indispensable task management tool for me. Thanks team RTM and Bob!

I'm (still a huge) fan! (After 5 years). Not only the best todo app, but it's one of my favorite apps! It's just so easy to use!! ------------ previous review RTM has been very helpful. Here's why: - with my to do list on the cloud I can see it on my iPad, iPhone and pc and it's always sync'd - I can set up my list many ways so I can sort it to my needs - it opens fast from any device - very easy to use. My only suggestion would be the ability to hide items that aren't due. Love it!

Not mobile friendly. I love the browser version on my computer, but the version they give you for phone and pad is a hard-to-manage disaster. In the act of “swiping” as part of the navigation process I’ve accidentally deleted at least a dozen tasks, with no way to get them back. So if you need mobile, best to look elsewhere

Problematic user interface. I love the concept, especially the ease of sharing lists with family members. But I've now accidentally deleted two important reminders (which I can't remember), and there seems to be no undo in the iOS app. The problem is that swipe up (or what I thought was swipe up) is too easily interpreted by the app as swipe left (or right?), which means swiping through a list can lead to unintended deletions.

An essential app. RTM has become an indispensable app that keeps me organized. Having RTM available on multiple platforms (iPad, iPhone, web, etc) is incredibly convenient and has saved me more than once. If you're looking to get things done, give RTM a try.

Great task manager. I'm especially enjoying this as a self-employed and full-time mom! It's really taking a load off my brain to assign tasks to certain days and know that RTM will let me know when I need to work on them!

Peace of mind. I don't attempt 3/4 of the tasks I enter into RTM, but it gives me peace of mind to have place to store all the things that occur to me, from books I want to read, to reminders to order a new part for the dishwasher. In fact, I've got to go .... gotta order that part!

No free trial, no push notifications?. I’m rating this one star because I can’t use a very important basic feature – push notifications – without paying $40. How do I know I want the Pro features if I can’t try them out to see if this app will be useful to me? There is no apparent option for a free trial. And this app is useless to me without push notifications to REMIND ME TO DO THINGS, which is the point of the app. Developers: Please allow a 2-4 week free trial, and maybe I’ll decide I want to give you money. Thanks.

Great To Do App. I've tried a number of to do apps and I always seem to come back to RTM. The ability to tag as well as customize your search views is fantastic. Plus it's multi platform which was another huge benefit.

RTM is my go to app for years. I have been a paying customer for 10 years or so now. This app is so robust and having it online and offline is fantastic (when I'm traveling and don't have wifi). Best to do list out there!

Much Improved!. I had looked at RTM a few years ago and was not impressed. Since then you have added many new features that I am finding very helpful to keep me organized. I am particularly delighted with your interfacing with Evernote since I have been trying to utilize it as do list and a resource organizer. RTM is a much better do list!

Highly Flexible Project/Task Manager. The free version is awesome. Incredibly flexible - not tied to any system but with the ability to adapt to about anything. The real magic happens, though, when you become a paid supporter. Subtasks, delegation, color-coding.

Just works. I had abandoned the app a few years back due to poor sync features. Now it syncs to my laptop app in real time like a champ. Interface is easy for adding and checking off tasks. Newer version nails it

A forgetful girl's best friend. I have used every reminder app known to man and nothing, and I mean NOTHING, has stuck like RTM. It is simple and sensical and user friendly and just plain cute. The reminder tone literally moos and it makes my day. Thank you for creating this app, it'll probably save my job. Apparently I forget things alot. Or something like that. I'm #teamRTM for life.

Superb App at keeping you on track!. I'd been using the 'Reminders' app that comes with the IPhone for a long while but I'm glad I found & got this App. It has kept me on track with important things to get done w/work, personal, shopping lists & best of all it connects me to my work on Evernote!
