Fun. Fun for all ages!

Good buy. This app is exactly what is advertised. It is a matching app. My daughter has not played it yet, but I know this one will be a big hit. I am pleased that there are no ads or in-app purchases. Money well spent!

Cute, fun, and simple.... This game combines a classic matching game with cute animal pictures and animal sounds. You'll hear the frog "ribbit", the cow "moooo", and the owl "hoot" when you click on their tiles. Once the game loads, just tap to start revealing tiles. There are no menus to get in the way of the fun. Just a fun, easy to play game. Recommended for both the young and young at heart...for anyone who likes matching games. The game also remembers your fastest time and highest score earned.

Too much fun. This is the greatest matching game. I'd say I got it for my 2-year-old, but I think I play it as much as she does! Tons of fun, great animals with sounds, and addicting as you try to beat your best score and time. Thanks for a wonderful game and for continuing to add more animals. I can't wait to see what new animals come next!

Great game. I'm a speech pathologist and I love using this game with my preschoolers and kindergarten kiddos. They love the animals and the sounds and I get to work on lots of goals like identification, attributes, articulation, same/different, memory.......the list is endless.

My 2 year old is hooked!. This game is a great babysitter! My little girl always asks for "Animatch" when she's on the potty, in the grocery cart, cranky or just plain bored. She loves all the animal sounds - I'm not sure if she's actually matching the pictures or the sounds, but she's getting better and better and she's having fun, so that's all that matters to me!

Delightful. The best part about this game is its graphics. They look great! The app is a straightforward game of “Concentration,” with a timer. All the essentials with no distracting and unnecessary fluff. Fun for all ages!

My 18-month old granddaughter loves this!. Bought this on a whim, with my 18-month old granddaughter in my mind. She already loved browsing my iPhone photo albums. She mastered the 'swipe' movement to change pictures the first time I showed it to her when she was 14 months old. I figured she would love the pictures and sounds of this game, and does she ever! She says the animal names that she knows, and is working on the rest. She hasn't quite mastered the tapping yet. She taps too many times, and doesn't always hit just one animal. But that doesn't stop her from enjoying it.

Animatch. 56-yr old Animatcher! Very hard to beat my own high score but I keep trying. Will sometimes play but don’t want sounds, even though they are cute as heck, but would like an option to turn sound off without having to turn phone sound off—sometimes I forget to turn it back on. Make an adult version with different cocktails or foods.

One of my top favorite toddler apps!. This is the only toddler app I've downloaded so far that I also enjoy playing. At first I thought this animal memory game had too many tiles for my little boy, who's almost 3, but he immediately grasped the game. The cute animal sounds make it fun to turn over each tile -- even if your little one takes a while to get a match -- the bright yellow animation is rewarding when you do get a match, and I'm glad there are no penalty buzzers to frustrate a young toddler just learning (or drive a parent crazy, for that matter). This is also a surprisingly fun game to share by taking turns flipping over pairs of tiles, or waiting until the other person has found a match. Educationally, it would be cool if there were difficulty levels or an option that said the animal's name out loud instead of its sound, but maybe it's just not that kind of game -- and it's certainly not enough to prevent me from giving it 5 stars. Go Lima Sky!

Animatch. Nothing less than terrific! My 10 year old daughter still loves this game and since she was about 5!

If You Have A Child - You Want This App!. I've had Animatch on my iPhone for a couple of years now. My grandchildren literally sit and take turns playing this wonderful, simple and fun game. You would think they'd be bored with it by now. Nope - they still love it. While waiting for their turn they don't whine, whinge or complain - they simply watch the others play (and sometimes help each other). The updates are always great - especially when new animals are added. Best .99 cents you can spend!

FUN FOR ALL. Update: years later I am still utilizing this game. I'm a nurse anesthetist and this game works as well, if not better than drugs, to ease children away from their parents. It's a fun distraction and they match from the outpatient area all the way to the OR, as they ride on my stretcher. It's been a life saver. I originally got this for my 3 year old and he loves it. However, my husband and I have enjoyed it just as much if not more. We are in competition and I just beat his record time. Cant wait to tell him Im a better animatcher!!!

Nice and Clean, Highly Recommend for anyone. This is a clean crisp app, the sounds and images are very sharp. My kids absolutey love this game, I'm even starting to play it a bit to beat my time. Well worth the money. This dev Lima Sky is making some really nice apps for kids, make sure you check them all out, they are all great!

Totally AWESOME GAME. For ALL ages. I love to play all the time and I am 50+ however it is awesome to have when you have children or tweens around to keep them occupied for a while. And on top of that it is rated “G” and no violence! It’s so cute if you have your sound on the animals make there correct noise. LOVE THE GAME!!

Animal Memory. This is a MUST HAVE APP for anyone with an Iphone and YOUNG KIDS I downloaded it last night and it provided at least a hour hour of entertainment for my 4 1/2 and 3 year old. They even took turns playing while we waited for a table in a crowded restaurant. The buttons are BIG and very easy to navigate, the animal sounds are wonderful and the "little jiggle" the animals do when you succeed at a match had my kids very excited. I had downloaded two matching games and deleted the other one (jimbi?) after comparing the two. Thanks for a great app! Only suggestions for possible improvement would be to build on the excitement by having all the animals do a little dance or something when the matches are complete vs a static score screen. Other than that its perfect!

educational while entertaining. This is the 2nd “memory-match” app I’ve installed on my Ipad for my Great-Great-Grand son I care for two days every week. I am particular over the Apps I select for Ashton (age 3 3/4 years young). I’m simply lovin’ this. Just installed. Little Man will play with it on Monday. I know he will looooove it! Thank You so very much to the creators. BTW: At 82, I’m playing it too, to test (my memory)!

Our 3 yr old twins LOVE this game. Great memory game for the little ones. When we find a great game they like, of course we have to buy a copy for the wife's phone AND mine so they can both play at the same time, but totally worth it! This has crashed on us a couple of times, so only 4 stars, but overall very happy with it.

Good except for volume control.. Overall it is a well done app. My one year old loves to play with it on our phones. My only complaint is that, unlike every other app with sound, this on shares it's volume control with the general ringer. This is a problem because I keep the ringer very loud, but usually want my app sound quite low. With this app, I have to tune it down and then remember to turn up my ringer when my daughter is done with it.

Our favorite game. Our daughter started playing at 13 months, just pushing the buttons. By 15 months she picks up my iPhone, turns it on, finds the app and starts playing. She completes all the matches by herself, and it is such a joy watching her memory and hand-eye coordination improving. This is far and away her favorite game. Another version with, say, planes cars trucks tractors bulldozers etc might be terrific too.

Great game for my 2.5 year old (and me). Seems to be a great simple game for my toddler.

Great. My 2 year old loves this during diaper changes and it doesn't make me feel guilty since I consider it to be mentally stimulating. I play it too, on occasion ;-)

My kids love the animal sounds. My 3 year old twins love playing the game. Animal sounds is simply an amazing touch for them. By the way, each game random animals are automatically selected making the game even more interesting for kids. In addition, though I thought initially the board size would be hard for them it turned out perfect in fact. Finally, the interface is well designed because there is no buttons to accidentally be tapped.

Best Kid App I have. Everyone from my 3 year old nephew to..well..myself..loves this. It's the most fun and cute one, and the noises are great. The 6 year olds love to teach the younger kids. It never gets old. Only reco I would make is if we could compete...two players against each other at same time. Would then stop arguing over turns. Great job

Brokenchina. With very simple and very identifieble pictures this is a very good game for both my kids. My 2yr old is not frustated by a picture that is too busy to remember-which avoids melt downs and both my kids are entertained by the sounds (even though some are not realy what that animal sounds like). Very good buy! Thanks for a nice easy going game!

Agree with other reviewer, Sweetpooh...needs certain improvements!. Great game, but it lacks different difficulty levels! I have 2 kids, and this is great for my 8 year old daughter, but not for my younger one. "Match and Learn" actually does that well- they have bunch more levels (and even more kinds to choose from, not just animals).

It's a Keeper!. This is one of the apps that I'll be keeping forever. It is basically the memory game, based on animals. We downloaded it when my toddler was 18 months old and for a while I think she was just pushing the buttons to hear the neat animal noises (perfectly fun by itself), but sooner than I realized, she was matching away. At 2, it is still a favorite. Just as great, my teenager and I also play it. Mostly with my toddler (so nice to play an interesting game), but also to pass the time some days waiting in line (with the volume on the animal sounds turned waaaaay down, of course). :-) I highly recommend it as a solid winner.

Best $0.99 I have ever spent. REALLY. My 3yr old loves this app. Very easy for her to use. No set up involved, she can just open the game and start playing. My 1yr old loves the animal noises and tries to steal it from his sister Thank you developers for the constant updates. I love all the new animals.. it keeps it fun for my little ones!

26 Month old solves it in 1:58. I downloaded this to teach my daughter the animal sounds, not for the memory game. Turns out after playing the game with her a couple times she gets it. Without any help and solved the whole puzzle in under 2 minutes! Well worth the $0.99.

Whoo hoo! Great preschooler game!. I've tried so many games for my four year old and all have failed to keep his attention for more than a few minutes at a time. But we just got done with a marathon hour long session!! He loves it (and I think it's super cute and fun too!) We've been waiting so long to write this: we highly recommend this game!!!!

Great but with one little problem. My 2 year old loves the animals and the sounds they make. He kind of gets the idea of what he needs to do, but starts to get discouraged after a while. I wish there were different levels/sizes to pick from. That way he can start off small and work his way up.

Great for kids. My 3 year old plays it constantly. He has learned how to notice his time and score and gets better at it the more he plays. Great learning tool and the characters an sounds are perfect. They also update with new sounds and animals.

A game I keep coming back to. I got this for my 4yr old to entertain her when out to eat. Now we play together taking turns until we get a match. I find myself playing when she is not around. If she can't get her hands on my iPhone to play she will go after dads Itouch to play. New animals are constantly being added. You guys really did a great job at capturing the minds of children and adults.

Fun memory game for children and adults. My five yr old daughter has liked this game since she was three. She still refers to my iPhone as her "Froggy," because this was the first game she loved on my phone, and it always starts with a frog sound. It's always, "daddy, where's froggy?" One improvement, the timer should not start until the first card is selected.

Perfect for a 2-year old. LOVE this game! My 2-year old has played it over and over again. She is so proud of herself when she makes a match! She pumps her arms and says "YES!" I love that it has animal sounds as well as pictures since it seems that toddlers learn best with both. Being that my daughter just turned two, I thought this might be tough for her, but it's been a challenge perfect for her. This app obviously contains only animal sounds, but I'd love to see other sounds like ambulances, helicopters, ships, motorcycles...

Truly a good kids game. We have had this game for over a year now & we still play it. Even at 6yr. old my daughter still loves it. I even play it. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there is only one set of cards/pics. to match (and it's a little loud, so I just turn the volume way down & it's fine). Simple but still lots of FUN!

Awesome for younger kids!. My children have played this for years. They started really getting the hang of the concept around 18 months. My 4yo plays it a lot too. And I'll even catch my 7yo playing it. It's one of those games I enjoy playing with them, and has been a 'go-to' for years.

Awesome game. I can't understand the overall rating of 2 stars when almost every review is giving this app 5 stars. Anyways, this is an awesome app for the kids. My 5 yr old and 3 yr old love it. They love the pictures and sounds. They are always asking me if they can play the matching game.

Fun game for toddlers. My 3-year old son loves this game. Even his older sister has a blast of fun although it is short-life. The game needs to introduce some game modes. For starter, add a mode to match pairs with all open cards, so some toddlers can learn matching pair prior to memory. It will be great if the developer can create a total different theme like mighty-machine match, boys love it!

Animatch. I was hoping to show this to my 2.5 year old...he loved the the sounds but it's a bit advanced....HOWEVER, I play it all the time!! I'd suggest for a 3 yr old and up, and DEFINITELY any adult, this is a real gem! New animals added, cute art, great sounds that help you remember, and an awesome version of that classic Concentration game....I'm constantly trying to beat my best time! AWESOME.

Great Game But.... All in all a fun game, pictures are great, sounds are awesome, but has no options at all in game. Would be better with choice of board ie 3x3, 4x4 ect for younger players and possible choices between animal groupings like farm animals, jungle animals, house pets ect

Very well done. Excellent execution of classic game by someone who has obviously watched and understood how kids play. "Mistake proof" UI ensures that kids don't get stuck in weird modes or screens. Simple yet engaging graphic and audio.

AniMatch Levels. Would like to see some less demanding levels with bigger icons. This should help little ones succeed sooner, stay interested and touch the larger icons more with ease.

Great app for an itchy toddler. Downloaded this app while waiting for the dr. We waited a while but he never once moved or ask if it was our turn yet. Wonderful game when you forgot a toy to keep a toddler busy.

Great for Preschoolers. My just turned 3yo loves this. She asks to play it every time she sees my ipod. It has really improved her ability at memory matching. The only problem is that when we play real memory she does not want to take turns anymore.

Best kid's game!!!. My 2 year old niece kept taking my phone just to play this game!!! Her parents just had to buy an iPod touch when they saw how much she liked it and it helps keep her busy in the car. Great game. 

One of the best apps for kids. My 4 year old loves this game and always wants to play. Easy way to distract her when she's bored and restless in the car or at the store. I would recommend it to anyone!

Too many animals. I enjoyed this game when I first got it, but now there are too many animals and it makes it too hard to play. It would be nice if there was an option to just have the original set of animals. I wish I could revert to an older version.

Great, but insufficiently tested. The game has a few bugs that are evident when used by an eager toddler. When tapped too quickly, a tile will match itself, and sometimes the graphic will come in at half size.

Cute app. Very cute app, the kids like it. But I wish there were more board options, e.g. 2x2, 3x3, etc. -- simpler with less tiles is better for kids just learning to use their memory and the iPhone interface!

Animatch is FANTASTIC !!!. Totally agree, a must have app that HOLDS THEIR ATTENTION and develops memory skills. My 2 1/2 year-old toddler love this one. She can play alone, or we take turns and make it a fun game together. Excellent for distracting them while you finish your dinner and wine at a restaurant!!

Love the Froggy Game!. That's what my kids call it. Very handy to have at doctors offices, restaurants, long car rides. My 2 year old twins and 4.5 year old big guy love it.. They can all play at their own level and it keeps them busy for a good bit of time.

Great app. This is a good app at a good price. It is entertaining and educational. I only give it 4 stars because I would like to see different levels, like easier ones with fewer cards. My 2 y/o loves it!. I've had this app for many months and it never gets old for my 2 y/o. I had to help him at first to understand the matching concept but now he is a pro. I also love that every couple months they add a new animal so it keeps it new for him.

Family fun. My two year old daughter loves this game. My husband and I enjoy competing against each other as well. Great find. Love that it's iPhone compatible.

Love it!!!!!!!. This is one of the first apps that I put on my iPhone a year ago for my 3 year old (at that time) and she still loves it!!!!! She plays it all the time and loves when they add new animals. I even catch my 10 year old playing it now and then.

Animatch. Excellent game! My 4 year old grandson entertained everyone around us with his hurrays and cheers everytime he made a match. Had us all laughing. Still his fav game on my phone.

Best kids game. We've had this game forever, and the kids still love it. There are many versions of Memory out there, but this one appeals because of the great visuals and sounds. This is a quality app.

Pretty fun for my son. If the grid could be made smaller to have less choices my son could enjoy it more. As it is my 2 year loves it even if he doesn't really get it.

Excellent. My 6 year old is always grabbing my iPod to play this. Good fun for anyone any age looking to keep "sharp". Play at your own pace. I have to admit I have found myself opening this app and enjoying it myself. A+

Too much fun!. Our whole family plays this game. It's an ongoing challenge, albeit light and fun. Get it and you won't have any regrets. I appreciate the feeling that I'm doing something to improve my memory. I can't wait to see which animals will join the game next.

Great for little kids. Even my 3 year old can play it. He enjoys it for at least 30 minutes at a time.

Great memory game!. My 3 year old daughter loves this game! There is a good variety of animals so each game is different. There aren't a lot of screens to get through before the actual game begins like on some other apps, so my daughter can do it all herself without getting frusterated.

Animals look too similar. This is good. My two year old finally understood how to play it. Unfortunately the animals look too similar - I wish they looked more distinct. Also the tiles are too slow to respond, which can sometimes confuse my kid, and incredibly AGGRAVATING for adults. However, bottom line is still good and it's worth the price😎

Must have!. I have 4 kids, two of them are toddlers, the other two are 17 & 21. And they ALL love this game! I do too! Used it many times while waiting in line or stuck in traffic. Anyone with little ones NEED this game!! Love it!!

Love this little app. My son (3yrs) started just making the game play animal sounds. Them he found out how to match the tiles now he solves the full screen in about two minutes says "good job" to himself, laughs, and tells me "more daddy"

No variety. Good game for limited use. There is NO variety to this game. There are NO options to change the number of cards nor the animals being used. It is repetitive with the same number of cards and same animals so it makes it boring after a few times.

MiMi is cool. I am the coolest MiMi in town with my apps in tow, my 32 month and 18 month old grandson think this is the BEST. Dinner on the town: entertain till the food arrives. Home and fussy: a real hush maker! They understand the match process but they LOVE the sounds

Mom. Awesome App!! My son (2 1/2 years old) loves this matching game! And so do I!! I actually play this myself when I'm on the train! I constantly challenge myself with the clock! Please continue to make updates and new animals!! Love it!

Great App. Fantastic app for young kids. Even at 2yo my son is always asking to play the 'matching game'. His memory skills have definitely improved and he really enjoys playing this game. 99c well spent!

Very kid friendly. We got this for my 3 yer old just before a long road trip and she actually learned some letters and numbers by the time we got to our destination! Very kid friendly and easy for them to navigate.

My baby girl loves it. She's been playing it since she was about 4 months old, and we let her play til she wins, no cheating. The sounds used to startle her sometimes, but not anymore. She loves this app!

Good pick-me-up for adults, too. This game always brings a smile to my face, especially after a long day. Also a very stable game- I've never had any technical problems with it.

Fun app. My son loves this app, he often says Daddy match which means he wants to play this game. The design is simple and easy to use, the animal pictures are cute and the sounds are great. Even my wife and I enjoy playing this, it's just a lot of fun. Perfectly done.

Animatch. I think this game is really great for people on the go trying to keep there kids busy and quiet. The range of the age groups is from about 3 to any age really, as long as you can match you can play And it is great for my mentally impaired uncle who loves the animals sounds!

Life saver!. This was a life saver on our 8 hour road trip! I showed my two year old one game and she caught on and now wears my battery down. I don't mind since she is occupied and learning at the same time!

Different difficulties.. First of all thanks for a great app, its really fun for the children and they enjoy it a bunch! I read in a review that there were different difficulties to this game, however i dont see them anywhere, any ideas?
