The gps cuts out constantly in the middle of my runs. I have tried 4 different routes all that have good service/reception and it quits like .3 miles into everyone. I’ve restarted it and it does it over and over. Horrible. Don’t waste your time.

I’ve tried this app on a few of my runs and every time about halfway through my run it stops tracking where I am and leaves my distance at the same spot even though I keep running.
I love the training plans but the Apple Watch app crashes frequently causing me to lose my stats and track of my progress during runs. I’ve written the support group about this issue but the problem has not been resolved. I’m using the Apple Watch series 2. I will be canceling my subscription.

I love this app when it is working correctly. I rely on it communicating to my Apple Watch on long distance runs and bike rides. However, lately the watch and app don’t talk to each other unless I completely delete the app and reinstall each time I want to use it. Most of the time I forget to do this and end up having to estimate my progress, especially on new terrain. Very frustrating. If developers could hit me with a reply with a solution I would give 5 stars.

I find that the distance reported on runs is exaggerated and is making me look too good than reality. I think it is the gps version on Apple Watch 1 that is creating the problem. Also the pairing with the phone app is not helping as the phone app stops keeping stats as soon as it gets paired with watch app. It will be great if this issue can be fixed or it can leverage the phone’s gps for accurate distance.
😕Crud! The application interrupts my music and locks up my Bluetooth so that neither application works, then the map my run app reboots and begins loading on my Apple Watch again. I believe someone else mentioned something similar. Deleted off my watch

Great app but would be good to be able to record run after work out for those occasions when you don’t have your phone with you.
It takes sooooo long for my runs to sync from my Apple Watch to MMR app. Sometimes days. I’ve tried reloading the app, iPhone shutdown and nothing seems to work. Like other users, I’ve now got so many activities loaded that it’s going to be a real PITA to start using another app like Strava. I should have done this months ago but thought (wrongly) that the bugs would be fixed.

This app on my iPhone X is unstable. Fix it
I’ve been using this app for years to track my runs. I started with the free one and then I purchased the pro app for $1 and things were great. UA worked their magic and now all the features that you got for the $1 pro app, you now have to pay $30 a year or $15 a month. Totall BS! I refuse to upgrade and pay for something I already paid for. Trying out other apps to find a replacement to this one.

If you want to monitor your heart rate through the Apple Watch you must start the workout with the Apple Watch. However, the Apple Watch doesn’t have the option to start the training plan workouts... If you solve this issue, I will give you 5 stars!

Couldn't recommend this enough!! Love this App! It has really been instrumental In my running as it’s mapped my distances and motivated me to go further every run I do as a result of the detailed log of each run. It’s like me, myself and I through map my run have a little Community. Great for counting calories and recording times & routes, Motivating yourself to go faster and further every time. I have contacted support twice And they too have been very helpful. THANK YOU!🙌🏼
New update is clunky. Launching it on my phone it will no longer sync automatically to my watch. The data protection measures that I have to agree on opening the new install are draconian and i should be able to track my workouts and store the data only with me instead of having it sent to a server in the US. The level of ads has increased and now slows down the whole UI. The save button functionality on the UI is now stupidly small and hard to access in a case which is how most runners will use the app. Watch UI also needs a rethink. Needs control over how the audio interacts with other playback systems (Spotify especially where the split time prompts are annoyingly long for general users and we should be able to have control over the volume balance and the types of info that are read aloud to us) The new metric counting distances showing only 3 digits as 10.8 is pretty frustrating and inaccurate when you’re doing split timing calculations on the fly. Needs another big fix I would suggest and please tone down the blatant selling of merchandise to us. This was a decent and accurate app (with a few ads I could tolerate) that I’m quickly learning to hate because of its gross consumer centric new direction.
This app is a load of crap when I just went to sign into it it wouldn’t even let me all I want is an app that can track my running is that really too much to ask
Love this app, a great way to get moving and look back at progress. One suggestion for the Training Plans: it would be great to get weekly feedback on how you are tracking (in terms of pace, distance etc) against other users when training for a 5k/10k race. Would be good to also include some nutritional info for race day itself
Funding the user interface hard to figure out. Want to run on a countdown of set distance in km and can’t do this
