I love the content, but not the updates. I first got iHeartRadio on my old ipod on ios6 and I loved it. They had a setting where I could explore music or listen to mostly the same stuff. They did away with that and I miss it. Since then they’ve made the sleep timer harder to access, and everytime I open the app I’m baraged with an ad to try to upgrade to a paid version. I don’ mind seeing that maybe once a week, but I’m using other apps more because I get this annoying self add every time I open the app. It’s also harder to find the most recent radio stations I listen to. It keeps getting harder and harder with the new updates. Lastly, I love the play on start-up feature, but lately it doesn’t work (even when turned on in the settings) probably because of the ad I have to close out of. I’ve dug out my old ipod and I now mostly listen to iHeartRadio from that with whatever version ios6 can handle

Good App (Usually...). Edit: It seems like all of the other problems I list below are gone now, due to the fact that I can’t get the app to play ANY music now. None of my stations work, they all constantly have a loading symbol, and where the artist’s other songs/info are, it says, “Artist Profile is not available at this time”. The app is completely useless to me at this point because it doesn’t do anything, and this started today only a few hours ago. This can’t be a phone problem because I have the latest iOS on a brand new iPhone 8. I’m hoping this will be fixed soon. I've used this app for a few years, and I've discovered many new artists and songs through this app. However, I've been experiencing a few problems lately. My biggest problem is that sometimes the app will refresh in the middle of a song, and not just pause it, but get rid of the song completely. I'm not sure if I can fix this in my phone settings or if it's an app issue, but this has never happened before. Another issue is that some ads with sound play at the same time as a song, which is obviously annoying. Overall, it is a good app and does what it promises, but with a few bugs.

No respect, app is OK. App is great but they have no respect for their listeners as far as radio stations go. None. Stations change format in the middle of the night, when listeners ask “Why” on Facebook or Twitter they’re deleted instantly. That’s how much respect iHeartradio has for their listeners. Zero. The radio stations get more generic and boring every year. The amount of time they spend playing commercials promoting this app could be literally used for something else more useful (Like real commercials that make real money or maybe a weather forecast) Beyond the bad radio stations, the app is pretty decent. Been using it since it came out around 2008 or so. Some of the other stations on this app are OK. Music streaming is nothing special. It has grown into a pretty decent Podcast platform in the last couple of years. There’s plenty to listen to. I do not believe they are “#1 for Podcasts” as they say on the radio over and over but I do believe they have a lot of them, which for people who listen to Podcasts (I rarely do) is a good thing.

What happened?. I am split down the middle on my rating. I have been using iHeartRadio app for years and it has been one of my most used apps(Rovers Morning Glory brought me here) and I never rarely had issues before. In fact, I would have probably given it 5 stars before. My favorite thing about this app was that it would pause where I left off on a podcast and I could resume it as soon as I opened the app again. This was very convenient. But now, since I had deleted the app and reinstalled it recently, it doesn’t do that anymore. I guess I re-downloaded the updated version? If I have the podcast going, and, say I watch a video on Facebook real quick, when I return back to what I was listening to on the iHeartRadio app, it starts the show completely over, and I’m stuck fast forwarding back through a 3 hour podcast to try and find where I was. It is really annoying and getting to the point where I really don’t even want to bother with the app any longer.

Tricked into automatically enrolling.. I’ll start by saying I love the IHeartRadio app. I’ve been using it for almost 10 years now. It’s great because I travel for work and when in my truck in areas where there’s no local stations I can still have music. Plus I love all the podcasts. For instance I listen to the Alan Cox show that’s airs in Cleveland Ohio. They have all the shows from the past year so even if I miss a day or two I can go back and listen. However yesterday when I opened the app I had a popup window asking me to subscribe to a monthly trial. I tried to close the window and it automatically enrolled me in monthly subscriptions. I’m amazed apps can even get away with this. You basically tricked me into getting the subscription. You took advantage of the in-app purchase and since I have touch ID enabled there’s no way to avoid it. Judging by the reviews and the post on the Apple forums this is happening to a lot of people. I was able to contact Apple and let them know what was going on and have the charges blocked. I shouldn’t have had to go through this process at all. I feel bad for all the people that aren’t going to realize it happened and be billed. If this happens again I will delete this app.

I love this app except. As much as I love this app I’m just coming in here to say that the American top 40s station that I listen to to see where songs are in the chart each week I’m noticing that that station is not working I don’t know if it is technical difficulties but what I’ve noticed is for the Father’s Day weekend episode I’m trying to turn into that one and right after it plays cool for the Summer by Demi Lovato wasn’t extra to celebrate the summer season it goes straight back to the episode from a week ago I don’t know if it’s something wrong with the station or the app but I want to let you know I also contacted the station via Instagram but if you can look into fixing this this would be great Lee appreciated thank you update, there must have been technical difficulties from that week and finally get the stream functioning normal now because it only happened during the course that week.

Podcast playback could be better. I recently jumped from apple’s podcast system to this to hear my favorite radio podcast John and Ken because iHeart stopped having the Friday show on the Apple podcast stream. A move to get you to the iHeart app. Well I’m here and the podcast features are not that robust. The per episode playback order always goes newest to oldest and you can’t turn it the other way around. For catching up you have to remember that or you end up hearing the show out of order which is annoying if you just let the run to the next episode. No sleep timer available which helps you not run into other shows if you fall asleep listening. I got through eight episodes that way in one night. The skip features could be better and should be configurable. Get the settings better and I’ll rate you higher. Radio play of live content is great. Sound is clear.

The app slows everything down and even stops internet connection. I wanted to like IHeart Radio but every time, I download the app (which I have downloaded and re downloaded multiple times), it significantly slows my internet connection or even stops it. It also takes forever to load one song on the app and much can't be done on the app when a song is buffering. I even tried closing apps and deleting one or two apps and the app still slows everything down- a lot or even stops apps and the internet all together. Every time, I download the app, the internet stops working and as soon as I delete the app, everything on my phone works normally and fast again. I like that there is a decent selection to choose from (although it seems like Apple Music and Google Play have more variety in music) and the radio station selection is awesome. This app would be great if only the app didn't slow things down. I really wish this app worked. If only it were fast and didn't halt internet connection. I've never had these problems with any other music streaming app.

Glitchy and individual dj sets DO NOT receive compensation from IHeartRadio. I love being able to listen to my favorite morning radio show, but this app makes it quite difficult. It’s constantly crashing for no reason. If I close the app it will stop playing and when I go back to the app it restarts the whole thing and then I have to search for my show again and scroll down to find the episode I was in the middle of streaming. I know the app works “better” if you pay for it but that’s not how apps should work. You shouldn’t make a glitchy app to force people into paying for basic quality. Also! The radio show I listen to has been VERY vocal about not receiving any kickback from the profits of this app. I know for a fact that the producer of the show I listen to puts a lot of time and effort into uploading the podcasted version of the show, including the separate break segments. They should be receiving compensation, because thousands of people definitely listen to the podcasted version, and it should reflect on their ratings and listener count. Shame on you IHeart Media.

It’s all about the money. I really thought I’d struck gold when i-heart radio was commercial free without a fee. Then it happened, they now charge for commercial free and the free station is littered with commercials that are louder and obnoxious in between the music I love to listen to each day. It’s sad it’s about the money and nothing is sacred anymore without a profit motive. The commercials can’t be manually jumped over and they are louder than the volume of the music. They interfere with atmosphere of the songs being played. I manually reduced the volume so I don’t have to listen to the drivel of each commercial played. Then they put you through a torturous video commercial at startup before you get to listen to your favorite music. Honestly, I can’t even remember one of their commercial sponsors except for the monotone , “Cars for kids “ that I muted until it goes over. We are so mercifully pelted with commercials these days that I don’t honestly remember any commercial I hear. If I’m going to by something, I use a search engine to find what I’m in need of and not brainwashed into buying something from an obnoxious repetitive commercial. If anything, I’m repelled by the commercials and boycott their products. Thank you for the opportunity to vent my displeasure with today’s technology held hostage by advertising ad-nauseum. Yuck!

Probably the worst app. If you like the developers hand in your pants this is the app for you. If you love glitchy performance this app is for you. If you love advertising this is absolutely your app. This app is always tracking you regardless of your privacy settings. Any notification that pops up resets the program you are listening to and starts the advertisement all over again. It is also not advertising from the program you are listening to which is relevant to me it is whatever crap iHeart wants you to hear over and over and over again. I have used this app for years because it is the only way to hear the program I want to listen to in my area. IHeart has been getting worse and worse for years and now it is intolerable. Absolute garbage. Oh and it randomly picks and starts playing random stations for you. Stuff I would never select for any reason. Now this crap always pops up in my feed. Garbage. Oh and don’t bother trying to report to iHeart, that feature is broken too. This app is crap.

A lot of Positive-A lot of negative. Couldn’t be happier with content and stations. On the flip side, it will play the same ad over and over (consecutively) while there is a station break. Also, horrible experience with local employee. Two local stations, only, were not playing. I called in to local office and receptionist who you see to claim prizes answered and was horrific. Insisted it was not their office and problem was on my end and hung up. I called corporate who gave excellent customer service said the 2 stations I inquired about were in fact down. I called back the local station, to let her know what corporate said in case other people called in and she literally called me a liar. Hung up on me. I tried calling back numerous times and she literally would not say anything and would pick up phone and slam it down, during regular business hrs. Called corporate back in hopes my conversation with local was recorded. They were extremely friendly, and promised to address with mgmt but I never received a follow-up to their investigation, as requested.

Overruled. I hop on to the app only once a week to listen to Acoustic Sunrise in the twin cities. (I am not in the twin cities) When the local radio station goes to commercial, iHeart takes over and decides to play its own commercials but their paid sponsors. Which, is fine. It’s their app. However, once the app decides it’s done with its own commercials then they start playing whatever music iHeart wants to play instead of returning to the program I’ve logged on to listen to. It won’t let you go back to the program, and if you exit out of the app and open it back up, it plays the same song from the very beginning. To listen to the music iHeart decides for me.. and not let me back into the program on the station that just happens to be linked to iheart, is not I signed up for. To be overruled and forced to listen to music that’s not part of the program is invasive and a turn off. Which is why I don’t use it for anything but to listen to that program because I can’t listen to it anywhere else.

App on repeat. I do enjoy using the app every morning to get my daily dose of radio. However, lately it’s like the app has been on repeat. I know there’s a delay from the live radio broadcast, but why are the conversations starting over. In the middle of the conversations it goes silent for a few seconds and then the conversations start over from a certain point and it does this repeatedly for about 15-20 minutes. Sometimes it corrects itself but today it’s really gotten out of hand, I’ve missed over half of the live content because the first 30 seconds have been on constant repeat. It’s becoming annoying and makes me want to look towards other internet radio providers because it’s becoming too much to deal with now. *Update* Decided to come back and drop the rating due to the “help” that was offered from the developers. Why am I being asked for so much info that they should already have and also be asked to do this and that repeatedly when I already told the support team what was done to try and correct the issue. Dealing with support for this past week has been no help at all.

iHeart Radio App for iPhone 7. I have been listening to the music on this app for over a week now and I can't enough of it. They made it easy to navigate with great features. It works for me and I haven't experienced any problems as of yet. I think that this app is awesome and I usually don't write many reviews on things unless it's worth my time. Besides there is an app for everything now a days to sit there and rate them all when you download or use them would take a while, at least in my case. I recommend iHeart Radio for those of you who love music without tons of commercial breaks. Thanks iHeart Radio and keep up the good work. So far you have a really great thing going for you and I hope that it doesn't change to much over time with a bunch of pointless improvements or updates that aren't necessary to the users or listeners.

aesthetically pleasing and easy to use 5+✨. Aesthetically pleasing from the moment I opened the app! From the fonts used down to the layout of the screens tabs section it’s just easy to read and it is very user friendly By far the most beautifully designed music app I’ve seen in awhile! easy to navigate and good for a free trail month pass ! I’m trying it out this month , but I think I have a feeling I’ll be sticking with this app ☝️ By far my favorite music app atm! 5 stars ✨ for this beautifully designed app! Love all the music and the easy to read layout of the app. Excellent for exploring new music and discovering new songs as well as containing the best known music. 💯 music lover’s dream come true. I highly recommend this app ☝️ as I have tried many different apps and this one is supreme by far my favorite ! 🙌🙌

American Top 40 with Casey Kasem!. Back when I had my car, I was paying $30/month for Sirius XM expressly for the purpose of listening to one Casey Kasem show each week. Someone on Facebook had suggested that I login to iHeartRadio and simply search “Casey Kasem”, and I found a channel that streams just American Top 40 shows from the 70s and 80s 24/7! Being only 25, I was never able to listen to his shows live, and Casey had passed just as I started getting into his shows in 2014. I had previously only kept iHeartRadio on my iPhone and iPad to be able to stream a station out of Grand Rapids, Michigan in November and December each year when they switch to Christmas music. Needless to say, I stream American Top 40 through iHeartRadio at least 1-2 hours a day, and often listen to it for extended periods while at work. Thank you iHeartRadio for making it possible for me to listen to an icon I didn’t get to know until it was too late.

App is still decent, but now annoying to use!. The iHeart radio app is still ok to use, but the constant ads and random songs playing instead of the live radio stations I want to listen to is really annoying. Like if I want to listen to 103.5 KTU, Z100 or Hot 97, either a long ad plays, or a random song from iHeart radio plays, when in fact the radio station I want to listen to has a different song playing live on the station. Then, when I go to another station like Z100, another random song plays too! And then when I go back to the previous station, it plays the same random song but from the beginning, and it seems like I will never be able to listen to the actual live station I want to listen to!! I actually thought getting the $5.99 subscription would help, but it really doesn’t, it just helps with the ad situation, random songs will still play. Other than that the iPhone app is fine. But for the song issue, I will definitely stream the radio stations thru Apple Music for the time being.

Way too easy to accidentally subscribe. I haven't minded the iHeartRadio app and service and it generally works very well and it’s easy to use. However... I was listening to the radio while riding my bike recently, and pulled my phone out to change the station I was listening to, and somehow managed to accidentally subscribe to the “Plus” service while attempting to lock my phone after. Sorry, it shouldn’t be this easy to subscribe to your paid services, or if it is, it needs to be easier to reverse it immediately so I don’t have to live with a subscription/charges I don’t care to have. I didn’t bother to call Apple to have the charge removed since it seemed like a hassle hardly worth $6. I was able to discontinue the subscription in my Apple account so I won’t get recurring charges. It’s just frustrating that I managed to buy something I didn’t intend to. It should require a few steps to get to the purchase, especially for a recurring subscription! If it manages to happen again, you can bet I will stop using this app and find a different way to stream the stations I listen to.

Dupped. The app was great a few years ago and is fun on the desktop service since I last used it. I was itching for more radio recently and decided to open up the app. As soon as I did I was prompted with a subscription payment from iHeartRadio. They wanted me to verify that I wanted to try their trial subscription. I barely had enough time to look at what was going on before I accidentally rested my finger on my scanner and the subscription was accepted. I was lucky to be able to reverse it, however if I want that free trial now I have to use it immediately or not at all. This is ridiculous. I should not be immediately prompted with a payment upon opening an app that I haven’t used in months. Is downright disrespectful and near predatory. There was also no warning. No pop up to show me that I was going to make a purchase, no redirection. Immediately loading into the app I was forced into a transaction. From what I’ve read of similar reviews this isn’t uncommon. The lack of respect I was shown is disgusting to me. Please be wary of this. I will try out this app some more but this is a really bad way to start off.

Worst app for podcasts. Literally the clunkiest app I’ve ever used. If you can listen to your favorite podcasts on another app, do it! Unfortunately the Elvis Duran Show is owned by iHeartRadio, so I have to use this app to listen to their replay shows and podcasts. It takes forever just to open the app and get to the show I want to listen to. I keep the app open if I have to pause for a bit, and usually I try to come back later and listen... only to find that the app has closed itself and I have to go and search for the podcast I was listening to. A lot of times it doesn’t save my place, so I have to fast forward to where I was. This app has TRICKED ME into accidentally signing up for their premium, paid version by randomly bringing up the thumbprint authorization even after I had closed out of the ad. I’ve also tried listening to some of my favorite shows “live” and it constantly cuts out. I’ve had this app for years and despite going through many updates, it still is just NOT great. I don’t know how anyone can give it more than 3 stars. Either make my favorite shows available on the Apple podcasts app, or make this stupid app BETTER.

Lousy App with Inconsistent Content. They keep making this app worse! Now the app has to be restarted nearly every time I stop pause a channel. I can't help but wonder if they release updates as frequently as they do so that their app has more stars than it should. How about adding an option to nag screen of "Never" and making the default start screen "My Stations." Even trying to launch from the widget does not work as the app keeps forgetting my recent stations. I'd give it ZERO stars if I could. They took a buggy app that crashes, and introduced startup/channel change advertisements that delay getting to the program. It seems like every update makes this app perform worse. The newest version of app will just stop playing at the top and top and/or bottom of the hour. Further, the app once again fails to resume following a phone call. The widget also fails to play the station. Further, the app keeps forgetting recently played stations! More important is that channels like WLS are running commercials when the show has resumed for over-the-air listeners (that's assuming the stream is working at all). Further, app stops playing content for no apparent reason even while connected to WiFi. When tested against iheartradio on the computer (using same connection) the stream is playing on the computer, so the problem is with the app. Luckily, the content I enjoy is not limited to Clear Channel stations. Clear Channel should hire competent developers.

WOW. I first got a iHeartRadio as a free app when I first got my mobile device. It was free it was fun and the music was good because I could listen to it anywhere. That was about three years ago, now so much of the free things have been replaced by paid services that if I want to change anything that I had set up three years ago I can’t do it unless I pay them their fees to change anything on my accounts. You really have to love progress. On top of that because my mobile device is constantly logged on it doesn’t recognize the passwords I set up before they changed their site so now when I go to login online to try and change things it doesn’t recognize me. It’s a blast trying to reset my passwords and prove I’m not a freaking robot, great job iHeartRadio. I think it’s pretty funny that I have to prove I’m not a robot to reset my password but they can send automated email responses to folks. I’ve had these kind of problems before and they’ll send a generated email that says hey look up these corresponding posts on the forums to see if they match your problems. It’s all fun and games until the autistic guy wants to talk to a person then everybody hides behind a computer screen, if you find this funny awesome, if you don’t, fix it. It’s just one guys opinion.

Love iHeartRadio and stuff to blow your mind. I really enjoy listening while working or just enjoying the show. Because I’m a new listener I do find it hard to navigate around the “Stuff” material. The list is so long that I find myself getting lost in the scrolling. It would be very helpful to divide the listening segments into groups, such as years of dates. That way you could find your place easier. I have recommended the show to friends but they all have trouble finding a particular podcast that I recommended. I also find it interesting that the earlier segments that date from 2010, which were hosted by a guy and gal had a different point of view than the more recent segments hosted by the two guys. (Sorry they are great but I can’t remember their names) I enjoy the male point of view that comes across but the difference is noticeable to me. Maybe they could throw in a female cohost once in a while.

Great app, but sucking Battery in background. I’ve always loved this app, mostly to listen to local radio WOAI, but there appears to be a bug in the current version that is draining my iPhone battery, even when I’m not listening to anything on the app. The last couple of days, I’ve notice an unusually rapid drain of my battery (no iOS update) so I went into Settings->Battery to see what has been consuming my stored battery level. Over the past 24 hours, 31% has been consumed by iHeart Radio “Background Activity “. Over this period, I’ve actually listened to iHeart Radio, for about 3 hours. (Much of this time was in my car, attached to a Mag-Safe Charging dock, because my car radio gets a bunch of interference). I’ve had to force quit the app, in the hope that this will eliminate the background battery drain. Whenever I use it in the future, I’ll have to force quit it again, until I find that this bug has been crushed. Again, a great app, but a serious bug that needs to be addressed.

Was great on Windows Phone, new web app version six. Loved this app on my Windows Phone, installed it when I was forced to switch to iPhone (which has been an inferior user experience in almost every way - it can’t even do autocorrect as well as the WP, but I digress), and it was pretty similar throughout the fall of 2017... logged in today, December, to find everything changed. I can’t figure out how to get to my favorite artist-based station (can find artist in search, but there doesn’t seem to be a station option anymore?) can’t find the Recently Played Songs list once I’m playing a station. It’s fine to change things, but not in such an extreme way that it appears so nonsensical to even fairly on-top-of-things users that they can’t easily find the features that are important to them. I don’t know if it was a web app before, but it must be because I don’t recall downloading an update and everything is just a little off, not polished and smooth like a native app would be. I expected that sort of thing on a minority platform like WP, but it’s really disappointing to have a worse experience on a brand new iPhone. Anyway, this app is in need of some major organizing/UI changes before it can match the user experience of previous versions. If I have to put in hours curating my stations (which looks like the direction this is going), as opposed to having a variety of stations that are good, just need minor tweaks to be great, I’d might as well use Pandora!

The finest curation of music is right here. I commend iHeartRadio’s great team of music curators who make some of the finest radio stations I’ve ever heard. I’m referring to iHeartRadio’s very own exclusive radio stations which they provide and curate themselves. Much gratitude goes to the team’s diverse portfolio of musical entries inserted into their radio playlists, including songs that are either virtually never played or underplayed on local FM radio stations. I especially like the slideshow of dreamy photos put on display on a tv screen when listening to the iHeartRadio app on Roku or another streaming platform. Yacht Rock Radio, for example, is a very good example of masterful curation of music accompanied by a beautiful slideshow of photos displayed on the tv. Equally rich and beautiful is the music from iHeart Classical. I look forward to hearing more underplayed, yet fantastic musical masterpieces on iHeartRadio’s very own radio stations.

iHeartRadio. I would have given it a five star BC I simply love being too listen to my home rock station when I'm working BC I work out of town most of time. But for some crazy reason lately it has started at 100% volume, even just now I got a head start on it and began working it down to about 60 % for it just to jump right back full blast even though I was holding down on volume button. Now I really can't explain how out why it would be turning down and almost to the half mark just for it to jump to the full volume while I'm still holding on the volume but this is not some thing that I can take or tolerate at 615 am nor will my boss's or work mates at this time in the morning and hell it could give some one a heart attack when u go from nor hearing a thing where a needle could be able to be heard hitting the floor. But you could say every one is awake today after this Bluetooth box going off. Please let me know what could and out can be done and if it's anything to do on my part in really sorry for not given the extra star but I had the volume working down for it to start over. Thanks and please have this fixed or fixed for me. Have no complaints about anything else so everyone download this app and listen to your favorite tubes so day and all the time for free.

I do love the radio options. Although there are a few things I feel that could be better. I feel like skipping songs shouldn’t be an exclusive thing only paid membership people can do an unlimited amount of times, cause on the radio station that is titled my name’s favorites, a lot of stuff is mixed in there that I don’t actually listen to. And also, despite giving them the thumbs down, they reappear again. What’s the point of giving that song a thumbs down if it’s just going to show up again? I know I’m nitpicky, but these are things I feel that could make the experience better for the users that can not afford a membership or a subscription. Cause right now I cannot work and I wanna listen to music how I want to...and that’s skipping over stuff I don’t like to get to what I do like.

Super inconsistent. I use this app because it gives me access to older podcasts than apple’s podcast app does, but this app is absolutely infuriating! Sometimes the controls will be available from the home screen or the control center, but not always. Sometimes the controls have play/pause, skip forward 30s and skip backward 15s, but sometimes it’s play/pause, skip forward 30s and 3 bars that allow you to skip to the next/last podcast and maybe remove it from your list of favorites (can’t remember the last feature). The fact that the app isn’t always recognized as playing means that I can’t use my headphone shortcuts to play/pause like I normally do, and have to go in to open the app if I want to pause, which is super inconvenient when someone comes in to talk to you but you’re listening to a podcast and have to dig around to finally make the app pause and by that point you’ve either missed an indeterminate amount of podcast or you’ve missed half of what the person was saying to you. Overall this seems like something that an app developer whose primary focus is audio should be really on top of, and it is pretty poor development not to have this figured out in my opinion.

Bout Ready To Delete This App. IHeart radio came up with a good concept with all the live radio stations. There’s only one big problem. IHeart radio won’t let you enjoy them. They are constantly interrupting whatever station you have chosen to listen to with random songs that I guess they believe you want to hear. I would just like to listen to the radio station that I chose. That’s why I chose it. Some times they will play the same song twice within three songs. Then they tell you that you can use the thumbs up & thumbs down buttons for songs you like & dislike & they will customize your experience to your liken. Thing is, I’ve clicked the thumbs down button repeatedly for certain songs & they continue to play the same ones every single day. Every time I hear Blink 182 or the Foo Fighters I just go ahead & turn the app off. I guess they think I like them as often as they interrupt what I’m listening to by playing those two bands & I’ve hit the thumbs down button probably 1000 times yet they still play them every day. I’m bout ready to delete the app for the simple fact that they won’t allow me to enjoy the station I’ve chosen for playing crap that I’ve repeatedly clicked the thumbs down button on every time they decide to interrupt what I’m trying to listen to. It’s so darn aggravating!!

Good App for streaming. It really is a good app. On the plus side, it is efficient with band usage if you have a limited internet plan. It is stable, with good buffering (I have lousy internet in my area so this is vital to me). It has a lot of content, including podcasts galore that can be downloaded. The minus, for which I deduct the stars has been to do with the ads. (I know, I could subscribe, but the monthly is too high for what I am listening too. Maybe some day someone can develop some sort of tiered subscriptions for those of us who just listen to limited content). I listen to a 24 hr news show with commentary. I grew up listening to KFI640 Los Angeles every morning. I don’t begrudge iheart for slipping in a couple of ads here and there, but you step right over THE PROGRAM ITSELF! Your ads should step on top of their ads, not the program. I want the whole news, not just the commentary. That’s what I chose, and it infuriates me when you cut the program off for a crappy 7-11 add, for which I will NEVER set foot in as my blood pressure rises, every time I see the sign and am reminded it’s going to INTERRUPT the program I am listening to in the morning. Iheart could program the timing of their ads better than this.

To download or Not to d/l ?. I was going to dl the iheartradio Free app & thought I would check out the reviews before doing so. I was quite intrigued by the various array of issues that people pointed out, so I kept reading... first few reviews, I saw the response to the Reviewer’s issues by iheartradio was that they wanted to resolve whatever issues they were having & to please contact (email) them, so they can further address the problem(s). I thought, “Wow, they really do want to make sure that the problem is resolved for that person & seem to be taking that extra step in doing so.” Then I kept reading....I would have to say that each & every review that I read, the response was always the same , “pls contact (email) us, so that we can look into this issue and help you resolve it. “ Then I realized, why wouldn’t they address the issue or at least write down a foot note to the review, addressing the outcome & HOW it was corrected!!! I decided NOT to dl the app at this time bc I’m not if all the issues written about were ADDRESSED & CORRECTED ?? It’s great that you guys address the concerns and ask people to contact you for help -but how about letting the rest of us reading the reviews know how things turned out? Were the issues corrected & MORE IMPORTANTLY, How??

Don’t waste your money. This app isn’t even worth downloading the free version, definitely don’t throw your money away for the paid version. 30% of the time I can’t get anything to load on here. When I actually can get it to work, it takes about 3 minutes to load. It rarely remembers where I left off on the podcasts. For example, right now, when it started up, after 3 minutes of waiting, it started playing a podcast I had already listened to. I kept trying to go to the Podcast I had already listened to about half of. The circle around the play button would go around and around for about 4 minutes and then it would go back to the previous podcast. After about 8 tried and wasting 20 minutes, it finally played the one I wanted, but started back over at the beginning, I had to spend another 5 minutes figuring out where I left off. There are so many other places to listen to music and podcasts, go elsewhere, unless you like constantly wasting 20 minutes of your day waiting for things to load.

Used to work better. Before the last update, iHeartRadio would resume the last station I was listening to when it connected with my car’s bluetooth. After the previous update, I started having to hit the channel down button on my steering wheel to get it to start playing. Fine, whatever. But since the last update even that no longer works; I have to open the app and manually tap the specific station I want. Every. Single. Time. Also, since the last update, every time I start the station, I get a 30-second video ad. Uh, a VIDEO ad, on iHeart RADIO? Seems a bit self-defeating, especially since many of the video ads have no audio indication of what they are advertising. So I’ve just learned to turn the audio down to zero when first starting, until the word ADVERTISEMENT goes away from my radio display. I tried iHeartAuto once, thinking to would be better suited to what I wanted, but that app was completely hopeless.

Subscription is too expensive. Almost but not quite 5🌟, would have kept my monthly subscription but it’s way too costly. For just radio I thought, but considering it’s only $15 or so it’s not that bad. It would be great for a disc jockey (DJ) or a wedding event you can actually set up your own play lists so it can just continue playing continuously. Unless you feel the need to have the DJ interact with you like your in a pub or event to interact with the crowd. I’m sure that if you had issues to where you didn’t have a DJ show up for work then this would work for most small town or small scale clubs that’s holding only 50/75 people or so. I will say that most of the time I am able to find just about anything I want to listen when I had the subscription. And I didn’t have to listen to commercials. It’s really nice cause if you are a big music fan who buys a lot of tracks per month then I would just personally purchase a subscription to the iHeartRadio app. It’s just that cool. But being that I don’t buy that much music and I just couldn’t see spending that kind of money per month.

Better than Apple Podcasts. I'll start with the good. The application works great all the time on the phone and watch. The UI for the watch could use a little work as the skip ahead and behind buttons are too small. The reason why I use this application vs Apple podcasts as when I start listening on my phone and then continue on my watch its able to pick it up at the right spot. Apple podcasts only does that right like half the time. It's really annoying. There are only a couple of issues in car play mode. First I've noticed its only showing a subset of the podcast I follow. I think the list is cutting off at 12. So I can't switch to a saved podcast because it's not in the list. This seems like a new issue after updating my phone. The other annoying thing is sometimes when I plug it in it starts playing my podcast I'm listening to but the ui doesn't allow you to pause. It just shows the media player without icons and none of the buttons work. To get around this I just go back to recent and click the top one. That makes it display the podcast and make the media player work. If these couple of issues get resolved it would really be a flawless application.

Preffered over Pandora. I have used this app for about 3 years was pleased with the free version. I’ve seen it updated & pay for it to open up a few more features to find songs, some I can & some I can’t, but I pay the $5.99/month to repeat a single song once & some very limited song searching. I believed this app is good because I can mix genres of music & it’s intuitive enough to know when I need my gospel/Christian playlist vs. the other artists/songs that I’ve like in the past. It also offers suggestions & it doesn’t appear to be so commercialized, I repeat NOT a commercial distribution list of who you are forced to like. Some of my local/Independent artists have songs that I’m able to find. I’m thankful for that. I’m not an iTunes type of person. I hate I lost ALL of my music after switching from an iPhone 4 to iPhone 6s. It made my day to hear my own music that aren’t published on iTunes, so I’m glad to at least be able to search for the ones that I once had on here.

I really do like this app but it could be better with minor fixes. I listen to this app all the time and I love the concept but there are minor things that should be done to make it better. I love the podcasts but It does not seem to be fully compatible with I phone. The 11 pro is the first I phone I’ve ever had and I heart restarts or shuts off and won’t start replaying if I make or receive a call. I have to go into the app and start it back up. I’m disappointed with the selection of songs by some popular artists. Rammstein is very well known and played on I heart stations across the country. I am subscribed to the plus feature that you pay to be able to listen to full albums or save songs to play in your own playlist. They have 2 Rammstein albums neither of which include their popular songs. They have tons of crap bands and music no one listens to but lacking in music that is classic. There is no other way to make suggestions than write a review or I would’ve just contacted someone there with my feedback.

Used to be great.. I’ve been having problems with the app as of recently. Radio stations work great but when listening to podcast, that’s where the problems start. First the playback order, I prefer to listen from old to newer ones just in case of two part episodes. Second after each episode I have to reopen the app to play the next episode since the app shuts down after ending an episode. And last the ads, it’s understandable why ads are needed but when you hear the same 30 second ad for 3 minutes straight and then again for another 1 or 2 when another episode starts. It gets really annoying. I have contacted them and got the general response of thanks for bringing it to their attention. This has been going on for almost 2 months. So now I’m stuck listening to out of order stories not understanding what is going on. Also the discontinuation of the watch app. It was better than using the native play to control the stations being played.

Quit using app: excessive ads on live radio.. I stopped using the app because of the excessive Internet ads as I’m trying to listen to live radio. An example of my frustration is trying to listen to top of the hour news… Four minutes of ads opening the app makes me miss it. You should not play ads when someone is trying to open a live radio station. I got an old-school a.m. radio to solve this problem, thus you are missing out on ad revenue because of the excessive ads causing me to force quit your app. I have now dropped it all together. The app also tried to take over my music listening. I use Apple Music. So your app is toast on my phone/iPad. Update after Developer Response: I already did that. I suppose it could be that Apple’s privacy changes make our devices look new to you every time we get out of app and back in, whether one session to the next or if we go out to other apps when iMessages come in (and back into your app to hear more ads)…you’ll have to figure that out. iPhone 12 Pro, up to date iOS and your app.

Good but could be better. Honestly, this app is better than pandora. However, my main two issues with it are the dislike feature and the song selections when you choose a specific band or artist. 1. Dislike feature: The problem with it is that if you click the dislike button on a song, that same song will keep coming back later until you’ve disliked it 3-4 times. Then after about a month it’ll come back again 2. Band/artist song selection: My major issues with this feature is that when you choose a band you want to listen to, the app will play almost anything but that band/artist. For example, if you choose fallout boy the app will play a fallout boy song once in every ten songs or so. Therefore what is the point in being able to select an artist. Now I’m not saying I don’t want to hear things outside of the band/artist I have chosen, however, it would be nice to hear the chosen band/artist at least every other song or so.

needs improvement. i’m constantly writing to iheartradio in regards to their streaming adequacy and other issues. it’s frustrating to be met with a bot when i have an issue. mainly, because the bot does nothing but slow down or lengthen the process— it doesn’t even offer solutions, just a contact form. right now, i’m here because there is no ‘report incident’ button for your radio listening experience when there needs to be. so often i run into streaming problems but cannot report it or get help with/for it since there is no support team. if there’s not going to be an immediate support team there could at least be an incident reporting button. that way, an incident response team can figure out (and fix) what’s going on IRT instead of hours later. please, do better. my main problem with streaming is the buffering or skipping that occurs. i can’t listen to a whole song without it ‘jumping.’ to make matter worse, the station cannot be played kn iHeartRadio sometimes. what is that even about? this does the opposite of creating a seamless listening experience. it makes it annoying and stressful.

Love/Annoyed. I love iHeartRadio 99.9 KSAB the best tejano music choices especially those who live on boarders of Texas because all you hear is music from Mexico (for those who like that music is great ) although born and raise with tejano/conjunto prefer 99.9 KSAB station I can have your station on all day and all night but....I never hear any stories from our Texas musicians from our original State “Texas” all I hear is other musicians from other states or countries on how they started there music which I hardly hear their kind of music on your station and I get annoyed when the same story is on night after night so if you read this and knowing I am a big fan of iHeartRadio 99.9 from Robstown Texas please get this message to the station I want to hear how Intocable or Little Joe or Elida Reyna and so on and so on started as musicians ...supporting our local and getting to know our famous musicians that are rocking the USA as we speak ...thank you

In A World Where Danger Is Everywhere.... I was a subscriber to a popular satellite radio company who shall remain nameless. 🤔🤷‍♂️😂 Well, I found myself in between jobs and needing to find a way to stay caught up on what was going on in the worlds of sports, current world events, and the like. I had downloaded the iHeart Radio iPhone application a few years ago, but I never used it. Actually, I had forgotten about it due to the metal plate in my head negatively reacting to the use of my microwave when preparing my burritos. (My bowels would release and I would forget who I was for about an hour or so.) Anyway, I decided to utilize the application so as to experiment with and experience the full effects of the frequently promoted pleasure of said application. I must say that I was quite amazed at the vast and diverse selections at my fingertips! I am very thankful for the opportunity to listen to my favourite programs! I give this application 4 stars due to the excellence in which they approach this stubborn, never say die medium known as ”Radio.” Download it now and find out what you are missing! Also, if you too have a metal plate in your head, your reception will increase by at least 80%! iHeart radio and unlimited data...it is like heaven on earth, it is like Ireland without the pipe bombs. It is 🎯💯 GOLD!

Deleted and never looking back. So done with the ads and the greed of iheart/Clear Channel. Ads are a priority and now it’s just a glitchy ad filled experience. The greed of iheart/clear channel is disgusting. PLEASE understand who iheart actually is. Understand their legacy. Iheart literally owns all the radio stations. They don’t HAVE to make you watch ads to make the app free! They do not have to charge you for an “ad free experience”. They already own the stations. They’ve already sold those advertisements. You are already listening to the ads. That’s why radio is free. There is NO ad free experience, period. They charge the advertisers for air time and they charge the listeners to listen to the ads. Then they try to guilt people into paying to listen by saying the ads keep the app free! They are getting paid on ALL ends and would love you to believe they are some small start up that just wants to help you access content. Iheart is a HUGE GREEDY CORPORATION that already owns ALL the radio stations. The amount of money they make through ALL the advertising they already sell on the air is completely unimaginable! GREED and way to much control! Shameful and terrifying!

Unable to download podcasts for the last week. I love the app and I never leave a review on things. I’m reporting an issue. It was a little over a week ago. An update was sent out. Now I’m not able to download any podcasts. I’m forced to stream them only. It just keeps popping up with the message “unable to download” it repeatedly pops up ever couple seconds. I’ve checked to ensure I have given the app proper permissions. Please fix this issue. I get that I can’t download music or other things. Since I’m not a paying sub. As a free user I can only download podcasts. Which is good for me. I’ve always downloaded the Elvis Duran and the morning show. Along with three other Elvis Duran related shows. We really need the issue fixed, because it’s making me go over my data. I just got a text about being close to my 22.5 gig limit. I checked to see what is using my data. IHeartRadio has used 7 gigs in the last week. That’s because it’s fully loading the episode every single time I open up to listen. I will be forced to not use the app if this isn’t fixed. I will find something different. Love you all so please!!

Great but one issue.... I am completely loving this app. Features that I love is that it plays in the background of any other app. This is the best especially when using Waze in the car. I can still get the verbal directions from waze and the volume of iHeartRadio goes lower but doesn’t shut off! Also, when I close the app mid podcast, the podcast restarts automatically upon returning to the app. This also continues playing when minimized and when the phone is locked. The only feature that I would love to see change is the order in which the podcasts play. Instead of going up the list, example #4 to #5, the podcasts will play going down the list from #5 to #4. This means that you have to physically go into the app and click on the next podcast on the list. This is something that I hate doing, particularly when driving as it’s dangerous! I would love for iHeartRadio to fix this issue so that I can play a podcast list, and let it run up the list without needing to reopen the app and physically tap the next on the list. Besides this issue, I love this app for podcasts!

Subscription. I was charged $5.99 for a subscription that I was “tricked” into signing up for. I canceled the subscription within minutes of discovering that I had signed up for it, but ended up being charged anyway. I went to the online help on the iHeartRadio app to verify that my subscription was canceled and there is no unsubscribe button to hit. I then emailed iHeartRadio and received this response. “iHeartRadio Customer Support does not internally handle subscriptions processed through Apple. However, if you need to cancel your subscription, you can do so by following the procedure below:” I folloedthe procedure “below” only to get to a dead end. I sure hope I don’t get charged again, I guess I will have to open up a dispute through my credit card company at this point. In the future I will be very very careful what buttons that I tap. It’s a shame that the app gets updated and changes around so much that it is unfamiliar if you don’t use it every single day. Through the many updates I have also lost my favorite stations and my saved stations, and it gets really frustrating.

Great App - Playback Needs Work. Great app to be able to listen to any genre of music or listen to talk radio from anywhere in the world. Playback at times (and becoming more and more frequent) will repeat the same portion of a segment (no skip or scratch when it happens, so kudos for that) and will have to listen to the same portion of what was being said. Not certain if this is a buffering issue, but seems to only happen during talk radio programs. One pesky issue, when receiving a call, inadvertently stopping a talk radio show, commercials/ads will run again before getting back into the same station/program. Should be a way for the program to see that you have not left the station in order jump right back into the program, otherwise you miss a portion of the program that at times is vital to understanding the conversation.

Downloaded on other device. Downloaded recently on my fathers iPad for our amp sound system to play and compared to iTunes Radio and many other reputable radio apps that have delayed or even completely different streams this one seems to be the most in sync with the actual radio 10/10 would recommend over other apps

Great but not as free as claimed. I find the app to be pretty good for nearly everything and I get free data with Virgin so that’s great too, I would give 5 stars if the custom stations as per the store listing and web site were ad free as described, I get a ton of ads using the app and that I would be happy to pay a small fee to get rid of them but I can’t see a way to do that either

Too Bloated & Not focused. There’s way too much that the typical user just isn’t going to need that makes navigation and getting what you want harder. Also if I choose to listen to Artist A radio station, I don’t want to hear Artists X, Y & Z… just Artist A. If I wanted to hear the others I should be able to add them as well and choose for songs to be chosen randomly from a selection of stations.

Great app but a few small issues. Great app but I hate it when an ad pops up with a button to go to that channel, but no option to exit the ad and seems like you are forced to hit the ‘listen now’ button just to exit the ad? So annoying Also, it would be great if playing of podcast episodes was a bit more intuitive. Maybe I’m doing something wrong but episodes don’t automatically go to the next one when an ep is finished.

Fabulous app. I’ve tried many music apps in the past couple of months and to be honest they are just exhausting. Liking music to essentially like more music that you’ll probably never listen to again. I heart radio is fantastic , I’ve been really surprised with the catalogue of artists at hand and being able have the radio and podcasts accessible in the app also is fantastic. It’s got it all.

Doesn’t allow you to listen to what you select!. I’m trying to select songs or channels and it keeps diverting to other songs and artists that are part of the genres I selected when I downloaded. I can’t even switch because when the song I select starts to load it auto diverts again to some other channel on my genres list, E.g switches from me selecting meditation music and it diverts to RnB!! super annoyed, and definitely not what I was looking for when I downloaded.

Usability average. Although the content and station selections are great the usability is average. Every time you reopen the app (even if you haven’t closed it completely) you have to find what podcast you were up to all over again. There is no way to make an “up next” list so when you finish one & wish to listen to another you have to scroll through the hundreds to get to one you haven’t listened to already.

Pretty poor podcast player. Playback experience has been pretty poor. Skipping back several minutes, stopping 3-7 minutes before the end of the stream and refusing to play, ads breaking the stream and requiring a force close, right now I’m listening to a podcast that is showing as the previous one I listened to, when I pause and go about my day when I open the app again it will play the previous one again. Maybe it’s better for shorter episodes but anything an hour long doesn’t agree.

Good app and great support!. Initially I was unable to log on and unable to reset my password. But Cody, one of its support people, was able to reset my password and now I can log on fine. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that It does seem to drop out a little more than other similar apps but that could be a buffering issue or my patchy signal coverage.

Ok App with some flaws. App works well most of the time until recently when for some reason it stops playing after each add break and requires restarting again. Tried uninstalling and reinstalled but didn’t help. Particularly like the favourites radio and being able to add songs I like by hitting the thumbs up icon. Got quite a decent playlist going which beats the normal radio.

So annoying!. Urghhhhh, this app is so annoying. Let’s start with the fact that if you open Facebook while the app is playing the radio, when you close Facebook the radio turns off. Every. Single. Time. Then there’s the periodic unavailability of stations - I love Gen X radio but 1 out of every 3 nights it just won’t play. It just constantly loads but won’t work. Other stations work but when you try to go back to Gen X radio it simply doesn’t work. Also, with other stations, it just randomly temporarily cuts out. No idea why. Finally it’s the ads. It plays other ads over the radio station ads. So the current ad will cut out and a new iHeartRadio ad come on. Annoying. I really hate this app and am trying to find a better alternative.

Fantastic podcast app BUT.... ... why can’t the app resume a podcast from where it left off each time I open the app? I’ll pause the app or turn off the car (cutting out the Bluetooth and the app pauses itself) and upon reopening the app, my prior podcast isn’t sitting there waiting (20% of the time it is though which makes this more frustrating)... sounds trivial but when a show has HUNDREDS of episodes, you gotta scroll through them all to find the one you left off - whilst in a car with probably a crying jerk baby. Please fix this resume issue, it’s so simple and I don’t want to go back to Apple podcasts!

Love it!. I love that I can listen to my favourite radio station, no matter where I am. I also love being able to listen to stations from other places in Australia (like where my family and friends live) and hear what’s going on in that part of the country. I recommend iHeart radio to everyone.

Crashing. I love the app as I use it from Thailand when I visit my partner. Since being back in country Victoria the app crashes nearly every day. It’s happens sometimes 4/5 times a day. Some days it will not reboot. I turn off iPad and refresh and clear all apps and it still cuts out, getting very disappointed over this app. It’s advertised all day on gold 104 but people will get frustrated just like myself

Has worked flawlessly right up until the last update. Have used the app daily in the car and out and about from almost the very beginning. Since the latest update to the IOS app there is now a requirement to log-in to the app each time I want to use it with my Apple Carplay. I have to physically pull over to the side of the road, open the app on the phone and re log-in to even use iHeart. This has happened at least a dozen times since the latest update. Like many people I do not (and will not) use the cloud to store data and/or passwords. If that is what it is looking for each time then fine, please accept that you’ll lose customer base as people take their data security seriously. PROS: great app, quality content, easy to use and not too many ads. CONS: constantly have to log-in and slow to fire up on Carplay sometimes

Pretty good. Except for the songs that have been taken from live events which are not as good quality, or radio snips that have hosts talking after the song. Also the addition of the ads on free version... I will NEVER buy Paul Newman’s dressings because of this annoying ad. Very frustrating jingle to hear between my heavy metal jams.

Music stops. Has been working fine, but over the last few months it will finish a song then stop. The play button just rotates. I have to pick a different station for music to start. Then after a few songs same problem. Have restarted, uninstalled app and reloaded. Same problem. Todays update. Auto start after a call is not working. Have to restart app and select station. Needs to be fixed.

iheart shakeups are stupid and why I’ve uninstalled. I’ve always preferred to use iHeartRadio to listen to KIIS1065 for years. But the most recent update, when listening to the station and they have ad breaks they seem to be having iHeartRadio targeted ads “it’s an iHeartRadio shake up! Shake your phone now for an ad” This is stupid. I want to listen to KIIS1065 and there’s been times where the Kyle and Jackie O show hasn’t even went for ad break just yet and it comes on (obviously the producers pressing for it to happen), I want to listen to the exact stream that’s on a FM radio and not have iheart targeted ads. I’ve started using tune in for the station until this is rectified (if ever, seems permanent)

Very good.. This is a great alternative to regular radio or the tracks you already have. Only four stars though because of too much talking. However it scores big time because it didn't ditch Australia and NZ like Pandora did. For this I edit and give it 5. Stars! Great Stuff!

I love it but I can't remove stations I don't want. my name is tiffy i'm totally blind and I love iHeartRadio however if I add stations to my favourites you won't allow me to remove what I don't want any more! I could do this once before however you know longer let me! you are taking away my right to remove what I don't want and it's not good enough! Bring this feature back because it worked well with voice-over which is a screen reader for The blind! I won't except your response such as thank you for your feedback we want to look into this for you however a response like that is nothing but robotic and I won't tolerate it so I suggest you stop updating iHeartRadio and leave it alone

IHeart radio. I love I heart radio because I can listen to my favourites whilst I am texting or getting ready although sometimes when I want to listen to a song it plays a different song and when i am rushing and I just want to listen there would be a lot of ads which get annoying and there are usually a lot of ads in one break

Keeps me in touch with the world. I love being able to tune in to local radio stations back in the United States and hear local news and weather where family is. I also enjoy having such a great variety of music in the palm of my hand. Thank you I ❤️ Radio for making road trips enjoyable again🙂

Enjoy every moment. Would be better to have all my favourite stations in one easy convenient place. But happy to deal with it due to the extensive content available

Does not communicate correctly with Apple Car Play. Since the most recent update, the app does not communicate correctly with Apple Car Play. Does not show current songs playing from the radio and have to back in after receiving a phone call on Car Play.

Love the variety. This app is so good, lots of variety in genres. Great to hear songs that I haven’t heard for a long time. However on a few occasions I have found the songs to jump and go around in circles. As there is no one monitoring the stations it can be playing like this for a long time, one time it was going around in circles for over 20 mins. Also a few times I have noticed that songs have been repeated within 2 hours. Other than the above, I love this app. I listen to iHeartRadio over the mainstream radio stations.

iHeart Radio Is The Perfect Music Companion. I love iHeart radio because I get to customise the style of music I listen to without all the interruptions and endless promos on a regular station. I can choose different styles depending on my mood and environment and take it with me wherever I go. Great job iHeart.

Unusable. Download the app. Attempted to sign up l. once I had filled in all my details it wouldn’t load to the next screen so I couldn’t log on. Tried Logging on with Facebook and the same thing happened once all my details were in, it would not get me past that point on the app. All I could do was refill in my details again and again with no progression no matter what I did. What’s the point of downloading an app and not being able to use it! Not impressed!

Christmas music. Love the app. Have feedback on the Sacred Christmas music. Several songs I have given a thumbs down to but they still keep being played. Really hate Aaron Neville’s version of silent night, the wavering voice is like being on the phone with someone and the voice keeps fading in and out. I really don’t want to heart it or ANY song by James Taylor, he destroys the Christmas spirit. If it were possible to ditch the songs you hate I would give it a 5 star rating.

Radio stops after phone calls iPhone.. Using an I phone 8 running latest IOS 15. Every time a phone call interrupts the radio station I have to unlock phone to restart. Poor design of app. Other music apps restart automatically. Tried to contact app developers through internal feedback but cannot select the catageory so cannot submit feedback. Have tried reinstalling but still does not work. Fix you app please.

Very Reliable. Pleased with this app. iHeart can hold the Internet connection. Smooth as and NO drop outs like some others. I know when I put it on that it’s going to stay on/connected. SO SICK of others dropping out repeatedly even after they say they’ve ‘rectified the problem’.

Good app, a couple of issues. I’ve had this app from years and love it. But an annoying issue has come up. My favourites list frequently has songs added to it against my will. These songs are always current chart songs and I think it’s inappropriate for this to occur. Second thing is I will happily pay to not have ads.

I love the app but can't unsubscribe from emails. i'm Tiffy and I'm totally blind and hearing-impaired, I love the app because I can listen to news talk ZB which is a new station I found, but if I don't want the emails telling me what's available it doesn't let me unsubscribe, I'm not happy about that, whenever I go into Safari it says the server cannot be found! Is this some stupid trick to get people to read your stupid emails when we don't want them?

Changes nor required. Use it all the time but cannot select my fave stations as you keep mixing up the screen with blogs and all just mixed up like porridge. Please simplify access selection. Right now it’s all over the place.

Loved it!. I absolutely loved the app! I have been listening to all of my favourite artists such as melanie martinez, Set it off and Panic! At the Disco. But there is one flaw. I can’t play a certain song, for example I can play Taylor swift, but I cannot play Her song ‘You need to calm down’. But other than that I would recommend your app a 10/10.

My favourite radio station. Golly gosh, have listening to WSFM from beginning of time. Even when it was 2sm. I could not be bothered in listening to any other radio station. WSFM makes me happy every day. I actually feel like it’s my other family. You’re all wonderful people working there. The songs you play make my day (when I work I miss out) Lol. Keep up the fantastic, marvellous work you all do in keeping the community happy (especially during Covid). Ps. Especially love the competitions. GOOD JOB GUYS. LUV YA ALL LENA MOY

Australians can’t sign up for subscriptions access. My initial thoughts was good for Music discover. But like what others have said tends to repeat what you liked rather then play new stuff. I wanted a streaming service that suggested new stuff based on what I had already liked. You could try not liking so much to workaround. The free app is good to try at first but you will want subscription access but guess what if in Australia you can’t sign up, US only. For me ability to download is important to save on data usage but also because live in rural area where reception is patchy. Giving a low rating because their app, help or iTunes Store description no where does it say subscriptions aren’t possible in Australia. The app is fairly useless in free form as to limited. IHeartRadio support said : “At this time our paid subscription features are only available within the U.S. “ I will amend my 1 stars to 3 stars if they update help, iTunes description to say subscriptions US only. My time was wasted thinking it was possible only to learn I can’t.

Ads to frequent and repetitive. When I first started using iHeart it was perfect! But in the last 12 months it’s hard to find a good amount of uninterrupted play time. Ads are far too frequent now. It’s very disappointing. Especially when you have sleep timer on, just starting to relax and ads come on blasting you out of your happy place. 😖😢

Use to better before the annoying ads.. This used to a great way to listen to American radio stations. Unfortunately, recently the Australian version has started interrupting the music with local ads, Very annoying! The main reason I listen to overseas radio is to avoid the constant stream of annoying ads played on local radio stations. The only ads should be from the American stations locations.

Frustrating ads. Instead of hearing ads relevant to the station I am listening to, I get repetitive and annoying advertisements. I feel like writing to the real advertisers (that advertise on the real live radio) & telling them that their radio station is allowing iHeart radio to play other advertisements over theirs. Turning the app off then back on only makes it worse, as the ads just start again. What really annoyed me today was having the ads start when the radio announcer started talking about something I had been waiting to hear. I would rather pay a subscription than keep getting harassed by irrelevant ads!

Repetitive and weak broadcast signal. I’m using it because Optus offers free data usage for it, the music is repetitive as same songs play too often, the broad cast signal is too weak in some areas and glitches out or cuts out. No problems with Spotify’s broadcast signal. Update* emailed developer after they contacted me regarding me review, looking forward to a good outcome, fingers crossed something can be done about the music drop outs, songs skipping, and repetitive songs several times in the same day.

Pretty great!. Not at all a bad app, love the themed radios and podcasts as well as podcasts from radio (Jase and PJ!!). One problem though... sometimes when I start listening to a song it will play/show me an ad AS THE SONG IS PLAYING please fix this it’s annoying 😁. Thanks for a great app though and not to many ads (and not pressuring me to get a premium either 😅)

Enjoying iHeartRadio.. I am enjoying listening to iHeartRadio as it allows me to choose the music I like to listen to. However there are times that I am not able to listen to a particular track as it does not come up when I select it. It could be that it is not available in that stream. Though this can be annoying it is not disappointing as the other songs are just as enjoyable. Thank you.

Annoying own ads in station ad breaks. Been using this app for many years now and a recent change has made the app VERY annoying. Iheartradio now sell their own ads and stream them during the station ad breaks. The same ad can be repeated 4 times in a single ad break, with the addition of 5-10 seconds of dead air before looping the ad again. Ads are a necessary part of a radio station, but dead air and looped repeating of ads is not. It’s so annoying I’ve deleted the app today and downloaded a radio streaming app that does exactly what it says - streams the radio station, music, talk, news and ads - giving the same listening experience.

Unhappy iOS 14.0 or later. Despite being a regular user of this app, the idiotic iPhone run by Apple's control freaks deleted this app without my consent. When I attempted to reinstall as prompted, downloading was refused as now this app only works with 14.0 or more recent. My iPhone 7 Plus happily uses iOS 13.7. Why should I change versions to a later, less stable operating system just to run this app? I am requesting iHeart refine their design so that the app is available to a wider audience with iOS prior to 14.0. Not all of us are sheep who download updated operating systems when the current OS is reliable and quick. Also, don't start on security, I am aware of security precautions and no upgrade would improve security with my knowledge and use. Please iHeart, refine your app so the next version update is inclusive of iOS 13.

Annoying ads. Overall I have been reasonably happy with this app with only a small number of issues in terms of stability and playback issues though this could be network as anything else. This changed a few days ago. Not only do I need to put up with the numerous ads on my favourite radio station, the app now opens with an ad before even getting to the radio station meaning I miss time dependent items like news. To make things worse, the chosen ad features dirge like music and to make it worse again, the ad often enough plays twice. Regards

Music Is My Most Favourite. The only time I don’t like music is when I hear new songs for the 1st few times and then get used to the music. Everyday songs get stuck in my head before they come on especially songs my family and I don’t hear very often and I’m a big music fan. I love a few of the stations

Free Radio. On certain OPTUS plans, using this app does not count toward data use, therefore I can listen to the multiple ABC channels all day or night long without cost (I have to be near a power point though ;) ) other features are too confusing for me

I Heart Continuity. For the past couple of months I thought I was having issues with my NBN connection. I had the NBN people check and re check to find out why my I Heart connection was dropping out every few minutes. It did not matter what station I was listening to, it would just stop from a few seconds to several minutes. I then tried listening to other online radio stations and I am having a much better run with no dropouts over the last week. So maybe it's time to change permanently. I have also found less repetition on these other radio stations. So goodbye I Heart until these issues are sorted. I will return now and again to see if these issues are sorted. Bye for now Andrew

No Next in podcast list Scrolling whole list to get next one. Love this app but there is no option to play next podcast in podcast list. Not even from my AirPod . Its only forward or backward. Another thing is i am listening one podcast a show and the list is big . I am on 150 podcast in that list . After turning of this app next time to play 151 podcast i will have to scroll to that number which is very annoying. It plays automatically the one i left in middle or next one but if i want to listen next one i will have to scroll the whole list to get the next podcast. It should be showing the list where its currently playing. Thanks

Why I don’t recommend iHeartRadio. The reason I don’t like iHeartRadio is because sometimes I want to listen to music *but* every time I press on my favourite singers it always says “authors profile not available” or sth like that. It’s really annoying because at school my friends talk to much and I try to study so I try to listen to music and guess what, authors profile not available. Another reason is because in the new update it states that it can even work offline, right? Well when I updated it and tested it offline it didn’t work, so I can’t listen to music while walking. I would really like to listen to music while walking so it isn’t so boring, but again when I tried playing music it said it was offline when it was supposed to work offline. Please explain why this is happening and fix it, because right now I am not happy along with many other users and rating this a 1 Star app.

Why sign in. People listen to the radio because they want simple and easy to access information. This format of creating an account and signing in with the extra step of confirming the email (link sent to junk mail) has ruined my experience with radio. I am just going to listen to a podcast instead.

I heart commercials radio. I’ve got to create an account now so you can track me? Forget it. I don’t enjoy listening to ads enough for that.

Forced login required. Why is there a new app? Why not just update the old app? The new app requires a forced login to use, I will continue to use the old app as long as it works. As long as there is forced login I will not be using this app to listen to my radio station.

Music. Just signed up to use the app for the first time. Tried listening to a few luke bryan songs then when i tried to click next it played song from a different artist, ok no biggie. Tried going back to the album and it wouldn’t let me listen to anymore luke bryan... tried another luke bryan song and it played something completely different. What a waste of time this was

Please do this. Please add dark mode

Fix this. This is stupid. The new won’t allow me to create an account. Change back to the old or I will just cancel altogether.

If your Canadian you can’t listen. Driving through USA we listen to Christian radio stations advertising for iHeart Radio app, so I downloaded the app (at a cost), when I tried to sign up, it only takes a US zip code, not a Canadian one, so it was a waste of a purchase.

Limited to USA users.. I live in Canada so I can’t create an account. Great waste of my storage space.

No intention to create an account. I used to love this app, but with the new update I now have to create an account. That's a hard pass for me, no matter what amazing though largely useless features I’m promised on the other side. All I'm looking for a is simple radio listening app. TuneIn it is.

It sucks. I live in Barrie Ontario CANADA. Point being CANADA. An almost no stations come up. Even after typing the station in. Horrible app. The radio stations that sponsor you should be wiser And not support you at all. Total waste of time. Unless you want to listen to US stations. AND I DONT. IM A PROUD CANADIAN.

Why do I need to sign up to listen to the radio:(. It’s not like the radio stations are commercial free. It should give options for people don’t want to sign up. Okay you will get lots features when signed up, but I don’t need any features, I just want to listen to the radio stations. I’ll pass this app.

Postal code fail. When creating an account my postal code auto filled with no spaces. The app rejected that and displayed a postal code with a space in the middle. So I try to change to that format but the app won’t accept that last character. So, can’t create an account. Alternatively, you can log in with Facebook but security experts say don’t do that. So, no radio.

Requires a user profile - why?. Radioplayer doesn’t require a user profile. Why does iHeartRadio?

Broke an app that was working great. Now you have to create an account and even then I cannot sign into the app. Gave up deleted it and moved on.

Crappie app. I live in western Canada and there are no local stations listed to listen to. The app advertises that you can listen to local stations. Spotify is the best for music only listening.

Just fix the podcast section. Love this app. I use it a lot. I’ve recently started using the podcast section. The only issue I’m having with it...and it’s a big one...is that it automatically plays the podcasts in order from most recently posted first. Which causes issues when I’m listening to a cast that is supposed to be in a series. I’m constantly having to stop the play and search for the appropriate next podcast as it will automatically flip to the most recent one. PLEASE FIX THIS! There should be an option within settings that allows me to change the timeline direction of the play!

Can’t create account. I’d love to review the app but after several hours of trying to create an account and being told every time that the confirmation link has “”been sent!” (Spoiler alert: it wasn’t), I’m giving up.

Account? I don’t think so..... Yet another app that wants to gather info from us and create an ‘account’ for no good reason. I just want to listen to music, I don’t want an account. Installed, saw the account requirement, now Im removing the app after this review. TEACH THESES PEOPLE THAT WE WONT TOLERATE ANY MORE MANIPULATION AND PRIVACY ISSUES! DON’T USE THEIR APP!

Deleting new app, not interested in setting up an account. Deleting new app, not interested in setting up an account

Sucks. I’m gonna find something else that doesn’t play a tons of long ads before listening to a song or changing stations. I used to like this app a lot.

No Chromecast Support. You can’t cast it to chromecast devices even though it shows the cast option and available cast devices in the network. When the Chromecast devise is selected the radio stops playing!

No way!. I think the point made by others in this app, is well taken. I have absolutely no desire to be tracked or have my information shared with any and all advertisers. To that end I will respectfully delete your service.

Who’s listening to who?. You’ll need an account, you’ll need a valid emai, you need to submit your birthday, you have to have location services on, oh ok no location services we’ll need your postal code then. Go get bent I’ll listen online or another app without having to crawl in bed with them

Lovely. I love it

Kinda sucks doe. So you get a bunch of random songs and you can like/dislike them. And the ones you like appear more often. But you can’t actually choose which song you want to listen to. You just open the app and your unsure whether it’s gonna be Britney Spears or Kodak black. And you can’t create playlists. :/

Create a Profile?. Was a great app before they went to a registered format. They say it opens up custom options and other content, but all I used it for was listening to the radio. I have radio stations I listen to, I don’t need a customized experience I didn’t ask for. You want my data and consumer actions, that is the real reason for creating a profile. No thanks! I didn’t mind listening to a 15 second ad before my radio station. I’ll curb the amount of data collection on myself just for the sake of listening to the radio. I found quite a few other free apps that work quite well. They’re exactly what this app used to be. I would rate 0 stars if I could, and 4-4.5 before this profile junk. I’ve never had more joy in uninstalling an app.

Canadian stations. I have been trying to find my Canadian. Radio Stations while in our winter residence in Florida , but cannot even find them. I sent an email for help but no answer yet. Not happy.

Sign into radio app???. The other person couldn’t of said it any better with all the ads that you have to listen to with this app making a account shouldn’t be a difficult process I will not be using this app anymore due to the sign in feature you should of kept it to an option to make a account or not. Forcing people to do this isn’t effective way to get downloads

Don’t waste your time. This app sucks! I can’t get my station to play. It just loads and loads. I downloaded radio player Canada and it works glitch free. It’s too bad my favourite station wasn’t on radio player app tho.

Does. It accept postcodes. 1. why make up an account? Intrusive requirement. 2. Does not accept postcodes [British nor Canadian - does not accept letters apparently. 3. Years of listening spoiled RS

OLD ratings and reviews. iHeartRadio has been advertising itself quite a bit and as I like listening to different types of music I thought I’d load the app and try it. I always like to check the ratings/reviews so I know I’m not wasting my time or going to be hit with hidden fees. Upon checking yours I see they range from 3 to 5 year old reviews! Out of 10 ratings/reviews there were nine who didn’t like and only one who did like. Maybe if your ratings/reviews were “more up to date” it would show a more favourable response??

Stopped working. I used to use this app every day to listen to 3 different stations from Calgary and Toronto. Yesterday, All of a sudden those stations don’t exist on the app, and all I can listen to are American radio stations.

Easy & diverse. It’s user friendly & has Many choices from stations & podcasts

Really Enjoying the iHeartRadio App. I like using the iHeartRadio app because I can “Thumbs Up” songs I like and “Thumbs Down” songs that I dislike. Then, I can listen to all my Favorites without hearing the ones I don’t like. Also, other similar songs will be thrown in that I can like or dislike. On top of all that, I can search an artist to listen to their music and then hear similar songs from other artists to add to my favourites or dislike. Because I like a variety of music, I love the iHeartRadio app. On top of it all, you can listen to radio stations in your area or from around the world. That’s cool.

Sign up process doesn’t work. Every time I try to sign up, app keeps telling me my email is already registered when I know for a fact it isn’t. So just to test out their assertion in this regard, I activated the ‘Forgot password’ button and filled out the corresponding fields. When I then try to reset my alleged ‘already-registered’ account pswd, the ‘Send’ button doesn’t work. I mean, really, omg... Just an incredibly shoddy and amateurish application. And then when I read through all the other negative reviews and see that the developer usually only responds with a generic scripted reply identical in almost every instance, I realize then that they truthfully don’t really give a damn in the first place. Therefore, I don’t give a damn either, and will not be listening to any of their radio stations via any method since forcing sign-up on their inoperative app is more than enough evidence for me to know that they genuinely view their clients with disrespect and as a bunch of suckers.

Go to email to set up profile? That su_ked!. You first kick me out of the old app throwing all previous set in the trash, then make me go to email to set up a “nothing profile”. This wasted my time. I’ve never had to throw out an app for an update before. I’ll update the 1 star if the app leaves me alone and doesn’t send me emails.

Most frustrating radio app!!!. This is an absolutely terrible app! It’s so annoying to have to download or update the app almost every time i turn it on when I just wanna listen to my fav radio station..... when do I need to use internet radio ? When I’m out of town or out of the country obviously BUT when I’m in the US I’m locked out of listening to my fav IHeartRadio stations back In CANADA .... The ads are intrusive and annoying as well AND I don’t wanna be a freakin member.... TuneIn and Simple Radio are vastly better !!! Not sure why I’m even giving it one star maybe just for existing....

Sign In. Count me out from now.Too many signs-ins,passwords,logins to do anything these days. Commercials are way overdone and become an irritant. I’ll find other methods and sources. Thanks anyway. As an up date to this "Review", you have not addressed the issue.I don't need or want to hear a sales pitch in your response , I appreciate the reasons for Iheart being. There should be no need for logins and passwords b.s., it is offered free of charge, it is VERY VERY VERY VERY ETC. ANNOYING and unnecessary. Forget the sales pitch rubbish and address the problem, you had already sold me on listening to it, now you have literally "turned me off" .

Great app. I have been using this app for a bit and it’s actually the best radio app I have found. The only downside is I can’t play it offline.

Log in ???. Obliger de se connecter pour pouvoir écouter. Non merci pour moi, déjà assez d’organisations qui me suivent et m’envoient des pourriels. Désolé pour vous... BIG FAIL

Don’t like it. I’m not comfortable putting in all of my personal info just to listen to music, thank you.

Sign in?. You now have to have an account to listen to the radio? It’s bad enough to have an advertisement every time you activate the (old) app. I won’t be listening to this station any more

Canadian Radio No Longer Available. I’m in Canada and iTunes app forced an update to the latest version. After downloading the update from iTunes Canada my only choices now are American radio stations!

“Update”??. I was forced to update it, and now the only radio station I ever listened to doesn’t work. So disappointing.

Why need an account. So you can spam me... apps delete... let’s use the website instead

App. Do not want to create an account

Account?. You want to get more listeners? Make it as simple as the actual radio

Crapy app. Create account to listen to radio? Hell no! I had prefer to create account to listen in my car lol. Lousy station crapy app

Email never gets sent. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Makes you create an account in order to listen. And before you can listen you have to wait for an email from them to proceed. Which I never got after multiple days of waiting and requesting new emails to be sent. It should let you listen right away and then confirm your email at another time. Very disappointed in this app.

Volume increases during Ads driving me away. I like the content on the iHeart app. I listen to several radio stations and a few podcasts. But I’m ready to leave the app. When a program cuts to their ads the volume increases drastically! So I turn the volume down. When the program returns the volume decreases. So I turn the volume up. It’s ridiculous that I have to be tied to the volume button anytime I’m on the iHeart app. Sometimes the ads will blast into my ears since I wear my AirPods and it’s really uncomfortable until I can lower the volume. I don’t know if there is a work around for this problem. It would seem reasonable to me that the app broadcast at a steady decibel level regardless if I’m listening to a program or an advertisement. But apparently not. Be warned when you’re wearing your air pods!!! The ads will be significantly higher in volume than the program you’re listening to!! Is there a fix for this problem?! If not I’m ready to move on to something else.

Ridiculous amount of commercials...what a joke!. So I had tried out iHeartRadio a few years ago when I was feeling nostalgic for my old Cleveland market radio stations. The trial was short lived, as the first time I booted up the app, it played several commercials before even playing a song. I saw where this was headed and immediately uninstalled the app. Today, feeling nostalgic again and with several years having passed, I figured hey, time to see if things have changed and give it another try! What a mistake. This time, I got ONE whole song, before it immediately proceeded to play five commercials in a row. I didn’t wait to see if it was going to play even more before it got back to the music. The commercials were not exactly short, either! So here I am, reinstalling the app and immediately uninstalling it, just like before. Guess things haven’t changed. I’m glad some people seem to get something out of it. I’ve gotten one song and about 10 commercials...what an amazing app!

iHeart Radio Dark Mode. As we’re currently on Christmas Mode of the iHeart Radio App, where you have that specific look that makes it look like that it’s on Dark Mode, even though it currently doesn’t have a Dark Mode Option, for when it’s not Christmas at the time, it would be nice to even add a Dark Mode Option on here to help some of us out with who doesn’t like using Light Mode at night nor in Dark Rooms, etc., as Light Mode can blind some of us out with that Whiteness in there & Dark Mode would help those of us out a whole lot, as a huge overlooked favor. So, maybe in the next Update of the iHeart Radio App, add a Dark Mode Option in there perhaps & maybe add a Device Theme as well to have it automatically switch between Light & Dark Modes depending on the Light/Dark Mode Option in Settings on the Mobile Devices that support the Light/Dark Mode Option. 🤔

Good app ( sort of ). I’ve listened to this app for years discovering new artist I like and dislike but it’s on accident. Many times when I decide I want to listen to my station ( imagine dragons ) some other song will pop up! ( Panic! At The Disco ) please fix this so only songs written by that band or singer or something very similar will pop up when you listen to a station. Also I don’t understand why I have to pay $6.00 more just to skip songs I don’t like or pick a certain song on a station I want to listen to instead of having to listen all through a station I might not like just to listen to that song. Besides that I love IHeartRadio listening to my rock station while I’m busy or simply just being a lazy couch potato.... so please fix at least the first thing.

Seriously awesome. This app is an essential part of my life. Podcast during the morning commute and to keep me awake and alive on the ride home after my all day physical torture I max the volume and allow the app to be my copilot. I literally use iHeart at least 3 hours a day. My membership is some of the best spent money. The return on investment is honestly my biggest win day after day. Take my word for it spend the few bucks an realize what I have … even the most ordinary, boring daily tasks can be made worthwhile and rewarding for way less than a buck a day. I hate algorithms as a rule but iHeart is really good at giving me exactly what I want even when I’m not sure. Well worth the cost!!

iHeart Radio. I ❤️ed this app before they started making ppl. sign up to use it. I don’t ❤️ it anymore. I don’t use it anymore on my newer iPad and iPhone b/c u started making ppl. sign up to use it. I only use it on my older iPad b/c I can listen to music w/out having to sign up to use it. It’s a little annoying b/c I have to hit a button all the time. And when I put music in there to play, it disappears, so every time I have to search for it again. And also u make ppl. use their email address if there’s any concerns. I absolutely refuse to use this app unless u change it back, so ppl. don’t have to sign up to use it, and so ppl. don’t have to use their email address to talk to someone about concerns. I’d give it 5 stars if ppl. can listen to music w/out having to sign up to use it, use an email address, having to hit a button, having to search for music every time b/c it disappears, but I’m giving it a 1. I’d give it 0 if I could.

Practically no freedom. There have been a few times where I accidentally pressed some buttons in the app and I had added songs I didn’t like onto my playlist, when I tried to delete them I was looking up how I could do so and it said that I had no other way but then to get an extension that I did not want. I have also had problems whenever I was hitting the thumbs down button on specific kinds of music like 70s and 80s songs and it would repeatedly play different kinds of 70s and 80s songs that I did not want to hear because I don’t like that kind of music. I am very upset because I don’t like to get extensions that cost money just so I can do simple things like delete songs on my playlist that I don’t want to hear. I hope iHeartRadio app makers get this review so they can fix this problem. You already make money getting advertisements from other companies on your radio app there is no reason to make people pay so many fees to do simple things

Love for my local station, BUT..... Few things I don’t like. I considered paying for this because I use it a lot and was interested in the other paid features. Glad I used the free trial (since canceled). I used “my favorites” that’s supposed to play just what I’ve liked, and it played a mess of songs that not only didn’t I like, I’d most certainly never made the effort to click like in the first place. I prefer the pandora option of being able to create a station based on multiple songs or artists. And lastly, hello... why offer a “lyrics” option if there are never any lyrics available? Nothing worth than an ear worm with lyrics you know you’re not hearing right. So I ‘ll continue to use multiples until one music app gets it 100% right.

Ghosts Playing With My Phone??. I use this app every single day to listen to my local radio station morning show. I’ve never had an issue, always runs really smoothly, except for an occasional “dead air” or skip in the middle of a song. I don’t use it for much more, not even rating songs. Here’s my problem... I turn it off when I’m ready to walk out the door to go to work, and it randomly starts playing again. The app is completely turned off and closed. This happens several times a day. Even while I’m at work. I ended up deleting the app and reinstalled it hoping that would fix the problem. It didn’t. So I deleted it again to ensure that I wouldn’t be humiliated at work again by the random music playing from my purse. I download the app again because like I said, I listen to Elvis every single day but this is getting seriously old and annoying.

STOP HIDING SAVED STATIONS!. This new update was the last straw for me. Every update the app gets less and less useful and harder to use. First off the “for you” page is completely worthless. Stop making that the landing page. Second, every single time you update the app it becomes harder and harder to find my saved stations. It is sooooo annoying! I should be able to just hit the app and it starts playing the last station I listened to. Sometimes it will sometimes it seems to have no idea what I listened to last so I have to hunt around the app to find my saved stations. Then once I get used to how to find it you update it again and move the saved stations AGAIN. The landing page should be simple - recently played stations and then your favorite stations on a scrolling list. I shouldn’t have to hunt around the app for 10 minutes trying to find them.

Podcast Problems. This app is fine for listening to the radio but the podcasts are totally inferior to other podcasting apps. The ridiculous advertising of it being the #1 app for podcasting is infuriating. #1 because they force you to use their app for the content they offer. If you could listen to their podcasts on a different app plenty of people would. The most frustrating problem is that it frequently cannot remember where you left off. This is totally unacceptable for a podcast app. I absolutely miss when I could listen to my podcasts using the Podcast app on my iPhone - a drastically better product. I just went to use it again and it told me I was selected for a survey which I was looking forward to filling out. Of course clicking on it just took me to a website that said the survey was closed. That about sums up the quality of what this company is putting out (and then advertising is fantastic).

Better Than Radio. I use this app every day. You can “create” “stations” that play music similar to your choice such as a band or style, although choices off the mainstrsam can be very limited. For example, if you choose Taiko, it won’t be long before Zaideco or Euro muzac is playing. IHR has a great selection of AM and FM radio stations. Great for listening to the news back home or that talk radio program that doesn’t play in your area. The trade-off here is the repetitive, ear-grating PSAs and ads that they play over the stations’ ads. If I could, I would pay the subscription price just to get rid of those awful PSAs. Don’t forget podcasts. IHR has a great collection with many categories. I listen to several about business and career skills. My favorites, though, are Ben Shapiro and Wretched Radio. Shapiro is a sharp political commentator who examines all sides and does not let party loyalty or ideology get in the way. Wretched Radio keeps you aware of movements and deviations from biblical Christianity but without the judgmentalism (except where it’s been earned). There are so many choices, it’s impossible to keep up. And you don’t have problems with interference or fading, as long as you have a good Internet connection.

Best Radio App. EDITED: The one issue I had was resolved. I use this app frequently and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you. ... Aside from the following issue, this app is awesome. I love the ability to listen to radio through my phone. Hopefully this gets resolved, my rating would be higher. Nearly every time I open the app, it automatically tries to make an in app purchase and asks for my finger print. This has something to do with the pop up offer that comes up every time I open the app. Instead of allowing me to dismiss the offer, it acts like I clicked on it. I could easily have accidentally subscribed to your paid service if I wasn’t paying close attention. Based on the reviews, this appears to already have happened to several other unsuspecting users. Please find a way to prevent this pop up from showing up every time I open the app. I understand you need a source revenue and have no problem with advertisements. But I’m not interested in making any purchases and would like to enjoy this free app without the risk of accidentally paying for a subscription each time I open it. I will update my review when this is resolved.

Playlist. Why do you guys add songs to my playlist? If I wanted the songs you auto added to my playlist I would have added them. Now as I’m listening songs just play intermittently play within my playlist and I have to “skip” them and give thumbs down! I understand you could recommend songs similar to my “taste” in music but Don’t drop them into my personally made playlist! If I’m listening at bedtime trying to doze off to songs I chose ,your picks for me play and I can listen or get phone and pull up the skip option, it’s frustrating especially at bedtime, I often fall asleep to my (easy listening) playlist and your picks “Bam” play and wake me up, or take me out of my relaxed mode!!!

Best variety of online radio.. I love I ♥️ Radio because the connection to a variety of radios all over the U.S. I’ve grown up in three different cities and now am living in my fourth one. NYC is my home and they have the best classical station WQXR which I desperately missed in CA and now in GA. They also have a great 50s- 60s Classic rock station. GA has a very limited classical station and absolutely no classic 50s rock or do they have great folk music station from when I was in CA. All GA has country which I’m not a particular fan of and some smooth jazz. They do have a great classic 70- 80s rock station The River. With I Heart Radio I can experience bi coastal music and access to great podcasts like NPR’s Planet Money and other AM Talk Radio. It’s the most frequently and daily app I use other than my Firefox.

Pales to iPhone Podcasts. Just tried the podcast function on this app and noticed a disappointing feature - when I shut off the car stereo or switch to the radio (in the car stereo) and come back to the podcast, the stereo starts playing default music from the iPod. Yet when I use the Podcast feature by iPhone or am playing music from the iPod and do the same thing, when I come back it picks up exactly where I left off with me not having to do anything. For the podcast function in iHeartRadio, I’ve got to reopen the app and select it manually. Not the best option when our state just passed a very restrictive law on cell phone usage in vehicles. There’s a button on my steering wheel that I just have to hit until I get to what output I want and don’t have to touch the phone. iHeart podcast app does not allow me to use this simple hands-free feature.

App Issue. For the third time, the app has gotten me to sign up for the $5.99 monthly version when I didn’t intend to. This didn’t happen ever until a couple of months ago. I pick up the phone to turn in the app and it asks for my thumbprint. Odd, but I do it. Then it says thanks for for subscription. There is no easy way to correct the mistake. It will let you cancel, but the charge isn’t reversed and I am stuck with it for a month. The first time, I spent a long time on the phone and email with Apple and PayPal. I eventually got the money reversed. The second time, I kicked myself for not having recognized it was happening again and I just canceled it and sucked up the $5.99 that I had to pay for a month of service I didn’t ask work. It happened again today and I am super frustrated. There must be something in this version of the app that is causing this because it never happened before. One had to go through a couple of steps to subscribe to the extra cost service.

Getting tired. I had this app before but then deleted it. I forgot why, but considering every 20-30 minutes that it shuts down for no reason, I’m starting to remember again. I like the podcasts, but I’m starting to think if they don’t fix their issues with having to restart the app so often, that I may delete it again and look for one that will actually keep playing. Tried listening to a 42 minute podcast and had to stop what I was doing 3 times just to restart it. 😒 Update: I’m deleting this app. As much as I like the content, there’s no point having an audio app that shuts off every 5-10 minutes. Once I write my information down, I’ll be deleting this app again Update again: I’ve noticed that the problem is that when I have headphones plugged into my iphone listening to the iHeartRadio app, that’s when it’s shutting down frequently. I normally use my wireless, but I need new ones because mine recently broke, so I’m not used to wired headphones. I’ve updated the app, and I will let you know if the updated app still has this glitch. Final update: I did the update to the app and it fixed the app with the plugged in headphones glitch. Dry happy now. Thank y’all

Love this app, but the ads can be repetitive. I have been listening to iHeart for years now, and I love it. However, I’ve noticed in the last year that sometimes I’ll go for a week or longer where I’ll get the exact same ad over and over again, once or twice (often twice in a row) EVERY ad break and it gets super annoying. Right now it’s for the “you down” podcast, which I can now guarantee I will NEVER listen to because I am so thoroughly irritated. I get why there are ads and I’m not complaining about that. A few months ago it was one particular political ad that was overly repetitive, and before that a Progressive insurance ad (at least those are funny!). Sometimes I get so fed up I turn it off. Still love iHeart, just hope they get the ads sorted out soon. 😄❤️

So many new problem. Since the last update the app has been going crazy I pay monthly every month and it switches songs in the middle of listening to a song volume goes up and down like crazy and you can never find a number to talk to a person it makes me not want to pay with card monthly fee tried the free one does the same thing I would’ve given five stars but the new update messed it all up. They just keep saying it’s going to be fixed by their developers but they are not fixing it it has been almost 2 months paying $15 a month and they still have not even change thing and the only thing that they said was that they were working on it it’s all bull they don’t care about the people paying money the only way to get in touch with them is by email don’t waste your money they are as stupid as most people are these days horrible customer service maybe if they fix my radio station correctly I will give them a better review to be continued ?

Stop playing the same songs over & over back to back. The app is great for podcast, but it’s 10s of millions of songs out in the world. Why do I have to listen to the same 5-10 songs every day every hour. Even after I’ve thumbs down the song. High fashion plays about 3 times a day within a hour. Dior, Going bad, laugh now cry later, drip too hard, & Go crazy just to name a few. They play EVERY DAY!!! The same songs over & over! Sometimes they even play back to back 👎🏽. It’s to the point now to where I just close the app when the songs play. & restart it after about 3 mins hoping it’s over. If I thumbs down a song I don’t wanna hear it. But for some reason they play more now. Come on IHeartRadio. Switch it up....

Tricked me into paying for a subscription. About a month ago, a pop-up got me to click on a free trial that I didn’t care for. Clearly, the X to exit the pop-up is too small, and you can unintentionally hit the ad instead of the X. Once the free trial ended, another pop-up came up yesterday when I was trying to turn on iHeartRadio. I thought I dismissed it, but a message kept coming up asking me to enter my iTunes password. Every time I dismissed that iTunes password request, it kept coming back. I assumed it was for an update, so eventually I just gave in and entered the password. I didn’t know it was to make a purchase. There was no other indication that the password would force a subscription. That is shady as hell. This company is pathetic for taking advantage of people like this. It makes sense why they are doing this forced subscription trick, though. These guys have been losing money since 2017. Nobody cares about their trash app.

it's not as grand as it was. The principal of it was splendid. The last update that I’ve done completely changed the look. The look is nothing. Nothing compared to how it works which has changed dramatically. I can’t access my saved stations. Saved not meaning my favorites as they were different on purpose. The app now starts off playing the last station and if I want to change the station I have to go through my now limited ability to see stations to do so. Clicking on it doesn’t change it instantly anymore and it takes ages for it to load a list I personally don’t care for and change the station. It’s overly complex for no reason. Having a list is fine after you’ve started my saved station or if it was a new station for me to see what would be on it. I throughly dislike it, and I forgot why I didn’t update it. I will go through iTunes and undo the update.

Radio with a heart. I love listening to Q 95 in Indianapolis. I even want to great so the concert tickets to go see Joan Jett and the black hearts Have a great time, fantastic concert. I would love for you 95 and I hurt radio to sponsor my wedding. I was a schoolteacher and was injured by a careless/rumored to be drunk driver. I have been through a great deal of therapy and testing to deal with by Trumatic brain injury. I met a wonderful woman who understands me and cares about me even though I have a serious brain injury. Raising money for the wedding has been extremely challenging, we’re not looking to do anything elaborate. Even a simple wedding is very costly. It’s amazing what a wedding dress cost. I’m hoping that I hurt radio will see this and being a radio with a heart help sponsor the wedding.

Stop the REPETITIVE ads!!!. An American Red Cross ad played 15 times in a row today. That is ridiculous. This isn’t the first time either. It happens every time I use this app. Also, it seems every few months the ad that repeats over and over changes. A while ago it was about Jimmy and his grandpa talking about light bulbs, then it was about Alison and seat belt safety, now it’s for blood donation. I’ve written about this before and you replied saying “we need to have ads to support us to give you the best musical experience”. Well listening to an ad on an endless loop is hardly a great experience. So now every time I hear the Red Cross ad I know it’s going to repeat so I have to restart the app. Somethings that works, but mostly it restarts the ad repetition all over again. So I just have to sit there and listen to the ad until it stops. It happened today from 10:15 am through 10:25 am EST. I was listening to the Loop. You need to fix your crappy ad algorithms.

Confused. Wish I could give this app zero stars honestly! I love iHeartmedia. My favorite content is here. Why does such a huge, conglomerate company have such a buggy app? I use it daily (often over 4 hrs a day). I have a new(ish) iPhone and I keep this app updated. I can’t believe it’s so problematic every time i use it. Of course I’ll keep using it because my favorite shows are here, so I have no choice. But seriously, iheart can’t afford to make the app work? For specifics- I listen to live AM radio. I have trouble starting or resuming the app almost every time. It just won’t play any audio, though it says it’s playing. I think it’s usually related to the ad before the audio starts but not always. So I keep quitting the app, open, not working, quit, open, not working....... wait?? Maybe it will work eventually??? Nope! quit, open, not working... quit ALL other running apps, reopen, quit.... reopen, quit... this takes a long time. eventually it works. I don’t mind watching an ad before the audio starts. I do mind that I can’t get to the actual show for so long all the time. AND GOD FORBID i click anything with audio that conflicts with the iHeart app. I’ve been enjoying radio for an hour but i make one mistake of clicking a live video in another app. GUESS WHAT! Have fun spending another 30 minutes struggling to get iHeart audio back.

They just can’t do things right.. iPhone XS Max - now the opening of the app will blind you with its bright white screen. With podcasts, it’s still buggy: when starting up an episode and shutting off the screen right after pushing play, the episode will stop playing and you need to push play again in order for it to keep playing. Some episodes will refuse to play and skip it going to the previous one. You can’t push play on the lock screen of the phone, it only brings up the Apple Music play app. After all these years, the devs still keep missing its mark on being a decent podcast player. If Frankie and Jess from the Morning Zoo was on a different platform, I would immediately drop iHeartRadio right away, but sadly, this is all I can resort to. At least they finally allow replay of episodes from where you last were in the episode.

Use it all the time, but ...... I am using this daily for podcasts that I follow. The functionality is nice. The coverage of content is awesome. No complaints on what the ap brings to the table. Two things that bother me, the first is the consistency. A lot of the podcasts become “unavailable” & can’t be accessed. I suspect that’s not always iHeart’s fault, but causes a lot of frustration. Number 2 is the ads. Ok, I could pay to get rid of them, but I won’t. I don’t have a problem that they are there, but there has to be more variety. They repeat the same three every break & the video that you’re forced to get through is the same two for months. There needs to be a better mix. Frequency (and timing) is annoying, but I get it. Just get a good bunch of ads and don’t play the same ones over and over and over. I’m really starting to hate Flo.

Overall, Satisfied. I do love IHeartRadio for the events they support and the music and podcasts they give a platform for. My only issue (it could very well just be myself overlooking a setting or something) is that if I am listening to the app and check a text or my phone locks after a few minutes, the app stops playing. Very annoying. I find myself often giving up on podcasts and just using my own personal music library or pandora when IHeartRadio continues to stop playing. I’ve check my settings in my phone as well as inside the iheartApp and haven’t seen anything indicating that I’m having a setting issue. Overall, I am happy, my only issue could be written off as a “first world problem” so truly, I don’t have anything really negative to say about IHeartRadio.

iHeartRadio. I love iHeartRadio!!! I listen to it everyday! I think it’s the best app to listen to music to or hear the radio! I don’t think any other app would be better than this one!!!😁👍 I just have one problem, I don’t really like that the non-premium have only a about of skips. I totally understand why, because it would want to put your customers onto premium. But I would add a thing for the non-premium’s an add thing. If they watch a add they can automatically get one skip to use. In my opinion I think that’s a great idea but it’s up to u guys. I still will always use iHeartRadio! I just think that would be a good idea for the people that do have only a certain amount of skips. I hope u like my idea and maybe use!😄😁👍

Loving “Classic American Top 40!!”. Ever this app, its horrible! Now we need to login with facebook? Why?! And before while listening to iheart, if a song came on i really liked, id open shazam to capture it and share. But now, once i open shazam, the music on iheart completely stops, preventing me from capturing it. Shazam has been more than helpful, saying it has to do with the iheartradio app. But when i contacted iheartradio about my problem and joked if i can downgrade to the older version which worked perfectly, the only response i got was " no downgrade available". Thats it. No solution or anything.I emailed them again on 10/28, no response. Tried again a bit ago. Cant we go back to the old version, everyone hates this new update!!

Best app ever. I see a lot of reviews that aren’t positive about this app, yet I say there is no problems! Yes I know that there’s a lot of things you have to pay for, but there’s a lot of things you don’t. Like all my favorite channels, radio stations, and podcasts are free. I recommend this app for anybody Who likes listening to music. Also I was looking at my account and it gives me notifications whenever there’s a new song posted by One of my favorite artists and new podcast channels. I really like this app, and it kind of makes me feel weird that people are saying that it is a bad app. I mean how many apps give you a lot of free music? Not very many. Before I got this app I had to pay for all music, but now I get all my favorite stuff for free. #BestAppEver!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Generous 3 stars. Only because I love the morning show. Dear iheart executive people, Why on earth would I even consider your premium version if you can't get the free app right? I haven't been able to listen to anything Elvis Duran in months because the pause button just spins and spins and hardly ever starts playing. I try the 15 min morning show, Elvis Duran replay channel, acquired taste podcast, Elvis Duran on demand and nothing works!! Finally today after months of attempts and ultimately giving up after about 20 minutes of silence it worked after 35 min. But I was attempting to listen to acquired taste and instead the ED replay channel started playing! So I tried to switch back to acquired taste and spins and silence again!!! What's up, iheart??!?

Too many repetitive commercials for radi. I like the app. I use the app for listening to my favorite radio station, WTKS 104.1. It can be glitchy at times, but I think it may have to do with cellular issues. The reason why I’m giving it 2 stars is because at every commercial break, it plays the same commercials over and over and over. I know the commercials played are a way to generate income for the app but it’s ridiculous how many times these same commercials are played. I personally will not ever buy any product or service from any company advertising on real radio because it’s sickening listening to them over and over. The funny thing is is that a lot of other listeners will complain about the app for this reason, on the air. Now, if I could pay the subscription to get more local commercials, I would pay for it not to hear the same commercials over and over and over. Are you listening iHeart radio?

Charges for the Plus?. *Update, I have received a refund after several calls and chats with Apple Support. I am still not happy that there was not an email sent from IHeart radio telling me my free trial was ending so I wouldn’t have to go through all of this. I have sent them an email stating such. I am very unsatisfied with how I was treated when it came to being charged for the IHeart Plus which I didn’t even notice a difference in my app to know that something was different. I did not get a notice that I was about to be charged for something that I don’t even want and when I contacted support all I got was “well you know better for next time sorry we can’t refund your money even though you canceled on the day it was supposed to renew.” So in the end I paid $5.99 for something that I didn’t want. The least you can do is send an email to people saying Hey you are about to get charged if you don’t cancel so I would have known.

Bug needs fixing.... There’s a glitch in the app that needs to be fixed ASAP. When I play an artist station (in this example, it’s Lindsey Stirling) and I tap to replay a song, a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT song begins to play. On a hunch, I went back into the replay menu yesterday and tapped on the song currently playing to see what would happen and lo and behold the song I originally wanted to replay started playing! What’s interesting is that the song that I “skipped by going to replay domes back on exactly two tracks later. The same happens if I let the “wrong” replay song play through—the song I really wanted to replay comes back on two tracks later. It’s really frustrating and I like the vast majority of the songs that play on the artist station I listen to daily, so it feels like I’m skipping stuff I like just to replay a song I want to hear. Even my 9-year-old noticed it! Please fix this.

Review. I love it. Amy is my favorite. I drive all day starting 430 am to 5 pm doing deliveries. I listen all day, Monday thru Friday. The local host lean a little left, but they always give the other side. They are fair. I listen to RUSH, Tom Sullivan and the Sheriff. And then Kitty takes me home. You have a great staff. Your news is informative and accurate. The CBS affiliate reporter sometimes is not. Your station will correct that immediately. I appreciate this station because they don’t try to sway my opinion. I appreciate all the hosts and like your line up. Of course RUSH is right leaning, Tom is middle of the road and the sheriff puts the topic as it applies to the law. I like that. I don’t care for his “deputy “ fill in host and miss the sheriff when he is gone. Love all of you. Keep up the good work!!

Meh. I was tempted to pay for a sub but just too many flaws. Not sure who designed the interface or features but it it is shoddy and cumbersome. For a radio app, why is there an only recently played option and not a perma list you can create for your own station list?? This is the only place to find the stations you picked… if you accidentally get on another station it then shows up in this recent list then you have to work it down off the list again. The Made for You and Your Playlists are garbage. A bunch of crap that no one wants and you can’t delete them. That’s right, more clutter. Menu/navigation is awful too. People use this on the go and can’t stop what they’re doing to try to navigate this mess. I know this has been around for a long time so I’m in disbelief it is still this bad.

How much is Post Malone paying you?. You need to get better with the suggestions. No matter how many Post Malone songs I have thumbed down, no matter how many times you’ve suggested him and I clicked “not for me” he still continues to pop up in my recommendations. Please fix this! Also, can you please have the app remember where I am in a playlist when I have to stop listening for several hours? Pretty please? EDIT: Thank you for your response iHeart Media but please re-read my response and try again. I said he still shows up as an artist I may like after multiple times clicking the “not for me” option. I’d like the app to remember when I’ve said no thanks to an artist and not recommend him again. After several years of using the app, the same 3 artists/stations are recommended for me even though I have never listened to them.

I like it but. There is a very noticeable lag between streaming devices. Between my phone and Alexa it’s about a 30 second difference. IHeartRadio plays their commercial way too long and almost the same one back to back all the time. I have had to shut it down to restart and at least get it to change to a different commercial. I don’t mind the commercials but each one is about two minutes long sometimes. I lose interest and then either change the channel or just turn it off in general. Other then that I love you can listen to so many stations and podcasts and that you can listen any where. I just wish they could fix these issues. I don’t mind the ads. I will even tolerate the length of the ads even though I don’t like it. It’s after awhile the same ads play two to three times back to back. I notice it only when listening to it on my iPhone. One time it was what songs were played the most by a certain artist back to back like four times. I usually listen to my favorite stations from 6 am. To 11 am. It’s just if I have to hear it then they should change it up a bit. It gets annoying.

My First Review of an App. I love this app because it has a podcast inspired by one of my favorite tv shows. The show is The Loud House and its podcast is called Listen Out Loud where every family member (and best friend Clyde McBride) does their own episode or something. One of my favorite episodes was the one where Luan and Benny teach everyone stand-up comedy. My favorite moment was when Lohan’s puppet, Mr. Coconuts begins the show by saying something like “Welcome to the Mr. Coconuts show,” or something. Anyway, if you are a fan of The Loud House, you might want to buy this app and listen to the podcast if you have not seen or heard it. I don’t see any reason why the app is #1 for podcasts. Believe me when I say, mind blown.

Cannot Log In. *EDIT* With the most recent update the login issue on Apple Watch has been fixed. Thanks to the development team for listening and communicating with me throughout the investigation process. I can now enjoy this app on my runs again. *FIXED* Unfortunately the Apple Watch app absolutely will not allow me to log in. I’ve tried the sync method (failed). I e tried manually logging in (failed). I reset password and tried again (failed). I even created a brand new account and still was unable to log in. I chatted with one of the support techs and they said this is a dev known issue. Any timeline on a fox? It’s completely useless to me at this point while I’m running without my phone.

Love iHeart but..... I’ve been with iHeart for quite some time. I appreciate the content, but there are still some things I don’t like. For instance, when I want to listen to a specific artist why do the “channels” have to be a mix of individuals in the same genre? Also when listening to podcasts I’m able to mark each individual episode after I listen to it. But then sometimes episodes automatically play that I’ve already listened to. I’ve spent hours going back marking individual episodes as already played then the app un-marks them. Why can’t already played episodes delete automatically after being played? Again going back to my first comment, sometimes an artist’s latest work isn’t available.

So many songs I never wanted to hear. So the only reason why I’m not ranking this 5 stars is my own favorites station. Before I had a pretty finite selection and I was cool with that! Now I’m flooded by songs I don’t really care for and it seems if I thumb them down, they return days later (example being Uptown Funk which I completely despise)! While yes the station will play some of the songs I do care for, once they switch to what they THINK I like, good luck getting my songs to play again. Also it annoys me when the same station flat out quits and won’t play anything! Like it ran out of content! Now I will admit this station has pulled some interesting surprises like pulling Jump by Rihanna to the station which made me happy as can be. I still listen wholeheartedly because where else can I blast CENTURIES into my ears? ;)

Frustrating. I’ve been with Iheart for a long time. Even been to a few live shows sponsored. But lately I just can’t! First, they don’t upload the shows or podcasts very quick. Other streaming services are far quicker. Second, their “live radio” NEVER NEVER NEVER is in sync with actual live radio. They’ll play the genera the station is known for, but never play live in sync with what that station is playing at that time. Third, they repeat songs over and over. If you play a station specific to a artist, they’ll just ply the same 3-4 songs over and over. Even if you thumbs down the song! And to top it all off…. The app never loads, never updates, never works correctly. It’ll constantly crash, it’ll never open, it’ll force close its self out. Every time I’ve tried to report an issue or fix the problems, I never hear back and if I do it’s a generic “did you delete and reinstall” ….. So needless to say, I won’t be using this anymore. Bye ✌🏻

Amy and TJ. At this point I only listen to Amy and TJ. Having been a long time follower of GMA and the their spin off show ; was very disturbed with their being let go by the network and the subsequent hounding by the press. Not like there is not several other couples working together on tv (hello Joe and Mika). But am glad they seem to have found an outlet they enjoy. I would like to see more current news topics brought into the hour discussions. And I would stop referring to their year when they could not find work. Hey, everyone gets it. Most of America has been out of work for a period of time now and again. This past hour was excellent with Dr Elizabeth, who wrote the book on women not being listened too.

Used to be the best but now. I down loaded iHeart Radio several years ago and was a very loyal listener because l could get any artist l wanted even some of the lesser known ones ( NOT flavor of the year types). I’m punching in favs having a good time. Well, lost my job and hasn’t opened the app now l find all of the things l used to do for free l get the opportunity to pay for. Why do l have to pay for their bad management? Yes, l know they almost went bankrupt, but why are you screwing the fans? We are the ones who come to the festivals paying big bucks, so now l get to subscribe to get my unlimited plays back, what does that hurt you guys that you need money for it? If you’re that close to going BK then re-organize so you don’t hurt the people who came to you in the first place and kisten to your stations on/off the app. You have a good thing, don’t get greedy.

#1 Satisfiable, User-Friendly & Entertaining 🪄🎶🎬👩🏼‍🎤🧑🏼‍🎤💃🏻🕺🏻🎤🎫. MOST Impeccable, super simple, easy-to-use and navigate through there entire App. I, myself, personally “oooh & awww” (or call it “rant & rave”) just over the straightforward, simplicity and easy basically step-by-step, straightforward, already pathed out for each one of our own similarities, differences, maybe a tad bit of uniqueness in each one of our personalities… accessible navigation that iHeartRADIO overall provides to all of us, beautiful souls & beings!!!! I’ve also yet to ever cross a single added frustration or confusion due to a lack of simplicity and common sense yet perfect!!!! 🗣👤👥🫂👂🏼🦶🏼🦿☝🏼💪🏼🦾🤙🏼✊🏼🤜🏼👽🤠🤗🥳🤓🤩🥸😍😍🪄🎶🎫🎫👏🏼🙌🏼🤌🏼

Fantastic Music. I have used iHeart Radio for about 3 years. I never have a problem finding the music I am interested in. The selection of live radio stations and genres is fabulous. I have lived in three different Countries besides the U.S. and it is fun to be able to find a “local station” from where I used to reside. iHeart makes it possible for me to stay current with the artists from these small Countries. This past weekend I went on a road trip through mountains. There were many places that Wi-Fi and even LTE were not available. iHeart radio continued playing through many of these places. Even when the radio stations on my radio weren’t playing. It really did make the trip better, having my favorite music along for the drive! Thanks iHeart!

Won’t sit through new ad. I like to listen to Chris Plante on I Heart every weekday from 9-noon on WMAL on an iPad. Lately if you cut away for any reason I Heart makes you sit through a long ad, while Chris is on the air, before it connects you to the show you want. In the past, if you changed stations you had to sit through a 30 second ad, which is long, but I could deal with that. Now, you can cut away ten times in the three hour show and you’ll have to listen to the ad ten times. This annoys me with the advertiser most of all, I Heart next, and loses me as a listener to the show. Att: brainiacs at I Heart, I won’t do it, and you’re losing me. I’m finding a lot of other things to do. Please stop this now if you value your listeners at all.
