Wrong info. I always use to find addresses for birthday, Christmas and other cards. Should just go back to good old paper write in address book but I’m to lazy. And sometimes I’m at work when I realize I need the address. Well, latest update, some are in premium. What the heck, I’ll pay the $29. DON’T DO IT. I entered in phone number search. NOT ONE WAS RIGHT. I did a number search on myself. I have had this number for over 25 years. Some random lady shows up on the search. Let’s try my daughter. Some random guy shows up. My husband next. Some 77 year old man in the results. My husband has also had his number for over 25 years. So if you’re looking for accurate info, go elsewhere. Just did a search on my name. Where did they get these random numbers? Apparently I have a phone number from the other side of the country. Thanks for nothing.

Unauthorized payments. I downloads this app and did the free trial and only to find out that this all does not give accurate info I canceled my subscription the same day I downloaded which means I should not be getting no charged from this company and it has been 2 months since I canceled and removed this app and this company is still billing me and I an in the process of finding out how to report them because now it appears that they are stealing money from me with these unauthorized Payments so to everyone do not download this app the service is not what you are looking for the info they pull up is not at all correct and they will continue to take your money after you have canceled your subscription but they are going to refund me and stop taking money from my account in t ASAP

Great Value / either free or upgraded. I've used White Pages on my iPhone for years, it's just one of those handy tools that gives you just what you need without a phone book, and no ads or other junk. I did add the upgrade though for s few months when looking for houses to buy. Found addresses of owners who didn't live in the properties and was able to contact them when a listing was expired so we could work together without hassle of multiple parties in between. Really handy tho, free version looking up phone #'s on my call list to see if they've already been reported as junk calls!

Agree...if it ain’t broke.... If you have not upgraded to the latest version, don’t do it!!! I have to agree with the review that said if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. I wish I could undo the update. Everything they said was spot on. It’s not user-friendly at all. Also, there is no unlimited number lookup, unless that’s the premium service. I wouldn’t know, because there’s no intro upon opening the new version to explain the difference between a premium service and the other membership. For a regular membership, you only get to look up 20 numbers a month. The other version was unlimited and was $1 less. I don’t mind paying the extra dollar, as long as it still unlimited. But again, I don’t even like the upgraded version so I’m not paying for anything. I’ll be looking for another app that offers a better service.

Amazed I found it. I don’t subscribe to any white pages premium search service- yet I found the now grown, twice married, moved to Florida woman who grew up in my house, the daughter of the previous owner. They moved away 38 years ago! I was trying to connect this woman with her long ago college boyfriend, who sent a letter here addressed to her or to “current resident”. I found her brother on Facebook ( name unchanged, being male) and now having his full name including middle name, found his relatives on the white pages advanced search. There is a very small profile, but it showed the town she was from, and both married names. I forwarded the guy’s letter to her, to take what action she wished, and was rewarded with thank you notes and a gift from both of them about a month later. I’m not a detective or a techie so the credit doesn’t go to me. I’m impressed with both Facebook and the White Pages!

Sad for your recent changes. I have used White Pages for a number of years and was very pleased with it until recent changes have rendered it unusable for me. My primary use of it, was previously to look up addresses to correspond with people who I came to know in my duties as a pastor and counselor. What I would like is an an app that I would pay a nominal fee for (say $10-$25 annually) for the privilege of looking up somewhere around 100 addresses per year. I cannot see that you offer such an option. I am sad that I am currently looking for a replacement app for your app that was once wonderful and much appreciated.

Content User 2019. White pages is quite good when you subscribe to the app. Gives very detailed information about related persons ( meaning folks sharing an address that receive USPS mail like bills, etc as well as a nuclear family) The purchase of background information for additional money is welcome if you want to get court filings. Of course, this can be a bit expensive at over $40 a search, as other background searches are cheaper for businesses. Nevertheless, Whitepages should pick up multi-state court information. I advise anyone who is involved in business relationships or marital or equivalent relationships to consider it. $40 today is cheaper than tens of thousands of dollars and a sullied reputation tomorrow.

Upgrade Your App Base’s Data Mining. In this day and age, knowledge is power, and old knowledge of what WAS has no comparison to current knowledge of what IS. Those who need up to date information and turn to your White Pages to obtain that information are getting obsolete pieces from the past. I wouldn’t have bothered to look at all if there’s nothing from the present day to reveal validity of character and identity. People change. Maturity is a guarantor of that fact and it’s not correct for you to claim your app provides a way to lookup people. Your app provides a way to lookup what people WERE back in time! I am not so interested in a history lesson as I am a recently documented event that shows the contemporary character & nature of the human in the search light of your application! Bring it up to speed, please! Faster !Give it a 5-G Booster!🤓

Satisfied. I am very satisfied with the yellow/white pages app. It’s a bit sad that for the price I paid (yearly price), that I can only unlock contact info for twenty (20) people. For the price, unlimited should be what I get. I have not even seen any packages to buy with unlimited searches. I’ve been being cyber bullied & use this service to unlock information about who is calling/texting me. Unlimited would be great. I’m disabled, Preferably only a dollar or so more than the limit of 20 unlocks/month im getting now. It also does not tell me anywhere I have looked, a date when my month resets...

Owner. I wish things were a little bit more informative on white pages! Second of all I wish there was a cross reference! When seeing this I wish that if you spelled your name wrong it could somehow pick up and find the correct person sometimes it’s just one letter off and it won’t find what you need! Also if I look for too many addresses in one day it boots me off very frustrating! I run a business I also pay for a subscription on here and feel I don’t get my full usage! I also get frustrated because everybody’s in the Premier search which means if I’m out of searches I can’t find the person because it’s locked very expensive for three searches

Power of the people!!!!. I am writing this because it is a RARE occasion these days, in our media, technology, & business driven society that reviews can and ‘hopefully’ will have an impact on the direction and success of the reviewed company. In addition to a generation that has no idea about the importance and/or price of “PRIVACY” which ultimately affects our freedom, we have companies that are pushing that boundary to the outer limits, and less & less people have the time or intellect to care about ramifications. So, to the point; I have used this app for years and have always been VERY satisfied with the performance, but recently the app tells me I NEED an UPDATE, which seems to be the trending business model nowadays. Before automatically complying with the digital request/demand, I read all of the reviews and weighing the pros & cons and after doing so, I found one common & reoccurring complaint that specifically addressed the “UPDATED” version being inferior to the previous version, to include requiring the user to allow access to their location. Probably contacts as well, but I’m guessing because I haven't tried the newest version and won’t be downloading it (EVER) based on not one or two; but NUMEROUS negative reviews citing similar issues. So again, power to the people. Hopefully folks will continue to communicate about functionality and PRIVACY issues instead of blindly marching lock-step into “1984”

Horrible!. I paid for two consecutive years of this. The first year and a half were fine and then the last six months I canceled my yearly subscription, although I was going to renew it later, and as soon as I did, that I was unable to access it on my computer and they told me that was because I turned my automatic renewal off and then at that point I could only look at it from my phone, which is a total scam because I should be able to look on it on my computer like I paid for. I don’t look at my phone for stuff like this. I looked at it anyway and it doesn’t let me on my phone either. I paid for. I couldn’t use this for about six months and they will not give me my money back even though they made it so I cannot use it because I don’t have automatic renewal on, even though I’ve paid for this. I will be looking for a new site for this.

Very spot on. someone hits your car and drives away and you follow them to where they park/live, you just need to plug in address in WP app and you have all the info you need. Same with spousal and child support cases to find the irresponsible parent. And those neighbors around you that act like they own the block- just plug in the address or name and all pertinent information magically appear. The “newest” info is sometimes prior info but at least it gives you a lead and oftentimes paper trail bringing you closer to what you are looking for. Works out of state as well. Better than FB, lol

If it’s not broke, don’t fix it!. The app was great the way it was. My lame iPhone did automatic updates and installed this latest version. I wish I could undo the update. The latest version took the simplicity and versatility away and replaced it with a very limited version. The original version, or just prior to the latest update, had four categories which enabled you to search for a residential listing, business listing, a reverse phone number search, and a reverse address search. The business listing gave you the option to search by a list which sorted by proximity, or you could view a map that used location services to show what was closest to your position. You could easily expand the distance to look beyond your locality. The reverse phone number and address enabled you to find a a person, business or place, that you may only have some, but not all of the information. Everything worked great. And now, not so much. Confusing, limiting, not user friendly. Maybe there’s a learning curve, but like I started with, if it’s no broke, don’t fix it!

BAD REALLY SCAM .... FREE. FASTPEOPLESEARCH IS FREE and they give you WAY WAY MORE INFORMATION THEN this whitepages steelers. First of all, talking about the app, I didn’t know that by just typing a name was count as one of the 20 searches. How I’m i supposed to know if that’s the actual person I’m looking for with no previous feedback. Example, There’s 1000s of people with Juan Martinez name in Texas How I’m I supposed to know if that’s the one I’m looking for if they don’t give a little feedback/background to make sure you want to use one of the 20 limited searches???? I press on the 20 first guided by the (AGE ONLY) NOT KNOWING THAT, that was a actual search of the 20 limited searches a month. This is bs !!! Fastpeopleserch gives you way more information for FREE. I ask for a refund and they didn’t give it to me! Even though I had paid for the plan twice because in the app they don’t let you make a account. SCAM ...

Seriously?. I've been using this app for years and loved it. It was my go to app for every phone number and address. This last update is absolutely terrible. I used to be able to put in my info and get results in a few seconds. Now, I'm lucky if I get anything at all. It either acts like it's loading for a couple minutes and gives you nothing or when I put the info in it's says it doesn't exist. I was even standing in a store that was very much so still in business and tried. This was by far the absolute update worst update in the history of updates. So very disappointed and will delete this app if something doesn't change soon. I would give this new update no stars if it was possible.

👎🏼👎🏼. (My review over two(?) years of experience - but read my review based on the latest app update that follows) One of the most useful apps on my phone. I recommend it to all my friends. This app allows me to check out those calls I receive from unknown (and thus, unanswered) callers. I just enter his phone number to identify if they are one of the "bad guys" (by scanning down the report to read complaints from others). If it's damning, I will block that number from future calls. Peace of mind comes cheap!! (UPDATED Sep 15, 2018) What was once an Essential App has become almost useless! The latest update has eliminated the ability to ‘copy and paste’ a phone number from the Recent list and check it out in the White Pages search page!!! This ‘copy and paste’ capability must be restored ASAP!

Doc. The last app was one of the best apps in the App Store I bragged about it and told all of my friends about it even download it for some of them. This new version is terrible you took a good app and messed it up! some of the features that were great on the old version were the four categories that you could choose from to look up people, businesses, reverse phone numbers and reverse addresses, also the history part of the app where you could look up things you were looking for in the past. I don’t know if you can change this app and put it back the way that it was but if you can please do so because you’re going to lose a lot of users with this new version.

Pushed me away. Nov21,’18: I’ve been using this app for a few years and have been very satisfied. However, now the app will not give me info unless I update to a monthly paid subscription. Oct14,’18: A close friend just came home from hospital. I went to visit...I was on his street but couldn’t remember which house. Tho I work with him weekly, I hadn’t been to his house for a couple of years. Easy, just look up the address on White Pages. Now, a month later, we’re sending him a “get well” card. I was looking up the address again. The app told me that I needed the paid subscription. I went back through history where I had gotten his address just a month earlier. The app would do nothing without the paid service. Guess I’ll be deleting this app now. After years of use, since the update, it is now worthless.

Just a few. Years ago you were allowed to unlimited searches you were able to do what business you needed to get done now they charge you and you still get limited amounts of searches for what they wanna charge you for and you still don’t get the necessary items you want you gettransferred to a different system in a different completely different website. This is just garbage you’re not getting anything for your money. There are many other sites where you can get the information you were searching for free just do a little bit of basic Internet research and all your searches will be free. Remember if you are looking for background legal whatever just go to that states websites and look through their information.

Very useful.. I used to be able to report spam and fraud calls, but in one of the updates, that went away, as did some of the basic caller source info. IT IS BACK! That is one of the most useful features when I find the missed calls listed on my hard-wired phone. I no longer have to guess which friend it could have been. It is even useful to know where the call connected to the phone wires, since so many connect at the same place. A quick look at the map tells me it was spam or fraud. I also use it to find friends' addresses and phone numbers when I need them, as well as businesses while I am away from the paper phone book and computer. I have used it for years. It even shows me who my neighbors are down the street.

Rip-off. I have spent over $700 in pro subscription and background purchases in the last 3 years. A week ago I was kicked from my account and unable to login. I contacted customer service and was notified that my account had been bugged through their system and I would not be able to log back in or receive a refund. I have called back a few times to try to log back into my account but each time have been told that I am unable to and also unable to use the same email to use a new account, which is my only email. The customer service has been no help at all and has only told me the same things and told me that it’s unable to use. I have 650+ contacts and now am not able to use my account which is my main app for work. 2 weeks later and no refund and no way to make a new account since I have one email address. Will be finding a new system for background reports.

🌺🌸🌺🌸 Posies to the People 🌺🌸🌺🌸. I took a star away because it really isn’t doing a great job identifying nefarious callers. On the rare occasion I use it for this purpose, the app seems to have one level: it ALWAYS tells me the risk is low. But I know better ... So I lookup the number using an accurate online service and THEN I call the number just so I can hear it say, ‘the number you have reached is not in service’. So much for ID’ing those miscreants. As for the app asking for my location and contacts, allow me to enlighten you. First, I’ve learned a bit about collecting data, I became interested in the late 1970’s and began formal studies in the field in 1982. The Facts: • IF someone wants your location, they can get it. • IF someone wants your contacts, they can get them. • IF someone wants your Social Security number, they can get it. • IF someone wants all your Banking Information, they can get it. • IF someone wants you bugged with video surveillance, they could easily do it and you’d never know. The Most Important Fact: • 99.9 % of people aren’t wealthy powerful or motivated enough to be considered a threat to our nation, so they’ll never warrant this kind of attention.

Not happy. I literally hate the changes you have made to the app since it’s original version. It now looks sleek, but functionality is extremely limited. Basically, it’s pointless for me to use this. I am used to be able to find every business in my area, state, and nationally and that ability along with the ability to save that information my contacts was priceless and I shared and recommended this app with so many people. But now it’s literally useless to me. I can never find a business so what’s the point in being able to put it in my contacts anyway because it literally never finds the business I type in. I travel a great deal for my work and I go from one side of the country to the other, and this app used to work no matter where I traveled. Now it doesn’t work in my hometown, my home state, or when I go to either of the two coasts. Very disappointed and I hope that someday this app works again.

Similar problems with spinning progress sprocket... I’ve use the service and paid for the premium portion for a number of years. Overall the service itself works well. But as other people have mentioned here, I also, in the iOS version of the application have had the perpetual spinning wheel with no results. I have deleted and reinstalled the app logged out log back in many times. I did write to their support group recently, they intimated that they knew there was an issue in the app, & the best suggestion provided was to use the website. But that of course is tricky to do on the phone which is why you use the app. For the time being I took myself off of the premium side of the service until this gets resolved. But the service does legitimately work very well, so I would love to see this issue with the iOS app finally resolved. I have been experiencing it nonstop for over two years now. It’s a long time for a big to remain in an app that’s being updated, &So many people experiencing the same problem. I will say five stars on the website version, but not for the app in iOS. That needs help yesterday. RM

Using white pages. Paid annual fee and was unable to access information. Unable to contact white pages. The email support does not allow me too send an email because I am unable to put in my correct phone number due to an Era in the template structure. There is no phone number to contact customer support. I am able to cancel my subscription but I am still charged for the year and the cancellation won’t go through until another year from now.I initially gave one star and this application would not allow me to send the email. When I gave five stars the send button highlighted and I am now able to send the email. I would not recommendTo anyone because there seems to be some funny business going on. If my email is inserted properly I will put in another message if the explanation for what has happened is acceptable.

Great app. Very useful.. I use and rely on this app a lot for persons and businesses. and have found its content quite reliable. The reverse lookup capability is extremely valuable. The redesign of the app featured in the most recent two versions are a welcome improvement, making it easier to use and producing results faster. . The addition of map location is also useful. 3/19 my review of a couple years ago still applies. White Pages totally replaced my Verizon Phone Book. I like that they include the names of all persons and the ages of those persons living in a residence. That has helped me several times to verify that the person White Pages found is really the person I am trying to locate after losing track of them years ago. .

Greedy!. I have had this app since it became available, on my first smartphone. As I search for a few addresses I have lost, its asking me to pay. What? Its always previously been free. I just read the description, pay $5 for 20 searches? Or 3? Its as clear as mud. You guys went the wrong way. You could have sold so much add time, and freebie lovers like myself would have tolerated a 15 second add for free use. Good luck, I just deleted and so will many others who find your decision to charge unfounded. Remember free telephone books we got yearly? Those certainly cost a bunch, yet somehow we always had one. I’m sure it was rolled into our home phone bill. Why not strike deals with cell carriers as home phones become useless? So many other options. Ah well, its a killer opportunity for other app makers to make good use of your bad choice.

No longer functional. This app used to be great but they changed something and now it just goes to a blank white screen with a spinning circle when searching, never returning a result. If I try to look up ones In the recent history area, it says that I haven’t unlocked my contacts for this to function yet, yet there is zero places to “fix” the issue that was never an issue before the app broke! It’s useless to try and contact customer support because every link they offer to contact them goes to a webpage that doesn’t work. If you do finally get the email format to come up , when I send the email it is immediately sent back with an unknown address warning. Today I saw there was an update for the app and assuming it was the fix, I updated it only to find it still does the same thing! What exactly were the “bug fixes” that were “fixed” in this latest update then? I can assure you the biggest bugs are still So yeah.. I’m canceling my subscription. I wasn’t able to use even one of my 20 prepaid lookups this month. Thanks developer guys, for dropping the ball on this app!

Great App. I’ve only used the “Free” options, never really needed anything more. Have been using this app for years without any issues. Basically use it as help in finding addresses when adding someone new to my mailing list. Especially around Christmas or other Holidays for cards or gifts. The info has always been accurate in my case. Also like how it gives the same info you’d find in a phone book and nothing more.(Unless you want and pay for more info I assume) Bottomline, you get a way of finding some basic info in this app faster than using an actual phonebook.

If you value your money do not use this app!!!. So I tried to use this app for a background search to verify a persons identity, but each time I tried to purchase a FULL report (each worth $20 btw w/o tax) it just keep giving me credits instead off the actual report. Mind you it gives you no way to use said credits. I want to call them but they give you no number, or they made it very hard to find. I’m usually chill about these things cause tech stuff happens and I can talk to a person and resolve this even if it takes hours. But they just don’t do that, and god knows how long they take to respond by email. Even now, it’s saying that I don’t have an account with them- WHEN I DO, even have the verification email. So my two cents is- unless you’re a business or some premium client- don’t even look in this app’s direction. 0/10

Developer Response is great. I loved the original app and have written two prior reviews with 1 Star. Both times I’ve received replies from the developer with help in understanding what changed or explanation of what they are working on. And turning location services back on to retain my last city entry (not sure how I turned it off) was my error that in my frustration I blamed the app. My apologies. I still miss the old one but can work with this one. For most of what I need it still functions the same - getting from point a to point b in town. My own personal data is incorrect, but that may have been true with the original and I never was inclined to look up my own name. (I assume the database accuracy is independent of the shell overlay created by an app.) It would be nice to have an easy way to alert someone to correct it. My current address is correct but it is placed below an address in another state I’ve never lived in. There’s also some address data errors for a friend I checked as well. As soon as I learn how to correct mine, I’ll tackle hers. All in all, if we were rating developer response I’d give it 5 stars. But 3 is the best I can give it based on the app itself because I compare it to the original — nothing is an improvement for me.

Inaccurate info at best. The new format is fine. My opinion about out of date and fictitious information is still the same. I have a fictional person listed as living at my address with his age now done to the exact year rather than a 10 year range. This is a bad choice as scammers continue to attack everyone, especially seniors. My middle name is listed as my spouse’s first name. Of 5 listing for my number only 2 are correct! I constantly get scam calls that Whitepages lists as low chance of scam because it’s a no fixed VoIP number such as Skype or Google. Those are the numbers scammers at using. The no longer use the same number for months. Now it’s short term. A few days at most as call blocking services make the number useless to them.

Not Premium!. Excuses, run around, glitches, you pay for premium for what you get for the free version. Excuses from customer service. Don’t waste your money like I’ve done for year! The above is a review I started about a year ago. I canceled the service around that time. I started it back up recently and noticed the same exact issue. I contacted customer service again and was given the exact same response. It seemed like a copy and paste correspondence from my contact a year ago. I was told not to click on the premium name when looking up anything. This doesn’t work either. Today I started reading reviews and realized so many people with the same issue as I’m having. Those reviews are current dating back to over a year ago. I’d like a refund! I’m sure that’s not going to happen!

Really bummed!. This was literally my go to app for getting my neighbors contact info etc by using the nearby neighbor or surrounding neighbor feature, and now I cant even find this feature with the update I didn’t want but it wouldn’t let me even open without forcing me to update it :-/ I knew how everything worked when I went in there too and the platform is completely different, its rather confusing actually compared to before. There really is absolutely no point in keeping this app without this feature because I can google addresses with any name I know, but that isnt what I’m looking for. At the very least it set them apart from googling by giving you features google doesn’t offer, so if that doesn’t change then I’d rather not keep anything on my phone I wont use. Theres just no point, so if its not fixed with an update soon I’m out!

No longer useful. I have relied on this app to help me find an address for a friend or relative for years. Now because of an update or whatever, I can no longer do this. At all. Not a single address. Unless I have premium access. I’m so frustrated that I had the perfect little address app that was so helpful and has now changed into something that I didn’t download. When I downloaded this app years ago, I wasn’t looking for something that required me to purchase a premium account to access the information I was looking for. I downloaded it to use as it was developed at that time. You completely changed it. I’m upset because what was working great no longer works AND upset because I’m wasting more of my time writing this stupid review that isn’t going to change anything.

Very unintelligent search results. I’ve (tried to) use this app for years, but the logic in the search engine does not seem any better than it ever was. I can use Google Maps to search for a business, and it uses logic that doesn’t depend on necessarily being perfectly precise. For example, I can enter “Carpet Mills” in Denver, CO. Even though the location I’m looking for is in a nearby suburb, and the correct name doesn’t contain an ‘s’, google will find it, and WhitePages won’t. This means I have to already know the precise name and city for WhitePages, but not Google. Also, many times even when I do enter the exact name and city (corroborated by Google), no results are found. When I am occasionally able to find a business in WP, it’s very convenient to be able to add the entire contact to my address book, but the search engine is so poor, that I seldom try anymore. Google hits it nearly 100% of the time.

One step forward, two back.. The previous version listed exact age so you were more sure you were getting the correct person. Now you are maybe within 10 years. Nice try, no cigar! I am seeing some encouragement that I may see the actual age of the person that I am looking for. But I need to use this version a little more To get that cozy feeling. Thanks! It has improved, but it is not as good as the one of the earlier versions where it showed all the ages of the people with their exact ages. Now you have to get the exact person, re-enter his or her name with the correct city and then see the age. The latest version usually doesn’t give spouse’s name or other family members.

Beware: the credits expire after 30 days.. If you buy three credits in an effort to save money, you should beware that credits expire after an arbitrary period of 30 days. I feel as if I have to inform potential buyers because White Pages does such a poor job of doing so, going so far as to hide this information in the fine print rather than at the point of purchase. Can anyone help me out here? I suspect that White Pages cancels the credits as a mechanism for increasing profit, but I’m open to the idea that I’m wrong. I called the company hoping to receive an answer as to why the credits expire after 30 days, but neither the customer service agent nor her supervisor could articulate a good reason. Does canceling the credits somehow enhance the customer experience? If so, how? Does it somehow better enable White Pages to provide accurate data? If so, how? And why 30 days? Why not 25 days? Why not 90? Why not a year? What specific benefit to the customer does this policy serve? I’m open to learning about how WP is working to enhance my experience, so someone please enlighten me.

Remember phone books?. I can tell you the recyclers won’t take them curbside and that you should take them to the facility or throw them in the trash. I know because I don’t need mine anymore since I have whitepages. Don’t google a name for an address - you know how much misinformation you get and how it’s a rabbit hole of services trying to sell you background checks! Just get the app and get the information you need. If it’s available publicly, you’ll find it there, no hassles. My only complaint is when it tries to upsell me to the premium service, but everyone needs to make a buck. It is a business! I’m happy with the app and will continue to use it.

WHITE PAGES. 1). Many times I’m wondering how just how current the data is on this site because there have been errors for us and for other family members. Not As Good As the Old White Pages. There is a certain advantage in being able to search for the owner of a number that called your phone. Unfortunately the resulting information is often incorrect, such as yesterday, when a search on a number of a missed call claimed to be a 95 year old man but in fact was a research study I’d contacted. If you look for a friend’s number, you are not likely to find the most current listing. I searched myself and the most recent number they had was several years and phones ago. And that was the PAID version! I don’t understand why it’s so difficult for this organization to have correct information. It was once the main authority on all phone numbers and was always accurate and FREE.. I’m not even taking cellular phones into account- I mean they can’t even list current landlines which should be easy for them. If you buy a subscription you might get information on the person you’re searching, but it will be the last ten phones they had as of five years ago. I canceled my subscription when I couldn’t find a single current number or address for anyone I looked up. I only gave 3 stars because it did help me find out that my ex was not staying at his parents house- he was actually moved in with a girl half his age. But I couldn’t get the landline (probably a good thing in this case but not the point lol).

They don’t give you all your lookups. I have 20 lookups a month and have only used 4 and it says I’m out and have to wait until the next billing period for the next 20. This happened before and it’s a huge pain to contact customer service. The only option is to email and they’ll never reply. Besides. Along you have the choice for a one time lookup for 3.99 which is insane when I already paid and don’t want to pay more for what I should already have. They’re just stealing at this point. It’s insane. I have a business and get calls from random numbers all the time. It’s important to find out if it’s a scam or a real person that is trying to contact me. Unfortunately they’re the ones scamming here.

Updates break app.. It seems like every time this app is updated it gets broken. This latest update on September, 2018 will not even install. Deleted the old version of the app and tried to install fresh. No luck. This app used to be great, and following with what some other reviewer’s have said, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Lost one star for me. But in all fairness I truly can’t review the app because I can’t get it to install, load or open. Maybe I’ll try again later. iPhone 7 Plus running iOS 12. Update: October 18, 2018. I updated my iPhone 7 Plus to iOS 12.0.1. Try to install the latest version of the white pages app. This app absolutely will not install on my phone. I’ll try later to install through iTunes from my PC. Maybe I can get the app installed and give a proper review if it will load.

Disappointed!. I downloaded this app almost three months ago. I wanted to gain access to everything this app had to offer so I ended up paying $4.99 for it. There was an unexpected charge of the same price the next month but I didn’t mind because the app was useful. Recently I have been having trouble with this app. I would get emails saying information had been updated on a few contacts I’m following but when I open my app to see what’s changed it says I haven’t unlocked my contacts yet. (?) So I chose to automatically unlock the contacts when I thought that’s what I did when in an option when I chose to actually pay for this app. When I looked up myself (for example) the information is very outdated. It is this way for other things I looked up, as well. Also, when I search for a contact that I supposedly unlocked nothing will happen. I’ll type in the name, a few of the results will pop up, I click on it and it begins to load. The app will just keep showing me its “loading” symbol and nothing will happen. Hopefully I can get answers as to why this app has begun to glitch after payment. It’s really frustrating because I have paid and are eager to see what is new with my contacts but can’t because the app just loads all day.

Find that number. This wonderful app really helps me find out if something is spam or not without answering the phone. You simply go to the eye beside your number that called you, the number will come up, your copy it. It’ll be on your clipboard. So then you just go to the app and it’ll say do you want me to look up the number on the clipboard. And then will tell you if it’s spam number of the fake government calls or if other people have received calls from That number they’ll give comments. It has a lot more useless to that you’ll find out. All in all I love it.

Color Search screen (shown) now upgraded to B&W!. The colorful search screen you post here is the older version. That’s deceptive, whether intentional or not. The new v3 app is ugly and extremely disappointing. Too bad you spent all that development time making V 3.0 less intuitive, less useful, and more cumbersome. I hope I can find a replacement for this once great app. Everything the review called “ if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it “ was correct. Where are the auto suggestions when I type a “T” business search? Target used to come up- it was a breeze! Now entire names in a search have to be typed in and misspelled words are a problem - it’s just a giant step back into the 1990’s. Lowest rating possible from a former fan. Too bad you put all that work into “upgrading” this app into a less convenient and useful tool.

Review. What I would like with ”White Pages” (or Yellow Pages) is that when I type in a number it gives me all the information necessary such as who owns that number, their address including city and state, If it’s a private landline or a business along with the name of the business etc. etc. etc.. All I really get is whether or not the number actually exists. If the number does exist it gives very little information. However, If it does not exist it says something like “sorry no matching number found.” I actually like that! Telling me that no number is found kind of, sorta tells me that it’s a scam. After all, that’s really all I need to know! Any other info just extra gravy and potatoes.

Options. You removed history which is help full then having to re lookup also the other program would allow if you was on a house working sales to pull up your location at the resident This new version isn’t nearly as useful and not as friendly with no options also what is pictured as the older version and interface is not as pictured on app the other was just better pulling up an address while working the area to match information it is less effective as it was when you went to an address it showed you residents that occupied the address you could compare for delivery and Business tranctions. It nowall gone. And prior history searches. You killed the app on money issues it not use full as it once was

FRAUD ALERT !! DO NOT PURCHASE PREMIUM. Do not purchase anything from this APP it’s a strait up scam . Takes the money from iTunes but nowhere does it allow you to CREATE a account so being you don’t magically have one out of thin air you CAN NOT access your premium services only PAY for them !!! Then you have to be very deep into the PC website to even find a number to call to which they tell you “ unfortunately since you do not have a account we can’t see anything for you or your “ account” as well as you will not have access to your premium services , but you can contact iTunes for a refund “ when I pushed further by saying this is a SCAM all iTunes has to do is say no they become rude and I was told “ sir I do this 10 times a day everyday I know how this works “ any other day I would’ve just let the $5 go . So imagine how many people do that and just let the company keep the money ?? I can’t imagine very many people at all would go to the depths I did to get a number for them so for ONE operator to tell me she receives 10 identical calls a day everyday means the actual number of people being scammed is a tremendous number . Best part is I’m on the line with iTunes now and they’re saying they may not even be able to do the request because white pages piggy backed the charge on top of a monthly subscription I actually can use so they may not be able to isolate the charge to refund it .

Still continues to be most relied upon telephone number and address finder by me, after years of use. Wish to add, after several more years of use, still the least demanding i have found, reminding me still of the old free phone book days.

App Is Useless Now. I've used the app for probably over 6 years. I loved it. It gave me useful information. Then suddenly a few updates ago it would no longer get me info on mobile numbers even though I had paid for premium service. They wanted me to pay more on top of that to find out mobile number information. Since most of the information I needed was on mobile numbers, that would have been ridiculous. I stopped using it for several months. Now I've tried several times in the last few days to use the reverse phone look-up. The app has been totally useless. I have a good internet connection of 3 to 4 bars, and a fast speed (currently it's around 100 Mbps), and the app searches endlessly without ever giving a result for every number I try.

One of the Top Apps on the Internet!. I’ve had the opportunity to use a number of similar sites as White Pages, but the difference between the other apps and White Pages are extremely significant. The White Pages offers clear and concise information on your search. The other apps often can’t find any, or limited information on the same search. And the best thing I like about White Pages is they update their site on a regular basis.

This app tells you absolutely nothing. UPDATE: Thanks for the reply, but it still is useless. What addresses or business info? Haven’t seen any of that either. I haven’t seen one result with a name associated with any number I’ve looked up. Doesn't work. This was a great app prior to the update, but now it doesn't work. I pay $4.99 a month through Apple for a service that I can't use. Cancelled my subscription as it no longer works for me. I already had a subription but every time I tried to search something I got a message that read, Purchase Incomplete Can Not Connect To ITunes Store. I select retry then It read Currently Subscribed to this then it states the dates the subscription is good through. I then select OK thinking that I will be able to continue with my search but then I get the same purchase incomplete message I select retry and then get the same Currently Subscribed message. This goes on and on and I never get to search for anything but I was constantly charged for a useless service.

Charged me before account created. I tried using this app to look up a phone number. It required me to sign up for a subscription to see the results. I selected the $4.99 subscription and then was instructed to agree to the Terms and the Privacy Policy, and to create an account. I read the Privacy Policy and it essentially says that WhitePages can share my account information with anyone and that they allow 3rd parties to collect information about my searches. I did not agree, so I did not proceed with the account creation. Without an account, I can’t access search results. WhitePages charged me for the account anyway. They shouldn’t charge until after an account is successfully created.

It’s much better after the reinstall. It’s stopped working, and with no updates- it’s worthless. So I changed the rating from a 1-star rating to a 4-star because I got a response from the developer who told me to delete and reinstall the App. So, after three searches all seems to be working fine. In another half-a-dozen searches, if all works well, I will add a star. Thank you Whitepages for caring about your product and your end users. For months and months, through updates to the iOS and maybe even White Pages itself, asking it to do anything causes the spinning wheel to appear and not disappear until the App is shut down. What’s going on?

Kind of stepped down on its usefulness.. I was very happy in the beginning as it worked so well, I even went and put a glowing review on how good I thought it was. But more and more number searches Were suddenly increasingly unable to be found when I searched till it finally seems almost none can be found. So, I still try from time to time and have to go to another app which finds the info practically every time. But a sense of nostalgia keeps me trying this one since it was like the first.

Retired. White Pages is about the only place on line to easily obtain a business or person’s name, address, and telephone number without having to pay for the information! I refer to it frequently. It is very easy to use. With a paid subscription you can obtain the background and history of a person which I have not had to do. The rates appear to be reasonable. I’m really happy White Pages exists!

Unwanted Auto Subscription. I sign up a year ago, but did not use the service but a few times. I took my bank card information off of the billing service and stop using it all together. A year later I get a bill for $112 for a service that I did not sign up for an auto service nor did I want. Even though I took my card information off, if you read their very long disclaimer, it says they’ll charge you anyways if you log into the service. So, I logged in to see why the charge, just so I could find that part. Btw, they will use your bank account info, so it doesn’t matter if you take off the card info. I’ve written them; I’ll update as to what/how this goes from here. Update: no change; they are trying to say that I will have to pay for another year. I’ve even verified that I had the auto renew turned off. Do not get this app. They will charge you rather you want it or not. The service that I received was not good. If you are an Investigator you will not be able to get any usable information. Update: I was refunded the full amount that was charged to my account.

Good, helpful.. Usually accurate-? Unknown; occasionally find the one I’m seeking. Apparently, the cellular industry hampers YOUR ability to be more accommodating/effective. I.E., your data still shows several of my children and grandchildren still at MY address. Rarely interested in the ‘deep’ investigation info that you offer, consequently, affects YOUR effectiveness to raising the profit column. Subsequently, the ‘pay’ options for me as a user are a bit ‘pricey’. Thanks for what you offer, however. Will continue using the ‘free’ option- always a possible hit. 😊

Version 3 - thumbs down.. The user interface in the December 20 version 3 is meant to be simpler but it is poorly designed and often takes more steps to make your search. It now takes extra steps to specify a city or state in your query. The default initial search is entire USA. After you make a search, the screen appears locked with the same location if you want to make a subsequent search in a new location. Multiple times I had to leave the app to be able to start a new search with a different area. This update appears simple at first but in reality takes much more user effort to use. It is not an improvement in my view.

Used this app for years. I used to love this app. I’ve had on my phone for a good 10 years. It was essential for checking unknown numbers, getting numbers of neighbors, and reporting scams. Then all of a sudden, bam! It was paid use only. I get everybody needs to earn money and I guess banner ads weren’t cutting it. But $3.99 to look up a single number? No thanks. The info you provide isn’t even correct! Can get a filter app from my wireless provider for free that has more features than this. Not to mention that I found a FREE app in the App Store that does provide CORRECT info! I can run a search on the internet myself for free when you come right down to it. You’ve lost my loyalty and the space on my phone.

Usually accurate info - Name, address, phone number and family members. Except for the lack of cell phone data, which no one has for free, the Whitepages free version have worked well for me for the last 10 years! I can locate family and friends and lost neighbors fairly easily. However occasionally people who are unrelated to you may get stuck on your listing and you have a hard time getting them off. So you should always review your own listing and correct it if necessary. It’s a great app!

Best app for identifying numbers. I am in law enforcement and I use this app daily! I lay the 4.99 for the premium and it is so worth it. The only issue I have with it is that it will say “ owner has 4 addresses” but only gives you one. No app is perfect so this app sometimes will give outdated info, but I would say it is 85% accurate. And of course pre paid phones won’t show a name most of the time. Overall, I am happy with it and will continue to use it. I’ve tried others and this is hands down the best one for the money.

You Ruined a Great App. I wrote a very complimentary four star review about a year ago. Today I’m giving one star and only because I had to be able to write a review. You had a great app with great functionality and ease of use while providing more complete information. If there is any way you can return to the previous version I suggest you do so. This is so bad in my opinion, I am actively searching for an alternative even a pay to use just to get away from this. You had a great app and apparently quite a few satisfied followers. Had being the operative here.

Less correct information. Once, this was a helpful app, but with each update, the information is less accurate. People are listed as residents at addresses that I know have never lived there. People are named as relatives that are not related. My deceased parents have multiple addresses listed where they never lived. I looked up my address, and numerous people, including dead ones, are listed as living here, yet, my parents and siblings are the only ones who have ever resided at this address in a house they built 70 years ago. Now, I understand why I get junk mail for people who have never lived here, and some who have been deceased for years but never lived here. Once in a while, I’ll find correct information on someone.

Love it, just have to pay for EVERYTHING. But shoot if your noises enough and got the money, OR own a business and need to know someone’s back ground it’s a must. DOWN FALL sister in law I’ve been keeping a eye on and under her addresses says over like 15 addresses white pages must think she owns…..?!? Idk Like my mother in laws address is listed but I was thinking that is because maybe because once upon a time she had lived there as a child. But there’s no way she is connected to all them addresses… and also has her listed a few times with same info of everything except a few listed with date of birth, and how old she is and a couple of her workers, which they are exactly the same person. Also Also my Mother is listed on her as her married name, but she got a divorce with my father over 25 years ago…

AGREED! Don’t “fix” something that isn’t broken!. I’ve had this app for about 10 years. The original app was awesome. If I needed a phone number or address it provided it almost always without a prob. Now after update after update, the app is awful! Does not even do the basic things, such as list all the restaurants in the area. For some reason it only provides some listings and there is no rhyme or reason on how this is done. It’s very frustrating and I’m DELETING this app after ALL these years. Go back to the way it was! There are other issues that other reviewers state & I agree with them all. I simply do not feel like listing them all when they’ve been listed time and again.

Once upon a time.... Very few people are authorized to call my number. Of course, this does not prevent robo calls, or, occasionally legitimate callers who do not have proper authentication codes to allow their call through. These will appear as missed calls, and if a voicemail message is left, it is often delayed by as much as a day. If I attempt to identify these callers in the absence of a voice message, I am told that the caller can be identified for a fee. No, thanks. I regret to inform any legitimate callers who are unable to connect and who do not leave a message that their number is blocked...forever...and is forwarded to the government agency that pays for my phone. I don’t know what they do with that information, but I suppose that if they see the same source too often, the caller might expect a visit from guys in dark suits and sunglasses just to make inquiries. Once upon a time, Whitepages would at least show enough information to allow one to make an informed decision as to whether or not to return a call or to block it manually. Alas! This is now a junk app taking space on your phone.

SCAM. Whitepages has a lot of wrong information. Needed a cellphone number for my sister and whitepages said she had one. Not trusting them, sent an email and asked if they did not have the number would I get my money back, they said yes. Paid for the premium and they gave me the landline number that was disconnected 10 years ago. Sent their email back with their tracking number and the said NO, the money came from my credit card and they could not refund. THE NEW UPDATED APP - I am not listed for my own home of 40 years. Someone is that came here on vacation, and my son that left 30 years ago. BUT, My son is listed as living in Ohio, but on further investigation it is his name but my age. White pages should be listed as “for entertainment only”.

Like the app but can’t get info to load. I’ve been using the app for years, as a way to reverse lookup missed calls of non-contacts (to see if its a spam number or not) but recently when i click on listed information it gives me the loading spiral, and just hangs. I wait and it tries to load... while if i go directly to the website everything works just fine.

Worse Than Web Page. This app stinks beyond belief. I’ve actually submitted the exact same search through this app and the web version at the same time, and the web version has given me better results. Not that that’s really saying much. Both are horrible search engines. Often you can’t get any results at all, even when you know the information is 100% accurate. The only reason this app exists is for them to make money off you, like Spokei & the rest of them. But given that they say there are zero results (not hidden, but no results at all even for purchase), I’d use another provider before I use this site. Given that the app is even more worthless than the web site, I’ve finally deleted it.

Problem after problem. UPDATE: I’ve had NOTHING but issues with this app. Every time I’m on it, something is wrong. Can’t monitor contacts even though I have a Premium subscription. Can’t look at updated info for or even see the previous contacts I was monitoring because it says I need a premium subscription WHICH I HAVE. Contacted support and was told to log out and back in or delete and reinstall the app, which I did and of course it didn’t work. Honestly it’s starting to become a bigger hassle than it’s worth!! Recently had an issue with my subscription not allowing me access to the features I paid for. Customer Support went above and beyond to get this issue resolved!

Phone number research. I like that I can find out where the call is originating. White Pages is good when they label a call as potential spam. When I receive calls from numbers I don’t know, I block them. That still doesn’t prevent callers from using another number to masquerade their true numbers or their true localities. On my landline, I keep a list of numbers from my caller ID and I research them as well. How may I block such numbers from my landline? I suspect that these scammers may use a software application to disguise anybody’s phone number as theirs, even those of legitimate businesses, to instigate their fraud and victimize these innocent persons and businesses.

Congrats; You made it unusable. Wrote a review and receive a ticket number and a response telling me how to use correctly use the app. This is my response to App Support: Thanks for the information. Problem is the method you describe to utilize “people search” is EXACTLY what I HAVE been doing. That’s my point. The information you receive from search’s isn’t even close. For example, the address I input might be in TN and the information I get back is for a different name of someone living in a different state. And this isn’t a one time occurrence. It happens almost every time I use the app. In other words, your information is useless. It used to be a good app but over time, with the White Pages “improvements/updates” the app has become useless.

Less helpful lately. When White Pages launched several years ago it was much easier to access phone numbers or do reverse look-ups, etc. Often now phone numbers are hidden and accessing basic information leads you in circles and wasted time. I know many no longer have landlines, but now too many times we are directed to sites such as PeopleFinders, Spokeo, etc. requiring payment of a fee. I should just pull out my phone books. Used to be great until recently we are only permitted “X” number of free lookups. I rarely use now. I’ll never fall prey to pay sites.

Update Ruined It. This app was great before the update. I wish we could preview updates before installing them because I would not have allowed it if I knew what it was. Before the update I could search based upon the individual categories. Now it is combined and doesn’t want to work. I put in a phone number it tells me it isn’t valid. I put it in again and then it just spins and spins in limbo. This app worked beautifully before the update. I loved it. Now it’s useless space on my phone. If they don’t fix it I will sadly delete.

Can't find people/address. Lately I have been having a very big problem with white pages lately which I am beyond furious about. Whenever I type in an address with everything correct, it says I can't find address, I have tested this with addresses I searched up previously that worked but did NOT work this time. Same goes with people, I look up people I know live in my area, I type the town they live in and it says they couldn't find them and give me results other people with the same name but from other states. I would very much appreciate it if you folks can mend this issue. There's not point in using this app if I can't find any accurate locations.

Still My Favorite !. As technology has changed, the need for paper books with information seems to have gone away. Google can give me just about any answer, but my favorite go-to for looking up people is still the Whitepages. You can get enough info on a basic search to lead you to get your answer. Doesn’t get much easier than navigating the WP. By the way if you Google search for a location for a person WP shows up somewhere in your search as a viable option. Cheers !

Not perfect but good enough. What can you do these days? There is no comprehensive data base for phone numbers like back in the day with the phone book. Google is hit and miss and the links you find there are designed for you to build some other company’s marketable info product. The I found this App. It does the job and tells you who called if it knows. If it doesn’t recognize the number then it tells you that. That’s the best you can get these days in a world of spoofed phone numbers and regional robocalls. Cheers!

Excellent Way To Confirm Phone Calls!!. I appreciate WHITE PAGES because it truly helps me determine if a call is real. In other words, I can determine if among ALL the many calls I receive, I can discover if the calls are from an actual person or an important Company. I am on the “Do Not Call List”, which is a joke! I still get an UNBELIEVABLE amount of fake calls. Through the information that WHITE PAGES gives me, I am able to feel more secure. Thank you WHITE PAGES!!

OK but.... I like the way you can do reverse numbers as well as the usual stuff. The problem is their data is waaaaaaay out of date. They have people listed for my office who haven't been there for over 10 years tho' I must say they do list everyone who is there. I am also concerned about their selling cellphone names. But I guess if you want it badly enough, you can find EVERYTHING about anyone online. Much better than the Yellow Pages app. I shall raise my rating from 3 to 4. I’m back to 3 stars. Much of the info on my wife & me is out of date or just plain wrong. You need to do a better job of sussing out accurate information.

I use white pages. I’m thankful to be able to look up unsolicited phone call to my cell phone. So much spam and scans going on these days. With WP & my AT&T apps I can report such activity to the FCA via AT&T. Plus I’m of the age when your last name was always on your mailbox and your phone number was always listed in the white pages. Things and people were more honest back then. I have always been a fan of the white pages. Thanks white pages.

Search is working for me again!. The developer responded to my original review. I reinstalled the app to search for two example phone numbers, hoping to reproduce the error message and provide said numbers to the developer at their request. Instead, I got the originally expected search results. Original review: "Oops, something went wrong" Ever since the latest update to this app, the reverse phone number search stopped working entirely for me. I have uninstalled this app and will be seeking an alternative until a fix is issued.

Used to use it all the time. But was not used to New look.. Not sure why they changed it but I used to Love it, but the new version doesn’t seem friendly at least I haven’t figured out how to use it yet. Well I have updated my review since yesterday. I did figure out how to use it. In some ways it is easier since they have eliminated a lot of writing on the home screen. I haven’t figured out a way to find a business or person next to my current location.

No longer free. Greedy rotten developers and white pages website now wants your money to subscribe and also has a “monthly limit” to using it free. I haven’t used it this month and still says I’ve reached my monthly limit and need to subscribe. So go to the website type in search criteria and guess what. Most likely result for which I typed in the search criterial is blocked and to see the results of “John Doe” whom I searched for now I have to pay as well. White pages, you were great for the last 10 years now you have turned into the weather channel or my local newspaper greedy money hungry lame. Now I will be searching for another white pages

App has lost its simplicity. Please stop trying to be creative and stick to the basics. I used this app countless times during the day. It was my Go-To app. Now i find myself looking up phone numbers on Google. It is no longer simple to use. Very disappointed You previously had the ability when looking up a business to find other locations for that business listed by distance from your search city. It was extremely helpful because if you were unsure of where the company was located, you simply search that company and you could find one closest to you. Now I'm having to search the internet for the closest location. This is one of the reasons for that 1 star rating

I love white pages!. White pages has the houses of the streets and the addresses of the streets are luminescent. It is such a neat responsibility that you have taken upon yourself and I am grateful for the wonder and beautiful that the experience of seeing the white pages has had on my life. -“I can see the house of -our friends, the neighbors- in this white pages phone book.” Thank you also for your stupendous consistency; which is exceptional also. What Happened???. This was once an awesome App that would allow you to search for individuals, businesses apply filters etc. find info, then import all info directly into your phone’s contacts. Now searches are inaccurate, the app is difficult to navigate. Maybe they do this in order to get you to pay for the premium version? Which I would more than be happy to subscribe to. BUT, that’s also a horror show. Save your money! Much better options out there. They’ve ruined this app (search engine) instead of improving it. Wish I could leave ZERO stars. Finally deleted this app from phone after years of relying on it.

Thanks for allowing me to write.. Sometimes you can’t find what you are looking for. It use to not be that way, it was free. You were able to get answers. Now they want you to pay for a premium service. I am a senior citizen. I don’t think it is fair. Everybody wants money, they are greedy, especially when the service was free. I was able to do more things. I pray one day it will go back to help people. This is no joke. Maybe when you become a senior citizen you will understand. 😟

Great resource. I use it mostly to back check random phone numbers that call me and report spam. If I could justify a good reason for me to snoop, I’d get a subscription to back ground check people, but I don’t have a legitimate reason for that. It works well for my purposes. I do wish you could find a more specific location from the numbers that call and pester you several times a week, by getting general area codes makes it harder to determine if it’s a business or just a wrong number that’s trying to get hold of someone!

Inconsistent location access. The app currently will not access my location for searches, even with all settings to allow. Some updates will access location, then some updates lose the location function. The last few updates require manually entering the city/state you wish to search, as the location function will only find “USA” as my location. The app only returns one address, in the past it would give several known current and past addresses. Not nearly as useful as it used to be.

Had to give it 1-star or could not write review. Had to give it 2-star because there isn't a -1star. Can not believe what you've done to a great tool. What was easy to use and a 5-starplus rating app is now garbage. I'm always in favor of change and always know I must adjust but you have changed this app for no good reason. It was SUPER and I always promoted it but now I can not justify promoting a non usable app. You need a hands on lesson to make it understandable and I tried to buy into the premium version thinking it might help and I couldn't even buy into that. You really screwed up with this supposedly upgrade. Sad😢 outcome. Anyone looking to get this app DON'T it will not help you only confuse the issue.

Buyer Beware. The app is great, WHEN IT WORKS. I subscribed to the premium service for one year. It stopped recognizing my subscription. I took the time to email their support only to get an email several days later saying it was Apple’s fault and my subscription was not there. I contacted Apple and was advised that there was nothing wrong at their end and it was a problem at the developers end(WhitePages). After wasting too much time trying to get WhitePages to resolve the issue, I requested a refund from Apple. Too bad because it has potential, just want to be able to use something a paid for when I want it. By the way, my subscription always said I had one and it was good for another 11 months.

Doesn’t work - money not refunded. Rip-off, I have had problems with the app. I haven’t been able to view the information I purchased; it remains in a query until the app is closed. I asked for a refund, which it was initially granted. So I deleted it from my phone. Then I was charged a subsequent time, although the app was deleted at this point and haven’t used it. A refund was denied. I ALSO NOTICED THAT THERE IS AT LEAST ONE OTHER PERSON WITH THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE APP. They need to do the right thing and provide a refund. A customer purchases their product, then this business takes the money. When the product doesn’t work they keep the money. Doesn’t seem legal.

New update ruined this app. This used to be my “go to” app for a lot of different reasons and with the new update it takes more time and can only do half as much. I’m looking for something else at this point. I read some reviews similar to mine and then noticed there was yet another update and hoped the developers fixed the complaining issues but no such luck. When you don’t listen to your users then you have fewer of them. Thanks for the old version but you can keep this new version.

Updating means breaking. Not good for voiceover users either. Very disappointing.. I wish zero stars was an option here. I am a voiceover user. This app used to be very usable and helpful. It is no longer accessible for voiceover users. It does not read necessary information. You cannot get to the appropriate edit boxes to type information in. You cannot access information such as results. I’ve even emailed for support on these issues and they never responded. I get the feeling they just don’t care. I guess they only want people to use the app if they can see the screen. That’s OK though. There are plenty of other ways to get information. Several other apps in the App Store that do care, and are accessible. So, bye-bye, white pages.

Genealogy. Very accurate and helpful in searches and information on all generations in learning about distant relatives and their histories to the present day ones . I think we ARE ALL RELATED TO EACH OTHER FROM EVERYWHERE IT SEEMS !! Thank you for all of your years of hard work to bring all the families interested in their roots the accurate information we all learn from your Many , many hundreds of years of your diligent employees dedication to their job of making our search of families and lost relatives that we would never have known existed if not for them .
